Le pedi que me imprimiera en blanco y negro un documento, la señora no configuro bien la impresion, la configuro en color y me cobró extra por unas copias que no queria. Pésimo trato al público. Si es asi con una simple tarea no me imagino como sera con otras cosas. Mejor ir a otro lugar.
