Escelente hotel, muy lindo, parking público cerca, desayuno super completo. excelente servicio, volvería sin duda. queda cerca de varias calas y pueblitos para visitar en Ibiza.

Creo que pueden mejorar el hecho de que cuando un cliente ha contratado el desayuno pero debe salir antes de que se inicie el horario se le pueda ofertar un pequeño picnic de desayuno para llevar. Sobre todo cuando se ha avisado con tiempo. Por lo demás todo bien.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Catalonia Ses Estaques. This is our second stay as we find the hotel is in a perfect location with beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything you need. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the choice at breakfast was excellent – from fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, pastries, hams and cheeses to hot options including both English and Spanish style sausages, eggs and more. The staff were all very friendly, professional and always happy to help. Our room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. A special mention goes to Dari in entertainment, who was absolutely fabulous and really made our stay even more enjoyable; Aqua dance is a must ! Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Had a wonderful week staying at this hotel, staff where really helpful and always happy to help with anything that you asked of them, rooms where lovely and well kept and the food was really good, hopefully will be able to go back next year

Hemos estados cuatro dias alojados en el hotel Catalonia Ses Estaques i nos ha gustado mucho. Las habitaciones pràcticas y reformadas, la comida buena y variedad en el buffet, però para nosotros, lo mejor la zona de la piscina, super tranquila con jacuzzis y lo mejor las vistas al mar des de l'hamaca de la piscina, para nosotros esta zona la mejor de l'hotel. Además, por ser miembros, el último día nos han dejado estar en l'habitacion hasta las 15:00h, detalles que marcan la diferencia. Repetiremos seguro.

Set on edge of marina, not too far from the hustle & bustle. Nice pool and 'beach' area (big slab of concrete next to sea, which is surrounded by rocks, but there are ladders to access it) with plenty of sunbeds...though the pads for sunbeds are a bit scarce and some, mainly the older generation, reserve 'their' beds at ungodly hour! Rooms are mostly lovely, one of our couples moved as theirs (randomly) wasn't quite as nice as the others (we had 4 rooms on the ground floor). Breakfast was lovely and pool bar food too. Never ate dinner there so can't comment. There was aqua and a few other things in the day and also night entertainment but we missed it as out for the evenings. On the whole I highly recommend a stay here!

Stayed at the adult only Catalonia Ses Estaques from August the 29 th for 7 days with my husband the weather did not disappoint glorious sunshine everyday with the combination of a beautiful hotel location and fabulous hotel we had a great holiday…We stayed in room 526 beautiful view from our balcony of the beach and cove opposite ..the room was fully equipped with tea coffee making facilities for our morning coffee on the balcony taking in the great view …always got a great nights sleep as the bed was super comfortable always a big plus for myself and husband..all the usual toiletries available always a lovely hot shower never failed us .As for breakfast full English breakfast available omelettes freshly cooked to your preference lots of cereal hot/cold available with freshly squeezed Orange juice and continental breakfast if preferred ..fresh ground coffee beans made the coffee perfect always a must to set us up for the busy day ahead ..Sun loungers always available around the pool area snacks and drinks served throughout the day at very reasonable prices …we choose to use the sun loungers at the rear of the hotel over looking the cove it was very tranquil just to sit and listen the the waves gently breaking against the rocks ..For those looking to do a bit more always a program of different events scheduled throughout the day from pool aerobics etc for those who want to join in great atmosphere all welcome.Evening meals in the modern contemporary restaurant over looking the grounds were top notch always a large variety of lovely dishes to suit all tastes the carvery would always have a beautifully cooked meat dish or fish every evening great options for vegetarians.You really could not fault the friendly welcoming staff from the main reception desk to the hospitality staff so polite wanting to make your stay at the hotel the best it can be …we would not consider booking any other hotel on the island as this hotel for service and quality value for money I feel could not be beaten amazing holiday.

There’s no doubt some of the rooms and the sun loungers need upgrading but that is compensated by the friendliness of the staff , cleanliness of the hotel , food freshness and quality and most of all, the wonderful Dari who entertained us during our stay .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – tucked away in a quiet spot, yet just a short stroll from the marina and the town, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. It strikes the perfect balance: peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep, but close enough to the action that you never feel far from anything. A great choice for anyone wanting convenience without the noise.

We originally found this hotel over 10yrs ago and it was great, and we felt this is our happy place, and we have returned on many occasions since (missed last year, fully booked out) and one of the key reasons is the location and most importantly the staff for are so good, for example; Olivia, Carlos, Jolunda and Francis and the many bar and restaurant teams, sadly head man in the bars retires this month so deepest best wishes to him.||However with time comes change, not least to the package; we prefer the Superior rooms for the extras it brings, but this year we noticed there have been discreet alterations, no fruit or complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, likewise with bathroom items removed.||Sadly this year we were (initially) on arrival given an Upgraded room, *this is not the Superior but one of the cheaper rooms simply redecorated (to look like a Superior) and it was smaller, a 1/2 size wardrobe and many other items of furniture and comforts removed. Addressing this with reception they said it was correct but on then checking a free room, they found it was not and then moved us, felt that was a little disappointing.||On a downside the problem of people getting up before dawn (in some cases) to lay claim to sunbeds (mostly Brits) is still prevalent and sadly nothing is done to stop the silly practice.||*Something to be aware of and we nearly had two collisions; is the number of electric scooters now using the pathway between the hotel and the beach beds as a cut through, travelling way to fast with no regard for hotel guests and walkers and we had one who almost collided (by paddle courts) with us, a dangerous scenario.||Would we go back? yes, but! it would be great if they stop cutting those things out which made our first visit so memorable and the hotel stand out and think a little more about the impression it gives the guests.

Lovely hotel but the issue which let's it down and the reason why we won't get back is sunbeds!|We have never been to a hotel where they are regular arguments over sunbeds!|Many people have placed towels etc on sunbeds by 7am ! |The beds by the sea are very poor quality in desperate need of being replaced and there is a lack of mattresses which are needed to put on beds to make them more comfortable as well as parasols. |When mentioned to staff we were told that more have been ordered to replace those that have been damaged but looking back over the reviews this has been said for a long time so not an new issue .|Such a shame that this has taken the edge of our holiday.

First visit to Ses Estaques and it will not be the last - warm reception, good rooms, great food, and best location ever. Will be recommending this hotel to family and friends - well done - great management.|1-Food: Great selection- Breakfast and dinner- Freshly cooked food- great selection of healthy veg and snacks|2-Room: Upgrade always possible - get sea /pool view on second up to fourth floor - rooms recommended 210./211-310/311-410/411- etc |3-Location: Great views out to the sea- good for swimming - 10 min walk to city|4-AC: Great AC in rooms- hotel lobby no AC but not required as draft through hotel is good enough|5-Entertainment: Great shows do not miss them |6-Security : not gated perimeter - so non residents may visit the hotel specially at night - Hotel to install gates -to make it more secure- be always vigilant - but no issues encountered - also used safe in room - very good |7-WIFI: Hit and miss- relied mainly on my mobile data in the room- - Hotel to upgrade wifi |8-Reception and staff: Really warm and nice - no exception - well managed hotel|Very responsive |9-Past bad reviews: Not true- food is of a very high standard and the hotel is safe and secure- |10 Lift and sunbeds: Small capacity lift- but only used for luggage- sunbeds - just about 40 in total - so can be tight - had to secure beds early in couple of days| Summary: Great value for money- fantastic location- warm and professional staff- good food- highly recommended

I have previously rated this hotel 5 stars but this year was a complete let down entirely due to management. Before getting into details I want to acknowledge certain staff members who are outstanding and do not deserve to be included in the negative comments. Dario, who was a one man show and went above and beyond to make sure guests were entertained and looked after. Chef Andres ,who prepared amazing desserts specifically for my daughter who has allergies and other restaurant staff like Olivia who had remembered her food issues. Manuel and his team of bar staff who worked tirelessly to ensure we were looked after well. Despite these positives our holiday was ruined due to being victims of theft . The hotel is very open access and anyone can get on to the site. There is no security guard , no fences or gates with access only for guests and no way of identifying who is a hotel guest and who is not. Security cameras are minimal . My daughter's iphone and my husband's prescription glasses which were in a bag were stolen from poolside ,covered by cameras but this did not deter two thieves who had been scouting near the pool area unchallenged , even though suspicions were raised. We went to the Police station to make a report that evening and asked if food could be facilitated for us upon our return but were told we either had to eat before we left or have sandwiches when we returned. We not in the mood for eating due to trauma and upset so opted for sandwiches. Upon return the sandwiches were not available and we were told the kitchen was closed so we shared one bag of crips between three people from the minibar. We had to request a meeting with management, nothing was offered to us. The meeting was challenging and a waste of time. We were trying to get a detailed description of the thieves for the Police report which we attempted to do upon returning and this continued into the next morning. We were given incorrect information which led to more time wasting and we had to return to the Police station for the second time without the detailed description. I emailed a Director of the Catalonia group as we had not even received an apology or acknowledgement of the distressing circumstances. She promptly wrote back apologising for the incident on their premises and offering us compensation. To make a long story short the promises made to us have not been fulfilled. We were offered a refund for the meals and we discussed covering the cost of some of the stolen items including my husband's prescription glasses as he had to go and have an emergency pair made as he was unable to see. We paid all our bills in full when we left but no offer was made to deduct the meals that we lost. Soon after the incident we informed Tui who we had booked the holiday with that we had been victims of theft at the hotel and we logged a complaint. Tui are investigating but the hotel is stating that they are not going to refund us for the meals we paid for as part of our package holiday. Furthermore we only found out the hotel had a guest relations manager the day before we were due to leave and Tui arranged for her to speak to us on that day. She did not. So another email to the director. On our final morning the guest relations manager did speak to us, albeit reluctantly and late. We made several recommendations to management about improving security. Some of the suggestions could have been easily remedied quickly and easily, such as notifying guests to take extra precaution as they had prior knowledge of thieves operating in the area. Their version of a security guard was using hotel managers (including Manuel) to patrol occasionally. Bar staff should not be asked to take on the responsibility of security. This was not a holiday. It was upsetting, exhausting and disappointing but the indifferent and unsympathetic attitude of management just added to the misery. We hope that by sharing our horrendous experience it will safeguard other holiday makers.

All staff where fantastic as nothing was to much trouble and i would like to do a special shout out to Juame a member of the outside bar team who went above and beyond to make our family stay special and also to Dari in entertainment who is a great character. I would also like to wish Manuel all the best in his future retirement after 35 years off running a tight ship in the outside bar area.|Food might not be to everybody's taste but there is enough variety to suite most.|Our only main issue was the intermittent smell of the drains in our bathroom, but it would not deter us from returning in the future.

We’ve just returned from the best week at Royal Hotel Ses Estaques. Couldn’t fault a thing. Amazing superior room with huge bathroom, his and hers sinks and incredibly well designed separate area for clothing storage, plus stunning sea view, great quality furniture, including balcony furniture and huge, comfortable bed. In addition, the staff, especially Adrian and Neus are a credit to the hotel. Both couldn’t have been more helpful. Great pool area. Quiet, always loungers available and super clean. Pool bar great. Separate restaurant for breakfast 50 years from hotel also great. Staff helpful and perfect location overlooking the sea. It became the perfect place for us to start and then end the day with the sound of the sea hitting the shore and a cocktail or glass of wine. What a week. Possibly our favourite ever hotel due to the staff, spacious rooms, sea view, cleanliness, fact it only has 39 rooms which makes it feel quite intimate, plus the great chilled vibe which was so important to us. We will be back.

Maravilloso hotel en un enclave único, con unas vistas de ensueño y en donde no falta de nada para poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas. Habitaciones nuevas con todo lujo de detalles, cama enorme e increíblemente cómoda y vistas al mar. El buffet es muy completo y variado. Y el personal no podía ser más amable. Volveremos muy pronto. Mil gracias por todo.

Short break to this wonderful hotel. Nice touch of bottle of fizz in our room for our special occasion. Room, food and all areas are great ( think older rooms are being gradually being updated) will definitely be back soon. Hotel is situated ideally by the marina and you can walk all along the flat prom to the other end easily

Exceptional service, beautiful place to visit , Hotel staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble . I’d recommend it . Peacefulness , the island exceptionally pretty and beaches too . Ibiza isn’t only boom boom boom as I thought , it had beautiful quiet areas with a Hippy peaceful vibe .

Tolles Frühstück, Aqua Aerobic - fantastisch! Das Hotel ist teilweise renoviert und man merkt, dass Mitarbeiter alles tun, um das Hotel in Ordnung zu halten.

Beautiful location with lovely staff! Dari, Ramon, Pablo, Adolfoso, Jamue and Manuel! I wish I could remember more names!! We had a lovely experience and have looked at booking again!! Only negatives; dated room with awful hair dryer but it was comfortable & worked. Lack of sunbeds but no room for more so we just used the chairs around the pool. Having to pay for Water, Tea & Coffee with dinner when it is free with breakfast!? And A bit of noise from the marina. The pros far out weigh the cons!

Friendly staff||I have stayed at this hotel a few times now, and what always brings me back is the warm staff and excellent service.||Pros |-hotel is located in a beautiful and convenient position, a short walk into the centre of Santa Eulalia|-pool area is very appealing and nice to relax in- a beautiful outlook onto the sea. Only con is the sunbed scuffle, which I will come to later|-drinks are fantastic and a reasonable price. Manuel runs a tight ship at the bar and the service is excellent |- entertainment- I cannot speak more highly of Dari who went above and beyond to make the entertainment great. His sunny disposition and kindness encouraged all to join in every aspect from aqua aerobics to karaoke. He really is a natural and a real asset to the hotel|- Staff- every member of staff was incredibly polite and courteous. They are all exceptionally hard working which is clear on the hotels high standards |- Food- dinner has a great selection of dishes from British to Thai every night. All food was cooked to a high standard . We particularly liked the soup every night! |- Rooms were quite basic but very clean ||Cons (only minor!)|- there is a real hunger games atmosphere for the sunbeds which is unnecessary as there are plenty which could be moved. Many guests get up before 7am to secure particular sunbeds by the pool. I do appreciate it is challenging for the hotel to enforce these rules without causing a great deal of conflict.|- Bedrooms are being updated to more modern. We stayed in one of the older rooms which is great news of a new bathroom and hairdryer! Bed was comfortable!!|- Breakfast- it would be good to have a few more options such as smoked salmon and avocado or different yoghurts for those who do not wish to eat a cooked breakfast or meats and cheeses |- Atmosphere- we guessed there could be rules about noise, but it would be good to play music in the bar area a little later||Top tip|-try to book a room on the poolside of the hotel for views and entertainment |- If there are no sunbeds available, move or ask a member of staff to move one from the entrance area of the hotel

The setting of this hotel is fabulous . It is a very relaxed atmosphere with stunning views. |The room was comfortable, spotless and well equipped . The food was delicious and varied .|The only problem was the sunbeds they were very old and not very uncomfortable . the area next to the sea was quite shabby . It is a lovely place to listen to the waves but really needs some work . |I would revisit the hotel ,the staff were lovely .

This hotel.was a lovely surprise, perfectly clean and modern. Rooms are gorgeous. Lots to do with the daily activities including cocktail making. We loved the morning yoga with Mati and the aqua aerobics. Breakfast was plentyful and fresh.

Le rooftop avec piscine offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, en + d’un service bar sur le toit. |Le personnel se distingue par sa bienveillance et ses attentions, les chambres comme les espaces communs sont d’une propreté exemplaire, et le petit déjeuné (ainsi que son emplacement au bord de la mer) est excellent.| L’hôtel se situe à deux pas des commerces et restaurants, et très facile d’accès en voiture. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter 🌟

Tanto la localización como el personal de diez. Todo han sido facilidades por parte de ellos cuando hemos solicitado o preguntado algo. La habitación y la vista es tal como sale en la foto. El desayuno muy completo.Volveremos.

Great location, rooms clean, great shower, comfy bed, sound proofing not the best. Food, not the widest of selections, but always a good choice and good quality. All staff, kitchen, waiters, reception, pool bar are all so friendly. We had a great week here, pool good, towels supplied. Not sure about the activities, but the Aquarobics was great, the instructor is so enthusiastic and a great personality. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and room with amazing view. Breakfast offered a vast variety of fresh and testy food. All staff were super welcoming. Aqua gym class was good fun!

Wundervoll gelegenes Hotel in Santa Eularia des Riu, gut zu erreichen, perfekt für einen Ibiza-Ausflug als Paar. Schönes Zimmer, wundervolle Aussicht auf's Meer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal - sehr gerne wieder, wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Ein besonders dickes Danke und Grüße an Dari, den personal trainer, eine absolute Bereicherung des Teams!!!!

Todo perfecto, instalaciones execelentes y entorno impresionante. |El personal siempre muy amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad y/o petición. Unicación fenomenal a tan solo 5 minutos andando de paseo marítimo de Santa Eulària. Mucha facilidad para entrar y salir, así como de aparcar.

This hotel has by far exceeded all my expectations. Bedrooms are big, beds are huge (bigger than the US king size) , balcony are lovely with very comfy armchairs and amazing sea view). Service is 5 stars. Beds are prepared in the evenings with chocolate and fresh towels. Fully personalized, dedicated, a special mention for Neus who helped us with ear to ear smiles. |Free sandwiches, fruits, cakes and nice each afternoon to pick and eat by the pool. |Delicious water temperature. |And best of the best: the restaurant is outside the main building, under pine trees, facing the sea. Stunning breakfast feeling. This should be a 5Star hotel |If only one point: there is no true beach. You can go in the sea from the big rocks but be aware of it

Don’t book!! they will ruin your whole happy mood. We arrived at the hotel around 10 p.m., and they told us they had not received our reservation (Although it was confirmed on Booking, and we had never received any cancellation notice!! And the staff said the hotel was fully booked, and they told us to find another place ourselves and pay the difference. At that time, nearby hotels were already charging €500 per night.And it was late night! We phoned to booking, Booking’s customer service confirmed to us that it was wrong for the hotel to ask us to pay more, since the issue was due to their overbooking. The hotel was obliged to provide us with alternative accommodation free of charge, and if we were not satisfied, Booking would take responsibility to find other options. After we made a booking complaint, around 11:40 p.m., the hotel staff suddenly told us they had a room available and that they would compensate us the next day. We accepted and stayed. However, the following day, when we asked at the front desk, the manager Monica’s attitude was extremely bad. She first told us the matter had already been settled the day before, even though we had to leave early. Then she offered us a meal as compensation, but later withdrew that offer and said they would give us nothing, at most just a drink. Because of the hotel, we lost two hours (which cost us two hours of our party at Hï Ibiza, tickets €120 per person). The hotel’s behavior was completely deceptive: first promising compensation so Booking would not intervene, then going back on their word. Highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing attitude. Until now, we even never received any apologies or emails from the hotel.

Llegamos al hotel sobre las 10 de la noche y nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reserva, aunque en Booking aparecía confirmada. El hotel estaba lleno y nos querían mandar a otro pagando más, hasta que tras hablar con Booking de repente “apareció” una habitación. Al día siguiente la gerente Mónica primero prometió compensación y luego se retractó, ofreciendo como mucho una copa. Perdimos dos horas y parte de nuestra noche en Hï Ibiza (120 € por persona). El paisaje junto al hotel es muy bonito, pero el personal es pésimo y tacaño: en un hotel tan caro, solo nos daban un vaso de hielo.

Such a fantastic hotel. Very quiet and relaxing. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Will be visiting again for sure. Breakfast a real treat. Comfortable rooms and amazing shower.

Cet hôtel n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles ! Vous ne pouvez pas manger de 15h30 à 20h, ils n’ont rien à vous proposer. Pas de room service… le téléphone ne fonctionne pas. Les chambres sont très bien, très belle vue mais il faut vraiment revoir les services basic qu’un hôtel doit avoir et en plus un 4 étoiles. Au vu du prix de la nuit, clairement il y a des hôtels bien mieux à côté !

Très bel hôtel pour la partie rénovée, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de plage et qu’une seule piscine. Pas de parking non plus

Greeted with a smile from Francis,quick check-in 1:30pm and room was ready for us.Air-con on straight away,silent but very cooling,walk in rain/ power shower (GROHE MAKE👌)The room allocation was overlooking the pool on the fourth floor deluxe fantastic view even though it's classed as sidesea limited view ( just brilliant), as some have said,can get quite noisy in the evenings with the "entertainment Breakfast had a good selection although they haven't heard of hash browns or fritters... Evening meals were a bit hit & miss..plenty of salad selection/ meat choices/fish choices,but chips were tasteless,no boiled pots, or roastie.Sunday dinners, they use FROZEN MIXED VEG, no way of making a "dinner" we are not fussy eaters by any means,but expect some alternative from chips/ rice. The waiting staff were always eager to clear your dishes which was good,they were willing to chat also.The blonde lady that greets you at the entrance of the dining room was very friendly and by the end of our week,we were sad to say bye..she even came out to say a good bye while we waited for our coach pick up..👌👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.Not much around the immediate area shops/ pubs,have to walk about 10/15mins to the main sea front. The only real niggle we had was the "tennis court" could be heard 8am until 10pm.WARNING EXPENSIVE MINI BAR IN ROOM WITH PRICELIST👎

We loved staying here! We were on holiday for 4 days with my partner recovering from a surgery and it was the best location for our circumstances. Being right next to the sea, having a nice pool with a bar and the half board option — we had everything to relax and recover well. The buffet in the morning and evening had a lot of choices and was varied daily. The hotel is also just a 7 min walk from Mercadona where we easily shopped for local snacks. The pool water in August was super warm and very nice to swim in. Huge shoutout to Monica, the head of reception, for accommodating our early morning requests and providing us a very personalized experience — recognizing us upon arrival without ever meeting before; to Carmen for the daily delicious omelettes, Dari for the amazing energy at the pool and animating various activities and Dulce for the fantastic attention to detail & customer care. Only feedback: it could be challenging to get long chairs even in the morning. Even if it’s not allowed, guests are reserving chairs with their towels without actually being there which felt unfair. Would be great to have a few additional chairs. We could usually snag a chair or two around 2-3pm and of course after 6pm. Lastly, one of the evenings, there were guests making a lot of noise outside by the pool from midnight until 2am. Reception was called but the guests kept returning and kept us up most of the night. Perhaps having a night security guard would help as the receptionist on call had to let the guests know they were noisy and couldn’t be in two places at once. Other than that, we loved everything and would return!

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en el hotel. Todo ja sido perfecta, desde el personal que allí trabaja hasta las habilidades, la comida.... A destacar su rapidez para darnos unas habitaciones pese a haber llegado unas horas antes. Sin duda volveremos a vernos!!.

Todo el personal del hotel es genial, tanto animación, restaurante y bar de piscina y recepción, y personal de limpieza y mantenimiento.. Especial menció por su amabilidad y simpatía a dati@mati y el personal del bar de la piscina

Hotel lovely clean friendly hotel (Demi) entertainer is fab does everything well

Klasse hotel ,vriendelijk personeel ,heel mooie kamer. Super airco. Uitmuntend ontbijt ,zo ook de kwaliteit van het dinner. Mooi zwembad altijd verse handdoeken zo ook bij de zetels aan zee. Een echte aanrader !

Nous avons passe un tres bon séjour dans votre hotel . Cependant, nous avons remarqué que le lit était un peu inconfortable et que nous avions mal au dos au réveil. Sinon tout le reste etait très agréable.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel, staff are amazing the place is spotless. The reception staff the gentleman on the pool bar and the cleaning team are a real asset to this hotel. The view is beautiful and the rooms very specious. |If I had any complaints it would be maybe need a few more sun-beds with umbrellas around the pool on the ground due to some not having any. |Would I return, in a heartbeat.

First time at a Catalonia hotel and have to say was seriously impressed. The hotel is great value and delivers on the most important aspects on what a guest might be looking for in a hotel - large light filled rooms with spacious balconies facing the sea, excellent pool/beach set up with bar and super friendly personable staff. Special mention for the fabulous breakfast buffet - something for everyone and all beautifully presented but also with proper healthy options catering to gluten free etc as well as great selection of breads ...I wish other hotels would take note and replicate - well done to food and beverage manager!

My wife and I have reached an age where we have been fortunate enough to stay in lots of hotels around the Mediterranean and particularly the Balearic Islands.|What really makes this hotel stand out is the happy staff who are absolutely amazing. They combine professionalism with genuine customer service and go above and beyond to ensure you are having a nice time.|The hotel is super, beautiful rooms (we did a split week with a ground floor “swim up” room and then a suite on the top floor).|The breakfast is a banquet fit for the healthy and heartiest of appetites with lovely fresh fruits and great pastries etc. The omelettes cooked to order a must!|In summary a fabulous hotel in the best resort with amazing staff.

Wow!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. All staff super attentive and professional. Location perfect and beautiful. Cannot thank all involved enough BUT special shout out to Dari and Marti. Their kind, gentle and wonderful entertainment throughout the day was above and beyond. They made me feel like royalty. I never usually participate in activities, but these were gentle, not pushy and I loved feeling part of their team. Yoga daily and aqua aerobic was my highlight (plus my karaoke with both boys was so fun). We will defo be back next year and hope they are too. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special x

Nous avons logé dans cet établissement une semaine et sommes très déçus de notre expérience : -chambre correcte mais odeur d’égout particulièrement dérangeante + odeur de cigarette à l’arrivée ; -réveil tous les matins par la dame de chambre entre 8h30 et 9h pour nettoyer la chambre; -le petit déjeuner n’est plus réapprovisionné à partir de 10h alors qu’il est accessible jusque 10h30. Il est également assez maigre; -pas d’accès à la mer depuis l’hôtel car énormément d’algues; -pas d’eau dans les chambres et refus du réceptionniste de remplir une bouteille d’eau vide à la fontaine mise à disposition des clients; Bref cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas ses 4 étoiles, à éviter…

Muy buena eatancia. El hotel empieza a estar algo obsoleto pero la situación, la manualidad del personal y el servicio de restaurante es muy bueno. Por ponerle un pero, las habitaciones ennocasiones olían a desagüe, pero enseguida vinieron a solucionarlo. Cuenta con un restaurante exterior en una preciosa cala con muy buen ambiente y unas vistas preciosas del hotel, el mar y la marina. La piscina pequeña pero da mucho juego ya que no suele estar muy llena. Tienen dos puntos de recarga para coches eléctricos. Tienen servicio de toallas de piscina o playa. Aunque no se puede aparcar dentro del hotel, hay una explanada muy grande para aparcar a 200 metros.

¡Una experiencia inolvidable! Mi estancia en este hotel superó todas las expectativas. Me asignaron una habitación fabulosa con vistas al mar, despertar con ese paisaje me pareció simplemente mágico. Las camas eran muy cómodas. La atención al detalle fue increíble, me sorprendieron en mi cumpleaños con un detalle. Ese gesto me hizo sentir verdaderamente especial y bienvenido. Y si el día comenzó con emoción, el desayuno lo coronó. Variedad, calidad, y unas vistas al mar que lo hacían aún más espectacular. Un lugar para volver sin pensarlo dos veces. Servicio impecable, ambiente encantado.¡Gracias por todo!

Está situado en una zona tranquila de Santa Eulalia pero a tan solo 5 minutos está el Puerto Deportivo en el cual hay restaurantes y bares donde tomar algo. Lo único negativo de la ubicación es que, en las proximidades del hotel, hay un taller de reparación de barcos y hace ruído a partir de las 7:30h de la mañana de lunes a viernes. Además, la cala que se sitúa al lado del hotel no es excesivamente bonita y es bastante pequeña. Refente a las habitaciones están bien equipadas, lo esperado para un hotel cuatro estrellas. En cuanto al personal, destacar con mucha diferencia a Boadi del servicio de comedor (muy atento y amable) y a los cocineros, que se preocupaban por preguntar que tal estaba la comida y como estaba siendo nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine début mai 2025 dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons les yeux fermés: tout est identique au site web, personnel très agréable, super emplacement. Nous n'avons que du positif à en dire. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

I came to this hotel regularly as a child. Before the marina was even built and there was nothing here but the hotel! I have returned in the last few years to revisit pleasant memories. Needless to say, I like the fact that the fish lights are still on the balconies. And the "standard" rooms do not bother me. They are fully functional and the important things, such as quiet air con, black out curtains, good mattresses, quality linen (which really do matter) is all there. The food could have a little more variety. Particularly on the spice front. It would also be lovely to see more typical Spanish options such as octopus, calamari, black rice, shellfish etc The one thing that did bother some of our party is the access into the sea by the hotel. We are not sure if the hotel owns this land but the steps down are really difficult to ascend due to the angle, particularly for older clientele (of which there are many). The steps on the other side of the bay are only reached via a dangerous and slippery promontory, again, not suitable for older people. We do intend to return regularly but would love better access to swim safely in the sea. Love the Ses Estaques though and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Boutique-Hotel. Die Zimmer sind super schön. Es ist viel Platz für alles da. Der Ausblick is fantastisch. Die Rezeption ist wahnsinnig freundlich und herzlich. Jennifer und Adrian sind hier hervorzuheben. Aber auch im Restaurant, in den man mit Meerblick frühstückt, sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und zuhause.

Prachtig, mooi gelegen hotel. Goed eten. Heerlijk in het zwembad of op het strand met een leuke bar. Met name het animatie team was geweldig. We denken met heel veel plezier terug aan de Karaoke avond, de optredens, de aqua gym, Pilates, yoga, danslessen, en nog veel meer. De beide animatie heren zorgden er met veel enthousiasme voor dat er voor iedereen wat te doen was. S’ morgens yoga, s’ middags dansles en s’avonds stonden ze weer een leuke Karaoke avond te presenteren. Er waren veel Engelsen in het hotel die met hart en ziel meededen aan de Karaoke. Wat hebben wij een lol gehad! (Juni 2024). Ps jammer dat we niet buiten konden ontbijten

6th time at this hotel and the last.put my 88yr old father in law in a room resembling a broom cupboard.same room as we asked him to be moved from Previous year. We upgraded wife and myself this year should not have bothered. Very limited areas to put your clothes units with draws taken out of rooms from previous years. Sunbeds and umbrellas on sea front disgusting dirty and damaged and outdated. Food was school canteen quality. View of a dead tree infront of balcony blocking what should have been a nice view. Couldnt believe how down hill the hotel has become . Always come here every year but will be looking somewhere else in resort in future. Never in a million years is it a 4star platinum. Only just make 3 star for its location only.

Dit is hét hotel waar je wil verblijven voor enkele dagen Ibiza, tenminste als je er niet komt om het feestbeest uit te hangen. Zorg wel dat je in het juiste hotel boekt, want net ernaast bevindt zich het Ses Estaques hotel (zonder 'Royal' dus). Het hotel is 16+, zeer fijn om eens zonder (jonge) kinderen naartoe te gaan. ||Santa Eulalia zelf is toeristisch, maar niet te vergelijken met de drukte in Ibiza-stad. Het hotel zelf is rustig gelegen, aan één kant grenst het hotel aan een natuurgebied. Aangezien het eiland niet zo groot is, bereik je makkelijk alle bezienswaardigheden met de auto. Het hotel heeft zelf geen parking, maar er is een publieke parking op wandelafstand.||Het hotel voldoet aan alle vereisten. Alle 39 kamers op 4 verdiepingen hebben zeezicht. Er zijn twee zwembaden: één op het gelijkvloers, en een prachtig exemplaar op het dakterras op de vijfde verdieping. Van daaruit heb je een prachtig zicht op de baai. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt neem je niet in het hoofdgebouw, maar 100 meter verder op het domein van het hotel. Na een korte wandeling langs het water kan je zo in alle rust aan je dag te beginnen.||Hier komen wij zeker terug.

Muy divertido y animado karaoke night para los viernes! Excelentes hosts, el ambiente es animado y ellos hacen que el público se involucre dando una atmósfera muy linda. Puedes cantar o solo venir a escuchar musica y tomarte una copa con tus amigos

My first time here and it definitely won't be my last. Everyone is genuinely happy to see you and they make you feel so very welcome. My single room was absolutely perfect with plenty of space, decorated beautifully, had a walk-in shower with non-slip flooring and a very comfortable double bed. The pool and snack bar areas have everything you need and the view is stunning. A massive thanks goes to my fellow witches 😉 Darío and Mati who are, not only amazing as the animation team, but beautiful humans who really looked out for me and will truly be friends forever. Impresionante ubicación, en la orilla del mar y al lado de un pequeño pinar acantilado con paseo. La habitación reformada y con una cama bastante grande. Desde la terraza hay unas vistas espectaculares de noche y de día. Nosotros estuvimos alojados en la cuarta planta y puedes ducharte viendo y oyendo el mar. A escasos minutos andando del puerto recreativo , del pueblo y de una playa bastante grande de arena. Todo limpísimo, el personal muy atento y pendientes de cualquier detalle, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Superecomendable. Volveremos !

Y lo mejor, lo mejor de todo mi Dari. Muchos besos guapísimo. . Espero verte pronto.

Fantastic hotel, modern rooms, great staff, brilliant location & great value for money.

I stayed in a refurbished room which was of an excellent standard. Some of the common areas are dated but kept clean and in good condition. Bar area needs updating. The location is excellent, close to the marina. Any interaction with staff was excellent always helpful and knowledgeable.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Man musste sich sehr anstrengen, das Meer vom Balkon aus zu sehen und dich seitlich weit über das Balkongeländer lehnen, um das Meer wenigstens ein bisschen zu sehen. Der eigentliche Blick ging direkt auf das sehr nahe Nachbarhotel. Am ersten Tag und ebenfalls an den weiteren Tagen haben wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, dass wir keine WC-Bürste im Bad hatten. Es wurde jedesmal zugesichert, dass eine Bürste ins Bad gebracht werden sollte, aber bis zur Abreise haben wir vergeblich darauf gewartet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum eher funktional als schön.

Un hotel con encanto y buen desayuno Nos alojamos en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy agradable. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad, ideal para empezar bien el día. Las habitaciones, aunque algo anticuadas, son cómodas y limpias; los baños, en cambio, están renovados y muy funcionales. Algunas habitaciones cuentan con una vista preciosa, lo cual fue un verdadero plus. El personal es muy cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. En general, un lugar acogedor con buen servicio.

Locatie was perfect, bij de haven, dicht bij het centrum. Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt goed.|We hadden een superior kamer geboekt. Echter onze kamer was uiterst klein, boven de ingang van de receptie waar ook de rokerszone was. Savonds overlast van mensen die onder ons balkon stonden te praten en erg luidruchtig waren. |Het bed was vreselijk. Te hard, als eentje bewoon, bewoon de ander mee. Iedere beweging van de ander voel je en wordt je wakker van. Hierdoor zou ik dit hotel echt nooit meer boeken. Erg jammer want verder was het een prima hotel.

Camera pulita anche se un po' piccola. Colazione con buona scelta sia di dolce che salato; internazionale sì, ma anche con prodotti tipici della Spagna. Buona la posizione, a pochi passi dal centro. Forse più penalizzato chi ha la camera sul molo, la mia fortunatamente era dalla parte opposta! Alcune aree comuni andrebbero un po' rinnovate, così come le sedie sui balconi...quelle molto datate!

El hotel es fantastico, bonito, limpio y tranquilo. El personal de la reception es muy amable al igual q la camarera de la habitacion. El desayuno esta genial, con mucha variedad. Lo recomiendo para escapada de parejas. La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena.

We stayed there 4 nights recently when I was running the 22KM race. Everything was nice , rooms , food , service. We only wished we had the view across the harbour. 5 ⭐️

Beautiful location, some of the best hotel staff have ever encountered, from the lovely lady at reception, another in the restaurant and Carlos at the bar, what a hoot. We had a refurbished room which was lovely and very comfortable. Location is excellent, right on the sea and walkable to the shops and harbour. What a beautiful and incredible place Ibiza is.

Delante del mar, se ve desde la cama, una pasada. Las habitaciones son grandes, nuevas, comodas El personal es muy amable Fuimos para la mefia marston y termina al lado, mejor imposible! El restaurante la santa es increible. Se desayuna y come d lujo!!!

Una maravilla de hotel en todos los aspectos, además cuidan los detalles y está en una zona tranquila pero muy bien ubicada. El trato del personal buenisimo y el desayuno completo y variado. Lo recomiendo 100%!!!

Samen met mijn vrouw hebben wij een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad in dit prachtige hotel. Het hotel ligt prachtig gelegen aan de kust met een klein mini strandje waar je lekker de zee in kunt. Het is wel raadzaam om waterschoentjes aan te trekken, want er liggen wat rotjes en keien wat iets gevoelig kan zijn voor de voeten. Wanneer je het terrein op loopt heb je aan je linkerhand de bar en aan je rechterhand een goed onderhouden tuin met verschillende plekken om te kunnen zonnen. Vlak daarachter ligt het zwembad waar je ook vanaf een eigen terrasje zo het water in kunt zwemmen. Loop je voorbij het zwembad, dan loop je de knusse lobby binnen. Wij werden verwelkomt door een ontzettend vriendelijk personeelslid die ons hele duidelijke uitleg gaf over de faciliteiten van het hotel. Tegelijk werd onze koffer naar boven, in onze kamer, gebracht waarna we onze kamer konden bewonderen. Wij verbleven in een van de suites van het hotel... en wat een prachtige suite was dit! De woonkamer was ontzettend leuk ingericht met een goed bijpassend thema. De slaapbank in de woonkamer zat net zo comfortabel als die in de slaapkamer. Achterin de woonkamer stond een kast met voldoende ruimte voor je kleding. Hiernaast hing een een wastafel maar daarnaast een ruim toilet. De badkamer was een combinatie van inloopkast/badkamer met zeer veel ruimte. De douche was ook erg ruim met een stortdouche en een handdouche die allebei afzonderlijk te bedienen was. De waterdruk was veruit perfect als je beide kranen volledig open deed. Ook het toilet hiernaast was ruim zat! *Leuk feitje, elk toilet is voorzien van een telefoon! Mocht je toiletpapier op zijn, dan hoef je niet met je vieze billen van het toilet af om toiletpapier te regelen haha!* De slaapkamer was ook zeer ruim met een heerlijk kingsize bed! Met keuze uit genoeg kussens, zit er altijd wel iets voor iemand tussen wat hij/zij fijn vindt. Zowel in de woonkamer als in de slaapkamer hing een smart TV welke makkelijke te verbinden was met je eigen Netflix account. Ook andere providers zijn te koppelen met deze TV. Steeds wanneer de TV weer uit gaat moet je weer je account koppelen, zo kan niemand ongeoorloofd op jouw account zitten (erg handig!) Het uitzicht van onze kamer was fenomenaal. Elke ochtend wakker worden met een blauwe lucht, de zon in je kamer en zeezicht dat wilt toch iedereen?! Het ontbijt is net zo goed als onze ervaring in het hotel. Met een zeer uitgebreide en luxe ontbijt vul je zo goed als je kan je maag om je dag goed te beginnen. Ook hier was het personeel ontzettend vriendelijke en zeer behulpzaam. Wij hebben ons gedurende ons verblijf altijd erg welkom gevoeld en zullen zeker weten in de toekomst weer terugkeren naar dit fantastisch hotel!

Nos hemos alojado este fin de semana en este hotel. Las vistas son preciosas. Destacar la amabilidad del servicio y el servicio de desayuno que era muy completo. Calidad precio ha sido perfecta. Es muy recomendable, cumple de más con las expectativas y es para repetir.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt am Strand und 10 Minuten Fussweg in die Stadt. Ich hatte eine Junior Lounge gebucht, mit einem super Bett und Blick aufs Meer. Endspannung pur. Das Sonnendeck im 5. OG mit Pool einfach spitze. Ein wunderbares Frühstücksbufett, tolles Obst, wunderbare Eierspeisen, Kuchen, frische Säfte usw. sehr gute Produkte ohne unnötiger Dekoration. Zu guter letzt ein freundliches, zurückhaltendes Personal. 5 Sterne

Quel bonheur de résider dans cet hôtel. Il est incroyable. A la réception Jennifer a été très avenante et très sympathique. On rêve d'avoir un premier contact comme ça. La chambre est exceptionnelle, très grande, la vue sur la mer est incroyable. La salle bain est topissime. Le petit déjeuner est extra. Que des points positifs dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande vivement. La ville de Sant Eularia est très agréable et se distingue des pôles touristiques habituels en Espagne

De ligging is onverbeterlijk, een ongeëvenaard zeezicht vanuit je bed. Supervriendelijk personeel, poetspersoneel lijken geen stress te hebben en dat vind ik belangrijk. De kamer was echt luxe: 2 toiletten, 2 wastafels, een ruime dressing, 2 ruime terrassen met mooi en comfortabel meubilair. Het ontbijt gaat door op een mooie plek met een mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt is vers, gevarieerd, gezonde opties, ook vegetarische opties, en bovendien lekker. Met speciale dank aan de dame van Barcelona, aan het onthaal, die ons een gratis upgrade van deze bijzondere luxe kamer gunde. Alleen maar complimenten.

NEGATIV: Hotel im Stile der späten 80er Jahre, Zimmer alt und 20 Jahre alte Bodenfliesen, verrostete Balkonstangen, extrem dünne Wände und bei der Zimmertüre kann man durch den Spalt auf den Gang sehen. Leider ist den ganzen Tag und abends bis 23 Uhr laute Musik am Pool oder es sind erbärmliche Animationen. Altersschnitt im Hotel ca. 70 Jahre. Vom Hotelrestaurant auf der anderen anderen Seite gibt's zeitgleiche Beschallung mit Musik und am Zimmer hört man dann bis 23 Uhr zwei verschiedene Musiken. Wenn man ein Zimmer zum Hafen hat, gibt es Lärm ab 8 Uhr durch Schiffs-Reparaturen. Wenn man in dieses Hotel will, muss man unbedingt ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hafens buchen. Das Essen ist ok, soferne man Fleisch isst. Vegetarisch gibt es kaum etwas außer Kartoffeln oder Pilze und Salat. Der Speisesaal ist nieder und dicht gedrängt und daher sehr laut. Es gibt einen "Strandbereich" mit abgeschlagenen Beton und eine Leiter führt ins Wasser. Die Liegen sind sehr alt! Strandbereich ist max. 2* Stern und es sind auch "Nicht-Hotelgäste" mit Kinder dort (siehe Fotos!) POSITIV: Die Lage ist sehr gut und direkt neben dem Hafen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Ibizia und die Lage ist der Preis ok.

We hebben genoten van een prachtige korte ontspannende vakantie in deze prachtig gelegen locatie. Het hotel is wat verouderd maar perfect voor de prijs, we hadden niet de hoogste verwachtingen maar zijn echt zeer tevreden geweest van ons verblijf, we komen zeker terug! Prachtige kamer op gelijkvloers met heel ruime kamer en zicht op zee en heerlijk terras. Alles is goed voorzien maar wel voorzien voor de rijpere leeftijd, geen afbreuk maar een vaststelling, eerder ook op de Engelse gasten, te merken aan de animatie en het eten. Prijs is 100% te rechtvaardigen en echt in orde, in het restaurant en aan de bar. Bediening doet zijn best en zeer vriendelijk! Ter info, naast dit hotel is een hotel van dezelfde keten maar veel duurder en moderner dan deze, soms kloppen df foto's niet, geeft verwarring op Google.

A quiet place, if you are not fans of noise club culture, this hotel will be your favourite. there is a small bay so you can swim or pandle boarding in the sea. There is also a cliff so you climb and enjoy a beautiful view. The insulation of the room is not good, so you can hear your next door clearly, but we followed almost same tempo as our neighbours, so not a huge problem for us. There is a big supermarket around 8 min walk, very convenient if you want to buy something. Staff are very kind and considerate, they saw my difficulty to carry my paddle board upstairs, they found me a place to store it somewhere in the yard. Food are good, breakfast and dinners are with many selection. The weather had been so good in our stay. The morning when we departed, it started raining. A blessed stay indeed.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff are friendly and approachable. Hotel is fairly old but the room was modern, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast and evening meal were both decent. There were activities and entertainment every day. Everyone we spoke too seemed to have been before and we wouldn't hesitate to go back ourselves.

Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegenes Erwachsenenhotel. Über einen kurzen Weg an der Marina vorbei, gelangt man direkt ins Herzen der Stadt, in dem einen weitere Restaurants, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten erwarten. Da sich das Hotel auf einer Küstenlinie befindet, erhält man neben dem Pool auch direkten Zugang zu einem schönen Strandabschnitt. Toll, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und den Blick über das endlose Wasser schweifen zu lassen. Abends gibt es hier leichte Unterhaltung in der Saison mit Musikquiz, Flamenco Show und Party. Tagsüber stehen Boule, Tischtennis und die nahegelegenen Paddle Plätze zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind sauber, funktional und schön eingerichtet. Der Flur ist mit dickem, lärmdämmendem Teppich ausgestattet. Die Räume sind allgemein sehr gut isoliert und gedämmt. Der Service war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte nur Frühstück gebucht, war aber angetan von Qualität und Auswahl. Die frische Auswahl an Früchten und die Ecke mit Katalanischen Spezialitäten hat mir besonders zugesagt.

We stayed for a week and it wasn't bad, although the website seems otherwise. Well located and with a beach at the door of the hotel, the facilities could improve, it seems that nothing has been renovated in years... Although it is the oldest buffet I have been to, very old facilities, it has improved thanks to the Chef Pablo, for you attention and you showcooking we have had a really good dinner every night, thank you Pablo. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Teppich Gänge, alter Aufzug, die Zimmer sind auf dem ersten Blick schön jedoch nur Facelift. Möbel Vorhänge und Bad sind etwas schäbig. Unser Zimmer hatte jeden Tag einen üblen Geruch im Badezimmer. Es war kaum auszuhalten sich kurz zu waschen. Vermutlich stank der Ablauf. Die Gäste sind 60+. Der Frühstücksraum ist kalt und der Eindruck einer 80er Jahre Kantine. Auswahl war eher fade und lustlos präsentiert. Wir (beide 40J) haben uns auf Urlaub in einem Adult-only Hotel gefreut und haben eine Vorschau auf ein Alters- Pflegeheim erhalten. Die Lage ist malerisch. Zum schwimmen jedoch nicht gut geeignet bei Wellengang.

Tres bel hotel, situé dans un lieux calme. Chambre spacieuse et comfortables. Personnel tres serviable. Petit dejeuner tres varié avec produit frais, quelques possibilités sans gluten et veggie. Repas le soir au restaurant avec une excellente paella Notre choix pour un prochain séjour à Ibiza

Es war wieder wunderbar. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und waren wieder begeistert. Zimmer sauber, Essen fantastisch, gute Lage und das Personal sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung passt ei fach. Wir werden sicher auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Ein Traumhotel (adults only): ruhig (es sein denn, wenige Gäste lassen ihr Benehmen zuhause), freundlicher Service, die Swim-Up-Suite ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber preis-wert, und es fehlt zum Wohlfühlen nichts. Besonders gefallen hat und dir Ruhe und der direkte Pool-Zugang: zum Abkühlen zwischendurch, die Beine ins Wasser hängen oder am Poolrand mit dem Buch auf der eigenen Terrasse zu lesen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, somit ist die Ernährung gesichert ;-) und umgekehrt ist man schnell wieder "zuhause", was bei der diesjährigen Taxisituation wertvoll ist. Wir kommen wieder!

Dit hotel voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen van een 4 sterren hotel. Kamers zijn klein, ontbijt is gericht op Brits publiek, matig van kwaliteit en in ongezellige ruimte,eten in strandbar is niet op niveau, ligbedjes rond pool liggen vol, aan zee zijn de bedjes versleten en oncomfortabel. Publiek zijn voornamelijk oudere Britten die er via tui boeken.

We are a couple in our 30s just back from our stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it! The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to the marina and 10/15 mins to the beach, promenade and main restaurant street. It is also right on the sea front so has beautiful views and easy access to go swimming. The pool area was lovely, great pool side bar for drinks and snack, plenty of sun beds by the sea also. Activities held like aqua-aerobics, Pilates, cocktail making etc for about 30mins to 1hr each day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the breakfast - they had everything you could think of. I’ve seen reviews about the noise from the marina - I hardly noticed it at all. My only critique would be that maybe the decor of the rooms could be improved, that’s just personal preference. And perhaps newer sun beds by the sea front. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! Thanks

Wir hatten hier den besten Aufenthalt,den wir je in einem spanischen Hotel hatten.|Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und gechillt,|die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich|und bei guter Laune.Das Hotel liegt an einer |schönen kleinen,der Öffentlichkeit zugänglichen Bucht.Zur Stadt und Hafen geht man 10 Minuten.Die Zimmer mit Meerblick bieten eine schöne Aussicht,es gibt auch swim-up-Zimmer mit eigenem Ein-|stieg in den Pool.Die Juniorsuiten superior |waren allerdings nich größer als ein normales Hotelzimmer und es gab wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, so dass die Koffer auf|dem Fußboden lagen.Leider konnte in der|Dunkelheit das Licht auf dem Balkon nicht |gelöscht werden.Lästig war auch die meist|späte Zimmerreinigung während der Siesta.|Das seh gute Frühstück gab es im und vor dem Strandrestaurant in knapp 100 Meter|Entfernung.Bei Regen reduzieren sich die|Plätze hier sehr.Wir nahmen hier abends|2 Cocktails zu uns die aber von sehr schlechter Qualität waren.Da auch der Service unkonzentriert und unaufmerksam war,verzichteten wir darauf hier zu essen.|Wichtig zu wissen ist,dass es Nachbarhotel|gleichen Namens gibt ohne Bezeichnund Royal.

Situé à quelques pas de la marina , cet hôtel aurait tout pour être au top . Mais malheureusement bcp trop de points faibles le pénalisent et surtout le restaurant, qui est un GROS point noir de cet hôtel: horriblement bruyant (on se croirait dans un hall de gare à cause du bruit ), une Clim trop forte et une déco sans aucune originalité . Le tout ferme à 10:30 le matîn et 21h30 a l heure du dîner À cela s’ajoute l’impossibilité de prendre son PDJ ou dîner à l’extérieur pour se réfugier .|La nourriture est répétitive (les mêmes desserts industriels pendant 10 jours et aucune spécialité espagnole a part une modeste paella et surtout une cuisine exclusivement destinée à la clientèle anglaise …Celle ci s’approprie littéralement l’hôtel et notamment la piscine et la petite plage en « réservant » les transats des 7h du matin pendant qu’ils prennent leur petit déjeuner . Insupportable ! Tout est en anglais parfois même pas en espagnol … ne parlons même pas du français. Inexistant .|Du côté des équipements : les transats méritent un coup de jeune, la piscine est trop petite au regard de la taille de l’hôtel , la plage est dangereuse et sans intérêt, inaccessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite …|Les chambres « luxe » n’ont rien de luxueux, les « terrasses » sont de modestes balcons . Si vous voulez du calme évitez celles côté piscine et du port … En revanche très propres (en tout cas celles nettoyées par Dulce )!|L’animation est exclusivement destinée aux anglais (reprise des Beatles etc etc ) . Même la playlist du bar est sortie de la BBC …|En conclusion quelques points positifs mais bcp trop de point négatifs côté restaurant |Bref on est très loin du niveau 4*

Groot hotel zonder echte charme, maar op mooie plek met heel mooi uitzicht over baai en zee. Prettige faciliteiten voor aangenaam verblijf. Veel ligbedjes aan zee met voldoende parasols, hele fijne, gratis strandhanddoeken, verwarmd zwembad met bar en 2 jacuzzi's. Uistekend ontbijt en comfortabele kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Opvallend is wel de hoge gemiddelde leeftijd van de gasten. Verwacht hier geen bruisende sfeer, maar rust en comfort. Loopafstand tot gezellige centrum/haven. Minpuntje is het beperkte aantal bedjes direct aan het zwembad in combinatie met de nare gewoonte van mensen om met een handdoek al vroeg een bedje te reserveren en er vervolgens nauwelijks te gaan liggen. Daar moet het hotel echt iets tegen doen. Verder zou ik het hotel sterk aanraden om een korte pier voor zwemmers aan te leggen om eenvoudig in en uit de zee te gaan. Dat zou echt top zijn. Wij hadden hier verder een prima verblijf.

Good location but one side faces a very noisy working boatyard so not relaxing. Food is poor quality so don't bother with half board and "restaurant" is more canteen. Snacks at the pool bar and breakfast are ok. Cocktails are not great, but other drinks good price. 10-15 minutes walk to the marina and a bit further to the centre with shops, bars and restaurants. Choose a deluxe room as these are more like a standard hotel room whereas the standard rooms are awful and badly in need of refurbishment. Entertainment is a bit naff. Staff are all lovely but reception a bit surly (probably because of having to deal with so many complaints!). Beautiful restaurant nearby La Mar de Santa with great food, staff, excellent location and live music after dinner. The Royal Ses Estaques next door looks very nice but didn't go in there.

Great hotel, no screaming and whinging kids about thanks to it being adults only. The building itself is perhaps a tad bit out of date, but it was one of the first hotels here and pictures in the lobby proof this - one of them has only this hotel within the bay - no marina/port, barely any other buildings around or anything - so they’ve done extremely well at keeping the place up to date in the grand scheme of things. The staff are top notch - no job too big or small. The entertainment staff are great, especially Jose. My only gripe was my room had no balcony but PLENTY of rooms do have balconies!!! So don’t let that put you off. The hotel has loungers by the sea and is in a perfect location. All in all I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel con buenas vistas y reformado con buena ubicación, personal de recepción muy amables y serviciales. No se puede decir lo mismo del restaurante calidad de comida media baja los empleados antes de la hora 21:30 en el caso de las cenas bastante antes de la hora ya se están sirviendo sus cenas y deseando que salgas antes de la hora . Lo nunca visto en otros hoteles

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’hôtel est calme et très bien situé. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le snack au bord de la piscine est très bon. Les animations quand à elles sont agréables.

Déçu ! Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles, comme son voisin Catalonia Royal Ses Estaques, mais plutôt un 3 étoiles (comme le prouve la photo). Points positifs : l'emplacement car face à la mer et pas loin du paseo et de la marina, personnel à la réception très serviable. Points négatifs : hôtel ne disposant pas de parking privé ( parking public en terre donc quand il pleut, il est inondé et vous pataugez dans la boue, impossible de décharger les valises devant la réception), hôtel vieillissant même si une partie a été rénovée, chambre passable, énorme déception pour le restaurant (salle triste et impossible de manger à l'extérieur, pas de choix pour les plats que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner)

Un hotel de 10! Vistas preciosas, a pie de mar. El personal del hotel encantador y los animadores, Jose y Darí, también. En todo momento fueron majísimos y atentos. ¡Totalmente recomendable! : )

Fantastic hotel and staff, everything was perfect . Loads of activities with dario and Jose who work so hard to make sure everyone has a brilliant holiday, well done lads 😁. We had a small problem with our room and nikky was brilliant and even bought us a bottle of cava to our room to apologise. Definitely will book again. 😀

What an amazing holiday, made all the better by Jose and Dari they kept us totally entertained for the week , and couldn’t do enough for us, two lovely young men who understand about customer service. The bar staff were also friendly, prompt, and also treat you like VIPs Manuel, Alba , and Begona we’re wonderful. Manuel had my Aperol Spritz down to a T . Bless him ! However ,Fernanda needs some training, she is rude, and the most unfriendly person I have met in the hotel. Which lets the wonderful team down on the bar.

Wow 😮 we are leaving tomorrow after a fabulous 7 days 😁 but 😢 and I am writing this review sat round the pool looking out to the sea 🌊 and what can I say about this 🏨 it’s location next to the harbour is perfect for boat 🚤 trips to most of the fabulous bays on this beautiful island 🏝️ I have to say the hotel staff from the cleaners to bar staff, restaurant and reception staff are so friendly and pro-active and also the pool bar staff for their fast efficient service with the food and drinks 👍 it’s without doubt the best hotel we’ve been to for many a year and will definitely be back next year and probably every year after that god willing 👍😁😁

stunning home in prime location - has a lovely beach area and multiple areas with sun loungers on, as well as pool area and outdoor bars. many free activities to participate in including aqua gym and aqua dance (my favourites!), and live entertainment most evenings. rooms were extremely clean and perfect for what we needed. breakfast included which also hit the spot. due to being an adults only hotel, there was many older folk - not a problem, just an observation! was a lovely stay, excellent service, we will definitely be back again!

Hemos pasado unos dias maravillosos. El personal es amabilisimo, todo han sido facilidades. Las habitaciones son estupendas. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiremos!

We loved our week here! Hotel is peaceful in a lovely quiet spot overlooking the sea, relaxing pool+bar area, all the staff at the hotel were so helpful and provided great service - especially the entertainment guys, great fun splashing around at aqua dance+gym! Food was also brilliant, a wide range each evening with plenty of fish and meat, and salad and Spanish options. Pool bar reasonably priced. Short walk into town which had plenty going on and a sandy beach. Rooms were nice, staff quickly fixed aircon when it broke.

Antes de ir estuve buscando reseñas y no encontraba. Hannkntentadl hacer reforma....pero Paco Mtnez Soria podría grabar un película....Un horror. Fotos muy engañosas. En otro orden de cosas la comida, yo voy a otros Catalonia y el desayuno es aceptable, antes era mucho mejor. Avisé de q era celíaca y me dijeron q ningún problema...y el rincón sin gluten son unos míseros cereales y una especie de panecillo. Lo único válido el.personal Gracias infinitas a Verónica de comedor y Creta de cocina que intentaron hacerme agradable la semana haciéndome postre especial sin gluten expresamente para mi. Muchísimas gracias chicas. Sois lo único que merece la pena de ese alojamiento.

Muy buen hotel, zona tranquila, habitaciones y cama muy cómodas, ducha de 10. Desayuno muy variado y buena calidad, la cena se puede mejorar. Tuvimos un problema de ruido con la habitación de al lado y Francis de recepción nos ayudó muy rápidamente. José y Dari fantásticos animadores, muy majos y atentos. Recomendable.

PLEASE HEED THIS HONEST REVIEW AS IT IS BASED ON FACTS. THIS IS NOT A PLATINUM HOTEL as TUI are advertising. It is some sort of rough metal derivative - not gold, silver or bronze maybe rough iron ore!!! That is unless you pay the extra money to for the “bullseye” rooms (look what you could’ve won if you - only paid another £500). We paid £2000 after researching the reviews and previously staying at a TUI platinum hotel last year, we foolishly ignored the negative comments and as a consequence wasted hard earned money and time off work. The hotel and TUI have formed such a negative view of the island we will not be returning or booking again with TUI. We moved rooms twice due to the condition of our original room and the sulphurous odour coming out of the AC. Our second room still had the issue with sulphurous smells coming out of the AC when it was on overnight for more than 4 hours. Externally there was England flags flying from the balconies - always paints a classy picture even though there is a sign in reception asking to not hang things from the balconies . The food in the evening was not international as the TUI advertising states, unless you class “Smash , chips ” and bird’s eye frozen mixed veg and gravy out every night as international - yes it’s travelled from Englands dinner table to the hotel buffet in Ibiza, so maybe they’re technically correct 🤔 The air conditioning will stink of rotten eggs after running for 4 hours or more and when you mention it to the staff they’re puzzled. TUI have been prosecuted for issues arising from faulty air conditioning! The front line reps try to play it down but when asked if they could guarantee our health would not suffer they became mute. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear! Even the manager of the hotel was shocked at the photos we showed her, which sends out a clear message that they are clueless about the condition of the rooms or the welfare for the guests, but happy to take your money as the positive reviews put way the more concerning negative views which do actually have a point. When we mentioned the condition of our original room to the TUI rep on the second day they just said yes it needs a refurbishment- aka but thanks for spending your money with us. We used the AC not only to cool the room but to also act as white noise in the background, because when you turn it off you can hear clearly conversations of your neighbouring rooms. We could hear the clothes hangars from next door being moved!!! However if you want meat and two veg on holiday crack on as TUI will gladly take your hard earned money. The positives are that the staff are really nice and helpful, they work hard to make you try to have the best time when staying. The evening entertainment was also enjoyable David Vincent being particularly good.

We verbleven 11 nachten in het hotel. We hadden rechtstreeks geboekt. Ondanks we de enige Belgen waren en de anderen bijna allemaal Engelsen voelden we ons volledig geaccepteerd. ||Personeel was geweldig, dat hebben we nog niet veel meegemaakt. |Rosa, Monica en de anderen (waarvan ik helaas de naam niet weet ) aan de receptie |waren fantastisch.||Kleine lift. Wist niet dat zoiets nog bestond. Maar ze werkte goed.||Onze kamer was niet groot maar wel verzorgd en met veel bergruimte. Wat voor ons belangrijk is. Het bed was groot en heel goeie matras! Ook keuze tussen 2 hoofdkussens.|Badkamer was wel klein. We zijn groter gewoon. Maar alles was er wat moest. Ook goeie haardroger. Goeie airco.||Zicht vanuit de kamer was fantastisch! Zwembadzicht, shipyard en stad. ||Het hotel staat op een groot rustig domein samen met het sjiekere zusterhotel (Royal ses Estaques ) en het a la carte restaurant La Santa Del Mar.|We zijn daar 2x gaan dineren. Heerlijk! Neem eens de paella. We hebben dat niet gedaan en beklagen dat. Was rijkelijk gevulde paella. Ook romantisch tafelen. ||Wij hadden kamer met ontbijt en hebben ongeveer 5x daar diner genomen. Dat was zus en zo. We zijn beter gewoon. De prijs was wel niet duur dus tja…|Er was eens paella maar toen we om 20u15 gingen was die bijna leeg. Enkel nog de randen. Er werd geen nieuwe meer gebracht. Jammer…|Het ontbijt was verzorgd. Lekker brood. Had ergens in een review een foto gezien van gerookte zalm maar dat ligt er echt niet. Wel gerookte ham. Ook enkele kazen. We misten de blauw geaderde kaas. Ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde. |Bediening in het restaurant was perfect!! ook vriendelijk onthaal in het restaurant.|Ze moeten heeeel hard werken. ||Animatie was ook ok! De jongens waren enthousiast en altijd met de glimlach. ||De avondshows waren meer op Engelsen gericht (wat begrijpelijk is)! |Flamenco was heel mooi.||Hotel is prima gelegen om te wandelen. Via de baan van de shipyard kom je in het haventje terecht met knusse restaurants. Gezellige sfeer.||We hopen echt hier terug te mogen komen. Niet volgend jaar (willen nog landen zien) maar in 2026 willen we hier terug zijn.||Bedankt aan iedereen die er toe bijgedragen heeft om zo’n goeie vakantie te beleven.

Dit hotel is zeker 5* waard. Super vriendelijke ontvangst. Hadden een vroege vlucht maar onze kamer was vroeger klaar dan gepland wat altijd leuk is. Een grote kamer met PRACHTIG uitzicht, groot terras! De kamer had alles wat nodig is, grote dressing, genoeg kapstokken, een mooie badkamer, de matrassen waren geweldig! Het ontbijt was in een Chirinquito beetje verder aan zee. Dit was enorm uitgebreid/ lekker/vers en vooral gezond, kan niets bedenken wat niet aanwezig was. Het zwembad zowel beneden als op het dak was TOP. De ligging is perfect, aan de rand van het centrum en vlakbij strand, restaurants en gratis parking als je een huurwagen hebt. Om 16u is er een gratis klein buffetje aan de receptie met broodjes- fruitstokjes, beetje zoetigheden, gewoon geweldig! Hotel is een echte aanrader!|Wij gaan hier zeker terugkomen!

Wonderful music and location

We are here at the moment. We paid £2000 with TUI for a tired room with peeling paint, paper thin walls and air conditioning that smells of rotten eggs. The food in the restaurant for dinner is atrocious. Frozen veg, mashed potato that looks like Smash and overcooked fish and meat. I don’t know why this hotel gets such good reviews on trip advisor and the like but for us it is a complete waste of money and time off work.

Nice hotel couldn't fault the staff all very nice,the pool was very small the walls in the rooms were very thin and the step up out to the balcony was a very big step the food was ok i did stuggle to fill myself up on two occasions which is unusual for me because i do eat most things the pool bar did some nice food very filling as you can see the photo is of the Nacho's 😀 what would really be nice would be a pontoon that goes out by the sunbeds because getting in the water from the little beach was very rocky and uneven they did have a ladder as such so you could get into the sea the other end but most of the guests were elderly which is no good for them. It's right by the marina, so a short walk into the town centre.

Je recommande sans hésiter le Royal Ses Estaques, qui est un hôtel très agréable, et où l'on mange très bien.|Le buffet du petit déjeuner est somptueux. Tout est frais et très qualitatif. Beaucoup de fruits, de légumes, du salé... et bien sûr également des viennoiseries pour les gourmands.|De 16 à 22h vous avez accès à du snacking en libre service (inclus dans le tarif de la chambre) : mini sandwichs salés, petits fours et gâteaux, boissons... Un gros plus !||Je remercie particulièrement Adrian à la réception ainsi que sa direction, qui ont réussi à nous sortir d'un mauvais pas, suite à une erreur de réservation que nous avions commise. Vraiment très commercial ! Merci encore.|Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine, ce qui est très agréable. |Gros plus : les toilettes sont séparées, et la douche a une porte fermée, ce qui évite de mettre de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. La douche est par ailleurs immense, on pourrait y rentrer à 4 !|Le lit est grand et confortable, et la chambre bien équipée avec clim, bouilloire et nespresso.||Pas de parking privé mais on peut se garer gratuitement à proximité.||L'hôtel est situé juste au bord de l'eau dans une crique rocailleuse et sans plage de sable : pas gênant en ce qui nous concerne, il y en a plus loin, et cela permet d'avoir un lieu qui reste calme et naturel.|On peut se promener à pied, et on est juste à côté du port de Santa Eulalia.|Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.||Situé à environ 30 minutes de l'aéroport.||Information pratique : au même endroit vous avez deux hôtels : Le Ses Estaques et le Royal Ses Estaques. Cela peut porter à confusion. Ils ne proposent pas les mêmes prestations.

Tolle Lage, super Frühstück, fast alle Mitarbeiter großartig. Die Location ist wie erwartet, in der Nähe viele Restaurants, Taxi Station. Ein perfektes Hotel zum Entspannen.

Bonne situation de l'hôtel, le personnel est très agréable et disponible, l'accueil a été au top. La piscine est agréable, les espaces communs sont agréables et à taille humaine. Les buffets sont très bons et variés. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, les salles de bains sont parfaites .Le gros bémol est que l'insonorisation des chambres est vraiment mauvaise et que l'on entend toutes les conversations de ses voisins de jour comme de nuit , dommage.

Fabulous adult only hotel on beach. Food was lovely, beds were amazing, TUI entertainment team - Dari and Jose were the best! All our needs were met. Bar staff and waiting staff very friendly and attentive. Great acts in the eveni ngs. Short walk to harbour and restaurants and local town/shops. Attractions 20-30 mins away by bus/taxi. Will definitely return.

L’hotel ha ogni genere di comfort è molto pulito e il personale è molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema una sera con l’accesso in camera (la card non veniva letta) risolto solo il giorno successivo ma il motivo delle 4 stelle è non 5 è legato alla zona in cui si trova l’hotel: poco centrale e con una spiaggia decisamente non all’altezza

Dépaysement absolu et belle impression d’espace et de liberté, en bordure de mer, de rochers et d’une jolie végétation, mais tout proche de la séduisante ville et de la plage de Santa Eularia.||Accueil charmant et efficace par tout le personnel. Chambre et salle de bain très complètes et agréables. Excellent choix aux repas et présentation soignée. Ambiance joyeuse et détendue.

Frühstück ist klasse. Der Strand ist naturbelassen und eher steinig beim reingehen und die ständigen Busse für die Touristen für das Nachbar Hotel nerven ein wenig

Het ideale hotel qua ligging in Santa Eulalia vlakbij de haven. Als je door de haven flaneert heeft het iets weg van Puerto Banus in Marbella maar dan zonder opvallende Lamborghini’s of Ferrari’s, maar wel leuke bars en restaurants :-) De formule met ontbijt is aan te raden, omdat je dan zelf de vele restaurants in de buurt kunt ontdekken. Half pension is niet echt een meerwaarde, gezien er weinig variatie is in het eten, al is het wel lekker. Ook het ontbijt is lekker, maar elke dag dezelfde koffiekoekjes, confituren,… Hier zouden ze nog wat meer kunnen variëren. Het personeel is er heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De WiFi is wel niet echt om over naar huis te schrijven, zeker niet op je smartphone.

Ménage, service, petit déjeuner réapprovisionné en continu et uniquement de produits frais, la chambre et sa vue sur la mer, l’accès rapide à la Marina et ses restaurants (7-8 minutes à pied), la collation à partir de 16h, et la possibilité d’un Check out jusque 15h en étant membre du club. 2e fois pour nous et nous reviendrons.

Non avevo mai visitato l'isola di Ibiza e leggendo vari forum ho deciso di puntare sul paese di Santa Eularia e tra tanti hotel visionati la mia scelta è caduta sul Catalonia Ses Estaques, devo dire che è stata una scelta veramente azzeccata, veramente ottimo il rapporto prezzo/qualità.

2nd visit to this hotel. Its in a great location very close to the Santa Eularia marina and town. The hotel facilties are great, the pool and hot tubs are impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough to enhance your stay with them. Room was very clean and had great sea and marina views from the private balcony. There is a very quiet and picturesque stone beach next to the hotel which is great if you want a change from the pool. Breakfast is also great, something for everyone's taste and they cater for all dietary requirements. Definitely a hotel to choose if you want to relax in peace and quiet as its adults only. I will definitely be returning for a 3rd visit.

Wir hatten das Hotel als Aufenthaltsort für unsere "Hochzeitsreise" zur Goldenen Hochzeit gebucht und wurden äußerst angenehm überrascht. Es hat alles gepasst.

In der Vorsaison war es noch entspannt ruhig in der Hotelanlage. Die Gäste bestehen hauptsächlich aus Engländern und es wurde zu Ende unseres Urlaubs etwas lebendiger und lauter was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das Hotel selber liegt am Ende der Bucht in Eulàlia zusammen mit einem weiteren Hotel der Marke und einem empfehlenswerten Restaurant. Die Zimmer waren modern und behaglich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und hat für uns perfekt gepasst. Zudem waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Het best gelegen hotel in Santa Eulalia. Aan een mooie baaitje. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Gemoedelijke sfeer. |Ontbijt was beste ontbijt ooit. Alles zeer vers en heel uitgebreid. |Beperkt aantal kamers waardoor het een zeer gezellige sfeer gaf. |Uitchecken kon tot 12u. |Handdoeken aanwezig voor aan het zwembad of strand. |Makkelijk om te gaan wandelen of fietsen vanuit het hotel. Rustige buurt, niet de toeristische kant. Fietsen kan je huren in het hotel. ||Niet te verwarren met “Ses Estaques” hotel dat ernaast ligt maar niet de “royal” versie is. Ziet er zeker ook oke uit en is goedkoper. Maar is dus veel minder luxueus.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison im Royal Catalonia Ses Estaques und hatten wundervolle 10 Tage dort. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auffällig ist vor allem die sehr gute Stimmung unter den Mitarbeitern.|Wir hatten eine sogenannte Swim-Up Suite, so dass wir direkt von der Terrasse ins Schwimmbad hätten gehen können. Da das Schwimmbad nicht geheizt ist, haben das im März noch nicht nutzen wollen. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer über den Pool, das Meer und den Horizont ist aber großartig. |Ein Highlight ist das Frühstück, das man im angrenzenden Restaurant „La Mar de Santa“ einnimmt. Tolles Angebot in höchster Qualität ! Dort kann im Übrigen mittags und abends auch sehr gut a la carte essen. |Wir werden sicher in dieses Hotel zurückkehren !

Hotel de los 70-80’s reformado, muy buena ubicación al final del paseo y con cala enfrente. Las habitaciones están bien de tamaño, todo más o menos nuevo pero encontré bastantes pelos . El desayuno muy completo y la piscina bien.

Primera línea de playa las habitaciones que dan al mar son espectaculares y dentro de Santa Eulalia.

Great place for drinks

Wij zijn er net vorige week geweest (september)wat een fantastisch hotel,en op een mooie plek ,je kijkt zo uit over de zee vanaf het terras,we hebben het heerlijk gehad,al het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam,de kamers zijn heel mooi en worden elke dag keurig schoon gemaakt,het ontbijt buffet is fantastisch,s,avonds kan je ook buffetten voor 22€ pp,van alles wat, heerlijk gewoon,de taxi staat om de hoek. En aan de overkant zit een superleuk restaurantje waar je heerlijk kan zitten en over het water kijken,echt een aanrader,wij zijn in veel hotels geweest maar dit was 1 van de mooiste en vooral op een prachtige plek. Wij gaan zeker terug.

Gran recibimiento, desde la llegada, nos hemos sentido mejor que en casa. Hemos recibido, por parte de todo el personal, desde recepción, dirección, camareros, cocineros personal de pisos, animación, etc, una esmerada atención y servicio muy personalizado. La verdad es que hemos disfrutado del enclave, hotel y todas sus instalaciones y servicios. Nos encantan los hoteles Catalonia y sobre todo el servicio de todo el personal, en Ses Estaques, son muy, muy grandes !!!!. Repetiremos !!!!

Wat een fantastisch hotel, super vriendelijk en beleefd personeel, mooie ruime kamer, fijne douche. Enige tip: niet toestaan dar in de ochtend gasten hun handdoeken op de ligbedden gaan neerleggen.

Beautiful relaxing hotel, excellent service and amazing breakfast.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage für erholsame Ferien. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Das Zimmer mit direkter Sicht zum Meer ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon gross und perfekt zum relaxen und geniessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet etwas vom Feinsten was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe, klein aber es fehlt an nichts und wird jederzeit von neuem präpariert und nachgefüllt. Nochmals einen grossen Dank an das Personal. Bravo.

Lovely hotel, adults only...good range of products for breakfast ..evening meal buffet style but again good selection. Rooms are nice and spacious very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is no beach, very rocky and hard it access the sea

Nous y avous séjourné les 12, 13 et 14 août 2023. Super hôtel de Santa Eulalia niché dans jolie petite crique avec plage en rocher (prevoir chaussures d'eau) offrant un panorama magique baigné de soleil ! La pension complète est à la hauteur avec de la variété, thematisé et de bonne qualité. La plage privé avec transat offre également une jolie vue sur la méditerranée (réservé tôt vos transats car le matin c'est la course ...) Un bar lounge La mar de Santa se trouve juste en face pour un apero coucher de soleil. La Marina et le centre ville sont à 10 min de marche.

El mejor hotel de Ibiza

Dass das Hotel (wie Ibiza gesamt) mit 90% Briten belegt ist, damit sollte man sich abfinden. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, was fehlt ist ein Strand in der Nähe. Die Poollandschaft ist veraltet und viel zu klein. Ebenso gibt es zu wenig Sonnenliegen am Pool. Der Speisesaal wirkt eher ungemütlich und hallend. Draußen essen oder aufs Meer blicken beim Essen? Fehlanzeige! Das Buffet ist sehr einseitig. Wir hatten uns spanische Spezialitäten erhofft, zumindest einmal in den 14 Tagen, aber leider war das Essen sehr auf die britischen Gäste ausgerichtet (Minzsoße etc.). Wir hatten Halbpension und konnten nach dreimal Abendessen das Essen nicht mehr sehen und sind im Ort jedes Mal besser essen gewesen. Das Frühstück ist auch hier eindeutig auf unsere britischen Freunde ausgelegt. Baked Beans und Speck jeden Tag. Manchmal wirkte das Personal etwas übereifrig beim Abräumen der Teller. Diese wurden schon abgeräumt während man noch beim Kauen war. Positiv war das Zimmer und dessen Größe und Sauberkeit. Zum Schlafen völlig ok. W-LAN etwas langsam. Dennoch: für 14 Tage 4.500 € erwarten wir mehr als nur unteres Mittelmaß. Wir buchen dort nicht wieder.

They put me in a room that I didn't book. The beds were separate. terrible rooms on the first floor, it is not possible to go to the balcony, everyone walks around you. the room stank of mold and a bunch of ants. and at the end, before we went into the room after a long and not interesting dialogue with the person at the reception, here is a video .... I think the reviews are bought) the breakfast is not tasty. omelet fried some smelly. in general horror

Lovely hotel overall would definitely recommend! Was a great location near to the marina and about a 10 min walk to beach and strip with bars and restaurants, Santa Eulalia is a quieter part of Ibiza which is lovely to get away from the busy parts. The staff were friendly and lots of entertainment and activities available. The one thing that wasn’t great was our room was pretty noisy as we were on the 2nd floor overlooking pool and the noise from outside some nights of other guests near bar was quite loud. Also we were opposite the cleaners room I believe so they were noisy in mornings if you wanted a lay in, but very friendly. Apart from that I can’t fault it, view/private beach area was amazing! Few options for gluten free at breakfast, there could have been a few more though!

Vraiment une très belle découverte de dernière minute. Nous avions une suite deluxe qui donne directement sur la mer. Tout est décoré est avec goût. L’hôtel est d’une propriété irréprochable et le personnel très professionnel et agréable. |Des notre arrivée, l’accueil assuré par Jennifer était vraiment au top. Elle aime son travail et le le faut avec passion. Elle a répondu à chacune de nos demandes et toujours avec le sourire. Vraiment une très belle personne qui représente très bien cet hôtel. |La piscine à débordement sur le toit donne sur la mer, vue à couper le souffle. Plusieurs transats ou lits disponibles. Lieu calme et reposant. Un véritable plus. |Le petit déjeuner se prend à l’extérieur dans un restaurant à l’écart qui donne sur la mer. Il est fabuleux. Tout est frais et de qualité. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. On y prend vite goût. |Tous les jours on a à notre disposition une collation ( petits sandwichs, brochettes de fruits, petits gâteaux..), thé, café, jus detox, eau aromatisée etc… Un véritable plus très appréciable. ||Tout est à proximité. Un supermarché à moins de 5mn, et tout autour des parkings gratuits. ||Nous avons vraiment pu visiter l’île comme nous le souhaitions et retrouvions notre chambre avec plaisir, tellement se dégage une ambiance sereine dans cet hôtel.||Le départ fut à l’image de l’arrivée, la personne à la réception ( je n’ai pas son nom) à fait son possible pour que nous conservions la chambre plus longtemps ( note vol étant à 20h40). Du coup pas de stress et nous avons profité jusqu’au bout de la piscine et de la mer. Un grand merci à elle.||En résumé, je rentre enchantée par ce séjour et l’atmosphère de ce lieu et hôtel y sont pour beaucoup. Tout ne personnel est charmant et au petit soin. Ils ont toujours un petit mot pour vous, de la bienveillance. ||Je recommande vivement cet hôtel où l’accueil est plus que parfait, le personnel dans sa totalité est à remercier. Zeer mooie kamers met een fantastisch uitzicht. Het personeel is er zeer vriendelijk, het ontbijt is bijzonder gevarieerd. Prachtig hotel, zeer centraal gelegen en iedere keer weer een feest om hier te mogen verblijven.

Great value hotel with friendly staff and a good food and drink selection. The entertainment was good. The hotel is on the edge of town, but it's just a short flat walk along the long promenade. There's a lovely long sandy beach just after the nearby marina. Handy for ferries to other resorts and a 15 min walk to the bus station for buses into Ibiza town eg. The rooms are a tad dated but it's undergoing a refurbishment soon.

First time at this hotel and last. Not stayed in a catalonia group hotel before and will not stay in another. Shabby room our view was over an old green baze material which was full of paint marks and seagulls droppings the balcony railings were rusty cracked tiling on balcony floor there was a step up to balcony which I fell and grazed my leg it was disgraceful. The food was poor quality only thing going for it is the location. When we arrived we asked for a room on a high floor and were told they were 11 euros per day extra. I paid for my holiday in England before i went mot expecting extras to pay for on arrival. Some rooms had walkin showers again extra charges. Felt we were being ripped off to what we expected.

Hard to find fault with this lovely hotel. Beautiful position right on the beach. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was excellent and always a good variety. Basil was a star waiter who did his job well mixed in with a brilliant sense of humour. The entertainment was a little mixed but generally good over our two weeks. Juan was full of personality and got everyone involved but he didn't force you to be involved. Just thought the lunchtime menu at the pool could have had a bit more variety.

Nuestra estancia en en este hotel ha sido muy satisfactoria. La habitación muy espaciosa, cómoda y en nuestro caso con una vista a la cala y al mar espectacular. El precio es un poco alto en la temporada alta, pero a principio de Junio, y en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona, tiene un precio muy bueno. El hotel es muy tranquilo. El restaurante muy agradable y con una carta variada.

Stayed here for five nights and loved our stay. It has amazing access to the sea and is a short walk to the marina and the bars/restaurants. Our room was recently renovated and we had a great sea view. Staff were all very friendly and could tell lots of the guests were regular visitors. We booked direct and became a rewards member (no charge) and got 10% off drinks at the bar and other benefits (we managed to get a late check out). Would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend ! The staff in particular were all so friendly and nice, the place was spotless, the breakfast spread was the best ever and there's the cutest little spot by the sea to have drinks. It's a little further out from ibiza town but the reception are always on hand to get you a taxi that only takes a couple of minutes. Thank you to all the staff, we had a great time!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en este Hotel. Está en un entorno muy bonito y cuidado. Junto al mar y el puerto. Pienso que le falta una renovación interior, ya que hay zonas que se ven un poco anticuadas. Recomendable.

Happy to have stayed here. A bit small but cosy rooms with spacious enough bathroom. The pool is a nice area to relax but def the deck chairs next to the sea are amazing. Breakfast is good. Has everything you need. If you have a car, there is enough space to park around the hotel :) We can’t give it a 5 because our room had sea view but was on the side of the entrance of the hotel. In the morning it can get rather ‘loud’ because of the people gathering to leave the hotel and busses arriving on the gravel driveway. Also in the evening, on the other side of the little bay is a restaurant and they play their music loud. Not for a very long time (I guess they stop round 11pm, not sure) but if you are an early sleeper, it might be annoying SOLUTION: ask for a room opposite facing the pool. We didn’t do it, but really think that would solve that issue. Overall highly recommend if you are looking for a cute hotel as your base for your stay on the island. Also the port of Santa Eulalia is just cute and has a fun boardwalk with lots of bars and restaurants. Enjoy.

Hotel espectacular. Enclave idílico. Trato exquisito de los empleados: Mar, un encanto; Jennifer, un amor; María, un sol y la encargada de recepción (no recuerdo nombre) es el adalid de la amabilidad. La comida en el restaurante, a la par que el hotel, brutal. Especial mención al desayuno, que es muy variado y presentado con encanto (la mujer que hace los huevos merece un monumento). Experiencia de 10. Debería ser obligatorio por Ley ir una vez al año.

What a perfect relaxing holiday hotel tucked away on the side of the Marina. Adults only 4 star. Small Sandy/ rocky beach right in front of hotel - so take water shoes if you’re going to swim here- or use the ladder to get in. Not suitable if you have trouble on your feet - but amazing Sandy beach 10 mins walk away with sun beds and umbrellas. ( to hire) Hotel provide beach towels, sun beds and umbrellas included. Food good , snack bar on site also. Rooms cleaned daily with tea/coffee etc . Entertainment - this year they have Darius and Juan who are both the best ! They can always been seen around talking to everyone , during the day they provide lots of things to try and make it enjoyable . In the night again they provide great entertainment , they are both just so very talented - clearly professional dancers - ! The hotel did well in employing them both . Well done Darius and Juan - !!! Only negative point that Tui rep needs to provide far more information about resort , also the Tui trips - she needs to have gone on these so her answers are correct . The hotel staff are able to provide you with all your answers to getting around .

Parfait.trois nuits au top pas de bruit un petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu il faut pour satisfaire toutes les envies et tous les appétits un personnel charmant et disponible. Une attention pour mon anniversaire : nous avons eu la surprise d avoir une bouteille offerte dans notre chambre le jour j.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, tiene una linda piscina y un entorno hermoso. El personal es muy amable y atento a lo que tú desees. La habitación necesitaba una remodelación, sobre todo el baño. Es un hotel, eso si, para adultos más bien mayores. Igualmente realizan cosas entretenidas. Gracias !!

Ein traumhaftes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal

Overall it is a really nice hotel, with friendly staff. The bedroom itself was modern and decorated well, however the bathroom was in need of a facelift - it was very dated and had flaking paint on the ceiling which seemed to collate in the bath, leaving me with bits on my feet everytime I had a shower... The views were great, I was overlooking the pool and could see the marina and the sea. The pool is fairly small, but is fine for a quick dip. One of the jacuzzi's wasn't working properly though and was cold. Location-wise, it's on the beach - a sandy beach but quite rocky in the water. With it tucked away at the other side of the marina it's quiet (when you don't have aussi's shouting and screaming at 0200 - more on that later). It's only a short walk from the restaurants on the marina, but quite a bit further into the main town centre, but easily doable. There's a large supermarket within 7 minutes walk, and a large taxi rank close-by. There were a few disturbances through the nights, people enjoying themselves too much at ridiculous hours, using the table tennis very loud - and the hotel staff didn't do anything - it was resolved by people shouting from their balcony... That's the only thing that they could have improved on really. I'd certainly recommend if you're looking for a hotel which is out of the way, but a short walk to amenities.

Als erstes muss man festhalten, dass es zwei fast identisch benannte Hotels gibt. Das Ses Estaques und das deutlich teurere aber auch schönere Royal Ses Estaques. Bei den Bilder und bei den Bewertungen werden beide Hotels munter durcheinander gewürfelt. Erkundigen sie sich also genau, was sie erwartet. Die Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick, der Dachpool und der Pool vor den Zimmern gehören zum Royal Ses Estaques. Die Gäste dieses Hotels frühstücken im Restaurant Restaurante La Mar de Santa. Davon sind auch Bilder bei den hier vorhanden Bewertungen falsch einsortiert. Wir waren (bewusst) in dem preiswerteren Ses Estaques. Die Zimmer der Deluxe Kategorie sind sehr schön und neu renoviert. Dafür benötigen andere Teilbereiche des Hotel wie z.B. die Flure dringend einer Renovierung. Die Liegen rund um den Pool fanden wir viel zu dicht gestellt und unattraktiv. Direkt bei dem Hotel gibt es keinen schönen Sandstrand. Das ist ok; sollte man aber wissen. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist eher unattraktiv, da nur an wenigen Tischen eine Sicht nach draußen möglich ist und dann auch noch nicht einmal auf das Meer. Auch ist es nicht möglich draußen zu frühstücken. Teilweise wurden die Produkte beim Frühstück nicht nachgelegt, wenn sie leer waren. Wer gerne dunkles Brot ist, ist in diesem Hotel falsch aufgehoben. Das wenige Vollkornbrot war schnell weg und wurde eher selten nachgelegt. Insgesamt aber dennoch ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal an der Rezeption war (bis auf den jungen Mann) eher unfähig. Wir wollten zum Beispiel in dem oben genannten Restaurant frühstücken. Die Rezeptionistin sagte uns, dass dies grundsätzlich gegen Aufpreis möglich ist, sie sich aber noch einmal erkundigen müsste. Trotz mehrfacher Anläufe über den ganzen Tag bei mehreren Rezeptionisten konnte man uns keine korrekte Auskunft geben. Wir sind dann so rüber gegangen. Bei Ankunft hatte ich darum gebeten ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken möglichst weit in Richtung Meer zu bekommen. Da die Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren, sind wir nach 2 Stunden wiedergekommen. Das Zimmer welches wir dann bekamen, war eines der schlechtesten Zimmer direkt neben dem Treppenhaus (Zimmer 322) mit Blick vom Bett direkt auf das Treppenhaus. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption gesagt haben, dass uns dies Zimmer nicht zusagt, haben wir sofort das deutlich bessere Zimmer 317 bekommen. Da frage ich mich, warum dann nicht gleich so? Alles in allem werden wir dieses Hotel nicht wieder besuchen.

Buon giorno a tutti ,"Non c'è parcheggio"solo nelle vicinanze. Da premettere che siamo andati l'ultima settimana di Aprile, dico questo perché abbiamo prenotato mezza pensione, convinti che si sarebbe mangiato tutto a buffet , invece , per fortuna!! , solo la colazione , purtroppo il pranzo o la cena c'era una "sorta" di accordo con il ristorante a fianco ,( restaurante la Mar De Santa) ubicato come l'hotel in un sito e paesaggio meraviglioso , peccato solo quello!! Dico questo perché avevamo un menù tutto da interpretare veramente irrisorio alla carta ,( dicendoci che potevano mangiare tutto escluse le bevande) , purtroppo per noi non era così , pochissima scelta, a noi non ci piacevano le portate ( tranne un paio , infatti abbiamo cenato sempre con la stessa cosa .) cercando di cambiare il menù, oppure di cambiare anche il posto a sedere ( " noi dell'albergo avevano una zona appartata, cosa bruttissima!!) oppure qualche ingrediente con il personale ma con esiti negativi , con una rigidità assoluta da mensa dell'esercito , oltre il totale disaccordo tra il personale ( sia del ristornate che del albergo) uno ci diceva una cosa e un'altro un'altra. Riepilogando dal 1 maggio ritorna il buffet nel albergo , non so fino a quando . Poi abbiamo saputo che l'hotel è passato da pochissimo a 4 stelle , forse ( tranne alcuni tra il personale , un paio!! ) ha dato alla testa una stella in più , anche nel albergo dissacordo e rigidità inutile. Meglio un buon 3 stelle che un 4 risicato. Peccato perché il posto è meraviglioso . Per chi fa Sub imbarazzo della scelta nelle vicinanze : Agua Diving Center molto ben organizzati .

This place was exceptional from the high quality service and cleanliness of rooms to the absolute professionalism (and friendliness) of the staff - with particular mention of the Concierge/Manager Isabelle who went out of her way to make our stay special! It has stunning views of the Bay and the daily breakfast in the restaurant was superb - with one of the most impressive selections of food I have seen! (Plus excellent Barnstaple made coffee). Would thoroughly recommend it.

Han solucionado todos los inconvenientes que desafortunadamente se presentaron al principio de mi estancia, un trato súper cordial, con muchísimo tacto, amabilidad y aportándome tranquilidad, tranquilidad muy necesaria cuando lo que buscas es desconectar. Gracias, Gracias, Gracias La habitación se película, suficiente espacio para no sentirte como un atún en lata y a la vez acogedoras para sentirte como en casa. El area de la piscina maravillosa, Manuel, Yeison, súper atentos y majos, me ofrecieron cacahuetes y se aseguraron en todo momento de que estuviese cómodo. ( la sangria de 100) Y la mejor parte de toda la estancia ha sido sin duda alguna el Desayuno. Todos las personas que estaban trabajando han sido súper amables y atentos. Todo estaba súper súper limpio y ordenado y todo estaba riquísimo. Muchísimas Gracias, ¡Nos vemos muy pronto!

He pasado el puente de Semana Santa en este hotel increíble, el personal amable y atento en cuidar cada detalle de sus huéspedes (recepción, bar de la piscina, y restaurante bufete), la ubicación es un lujo, está en una zona muy tranquila cerquita del centro de santa Eulalia y a pie de playa. Lo recomiendo 100%

El hotel tiene una ubicacion maravillosa. Las habitaciones eran amplias, bonitas, limpias y con unas vistas envidiables. El personal era muy amable y ayudaban con todo. Tiene una piscina en la planta más alta con vistas a una cala realmente preciosa. El desayuno es fabuloso. De hecho, era nuestro aniversario y nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava, fue todo un detalle! Ha sido todo un descubrimiento este alojamiento, era nuestra primera vez en la isla y tenemos muchisimas ganas de volver y volver a quedarnos aqui, de hecho. Muchas gracias por el trato proporcionado y por ofrecer el trato como el que recibimos.

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido simplemente maravillosa. Nos hemos alojado es Catalonia Royal ses estaques en una de las suites, que para empezar, al llegar al hotel nos ofrecieron por el mismo precio una categoría mayor de habitación sólo por haber reservado con ellos directamente y no a través de otra plataforma, detallazo. La habitación a pesar de estar en "reforma" (cosa que nos avisaron) estaba en perfectas condiciones, las vistas son impresionantes. La atención por parte de cualquiera d los empleados es impecable. Uno de los días que estuvimos allí fue mi cumpleaños, sin decir nada nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava que subieron a la habitación. Los cócteles muy buenos, y la comida del restaurante La Mar de Santa es riquísima! tanto room service, como carta del restaurante o el buffet, muy variado y de buena calidad. Recomendamos sin ninguna duda alojarse en este hotel, además la ubicación está cerca en coche de muchos de los puntos de interés de la isla. Gracias por hacer de unas vacaciones algo inolvidable!

Best hotel in Santa VFM

Todo es excelente, habitación súper amplia y confortable con unas vistas increíbles delante del mar. Cuidadísimo, impecable, lleno de pequeños detalles, cafes, agua y bocadillos en la bienvenida, cafetera e infusiones en la habitación, cama amplísima, todo impecable. El exterior es precioso, con una bonita piscina y un hermoso jardín que permite ver el mar desde todos los ángulos y habitaciones.

Atención excelente desde el primer momento al último , Isabel y monica súper agradables y simpáticas como toda la gente que trabaja en el lugar , vistas increíbles , desayuno amplio y delicioso , 100 % recomendable

Recomendamos 100% hemos tenido una estancia increíble en este hotel. Las habitaciones muy bonitas con vistas preciosas. Muy limpio todo y el desayuno también estaba bien. Lo que nos ha encantado también es la ubicación primera linea del mar y puerto, cerca del centro es una zona tranquilo pero muy bonito. Sobretodo lo que se nos ha quedado es el servicio increíble de todo el personal sobretodo Manuel, Juan y Isabel que en todo momento nos han ayudado en todo y también Juan Raul de los desayunos y Lola!! Felicidades a todos que ha sido un gusto quedar en vuestro hotel.

Een super verblijf in dit hotel. In deze periode prijs kwaliteit meer dan top. Goede kamers , super vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel en een ideale ligging. Natuurlijk in het hoog seizoen onbetaalbaar en dan zie je ook de mindere punten. Het hotel is iets gedateerd en het zwembad en de aanpak moet een upgrade krijgen om 4 sterren te behouden. Maar voor ons was dit een tophotel met topontbijt en zeer goede service. Ik zou zeker terugkomen maar kan dit nooit betalen in het hoogseizoen !

Lugar en un sitio idílico, personal amable ( excepto Carlos Alberto, cuyas formas no nos gustaron ) habitación correcta, precio bueno y un gran buffet de desayuno. Para mí tendría un 10 si el trato fuese para todos igual. Preguntando, no nos permitieron sacar un café del buffet ( entendible, son sus normas ) pero duele ver cómo otra gente lo hace con normalidad incluso sacando comida en la cara de los camareros sin que se diga nada. Para mí un hotel recomendable pero deberían tener cuidado con los detalles.

Dit betaalbaar hotel geboekt vlakbij de haven en het centrum. Alles is zoals het moet zijn. Het hotel is misschien al een beetje gedateerd maar voor de prijs en de ligging tip top. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt u met alles verder. Ontbijt is in orde , aan de beachbar en hotelbar is voldoende keuze en de prijs is goed. |Deze periode is het natuurlijk minder druk en toch organiseerd men activiteiten voor de liefhebbers. Gisteravond een optreden gezien , om het met zijn woorden te zeggen , off an ugly fat guy ! De man was grappig en bracht vertier in de bijna lege tent. Het hotel zou ik zeker aanraden in deze periode. Parking vind je gratis in de omliggende straten.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel più di una volta, trovandoci sempre bene. Direttamente sulla spiaggia, nei pressi del porto. Si raggiunge il centro facilmente a piedi. Cucina discreta, camere, almeno alcune, affacciate su piscina e mare.

We had a great vacation. The breakfast was super. Nice swimming pool, with a fantastic view. Rooms were a bit small for three, but very clean en had a great terrace. Really good and friendly service... I'll be back!

We've just returned from a four night stay with two of our friends, the location, cleanliness, food & drink prices, service and location we're all on point. Above all, each and every member of staff were all genuinely lovely and couldn't do enough to help, which made the weekend perfect!

Struttura un po’ datata, in un’ottima posizione tranquilla ma forse troppo defilata, comoda per il palazzo dei congressi di Ibiza che è a 50mt.|Il personale è accogliente ma come i propri tempi, non proprio fulmineo ma pazienza. La camera|È di dimensioni corrette e con un bagno di misura adeguata,|Molto bello il terrazzino con sedie e tavolo, vista mare… il Wi-Fi è purtroppo molto molto lento, il letto è grande ma c’erano due materassi singoli e nel centro c’è troppo spazio, buona l’insonorizzazione, ho dormito comunque bene.|La colazione e forse la cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno… scarsa qualità e poco assortimento considerando la dimensione della struttura.|In generale ho trovato un pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo seppur fuori stagione e avendo prenotato 6 mesi prima.

Fantástico hotel con ubicación y personal TOP! Todo muy cuidado y con muchos detalles. El personal de recepción y de limpieza son excelentes. La comida en el restaurante buenísima. 100% recomendable.||Como sugerencia controlar el tema de la música en caso de fiestas en el restaurante ya que impedía poder tener las ventanas abiertas debido al volumen excesivo.

100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en Catalonia Royal Ses Estaques ha sido un auténtico placer! La ubicación es muy buena, con unas vistas inmejorables y las habitaciones bonitas, limipas y confortables. Mención especial a todo el personal sin excepción, que siempre nos atendían con una sonrisa y han hecho que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Y a los desayunos, que han sido de 10! Sin duda, repetiremos!

A very nice hotel characterised by the number of people who come here regularly. Food is excellent as is the pool area, it's not big but it's very well maintained and right on the sea front. Staff across the board are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet which is exactly what we wanted with plenty of local walks to shake down the food.

Hotel bien ubicado frente a la cala de ses estaques al lado del puerto deportivo de Santa Eulària. La habitación estaba reformada y era cómoda para dos personas, la terraza con vistas a la piscina y en parte a la playa. La cama era cómoda al igual que las almohadas. El desayuno ha estado muy bien, tipo Buffet y la atención del personal es buena y agradable. Hay que mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones ya que a pesar de tener la terraza cerrada se oye el más mínimo ruido.

El hotel está en un enclave maravilloso, las Junior suites son súper amplias con una vista al mar fantástica, el baño es muy grande y cuenta con 2 duchas por lo que si vas en pareja puedes ducharte al mismo tiempo sin molestar. La cama es súper cómoda y cada noche en el turn over te dejan un bombón, practica que algunos hoteles han eliminada y que a mi me encanta.||A partir de las 16:00 te ponen un refrigerio para el que quiera picar algo y está incluido en el precio.||Los desayunos están buenísimos, no sólo tienen una gran variedad, es que todo está buenísimo, toda la fruta dulce y muy variada, lo mismo en la selección de fiambres y huevos, en fin es perfecto.|La infinity pool es preciosa y tiene unas vistas maravillosas, un lugar para disfrutar.||En la playa se puede hacer snorkel, tiene unas escaleras directas al mar.|Y por último, la gente que trabaja ahí son tan amables y tan agradables que hacen que la estancia sea perfecta.||Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel, seguro repetiré.

Estuvimos alojados en el Royal Ses Estaques. Todo espectacular… instalaciones y trato de 10. Desayuno fabuloso! La única pega es que no hay parquing privado. Tienes que dejar el coche justo detrás del hotel, pero hay pocas plazas. Si no hay sitio, tienes que aparcar en un parking de arena a 50m del hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right on a headland, next to the Marina and a short walk to shops and bars. The food was good quality with plenty of choice and the staff in the hotel were pleasant and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Whilst there are day time activities, the two young guys who provide it do their best but don't get much support/participation from the guests. The evening entertainment is lacklustre, being a solo artist, either a singer or a magician. Our room was well equipped with air-con, mini bar/fridge, kettle with tea & coffee sachets, spacious bathroom including a shower over the bath, safe (at a cost to use) and was cleaned every day. Unfortunately we were given one on the first floor directly above the kitchen and were woken up at around 6am every morning by delivery vehicles. We were also at the end of the corridor where the fire escape was and, as the temperature whilst we were there was around 40°C, the door was left open quite often - unfortunately, the staff took their cigarette breaks directly below and if the cleaner left our room door open whilst she cleaned, the room stunk of cigarette smoke. The room walls were quite thin and left nothing to the imagination of what was going on next door!

Everything about the hotel,the staff and the food was good, just enough of a walk to the shop,bars and ferry to otger destinations near by,we will return.

Piscina bella, con lettini per riposarsi dal ritorno dalle spiagge. Buona e variegata la colazione. |Staff molto gentile e disponibile

Wow! After a cancelled trip due to Covid, my wife and I used a credit voucher to enjoy a long weekend for her 50th birthday. Our two night stay in the luxurious ground floor suite could not have been more luxurious and because of a late check in time, a complimentary bottle of Cava awaited us. From the courteous staff to the Imperious standard of the accommodation, we could not have asked for more!

Dopo tanti anni che vengo a Ibiza, quest'anno ho deciso di provare questo hotel che si trova in una posizione molto bella, comodissima per raggiungere ogni parte dell'isola, c'è sempre un posto dove parcheggiare senza dover cercare. La piscina è carina e comoda se ci si vuole fermare a prendere il sole senza andare per spiagge. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma graziose e comode. Il personale è gentile. Fin qui tutto bene, le note dolenti sono la pulizia in camera un po' così, ho trovato qualche capello in giro, zone non spolverate, il runner e cuscinoni decorativi sul letto ricettacolo di polvere e chissà cos'altro!! Da rivedere anche la zona colazione, troppa confusione. Gli ospiti al 90% sono inglesi e anzianotti, tutto qui è improntato attorno a loro, anche la musica anni 80!!! A Ibiza ascolti house music e lounge ovunque, qui ti sembra di fare un viaggio nel tempo 🙈

This hotel is in the best location. Although not on a sandy beach but sun loungers set on concrete base facing seafront. 5/10 minute walk to all bars and restaurants.

Whilst we generally enjoyed our stay at the hotel we were overcharged on our check out bill with a unknown transaction being added. I have since tried to resolve this with the hotel but they do not reply to any emails. A disappointing end to our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. We are stuck in a room on the boat maintenance side. It is extremely noisy. You can not sit on your balcony, unless you want to soak up the atmosphere of a building site. The noise begins at 7.45 am and stops about 7.30 pm. The hotel is lovely and clean. Pleasant staff. Food ok. Plenty of nice places to sit in the evenings, with beautiful views across the sea. Easy 10 mins walk to restaurant s and marina. If you do decide to go. Request the other side of the building!!!

Bon séjour, belle chambre, seul la nourriture par moment m'a déçu par sa qualité. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni, l'appareil à café est lent ainsi que le grille pain.||La vue sur mer est très agréable, les sanitaires sont propres et bien équipés.

Lovely location tho hotel looking a bit tired needs a refurb food in restaurant was lovely tho chaotic at times not well organised on filling up crockery and food staff clearing up were very efficient and very pleasant. Check in could hav bn alot quicker aswell again staff were lovely.we stayed in room 233 were woken at 4 most mornings by staff taking bins out as room above service area to restaurant this really needs addressing. Don't let these minor things put u off going as overall was lovely.

Been here a few times. The basic rooms (who wants a bath?) could do with a refresh but all very clean. No noise or disruption at night. Entertainment finishes at 11pm. Good enough views from both sides of the hotel from second floor and above. Good choice in the newly done up dining room if a bit predictable. Plenty of sunbeds throughout the day when we were there so what's the point of these idiot (all Brits) who has to book the same sunbed at 7am every day? Lovely promenade along the town front with plenty places to have a drink and enjoy the views. Very relaxing part of Ibiza.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación privilegiada. Las habitaciones, el servicio, el restaurante, el desayuno y el personal de primera. Solo un detalle a mejorar, llegamos a las 15:30 y el bar de la piscina no tenía nada que ofrecer de comida. Deberían tener opciones rápidas.

highly recommended! we had an amazing time in Ibiza and at the hotel. location is supergreat for easy laid-back days, walking distance to cute town of Eularia, 20min by taxi to Ibiza city / lots of clubs. rooms are very spacious, breakfast variety is amazing: super veganfriendly!, best thing about the hotel is the superkind, patient, helpful staff. thanks for having us!

Terrific place, staff , cleanliness etc. The only thing that prevents a 100% from us is a outstanding building modernization and wider food variation. But perhaps priced as such so a very well done from us !

Perfect location, 5/10 minutes to centre of Santa Eulalia. Right beside harbour. Beach path to Escana (1 hour walk to Escana)all along the shoreline, it's mostly a cliff path. Plenty of beaches and bars restaurants on the way there. Staff in the hotel are super Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is is really good.. dinner is ok but restaurants in town are 👌👌👌

Luogo suggestivo molto tranquillo se si cerca un po di pace e tranquillità è l'ideale. La pulizia è stata eccellente il materasso molto comodo il servizio in generale molto buono. Alle reception tutti molti gentili soprattutto Andres che ci ha aiutato nella scelta di ristoranti . La colazione molto buona e ben fornita con prodotti freschi.

El hotel está situado en un lugar maravilloso en frente del mar. Las instalaciones son lindas y el personal es muy amable a excepción del responsable del bar de la piscina que se llama Manuel. Le gritó a sus compañeras de cocina en especial a una llamada Mari, y le alzó la mano de mana manera . Nos incomodó estar comiendo y estar escuchando las malas formas de este hombre y su machismo que se le notaba a leguas . Parece ser un hombre que no está adaptado a las nuevas normas y los nuevos tiempos , con malos vicios de antigüedad. Ruego que tomen medidas porque queda muy mal a la vista de los clientes . Gracias 🙂 por el resto que ha sido maravilloso 👏

My 1st time here, finding, staff very pleasant & helpful, food lovely, if you can't find something to eat you are extremely picky, rooms are clean & spacious, we're in a limited sea view & it's great.

The hotel is beautifully situated with great views at the end of the walkway that runs alongside the sea. The staff work very hard keeping the hotel and it's surrounds spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay in a deluxe double room

La estancia en este hotel ha sido agridulce y desigual. Paso a detallar. Excepcional: El staff (en especial Maria, no hemos visto una atención al cliente asi nunca, ¡Gracias por ser lo mejor de nuestra estancia!) del restaurante "La Mar de Santa" que es donde teníamos las cenas del media pensión. Tanto la comida, como todo el equipo, excepcionales. Muy bueno: La ubicación del hotel tanto de cara a ir al centro de Santa Eulalia como la pequeña cala que hay justo frente al hotel. Por tanto las vistas desde el hotel son muy bonitas también Decepcionante: Un hotel 4 estrellas con zumo de naranja de brick, Café malo, poca calidad y un servicio de desayuno que, a las 10:30 (su horario), te avisan que recogen y 20 segundos después ya no te da tiempo a coger nada (la mayoría de hoteles, dejan de reponer a esa hora pero dejan algo mas de tiempo para que los que están de relax y no con horario ingles puedan disfrutar tranquilos) Por otro lado (esto es un caso especial) una recepción que no coge el teléfono y cuando bajas a pedir ayuda (una manzanilla, que no tienen, o al menos un calentador de agua no oxidado) te dicen que están solos y no pueden ayudarte ni moverse de ahí. En conclusión, no volveremos porque la experiencia de cliente y su calidad, en general, deja mucho que desear. P.D No confundir con Royal Ses Estaques, estan pegados y es un 4 estrellas también pero nada que ver en calidad.

Dit is een hotel waar je echt wilt blijven als je op zoek bent naar rust en luxe en op loopafstand van de gezelligheid van de boulevard. Prachtige kamers met geweldig uitzicht over zee. Een heerlijke badkamer, super zachte handdoeken en een heerlijk ontbijt buffet met veel vers fruit en alles wat je maar kan wensen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Na aankomst weten ze gelijk wie je bent en je ziet altijd een lachend gezicht bij binnenkomst van het hotel. Toen we 2 dagen wilden bijboeken, hebben de dames van de receptie er alles aan gedaan om dit voor ons mogelijk te maken. We kregen ook nog een upgrade naar een luxe suite en konden nog 2 dagen extra genieten van de zon op het mooie zonnedek en het zwembad op het dak van het hotel. Wij komen zeker terug!

Supermooi hotel! Het ontbijt is keilekker en je hebt heel veel keuze. Daarnaast is de kamer en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer prachtig! In de late namiddag kan je gratis broodjes of fruit nemen beneden in het hotel. 👍🏼||Het personeel stond steeds klaar. Ze waren heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een vroege vlucht terug naar België. We kregen een ontbijtbox mee en ze wandelden mee met je naar de taxi met een paraplu (het regende jammer genoeg). Een echte aanrader wanneer je in Ibiza bent!

Ha sido una estancia increíble, además de ser un hotel precioso con el cuidado de todo tipo de detalle, el trato de todo el equipo ha sido fantástico, muchísimas gracias, nos habéis hecho sentir cómo en casa, sin duda volveremos! Hasta pronto!

Buena zona

Lo único que me faltó fue sol, y eso estaba fuera del alcance del maravilloso hotel y su excelente personal. Todos ellos muy profesionales a la par que humanos. La Junior Suite Superior increible y el hotel un lujo. Volvería sin duda para disfrutar de unos días de sol, playa y piscina (con algún descuento que premie mi fidelidad como cliente rewards ;)). Excelente Hotel en pleno paseo de Santa Eulalia, a 5 minutos caminando de la playa, a 15 minutos del único río de Ibiza, gran oferta gastronómica, y vistas únicas a orillas del Mediterráneo, sin duda una de las mejores opciones

Esperaba más. Fuimos de puente, 2 habitaciones de luxe con terraza y vistas al mar, una decepción. Haces el esfuerzo para habitaciones superiores, más caras pero realmente no notas ni el luxe ni las vistas. Como fuimos a final de temporada, el bufet de desayuno era escaso, la mermelada q quedaba, solamente de ciruela, poca variedad de fruta, de pan ... Aunque sea final de temporada, nos merecemos un trato mejor. O dar las habitaciones con un descuento adecuado.

Gran descubrimiento! Magnifico hotel, muy buenas instalaciones, vistas y localización perfectas. Desayuno y comida del restaurante deliciosos. Pero sin duda hay que destacar la simpatía y amabilidad del personal. De 10!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et la notre avait un grand balcon. Excellente literie.|L espace piscine est très agréable, peu de monde en octobre, une majorité d' anglais du 3 ème âge ( parfait quand tu ne veux pas être embêté par le bruit).|Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très sympa et varié en revanche la demi pension n'est pas terrible.|L hôtel étant très bien placé, il est plus agréable de se faire un resto le long de la plage.|Un énorme parking permet de se garer facilement. Nous nous sommes beaucoup baladés en voiture donc peu restés à l'hôtel la journée. C'est un excellent point de chute pour visiter Ibiza, moins adapté si tu es jeunes et que tu veux passer ta journée à l'hôtel. |Il y a 2 hôtels côte à côte, qui dépendent de la même chaîne, pour accéder au notre il faut emprunter le même chemin que pour le royal. J ai vu que certains avaient eu du mal à trouver. |Le personnel à l'accueil est adorable.|Un bon rapport qualité prix sur Booking.

El desayuno. Muy correcto. Muy variado. Vistas al mar, tranquilo y personal muy servicial. Sin ningún tipo de agobio de gente, al contrario, poca gente. En cuanto a la carta , variada para elegir. Puedes estar rato ya que es muy acogedor

Really good, clean and smart hotel. Lovely rooms, we had a deluxe sea view room. Pool area good, loads of sun beds as there is a sea terrace for additional beds. Breakfast was good, great selection. We ate out for lunch and dinner as the Marina is only 5 mins away and loads of good restaurants there, even Indian food! Would highly recommend

La estancia en el Catalonia Royal Ses Estaques fue perfecta. Desde la ubicación a las instalaciones, pasando por el personal es todo de 10. Ojo no dispone de parking propio, aunque aparcar en las inmediaciones del hotel es relativamente sencillo (al menos en la segunda quincena de septiembre).||El día de nuestra partida, como salíamos antes de la hora de nuestro desayuno incluido, nos prepararon un picnic para llevar. Todo un detalle.

Hotel Excelente, hemos estado 6 dias en este hotel, teniamos una habitación deluxe con vistas al mar, suelos parquet, lavabo moderno con dutxa, piscina, y pequeño anden delante del mar para tomar el sol, y unas pequeñas escaleras para bajar al mar. Animación en piscina y hotel en algunas horas. Buffet de desayuno increïble de todo y mas.... Ubicación excelente, tranquilidad y amabilidad de todo el personal. Ubicado al lado del puerto, se puede llegar andando por el paseo, al centro en 5 minutos. Agradecer a Marc de recepción su amabilidad, y el detalle que tuvieron por mi cumpleaños. Muchas gracias a todo el personal. Recomendable 100%.

We have just come back from an amazing 5 day holiday at Hotel Catalonia Ses Estaques. stunning views and excellent location. The food was fantastic with a great deal of choices and the staff could not do enough for everyone including ourselves. My partner had his 40th birthday whilst there and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of cava as a gift, highly recommend staying at this fantastic hotel and a big thank you to all the staff that made the holiday truly special. I work as a property guide for A Place in the Sun and attention to detail in a holiday destination means everything, if anyone asks me where to stay on their visit to find property in Ibiza I will definitely be recommending this hotel.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday and have had the most wonderful time. We were worried about the Pandemic and measures that should be observed but we did not have to worry at all. All Covid protocols were strictly adhered to but the hotel had a relaxed and convivial vibe at all times. We stayed on a half board package and the buffet style food for breakfast and dinner was very good. Lots of choice, seafood, meats and veggies. The staff were all very pleasant and accomodating. The best thing however was the location, right on the seashore, with great views out across the ocean. Hotel occupancy was down so the plus point for us was it was quiet and very relaxing. Only down side was that although very clean, our rooms are probably in need of a revamp soon. Beds were very good and we slept well as was the aircon. All in all a very very nice holiday.

Hotel con una ubicación excelente,trato inmejorable de su personal, haciendo hincapié en los camareros del bar de la piscina. Colchones magníficos para el descanso,habitaciones amplias con terraza,desayuno variado y por poner un pero que tiene cortinas la bañera,volveremos...

Hablamos con el director(Dani) y las personas que trabajaban allí y todos muy amables. Fuimos 3 amigos y nos dijeron que en la hab de 3 quizás estaríamos apretados, pero nada que ver. Muy confortable y buen servicio. Buen buffet, pero hay que respetar la forma de vestir(no puedes ir con chanclas).

Me ha gustado mucho, con años pero las habitaciones reformadas. El buffet de desayuno espectacular.

El hotel esta en una zona estupenda de 10, al final del paseo maritimo. Puedes andar para llegar a restaurante y tiendas, de noche tienes mucho amviente tranquilo. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque deberian renovar un poco el edificio principal. Desayuno muy bueno, no es dificil aparcar y no es zona azul.

Perfecto para tomar el sol ya que esta a pie de playa. Tiene hamacas muy cómodas y al lado la piscina con dos jacuzzis. El puerto está al lado con lo que es un hotel perfecto para olvidarse del coche si la idea es sol y mar. De precio me ha parecido que estaba muy bien junto con el desayuno en el que había de todo.

Calor en la zona este.. Pero a muy amables el personal creo que están a la altura.
