Muy contentos con el trabajo de Juan! Todas las fotos son preciosas y hemos podido disfrutarlas pronto porque ha sido muy rápido en la entrega. Pudo capturar los momentos más mágicos de nuestra boda. Siempre con un trato muy amable y profesional, hizo que nos sintiéramos cómodos en todo momento. Definitivamente fue un gran acierto contar con él para un día tan importante.

Juan was absolutely incredible. He captured our wedding beautifully and exactly how we wanted it. He was relaxed and immediately made us feel at ease. We couldn’t recommend him enough

The photographs are absolutely beautiful and the service on the day was great - Juan and Sergio were very professional on the day and easy to work with. My honest feedback is that the aftercare and communications was poor but I think 4Events recognise that. Our wedding video being the main issue (it was not what we expected and if you do not like the video - for example because it misses all the speeches - you are stuck with it regardless) and very little understanding from the company for a very long time but after much back and forth we got some kind of resolution.

The best photography and videography we could have ever asked for. They captured our wedding flawlessly and really put together a beautiful collection of work that my wife and I will cherish forever. Great people to work with, 100% worth it, highly recommend.

Juan did an absolutely incredible job with the photos at our wedding - we couldn’t be happier with his work. He was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him! We are waiting on the video from Sergio, but I’ll update as soon as we have it!

We were extremely picky when looking for a wedding photographer and we found Juan Trujillo on instagram. We loved his work! His composition and colours were exactly what we were looking for! He delivered so many photos and stayed until pretty late at our wedding, we got our photos a month and a half after our wedding and LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM! He managed to capture so many special moments from awesome perspectives!! He is usually pretty busy, we really wanted to get on a video call with him before booking him to make sure we were a good match and it was a bit complicated as his and our schedules were never matching, so we ended up booking him without talking to him. We kept pushing for a video call and eventually we managed to have it, he was very nice and we connected with him right away! Since then he has always been available for us via whatsapp and instagram and we would definitely use his services again!

Son unos profesionales del 10! Los contratamos para cubrir nuestra boda en 2018, y quedo el reportaje fenomenal y el video parece una película. Es un magnífico recuerdo de nuestra boda!

The initial thought was that 4Events and Sergio and his team would be brilliant to work with. On the day, they seemed great too. However, in delivery of our wedding video we experienced some issues: (1) it took over 4 months to send the video (and for some reason it was our fault because we had a lot of speeches...not sure how that works...a video is a video and we paid for it); (2) Of the 3 videos we were promised (and paid for), only 1 is really good. The short form 3 min video is average and we didn't like the song. Whilst we were asked what song we wanted, we didn't know and they chose. We were told we could change it after, but now apparently it is too hard as they have to re-edit the whole video to the music and it will cost more...The video of the speeches is incomplete as it excludes our full ceremony (only 20 minutes and the main wedding part) and the audio quality is poor...Again, they complained the speeches were too long however if they had have asked us about this, we could have set their expectations and prepared accordingly; (3) The service was slow, and not very accomodating after the wedding. When asked about the timeline for delivery we were constantly told to be patient. Not to mention they were not patient when asking for their money (for some reason you pay up front and lose leverage when requesting changes); (4) they refused to provide us the raw footage...given they would not have the footage unless we paid them to be there, i'm not sure what the big deal is. I told them they could watermark it to make sure it's not re-used but we just wanted to see more. I understand that this may be common in the industry (even if it's nonsensical). The wedding video is the lasting memory you get to keep of your important day (and you pay a lot for it) and these guys treated it like we were being difficult. I acknowledge we may have been as we didn't provide a lot of guidance at the outset, but having said that...we're not experts. You Are! Overall, we were dissappointed and wish we had the chance to chose another videographer for our wedding (even if the end result was not as good because we're not looking for a Short Film Award at any film festivals, we just want a solid video that captures the memories and rather it be an easy experience).

Recomendaría mil veces al equipo de 4events. Nos lo pusieron todo tan fácil desde la primera vez que nos conocimos, hasta el mismo día de la boda, todo salió súper natural, sin esfuerzo, supieron guiarnos para que nuestras fotos salieran naturales y sin pasar vergüenza. Nos inspiraron muchísima confianza desde el minuto 1. No se les notó durante toda la ceremonia, y aún así captaron cada uno de los momentos de nuestro día. Al ver el resultado de las fotos y vídeos, nos trasladaron de nuevo a ese día. Nos alegramos muchísimo de nuestra elección. Una especial mención a Juan Trujillo, que me ha aguantado durante todo el proceso con mis preguntas y nervios. Tengo clarísimo que de ahora en adelante será nuestro fotógrafo para el resto de eventos que nos surja. Enhorabuena equipo, una pareja más encantados con vuestro trabajo. ¡Un abrazo enorme! Tuvimos el placer de tener a los chicos de 4events como fotografos de nuestra boda y repetiriamos la elección sin dudarlo. En todo momento nos dieron un servicio y una amabilidad absoluta, tanto en los meses previos, respecto a la preparación del día de la boda, peticiones especiales...el día de la boda fueron encantadores , super atentos y discretos en su trabajo, por no hablar del espectacular resultado del reportaje, que nos ha encantado a nosotros y a todos los familiares que se lo hemos enseñado! Un 10! Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Queríamos fotos naturales y sin posados y acertamos por completo! Son unos grandes profesionales que recomiendo sin duda: dan confianza, son amables y divertidos y muy trabajadores. Se merecen todo lo bueno! Sobre todo cuando queda un tan bonito recuerdo de un dia tan especial. Gracias equipo!

Estamos muy contentos con el resultado final, buscábamos un fotógrafo de bodas que hiciera fotos naturales y espontáneas, nada de posados, y sin duda lo han conseguido, tenemos unas fotos increíbles del día de nuestra boda. El vídeo una maravilla, cada vez que lo veo se me saltan las lagrimas. Recomendamos 100% a este equipo, no solo por su profesionalidad sino también por su trato personal. Mil gracias!!!!!

Gran equipo y grandes profesionales. El resultado ha superado nuestras expectativas, con una estética muy personal que se mantiene en la fotografía y el vídeo, plasmando un trabajo completo en la misma línea. El asesoramiento que nos han prestado ha sido perfecto, cuidando todos los detalles y manteniendo la naturalidad. A nivel personal nos han trasmitido mucha tranquilidad y confianza haciendo que estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento.
