Hemos gestionado con ellos el alquiler de una casa este verano y han sido todos muy profesionales. A la única que conocimos en persona, Maribel, encantadora, educada y super eficaz. El alojamiento era muy bonito y estaba impecable y bien situado. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Repetiremos la experiencia sin duda. Gracias!

We have been going to Nerja for a few years, always booking with local agencies. This year was our first year using Sun Spain Rentals as we found a property we wanted that wasn't on with other local companies. Not only was the property great, but their contact and responsiveness was excellent - always friendly, helpful and quick - and they clearly have a good relationship with the property owner as well. Have already recommended them to friends and we have rebooked with them for the same property for next year for longer!

Excellent service, go above and beyond. We return year after year to Nerja, and Maribel has always been delightful to deal with. Highly recommend.

Have been going to Nerja a couple of times a year since 2019 and on lhe last four occasions I have used Spain Sun Rentals and found them to p. Provide excellent service both during the booking process and whilst holidaying in Nerja. On the few occasions we experienced a slight issued it was immediately rectified once reported. So pleased with their service that I used them again to book my accommodation for my next to visits to Nerja, one later this year and another for 2026. Would highly recommend them.

The booking process was excellent and Maribel was always available to answer our queries. We stayed for over 10 weeks ( January to March) at Villa Cornocalejo in Nerja, which provided us with very comfortable accommodation in a lovely relaxed setting. We enjoyed our stay so much there that we have booked again for next year. Maribel was again really helpful throughout our stay, telling us places to go to walk our dog and where to buy certain things. Could not have asked more from Spain Sun Rentals - their service was exceptional, professional, courteous and friendly.

Prachtige locatie, tuin is fantastisch met zwembad en diverse zit en ligplekken. Het huis was oké. Wel erg donker binnen en koud. Houtkachel ging met veel moeite aan. Dat was heel jammer . De laatste 10 dagen veel regen maar verder een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Tolle Leute bei dieser Agentur. Freundlich, rasch und klar in der Kommunikation. Gerne werde ich wieder bei euch buchen.

Villa los tablazos in frigiliana van sun rentals, een perfecte villa voor gezinnen met b.v opa en oma. Prachtig uitzicht, mooi zwembad, en de villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Nu 2x geweest. Begeleiding van dun rentals perfect.

We had an amazing stay. The house and the garden are amazing. The location is great. The swimming pool is big! We would definitely come back. We loved the view with sunrise and sunset as well.

We have been renting in Nerja for approximately 12 years and have had mixed rental experiences until we used Spain Sun Rentals. Dealing with this company is so easy and trouble free and 2025 will be our 5th property via this company. We spent a week with Sun Rentals at Nerja. The team were always available and were 1st class, very professional and very helpful / fast to respond to our queries. Car hire was a must to get around . The villa was perfect, as advertised, clean and tidy. We had a perfect week, everything we could have hoped for. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spain Sun Rentals and would certainly use them again if we return.

What a great 3 week holiday stay at Villa Tablazos. It was our 2nd time in this villa and we fell in love all over again. The house, the amenities, the pool, the view, bbq, darts, table tennis, washing machine…. We had a small issue with the pool but the staf of Spain Sun Rental and the owner Alfonso responded quick and effective.

A fantastic month - May 2024 - here at the Villa Cornocalejo above Nerja. Maribel has been a superb agent , really helpful with a health problem and always on hand to respond to queries. We will not hesitate to use the company again and to return to this superb, highly recommended villa. Many thanks.

We have just returned back to Scotland after staying for 6 weeks in a beautiful property managed by Spain Sun Rentals. It is very rare to deal with a company today that is so well organised, helpful and responsive. A true breath of fresh air. Maribel is absolutely fabulous to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, and any query we had was answered in minutes. Everything is incredibly efficient and very well organised down to the smallest detail. I would heartily recommend Spain Sun Rentals to everyone. We had a truly wonderful experience, so much so we have already rebooked with them to go back next year.

Vi var mycket nöjda med Villa Paloma där vi bodde i sex veckor. I huset fanns allt vi behövde. Villan ligger kanske lonödigt långt från centrum, men vi hyrde bil o efter att vi hittade den stora parkeringsplatsen väster om Burriana gick allt bra. För övrigt hittar man inga pplatser i staden. Det vore bra med någon info i huset om närbutik, buss, parkering etc. Dessutom var vi förvånade då ingen mötte oss eller visade huset då vi kom. Vi fick endast en kod för att hitta nyckeln, trots att vi kom på eftermiddagen. Under hela vistelsen träffade vi ingen utan hade endast kontakt via Wapp, som nog alltid fungerade . Ägaren kom varje måndag o städa simbassängen men han talade bara spanska så vi kunde ej kommunicera. Men huset var superbra och vi kan varmt rekommendera det. (Obs! Reservamos una semana en Cortijo de la Música ,Frigiliana,y tengo que decir que el trato ha sido muy bueno tanto por su parte como por parte del dueño del Cortijo.Durante la estancia surgieron algunas dudas y algunos inconvenientes,y lo solucionaron rápido independientemente de la hora que era. El Cortijo tal cual las fotos que nos mandaron,si cabe más bonito en persona,un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar en familia.Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios,incluso juguetes para los niños. El camino hasta el Cortijo es un carril estrecho con algunas pendientes ,pero está asfaltado y con un buen coche no hay problemas. Hemos pasado unas maravillosas vacaciones. Gracias.

Booked through Spain sun rentals due to the coronavirus we thought this may not have happened but we managed to keep in touch throughout and made it to Spain in sept. The villa was beautiful so much space and I cannot fault Maribel and the teams service always on hand to answer questions or help when I needed. Will definitely be booking again.

We stayed in a beautiful appartment for a week in Frigiliana. (Studio de la torre) It was lovely. It had everything we needed, clean, comfortable and in a great, peaceful location. Spain sun rentals were very good and easy to deal with and very good value for money. I would definatly reccomend to anybody.

I could recommend this company blindfolded, we rented two of their appartment and everything was just perfect! My son told me when we came the first day to our first apartment: „Mom, this house makes me feel like home!“ What a compliment for a holiday house!
