Na heel lang gezocht te hebben vonden we na een tip van een goede vriend ons droomhuis op de site van Lucas Fox. Contact opgenomen met Robin Veerman en zijn assistent Daniel Léon. Robin en Daniel hebben ons fantastisch begeleid naar de aankoop van ons huis. Niet alleen met de transactie hebben ze ons erg geholpen, maar zeker ook met alle tips en adviezen om onze start in de Costa Brava zo voorspoedig mogelijk te maken. Inmiddels wonen we al weer een aantal jaren met heel veel plezier in ons mooie huis. Onlangs hadden we een “dingetje” met het waterbedrijf en ook toen heeft Lucas Fox ons voortreffelijk geholpen met de afwikkeling daarvan.

Already the 2nd transaction I have completed through Lucas Fox. Like the first one - which was a purchase - the experience on the 2nd one - a sale - was just great. It took overall less time as I initially had expected and the whole process was decently planed and trouble-less. Highly recommended, would pick them anytime again in the future. Wij hebben een zeer positieve ervaring met Lucas Fox Platja d’Aro en in het bijzonder Andrea Maw. Wij wilden graag een huis aan de Costa Brava kopen maar we hadden erg veel vragen, waar op te letten etc. We reageerden tijdens onze vakantie in de regio op een woning, waarna Andrea meteen contact opnam en ons van advies voorzag. Andrea heeft ons met de juiste mensen in contact gebracht om het aankoopproces goed te kunnen doorlopen. Ook heeft ze ons goed en eerlijk geadviseerd mbt soort huizen, locatie etc. We zijn enkele weken later terug gegaan, hebben op een ochtend vijf huizen bezocht en ons droomhuis zat hierbij! We zijn nu een half jaar verder en superblij met ons huis/buurt. Ook erg leuk hoe Lucas Fox de internationale community rondom mensen met een tweede huis in de regio warm houdt, met allerlei leuke activiteiten. Doen ze goed!

After months, possibly years, of looking at properties online, I submitted a blind request to Lucas Fox and immediately received a message from Andrea Maw suggesting a phone conversation. I learned so much in that cheerful exchange that I resolved to narrow my search to Sant Feliu de Guíxols, where, on a visit two months later, my husband and I bought the house that we can't wait to return to. Andrea's deep knowledge of the area along with justified enthusiasm for the region made reaching our final decision easy. She and her colleague Steeve Menet answered all of our questions at every point, tirelessly took us to visit the houses we were interested in, and helped us avoid some that were unsuitable. We very much appreciate her honesty and forthrightness, and of course, her professionalism. I cannot recommend her highly enough and, in fact, have already recommended her to friends.

Lucas Fox trad op als verkopende makelaar maar had ook zeker aandacht voor ons als kopers. Gedurende de hele verkoop/aankoop fase waren ze behulpzaam en service gericht. Na de verkoop/aankoop was men bijv. zeer behulpzaam m.b.t. het overzetten van de nuts voorzieningen.

We recently bought a villa on the Costa Brava through Lucas Fox and the whole experience has been a delight. Andrea guided us through the whole process from the beginning to the end, helped us narrow down our search to a manageable pool of properties. We started communicating via Whatsapp and exchanged information about properties through email. We regularly spoke on the phone until we were ready to travel to Spain and visit our final list of properties. It took us one trip only to make an offer as we had a perfect match. Lucas Fox were very helpful with guiding us through the system and pointing us to any services we needed. Through them we found an excellent lawyer as well. We would happily recommend Lucas Fox if you are hunting for a place in the sun!

We were lucky enough to meet and end up buying a wonderful house on the Costa Brava through one of the most helpful, kind, patient and good humoured people we have ever met - Andrea Maw of Lucas Fox in Platja d'Aro. Andrea's indepth knowledge of the area having lived out here for many years was invaluable, not once did we feel pressured or led astray with ill fitting suggestions, she was completely honest and put up with an endless strram of questions from us via phone, email and WhatsApp often answering when she was not at work. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we will forever appreciate all the effort she put in to helping us find our new home, especially through the recent challenging times. If you are lucky enough meet her she will do everything to help you find the right house and ensure you understand exactly what is going on and how the processes here work. When we buy another property it's Andrea we will talk to!

Las Lucas Fox no solo son agentes inmobiliarios, sino tambien buenos expertos de construccion y mantenamiento de las inmuebles. Hemos comprado nuestra casa hace un par de anos y estuvimos muy satisfechos con los servicios por la compraventa. Ya que la casa fue construido con la gestion de agencia, decidimos seguir con los servicios de para la casa con LF y nunca nos arrepentimos. Robin y Maria-Jose + todo el personal son profesionales, amable, servicial y divertido. Tienen una excelente capacidad para resolver problemas, siempre lo hacen puntual y de manera muy eficiente. Recomendamos encarecidamente Lucas Fox si estais pensando en comprar o construir una casa en este parte de Costa Brava

Uitstekende ervaringen met Lucas Fox. Wat opvalt is de persoonlijke begeleiding en deskundigheid van de medewerkers. Vanaf het moment dat je wordt ontvangen in het kantoor in Platja d’Aro, de rondleiding door het gebied tot en met de kennis van de lokale huizenmarkt. Fijn ook dat alle juridische kennis paraat is en dat zo de valkuilen worden omzeild waar je als Nederlander makkelijk inloopt. Extra plus is dan ook dat de eigenaar van Nederlandse afkomst is en zo voor ons de perfecte verbinder was tussen wat we gewend zijn en al het onbekende wat komt kijken bij het kopen van een huis in Spanje. Kortom een een partij die we kunnen aanraden!
