Juanjo did a great job for us during our Vow renewal in Barcelona. His communication leading up to the ceremony was excellent. And, the pictures were delivered much earlier than expected. We would definitely recommend him if you are needing a photographer while in Spain.

There really are no words to describe how wonderful Juanjo was throughout our time working with him. He made everything very easy for us throughout the process. We were visiting Costa Brava from California and Juanjo was professional, accommodating, and trustworthy from the start! Highly recommended Juanjo for your wedding, or any event! Juanjo took photos of our wedding in Spain this Summer. My then fiancé (now wife) had spent the Covid years changing our wedding plans multiple times like so many others. Then came an opportunity for us to elope in Barcelona. I cannot express our gratitude enough to Juanjo and Cyntia for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. Their presence and guidance throughout our day made us feel wonderful. My wife and I had next to no time (literally) to plan our elopement in advance but looking at our photos you would never be able to tell. After spending hours searching for a photographer to shoot our wedding in Barcelona, we were drawn to Juanjo's documentary style, natural but beautiful pictures which really seemed to tell a story. We warmed to Juanjo instantly from the first video call and some months later were able to meet up before the big day. Juanjo was so professional but friendly and made sure he had all the information he needed from us as well as making useful suggestions. He arrived promptly on the day and knew exactly where he needed to be and when - he was fantastic. Having been sent out wedding photographs (in black & white and colour!) we were over the moon and he really did capture our day perfectly. A great guy who did a great job. My husband and I decided to do anniversary photos in Costa Brava. We reached out to Juanjo and he quickly got back to us with availability and suggested locations for our shoot. We decided to move forward with him and are glad we did! Juanjo was on time and was very patient with us even when we were 10 minutes late. He has an eye for location and great photos. He sent us a sneak peek just a few days after our shoot so we could get an idea of how amazing the photos turned out. After receiving all the photos 2 weeks later we are incredibly pleased with the results and will definitely be using him again for future needs!

My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier that we met Juan on our trip to Spain, we had the most amazing experience with him! From the get go, Juan was prompt and efficient, professional, very transparent (fees, services, etc - he’s got a great process in place with e-contracts), and he was extremely friendly and lovely with us through it all - never minding that we were a tad late, or that we weren’t too sure where to go, or what concept we wanted per se. Talking to him was like talking to an old dear friend and I cherished the cultural exchange of our countries. He speaks great English, navigated us around his favourite spots and even gave us great reccs for food and photographers in other cities. We were so comfortable with him that posing became a breeze - even for couples that are as stiff as us. He will definitely put you at ease, suggesting poses and letting you do as much crazy things as you want. As for his photography, it really speaks for itself on his online portfolio. Friends and family loved it as it was classic, beautiful, and not cheesy. His after service was great too - efficient, as per agreed timeline (ie he must’ve worked through Christmas), and he sent us sneak previews early! No regrets at all with Juan! If I could go back to do it all over again, I’d head back to Spain to have Juan photograph us all over again every year in even more of his favourite spots. Juanjo took our engagement photos and we really enjoyed working with him! His shooting style is focused on a more natural feel done to capture our true emotions. The process of being in front of the camera was a bit strange for us at the beginning, but throughout the session, we felt more at ease and almost forgot he was there taking pictures. The session was supposed to be 90 minutes, but it ended up being a bit longer. Juanjo went the extra mile to make sure that he was able to capture great pictures of us without worrying about a deadline. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and In the end, the pictures turned out really great. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for nice pictures.

Juanjo es muy profesional, cuenta con un buen equipo material y tanto la edición de las fotos como la plataforma en la que se entregan son una pasada! Lo que más me ha gustado han sido el buen rollo que genera y la sensibilidad a la hora de tomar las fotos, donde se captan los momentos que quieres recordar, sin posados típicos y poco originales. Sin duda es la mejor opción!

Vam contractar al Juanjo (i aquest ja és el segon cop) per fer un regal a ma mare, perquè tinguès un record d’ella amb els seus nets. Fer fotos amb nens no és fàcil i ell sap com captar la seva ànima sense fer fotos artificioses. Fotos que, si això és possible, guanyen amb el pas del temps. Repetirem!

En Juanjo ha passat a ser molt important en moments molt importants de les nostres vides. Ara farà uns 5 anys que el vàrem conèixer i va ser una de les grans coses que hem fet. Ell és qui capta tot el que jo busco en les fotos. El 2016 varem fer una sessió amb la nostra filla ala panxa encara. En Juanjo va treure fotos increïbles de nosaltres! Quan la nostra filla va nèixer, va venir a casa a fer una sessió newborn i ni jo ni el meu home no la podiem calmar, en Juanjo la va agafar en braços i amb ell es va adormir... increïble la pau que transmet. I ara, 4 anys més tard hem tornat a demanar-li que ens faci una sessió de fotos de familia i el resultat és ESPECTACULAR!!!! no podem estar més contents! Moltes gràcies Juanjo! We chose Juanjo to be our wedding photographer, because his style seemed to resonate well with us – natural photos with no posing, but at the same time with a nice artistic touch. We were not disappointed, and the photos turned out to be just like that – snapshots of the moments of our special day, just as we remember it. Juanjo is very easy to work with, we actually didn’t do anything “special” during the photoshoot, we just let the things flow, enjoying the day and ourselves, while Juanjo was doing his job, remaining almost invisible for us. The wedding took place during the difficult COVID-19 times, but Juanjo adapted well to the circumstances, which we really appreciated. I also really liked the way the photos were shared with us – through an online gallery with nice features (like marking favourites and downloading selected photos), which we could share with our friends and family – very handy.

We did a photo shoot in the gothic quarter of Barcelona with our three month old, and our entire experience with Juanjo was amazing! He found the best spots for us, some of them hidden, and that I had never seen. He was so professional, kind, and friendly the entire time, from every email we exchanged, to the actual shoot itself. He was also so patient to work with me on the shoot date, and also when I needed to feed my daughter during our session. Juanjo is an excellent photographer; he provided us with a lovely set of photographs from our wedding, capturing many moments (both posed and un-posed). He had excellent instincts in regards to knowing when to take photos, especially the photos of guests as well. It was important to us to see he captured special moments of us but also all our family members. Us not being from Spain, Juanjo was extremely helpful, he came to meet us at the venue when we visited Camos months before our wedding; provided us with suggestions on local florist and hair dressers. He took the opportunity to scout the area looking at places to capture some family group photos we wanted. During the day, he was pleasant to work with, quickly picking up on our style and comfort level and knowing when to take photographs. I would highly recommend Juanjo as a wedding photographer. Se nota que actualiza sus técnicas porque cada sesión ha sido más perfecta que la anterior. Pocas cosas puedo decir para recomendarlo después de haber contado con él 6 veces (2015-2020). Vàrem conèixer al Juanjo quan buscàvem fotògraf per a la nostra boda (2015). Jo odio posar per les fotografies, pero amb ell es facilíssim fer una sessió. Cap posat, tot natural. Molt fàcil per a gent com jo... Vàrem acabar tan contents amb el treball realitzat, el tracte, la proximitat, amb la forma de fer, que l'hem tornat a contractar per fer el premama i el newborn dels nostres dos fills (2018 i 2020). Choosing the photographer for the biggest day of your life is always super daunting. Luckily for us, Juanjo came highly recommended and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Juanjo is extremely talented and we were very happy with how our engagement photos turned out. Coming from abroad we didn't know where to start our search for a good photographer in Barcelona, the place we chose for our wedding ceremony and party. Juanjo was one of the first photographers we came across on google and we fell in love immediately with his style and pictures. It's not easy to find someone with such a natural, emotion-transmitting and warm editing style. Most photographers tend to do kitschy stuff out of weddings, he is definitely not one of those! We were lucky to be able to book Juanjo for our wedding (and pre-wedding-shooting!) and are so happy with the result! Everybody congratulates us on such good pictures! Plus the album is arranged in a way that is telling a story so it's really nice to go through the different 'chapters'/ moments. Juanjo is very professional and discreet and won't make you feel uncomfortable at any time (the bit of awkwardness might come from you not being used to being the main subject of a photoshoot). He won't tell you what to do, you just carry on doing what you are doing normally and he will shoot the best of it. During the ceremony and the rest of the day we basically didn't notice him around taking all the amazing shots he took, he just blends in and lets you enjoy your day fully. You'll revive all the wonderful emotions of that amazing day once looking at the pictures after a couple of months. We can only recommend you, Juanjo! Thanks again!

Una de las partes más importantes de la boda, para mí, es el recuerdo que te queda de ella. Y sin duda repetiría con Juanjo mil veces y lo recomendaría a cualquier persona. Muy buen fotógrafo y muy buena persona, sabe empatizar con la pareja, lo que hace que sus fotos transmitan todos los sentimientos de cada momento. Sin darte cuenta que está en la boda te transmite la tranquilidad de saber que está documentando todo a la perfección. Juanjo hizo las fotos de nuestra boda en junio 2018 y fue un gran placer tenerle como nuestro fotógrafo desde el primer contacto hasta la entrega de las fotos. Es muy simpático, atento y sobre todo profesional. En la boda casi no le notamos, sin enbargo al ver las fotos parece que han estado varios fotógrafos haciendo fotos de todos los ángulos posibles. Me encanta el color y estilo que le da a sus fotos. Además ha sido bastante rápido en entregarnos las fotos.
