Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa

We stayed for 4 nights in late August, 2 suites, we're not regular hotel residents, just a short break. The front of the hotel seems to have suffered some damage to a large cupola over the front doors which looked a bit sad on arrival. The rooms are comfortable and clean but not particularly large to the extent I'd call them a suite. Views all face the pool and adjacent shore line. The hotel was very clean and tidy at all times. Generally very quiet and the pool,which we did not use looked very clean. There was the usual towels out at dawn on the loungers nonsense by some residents, which did lead to some heated arguments that we witnessed. Personally I think this practice should not be allowed by the establishments and I'm not a hotel pool user. It rained one morning and we watched all the empty loungers with their territory towels in place getting wet then the patrons going to the pool and to get them changed when they all eventually left the breakfast room, that's hardly environmentally friendly. No one is poolside at that early time. It's just waste of clean towels. The breakfast selection was huge and every whim is catered for. It's a 10 minute stroll into the main town of St Eulalia along a promenade . The restaurants and bars across the bridge are sub optimal and grossly overpriced so keep walking to town. The staff were exceptional. Everyone we interacted with, from reception to the breakfast restaurant, the pool bar restaurants etc and the cleaning staff, were very friendly and very informative and helpful at all times.

We had an excellent stay! The room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help. We would be happy to come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a fabulous week at this Hotel. From the beautiful pool area to our spotless Junior suite, we couldn’t fault it. We were half board and found the choice and quality of food in the buffet restaurant to be of a high quality, although as with a lot of buffet restaurants, sometimes the food could have been hotter. The location of the hotel is excellent as it’s only a 10 minute walk along the lovely promenade to the town square, and about another 10 minutes to the marina. From our personal experience we’ve never been in a hotel where it’s so quiet overnight and this was a great bonus along with a very comfortable bed and great blackout curtains. Santa Eulalia itself is a really pretty resort with plenty of choices for eating out if you’re not half board and we found some great bars for cocktails in the evening. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff, they are so courteous and helpful at all times with particular thanks to Laila and ?Enzo (apologies if this is wrong). As noted by other guests, the price of food and drinks at the pool bar is high, but there is a small minimarket just over the bridge that sells a decent selection of cold drinks. We will definitely be returning in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone who likes a great hotel within beautiful surroundings.

Such a lovely Hotel, arrived for my Sisters 70th Birthday with family to be greeted with an upgrade, how amazing the room had its own roof terrace with jacuzzi and sun beds. |Staff extremely friendly and helpful could not fault.|Food was very good although we only ate one evening meal as we had plans, but the menu was varied and suited most tastes, lots of choice for breakfast. |We had a treatment in the spa which was amazing, we didn’t use the spa facilities due to time but it looked amazing.|Would definitely recommend and will be back for a more relaxing time.

What a fantastic hotel. In my opinion the staff made our holiday so good. Each member was friendly , helpful and happy. There was a wide variety of food at breakfast. The food was cooked fresh to order. We loved the omelettes. I was spoilt for choice at dinner. The chef was incredible with his creations and always greeted us with a smile. Eva the barmaid became a special friend . She was so efficient and |chatty. I enjoyed going swimming most days. The pool was so clean and therefore inviting. The lifeguard was professional. He always dashed over with fresh towels whilst keeping his eyes on the swimmers in the pool. All in all a perfect hotel. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Unpleasant stay. We got the room 1207. It was very dark, dated, dirty(dust everywhere), had intense unpleasant smell, uncomfortable bed. Bathroom door was broken, impossible to close. Balcony was facing the river, smell was so bad and strong. Asked to change the room with no luck. Hotel Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa does not have 5 star hotel standards and quality of service. I booked it for special occasion and was left disappointed.

Super Lage, aber keinen eigenen Strandzugang

The staff here are excellent, special mention to Eva who manages the bar area on an evening, excellent service. Also to Laila in breakfast and pool area. We had issues with our room but they were quickly resolved by management. The hotel is clean and well situated for local amenities. |The lack of Sunbeds when the hotel is at capacity is a problem, there just isn’t enough.

Highly recommend Insotel Fenicia, a beautifully luxurious hotel and location, gorgeous pool and restaurants, but it was the staff who made it so special for us. Without exception, all the staff were fabulous, just so warm and genuinely friendly - nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Sara, Jose and others at Reception who made us feel so welcome; the delightful lady in the pool bar; Jose (?) the lifeguard who was a marvel, working hard all day every day and so lovely; Victoria and Xavier, as well as Manolo, who were just a joy in the restaurant, as well as others who we didn't know the names of and the manager who welcomed us so warmly each evening. Food and service were superlative, the quality and choice of food was out of this world. Rooms pristine and very spacious with super balcony and view. Pool area immaculate: salt water pool was beautiful and huge, plus smaller pools. Quieter hotel, which suited us perfectly, within easy reach of the centre of Santa Eulalia with its promenade and marina. We both had birthdays and there was cake and fizz delivered to the room courtesy of the hotel, which was unexpected and such a lovely touch! Really can't fault this hotel and hope to return again next year.

A terrific holiday. Great junior suite with plenty of space for 3 of us. We couldn’t hear any one else, which allowed wonderful sleep.|The staff are really friendly and helpful, from the reception team on arrival, to the pool bar staff, the housekeepers, restaurant staff and Eva in the bar. The food is delicious with lots of options.|The hotel is in a great location - just a short walk to ample delicious restaurants, beaches, and shops.|Our only quibble is that there are insufficient sunloungers and parasols. We generally woke up after 9am and we would have to secure a bed before breakfast. On the days that we didn’t, we had no where to sit.|Having said that , we will return in the future.|Definitely recommend

We have very much enjoyed our holiday at Hotel Fenicia. Can’t recommend the hotel enough for its friendly staff who are very welcoming and outstanding food, lots to chose from. Very much recommend this to a family who would like a quiet holiday

Estuve alojada en el hotel la semana pasada (habitación A214, con vistas al mar) y la verdad es que superó mis expectativas. La ubicación es espectacular, justo al lado de una playa preciosa, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del atardecer.||Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal, siempre atentos y con buena disposición. En recepción, Katy fue un amor desde el primer momento: siempre con una sonrisa, dispuesta a ayudar y recomendarnos sitios geniales por la zona. Da gusto llegar a un sitio y encontrarse con gente así.||La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda, y las vistas al mar eran un plus total. También disfrutamos mucho del buffet, con bastante variedad tanto en desayuno como en cenas.||Volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable!||— Emma 😊

Meine Freundinnen und ich haben eine Suite über 11 Tage gebucht. Die Empfangsmitarbeiterinnen waren freundlich. Das Essen an der Pool-Bar im Restaurant war gut. Für den Room Service wird pro Bestellung 12,50 € berechnet. Hin und wieder haben wir Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellt, jedoch war der Kaffee so wässrig, dass man ihn kaum trinken konnte. Die Minibar hat getropft, die Klimaanlage hat nicht konstant funktioniert. Es gab außerdem noch einen wackeligen Deckenventilator. Für 3 Personen wurden jeden Morgen nur zwei Tassen aufgefüllt, und es wurde ausschließlich koffeinfreier Kaffee nachgefüllt. Das bestellte Essen über den Room Service kam mit abgelaufenen Saucen. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, gab es vom Hotelmanager nur ein „Sorry about that“. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel mit Spa in dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir mehr. Nicht zu empfehlen. Bei der zweiten Beschwerde hat sich die Empfangsdame eingesetzt, indem sie mit dem Manager gesprochen und versucht hat, uns entgegenzukommen. Daraufhin meinte der Manager, dass man leider nichts machen könne, weil das Hotel überbucht sei. Hotelbewertung: 2/5.

Myself , my wife and my 1 year old just competed a week long stay there . Our first time staying here and we had a fantastic experience. You see a lot of reviews ‘staff were great ‘ in many hotels and iv never really experienced or really needed staff to be amazing in many of the hotels iv stayed . However I walked away from this hotel believing the staff here make this place . The guys and ladies on the pool just amazing people and really customer friendly . Ladies on reception just super nice people . Entertaining my daughter daily . Always coming over for a chat , always smiling . I hope the owners / manager speak and treat these staff with the upmost respect . They make the hotel and without them it would be nothing . Seem a couple of men in suits giving orders . Give it a rest lads and speak to them with respect . Special shoutout to the lifeguard such a nice man ! The rooms are very clean and on the whole the food is good . A couple of the food choices were cold on the odd occasion and iv seen a couple of reviews saying the same . Just turn the heaters up . It’s easily avoidable . My biggest complaint and could potentially stop me from returning if I didn’t like the staff so much is the price of the drinks . Iv stayed all round Ibiza and even in the Cala tardia location and iv never experienced the price of drinks so high . You pay a premium in Ibiza but the prices are a joke and would definitely stop consumer's returning . 8/9 euros for a large beer . 7 euros for a cappuccino.17 euros for a cocktail . It’s just mental . Not in line with anywhere on the beach front . Will definitely return but sort the drinks prices out. Thanks to all the staff Sam Hannah and Grace

We went to the reception to book a new prestige suite. They did not even want to show us the room when we asked. Another staff member jumped on us when we wanted to have a look at the pool from the lobby, very unfriendly. We had no bags with us so they could see we did not want to go to the pool for free. We stay in neighbour hotel Nativo. Glad we booked that hotel. The manager was lazy. Not friendly at all. Our extra booking goes to another hotel.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We’ve only been here for 5 days out of our month-long stay, and we’re already beyond impressed. The hotel is immaculately clean, and our junior suite on the fourth floor is both spacious and super quiet, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is on another level, the variety, quality, and freshness are overwhelmingly good. You could easily spend the whole morning just enjoying everything they offer. The staff deserves a special mention: incredibly well-trained, professional, and genuinely friendly, they make you feel truly welcome. And the pool area? Huge, spotless, and beautifully maintained, an ideal place to unwind. If this is just the beginning, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the month brings. Highly recommended!

Merveilleuse expérience dans cet établissement haut de gamme.

Schoon hotel , kamers klassiek ingericht en wat gedateerd.|Matjes langs het bed gevaarlijk schuiven meteen weg.|Kamer rook muf, airconditioning maakt lawaai zodat je deze s nachts niet aan kunt laten staan.|Ontbijt is goed , genoeg keuze .|Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam .|Zwembad is mooi maar als je een plekje wil moet je vroeg opstaan om een handdoek neer te leggen. |Wij gaan daarom naar het strand , dat is op loopafstand en je hebt daar heerlijke bedjes met parasol die je kunt huren.

2x keer geplaatst dat het avondeten niet goed is 2x verwijderd!!!

Just landed back in UK after spending 4 nights at this hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Room was large and very well appointed (although more plugs next to both sides of the bed would be beneficial). Bathroom and shower were exquisite. Lovely location with a short walk to the promenade. We stayed bed & breakfast only and the choice was vast, delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend staying here and would be happy to go again. Big thanks to the lifeguard who moved my umbrella without even being asked to ensure we stayed in the shade - a real asset to the hotel and always smiling and ready to help everyone.

Very friendly staff

We arrived last night for our week stay, even at 10:30pm we were greeted by lovely staff who were very well attending. They told us valuable information. The rooms were immaculate and the hotel is amazingly clean. We have had our first breakfast this morning which was excellent with staff around to help whenever needed, a special thank you to Marisa who has been very helpful over breakfast. Amazing hotel and would stay again!!

We attended a private dining experience for our friends birthday. We had exclusive use and each guest had to pay a surcharge for the use of the dinner. The food was good but unfortunately the customer service was the worst we have ever received very disappointing and ended up ruining our evening. Something caused by an error in the booking but the restaurant manager was unwilling to resolve and became very argumentative to the point of upsetting my 7 year old daughter at which point we decided it was time to pay up and walk away to avoid any further distress which the restaurant manager was oblivious to as they were more concerned with getting as much money as possible and sufficient tips for the staff despite our dissatisfaction and evening being ruined. The events unravelled when the meals were delivered to our table and 7 adult meals were delivered, we were a table of 4 adults and 3 children (7, 10 & 14). When we queried this we was advised the host had ordered 27 adults meal and they couldn’t do anything. We advised the restaurant manager we had previously emailed to advise them of the children but received no response so then even visited the hotel to advise them of the children’s meal. After much discussion and advising him the children wouldn’t be able to eat the food he reluctantly agreed to serve a children’s meal and made us feel awkward about it. We were then offered the other portions but declined them and said they couldn’t be used to serve other tables. They were insistent on us having them so eventually agreed to have 4 of the potential 12 meals. When the bill came we were charged for 10 meals 7 adults and 3 children’s. When we queried this we were met with the response you’ve had all the food so have to pay for it. When we pointed out we hadn’t and at no point advised we would have to pay for the additional meals, we unfortunately assumed the 3 adults meal meals would be swapped for the 3 children’s. The restaurants manager then continued to argue we would have to pay for all the food and reluctantly took some food off the bill but not all. When we still advised we were paying for more food than we had eaten he just said he’d charge it to the host and if we didn’t pay the staff wouldn’t get as much tip. When he refused to budge we advised we were still not happy bit would follow up tomorrow with a complaint to take it further he asked us not to as it would cause him problems! Overall an extremely disappointing experience and the restaurant manager was only concerned about how much he could charge us and not at all interested in 0ur experience celebrating a friends milestone birthday and upsetting our daughter and ruined what should have been a special occasion. We’ve since contacted the hotel and basically got the same response and they have ignored all the points raised and just pointed the finger of blame at the host. All in all a 0 star response from a supposedly 5 star hotel!

Disappointing hotel for the high price. The room we had was very smelly and not at all clean. There must have been a smell in several rooms because one staff member was going around spraying air freshener into rooms. Perhaps not helped that we are close to a smell river but there must be an issue with old plumbing too to generate this horrid smell. The electricity kept cutting off and stopping the air con, including in the middle of the night. The room and bathroom was dirty and did not get cleaned - housekeeping just changed towels but never cleaned it. The service in the hotel was terrible. Some staff were lovely and helpful but all appeared too busy. Some were rude and unhelpful, including pool bar staff refusing to serve 10 minutes before the bar was supposed to be closed. There is no entertainment in the hotel that would encourage you to listen, so you need to go out. Drink prices are very high. I asked reception several times to move us to another room because ours smelt and shower wasn’t working properly (they were available) but with no help. I have stayed in numerous 5 start hotels and this was the worst. It’s a shame, as the pool are is very nice and food was pretty good. We will not be returning.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per un week end lungo . L’hotel in sé non è male, però non così curato come dovrebbe essere un 5 stelle. La pulizia delle camere non è delle migliori e su 3 notti abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani per due volte e un giorno alle 17 non avevano rifatto la camera. La posizione però è molto comoda e la vista dal balcone piacevole

Superb family break. Great location, a short walk from the beaches, restaurants, bars etc of Santa Eularia. Excellent facilities, rooms and service. Vast and high quality breakfast offering. The on site restaurant Sa Talassa is led by Michelin chef Álvaro Sanz and simply superb!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The best service we have ever had. Shout out to “German” omelette making was outstanding sir.

Ces petites attentions resteront un souvenir précieux. Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de tout le personnel sont remarquables. On sent vraiment que le bien être du client est au cœur de vos priorités. Merci également pour la réservation de notre voiture pour l’ensemble de notre séjour et pour vos bons conseils concernant les restaurants de l’île. Service is lacking or rude for a few exceptions from the younger workers. Overall vibe is depressing. Do not recommend.

Ambiente molto pulito e personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione con un buffet vario e con cibi molto buoni. La piscina è da provare, come la SPA.

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel. Purtoppo non vale il prezzo pagato.|Abbiamo preso la suite con il solarium e l’idromassaggio privato pagando anche molti soldi, ma purtoppo il servizio era quello di un hotel 3/4 stelle massimo, non ci certo 5.|Pulizia delle camere assente, sotto il letto avevamo di tutto tra polvere e capelli, il pavimento non veniva pulito, e le lenzuola nemmeno cambiate! |Ogni sera alle 20 il personale ci suonava il campanello (con un bimbo piccolo che magari dormiva) per portarci gli asciugamani anziché farceli trovare già in camera dopo la pulizia. |Ristorante discreto. |La colazione tipica americana, tantissime scelte di cibi salati, mentre noi abituati a colazioni dolci, c’era un angolo piccolissimo con poche brioches e vuote.|Tuttavia il Personale era simpatico. |Ma assolutamente non è un servizio di lusso! Abbiamo buttato davvero i nostri soldi.

Es war wünderschön bei euch, hat alles gepasst, sehr freundlich, Essen gut, Lage ruhig und entspannend, nur die Matratzen waren zu hart für schlanke Menschen. Trotzdem 5/5

Een super mooi en schoon hotel.|Wel wat gedateerd maar prima onderhouden.|Super vriendelijk personeel Gloria op de kamer en Sara bij de receptie zijn fantastisch.|Goede ligging vlakbij strand|Eten is geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt buffet en heerlijke lunch bij het zwembad.|Mooi zwembad jammer dat de relaxpool niet werkt. |Wij kregen een upgrade naar een suite met jacuzzi op het dakterras 🤗Amazing🤩|Punt van aandacht is het handboekje leggen Dit kan echt niet voor dit hotel. En vooral de oudjes doen hier aan mee.|En de sportschool is pas om 11.00 officieel open. Je mag eerder maar dan kom je in een donker gedeelte van het hotel.|Dit is veel te laat doe het gewoon om 8.00 uur open en alle lichten aan staat veel gastvrijer.|Verder zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 👍

Restaurant piscine la plupart de la carte ils ne l’ont pas et très chère pour la qualité - SPA payant si l’ on resetve pas direct à l’hôtel alors qu’on paie le même prix - pas d’animation sur 7 jours 2 soirées jusque 22h et je ne vous parle pas du bar catastrophique prix exhorbitant et j’attends encore mon thé pfff en tout cas je ne le conseillerais pas

Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, keine Ruhe und teilweise frech. Lange Wartezeit für das Zimmer, Einweisung ins Hotel wird sehr schnell runtergeleiert. Schade, den ersten Kontakt mit dem Hotel wünscht man sich anders! Pool Bar sehr teuer, besonders die Getränke, Bier 0,3l für 5,9€…

The hotel is nicer than what je can see on pictures. We had a memorable stay. The service was next level. Everything is so clean. The spa was great. The pool is huge. And when you checkout you may use the facilities all day if your flight is only in the evening. Evenmore, they have extra bathrooms with showers if you would like to refresh yourself before leaving. We recommend it to everybody. Especially for couples and families with children. It's a peacefull hotel

Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in einer der neuen Master Suiten des Hotels. Es war eine herausragende Erfahrung, die uns lange positiv in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Die Außenanlagen, der Pool und der hervorragende Service rundeten unseren Aufenthalt wunderbar ab. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant Sa Thalassa ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight und man sollte es nicht verpassen.

Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung machen. 5Sterne bekommt für mich lediglich das Restaurant. Das Essen am Pool ist völlig überzogen teuer und lieblos (Kakao 7,30 €,ein Glas Milch und ein Päckchen Kakaopulver,der billigsten Marke. )Natürlich sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich-müssen sie ja auch sein. Aber sie verstehen oft auch kein Englisch. Da ich schon einmal in dem Haus war,finde ich das es jetzt sehr heruntergekommen ist. Es wird nur noch das nötigste gemacht. Z. B. der von mir sehr geliebte Jaccusi auf der Dachterasse war nicht nur völlig schmutzig,sondern funktioniert auch nicht. -Wahrscheinlich geht er heute immer noch nicht. Es gab noch andere Mängel im Zimmer. Alles in allem gebe ich dem Haus gutgemeinte 3-4 ⭐️Die Autovermietung im Hotel ist viel zu teuer und unfreundlich.In der Stadt kostet ein Auto zu mieten nur die Hälfte. Ich möchte jetzt bitte keine Antwort von einer KI. Lasst es besser stecken.

Tolles Essen und tolles Team. Man kann hier einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbringen, wird bestens versorgt und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Angebot zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr hochwertig und abwechslungsreich und wir auch klasse präsentiert. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung ( und wir haben schon wirklich viele 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels in Spanien und auch Deutschland besucht)

Stayed here for 12 nights, fabulous room, cleaning in all areas Immaculate. The Down side was food, looked impressive but was cold often. Breakfast was probably the best, but again often cold or watery baked beans. Fruit and yogurt and breads were good and cold meats and cheeses. I lived on soup and salad for evening meal for the whole time. Sweets were very good. Waiters were amazing, but first few days 3 managers hovering around. Giving orders, best left to the professional boys and girls in the restaurant. Adrian and Pavlov always cheerful and Ruth was sweet. First day we went to pool bar for some lunch as we were tired. Nearly 70 euros for hamburger and toasted sandwich and a couple of drinks. Never went again. Needless to say. Bar prices and water far too high, we went out every night. Such a shame, as lovely hotel and surroundings, so shall not return. We visit Santa Eularia every year but shall return to tried and tested other hotels.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit absolut aufmerksamen und netten Mitarbeitern. Das Angebot beim Frühstück und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig und auch hier war das gesamte Team immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das hat man nicht überall im spanischen Hotels. Daher großes Lob an dieser Stelle. Die Lage ist ruhig, fussläufig sind verschieden Strände und die Promenade zu erreichen, hoteleigener mit Schranken gesicherter Parkplatz fürs Mietauto, Poolanlage mit Poolbar usw. runden das Bild ab. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und kommen bald wieder, da uns auch die Insel sehr gut gefallen hat.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr bemüht und extrem freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut und wurde zum Teil direkt vor unseren Augen zubereitet. Sehr schöner Pool mit verschiedene Möglichkeiten, die Liegen zu nutzen. Das einzige Manko: das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an verschiedenen Stellen renoviert werden.

Todo el personal son muy agradables y profesionales. Siempre dispuestos para solucionar cualquier problema o detalle. Las instalaciones son de alta calidad y se respira un ambiente de tranquilidad en todo momento. Muy recomendable para quienes quieran descansar en un lugar muy bonito.

Lo hemos pasado muy bien, habitación muy confortable, desayuno buenísimo en todos los aspectos, no había mucho ambiente en la piscina y en el hotel en general. El personal súper amable, quisiera hacer una mención especial a una chica que trabaja en el bar cerca de recepción que es encantadora, su nombre es Eva. Gracias por todo

Stayed for a week at Insotel Fenicia and overall it was good. The room was clean and tidy, staff friendly and the pool a decent size. The location of the hotel is good, about 10 minutes walk to the front. There are however points that need to be improved. The breakfast needs looking into, most of the food was cold and there was not enough selection. There were also ants in the room which is a shame as the room itself is spotless in every other way. Additionally, there was no evening entertainment which is a shame. Overall, the hotel is nice and I had an enjoyable time, but was let down by things you would not expect from a hotel that rates itself as a five star.

Nous avions choisi une suite en demi pension dernier étage avec terrasse ( chambres les plus chères ) avec accès au SPa de l’hôtel résultats = Médiocre , chambre sale, meubles vieux dégradés, salle de bain avec bain à remous et douchette qui ne fonctionne pas, douche qui fuit, pas de miroir grossissant, baignoire Spa à l’étage très sale et dégradée . Restauration en buffet qualité médiocre, insipide et sans aucun intérêt gustatif. Spa de l’hôtel = la plus part du matériel ne fonctionne pas . Bref très déçus nous ne reviendrons pas !!!

Absolutely wonderful stay here. Beautiful, spacious room in the junior suite. The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. We came here with our 6 month old and there were lots of options for him to eat too which was brilliant. Eva Lopez our beautiful cocktail maker in the lobby bar really made our stay. So friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much, will definitely be back

Quelle déception, absolument pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Service médiocre, restauration insipide ,voir certains soir très mauvaise . Chambre à la décoration vieillissante. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, je regrette d’y être allé.

Viajo a Ibiza dos veces al año e disfrutar de unas horas en el Spa es una experiencia maravillosa. Instalaciones limpias, luminosas que invitan al relax, que es lo que busco. Cabe destacar la excelente atención del personal, en especial Laura que siempre me recibe con una sonrisa y además es una excelente profesional en los tratamientos corporales que se pueden realizar allí. El Spa está genial, pasamos una tarde en pareja super tranquila y a gusto. Laura, la chica de la recepción super amable y atenta con nosotros en todo momento. Cuando vuelva an Ibiza, sin duda iré a ese spa.

El spa no vale nada la pena piscinas frías sauna no disponible la mayoría de los chorros no van y el de masaje en los pies me salio una maraña de pelos, por lo demás No tengo idea del hospedaje en el hotel parece un hotel bonito

Tolles Hotel der oberen Preisklasse. Super Essen. Sehr teure Getränke. Ein Mineralwasser mit 0,5Liter kostete 5,80 EUR. Schönes grosses Zimmer, welches leider etwas muffig riecht, etwas abgewohnt war und auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, denn es wurde leider für unseren Geschmack zu oberflächlich geputzt. Zudem war der Wasserdruck sehr schwach und die WC-Spülung brauchte grundsätzlich mehrere Versuche bis alles weg war. Das ist bei 5 Sternen eigentlich ein no go. NACHTRAG: Das Hotel-Management hat schnell auf die Bewertung reagiert und soweit möglich, die Probleme beseitigt. Dafür unseren Dank und einen Stern mehr.

El hotel INSOTEL FENICIA Es un Oasis ubicado en una pintoresca ciudad llamada Santa Eulalia, con una bonita playa y muy buen ambiente y servicios, el hotel es lujoso, propio de un 5 estrellas, tiene un SPA, muy bien organizado, es un lugar excelente para relajarse y disfrutar de unas vacaciones de descanso, recomendado Altamente

Me hospedé con mi marido 3 noches en octubre. El hotel es hermoso, muy bien ubicado en un área muy tranquila de Santa Eulalia y con todo el confort. El parking gratuito es al frente, en una propiedad del hotel. Todo el staff fue muy amable. Reservamos una habitación DELUXE y nos dieron la #1306 en el 3er piso, con balcón y una vista espectacular hacia el río, parte del pueblo y un pedazo del mar. La habitación es amplia, buenos armarios con cajones, estantes y varias perchas y el aire acondicionado muy bien. Los colchones son muy duros, podrían al menos haberles agregado un topper más blando o de memory foam. Se puede elegir entre varios tipos de almohada, un plus. Teníamos una cafetera Nespresso, pero no había hervidor de agua, al parecer hay que pedirlo, pero un hotel 5 estrellas debería ofrecerlo sin pedir. Se escucha bastante el ruido de gente que camina con sus talones en otros pisos, y de niños. El baño es espacioso, inodoro y bidet separados, hay ducha y bañera. A la ducha le hace falta mejor iluminación (hay una dicroica pero ilumina muy poco) y le falta piso antideslizante. El desayuno es excelente, en un área muy grande y bien decorada, el personal sirve todo tipo de infusiones y el café muy bien hecho, un espectáculo la cantidad de mostradores de comida y la calidad de los productos, desde las frutas/cereales/yoghurt, bollería, comida caliente y fría, charcutería y quesos de todo tipo, salmón ahumado, avocado, ensaladas, caviar, espumante, panes variados, distintos tipos de sal, aceites y especias, hasta el mostrador de omelettes y pancakes con su chef argentino muy simpático. No falta nada. Un lujo. Recomendado 100%. Volveremos sin dudas.

I visited the spa at the insotel Fenicia. I have quite some experience at spa's, but this was by far the worsed experience I have had and very far from 5 star. Making the appointment via mail went smooth and that was about all. I was 5min early for my appointment and the doors where closed, while it was not the best weather. Not a big problem, but not very welcoming as well. They could have just opened the doors 15min prior to the appointment and let people wait in the lounge, next to the spa reception. The receptionist did make an effort to go from a "why the fuck are you 5min early" attitude to a kinder approach. I got a stack of thinks handed to me and with the bare minimum of explanation, I got send to the changing rooms. After I was changed, a massage therapist escorted me to the room. She was friendly, checking in a couple of times and gave an "ok" massage, but she was not at all present with her energy. It was like she was thinking of her problems and/or just doing her job/ routine. directly after the massage I got a cup of cheap cafeteria tea and a feedback form in an unwelcoming unpleasant atmosphere. I have never had a feedback form at such a inappropiate time. The therapist just walked away and let me there. There where no signs and she did not explain anything. She did not tell me how to find the dressing rooms or the spa. I did not know where I was, where the exit was and had to open 20 doors, to find my way back. I bumped into a guest who could tell me the way. The Spa itself was basic. Outside the rooms was an explanation of the space function including a time indication. However there was no clock or timer anywhere to be seen, not even in the sauna. The sauna did have a piece of broken wood to sit on. The group of loud chatting women (clearly no one gave them an explanation as well), was the least annoying. Afterwards I looked forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi, however it was cold. Although I had another hour in the spa, I gave up "relaxing" at this place and hit the shower. It had two dispensers, you had to guess which was the shampoo. After the spa I had a lunch appointment. I had to show up with wet hair, as the old shabby blowdryer did not work. For me being left with only a feedback form and cheap tea, directly after a massage, with no explanation was not acceptable at all. Not in any spa, but for sure not at a 5 star hotel. The rest are details to me, but all together a unrelaxing experience and not 5 star at all. In short..... Too basic, old, broken, cheap and not 5 star staff I went in feeling very relaxed and came out feeling stressed and annoyed.

Top Hotel an perfekter Lage, ruhig, freundliches Personal, sauber|Wellnessbereich top, gepflegte Aussenanlsge mit Pool, Poolbar, Schwimmbecken mit getrenntem Kinderbecken, trotz einigen Kindern ist es sehr erholsam, eigener Parkplatz

Somos Minerva y Óscar, una pareja de Ibiza. Celebramos nuestro aniversario de bodas y un cumple en la Suite de este hotel. Solamente puedo decir que el trato por parte de todo el equipo fue excelente y las instalaciones son de 10. Nos pusieron un detalle en la habitación. 100% recomendable.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in Strandnähe mit schönem Garten und Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grandios, alles frisch und sehr ansprechend präsentiert! Etwas hat uns jedoch sehr befremdet und haben wir auch als sehr schade empfunden; bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel war es bereits 21.30 Uhr, nach dem freundlichen Check-in und dem späteren Zimmerbezug, wollte meine Tochter noch etwas Kleines Essen, dafür sind wir ins hoteleigene Restaurant, das ein Abendbuffet bereitgestellt hat, sie hat gefragt , ob sie sich vom Buffet noch einen Teller schöpfen dürfe, dann hats geheissen, ja sie müsse sich beeilen, da es bald abgeräumt wird, was völlig ok war um diese Uhrzeit, aber für diesen einen Teller hat man uns beim Check-out 79€ !! verrechnet. Das entzieht sich meinem Verständnis, da sie ja gar nicht à Discretion sich bedienen konnte, weil das Buffet geschlossen wurde. Ich finde das sehr übertrieben, aber sehe die 79€ als Trinkgeld für die Hotelcrew an ;)

Good location. Room at top level with hot tub is great for lounging about. More of a resort feeling (eating in room obviously discouraged, need to call even for glasses). Breakfast worthwhile, but plenty of good restaurants in easy walking distance.

In de prestige-suite geniet je van een roof-terras met jacuzzi... Geweldig uitzicht en onvoorstelbaar veel privacy

Ausgezeichnete Anlage mit ausserordentlich freundlichem Personal. |Sehr zu empfehlen! |Wir verbrachten die Ferien mit unseren Kindern. Die Anlage eignet sich sowohl als Familienhotel als auch für Paare. |Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität.

Sehr schönes fünf Sterne Resort. Tolle Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, fußläufig ist die Innenstadt und die Strandpromenade erreichbar. Leider sind schon ab 8:00 Uhr liegen die Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt. Das Hotelmanagement unternimmt nichts. Passt nicht zu einem Fünf Sterne Hotel. Generell ist im Hotel nach dem Abendessen nichts mehr los.

Just got home after a wonderful 10 day stay at the Fenicia Prestige.

Alles sehr großzügig und weitläufig gehalten

It's a very nice hotel, the rooms are excellent (we were fortunate to be upgraded to a family suite). We were on bed and breakfast basis, so didn't use the restaurant in the evening. We intended to have an occasional evening meal there, but at €79 pp. we thought i was too expensive. The Sa Talassa restaurant was also expensive, and when we were there in mid September, was very quiet. The only live entertainment in the evenings was really just background music for the few diners in Sa Talassa. So the hotel was dead in the evenings, most people presumably heading into town. There was also little going on in the day. If you like lounging by the pool or experiencing the variety of jacuzzis in the spa, you will be okay. But there's no activities: no tennis court, table tennis or pool table. I think they could do more to keep patrons happy around the hotel; we headed out every day and evening. The staff were very friendly and efficient, in the restaurant, pool bar and on reception. The location is good, only a short walk from town

In mijn opinie maar 4 sterren waard. Bij aankomst was kamer niet zo proper. Er lag nog vuil, stof en haar onder het bed. Dit gevraagd om op te lossen maar dagelijks vonden wij haar in onze kamer. Op een dag lag een ganse bol haar voor de kamerdeur!Bad werd na gebruik niet schoongemaakt en op de badranden lag een hele week een dikke laag stof. De kamers werden niet met nat water schoongemaakt. Geen schoentrekker of schoencleaningkit in de kamer aanwezig en soms waren de handdoeken ook nog met vlekken. Het hotel en tuin/zwembad waten wel mooi maar ik denk in vol seizoen dat het vechten is voor een plaatsje. Ontbijt en avondmaal waren wel ok maar alles keert telkens terug. Iedere dag hetzelfde bij ontbijt, je hebt wel veel keuze maar het zijn telkens dezelfde boterkoeken, dezelfde kazen, s avonds telkens kip, biefstuk, vis, dezelfde saaie pizza, dezelfde pasta, elke dag hetzelfde. Nooit eens show cooking of een thema avond…na een paar dagen steekt het tegen…

The staff was ok, location good. The problem was the manager of the hotel who has still to learn about hospitality and how to be a good host in 5* hotel.

Bad rooms stinking of mold (even after changing the room in the second block). Bad hotel manager and customer service. We ordered 6 breakfasts (but staying 7 nights - last morning very early check-out) when making a reservation, which we noted at check-in. They said they will refund one breakast. At check-out they said they never said that, will not refund and that we are lying. Haha, hotel manager is a joke, hiding in the office! And the reception manager is ridiculous, a man with bad attitude. This is more a 3 star hotel, not 5 star in any aspect.

Estuvimos 34 días ,en total ,hospedados en el Feníncia . Indudablemente recomendable . El hotel está muy bien ubicado , con aparcamiento , buenas instalaciones , la piscina siempre limpia , el socorrista muy atencioso y amable . Excelente desayuno , las mejores tortillas y pancakes hechos con mucho cariño por German . Trato inmejorable por parte del personal , principalmente Manolo (un crack) y Paula (kids club ) . Una maravilla .

Hoy he ido al spa y me he quedado un poco decepcionada pq había muchos servicios que no funcionaban (la sauna romana, la sauna de sal, algunos chorros, algunas duchas especiales...). Aconsejo que con el precio que se cobra se cuide más el mantenimiento....

Wir konnten uns über die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage nicht beschweren,ständig war jemand mit Reinigungsarbeiten beschäftigt.|Die Zimmer waren geräumig, das Bad hatte zwei Waschbecken, die Dusche war mit Düsen ausgestattet, zusätzlich gab es noch eine Badewanne.||Die Poolanlage war sehr ansprechend, einen Platz haben wir immer gefunden.|Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Bademeister aussprechen: Er war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.||Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren für spanische Verhältnisse top.|Was für uns nicht nachvollziehbar war, morgens gab es Bagels und Brot, abends Brötchen. Vermutlich ist das Essen auf das stark vertretene Klientel ausgerichtet.||Auch hier ein Lob für das aufmerksame und immer freundliche Personal. ||Einziger echter Kritikpunkt sind die Getränkepreise. Absolut überteuert. Es war kein Wunder, dass die Bar abends leer war. Hier wurde auch unsere Schmerzgrenze erreicht.|Wir sind dann lieber in den Ort gelaufen.|Liebes Management, ob das wirklich sinnvoll ist ???

Das Hotel ist baulich sehr schön. Modern mit Vintage Touch, geschmackvolle Architektur und Einrichtung. Weitläufig im Schnitt.|Sauber. Der Großteil des Personals ist sehr freundlich.|Das Essensangebot ist insgesamt sehr gut.||Einige konzeptionelle Eigenheiten sind fragwürdig, auffällige Schwächen beim Service:||Das Spa (im Prinzip Mit-Namensgebend für das Hotel) ist standardmäßig nicht im Aufenthalt inbegriffen. Ein 20 % Nachlass für die Nutzung des Spas gilt nur für die ersten zwei Tage (ist im August nicht wirklich problematisch, ich verstehe aber nicht wo das Problem ist, die Nutzung des Spaßs, die keine zusätzlichen Kosten bereitet, kulanter anzubieten).|Gym winzig.||Wasser beim Abendessen ist nicht in der Halbpension inbegriffen. Habe ich noch nirgendwo gesehen (außerdem war das Wasser sogar ausgesprochen teuer.)||Wir kamen um 7:00 Uhr morgens an und haben nach dem Frühstück gefragt. Dies wurde uns zunächst verweigert (ist in der Tat so, dass das am ersten Tag/Anreise nicht so gedacht ist). Allerdings handelt es sich um ein Buffet, und ob da zwei Mäuler mehr gestopft werden, macht effektiv keinen Unterschied. Sehr wohl vermiesst es einem die Stimmung, wenn man so unfreundlich empfangen wird, gerade wenn man bereits um 2:00 Uhr in der Nacht aufgestanden ist, um den Flug zu nehmen.||Die Bitte/der Hinweis, die Laken in den Zimmern anders arrangieren (ein Angebot der Rezeption) wurde selbst nach dreimaligem Wiederholen nicht umgesetzt. Zimmer wurde mehrfach nicht sauber gemacht beziehungsweise aufgeräumt, trotz Hinweisschild an der Tür )||Morgens um 9:00 Uhr waren alle Liegen am Pool bereits mit Handtüchern reserviert (englische Urlauber dominieren das Bild). Hinweis bei Bademeister und Rezeption, Abhilfe zu schaffen, wurde ignoriert (DerBade Meister gab abends gegen 18:00 Uhr den scheidenden Gästen sogar neue Handtücher, die diese dann auf dem Weg zum Frühstück zum reservieren genutzt haben).

El hotel es hermoso , tuvimos un gran encuentro en familia. En especial los cócteles de Eva, que conectan con la esencia de la isla y el hotel . Tuvimos una gran estadía , que nos dio la oportunidad de disfrutar del sol , de Ibiza y de la piscina de este hotel tan prestigiosa , recomiendo 100 porciento .

We were disappointed that there was no evening entertainment, pool yoga, games rooms, excursions or any other activities in this expensive hotel. If you wanted a trip into Ibiza Town it was €30 via taxi each way. It was also very difficult to get a sun lounger as you had to reserve using the 7am towel method. We did not expect this in an alleged 5 star hotel. When we arrived at noon we were told our room wasn't ready and we subsequently had to wait 2 hours in the baking heat with an agitated toddler after a long journey. All guests are offered a complimentary drink on arrival but this only includes Cava or juice (no beer or Coke allowed).which we waited 25 minutes for. The service in this soulless hotel continued to be very slow throughout our stay. The restaurant doesn't open until 7pm which isn't ideal if you have kids but it was evident throughout our stsy that this hotel was child tolerant and not child friendly. We raised our issues with the staff at the hotel but they didn't seem to care or help in any way whatsoever. Contrary to this, the family rooms are spacious and clean with good air conditioning albeit they face onto a sewage canal which was rather smelly at times. There is also a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches very close by however it was €25 for 2 sunloungers and an umbrella on all the nearby beaches. Other things that did not effect/bother us but may influence your decision on choosing this hotel. Wheelchsir accessibility throughout, hairdryer in the room, extremely poor allergen and vegan labelling on buffet and high chance of cross contamination particularly on desserts, well stocked mini bar in fridge, safe in the room although ours did not work, pram, cot and baby monitor available on request free of charge, salt water swimming pool, kettle in room on request. In conclusion, it is clear that this hotel is aiming for maximum profit and minimum satisfaction and the management needs overhauling. A fresh set of eyes would benefit The Insotel Fenicia

Exzellentes Hotel mit großartiger Küche und sehr engagiertem Personal! Zimmer wunderbar, man schläft fantastisch, nicht wie in anderen Hotels, wo die Wände zu dünn sind.

Ahora mismo, a mis hijas y a mi, nos han sacado de la piscina de malas maneras. Ha venido un guardia de seguridad, y sin mediar palabra nos ha hecho un gesto con la cabeza para que saliésemos de la piscina. Yo muy amablemente, antes de este altercado, le he dado las buenas noches, y él sin decir nada, con los brazos en jarra, resaltando que llevaba porra, nos ha hecho un gesto con la cabeza, como si no fuéramos clientes respetables del hotel, indicando que saliéramos de la piscina. Yo le he explicado muy amablemente que varios camareros nos habían indicado que la piscina no cierra nunca. Que a cierta hora no tiene servicio de socorrista, pero que no cierra. Esto se lo hemos dicho al guardia de seguridad y siguiendo con su posado chulesco se ha marchado sin mediar palabra. Yo, he ido a recepción para pedir el libro de reclamaciones, para explicar el caso y para que pongan medidas, y la persona que me ha atendido me ha mareado la perdíz, y me ha dicho que bueno, que vamos a mirar si se soluciona el tema, y que si a caso ya mañana me dará el libro de reclamaciones. ¿Qué se tiene que solucionar? me pregunto… Luego, ha aparecido en escena una chica muy amable que me ha entretenido mientras el “responsable” estaba buscando al director y el libro de reclamaciones que no me ha querido dar. En resumen, una muy mala experiencia por culpa de que no se transmiten las informaciones entre los miembros del personal, ya que si nos hubieran dicho que la piscina cerraba a cierta hora, nosotros no hubiéramos ido a bañarnos porque respetamos las normas en todo momento. Incluso, el guardia de seguridad nos ha dicho que la piscina cierra a las 21:00 horas, y la persona que nos ha atendido nos ha dicho que a las 18:00. Si no se aclaran entre ustedes, cómo quieren que nos clientes nos aclaremos? Es un hotel maravilloso, que recomiendo absolutamente, pero debe mejorar en el trato hacia los clientes por parte del personal de seguridad subcontratado, así como la gestión de reclamaciones, ya que si me hubieran facilitado el libro de reclamaciones, yo habría podido expresar este contratiempo en privado, y no se habría hecho pública esta falta de respeto hacia a mi, y sobretodo hacia mis hijas que les prometí que este hotel, en el que ya estuvimos hace unos años, era el mejor de Ibiza. Lamentablemente ya no es lo que era. Mañana seguiré preguntando por el libro de reclamaciones a ver si consigo hacer una queja oficial por escrito. Si no lo consigo, trasladaré mi queja legítima a las organizaciones que defienden a los contratantes de servicios, y que velan para que la calidad de los mismos sea la máxima posible.

Notre 3ème séjour dans ce très bel établissement. |Très satisfaits dans l ensemble même si nous avons constaté une baisse au niveau du service du restaurant et du petit-déjeuner. Peut-être est-ce dû au renouvellement ou au manque de personnel?|Bien que nous apprécions les soirées musicales dans le nouveau restaurant, quel dommage que les soirées « piano » n est plus lieu car il était très agréable de déguster les cocktails servis par Eva au bar de l hôtel ,très agréable et professionnelle ,en écoutant la musique dans le très beau hall.|De très beaux espaces , sont à disposition ,un billard américain ,une table de ping-pong, quelques cours de yoga dans l’esprit ZEN du SPA pourrait apporter un peu d’animation sans entraver le calme ,l ambiance familiale de l’endroit.

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien insonorisées, propreté impeccable, le personnel est serviable. L’hôtel propose une belle qualité de produits au buffet de petit-déjeuner.|Proche de la mer et de la promenade.|Par contre, le bar/restaurant de la piscine pourrait étendre ses horaires, il ferme à 18:00. Les tarifs de la carte sont élevés, ou ils pourraient se donner plus de peine pour la présentation.

Sin duda unas de las mejores estancias que hemos tenido en Ibiza y eso que vamos a la isla desde hace años, las instalaciones son amplias, preciosas y todo impecable.El personal es maravilloso,son muy atentos y serviciales,especial mención a Eva y Laura, son maravillosas. Volveremos sin duda y pronto!

Visito en varias ocasiones el Spa Prestige y el trato por parte de Laura, la Gallega, es un servicio de 10, una simpatia y una sonrisa cautivadora. Las instalaciones estan muy limpias. Lo recomiendo. Gracias

Van de buitenkant is het hotel al indrukwekkend, maar van binnen is het hotel en spa nog indrukwekkender. Ze hebben zelfs een Nederlands sprekende receptioniste (Noa) en ze heeft ons geweldig geholpen. Eigenlijk was iedereen behulpzaam en dienstbaar. De kamer waren groot en schoon en het ontbijt was geweldig. Voor ieder wat wils. Het zwembad is super en de spa faciliteiten fantastisch. Het hotel ligt dichtbij het strand met allemaal leuke winkeltjes en restaurants.

Sinds 2016 hebben wij voor de 6de maal in het hotel Fenicia Prestige verbleven.||Dit hotel heeft alles voor een geslaagde stressloze vakantie. ||Staff van -onthaal, -restaurant, -wellness tot de manager Nestor is even vriendelijk en gedienstig.||Hier wordt de klant nog op handen gedragen.||De rust die dit hotel uitstraalt en het lekkere ontbijt en diner zijn een extra troef.||De nabijheid van de wandeldijk met zijn talrijke horeca en winkels zijn s'avonds||gezellig vertoeven.||Wanneer men een auto huurt zijn de prachtige Cala's een must om te bezoeken.||Wij hebben reeds beslist onze volgende vakantie terug in hotel Fenicia door te brengen.

Our second time staying here, this time for our honeymoon staying in the Prestige Suite on a bed and breakfast basis which was an amazing experience! The hotel is so luxurious, staff are very attentive and polite, guests are relaxed and not pretentious which you sometimes get at 5* hotels. Room was beautiful, we had a beautiful view of the sea and Santa Eulalia river. The staff were very kind enough to bring us a bottle of fizz, some chocolate dipped strawberries and a card to congratulate us - this was a really nice touch. Breakfast was very nice, a fairly typical breakfast buffet that you would expect from this kind of hotel. We decided not to go half board as there are so many fantastic restaurants in Santa Eulalia worth visiting. Couple of minor bits that could have been better - we had a few issues with our jacuzzi when we arrived which required 3 trips from maintenance staff to fix it - which they did and it worked perfectly for the remainder our stay. It would have been good if staff checked that it was working correctly before we arrived - all we wanted to do was get in it the moment we arrived but we had to wait a few hours until we were able to. My wife was unwell one night and we ran out of water, I was hoping bar staff could provide us another complimentary bottle of still water which did not seem much to ask.. instead I was charged 6.80 EUR for a 0.5L bottle of water.. a ridiculous price! The hotel is fairly quiet (aside from a few kids in the pool), there is no day time entertainment and evening entertainment is limited (for example a pianist) - this is not for everyone, but perfect for us who were looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. It is also certainly not a drinkers hotel unless you want to rack up a fairly hefty bar tab. Anyway, another amazing stay and cannot wait to visit again soon.

Most amazing please and great location.

Lamentable, recibimiento nefasto, no nos aceptaban tarjeta de debito y literalmente nos ponieron en duda el dinero de nuestra tarjeta y nos amenazaron con vaciarnos el minibar sin tener nidea de nuestros fondos. (Lamentable en un hotel con supuestas 5*) Despues, mientras mi estancia, pregunto en recepción si esta activo el room service (que al ser supuestamente 5* deberia estarlo) me dicen que si. Y llamo, y no he podido tener peor trato, nada disponible, personal super desagradable. Conclusión, no hubo room service. Haha Me fui a dormir con mal sabor de boca sintiéndome estafada. Hotel muy antiguo, no es 5 estrellas, ni en servicio porsupesto ni en instalaciones Jamas volvere. Cero recomendable. Nada mas que añadir.

Es fehlt an allen Enden!|Checkin stark verbesserungswürdig.|Sauberkeit, vor allem im Badezimmer. Dusche wurde nicht gereinigt, Flecken am Waschbeckenrad wurden tagelang nicht entfernt. Kapselmaschine wurde nicht gereinigt.|Frühstücksbereich am Morgen gesperrt, da er mit dem Wasserschlauch Stunden lang gereinigt wurde.

Absolut überteuert, Essen war kalt, zu wenig abwechslungsreich, Zimmer wurden nicht anständig gereinigt (Waschbecken, Dusche, Kaffeemaschine) und Duschgel wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Obwohl unser Zimmer bereits um 12:00 Uhr fertig war (Putzfrau hatte es uns bestätigt), wurden wir noch 3 h vertröstet!

This is my inaugural encounter with this five-star hotel, located in a pleasant environment. It is comparable to other areas of Ibiza, and all the staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I would have awarded it a five-star rating if certain aspects could have been improved further. The really good pionts: we stayed HB quit rooms, car park across the road, rooms are large, comftable bed, large bathroom, pool is amazing, sunbeds plentiful, swivel Cocoon chairs, seating area's are very comfortable, as is the pool towels' five-star quality, the breakfast buffet restaurant is open till 11am Fantastic! This is my opinion and hope if you read this it will help you small but small things will make your holiday, firstly No entertainment what so ever, if you want a cup of Tea in the room you have to ask for a kettle there is a coffee machine but cups are very small, then if you want a cup of Tea at the pool it comes in plastic tumblers that you can't hold and tast like dish water for €11! I do get its a safety thing, but they do have plastic cups with handles these days! Latte comes in a tumbler as well ! the buffet breakfast is good no problems the choice of food in the evening is very limited. Soups are poor. There's plenty of pizza if you want that it's a five-star hotel! Cold chips, nearly had to go out one night there was nothing we wanted, im not saying we went hungry, we did talk to other guests and the vibes where the same so I don't think it's just us, would I come back unfortunately not, would I recommend No unfortunately I wouldn't and because of the limited food options we will not be returning to any Insotel hotels because of this.

Amazing hotel with 1st class staff. Spa is worth using, lots of sunbeds and tables. Only issue is the hot meals are not warm enough, Aitana needs a mention for being a great waitress.

Una tarde de SPA relajada y tranquila. Buen precio para el tiempo que puedes estar. Para mí, es una visita, que hago sin falta... un par de veces al año.

Wir sind über 14 Jahren sehr treue Stammgäste dieses Hotels gewesen. Während unserer ca.18 Besuche in diesen Haus ( die wir früher immer sehr genossen haben ) haben wir sehr viele interne Dinge über dieses Hotel mitbekommen. 2010 war uns erster Besuch und nun 2024 unser letzter Besuch. Wir haben viele Dinge die nicht so toll waren in Kauf genommen weil in anderen Bereichen es wieder gut gemacht wurde. Leider wurde es in den vergangenen Jahren immer schlimmer. Das Fenicia Prestige ist definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Hotel mehr. Die Nachkommen des leider verstorbenen Inhabers sollten sich der Sache mal annehmen. Wie kann es sein, dass über 90% der Mitarbeiter in den letzten Jahren das Hotel verlassen haben????? Der Fisch fängt am Kopf an zu stinken. Diese Vertrautheit wenn wir bis zu dreimal im Jahr dort waren ist völlig verloren gegangen. Ein arroganter Mann an der Rezeption der meint der Chef zu sein ist einfach untragbar. Es war von unserer Buchung an bekannt, dass ich verletzt war und ich mich nur mit Krücken fortbewegen konnte. Dennoch ließ uns der Mann über 5 Stunden in der Poolregion auf unser Zimmer warten, dass dann auch nicht das war was wir gebucht hatten. Durch die lange Wartezeit war ich aber dann so erschöpft, dass ich mich mit diesem Mann nicht noch einmal anlegen wollte. Es gab Enttäuschungen in allen Bereichen. Vom Frühstücksbuffet das jedes Jahr kleiner wird. Von der billigen Qualität der Speisen wo auch gespart wird ganz abgesehen. Die Hotelzimmer wo auf einmal alle DVD Player entfernt wurden. Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Das wirklich billigstes Toilettenpapier das verfügbar ist. Ein Hoteldirektor/Manager der lieber sein Personal kontrolliert anstatt sich mal um die Gäste zu kümmern. Einfach nur schrecklich. Dieses Jahr kommt noch eine weitere Sache hinzu, die nicht hinnehmbar ist. Egal wo im Hotel, auf den Bali-Liegen, auf der Terrasse beim Frühstück, in den Suiten tausende von Fliegen. Einfach nur eklig. Schon mal etwas von einem Kammerjäger gehört??? Der Service ist einfach untragbar geworden, besonders an der Pool-Bar. Es gibt noch sehr viele Dinge die man hier aufführen könnte. Wir mussten am Anreise Tag bis 15:30 zum Check-in warten mit der Begründung das Hotelzimmer wäre noch nicht fertig. Was für eine Lüge. Es waren Zimmer frei. Die Auslastung des Hotels war bei 65% während unseres Besuches. Wie kann es sein, dass man bei der Buchung gefragt wird wann man denn ankommt und dies dann völlig ignoriert. Wir wussten genau welches Zimmer wir bekommen sollten und haben von der Bali-Liege dieses Zimmer genau im Blick gehabt. Dieses Zimmer war definitiv nicht belegt. Wir haben dieses Zimmer über Stunden beobachtet. Der unerträglich arrogante Schnösel von der Rezeption hat uns mit seinem Gehabe und seiner Überheblichkeit den ersten Urlaubstag total versaut. In all den Jahren haben wir dort vorsichtig geschätzt 70.000,- € gelassen. Dies ist nun vorbei. Das war das letzte mal in diesem Hotel. Es war mal schön im Fenicia, diese Zeit ist nun leider vorbei. Es ist weder das Hotel noch den Service wert.

Dit hotel heeft alles het was heerlijk al het personeel doe zo zijn best om het perfect te maken zo vriendelijk allemaal het mooie strand van eularia op een paar minuten lopen met heerlijke restaurants en we willen eva van de cocktail bar nog bedanken voor haar goede tips en haar heerlijke cocktails komen zeker terug

First time staying in Santa Eurlaria and choose the Insotel Fenicia. The hotel is amazing, beautiful and modern. Swimming pool is great with lots of sun loungers and not too many idiots bagging beds at 7am 😂. Rooms were good we had two room interconnecting through a main door which worked well (although I was expecting a two room suite as opposed to have two separate rooms) but it was fine. The hotel is nice and close to Santa Eurlaria and is about a 10 min walk down a lovely promenade which is nice in the evening. There is a supermarket nearby for snacks and drinks. Main problem is the nearest beach which is a short walk over the bridge and river isn’t great, they had just scrapped the beach for seaweed and wasn’t usable and water looked murky. We had a car so we’re off exploring so wasn’t a problem. A couple of grumbles: Had a nightmare getting a credit card locked to our room so we could charge food, drinks etc. the chap insisted we needed a PIN number to do this (we use Apple Pay so don’t use pins). Quite stressful and he said we would need to pay as we go and gave up but ended up speaking to someone else next day and he took credit card details and that was enough.. bit weird. Next was room service, hmmm not great. Pretty sure toilet wasn’t cleaned for the first few days and didn’t replace toilet roll. Coffee capsules were never replaced and when they did no milk! Next was the food. We were half board. Breakfast was generally very good but the toaster!! Why is there just one toaster? They should definitely get one of those big industrial ones as there was always a big queue plus the wait for the people who put tiny bits of bread in and then couldn’t get them out 😂 pretty disappointed with dinner, it was okay but pretty much the same most nights. We needed up eating out 4 times out of 7. The food in the poolside bar was not great and expensive, my daughter’s hot dog looked green! Great car park if you have a car. Didn’t use spa as you had to pay. Restaurant staff were ace and friendly

Fantastic and friendly staff. Hotel very clean. Rooms large and impressive. Pool area and sunbeds are great. Food was really good and varied

I‘m writing this on behalf of my parents and let me tell you, they are so furious. Never thought that they could be this upset about vacation but boy, here we go. Location itself is magnificent. Ibiza is such a lovely place to stay and the hotel is situated in a beautiful scenery. The rooms and the hotel are amazing, maybe a little bit outdated but nice nevertheless. Why 2 stars though? The staff is, with 2 exceptions, not even worth employing. Every bum on the street is more friendly, open minded, tolerating and so much more. The senior cook and one lady at the reception that speaks German are incredibly friendly and helpful, their colleagues are horrible and racist towards German elderly people that are not able to speak English or Spanish. My parents where mocked endlessly by some young cook who told my dad that the thing he pointed towards is called Zwiebel in German via his freaking translator app on his phone. My parents travel the world frequently, Africa, America, Europe, Asia and they never had problems with their lack of English. Why is this place so different? The staff to clean the rooms where terribly unfriendly too, there have been some huge hair balls besides the bed and neither of my parents have thick black hair. One of the receptionists was rude as well, I don’t really understand what his problem was. Maybe you guys should talk behind closed doors about how you should treat people or simply deny Germans to enter. Sorry having given you money!

Heerlijke bedden en zachte kussens. Een weelde om hier te verblijven. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en gevarieerd en altijd vers. De manager van de bar Eva Lopez maakt de heerlijkste cocktails en is super vriendelijk. Elke zaterdag en dinsdag live muziek in de bar.

Mooi hotel in de baai van Santa Eulalia, ruime schone suites en het is duidelijk dat het hotel net weer open is na de wintersluiting. Je kan je haren kammen in de glimmende vloeren. Brandschoon overal. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Ook nog vlak bij het strand en op 20 min van Ibiza stad.

Waren jetzt schon längere Zeit nicht mehr da. Doch das was wir mitgenommen haben ist eine Coole Lokation. Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadt sehr gut. Dieses Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Ach ja, wir haben nach Jahren noch Kontakte zu einigen Mitarbeitern.

Siamo rimasti 4 giorni, si tratta di una bella struttura anche se un po’ datata a 10 minuti dal centro e dalle spiagge di Santa Eularia , ottima colazione a buffet e personale molto gentile. Possibilità di noleggiare auto o scooter all’interno della struttura. Addetti alla reception molto professionali e gentili.|Una buona esperienza

Es war einmal ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Kunst ist es nicht 5 Sterne zu bauen, die Kunst ist es 5 Sterne zu halten. Bitte zuende lesen, es gibt Änderungen! Der Service und das Essen ist Gut, die Getränkepreise unverschämt. (5,50€ für einen Café con Leche, in der Stadt ungefähr 2€) Undichte Duschtür, kaputtes Parkett, kaputter Whirlpool aufm Dach, kaputter Whirlpool im Zimmer, mit Heisskleber befestigtes Telefon an der Wand, überall Dichtungen kaputt, Holz was aufgequollen ist und die Sauberkeit dafür das man 500€ am Tag bezahlt ist eher Naja.🫤 Haare im Bad vom Vorurlauber, usw usw … es wurde kaputt gespart durch schlechte Handwerker. Maler. Hausmeister. Es ist schön hier, aber 5 Sterne waren früher einmal! Edit: Obwohl ich es nur hier auf Google Maps schrieb wurde jetzt die Duschtürdichtung, das mit Heisskleber an der Wand befestigte Telefon und etwas am Whirlpool repariert. Der Service hat somit 6 Sterne verdient. Von meiner Seite aus möchte ich versprechen mich das nächste mal zuerst direkt beim Hotel zu melden. Schön wäre das Hotel hätte nachgefragt „Was ich den meine“ damit die richtigen Sachen auch definitiv gefunden werden.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel, das zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber trotzdem ist noch alles in Ordnung. Etwas zu wenig Sonnenliegen am Pool, insbesondere weil die Leute in der Früh bereits mit Handtüchern reservieren. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig.

Hotel che merita un 3/4 stelle, non di certo 5 stelle. |Stabile datato. |Essendo un 5 stelle, non puoi fare servizio self service al ristorante e soprattuto a colazione caffè/cappuccini ecc dalla macchinetta automatica, assolutamente no.|Pulizia camere assente, non pulivano nemmeno per terra.. facevano solo il cambio asciugamani. Pessimo veramente. |Non lo consigliamo.

Estupendo hotel. Habitaciones muy amplias y bien decoradas. Las camas muy cómodas. Excelente equipo de profesionales, especialmente en la recepción, siempre están para ayudarte en todo. Enhorabuena!

Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo hotel a luglio 2023. La struttura è molto grande e ben curata. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e con balcone. Anche la colazione è vasta, dal dolce al salato, e molto buona. Inoltre sono presenti numerosi servizi per il benessere personale, come la grande piscina esterna, interna e la sua, compresa di tutti i servizi più celebri. L'hotel si trova nella graziosa cittadina di Sant'Eulalia, molto consigliata alle famiglie per la sua tranquillità e bellezza.

5 star service from the staff, grand hotel but very outdated. it should be renovated. the customers are family members, it is not a hotel for young people.

Honest review : the hotel has comfortable rooms, the breakfast is not bad, the spa/sauna is good but the people at reception… not that professional for a 5 star hotel. The reason : we asked for a 10 min extension on our rooms on the day of checkout and the person at the lobby simply and bluntly said « impossible », 10min past 12h00 for a late check-out was denied to us. I am really astonished and still can’t get over their cold response. For a 5 star hotel behaving this way, what a shame ! Moreover the hotel lacks vallet parking…

Hotel grande e ben arredato. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottimi servizi, ove possiamo facilmente annoverare la grande piscina esterna e la spa. Quest’ultima è completa di tutti i servizi necessari e anche di una piscina interna. Colazione internazionale molto buona e completa.

Superbe hôtel. Tout est magnifique, très belle chambre (avec un sur classement offert). Cadre très joli, le petit déjeuner et repas du soir avec buffet délicieux et différent chaque jour. Et pour finir un personel très attentionné et toujours souriant. Magnifique séjour.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a short walk to the beaches and harbour. Prices for drinks are a little hefty but it is 5 star and the staff amazing.

The hotel itself is nice. However, we expected more for a 5 star hotel and the price. We are used to other things in this category. The staff is friendly and eager, but is under pressure from the director. He controls the staff at the breakfast buffet as well as in the evening. He does not greet any guest and seems very arrogant.

Rooms are good, a great pool. Very quiet. Two of three restaurants closed due to 'no staff' leaving just an OK buffet for breakfast/dinner. Staff universally great.

Dinner was totally a disaster, Chinese fried noodles made with Italian pasta? Rice was like cooked for more than a thousand times, even harder than paella. 5/6 of 6/7 sauna rooms were completely shut down. And they do not provide any shuttle service as announced in their web page.

We had an incredible stay at the Insotel Fenicia in Ibiza. The room was lovely, very high standard, extremely clean, beautiful views and excellent facilities. The staff were wonderful - every single member treated us fantastically well. The food was great - good buffet, kids and parents both really enjoyed the variety each evening. Some facilities were closed during our stay, but it was more than offset by fewer guests making a relatively quieter stay. Kids enjoyed the 6 and under pool a lot - which was warm even when the main pool was cooler. Spa was wonderful - great treatment and excellent staff. Kids club (closed Weds/Thu) was lovely - open 10-6pm when we were here. Lunch not included - but we found local restaurants or just the small shops over the bridge very good. Thanks for looking after us so well!!! Only thing we would improve: it’s been a while since we experienced such low quality WiFi (10+ years in a hotel). Max speeds 5mb/s, usually much lower - often would say connected but not get any data especially by pool. As we have roaming, I ended up turning wifi off after 3 days as it was so bad. We downloaded 1 TV show episode on a laptop in the room and it took almost 25 minutes. Not worth a drop in rating - but I imagine imminently a necessary upgrade.

Hotel is prima. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Ruime kamers. Dagelijks schoon beddengoed. Eva in de bar is een ster. De lunch bij het zwembad is acceptabel. De wellness behoeft direct een opknapbeurt. Al bij al op de wellness na weer een goede ervaring.

My Wife and I recently stayed at this 5 hotel with our 16-month-old child and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff who were always eager to help us with anything we needed. The hotel has a beautiful spa with a stunning pool and an amazing sea view that left us breathless. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay, and we spent many hours relaxing in the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. The pool was perfect for our little one, and the staff provided us with towels and pool toys for her to play with. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices that catered to all dietary needs. The freshly baked croissants and pastries were our favorite, and the coffee was just perfect. The dinner was also delicious, with a variety of dishes that were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The spa facility was simply amazing, and we made use of the treatments and massages available. The staff at the spa were very professional and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was perfect for families, and our little one enjoyed the kids' club and the playground. The hotel provided us with a crib for our child, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate all three of us comfortably. Mi marido y yo vamos al spa del hotel hace varios años y nos gusta mucho pero si notamos que no hay un mantenimiento de las instalaciones.hay chorros en la piscina que llevan años sin funcionar y cada vez vemos más cosas por arreglar. Seguiremos yendo pero si pensamos que porcel precio que tiene debería tener un mantenimuento mejor.

Very Nice Staff And Services most Helpful. The staff are fabulous, the hotel is exceptionally clean and the food is great too. I have stayed at the hotel twice now and it’s been wonderful on both occasions. I’m sad it’s closing for the winter soon as I can’t wait to go back

Virkelig dejligt og roligt hotel 20 min fra Ibiza by. Efter at opleve problemer med vores kreditkort ved check-in, så forløb hele opholdet meget tilfredsstillende. |Vi boede i 2 sammenhængende suiter med vores teenagedøtre. Meget store og flotte værelser. |Poolen er helt ekseptionel. Var lidt kold i oktober men da vi var heldige med vejret (25gr) så var det dejligt at blive kølet ned. |Maden på hotellet er helt i top. Morgenmaden består af alt hvad hjertet begærer. Bed om en omelet - det smager himmelsk. Aftensmaden var varieret og lækker. Specielt aftenen med sushi var et kæmpe hit. |Spaen er også fin omend lidt bedaget. Børnene elskede de lidt varmere pools. |Det eneste jeg synes er ude af proportioner er prisen for en halv liter vand. 6,5€ for en meget flot flaske i minibaren er optrækkeri, men desværre en tendens man ser mere og mere. |Byen hotellet ligger i er rolig og meget hyggelig. Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gang fra stranden og Strandpromenaden. |Vil helt klart komme igen.

Great Hotel in a great location. Interconnecting family rooms were fantastic and wifi was much better than usual in a hotel. Really nice grounds and super clean. Plenty of sun beds and the pool area was great. No cheesy entertainment so very relaxing. Pool was freezing in October but we got used to it once in. Food was excellent at breakfast and buffet and good service. Frustrations which prevented a 5 star review... Your hotel guide says don't drink the tap water but then u don't provide any this is backwards.. implement water filling stations and provide reusable glass containers like iberostar do, eco friendly and prevents all that plastic use. The drinks at dinner felt criminal, no pricing available, but 10 euros for a glass of poor wine that may have cost 5 euros a bottle, I was shocked when I saw the bill at the end and only had 1 drink with my main meal.. I drank hugely better wine for 10 euros a bottle from eroski, either add a sensible cost to half board and allow drinks with meal or be more up front with pricing, charging for water with evening buffet also felt excessive and a money grab. Also just be aware there is a few mossies about due to proximity to river we had a few bites so next time would take repellent. Would still recommend overall as we enjoyed it.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Food is superb, high quality buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to report. Even the views from the glass elevators are stunning Would definitely return. We visited in third week of October and weather was 27 degrees Celsius every day. Hotel and Ibiza generally was nice and not too busy.

Los muebles son bien viejos OBSOLETOS “”” La cama es lo más incómodo que he dormido en mi vida .. la peor cama de hotel que he usado ! Tal vez si invirtieran un poquito en la cama , lo demás pasaría desapercibido.. pero cuando uno entra en la habitación es como una decepción, porque cuando uno llega al hotel la fachada es bonita , la recepción normal , y uno espera a que algo más de la habitación.. pero en mi caso no fue así ! Y cuando me acosté en la cama , FUE LO PEOR ! Dormí súper FATAL! El servicio y trato si es bueno , muy amables y educados . Pero POR FAVOR INVERTIR UN POCO EN LAS CAMAS que tampoco es que cobran tan barato ..

Hotel extraordinario , tranquilo, bien equipado, personal atento y servicial, da gusto encontrar unos profesionales amables y con buena cara constantemente …gracias por su atención.. vacaciones inolvidables; destacar la limpieza en el hotel, habitaciones y alrededores, la persona encargada de limpiar la habitación.. sin palabras, no tengo adjetivos para calificarla al igual que a todo el personal, como he comentado anteriormente .. de 11..esperemos no tardar mucho en volver.. gracias ❤️❤️, les regalo una foto del amanecer en Ibiza en este maravilloso hotel. Personal muy amable, tanto la chica de la recepción como el concierge nos ayudaron en todo momento , la habitación era una suite con vistas a la piscina , era espaciosa y muy limpia . Muy cerca de Santa Eulalia preciosa ciudad , un poco lejos de Ibiza pero esta bien para relajarse , sin duda volvería al año que viene !

Sehr schöner Ort für Familien

Sono stato con la mia famiglia una settimana in questo hotel che viene definito a 5 stelle, avevo prenotato due junior suite con due letti singoli più un divano letto. L’esigenza dei letti separati nasce dal |fatto che essendo oltre 1,90 disturbo il sonno di mia moglie. Sul sito era specificato che tale categoria di camere prevedeva proprio questa tipologia di comfort. Tipologia che cerchiamo di trovare sempre nei nostri viaggi. All’arrivo mi dicono che entrambe le stanze erano con letti matrimoniali. La giustificazione è stata che non avevano disponibilità dei letti separati, attribuendo la colpa a Booking...! Dopo due giorni ci hanno comunicato che si era liberata una stanza ma che dovevamo aspettare il pomeriggio per lo spostamento dei nostri bagagli perdendo di fatto una giornata intera. In terza giornata dal soffitto del bagno è cominciato a gocciolare acqua esattamente sopra il water creando un disastro sul pavimento. Ci hanno detto che il danno era irreparabile se non con lavori strutturali in quanto la doccia del piano sovrastante doveva essere riparata da un muratore…! La piscina sembra un parco acquatico con ragazzi che giocano a palla e portano ogni gonfiabile in acqua dal materassino all’unicorno. Inaccettabile da un 5 stelle. La privacy a bordo piscina è nulla. Avendo l’aereo alle 20:30 al check out abbiamo chiesto qualche ora in più per la stanza visti anche i tanti disagi durante il soggiorno, ci è stato risposto che non era possibile. |Conclusioni: struttura con camere spaziose ma con gravi criticità organizzative, ( si è distinto solo Alejandro al quale vanno i nostri ringraziamenti). Struttura bella ottima colazione ma con servizio inadeguato per un albergo a 5 stelle.

Topservice en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! Kamer is erg luxe met eigen jaccuzi op het dak, heerlijk. Ligging is aan de rand van het stadje, 5 minuten lopen. Parkeren is gratis, op eigen terrein. Ibiza stad is 25 munuten met de auto. Deze kant van het eiland is veel rustiger dan de andere kant. Mooie baaitjes en stranden. Eularia de Riu is een klein stadje met een paar leuke restaurants. Niet zo toeristisch als de grotere plaatsen en ruim voldoende strandbedjes.

Tellement déçu de cet hôtel Arnaque total Nous avons payés pour une demi pension mais il s’avère que la demi pension ne marche pas le midi mais uniquement le soir ( le soir les touristes veulent manger en extérieur ) . Il faudrait le préciser avant la réservation. Nous avons donc du payé en plus pour manger le midi mais quelle surprise pizza surgelé immangeable, frite surgelé très sèche, je n’ai jamais mangé une tortilla aussi mauvaise. Il n y a pas d eau dans les chambres Je ne reviendrais jamais et je en le conseillerais pas

He estado en el spa del hotel. Le he regalado un pack de spa ➕ masaje a mi madre y ha quedado encantada con la chica que le ha dado el masaje, con la relajación que ha sentido por el ambiente y la profesionalidad. El spa está genial y compone de zona interior y zona exterior , aunque el jacuzzi de la zona exterior no funcionaba . Los residentes en la isla tenemos un 15% de descuento. Sin duda, repetiremos !

Great hotel but the gym is a real let down. 5 CV machines of which one was broken for the 10 day duration of our trip and another was old and tired. In addition to the CV equipment there was one old multi-gym an incomplete set of dumbbells ranging from 1KG to 9KG and 2 benches (one of which was broken). Equipment aside the air con didn't work and in all our visits the temperature never fell below 28 degrees c. I have stayed in lots of 5 star hotels and never experienced such a poor gym. Another gripe was that in common with many holiday focussed hotels there was not enough sunbeds. As seems to be the norm, the sunbeds were reserved by people at about 8am and this wasn't policed. Great (busy) pool with lethal steps down to the toilets. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic choice that changed every day with fresh fish and meat cooked in front of you by request. The restaurant staff were a real credit to the hotel and a big shout out to Adrian Garcia who looked after us every evening. Not a bad location with a short 5 min walk into the town which had a good selection of bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach. Didn't get to try the spa. The hotel website said it was included with our suite but it would appear that if you book through a travel operator this doesn't apply. When not included the spa facilities are €47 per person (28/07/22). Overall I would recommend it as long as you don't care to use the gym.

Zimmer nicht dem Standard entsprechend gereinigt, Shampoo und Mini Bar wird nicht nachgefüllt! Kein Café und Teekocher am Zimmer. Frühstück und Pool ok, leider kein direkter Strandzugang!

This hotel is a nice size, not too big but big enough to ensure that you are well looked after. It is clean and well maintained. There are some really nice people working there with a good attitude. There were a few things that let them down a little in my opinion. They charged for water, not a big issue but if you had their water it was expensive so every other day we had to carry large amounts of water back from the shops. We were lead to believe that in addition to the buffet, we had the use of the other 3 restaurants; now this might be the fault of the travel agent but we were surprised to learn that if you wanted to use anywhere other than the buffet, then it was an additional 28 euros per person; it would have been nice to have been able to use the other restaurants for a couple of night just so we had a change of environment. The buffet was ok, nothing special so we ended up eating out a few times for a change (just felt like spending any additional money elsewhere and not with the hotel). The rooms are nice and the daily make up service was very good. Pool is great and we didn't really struggle for a sun bed. The real shame for me was upon checking out, and we had spent a fair amount of money for 4 of us to go to this hotel, we also spent a fair amount on drinks while there, and when I paid the final bill on the last morning, the chap who served us (Alfrado I think his name was) took payment and didn't offer up a thank you, hope you enjoyed your stay, thank you for visiting us, a smile....nothing, just handed me my debit slip and walked off. I appreciate that this is a small thing but it is my lasting impression of this holiday and if he had just shown a little interest in me, my family and my custom, I would have left feeling that my money was fairly well spent. Don't let this opinion put you off, it is a nice hotel but a little more customer focus training for some of the front of house team would have made a difference.

Arrived on the 13th of july. We’ve been upgraded to the presidential room for couple of recasons, just an amazing time, check out pictures. Staff, food, view are just all amazingly perfect. Even with families the hotel is Still really quiet , pure pleasure. We can say that we are demanding customer but this hotel met totally our expectations, we definitely recommand this hotel! We are à family with 2 children. Thanks to thé staff

A nicely constructed and grand hotel that is looking rather tatty around the edges in places. The gym is almost pointless and poorly equipped with outdated equipment. This is a shame for such a large hotel. The spa is still in pretty good shape. There were some maintenance issues in my bathroom, with the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor every time I used it. Disappointingly, the staff showed very little flexibility and goodwill when it came to me trying to alter my reservation. I wouldn’t stay again for this reason.

The family had a fantastic time. Will definitely be returning soon 🌞😁👍

Como ibicenca y residente en la isla desde hace unos años tengo la costumbre de alojarme en los diferentes hoteles de 5 estrellas de la isla (para descansar, celebraciones...) y el Fenicia me está haciendo difícil que pruebe otros...¡Es maravilloso! La última vez fue la semana pasada y cada vez se supera. El ambiente es muy relajante, los huespedes son gente con clase y tranquilos (no siempre ocurre en otros buenos hoteles de Ibiza), la comida variada y los desayunos espectaculares. Una de las mejores piscinas de la isla y un personal que te hacen sentir muy bienvenido. Solo echo de menos poder tener un day pass para cuando no puedo alojarme; una cama balinesa, desayuno o almuerzo, spa y coctails...¡No se podría pedir más! Enhorabuena y gracias por todo.

Pésima atención al cliente en cuanto a llamadas. Llamé varias veces para consultar precios para ir y se escuchaba más a sus compañeros riendo de fondo y hablando que con la persona que estaba hablando. Tras decir que no la escuchaba se limitaba a decirme que no me entendía, cosa que no me extraña de la que tenían liada, pero en ningún momento bajaron la voz cosa que hizo imposible la comunicación.

He acudido muchas veces a este spa y creo que nunca había coincidido con tantísima gente a la misma vez. Considero que el tema del aforo dados los espacios interiores del spa, deberían ser controlados con más cautela y más en los tiempos que corren. En la zona de duchas y saunas las paredes de gresite están muy descuidadas, llenas de moho en las zonas más bajas. Tratándose de un lugar para el bienestar, considero que se debería tener más cautela con ello.

Frente a la playa de Santa Euliaia, tranquilo, acogedor buena comida y servicio, ceca de todo pero alejado del ruido, siempre lo recomiendo a mis clientes y amigos, enhorabuena

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in giugno 2021 in questo hotel, a pochi passi dalla zona principale di Santa Eulalia, ricca di ristoranti, bar, negozi e supermercati, e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera. L’hotel offre una buona spa con piscina interna ed esterna, e inoltre sono presenti altre due piscine all’esterno, una per bambini e una molto grande con zona solarium. Ci sono 2 bar di cui uno con cucina ed una sala ristorante con esterno e vista sulla bellissima piscina. il personale si è mostrato sempre molto disponibile e attento, la soluzione all inclusive è stata la scelta migliore. Un punto super positivo va all’area mini club, aperta durante il giorno, per chi ha bambini piccoli è un’ottima alternativa alla piscina nelle ore più calde. Abbiamo optato per una junior suite, veramente grande e completa di tutti i confort per un soggiorno a 5 stelle. Vasca e doccia grandi, letto grande, terrazzino vista mare, mini bar e salotto. Non potevamo chiedere di più.

Struttura ben organizzata, pulita e con ampio spazio piscina esterno. Abbiamo usufruito della spa, piscine calde e fredde e saune di vario tipo con aree relax annesse. Ottimo posto dove passare un pomeriggio di relax

Excellent service. Buffet généreux. Je n'ai pas testé les restaurants. La chambre avec jacuzzi est vraiment top. Le spa est grand et les massages très agréables.

J' ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Décoration classique mais l' hôtel est très bien entretenu, spacieux et toujours impeccable. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin. Un grand merci au chef et ses commis pour son buffet varié au petit déjeuner et au dîner, et les différents thèmes proposés chaque soir. Les produits sont frais et de qualité, je me suis régalée. Concernant les prestations du spa, belle chambre de sauna et hammam, les soins et massage sont excellents. Je vous recommande fortement cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Santa Eularia.

We are frequent guests of this hotel. In September 2021 I wanted to do this booking on their website and it was impossible! Why?? Their server was not reachable several times! So I needed o call them. Of course you do not reach the hotel. You will get connected with the hotel group. Then you need to inform them that you want to get connected with the reception of the hotel. After it was done I wanted them to do my reservation. Surprise: I got told that I need to dial a different phone number..After having done it I got the confirmed reservation written in SPANISH language. So I have called them again to ask for a confirmed reservation written in English. I finally got it. Then I should urgently pay the first night by Credit Card. So I have used my Credit Card and should fill in the expire date. This was impossible because of Software problems of their system. The system has only shown month written " mm" but nit year. Of course the payment could have been not done or accepted. So I have called them again and got told that they cannot help me and that I should call the reservation office. After making stress I got connected with another lady. She asked me for my credit card details and finally it was not working because of the needed pin code what she was unable to fill in.. After complaining I got contact with another lady who has told me that I can pay the whole amount upon arrival. I have asked for a written confirmation. This is necessary because the Software has written that the reservation will be cancelled if the first night will not be paid at once within 1-2 days. Then the software says that you can only pay with Visa Card. Later the hotel director told me that also payment with AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD will be accepted... Finally my reservation was done with 9 phone calls.... Upon arrival there was no warm welcome. Opposite at once after arrival by Taxi a Door Man came out to picked up our luggage. We got an envelope with a very few offers. In the room you will not find any informations at all. To get it you need to upload and APP. But nobody has told us that. Our room located 3 rd floor has had partly SEA VIEW and view at the POOL. The TV has had several TV CHANNELS but not sorted. It was a mixture of "No Signal" then no program and then some channels. The ambiance is old and simple. We have booked "HALF BOARD" in the Buffet Restaurant. The wine list was like the year before not up to date. The staff for service mostly new. The quality of them needs to be improved. The wine offers were mostly expensive. The quality of meals including breakfast is lower compared to the last year. Thanks God, there is still Nestor, the Director, at work. He cares a lot, is helpful and always friendly. Try to imagine that an African female cook is unable to speak and understand English. The female chief of the cooks is well informed but she often disappeared in the kitchen and was nit to be seen. Another female cook was unable to prepare TUNA FISH. Instead of medium or medium rare the fish was prepared well done. Even the quality of the fish was not more than average. Sitting at the POOL BAR to have lunch is expensive for simple snacks. Average price 15 €. CORONA PROTECTION should be better displayed and controlled. Our room was cleaned in a perfect way. Also the hotel was cleaned very well. The Check Out was average. But we will return.

Blew my mind, I am currently staying here for my anniversary and everything from the service to the food, pool area, cleanliness, jacuzzi, hot tub, bathroom, view from our room is literally out of this of world! No words can describe it and they made our anniversary extra special and made us feel welcome and like celebrities! Special thanks to Paula at reception who answered all my queries, family friendly hotel and will most definitely recommend!

The pool, the staff and the last room we had, the room service was excellent!! the maids were very respectful, Jorge the bell boy was such a nice young man, Reception can't help you enough they booked our tests, printed out our passenger locator forms, and guided me throughout, Migel, Alyandro and Paula lucas were so patient with me when I had difficulty scanning codes and booking the tests, they made it easy and deserve recognition, they never rush you or make you feel pressured, staff definitely make your stay enjoyable, the food at the poolside is good, breakfast is good but I would not go half board again, I would definitely go back!!!

Not a 5 star hotel, just pretending to be one. No water service. Matrasses are rock solid. At the breakfast buffet there are no descriptions. Some people have foodallergies and preferences you know! For the love of god at least write down whether the meat is pork, beef or poultry!!!!!! Airconditioning is turned off automatically in the night. The bellboy doesn't understand basic body language. i give it one star for the spa and one star for the pool.

This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel at best a 3 star. Value for Money: Terrible. We paid 450 euros a night for bed and breakfast rate and a junior suite. I know price inflated due to Ibiza being one of few places most countries can travel to relatively easily but we thought whilst price high, it's a 5 star hotel so should be ok. We were greatly mistaken! Service: Under staffed in key areas like pool bar means service quite slow and staff look over tired and hot. Felt sorry for them. Front desk pretty unhelpful. Spa and bell boys very friendly and helpful. Location: One plus point as it's 5 min walk to beach and some lovely restaurants which is much needed given quality of food in hotel! Food: Shocking. Pool bar is basic burgers, chicken nugget and such. Breakfast buffet is extensive but poor quality and room service is possibly worst I've every had. DO NOT order the Mediterranean pita which is basically tinned tune with a piece of lettuce and some mayo! Hotel/Facilities: At first gland the hotel looks quite nice with a decent spa, large pool and quite eye catching water feature as you come in. However the rooms are very dated and worn. When we first arrived our key cards did not work so we have to go back to reception to get another set, they did not work either. We did this little dance 4 times before the bell boy let us in with his key card. Air con didn't work initially and then when it got working we could not adjust the temp - so either freezing or it had to be switch off and in middle of summer meant it got very hot very quickly.

This is not 5 star. Lack of pool towels. Not enough sun beds. No bottled water in the rooms. No conditioner for the shower. Pillows that are thin and uncomfortable. (The only good part was the food and staff.) We wish we’d paid a little more and got a real 5 star.

Uma semana espectacular num hotel com tudo de melhor. Quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e limpos. Comida muito boa (o que não é comum quando se vai em tudo incluído). Piscina com água quente para as crianças. E acima de tudo e o que mais se destaca, um staff impecável, sempre a tentar antever as nossas necessidades e pronto a ajudar!

Una decepción. Los detalles no se corresponden a un 5 estrellas, para nada. Tampoco es correcto que se haga una reserva y no informen de que los restaurantes están cerrados. Pagas para disfrutar de unas instalaciones. Los chorros de la piscina apagados. Horario spa reducido. Entendemos que dada la situación de pocos clientes, el hotel esté a medio gas, pero entonces el precio debería bajar también. Pero insisto en que no se corresponde para nada a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Una mención especial al personal, muy amable.

We hadden een ander hotel geboekt maar door coronaomstandigheden ging ons hotel pas later van start en kregen we de keuze om update naar Fenicia Prestige,en kan het alleen maar aanbevelen,keivriendelijk personeel,heel ongedwongen,waaronder de barvrouw Eva(Evita Lopez),ze kan cocktails maken als geen ander,we gaven haar de vrijheid en werden telkens lekker verrast.ook heel veel lof naar de kok aan het poolrestaurant 👍👍👍. We hadden een suite met zicht op de Eulalia rivier 😍😍,kan ik aanraden,op loopafstand liggen verschillende strandjes ,heel mooi.de wandeling ernaartoe op zich is al mooi.

Wij zijn er twee keer geweest, geweldige kamer met op het dak een eigen jacuzzi. Een woord: een 10!

Llamé por la mañana para ir por la tarde con mi pareja y al llegar alli desde ibiza nos dicen que el agua está fria, creo que por telefono hubiese estado bien la informacion para ahorrarme el viaje. Muy descontenta sin duda ya que minimo podrían habernos ofrecido algún tipo de oferta como disculpa por su metedura de pata
