I had the most amazing experience with Alex at Photographer Granada!! It was wonderful getting to know him during my individual photoshoot. He made me very comfortable, had great ideas and instruction on how to pose, and took so many beautiful photos that it was hard to choose which ones I wanted to keep! Not only did we take photos, but he made sure I took my time to soak in my last evening in Granada as well. Alex was extremely helpful and responsive before and after the shoot as well. Alex is hands down the best photographer that I’ve ever worked with! It’s hard doing family photos with a 3 year old sometimes but he instantly made my daughter feel so comfortable and she had so much fun during the whole photoshoot! If I could give Alex one million stars I would. We came to Granada to celebrate our honeymoon and wanted to have a special way to capture the memories of this beautiful city together. Alex was so attentive and responsive when I reached out to schedule our photos. He gave great instructions and led us on a beautiful “tour” of Granada captured through his lens :) our photos came back SO quickly and they are even better than we could have dreamed. Alex is an amazing photographer (and person) and he makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. He also has a great philosophy of taking photos that include “movement” so they don’t look too posed or stiff. Thank you so much Alex! If you’re on the fence about whether or not to have this amazing experience, don’t think any longer and book it!! You will not regret it :)

Working with Alex was an amazing experience. I was planning a surprise proposal and Alex was extremely helpful every step of the way. When you first meet Alex, you feel as though he has been a long time friend. He is very friendly, very thoughtful, and you can tell his is passionate about making the proposal as best as possible. His English is fantastic, he is very customizable with the proposal plan to make sure it fits what I want, he gives incredibly detailed steps and walkthroughs to ensure everything goes smoothly, and he takes amazing photographs. I felt much more comfortable proposing knowing the plan Alex very carefully helped to create. Once I proposed, we had a photoshoot with Alex and you can tell his eye for detail is a great skill. He does not just use the same generic spots, he finds spots that fit the color of our outfits, the time of day, etc. He is not only skillful but very fun and friendly to work with. We were taking a special family trip to a place I’ve been wanting to visit for a while - Granada and specifically the Alhambra! I contacted this photography company and I was instantly greeted with kindness and lots of helpful information to prepare us for our session. The day of the session was wonderful! Alex is professional yet personable and made taking photos in public really fun! He was able to capture incredible pictures of my family as well as each of us individually. We also were able to see beautiful spots around the city. My four year old loved hanging out with Alex, his new “best friend!” Alex did a wonderful job of helping us manage getting lots of beautiful pictures while making it enjoyable for our child. The pictures were delivered in a short period of time and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Our adult children coordinated the photo shoot while we were in Granada celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary from Nebraska-USA. Alex did a great job capturing each couple and our new granddaughter, as well as family pictures with all of us. He used various beautiful locations as we walked the streets of Granada. It was a lot of fun and the results were great. He also captured THE BEST news parents can receive. Our son & daughter-in-law told us they were expecting their 1st baby during the last group picture. Leading up to my photo session, the process to book and pay for the session could not have been easier. I was especially impressed with how quickly all of my questions were responded to. During our family picture session, Alex was a joy to be around! He made the time fun and really got us laughing. Alex was the best. We were traveling to Granada for the first time and found it difficult to navigate the Alhambra for such an important event. We ended up being late and lost, but Alex did not care one bit, he only cared about creating a stress free and relaxing day for us. He helped us get to where we needed to be, and we were shocked to see he wasn't mad at us, as we felt so bad for being lost and late! Alex is a great photographer! He is very punctual with all the arrangements before the photoshoot, I felt safe booking him months in advance while being in another country. The photoshoot is easy and nice because he has a lovely personality and makes you feel at ease. We had a lot of fun with him on the photoshoot with our toddler. As you can imagine, that is not the easiest case, but we enjoyed the process and love the outcome. Alex even helped us with pushing the baby buggy 😊 He has a good eye for nice background and detail. Alex was easy to get along with and he responded to emails in a most timely and comprehensive manner - especially when considering that we were coordinating a surprise photoshoot in Granada from the UK and Spain respectively. This was our first time hiring a professional photographer, and we were both very pleased with Alex. He's very friendly and has a real gift for inspiring laughter during the shoot. My fiancé and I booked a surprise proposal with Alex, and we ended up shooting at the Alhambra. In the beginning, I thought that this would be a very difficult task because the Alhambra is considered a World Wonder, and typically you don't see a lot of photoshoots because of the density of the crowds and for logistical reasons. With that being said, without Alex this magic day would not have been perfect because of his artistic style and how tenacious with getting what he wants. First, the way Alex treats his customers is someone who will always strive to give them the best. He is his own worst critique of himself because he wants to make sure that everything is perfect. He will judge a shot many times meticulously before capturing the image. The lighting, the angles, the couples' poses, and the overall artistic style. His passion for photography will give you the best but you will also enjoy his personality as he goes back and forth on his decision making process. Also, Alex is a generous person. We paid for 50 photos but he delivered 61. He also gave us a special deal after the photoshoot for the extra photo. I was extremely satisfied with the Surprise Proposal session that I booked with Alex. He was extremely responsive and very willing to work with me to create a plan for the proposal and photo session that fit my needs and ideas. The session was great and his fun personality helped make the photos look amazing. All the photos are stunning and we would definitely recommend Photographer Granada to anyone.
