A Dream Wedding at Casa Felix, Olivella We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Casa Felix in Olivella this June. The venue was stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for our special day. The food, provided by Eskisit on the wedding day, was nothing short of fantastic — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our guests had a wonderful time and kept complimenting both the food and the overall experience. The service staff were professional, attentive, and friendly, which made everything run smoothly and added to the warm and joyful atmosphere. The only downside was that all the leftover food was taken away after the dinner. Since we stayed at the venue for the whole weekend, it would have been lovely to enjoy the leftovers in the days that followed. Still, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We chose Eskisit for our wedding menu and it was one of the best decisions we could have done. Cristina and her team deliver excellence, beating very high international standards. Every dish was exceptional, and on the wedding day the food exceeded our already high expectations. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food even after the wedding — many said it was the best wedding menu they had ever had and we think so too. Truly outstanding!

Cristina and Eskisit are PHENOMENAL to work with. My wife and I had our destination wedding in Sitges and while that can be a daunting mission, Cris and her team made everything so smooth planning a wedding halfway around the world. The food and drinks were amazing. Many of our guests told my wife and I that our wedding food was the best they’ve ever had. For any big party you are having, Cris and Eskisit are the best for the job.

A big thank you to the eskisit team for catering our wedding at Casa Felix! The food was incredible- all of our guests were amazed and enjoyed it all so much. Particularly lots of compliments on the appetisers and sushi station (which everybody filled up on, and didn’t have much room left for the paella!). Max and I especially appreciated having appetizers saved for us on a plate so we could eat them after we finished taking photos. Also, the midnight snack went down very well! The bar was also brilliant (especially the sangria), and all of the staff were very kind and attentive throughout. Max and I were also very impressed at the cake design as it matched the design we sent over to you perfectly, and all of the desserts were delicious too. Overall we had the most amazing experience with you all. From our tasting session in April, all of our email correspondence and the service on the day, we are extremely happy with everything! Working together this past year with Cristina and her team at ESKISIT for my daughter’s wedding in Sitges was absolutely amazing! From start to finish Cristina was responsive, creative and dedicated to helping us bring our wedding and pre-wedding events visions to life! We started with an amazing Paella show-cooking party where guests donned aprons and chefs hats and gathered in groups to learn and prepare our delicious paella dinner- it was so much fun!! Cristina’s team was prepared and organized and lively, making the evening a big hit with everyone! For the wedding day, our bridal party and family started with a delicious lunch of salads and sandwiches while getting ready for the big day. Cristina and her team arrived early to the Villa setting up our beautiful tables, ceremony and cocktail area. It was all just as we had planned and looked gorgeous. The food was delicious and plentiful- 11 different passed appetizers plus a corner section of bbq skewers, fun signature cocktails and a delicious dinner with a choice of entrees. For 110 guests Cristina and her team worked seamlessly to organize, execute and pull it all together so that everything flowed perfectly. The the cake was SO delicious and the table was beyond stunning with fruit decor and a taper candles arrangement - truly magical!! Midnight snacks of pizza and churros con chocolate helped fuel us on the dance floor!! Working together with Cristina was truly a joy. She was always willing to adjust and make changes when needed and had so many great suggestions for us along the way. Her team is experienced, thoughtful and provides exemplary service. I give Cristina and ESKISIT the highest recommendation and assure that you’ll be in good hands with her team. Thank you Cristina for providing such a magical, memorable wedding week for our family!!

Eskisit Catering took care of our wedding and they did such a beautiful job. The cocktail hour had the best food and the servers were wonderful and on top of everything, as a bride you sometimes feel you don't get to eat enough and that was never the case because they were always prepared with food for myself and my husband. The reception dinner was stunning, from the settings to the incredible service everyone was exclaiming over th food and our main dish of pork tenderloin was raved about and still is by our guests. The cake took my breath away and I loved the elegance of the presentation. These are the nicest people and incredibly genuine, they took such great care of us on such a special day and I highly recommend them for your next event.

ESKISIT catered our wedding at Almiral de la Font near Sitges in Spring 2025. They did such an amazing job and my wife and I were so happy with everything. Rating = 15 out of 10! Leading up to the wedding, we worked closely with Cristina and Gemma who were both professional, responsive, and very friendly. On the big day, the ESKISIT team arrived on schedule and set up the venue calmly and efficiently. The food was all delicious from the cocktail hour through the main courses and desert. Most importantly, working with ESKISIT was a major stress relief for us. As an english speaking couple from Canada, it was pretty nerve-wracking for us to plan a wedding in Spain, with vendors we never met in person and a venue we'd never visited. But ESKISIT made things so much easier for us. Whenever we weren't sure what to do, Cristina and Gemma were always available to give us suggestions and recommendations based on their extensive experience. They were also very accommodating of our requests, and worked hard to make sure everything went exactly as we planned. I would not hesitate to recommend ESKISIT to anyone getting married in the Sitges/Barcelona area!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing cake! My boyfriend was so surprised and really happy – the cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted fantastic. We could not have asked for a better vendor to work with on what was a PERFECT wedding for us! We even had family fly 24hrs+ for our wedding… and they raved that the food alone was worth it to them! We STILL have people telling us about how much they LOVED the food almost a month out from our wedding. To us, and multiple people at our wedding.. they made the BEST paella anyone has ever had. But don’t be mistaken… everything they churned out of that heaven sent kitchen was delicious. Chef Cristina and her team killed it!! They actually started out as a bakery. And since they were so popular, decided to expand into catering. We’re so thankful they did. My wife and I did opt for the cake buffet as a part of their package… and that was absolutely the right decision. We have guests passionately debating which was the best flavor to this day. We're team carrot cake. During apertivo hour… my wife and I were taking pictures walking around the empty table set up…and the waiters would walk out of their way before going to the apertivo area to ask if my wife and I wanted to try any of them! This perfectly exemplified Eskisit - everyone of their team members would go out of their way just to make sure we had the perfect day… and WE DID! One of the waitresses even helped my wife with her veil that got caught on something as she was making her way to walk down the aisle! From the first email we sent to Eskisit, we knew that they were the right vendor for us. They were a fantastic partner for us over the last year and helped us create and execute the vision for our wedding that we could only dream about. We are from the US and were cautious working with overseas vendors… but they set the bar extremely high. Their entire team has been so welcoming and supportive through it all. They left no stone unturned for us. My wife and I are type A planners, and truly appreciated their expertise, communication, and professionalism. It really calmed us with planning an international wedding. They were such a steady presence over the last year and we always felt we could rely on them and trust on their ability to execute. Extremely responsive and timely. Their communication was so thorough. With some of the DIY projects my wife created, they would willingly help execute them by quickly sending dimensions of tables/chairs that made them perfect. This is just one example. They were truly a partner with us throughout this process and we appreciated all of their supportive moments in email where they would hype us up for those DIYs. They were such a joy to work with and were so patient with us. Gemma, Cristina, and Cristina (mom)… we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You were truly our favorite vendor that we have ever worked with privately and professionally. We wish you nothing but success; with a product like yours, it is inevitable. Flawless Food, Family Vibes, and Michelin-Level Magic! Eskisit absolutely blew us away. From the moment we met them at our tasting, we knew we’d found something special. Warm, genuine, passionate — it was clear this wasn’t just a catering gig for them, it was something personal. Every dish we tried was packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and made with such care and quality. As a huge foodie, I was honestly speechless—and that rarely happens! What made them stand out even more was their incredible flexibility. We worked together on a few of the Indian appetisers for our pre-wedding "Welcome Party", and they so kindly let me direct one of the dishes (the channa chaat) to suit how I envisioned it—and they completely nailed it. Not many caterers would be so open, so collaborative, and so keen to get it exactly right. It felt like working with family. Now, throw in a nationwide power cut across Spain and Portugal on the day of our first event (yes, really!)—and still, they were absolute pros. Calm, honest, prepared, and somehow totally unfazed by the chaos. They kept us informed, talked through contingency plans, and once the power came back just in time (we were soooooo lucky), they kicked into gear like magic. You’d never have known anything was off behind the scenes- the way they worked together to get things ready and turn our first night into one of the best nights of our and our guests lives! The food across both events—the Monday night "Welcome x Birthday Bash" and our Wedding Day—was nothing short of extraordinary. The appetisers? Gone in seconds. The paellas? People are still messaging us about them. The Canapès after the wedding ceremony - WOW! The wedding meal? Michelin-level perfection that still felt full of warmth and homemade love. Oh, and the cakes? Stunning and delicious—every single detail was just… PERFECT! And let’s not forget the amazing team. The set-up, the service, the bar staff—everyone was fantastic. We cannot recommend Eskisit enough! We were lucky to have Cristina & team cater our wedding in June and they made our day so incredible! Cristina & team were an absolute pleasure to be around. Both Cristina and Gemma also made the planning process so easy, especially given are were based in the UK. Really easy to communicate with over calls and email and we thoroughly enjoyed our tasting session– we knew straight away we had made the best choice! They were really accommodating to our choices. On our wedding day, the food, drink and service was exceptional. Our guests did not stop commenting on how good the food was, especially the appetisers and dessert buffet. We couldn’t have asked for better service, no glass was empty at any point of the day. We planned our wedding from the USA and they were so patience throughout the whole planning process, Gemma helped create and adapt a whole menu to our needs, was so helpful and quick in responding and made the planning experience so much easier. The morning of our wedding we unfortunately had some bad rain and Cristina was so amazing, she helped reorganise and adapt the plan to the weather conditions and made sure the day went smoothly. I had so many compliments from our guests on how amazing Cristina and the whole team were on the day. I honestly can’t thank them enough ❤️ The food and service was beyond our expectations and I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Cristina and her team at Eskisit are incredible! It was so convenient to have one vendor who manages catering, drinks, tableware, linens, and signage for every event during our wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, AND the party). They were extremely communicative throughout our planning process, answering each of my million questions promptly. We ended up with a ton of add-ons and allergy modifications that the team handled flawlessly. The day of our wedding required a lot of maneuvering due to unforeseen weather. Cristina and her team handled this so gracefully that you would think everything had gone to plan. They kept our guests happy and satiated throughout the night despite having to deal with the intermittent rain. In addition to their amazing level of service, the food Cristina's team provides is beyond anything we would typically expect at a wedding. There is an incredible variety of Spanish dishes and flavors — our guests are still raving about it to this day. We had a huge assortment of tapas at our cocktail hour, as well as a jamón leg and sushi corner. Dinner was a selection of tapas to share followed by three different paellas. The Eskisit team also kindly accommodated some very challenging guest allergies. We concluded with a sorbet and assortment of four different cakes, as well as late night churros and sliders at the party. We could not have asked for a better catering team to make our wedding day so memorable. I wish we could do it all over again!

If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding, look no further. Eskisit exceeded all our expectations - and those of our guests! They are an amazing female-led business that besides the catering, also did the co-ordination of our wedding day. Their service covers all the basics of a great caterer: their food is amazing, the staff is attentive and friendly, their communication is great and the prices are absolutely fair. But they exceeded our expectations in their flexibility with regards to budget which they adjusted when we had cancellations and at no point did it feel like they were trying to 'sell' us something that we didn't want. Their coordination of the day was incredibly smooth and I appreciated them making a decision about enacting plan B as we had rain on our wedding day. And not to ignore is the fact that their cakes are out of this world - our guests loved the cake so much, that even though we had leftovers, when I wanted to have another slice the next morning, the cake was all gone! If you want a caterer with a personal touch, that let's you relax on the day and will make your guests happy, that's Eskisit!

Wow! My wife and I were recommended Eskisit by our wedding planner (Barcelona Brides 👌🏼) They had a very well put together Instagram and the leaflet with all the options for catering was super sleek and professional. When we arrived for a tasting they were so so friendly! A family run business with smiles all around and they set up the table so nicely for us. Now, let’s talk about the food!! Wow! Now we love eating, anyone who knows my wife and I, they know this. So, we wanted this reflected in our wedding, we wanted people to be well fed and well ‘watered’ with delicious and varied food and great wine and beer. Eskisit delivered on absolutely all of this! The canapés just kept getting better with highlights such as: Spring rolls, prawn tempura, croquettes, this pork in bread dish that I can’t remember the name of but was amazing, the calamari. I could go on…! The wine was phenomenal also, we had two choices for red and white and both were delicious. And as a beer drinker I was very happy with the beer in the day also! For dinner we had a starter that blew everyone away: It was a cold tomato soup with a basil ice cream and tuna belly. I cannot recommend this enough, I still think about this daily! And the pork we had for dinner was so succulent and flavourful. The veggies guests loved theirs also. I will say it’s 100% the best wedding food I have ever eaten, our guests said the same! Oh, and the cake not only looked amazing but it was delicious!!! I only wish we ordered an extra one for ourselves the next morning! We added the welcome drinks in and were actually super happy with this decision in the end! Guests were loving the mojito in the warm weather! Lastly, just want to shout out all the staff and owners. They all had big smiles throughout with excellent service. The Christina even made a point of coming up to me to say how much she enjoyed our wedding which was just one of the many little heartfelt touches that contributed to what was the wedding of our dreams. In short, book Eskisit, have an amazing wedding with delicious food and great service and save me send me some of that soup as a thank you! P.s A special shout out to the carrot and vegetable sorbet. It’s actually sweet and delicious! Sounds savoury when you read it but give it a taste!

Gemma and Cristina are incredible! From start to finish they captured our vision for our wedding perfectly! The look, detail and style of the service was impeccable. The food tasted delicious and every one of our guests craved more of our wedding cake which was designed to perfection. The staff and service were all amazing and I can’t thank you all enough. We used Eskisit for our wedding and pool party catering this August. We met with Gemma and Cristina last year and have loved working with them for our wedding. They offer an incredible selection of food and we loved the different choices and had so many options to taste at our tasting last year, they understood exactly how we wanted our wedding and offered a lot of help and insight into the planning and timings for our special day as well as helping with furniture and various props. Everything went smoothly with the wedding day and our guests had so much food and it all tasted incredible. We also had a BBQ pool party the day after the wedding, with such an amazing selection of food. The team at Eskisit are all super helpful and we loved working with Gemma, Cristina as well as the on site serving and kitchen teams who were all amazing. Would highly recommend.

Where do I start with how amazing Cristina, Gemma and all the team were? When we were deciding on the catering for our wedding I turned to Google reviews, they had the most amazing reviews and I can see why! From start to finish they were phenomenal, we were planning the wedding from Ireland so we wanted it all to be perfect and as stress free as possible. They care so much about the service they give and that the couple is happy. There were no hidden costs with Eskisit, something you hear a lot from a lot of couples getting. Throughout the whole process they were absolutely fantastic, Cristina and Gemma were there every step of the way, always finding it solutions and wanting everything to be perfect. They are also lovely people. They day of the wedding the service was second to none. All our guests raved about the standard of food and that their glass was never left empty, they constantly scanned the room to make sure everyone was looked after. They have absolutely amazing staff. I can’t wait to get back all my photos and add some of the amazing the food, drink and our cake. Wow it was just fab! They created something very special and we will be forever grateful. Taylor and I got married on May 29th at Mas Palou and Eskisit provided our catering. From the menu tasting to the actual wedding working with Eskisit has been a pleasure. Good and clear communication and they will go out of your way to make your special day even more special. On the day of our wedding the tables looked beautiful, the cookies with our guests names were delicious and the staff was just amazing. We want to really emphasize how great the staff was and even our guests are still talking about it! The attention to detail the staff had was amazing (our bartender knew at one point my drink order and he would come give me my drinks in person while I was dancing). We cannot thank you enough for making our special day even more special!!

No words can truly describe Eskisit Catering and Events. From our very first call with them right up to our wedding weekend, they were amazing! During the day of the party the team have really shown to be professionals that wanted to go the extra mile for our guests, it's impressive considering all the tasks they had on their plates. Eskisit Catering was the company responsible for our wedding in Masia Santa Monica near Barcelona. We chose them because of lots of good opinions in the internet, different menu options and good communication before making our decision and we are absolutely amazed by this cooperation! Cristina and Gemma were the coordinators responsible for our event. From the very beginning they were open-minded and helpful, always available when we had questions or some doubts. There was just one small misunderstanding considering changes of the prices year after year that's why we recommend everybody checking the agreement and the budgets twice. However it was quickly solved which we are also grateful for. Communication was absolutely perfect. On the day of the event, when weather forecasts were very different, uncertain and changeable they were very flexible considering some changes of the furniture places and the places of the cocktail party. It was amazing to see how everybody cooperated and adjusted to different circumstances. Eskisit is more than just a catering firm, they are closer to wedding planners that are wiling to help with everything. Cristina, the owner of eskisit and main coordinator for the day of the wedding was there for us anytime we needed her. The team was super helpful and positive. Our guests were impressed by the positive attitude of all the waiters who had good time with us for the whole time. And finally the food! It was stunning, especially the cocktail part, where each and every dish was sth different and delicious. We strongly recommend building your menu using different types of food because just everything was worth trying - gyoza, prawn brioches, duck tartalettes and so on...as far as the main course go - we loved the mellow beef, but we would maybe change only the proportions and put there more asparagus and a bit less meat. Nevertheless the general impression is close to perfection. Party time was also the memory that will always stay with us. Especially our open bar coordinator from Uruguay who was so nice for everybody. Thank You Eskisit Team for our fantastic wedding catering - it's definitely a premium level service worth its price!

We had our wedding catered by Eskisit and we absolutely loved it! We worked very closely with Gemma and Cristina, and they were phenomenal and so helpful at every step of the way! We had our wedding at Almiral de La Font, a property in Sitges. My wife and I were living overseas during the entire planning phase, so we did all of this planning remotely. Gemma made our whole process very easy and painless and we were amazed at how well everything came together! We had very minimal stress or surprises and she took care of everything pristinely. I would really like to stress how organized and friendly Gemma and Cristina were- weddings are stressful to do *in person* and we did all of this remotely and it all came together perfectly. This just speaks to how well they did! We loved our food and setup- they brought everything to the venue and did all of the hard work. They just asked a few simple questions and took care of the rest. Amazing work again, Eskisit! 10/10 would recommend to anyone to use them!

Cristina, Gemma and the Eskisit team were outstanding. They were on time, organized, seamless, worked well with all of our vendors and were just down-to-earth, wonderful people. We felt so special on our wedding day and didn't have to worry about a thing. We had a somewhat complicated venue with a big hill to get up and down and Eskisit handled it beautifully and with no issue. The food was also ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. We were nervous to plan a wedding abroad in a place we had never been with vendors we never met in person, but this team was so helpful and sweet and the food was better than we could have imagined. Our guests are still talking about the paella and churros. Eskisit managed multiple meals over our weekend, including breakfast deliveries, breakfast with a chef, our rehearsal dinner, and our wedding meal and each meal was top tier quality and presentation. The staff they sent to drop off food was also lovely. Thank you Eskisit (and thank you to Cristinia specifically) for helping us create the most magical weekend to celebrate our wedding.

Eskisit are not just a delicious and thoughtful catering company - they were also instrumental in helping me and my husband throughout the course of our wedding planning! We live in New York and don't speak Catalan, so organizing a wedding from a abroad definitely came with its challenges. They kindly helped us keep track of things and communicate with suppliers, recommending ones that were most aligned with our vision. Cristina offered realistic guidance when it came to costs, which was a refreshing change from companies often wanting to get the most money out of you! We loved getting to meet them in person and if you're doing a destination wedding, would highly recommend a trip to Sitges in advance to do this. Finally meeting Gemma and Cristina was a fun experience and we got to understand why the universe brought us to Eskisit. They're flexible, friendly, good communicators and they have nice taste. Fun fact: Cristina is also a supermom! She had just had a baby when we visited and was still 100% dedicated to being there in her best capacity - it was inspiring. We are so glad we chose Eskisit for our wedding at Almiral de la Font. All of guests commented on how amazing the food was, and there was a lot of it so nobody went hungry! From the canopes to the desert, everything was delicious. The table decorations and place names were beautiful and the drinks were topped up as soon as you finished your glass! Gemma and Cristina were easy to work with and the day ran really smoothly so we didn’t need to worry about anything. We also had an incident where a guest injured themselves and they were very helpful in getting an ambulance. We would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, as they will take all of the stress away from you so you can just enjoy your day 🥰

Cristina and Eskisit coordinated and catered all the events for our wedding at Casa Felix in June 2023 (3 years in the planning)--Friday night Paella, Saturday morning breakfast, our wedding (cocktail, dinner, etc.), and Sunday BBQ/Flower girl's Birthday party. Cristina was our wedding planner and later brought on Gemma as well. They were both very organized in helping us plan a destination wedding from NYC. The amazing staff at Eskisit knew every corner of the property, which helped everything move flawlessly throughout the weekend. They were friendly to all the guests and and had expertise in producing events - down to where each person was sitting and what their specific allergies were. Most importantly, all the food was delicious and exquisite. Thank you to all for helping make this the happiest moment of our lives. We had our wedding at Can Marcer de la Penya, just outside of Sitges, in July 2023 and Gemma and her team at Eskisit were absolutely fantastic! ESKISIT did an exceptional job catering our wedding day. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious the food was. Half of our menu was vegan as well, and the ESKISIT team accommodated our specific requests without hesitation. Our cake buffet was absolutely stunning (not to mention delicious). It was also very convenient that ESKISIT handled all the furniture (for the ceremony, the aperitif and the dinner banquet), which was both modern and comfortable, as well as the printed menu cards. Cristina was amazing from start to finish, the tasting experience we had was excellent and made us so excited for the big day. On the day our needs were met and questions answered very quickly. It was a seamless process and the food on the day was really good, we received lots of compliments. Cristina was great on the day, checking in with us and ensuring everything was to our liking. Eskisit provided my wedding cake and desserts and everything was absolutely perfect - I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding so perfect. The cake was DELICIOUS and so so gorgeous, we had three flavors with two flavors and they were all so moist and wonderful. Sibarum catered a tapas dinner for two families, fourteen people, adults and teenagers. It was amazing! All of the food was fantastic! This was a highlight of our families' trip to Spain.

We booked Sibarum catering for our wedding at Almiral de la font. Because we stayed for a couple of days Sibarum also delivered dinner for every day and we booked their breakfast service with chef. Everything was absolutely perfect. Every single person of the staff was absolutely lovely and very attentive. In preparation of our big day Cristina was very easy to work with, gave very helpful recommendations and made every wish possible. Our wedding guests are still dreaming about the food during the apperitif and everything else was also delicious. We were worrying if it's going to be enough food (because we are Germans and Germans need big meals :D), but it was more than enough! We would totally recommend to work with Sibarum.

Sibarum provided a wedding cake and birthday cake as well as delivering an evening buffet for supper during our stay at Masia Casanova in Sitges. All was delicious! The Pistachio wedding cake was a hit with everyone due to its beautiful texture that no one had experienced before. They were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for catering for any event (however big or small).

On the day itself the entire team was as professional as they were friendly (special shout out to the Barkeeper who was integral to get the dance party started and running until late at night). I had a great experience with Sibarum when ordering a wedding cake and dessert table. The cake was beautiful and just what my husband and I were looking for, but more importantly, everything tasted amazing! I have never been to a wedding with little to no leftovers the day after, but our guests loved the range of flavours in the cakes and desserts. Please consider the pistachio flavour cake and the white choc and hazelnut cake!

Our wedding was planned for Villa Catalina in Sitges in 2020 and then rescheduled to finally take place in September 2021. First of all I would like to say how lucky we are to find Sibarum and work with them. Very professional, understanding, and flexible. We worked with Christina and her team for almost two years due to COVID. Food and the service were AMAZING. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Cocktail hour was smooth and had plenty of food varieties to go around. Our guests from USA and UK were impressed. I must say its the BEST PAELLA I ever had in my life. The main courses were well done and love the presentation. Sibarum also excel at desserts and sweets. They make it all so deliciously and beautifully. Their pricing offers the best value. We so enjoyed working with lovely Christina and her team! I will always choose Sibarum in a heart beat!

We used Sibarum as the caterer for our wedding last month, but they are so much more than a caterer. Christina worked with us from the very beginning to plan our special day. Christina was always available to help us not limited to catering, but also by helping us with the DJ, the bus company, and the musicians for our ceremony - she made having a destination wedding so much easier! Everything was planned to the tiniest detail, and Christina and her team had everything under control. The food at our wedding was AMAZING. Our guests are still talking about it, and so are we! Everything not only tasted delicious, but was also presented beautifully. In addition to the food, Sibarum also provided beautiful seating arrangements and tables. The staff was so friendly and professional, and made sure our day was absolutely perfect!

We planned our wedding celebration at a Masia near Sitges, which unfortunately declared bankruptcy 3 months before the planned celebration. We had already started discussions with Sibarum regarding catering, and were very interested in contacting them to cater our celebration. Following the bad news, we visited Sitges to see what we could do to find a new location. Cristina and her team immediately jumped into action, suggesting several possibilities and calling the owners so we could visit, and we very quickly decided on a location. Thanks to this support, initiative and professionalism, we forgot about cancelling and forged ahead. We decided to continue with Cristina and Sibarum, and did not regret the decision for a moment. The team worked with a level of professionalism blended with friendliness that was very reassuring at every step. The menu options were numerous, and we had plenty of opportunity to discuss this and find the best combination for our day. The tasting evening was a splendid occasion to see the real quality of the food, and the food on the day was at the same level. On the day, Cristina and her team were quick, polite, responsive whenever anything was requested, and also acted at any necessary moment to clarify and minor changes. The setup of the ceremony, tables, reception and bar were beautiful and exactly what we had requested and agreed, and enhanced the beautiful location even more. Many of our guests commented favourably about the service and quality of the food, and a couple even grabbed business cards to consider catering their next events. All-in-all, we couldn't recommend Cristina and Sibarum highly enough - not just for the superb contracted catering, but also the extra assistance, advice and compassion in helping us save the situation when we wanted to call it all off! When we come back for the 5 year anniversary, I'm sure we'll be in touch again! :-)

We ordered our wedding cake from Sibarum and we couldnt have chosen a better supplier! The cake was delicious and all of our guests loved it (we had chocolate sponge cake with dulce de leche and chocolate filling). It was super pretty too! They made it exactly how we wanted it to look like😄 would definitely recommend Sibarum to my friends!

During my vacations I used the service from Sibarum a couple of times and the same is EXCELLENT. Cristina is super reactive and accommodating and does not know the word no, all is possible with her. She is extremely flexible and friendly too. The quality of the service and food was also very good (particularly the cake!) and all the two events we had with her were truly a success. Hemos organizado por la pandemia nuestra boda en prácticamente tres meses y nos lo han puesto todo tan fácil...la atención constante, coordinación de todo, siempre pendiente de nosotros y con una entrega increible. Madre e hija forman un equipazo! La comida estuvo exquisita, y los postres un escándalo. Todo salió mil veces mejor de lo que podríamos haber imaginado, estamos felices y agradecidos. Prepararon la tarta para nuestra boda (éramos 6 personas) y también una selección de dulces y estaba todo buenísimo, además de precioso! Les mandé fotos de cómo queríamos que fuese la tarta por fuera y dieron en el clavo. La atención desde el principio hasta el final fue excelente. Repetiremos para próximos eventos sin duda.

I understand Business is Business but I don't understand the lack of empathy. I worked with Cristina and my venue for the last year during covid. Cristina was very nice through out the process until it came down to my venue completely canceling on me and not refunding my deposit. I had reached out to all my vendors and told them the situation. That we were not canceling, that our venue actually canceled on us, and being that we live in the US and are not allowed to enter Spain it would be impossible for us to have our wedding there. We asked if it would be possible to consider a refund on our deposit. Most of our vendors including a competing venue, CASA MARISOL, (we were going to use for our rehearsal dinner) refunded us our deposit and understood the situation. When talking to Cristina about the situation her tone had changed with us and was not longer compassionate or kind. At that point it was strictly business with her. She said the least she could do was find us a venue for another date. We just lost thousands from our venue and were not going to take this risk again. I know there are contracts that need to be followed but considering this unprecedented event sometimes compassion, sympathy, and empathy go a long way and that is what this company lacks.

Mi marido y yo celebramos nuestra boda en Sitges el 19/9/2020. Un año muy difícil para este tipo de eventos. Cristina y su madre se han mostrado muy flexibles durante todo el período y muy cercanas, mostrandonos todo tipo de facilidades. En un principio la boda se celebraba en julio pero no hubo ningún problema en aplazarlo a Septiembre. La calidad de la comida es óptima así como la presentación de las mesas y mobiliario. Repetiría con ellos. Además hemos contado con ellos en otras ocasiones, paellas a domicilio, cajas desayuno sorpresa a domicilio...

We want to say a huge thank you to Cristina and her wonderful family and team. Handcrafted Retreats held our the first of what will be an annual quilting retreat at an amazing retreat house up in the hills above Sitges Spain with our guests arriving from all over the World at the beginning of March 2020. We had a full catering service provided by Sibarum for 8 days and just a huge thank you for the wonderful food, incredible service and kindness. When dealing with people and companies who understand the needs and service required and can adapt and advise at short notice also, which Sibarum were able to do it was so appreciated. We booked the company for iour wedding in Spain. Christina and her team did a very good job. Though we had to organise everything from Germany, everything went perfectly well, Communication for the preparatoon, the set up at the Wedding location, the dinner etc. Food was delicious. Not only did they supply super good food and drinks but eventmanager Cristina helped us out with so many other things including the venue, photographers, sound and light and much more. We hired Sibarum to cater a 50th birthday BBQ and they were so professional and the food was so good! We live in the US and Cristina their event manager was so responsive in helping give us confidence for a long distance planning of this event. The food they made the day of the event was fantastic! Squid ink seafood paella, BBQ chicken that was SO tender and spiced correctly, an array of side dishes and a creme caramel for dessert. The guests came to us saying how much they enjoyed the food that afternoon. Without question I would work with Cristina and Sibarum catering in Sitges without hesitation.

Advanced apologies for the long review, but if you are considering SIbarum I recommend reading this. My Wife and I employed Sibarum for our wedding this past June and it was nothing short of amazing; the menu, décor, execution, price and overall experience made it a day we and our guests will never forget . Being from New York, it made the process of finding a caterer and planning our wedding that much more difficult. We found SIbarum through our planner (along with a few other caterers on our short list). When we visited Spain a year prior to the wedding, we scheduled a tasting with Sibarum at their shop in Sitges. We went through so many different types of appetizers, mains and desserts to get a feel for what our menu could be. Cristina and her mother were so sweet, they kept running back to the kitchen to have us try something different, pouring us wine when our glasses were low, and made sure we grasped the types of dishes they could provide, it was a great experience. Though we did have to pay for the tasting, it actually was one of the best meals we had while in Spain (and we ended up getting the money it credited back to us when we booked them😉). In the months following, we worked with Cristina (in tandem with our planner) to craft the menu and plan out our special day. I will admit that there were some road bumps in the beginning, mainly around us falling into the classic trap of trying to have an over-abundance of food and drink for our guests, a self-inflicted fear. Nonstop open bars from the second they walk in and the second they walk out. Table after table of food during cocktail hour. Different options for entrees. We were so worried about not having enough for our guests that we kept pushing Sibarum to increase the menu. Instead of just nodding and taking our money, they did an excellent job leveraging their experience to ensure we were not going overboard, planning out a robust yet economic menu that would leave our guests happy, and our pockets fuller 😊. They were extremely flexible, and came up with some custom solutions for us to alleviate some of our worries (like during the last hour of open bar, only having to pay for guests that were still at the reception). Now all the build up to the wedding, months and months of planning and working with Sibarum, left a good taste in our mouth (pun intended). But it was the day of the wedding in which Sibarum absolutely blew us away, and the reason I would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the Barcelona area. From the second we stepped on the property, until the second we left, Cristina and her team went above and beyond to make us and our guests happy. She constantly would check in with us to ensure we had everything we wanted, making us feel so comfortable throughout the night. The décor/furniture was beautiful and matched our vision exactly, the food was out of this world (our guests could not stop talking about the Squid Ink Fideua Paella during cocktail hour), the bartenders didn’t missed a beat (and kept our more party-inclined guests extra happy), and the wait staff were on point. There was even a point when one of our guests had her dress rip beyond repair, and Cristina went home and bought her one of hers to wear! (luckily they were the same size). They say weddings can be super stressful for the Bride and Groom… issues inevitably will arise, problems will occur … but when you have someone there who is going above and beyond to help you deal with these issues, well it honestly just warms our hearts knowing we had that support. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and we truly will never forget it thanks to the help of Cristina and Sibarum Catering. THANK YOU!

We ordered a number of dishes which were all excellent from fruit salad with a most delicious vegan dressing to chicken catalan. Christina was very professional, accommodating and responded on email promptly. The delivery was made to our villa on time and in good containers. Highly recommend

We recently hosted our destination wedding, just outside of Sitges, Spain, while deciding to teaming up with Sibarum Catering to handle our reception. We simply cannot praise them enough for their upmost-level of professionalism, their assistance & invaluable local knowledge with the planning, their thoughtfulness and flexibility with our ideas, the delicious & beautifully-arranged food, and their super-friendly service. Putting together a destination wedding comes with its share of challenges, however Cristina and the Sibarum Catering team did a phenomenal job in helping to smooth it out. Coming from restaurant industry, my wife has a high bar when it comes to service-level and Sibarum far-exceeded our expectations. We gave them full access to the reception venue and Sibarum managed it all themselves. Everything from the setup, to the service, to the teardown. Perfect service. We where 16 persons that stayed for 1 week in Sitges. During this week Cristina and her team arranged two caterings and a chef that made a great Barbecue for all of us. I can highly recommend using the services from Sibarum Catering.

Cristina and the team helped to create the most amazing and delicious food for my 50th 'Golden' Birthday party. Dish after dish after dish was truly mouth-watering; my guests were bowled-over by the range and quality of the dishes served. The trio of birthday cakes were also truly scrumptious! My wife and I chose Sibarum to cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding in May/June 2018. The staff at Sibarum was able to take our vision for the 2 meals and turn them into reality. The rehearsal dinner passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious. The beef empanadas were the favorites of most of the guests. For the wedding, the Iberic sirloin was cooked perfectly. Every detail was executed with precision. The cake was made to look just like the picture we sent (and it tasted amazing). Working through the time change from the US to Spain was somewhat difficult, but the staff from Sibarum was accommodating to our needs. We recommend them to anyone looking for the best in catering. No detail was overlooked.
