Nous avons loué cette villa pour 1 semaine à 6 (4 adultes et nos 2 filles). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison pour sa proximité avec la mer (500 m), la vue, la piscine et le salon extérieur proche piscine : très agréable de rester en famille entre piscine et salon. Maison très agréable avec également une véranda pour déjeuner lorsqu’il fait trop chaud dehors. Un gros inconvénient cependant : seul le salon et 2 chambres sont climatisés. Les 2 autres chambres n’ont ni Clim ni volet/rideau. Très dommage pour nos enfants pour une villa de ce standing. Quelques gros cafards au sous-sol mais ce niveau utilisé uniquement pour faire les lessives, pas de présence de ces animaux dans les autres niveaux. Attention aussi aux fourmis dans la cuisine : tout ce qui est ouvert doit être conservé au réfrigérateur ! Nous conseillons vivement cette maison pour 2 couples ou plus mais sans clim.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Lugar tranquilo, cómodo y bien equipado, lleno de preciosos detalles. Imprescindible coche para llegar y moverse por la zona, está algo lejos del núcleo urbano de Frigiliana. Con ello se consigue paz y silencio.

El apartamento es genial, tiene todo lo necesario y todo muy limpio, zona tranquila, fácil aparcamiento y todo el complejo es precioso y bien cuidado, las piscinas también geniales. Nosotros tuvimos un problema, nos dejamos las llaves dentro del apartamento, llamé y tuve una atención inmediata, el chico super amable y en media hora tuvimos problema resuelto. Agradecer a todos los trabajadores que hacen posible que la estancia haya sido estupenda. Recomendable 100%. Volveremos!!!!!

Magnífico apartamento. Personal de la empresa con trato maravilloso. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La única pega es la recogida de llaves a las 16 h. Se podría concertar con tiempo otro horario.

I highly recommend staying in Nerja, at Interhome. It’s a peaceful, quiet place with access to a swimming pool. Shops and a bus stop are nearby, and the beaches are fantastic!

Interhome communication was great!! The apartment though was Very nice view and clean apartment, but not worth the money really. Some extra details: - Hard mattress - Sofa and cushions did not look clean - Cracks in bathroom ceiling! - Extremely old oven and not functional - Really cranky stove - Very old building - Old microwave - The room next to the stairs was not very intimate, if you forgot to put down the blinds, anyone passing through, could see you - Shower was old and not good quality

La casa está en una zona muy tranquila de Nerja y la urbanización es muy bonita. Muy cerquita hay un bar restaurante con un villar. Te dan un pase para una piscina que está a unos 6 minutos andando pero cuesta arriba. Para nuestro gusto, está muy alejada de la casa, sobretodo si vas con niños es incómodo. Para bajar la centro o a las playas de Nerja hay que coger el coche. Cerca había una parada de autobús pero no lo usamos. Nerja es un lugar perfecto para ir de vacaciones.

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, sitio ideal para desconectar, a la vez esta cerca de frigiliana y nerja. Mejoraría los horarios de entrada y salida, ya que son la entrada a las 16:00 h y la salida a las 10:00, se pierde prácticamente un dia.

Un lugar muy bueno para quedarte. Estuvimos una semana, y todo muy bien. El apartamento tiene un monton de detalles en la cocina. Hay de todo en el apartamento. Lea pregunte que si tenian pinzas de la ropa para tender y me las trajeron. Asi que todo genial, muy recomendable.

La casa está muy bien equipada. La urbanización y el entorno es muy bonito, on muy poco ruido. La piscina está muy buen y hemos estado muy cómodas

Bardzo fajny apartament z boskim widokiem na morze z dużego tarasu, apartament czysty a w kuchni super wyposażenie, do centrum miasta około 10 min do plaży piechotą 10 min, łatwy dojazd do Malagi i lotniska, blisko przystanek autobusowy, Nerja to przepiękna miejscowość z iście hiszpańskim klimatem, piękny widok na turkusowe morze z balkonu europy, jednym słowem gorąco polecam, na pewno wrócę w to miejsce :))

Lovely spacious apartment in a great position near the beach & restaurants etc. 10/15 mins walk into town/bus to airport/surrounding areas. It was tricky to find the actual apt but otherwise all brilliant. The pool was closed and looked like it was being renovated-once done it will be a fantastic place to stay.

Very comfortable apartment. Lovely large balcony with BBQ. However there are no sunloungers which really are needed. The bed is very comfortable but the bed linens, duvet and pillows all need replacing as they look very old and not the cleanest. I've been assured by Interhome that these issues would be dealt with. If they do deal with it I would be happy to book this apartment again. As for Interhome I found them very easy to deal with. Booking process, arrival and communication were very good. Their response to our queries was quick and efficient.

We book the Lily apartment in the Tamago Hill Villas just at the border of Nerja and Torrox. It's a very quiet area, which was exactly what we wanted, but you would definitively need a car for everything. The view was absolutely incredible and with the table outside, we had breakfast outside every day, which was very lovely. The beds were very good and the water pressure in the shower was also nice. The kitchen had everything one needs. However, we didn't really cook. The apartment was unfortunately not very clean and a lot of things need an update: one of the toilets was leaking, the appliances in the bathroom has seen better days, the oven as well as the grill outside need some deep cleaning. (see pictures) Also, as we arrived (at night with a small child) we had a very hard time finding the apartment and the code that was given to us for the code was not working. We did get the information after asking via WhatsApp (which we were grateful because it was late - Thank you for that), but it would have been better to get the information beforehand. All in all we had a good time, but I cannot recommend the place we were in.

Apartment located in some sort of gated community. Pool at five minutes walk. The apartment was not super clean: ants in the kitchen en dirty pots and quite some broken stuff: toiletseat, kitchen cabinet etc. Terrace and bbq were great! Nerja is about 10 minutes drive, would not recommend walking since the apartment is located in the hills.

A brilliant apartment in the centre of town, close to a lovely beach (2min walk) and all the bars and restaurants. The room was lovely!! I’ve been staying in nerja for 20 years and this is one of my favourite places to stay. The only negative was there was no washing powder for the machine or cleaning products really to help clean the apartment before we left, and one major thing we missed was a brush for the floor after coming back from the Beach. Other than that was one of the best visits I’ve had in 20 years!

Hier ist eine mögliche Rezension: Titel: Schöne Lage, aber enttäuschender Service Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Nerja genossen, die Gegend ist wirklich wunderbar. Bei unserer Buchung über Interhome hatten wir jedoch einige Probleme. Vom ersten Tag an waren wir von Baulärm gestört, und trotz mehrerer Anrufe und Beschwerden gab es keine Reaktion vom Service-Team. Das hat unseren Urlaub leider beeinträchtigt. Das Haus selbst hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Bilder sahen vielversprechend aus, aber in Wirklichkeit könnte die Unterkunft mehr Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit vertragen. Schade, denn mit einem besseren Service und etwas mehr Aufwand könnte man hier wirklich viel draus machen. Insgesamt waren wir etwas enttäuscht, auch wenn Nerja an sich eine tolle Destination ist.

We had an amazing time. Villa is in a beautiful quiet setting with views across the hills to the sea. Las Vistas was immacutely clean when we arrived and was described well. Supermarkets are a 10/15 minute drive away. We had the most amazing fish and steaks which we barbecued. Interhome were very helpful when we had an issue which was dealt with very quickly. Las Vistas is a 10 minute drive to Frigiliana. Can highly recommend The Garden Restaurant there. Nerja was about a 20 minute drive away and is beautiful. Bossa Playa in Torrox is a lovely beach club with great food. We drove to Caminto Del Rey to complete a cliffside walk. Can recommend the caves at Nerja too. We would recommend staying here. A car is needed due to it's location. Fabulous holiday! Didn't want to leave. Thank you

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna underbara lägenhet i Nerja. Den ligger i ett lugnt område med en fantastisk vy över Nerja, dess berg och havet. Allt i lägenheten var nytt och fräscht, och den var mycket välutrustad med alla bekvämligheter man kan behöva. En välplanerad och ljus lägenhet, och det var en fröjd att komma tillbaka till den efter våra dagsutflykter, ta ett dopp i poolen, sedan en drink på balkongen innan middagen. Thr apartment is beautiful and well equipped. It is mostly very modern and comfortable. It is in a quiet location. Lovely views from the balcony and the air con is a welcome addition after climbing all the stairs from the beach to reach the apartment. A lovely touch to have a selection of board games available. Only downsides were there isn't any local shops so it would have been handy to have a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. The pillow in the double room is a large bolster which for us was very hard and uncomfortable. You need to keep an eye on the air con as theres only old water bottles available and they will spill over if mot emptied.

El sitio está muy bien, aparcamiento fácil, piscina pegada a la casa y a tiro de piedra del centro de Nerja. Si he de decir que el calor que hace en la casa es insoportable. Aunque es pequeña, un solo aire acondicionado no es suficiente. En éste sentido, lo hemos pasado mal por las noches no pidiendo descansar bien.

Aunque se necesita coche para ir a cualquier sitio, la casa es fenomenal. Cuidada hasta el último detalle y en la que nos hemos sentido muy a gusto, sobre todo disfrutando de la piscina privada. Aire acondicionado en toda la estancia para poder sortear el calor de agosto. Por las noches hemos disfrutado tanto de la piscina como de la terraza con muy buenas vistas. La casa tiene espacio para poder aparcar el coche dentro de la propia finca. Totalmente recomendable.

A very quiet apartment, which is exactly what we hoped for. The pool is a good size and the apartment has plenty of space too. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby, but the restaurant and evening markets are a bit of a walk away. The aqua park is also nearby. Once interhome contacted us it was easy to arrange access but they did need chasing.

Es una casa muy bonita, con todo en una planta y el tamaño perfecto, el jardín con piscina muy bien cuidado y con vistas al mar. La verdad es que el apartamento nos ha sorprendido porque tiene de todo. La ubicación es un poco lejana al centro y a la playa para ir andando. Pero estaba todo muy nuevo. Una única puntualización, a nuestra llegada había algunos pelos bastante largos por las distintas estancias de la casa. Por lo demás la casa estaba impecable. Muy recomendables .

La casa es perfecta para una familia. Tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día. Dos balcones con vistas increíbles,muy limpia. Es una casa muy cómoda y muy bien equipada. Lo peor la distancia al pueblo y a la piscina,,se hace necesario el coche, aunque se puede circular por Nerja sin grandes complicaciones y aparcar en parking.

Wat een prachtig uitzicht hebben we hier gehad. Verder zeer gedateerde woning, maar met zo’n uitzicht ben je dat snel vergeten. Grote badkamer is gemoderniseerd en prima voor elkaar. De kleinere badkamer kan wel een update gebruiken, maar alles functioneert. We hebben een top vakantie gehad!

Fantástico apartamento en " El Capistrano". Lejos del bullicio de Nerja. No es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero es muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Recomiendo la playa de Burriana y el restaurante " La Parra", donde Pablo prepara comidas "10". La piscina está a 400 metros ( un paseo), pero es maravillosa. Mónica, de Interhome Nerja, nos guió hasta el apartamento. Gracias por unas vacaciones estupendas.

Wir waren in einem super schönen und tollen Penthouse für 4 Tage. Wir wurden super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend durch Noelia und Noelia begrüßt. Wir konnten früher in das Appartement und es war einfach himmlisch. Zwei Terrassen, großes Wohnzimmer, Küche ließ keinen Wunsch offen und ein gutes Badezimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer und 1 großer Swimmingpool. Was will man mehr, wenn Sachen kaputt waren wurden diese direkt repariert. Die beiden Partner von Noelia: Kristina und Ossama unterstützen uns auch sehr gut. Fazit, super Appartement, super Lage und Nerja ein Muss für Andalusien!

Deze woning met uitzicht op zee en bergen geeft ons een fantastisch gevoel. Van alle gemakken voorzien, dichtbij Granada Malaga en Frigiliana. Lekker tapas eten in Nerja of BBQ. De gehele dag is er wel ergens zon of schaduw binnen de tuin. We komen zeker terug naar deze plek.

Het is geweldig dat de woning van alle gemakken is voorzien en dat je hebt genoten van de nabijheid van Granada, Malaga en Frigiliana. Het klinkt alsof je heerlijk hebt kunnen genieten van tapas in Nerja of een BBQ in de tuin. We zijn blij te horen dat er de hele dag ergens zon of schaduw is in de tuin. Muy mala experiencia, decepción! Una casa bien situada pero poco limpia, la cocina llena de telarañas y hormigas. Estuvimos dos dias sin agua caliente porque segun la chica que nos atendio ( Noelia) la caldera estaba en minimo de temperatura. Nos visitaron unos amigos y nos preguntaron de malas formas cuantos éramos en la casa. El salón de la casa era un río porque llovía dentro. Desde la ventana de la cocina se veía dentro de la casa perfectamente, intimidad nula. En el ultimo dia, por la noche (0:45h ) recibimos un mensaje diciéndonos que antes de las 10 de la mañana siguente tenemos que abandonar la casa y que nos llevemos la basura, todo de muy malas maneras. No recomiendo en absoluto esta inmobiliaria. 0 cuidado, 0 limpieza y atención al cliente deficiente. Si fuera propietaria, tampoco les dejaría mi casa para nada. Horrible.

Estimado cliente, Lamentamos muy sinceramente los inconvenientes que haya podido tener durante sus vacaciones con Interhome. Respecto al incidente con la caldera, nuestro personal de mantenimiento nos reporta que cuando se personó en la casa para atender el problema del agua caliente, no detectó ninguna deficiencia, que la caldera funcionaba convenientemente y convino con ustedes el modo de uso. En cuanto al SMS enviado la noche previa a la salida, decir que se trata de un mensaje automático que proporciona instrucciones para el check-out e indicaciones básicas sobre la revisión y estado de la casa en el momento de la salida. Lamentamos cualquier confusión que esto haya podido causar. Por último, insistir en la necesidad de informar siempre del número exacto de personas que van a ocupar la casa, saber que cada propiedad dispone de una cédula de habitabilidad que faculta el número máximo de personas autorizadas en cada estancia, cobertura que deja de tener valor y protección para el cliente en el momento que se excede esa cantidad, como fue este caso. Pésimo servicio con los propietarios de los alojamientos. Hacen reservas sin preguntar disponibilidad y luego descuentan los gastos de hotel de estas reservas duplicadas en futuros pagos, como si la culpa fuera de los propietarios y no de su incompetencia.

Muy mala experiencia como anfitriona! He terminado el contrato antes de Noviembre con Interhome. No cumplieron con el check in, por estar ausente., tenia que hacer yo.No tenian llaves que funcionaron,tenia que dar el mio. Clientela de 2 semanas no les daban toallas nuevas,ni cambiaron sábanas ,lo hize yo. Y , cuando los clientes salieran,no me lo dejaron para aquilar y sin ropa de cama y toallas,con la nevera abierta y inundada,tenia que hacer lo yo! Vaya plan de cobrar 30% de mi! Muy mala gestion Por no tener otro apartamento limpio el sabado pasado,no podía alquilarlo. Me deben dinero y no se comunican mas conmigo.Ni me piden disculpas ,ni me abonan la noche perdida.

We spent a wonderful week! The apartment was very fresh and newly renovated. The location was great with 5mn walk to the best beaches so the kids didn’t miss a swimming pool. Nerja is a very nice picturesque village with great variety of restaurants and bars. I can really recommend the place. I’ve already booked my next stay there!

We have worked with Cecilia Martinez and her team at Interhome for the past two years and have been delighted with the support, professionalism and the number of rentals we have achieved. Interhome as an organisation has communicated with us regularly and very clearly, especially during the very difficult times of Covid-19 this year.
