Hiring Marcos was the second best decision I made in the wedding planning process, second only to marrying my husband. Planning an international destination wedding was challenging. From our initial zoom consultation, correspondence leading up to the wedding, navigating drastic last minute changes, and tricky family dynamics Marcos Sanchez was calm and collected. He was a grounding force for not only myself, but the wedding planner, priest, and other vendors. Clearly a wealth of knowledge and experience, Marcos' professionalism was a perfect addition to our team. I am eternally grateful for his kindness and expertise. One year later, I remain enthralled with our wedding gallery. Marcos creates art. Fine art. I do not know how he turns ripped tuxes, cat naps, and secret handshakes into frame-worthy photography. His website showcases his talent capturing both big and little moments. What it doesn’t show is how collaborative he is in ensuring you receive exactly what you envision. Marcos worked with us on the editing style of our gallery, the kinds of photographs we needed, and was prompt with each response. The process could not have been smoother. Having a destination wedding in Spain, where I lived abroad for many years, was a dream come true. Figuring out all of the details from Los Angeles was the finer part of the experience. Coming across the work of Marcos via Instagram, inspired a whole new part of our wedding vision. His work is truly beautiful and timeless! Knowing that he had worked at the villa where we celebrated our wedding, and had deep relationships with our wedding planner, our floral company as well as the villa Coordinator immediately created a trust in his ability to capture the memories that we knew we would be creating. We met in person one time before the wedding, and I immediately could sense his artistic and creative passion for his work. During the day of our wedding, he captured so many wonderful candid moments, which is exactly what we were hoping for. It feels like he was everywhere always. Close friends and family shared with me that they felt so comfortable having their photos taken by him. His sensitive and humble nature created a comfort for those he was photographing, and therefore he was able to capture real moments that don’t feel staged. We received so many incredible photos from that day and the book that he put together for us will forever be a part of our family lineage. Working with Marcos was the absolute highlight of planning my entire wedding. Initially, he was recommended to me by my hair and makeup artist who I had already selected for the big day. When someone comes highly recommend within the wedding vendor community, I take that very seriously because that is a true testament to their work ethic and talent and we were not wrong! Marcos is an incredibly talented and kind photographer that we had the pleasure of working with to take our engagement photos! We felt super comfortable working with him, and he gave us great direction while still capturing authentic moments. It was raining pretty hard during part of the day, but Marcos pushed through like a true professional and captured some of our favorite images along the way. Marcos was nothing short of incredible. Every aspect of communication from our first meeting, to discussing financials, and the little details that add up to create our day was wonderful. Marcos was not only helpful with any questions we had but was also kind, responsive, and even helped us find other vendors - a huge help as this was a destination wedding. On our wedding day, Marcos knocked it out of the park! He helped our timeline move along, including slowing us down when we were anxious about being late lol. His creativity and clear direction ensured we had stunning photos from all parts of the day. We haven’t even received the full gallery yet but the photos we’ve seen so far are jaw dropping. We love looking through them already and can not wait to put them up in our home. For two people who do not feel comfortable in front of the camera we never once felt awkward or uncomfortable. We couldn’t recommend Marcos more highly. One of the most important things for us was making sure we didn’t spend our entire wedding day taking pictures and end up not actually having time to enjoy the moment with our family and friends. We wanted pictures to be organic, actually candid and most importantly capture the real, beautiful moments. Marcos did this and so much more - we were able to get portraits done with family members & together efficiently, allowing us to spend more time actually enjoying our wedding. He floated in the background, barely there, but still able to capture all the key moments. His photography style is stunning - a perfect mix of editorial, artistic, and genuine. Marcos was so thoughtful in his approach - he took the time to get to know us, our style, and our priorities to make sure everything went smoothly and the pictures turned out exactly as we dreamed. My friends joked that our photos belong in Vogue (and I couldn’t agree more)!!!! Finally, Marcos is truly a good person - he loves what he does, he is kind, he cares, and we are so blessed to have had him be part of our wedding day. 🤍

Marcos Sanchez is absolutely extraordinary! We worked with Marcos on our small destination wedding in September 2023. Marcos has created the most beautiful, artistic and elegant photographs I could have ever imagined. Thanks to him, I can go back to my Wedding weekend again and again, bringing back memories that fill my soul of love. He has a unique ability to get natural shots of people in natural interactions like hugs, laughs, conversations, dances capturing their personality in a unique way. It is so realistic and beautiful that you just want to live in those pictures. Marcos is also a diligent professional who likes to work with a lot of planning and research in order to be prepared and ensure everything is smooth and perfect during the Wedding day. En Marcos és un gran fotògraf. Va ser un gust tenir-lo entre nosaltres el dia del casament, perquè és una persona encantadora i respectuosa. A part d'això, fa unes fotos GENIALS. A diferència d'altres fotògrafs, en les fotos d'en marcos l'ambient, les emocions, les vibracions de cada moment cobren vida. La màgia és que va més enllà de documentar el que va anar passant durant el dia. Discretament, observant amb atenció, va posar l'objectiu a cada gest, cada mirada, cada moment per capturar l'intangible. I cada cop que mirem les fotos, sembla que revivim la festa. A més d'això, és súper organitzat, respon sempre ràpidament als correus, és molt puntual amb els lliuraments, i els aplicatius que fa servir al llarg de tot el procés són molt intuitius i fàcils de fer servir. I worked with Marcos for my wedding in Barcelona. It was 3 events with early starts and late finishes, but Marcos and his team were so easy-going and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Marcos is an absolute joy to have on your wedding day. His photos are beautiful and natural, exactly as we hoped for. He was able to capture the magic and joy of the day in a way that is unique to every couple. He is an excellent communicator throughout the process and on the day blended into the wedding like any other guest. Si os vais vas a casar, os voy a contar un secreto que ya sabéis: el día pasa volando. El ritmo a que todo sucede es increíble, y apenas os deis cuenta, ya estaréis en vuestra noche de bodas. Después de haber vivido malas experiencias con personas cercanas a nosotros el día de su boda, mi mujer y yo tuvimos muy claro que en un día en el que todo pasa tan rápido se necesita alguien que reúna unas cualidades especiales para inmortalizar cada momento, memoria y detalles. Primero, su habilidad con la fotografía. A Marcos no se le escapa una, y se fijará en detalles antes de que lo hagáis vosotros, y domina todo tipo de técnicas en cualquier situación. Asimismo, se adapta a vuestras peticiones y trabajará con vosotros para realizar vuestra visión, al tiempo que os guiará de acuerdo con su criterio profesional. No os preocupéis si es boda de día, noche, en interior o exterior; ¡Marcos puede con todo! Luego, Marcos tiene un don de gentes que le permite trabajar de forma cercana con vosotros y vuestros invitados en los momentos íntimos. No os preocupéis por soltar alguna lágrima delante de él, ¡es como si fuese de toda la vida! También mi mujer y yo apreciamos lo comunicativo que es. Da mucha tranquilidad en tiempos de pandemia tener alguien que responde rápido a emails y llamadas. Entre tanta incertidumbre, es clave tener gente fiable. Por último, el precio que cobra por los servicios es excelente dado su altísimo nivel de profesionalidad. Un consejo: no escatiméis en la fotografía de boda. Imaginad esto: pasan 30 años de vuestra boda y lo único que os queda de recuerdo son unas fotos dignas de lo peor de los años 80: flashes que dejan pálida a la gente, sombras del abuelo proyectadas en la pared pero su cara borrosa, etc. Esto lo he visto con bodas de 2010-2021, y es una pena perder la esencia de momentos mágicos por intentar ahorrarse el dinero con la fotografía. En definitiva, Marcos es un fotógrafo súper completo en el que podréis confiarle sin problemas uno de los días más importantes de vuestra vidas. ¡Un saludo!

Marcos Sanchez - An incredible photographer and an all round amazing person. Sorry for the long overdue delay, but here it is.... We initially met Marcos at our sister's wedding, and after obsessing over his Instagram account, we knew that he was something special. We got to know him as friends straight away, with his laid back approach and love of photography, it was hard not to like him. It was the easiest decision during our planning to use Marcos, we even chose our wedding date to make sure that he could be our photographer! He was always available on Whatsapp for any questions that we had and he even came to our house for dinner in London when he was visiting. He is very relaxed, composed and fun. His ability to make a great shot from anywhere is unrivalled and his style is just so unique! The natural shots are incredible. During the wedding you couldn't even tell he was there, yet he didn't miss a shot, which is a sign of a great photographer. It really does make the day so much smoother and relaxing. Marcos is the man! We are so happy that he was able to photograph our wedding. From day one he was super responsive and helpful, setting up skype calls to get to know us and quickly answering any questions we had about the contract and other details. He met us both separately early on the wedding day and his relaxed, easy-going and open personality immediately put us at ease. One of the reasons we chose him was that we loved the style of his photos from his website, and our wedding photos did not disappoint! We are really happy with them, and we have a great variety of candid photos, posed photos and atmospheric photos that really capture the overall event and feeling. This is a very long over due review...I don't know where to begin with this guy! From our very first Skype, I knew he was going to be our wedding photographer. I absolutely hate having my photograph taken, but his love and passion for his work was clear from the offset and he made it his mission to put me at ease. Marcos was so chilled and my husband and I got on with him straight away. To say i am in love with our wedding photos is the biggest understatement, he captured so much love and even in the most hectic and stressful moments, he managed to translate them to beautiful, tender and peaceful moments (mostly referring to our 3 year old daughters tantrum phase at the time). This guy is one of a kind, he is a truly talented man, his work is classic, beautiful and poetic. Beyond that he has become someone that will be a friend for our entire lives. We hit the jackpot with Marcos and I found him by luck through Instagram. My wife and I are Americans and eloped in Spain; Marcos made sure we felt comfortable and didn’t worry about a thing. Not only did we have a phenomenal photographer, he helped hand select locations based on our wants (we went back and forth several times and he was VERY patient with us) and offered up wonderful suggestions, but he ensured we would have a wedding day to remember. From the first looks, to making sure our photos matched who we were and were natural, to a relaxed lunch (reminder we eloped), driving us to Sitges, and closing off the evening with his wife and child, we felt we were a part of the family and it was everything we wanted and more. I knew he was getting the best photos and capturing what he needed — just look at his Instagram and website — his photos speak for themselves. We received much more than photos from Marcos. He is our friend and someone we trust and made us feel so comfortable and ourselves on our wedding day — he added to the beauty of the day. You will not regret choosing Marcos.
