So ein herzlicher Empfang. Jeder Mitarbeiter hat uns toll betreut und den Aufenthalt so schön gemacht. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Danke an das gesamte Team ❤️wir werden uns bestimmt Wiedersehen!

Perfect location & very nice helpful staff and breakfast is a fantastic choice

hotel low cost, típico de imserso style, fast tourism, sin más. Los recepcionistas muy atentos. El servicio de desayuno, malo. A las 10:15 empiezan a recoger todo corriendo, poco más y te despachan/echan. (fruta, naranja, pomelo, secos y no en rodajas. kiwis duros incomibles. quesos de mala calidad, productos que han de servirse con cuchara, le ponen pinzas, café de las máquinas malo, poca variedad de panes). Necesitan la visita de un mistery guest para ponerlos al día.

After a year of treatment for cancer we managed a week away to our favourite hotel. We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor ( I think they are refurbishing floor by floor)the beds are much better. La Cala is the cleanest hotel you could ever wish to stay at. The new manageress is very nice they reward you with a thank you and a small bottle of cava for repeat guests. We did just B and B this year. Breakfast is excellent plenty of choice. We had sunbeds around the pool each day no problem. Santa Eulalia is a beautiful resort with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants.

First time visiting hotel la cala and I doubt it will be our last as I’m already planning the next trip. During our stay we had booked half board unsure of what the selection would be, but breakfast and dinner did not disappoint. The buffet had a selection of stations including pescatarian and vegetarian options. On days we decided to return to the hotel for lunch the prices were reasonable. I made full use of the sauna and we spent an afternoon lounging by the pool. Walking distance from the promenade the hotel fulfilled all our requirements for our Summer holiday.

Siamo stati ad agosto 2025. Ottima la camera, spaziosa e letto comodo. Ottima la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale. Buona anche la posizione strategica, vicino a piccoli market per comprare bottigliette di acqua potabile a soli 40 cent. Contro i 2,80 euro dell'Hotel. L'età media dei clienti equipara la struttura quasi ad una casa di riposo. Non adatto a chi vuole divertirsi. Del resto Santa Eularia ha poco da offrire se non decine di ottimi ristoranti e passeggiate lungo mare. (Adatto per anziani e famiglie con bambini) La colazione è internazionale ma quasi niente per gli italiani. Bevande inbevibili: acqua sgradevole e acqua di svariate colorazioni dolcificata all'ennesima potenza. Se vuoi un cappuccino (quasi) vero lo paghi caro a parte. La cena: dovessimo dare un punteggio da 1 a 10: forse 3 è troppo. Abbiamo campato a insalata, affettati, formaggi, cocomero e melone. Per il resto, carne di maiale e pollo arrostiti e mantenuti caldi in delle teglie a friggere. Altri intingoli spacca-fegato per anglosassoni non mancavano mai al menù. Bevanda unica: acqua trattata imbevibile. Alternativa, l'acquisto di 500 ml di acqua frizzante a 2,80 euro oppure birra piccola a 3 euro oppure grande a 5 euro. C'erano anche i vini ma noi non li abbiamo mai presi. Sconcertanti sono gli orari fissi, disponibili per cenare: 7.30-- 21.30. Se uno si attarda in spiaggia o rientra tardi da un' escursione e arriva alle 21.15, "ciuccia gli ossi", si perché alle 21.00 iniziano a togliere il cibo e li devi rincorrere per mangiare. Fortuna che il personale è molto gentile e cerca in qualsiasi maniera di compensare. Sapendo di avere la cena pagata, scoccia andare a mangiare fuori, ma una sera non abbiamo resistito ai profumi emanati dai ristorantini lungo mare e ci siamo abbuffati di vera cucina. Paella non riscaldata e sangria vera ...per intenderci. Dovessimo un giorno tornare a Ibizza, di sicuro non a Santa Eularia e per le note negative elencate, (che non riguardano il gentilissimo e preparatissimo personale e la straordinaria pulizia e comodità della camera) non all'hotel La Cala.

This was our second stay at La Cala. Great hotel close to the town and beach. Amazing food, friendly and helpful staff, all very clean. We will definitely return.

My husband & I booked this hotel especially to be in Ibiza for my birthday end of July 2025. Hotel very clean, with good food. Staff on reception were kind & helpful especially Julia. Dinning room staff were also very efficient & helpful during our half board stay. But despite being home now for 6 weeks since that holiday, I still feel deeply upset & tearful regarding the loss of my jewellery from our room on the last day, after vacating the room by the expected leaving time. |I absolutely know for sure exactly where in the room (on the top of furniture unit under the TV next to the tea & kettle tray) my small drawstring jewellery bag was accidentally left. I deliberately did not pack it in my large suitcase which goes in the hold on the plane, but wanted to keep it in my handbag for safe keeping. It contained two long necklaces, one black & gold beaded, plus a pearl & silver necklace. Also 2 pairs of earrings plus a pair only purchased the day before in Ibiza. Total worth of this costume jewellery is about 100 Euros. But the devastating loss of a yellow & white gold bracelet, also in the jewellery bag & worth a considerable amount of money is heartbreaking to me. The reason is, because of its deep sentimental value, as it was given to me by a very special person over 20 years ago. We unfortunately vacated the room in a rush & when we finally reached home in the UK & realised the small jewellery bag had been left in the room on the furniture unit, we sent an email dated 25th July to the hotel. Laura Bonetti replied 2 days later. Apparently laundry & rubbish had been checked but nothing found. She said only 2 maids had been in our room after we left. I told her EXACTLY where the jewellery bag had been left. Why would laundry & rubbish be involved? Unless bag had been thrown away with the rubbish by a maid?? We feel to have honest & trustworthy staff is of utmost importance in a hotel environment & after offering a “Reward” for the return of my personal possessions I am still hoping to hear about the progress being made to investigate the missing items & to return my precious bracelet to me.|Our holiday was ruined by this incident. Before it happened, we would have been keen to return again to this hotel, but now certainly not after this very upsetting affair. We feel the explanation is not acceptable, things don’t just disappear!!

A mi me decepcionó, esperaba otra cosa. Le falta, para mi, una buena actualización y mejorar un poco en el servicio de recepción. Las habitaciones no me parecían de un hotel de esa categoría .

Room good service excellent. However food was really poor no choice tough ribs fish raw salad bland. I was expecting much more from the reviews.

Currently mid way into our holiday here! And absolutely loving this place!!!||My wife has been here before... and loved it... so brought me along this time!|The greeting from staff was super friendly and welcoming. And this is after entering through the revolving doors of the entrance which smells like a luxury spa! In fact the whole entrance lobby smells beautiful. |There is lemon water as you enter which is great after a long day travelling!||Check in... super easy. Pay taxes, hand over passports (temporarily) and given all info needed. Staff super lovely. We did go to our room to find two single beds pushed together... but with each having separate bedding. We did go back to reception and ask if we could swap for a double. Most beds in the hotel are not doubles.. so he very kindly got the maid to remake the bed as a double. This was perfect. Oh and the beds... really comfy! ||The room. Large and spacious. Clean and well looked after. (Room 230)||Large TV with many UK channels, large desk area, loads (I mean loads!) Of storage. Large wardrobes with shelves and drawers. Bedside units. Really good.||Balcony... view of the med and a view of the hills. Also a view of neighbouring flats... but all ok as the room has mirrored double doors so privacy in the room is ok!||The bathroom has shower gel/shampoo and conditioner... and a fab powerful hairdryer.||Towels are branded... clean and soft enough. Changed whenever you need them to be.||Pool. A decent pool you can swim in. 1.7m deepest. A separate shallow kids pool is also on site. |A life guard is also on duty for most of the day.|The pool is not freezing. A pleasant surprise. Cool but not cold. Excellent.||The food and drinks here is very good. Lots of choices and lots of freshly cooked infront of you options. Fish so fresh and cooked how you want it, alongside meats as well. A different 'Sunday' roast is available everyday too.|Breakfast is top notch. Usual fruit, meats and cheeses... but also... fresh pancakes, cakes, pastries, bread, porridge, over night oats and cooked options. All superb.||The staff here work so hard. We really appreciate them. So kind, considerate, friendly and cheerful. That is domestic staff, bar, servers, chefs and management. Made us feel so special.||Went back to our room after sun bathing to receive a lovely note saying... thank you for your loyalty and a mini bottle of quality fizz and two champagne glasses. That was a lovely surprise and really a nice touch. We have had emails too that say repeat visitors get a free late check out...so we will see if that is honoured on Saturday.||The gym is small, air conditioned and clean. There are no free weights... shame... some dumbbells would be great... but a multi gym machine, treadmill and cycle cover most muscle groups. ||Entertainment. A piano player... fab. Really relaxing and super talented. A singer (from Ireland) really lovely and despite not many watching that night, delivered an almost private show for us. Great fun.||Overall... fab location... very near the med (2 mins walk), near a spar shop, near other bars etc. Although eating half board here is ample. And quality.||Staff just amazing. Really do add to the feeling of wellness and relaxation.||My first time here... my wife's second... I don't think it will be our last!||Thank you to all at La Cala. La posizione ottima e strategica per spostarsi in Ibiza, le camere pulite, servizio ottimo e cucina che ha superato le nostre aspettative ci tornerei sicuramente!

Buona esperienza in questo hotel a Santa Eularia a Ibizia. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione internazionale molto varia, parti comuni pulite. Struttura un pò datata, ma ben tenuta

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy agradable desde el primer momento, ya en el check-in. Todo el personal demostró una educación y una profesionalidad ineccepibles, lo cual hizo que la estancia fuera aún más cómoda y placentera. La comida era sabrosa, las instalaciones estaban limpias, y aunque la piscina es bastante pequeña, siempre había sitio disponible. Quiero destacar especialmente la simpatía de Nico de recepción y también de Juan del bar durante las noches, quienes supieron crear un ambiente muy ameno. El hotel estaba frecuentado mayormente por personas de cierta edad. No obstante, esto no se tradujo necesariamente en tranquilidad; de hecho, hubo un episodio que considero lamentable: un grupo de huéspedes mayores reaccionó de forma exagerada y poco respetuosa cuando el socorrista les recordó amablemente algunas normas básicas. Lejos de aceptar la indicación, iniciaron una especie de campaña contra él, tratando de alistar incluso a clientes que jamás habían interactuado con dicho trabajador, para desprestigiarlo sin motivo alguno. Intentaron convencerme también, pero me resultaron incluso molestos. Desde aquí, quiero enviar un saludo y todo mi apoyo a ese trabajador, que en mi opinión actuó con respeto, educación y mucha paciencia.

Muy buen hotel, los empleados son muy amable y acogedores. El desayuno está riquísimo hay muchas opciones. El establecimiento está perfectamente limpiando. Volveré por supuesto

My wife an I recently returned from a 5 night stay at La Cala. The hotel is located on a street, up in the town, but only a few minutes away from the marina and main strip. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. I am a wheelchair user, and there is an entrance just down the side of the hotel for wheelchair access, and a really good size disabled toilet in the reception area. We had an adapted room with pool view, which also had a really good size accessible bathroom, with shower seat and grab rails. Although some people have described the rooms as dated, they are a good size, are very clean and have a lot more storage space than many other hotels we have stayed in. The main areas of the hotel have plenty of ramps, for wheelchair users to get around. There was plenty of choices of good food for breakfast, and I can't see why there wouldn't be something for everyone. We paid for half board, but usually like to eat out a lot while we are away. However, the food in the restaurant was so good in the evening, that we only ate out once, just for a treat. There was a good choice of salad options, with tuna, meat and cheeses, and plenty of choices of really nice hot food and desserts. Also, they always had a joint of something to carve for you, as one of the main course options, which, while we were there, included a pork joint, beef joint one day, a lovely big salmon which, which was delicious. The pool opens at 9.00am, and people did come an put towels on beds and then disappear and not come back, some of them for hours, which did annoy me, although mostly, there did seem to other beds available throughout the day. There is a ramp to access the pool area, and although we were there at 9.00am, we had eaten our breakfast and stayed on our beds, and if we intended to remain there, only left our towels on briefly, to get food or drinks. The best thing about the pool for me, was the fact that it had a great mechanically operated seat for disabled people, that enabled me to access the pool and go swimming. It was 32° during the day while we were there, and the water was not freezing cold, so I was in and out of the pool a lot in the afternoon, and the really nice and friendly lifeguard was more than happy to come and operate the seat when I wanted to get in and out. There was a burst pipe that flooded half the restaurant one day, but the staff all pulled together, to cordon off the affected area in there, and suck/mop the water up, and although all the water had to be turned off for a while, it wasn't off for too long before it was back on. We were really impressed by the actions, teamwork and hard work of all the staff 👏 👏👏. Although not adults only, there is not really much for children to do there, so it does attracts a lot of people of the older generation. Although, I guess because it was the height of summer, while we were there, there were some younger couples, and families with older children. Because my wife and I are in our 60's, this suited us, as we do not want to be woken up by groups of rowdy drunken younger people, in the early hours, so having an older generation there, plus the accessibility and disabled facilities made this hotel perfect for our needs. We love Santa Eulalia and because of such a great experience at this hotel, we have booked to come back for 7 nights in September!

A thoroughly enjoyable 11 nights at this hotel with my wife & 2 sons (aged 19 & 17). The location is great, being close to amenities and the beautiful marina, with a lovely beach only 5 mins away. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was simply amazing. We simply could not fault it. ||The hotel has a very relaxing and tranquil vibe to it, and is tailored more for couples and/or families with older children. ||The rooms were cleaned daily, the air conditioning & ceiling fans worked perfectly fine. The room also had a small fridge but didn’t keep drinks particularly chilled, which was my only gripe.||All in all, we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate in going back.

Here for 5 days and only into 2nd day. Love this hotel for great location, fab breakfast, and really spotless. Also entertainment singer Shaun was Brilliant. Will book here again for sure.

Very friendly staff. They really make you feel at home. The food is excellent, and they're very accommodating to allergies. That alone makes me highly recommend it! The location is great.

Estuvimos alojados con mi esposa durante nuestra estadia en la bella ciudad de Eulalia del Riu. Un hotel acogedor, con un buen servicio tanto en recepcion como en habitaciones. Desayuno normal, variado. A destacar la muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la playa, en un lugar muy tranquilo.

Hotel ligt in het leuke haven plaatsje Santa Eularia. Vooral veel oud publiek. Zwembad erg klein voor het aantal gasten. Geen uitzicht op bijvoorbeeld de haven of strand. Haven en boulevard wel op loopafstand (300 meter).

A brilliant place to stay. We've been on four occasions. Staff are friendly and happy, and that's infectious. Spotless rooms and hotel all through. This place has a special vibe about it. Vegan/vegetarian food options can be prepared upon request. Can't extol the virtues of this place enough.

Lo mejor es el buffet, no he visto tanta variedad en ningún otro sitio, tanto para desayunos como para cenas. Hay algunos comentarios que dicen lo contrario, no sé si fuera de la temporada de verano cambia el menú, pero por mi experiencia es espectacular, cambiando el tipo de carnes, pescados y ensaladas cada día. Lo malo? Camas duras, la ducha cambia ligeramente de temperatura sola y la limpieza de habitaciones está desde por la mañana hasta la tarde (1 o 2 personas más de limpieza les vendrían muy bien). Repetiría? Sí, el buffet y el trato del personal merecen muchísimo la pena

Me alojé durante una semana en el hotel, y todo bien, limpio, tranquilo y buen desayuno. (Aunque algunos huéspedes podrían hacer menos ruido en pasillos a primeras horas de la mañana para respetar el descanso). Hay que destacar el buen trato e interés en ayudarme por parte del personal de recepción con cualquier cosa que necesitaba e información general sobre la zona. Repetiría en el hotel. Air conditioner wasn't working properly. They changed the room, however this new room's Air conditioner was better but it wasn't cold enough.

This was our third trip to invisa cala the last time we went was ten years ago and it definitely didn't disappoint!! Hotel still the cleanest I've ever been to.and as for the food even better than before.there is something for every taste and it's all beautifully cooked and fresh .staff are super friendly and most have worked there for years.i would recommend this hotel to anyone

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Pool enclosed on 3 sides so no through breeze. Race for sunbeds at 9am!

Op het hotel valt niets aan te merken: het marmer blinkt je overal tegemoet, de kamer bood uitzicht op het zwembad en had geen direct zonlicht (aan de korte kant van de U-vorm van het hotel). Kamer royaal, badkamer idem. Keurig schoon. Douche in bad. Keuze genoeg bij ontbijtbuffet. Koffie redelijk, cappucino is alles behalve cappucino. Wifi op kamer traag.|Vanuit hotel binnen 2 minuten bij de haven met vele restaurants, of 5 minuten naar de winkelstraat met de restaurants. 5-10 minuten naar het strand. Grote gratis parkeerplaatsen op 5 minuten lopen.|Diverse supermarkten binnen 2 minuten, idem broodjeszaken.||Het hotel is vooral gericht op de (oudere) Britse toerist, minimaal 65 plus. Dat merk je ook aan het ontbijt en het "entertainment". Meerdere avonden echt dat je denkt: wegwezen hier. Velen komen het hotel amper uit, ook niet voor diner.|Van het zwembad of welness geen gebruik gemaakt.

Peaceful well appointed hotel. Staff are excellent and helpful. Great central location, close by some lovely restaurants and shops. Will be back again. Only minor quibble is the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very effective.

Paid to upgrade to pool view with TUI, in reality it overlooked the outside dining area! But the balcony offered shade all day which was great as the temperature was high. Only stayed bed and breakfast and it was a delight, plenty of choice, plenty of space and empty plates cleared away without fuss. Pancakes were replenished regularly but could be more enjoyable if kept on a hot plate.|Our room was a standard double which was plenty big enough, loads of hanging space with hangers, shelves galore and a few drawers. Bathroom was a good size again with shelves. Hot water was always there when needed. Free on the wall containers of body wash/shampoo and a separate condition. Liquid soap on the sink. Towels changed when you requested by leaving wet ones on the floor. Not the fluffiest but large enough.|Rooms could be massively modernised by the addition of USB plugs for charging phones etc. by the beds. |Air con worked very well with the extreme heat but the ceiling fan was a welcome respite from the heat too.|Internet was always on but not super fast.|Safe with key was a good size, fitted an iPad and paperwork, cost was €3 per night plus a €10 refundable deposit, this does include insurance too.|The pool was cleaned and presented well, however the old problem of people leaving towels at the beginning of the day and not using beds till later on in the afternoon was very annoying. There is a life guard who could use his time, instead of being on his phone, removing towels so that other people wandering around could enjoy the pool!|I was very surprised to see families with young children and also lots of groups of young single male and females, as previous reviews mention an oap home vibe! Some of the groups were extremely vocal around the pool and on their balconies. I completely therefore disagree that this hotel is aimed at the older person, for us it was a mix of all ages and stages of life!|There is evening entertainment most nights, we went to 4 nights entertainment, all were good in their own genre however the two older male singers were clearly practised entertainers and we thoroughly enjoyed their stories and singing. It was a shame that the hotel didn’t do more to promote these guys as obviously the bigger the audience the better the atmosphere. On some nights entertainers were joined by just 6 guests, sole destroying for them!|Location wise this was great, lovely short walk to harbour, good restaurants. Beach a bit further away but still easy walking distance. And then behind the hotel a row of very good smaller bistro restaurants, no view here but great food.|With TUI the coach pick up location was not clear, eventually after many contacts to TUI I was told to wait by the pharmacy at the back of the hotel, if this helps anyone!

We have just returned from another stay at this hotel and plan to go back next year .good food and lovely staff .

This was our first visit to this hotel but they must be doing something right because everyone we spoke to had stayed many times before. The hotel is spotless and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The clientele are mostly 50+ but so are we so that suited us. The breakfast is buffet style but it is calm and orderly and the food was plentiful and freshly prepared. The hotel is not ultra modern but certainly not dated and the beds are extremely comfy. The pool area is not huge but we got a sun lounger when we needed one, not sure during the main holidays. The beach is 5 minute walk so we went there most days. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely and friendly hotel room 103 was great because the balcony was very nice to sit also facing the pool was great. Breakfast was excellent. It was my husband birthday on Wednesday and they left a bottle of sparkling wine in our room which that was a nice touch. Just returned from a wonderful week in Ibiza. We a young 53 Yr old couple! I wish there was a 3.5 rating for room as 3 seems harsh as its not 'that' bad. It was a comfortable room, the bathroom was great, cute balcony, plenty of storage, new towels daily, fridge and tv in room. It could do with modernising visually and we found our air-conditioning wasn't too good but it was working hard in 30°+. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, lovely and fresh and we didn't have to wait for a table once. One morning a lady was making fresh smoothies outside which were really good. Can't comment on dinner as we ate out every night. The staff are absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived to when we left they were 👌 Very friendly, knowledgeable about the Island and made 10/10 cocktails. Their English was superb! The location of the hotel is perfect some wonderful restaurants and bars within a few mins walk and close to shops and of course the beach. The pool area is nice we used it to chill by after a day out and beds were always available. Hotel is super clean and it was nice to come back to escape the heat in the air-conditioned reception area. Would definitely return 😊

A wonderful holiday. The staff were absolutely amazing. Big shout out to Juan and the team at the bar who were wonderful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the breakfasts wonderful, and the location spot on. I would go back in a heartbeat. Perfect for my age group. We gave up on very getting a bed at the pool but this was no big deal for us, The main beach is 5 mins walk away with ferries to many others.

I say it’s below average I was the only young person in the whole of the hotel and felt so odd and uncomfortable I got put in a room with no balcony and in a room with just window with a bad view of rundown buildings and the fringe doesn’t work properly and has to bin most of my food I brought and spend €20 the staff and food was nice just wish the room I was in has a balcony and a better view the roads on the hotel is so mad and always busy can’t believe I didnet even get asked for a balcony and was put at the front with the main road the air con was so cold and couldn’t turn it off unless the key was on also every expensive for what you pay for I seen lower price hotels more modern to much money for this hotel and no WiFi in the room always went off never again worst hotel in ever stayed in breakfast was the only good Thing

Gemiddelde leeftijd ligt hoog, maar heerlijk rustig en schoon en perfecte locatie. Eten is heel erg goed. Enige minpuntje: parkeerproblemen. We zijn er nu 2 jaar op rij geweest. Echt genoten.

Fabulous 4-star hotel with a 5-star personnel and service. We stayed for 6 days and it was brilliant. Service with a smile, food fresh and delicious, some evening entertainment, location very central but still quiet. Sauna, gym, wellness. Rooms are spacious with large balconies facing the pool area. Close to the marina and beach and many restaurants. Interiors a bit dated, but everything was very clean and well maintained. I would certainly return.

Estuvimos 10 días del 11 de abril al 21 de abril todo muy bien el comedor relativamente bien muy repetido todo que llega un momento que te cansa la comida pero bueno no me gusta que te tengas que levantar a por el vino o el agua Limpieza de habitaciones no muy bien no por las camareras pero seguramente porque no tienen tiempo gracias a dios. Nosotras lo teníamos bastante recogido y organizado estiraba en la cama y. Los baños ni los tocaban la ropa sí que nos la cambiaban de baño. El personal muy amable quita una señorita joven que está normalmente en recepción que era bastante rarita. El Hotel está perfectamente ubicado mejor imposible

I have just returned from a four day stay at this hotel. It’s a great hotel. Yes the clientele is older, and it’s probably not the hotel if you have small children. That’s not a negative it’s just my experience. This hotel is remarkably clean and I felt really comfortable. I had a great room (533) which had a good view of the pool. The breakfast was great. Loads of options and plenty of seats to sit at. It never felt busy at this hotel and it has a nice buzz. I think because the clientele are not of a smartphone generation, they actually sit and talk instead of glued to a device. Big shoutout to Niko on the front desk for being super helpful and you are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast staff super nice. Great location too. I can’t fault it, and now I know that you can get a direct bus to Santa Eularia from the airport (L24) I think that I will come back. Interestingly, friends stayed at the Riomar which was more expensive and when they saw the facilities Invisa Hotel offers, they would choose to stay here next time. Fue una estància de una semana y todo ha sido muy satisfactòrio, el personal excelente y en particular Carlos, el animador, siempre atento para todo. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, al igual que el comedor muy completo. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Hotel centrico, sin nada a destacar, muy ruidoso, comedor tipo bufet, comidas simples y repetitivas, bebidas pobres, parte del personal intenta parecer amable, pero pasan de todo, habitaciones grandes, animación casi todos los días bingo.

Un hotel muy recomendable. El personal es muy atento y las instalaciones, al igual que las habitaciones, están impecablemente limpias. Disfrutamos de una semana en pensión completa con una gran variedad de comida: entrecot, pescados, frutas frescas enteras y cortadas, entre muchos otros platos. El hotel cumple su función, pero las cuatro estrellas que luce pertenecen a otro siglo.||El hotel necesita un “reset” en todos sus aspectos: las instalaciones son antiguas, con algunas carencias de mantenimiento y también necesita una puesta al día en su servicio de restauración y animación.||||Lo mejor del hotel: su ubicación, céntrico y a la vez cerca de la playa. Y también lo mejor su personal muy eficiente y profesional.||||Lo peor: el servicio de restaurante: desayuno, comida y cena sin ninguna variación. Siempre los mismos platos. Variación nula en todas las comidas. Oferta monótona, escasa y repetitiva. Cocina sin imaginación, presentación pobre y caótica. ¿Qué hace la fruta en medio de los entrantes, si hay otra isla exclusivamente de postres?||Servicio de buffet libre básico y casi ni eso. Cocina simple: solamente proporciona ensaladas, algo de pasta y plancha. No encontrará ningún guiso, ni brasa, ni horno ni otro tipo de cocina más elaborada. En resumen muy muy pobre. Además con frecuencia aparecen: pizzas quemadas, hamburguesas carbonizadas o arroz y pasta súper pasados que no deberían de pasar la puerta de la cocina. No parece que nadie supervise lo que se presenta en el comedor. ¿Dónde está el Chef? ||||Por otra parte las habitaciones son correctas, a pesar de su antigüedad y la limpieza es la adecuada.||||Mención aparte son los shows o entretenimiento que ofrece: más casposos imposible. También son repetitivos, poco imaginativos y con un DJ desorientado, desubicado y distraído, incapaz de interpretar y percibir la generación del público que le escucha. ||||En resumen: buen hotel para dormir y no más.

Estuve una semana con el Imserso. La habitación me gustó bastante, son geandes y actualizadas. El baño también está bastante bien. Sin embargo, la comida es un desastre desde el principio al fin. Los fiambres del desayuno de pesima calidad, la fruta muy escasa y sin pelar, manzanas, peras y platanos. No hay yogures, ponen un bol de algo que llaman yogur que comí el primer dia y no volví a probar, la comida de mala calidad, fritangas llenas de grasa. Todas la verduras de bolsa congeladas.... podría seguir escribiendo, pero es que no hay ni un punto positivo. La ubicación a 3 calles del paseo de la playa

Hemos pasado 8 días de vacaciones por el Imserso y hemos estado muy contentos. La limpieza, comida y atención del personal muy bien. La animación no ha sido la esperada pero la gente tampoco ha participado lo necesario. Es un hotel muy bien situado.

Muy buena experiencia en alojarnos en este Hotel, tiene buenas instalaciones, con dos piscinas, solarium bar, salones, Spa y gimnasio, seria conveniente una habitación con taquillas para cambiarse y guardar ropa y pertenencias. El personal es amable, eficaz y dando solución a las peticiones. Un detalle, poder aparcar en el sitio reservado del hotel. Para repetir.

A destacar limpieza en todo el hotel, habitación y baño muy amplio, también tenía balcón.|Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas, además hay dos para elegir.|Personal eficiente, amable y dando muy buen servicio, buffet variado y abundante.|Para repetir sin dudarlo.

Maravilloso hotel para esta época ya que Santa Eulalia es el único pueblo donde hay vida más allá del verano. Tiene una situación muy céntrica, cerca de la plaza principal y el Ayuntamiento y del paseo marítimo y la playa. Me encanta la comida y el spa. Trato perfecto del personal. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna y ha sido un acierto.

Wahnsinnig tolle Restaurants sind in der Nähe.|Das Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.|Auf den ersten Blick ok, auf den zweiten Blick des verblassten 80ziger Jahre Charme, alte Wolldecken im Bett, miserabel isoliert, die Toilettenbürsten ekelig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine wahnsinnig große Auswahl, dafür ist die Qualität eher schlecht. |Frisches Obst war top!

Just had a long weekend break at the Invisa and it was perfect. Im not one for hanging around a room on vacation and the reception area, bar, resteraunt for breakfast, and spa was all very comfortable when required. Reception printed off travel tickets, gave free parking as it was available and agreed a 3pm checkout as the room wasn't required thereafter. Spa was offered to reserve for a personal experience at 15 euros, which i jumped on. Breakfast was excellent and catered for all. Sevice couldnt have been more helpful and i will be back at the hotel on my next Santa Eulària trip. Top hotel for this time of year. Thank you.

I had a very enjoyable week at the La Cala. From the welcome from Tom on reception, the bar and restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone were friendly and efficient. My room on the 1st floor was spacious and tastefully furnished. My bathroom also included a spa bath. The menu offered a good choice, and the gala night included a good choice of fish and seafood. I was a little surprised that no paella was presented during the week. The hotel is only a short walk to the marina and considering its town location, no street noise could be heard in my bedroom. The hotel seems to attract over 50's and Spanish mainland guests. I will likely return if i choose to stay at Santa Elulia again.

El hotel está bien y la relación precio - calidad es interesante, pero tuve dos inconvenientes de cierta relevancia:|La tarjeta no abría la habitación (nunca abrió a la primera). Acudí a recepción y no me sustituyeron la tarjeta, sino que me indicaron que debía removerla rápidamente arriba y abajo, lo cual hice en cada acceso a la habitación sin ningún resultado positivo, lo que me hizo estar varios minutos hasta lograr abrir, en alguna ocasión.|Por otra parte, reservé una habitación individual, pero me asignaron una habitación doble con dos camas de 90 cm, lo que supuso una seria incomodidad, ya que hacía tiempo que no dormía en una cama tan estrecha. Estimo que lo lógico habría sido asignarme una habitación con una cama doble, máxime cuando el hotel no contaba con una ocupación muy alta.

Just spent 10 nights in invisa la cala and really can't find fault at all lifts are small. Food selection absolutely amazing buffet breakfast lunch and dinner such a choice. Service in all deposit was excellent. Spotless clean. Great close to centre and marina and beach. Will be booking again in January for another 10 nights in june

Heel fijn, ietwat gedateerd hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke ligging. Fantastisch ontbijt. Zeer geschikt voor stellen of alleenreizenden. Ik heb heerlijke dagen gehad en kom zeker nog een keer terug!

Room was functional and big. Fridge had not been cleaned and had shelves broken. Shower head was cheap and old the plastic holder was dirty like shower head lead. Rooms not cleaned well and had ripped sheets. How is this a four star hotel? . Staff are nice , friendly and helpful. Safe was small and expensive.

Just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. The food was excellent. Must be the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. Staff are very hard working and friendly. The only issue we had was that our room was serviced quite late in the day so we had returned from our day out and it was missed a couple of times. Shock horror we had to make our own beds😊

Great hotel with a fantastic town centre location. Room was very nicely appointed, public areas on the ground floor were really nice. Breakfast in the restaurant was always outstanding. My only gripe is that our room balcony was facing into a busy commercial street so was quite busy during the day- maybe that's the price you pay for booking a hotel so close to the town centre. It didn't spoil our holiday, Santa Eulalia is a beautiful place and well worth the visit.

155 € la noche y ha sido una de las peores camas donde he dormido. Además, la ducha iba cambiando de temperatura sola. No tienen parking ni tienes ninguna alternativa cercana, como aparcar en la calle si tienes suerte en dos parking que hay públicos, que quedan algo retirados.

Al nostro arrivo ci siamo accorti di avere commesso un clamoroso errore nella prenotazione e di avere riservato una camera per l'anno successivo! Tuttavia il personale della reception ha fatto di tutto per aiutarci e fortunatamente avevano una camera libera per noi. Sono stati tutti davvero molto gentili, in particolare il signore che lavora in reception che ci ha dato anche degli ottimi consigli sull'isola. L'hotel è pulito, le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. La zona piscina è molto rilassante. La colazione a buffet molto varia ed in generale di buona qualità.|La posizione non è affatto male, in una zona dell'isola molto tranquilla, ma comunque circondata da negozi e ristoranti. Tuttavia per visitare le cale più belle bisogna sempre percorrere almeno 45 min di strada. Per la città di Eivissa invece ci vogliono circa 35 min.

Just spent a week in invisa hotel ibiza. Weather was perfect, hotel was so clean, staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful, they worked so hard and accommodated us to a room change, from a twin room to a double suite (which we booked), no quibble and very lovely about it. The food was very good, a varied choice each day, we stayed half board and would highly recommend it. The pool area is a little small, but just perfect for us, there were mostly couples (very few children and families) the marina is very close by , but a little more expensive, so take a small stroll towards the town hall square where there are lovely running water streams and a row of restaurants and bars on a strip nearby, there is also a beautiful promenade to walk along. The beach is beautiful and we recommend a walk up to Puig de missa, a little old church on a hill, but take water so you can have a drink at the top, the views are stunning! 100% recommend this hotel as a great holiday stay. 😃

Dit was onze eerste ervaring met La Cala en heel fijne reis gehad!|Onthaal en medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk, heel gedienstig en steeds bereikbaar.|Ontbijtbuffet is niets op aan te merken, misschien iets meer brood varianten of ontbijtkoeken variëren maar dat is detail.|De kamer was voldoende groot, goede bedden, airco en terras. Badkamer was goed, jammer van de positie toilet. Hygiëne was prima, dagelijks heel proper.|Zwembad zag er ok uit, hebben we niet gebruikt.|Leuke attenties bij aankomst en vertrek!|Locatie is perfect. Heel rustig, vlak aan de haven, dijk en centrum. Na zoveel jaar hebben we Santa Eulària hierdoor eens beter kunnen ontdekken. Wat een zalig stadje is dit!|Over het algemeen heel rustige vibe. We komen zeker terug!!

Our experience here was good. Great location to beach and restaurants. Room was clean, lifts are small and should ONLY ALLOCATE 2 people at any one time NOT 4... Buffet style food which is OK but most of the time food is LUKE WARM even the dispersed water in jugs. We stayed B&B and witnessed so many people at breakfast openly in view wrapping and taking lots of food which I assume would be a FREE LUNCH around the pool/ beach. STAFF NEED TO BE MORE ALERT. .Close to lots of great restaurants. Local ferry trips are great.

I recently stayed at Invisa Hotel La Cala, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The hotel is definitely overrated, and I'd give it a 3-star rating at best. The property feels stuck in the 1980s, and it's clear that it hasn't been updated in a long time. The room was basic but had several issues. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, constantly rattling throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there were long hairs all over the floor, which was off-putting, to say the least. To make matters worse, the shower gel dispenser was completely empty, which is something that should be checked before guests arrive. The ceiling fan in the room didn’t work, and the patio chair was broken, adding to the list of problems. Overall, the room was lacking in many areas, and for the price, it felt very much overpriced and overrated. I would not recommend staying here unless some major improvements are made.

En general hemos tenido una experiencia bastante buena en este hotel Viajo mucho y relación calidad precio es uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona Todo muy limpio y por ende, un olor muy agradable al entrar en el hotel Quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal del restaurante pues te hacen sentir como en casa. Desayuno y cena buffet, ambos muy variados y comidas de calidad No le doy 5 estrellas por la poca empatía de la recepcionista Ana y porque las habitaciones son un poco antiguas.

Hemos estado una semana y el trato ha sido muy bueno, la comida muy rica y queremos agradecer a Fuensanta por su atención en el comedor.

El hotel está muy bien. Las instalaciones bien mantenidas. El personal es muy amable. Destaco la amabilidad de Giulia en recepción y de un señor que está también en recepción (no preguntamos su nombre) que nos guió con qué buses tomar para ir a algunas calas. La playa de Santa Eulalia no nos gustó. El agua no es transparente y tenía muchas algas.|La habitación es cómoda pero el blackout (o cortina del dormitorio) deja pasar mucha luz. Solo dan 2 botellitas de agua de cortesía el primer día. Sugiero que coloquen dispensadores en varios lugares para poder acceder al agua.

Just spent a week here with the wife to celebrate my 50th birthday. On arrival we we're greated by the receptionist who was very polite and friendly. Room even though not the biggest was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Bathroom again not huge but the Shower was brilliant very powerful. Had breakfast each morning which was great plenty of choice and even though some day's was rather busy always found somewhere to sit. The main reason we choose this hotel though was the location 👌 On the doorstep to all the shops beach bars and lovely restaurants which used every evening. Will definitely book again Thanks for a lovely week 😊

Mooie kamer met een airco en een leuk balkonnetje, de ligging is goed want je bent zo op de boulevard en bij de zee. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, het avond eten was prima met altijd wel iets lekkers. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en alles was netjes schoon.

Nous y venons depuis 20 ans environ et nous sommes toujours aussi heureux de nous y retrouver.Ici nous sommes comme chez nous reçus comme des amis même mieux comme de la famille.On y est très bien logés en centre ville de Santa Eulalia près de la plage et nous venons à Ibiza pour nous reposer ce qui surprend parfois nos connaissances qui influencés par les médias pensent que cette île est une immense boîte de nuit ils se trompent. ... Voilà que dire de plus c'est notre paradis.

A good hotel in an excellent central location. Less than 5 minute walk to almost anywhere in town. Rooms are fine but not exceptional. The breakfast is above average - plenty of choice. Tip ; use the coffee machine instead of the jugs of coffee served to you - awful stuff (in my opinion) If you want a laugh just look at the 9 a.m queue of saddos waiting to "reserve" sunbeds. Get a life people !!

My experience is good location and good service and in the Buffet, so much choice. My room was lovely and comfy. Very central location near the Marina, shops and cafes/restaurants and a lovely beach ⛱️ . Near buses. My quibble was having to pay for the sauna and Jacuzzi. My other quibble is with people taking sun beds first thing in the morning and then disappearing for the day. It means sunbeds are unavailable all day. There should be a rule about it.

Ein schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem Pool und tollen Frühstücksbuffet. Unser Zimmer war sauber und die Dusche hatte ordentlich Druck,jedoch war das Bett für uns unbequem, hat sich sehr durchgelegen angefühlt. Die Minibar war sehr Bescheiden ausgestattet, zwei Softgetränke und paar Snacks. Aber dafür hat die Klimaanlage ordentlich funktioniert und das Zimmer sehr schnell herabgekühlt. Mit viel Glück kann man umsonst auf den Parkplätzen des Hotel Parken, das Auto muss jedoch unbedingt an der Rezeption angemeldet werden. Ansonsten gibt es bezahlbare Parkplätze in den Nebenstraßen, die mehrmals am Tag von Beamten kontrolliert werden:)

I’m halfway through my stay, so I will update anything that needs to be updated when I get home. The hotel is lovely, although I’d say 80% of the clientele are elderly. Ongoing issue with people hogging loungers in the morning with towels, but rarely showing up to use them till the afternoon. However, there is something that I think that management should address, is that going in to dinner, the staff are handing out shots of vodka, or other shots of cocktails, but they can’t rustle up ANYTHING at all for non drinkers. Not a juice or a soft drink, nothing. There are 3 in my party who don’t drink. Preferential treatment to the drinkers. Will update this after the 22/6/24. The other practice that irks me. This isn’t a cheap hotel, but in order to use the safe that is in the room, you must pay €3 per day to get the key. Most hotels ENCOURAGE you to use the safe, for the protection of the traveller, hotel and staff. To be continued….

Had a lovely week's holiday. Hotel is well situated - well located for marina area & the town. The food was tremendous. Breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for. The evening meals had a great choice as well. Probably the best buffet meal I have tried. Service in the restaurant was also excellent. The hotel itself looks a bit tired & in need of an upgrade. Our room was not cleaned to a very high standard - balcony was quite dirty throughout. Room itself was bigger than most & sound proofing was good with double doors to balcony keeping out any street noise. Entertainment provided most nights till 11pm - not really my thing but the older clientele seemed to enjoy - this could be heard in our room. We were on first floor above reception so this might not be an issue in other rooms if you wanted an early night. There were a lot of repeat customers so the hotel must be doing something right.

It’s targeted for seniors, activities and amenities are more targeted toward seniors.Access card wasn’t working every day i left my room, had to go to the reception every time and the lift takes ages to climb 4 floors

Alojados del 23 al 30 de mayo, en esas fechas estaba muy masificado sobre todo el comedor, en la cena heran colas continuas. El 90 por ciento extranjeros, los españoles testimoniales y se nota en todas las actividades. La ubicación no es muy buena y el transporte publico deja mucho que desear.

Vacanza di coppia, hotel molto pulito, si può sentire il profumo già all' ingresso. Tutti i dipendenti disponibili, sempre sorridenti, soprattutto Maria José al servizio del cibo. Cibo ottimo, molta scelta, per italiano amante della pasta non è il posto giusto, noi personalmente non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza.Ottimo pesce, carne, verdura, formaggi. Ottima la posizione con tutti i servizi.

Der Standort ist sehr gut. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Yachthafen und zum Strand. Alles sehr sauber und wohlriechend. Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Essen ist sehr reichhaltig, sauber und schmackhaft. Ganz tolles Buffet. Jederzeit wieder.

This hotel was amazing value, the food was excellent, choice fantastic, quality top notch. Service exceptional, staff so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, all the staff in every department so nice. Location, seconds from Marina and promenade with lovely bars, restaurants etc, music playing but not too loud. A very relaxing area, no loud music. Hotel had entertainment each evening too. Would definitely go back to this particular hotel, 100%, loved our holiday here...

We are presently staying in this hotel on a few days break. The hotel in general is very good, clean, friendly and efficient staff, good atmosphere, in fact with only 1 minor exception, I would say everything is perfect. Now, the only exception and it is minor, the hotel plays background music in the public areas almost all day. The music gets on ones nerves, it's depressing and like you are at a crematorium or funeral parlour. If the management deals with this minor issue, they have a fantastic fault free hotel. Ho, and they also have great food.

Buena opción para alojarse en Ibiza. Yo elegí media pensión y acerté completamente. El desayuno es súper variado: huevos, charcutería, café, cereales.... etcétera. En la cena también había muchos platos para elegir. La ubicación también está bien ya que está a 20 minutos del aeropuerto. Está bastante cerca del paseo marítimo. El personal es súper amable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. Lo recomiendo

Brilliant hotel. We had a pool view but it was unexpectedly quiet zone. Breakfast, lunch and dinners are delicious. If you like champagne for breakfast this place is for you. Hotel is near the beach and walking street with bars and restaurants. At the weekend there are concerts in the hotel. There are free parking spaces nearby the hotel. We are planning to come back again.

Wij zijn voor een week in dit hotel. En wij zijn heel tevreden over vriendelijk receptionist luis en de manager van hotel. Zijn heeft ons goed geholpen. Heel erg bedankt voor Een goede service.

Fantastic food location very friendly staff and very clean.

Op zich een prima hotel. Wel wat plus- en minpunten.||Pluspunten:|- Vriendelijke receptiemedewerkers en personeel.|- De kamer en de badkamer zijn ruim.|- Bedden werden elke dag opgemaakt.|- Ontbijt en avondeten was goed.||Minpunten:|- De matrassen waren hard.|- Gehorige kamer en wij hoorden erg de leidingen bij het gebruik van de kraan/douche/toilet, ook van de andere kamers.|- Wij lagen aan een gehorige straat. Je moest vaak de schuifdeuren dicht doen.|- De schoonmaak vonden wij niet zo goed. Wij zijn 12 dagen geweest. Toilet werd alleen een doekje over de bril gehaald. De vloer werd ook niet echt goed schoongemaakt. Er stond een telefoon op een nachtkastje en die zat onder het stof.|- Wij hadden zilvervisjes in de kamer en de badkamer.|- Veel bejaarden.||Verder was het een leuke en gezellig plaats. De locatie is ook perfect, op loopafstand van de boulevard, strand, winkeltjes, restaurantjes en supermarkt. Zwembad hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt, we gingen elke dag naar het strand (bedden en parasol vonden wij best duur). Wij zijn met de ferry naar Ibiza stad en de Hippiemarkt geweest, een aanrader!

Zeer fijn hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Het eten is lekker en gevarieerd. Het hotel ligt aan een fijn winkelcentrum dat weer grenst aan een heerlijk te bewandelen boulevard. Via deze boulevard kom je op een groot strand. Als je een auto hebt gehuurd is dit een prima uitvalsbasis om ibiza te ontdekken.

Fijn hotel, ruime hotelkamer, schoon , bed wat te hard maar is opgelost met soort topper erop. lekker eten, goede service en overal lekker dichtbij, auto gratis parkeren op groot parkeerterrein vlakbij. Meestal 1 of 2 plekjes vrij als je even paar minuten wacht

Prima hotel maar er valt weinig te beleven. Oersaai aan het zwembad, gemiddelde leeftijd 70+. Als je ouder bent, alleen maar rust wilt en verder niks is het helemaal Oke. Wij vonden het te doods. Ontbijt was prima maar helaas veel te weinig mogelijkheden om buiten te eten. Erg weinig tafeltjes. Binnen vaak in de rij voor het ontbijt voordat er plek was. Te weinig Capaciteit voor het aantal gasten. Personeel superaardig.

L’hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre de santa Eulalia Les chambres sont propres mais un peu datées Le personnel est attentif La nourriture a été le gros point noir du séjour. Vraiment pas à notre goût (ni le petit déjeuner ni le buffet dîner).

Lovely Hotel. Location was central to the Marina, shopping area. Food was lovely, plenty to choose from. All the Hotel areas were very clean. Room was spacious & clean. Kettle was in our room as well as an assortment of tea bags, coffee & milk, as well as a fridge, which was great. Lovely pool area. Didn't stay in for the evening entertainment as I'm a smoker & there is no smoking outside the sitting area or around the pool. Can smoke on your balcony. Staff were great, nothing was a bother for them.

Goede ligging vlak bij de haven en de boulevard. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet,het enige waar je rekening mee moet houden dat als je een auto huurt je deze niet bij het hotel kan parkeren er zijn maar 4 gratis parkeerplaatsen voor het hotel. Er zijn wel nog 2 openbare parkeerplaatsen in de buurt maar die zijn heel vaak vol en niet in goede staat je moet dus wel een beetje geluk hebben om je auto ergens kwijt te kunnen.

Tout le personnel est très agréable, souriant et vraiment très serviable. Un grand bravo aux serveuses de salle du restaurant qui sont très actives et font tout pour vous donner satisfaction, idem pour les cuisiniers et les femmes de chambre. Au top

Quiero hacer una mención especial a la atención y el exquisito trato que hemos recibido por parte de todo el personal del hotel. Están siempre atentos a tus necesidades y a que no te falte de nada. Incluso te recomiendan sitios poco conocidos de la isla para visitar y planes diferentes a las tan típicas discotecas de la isla. El desayuno y la comida del buffet es muy variada (podrás encontrar desde bollería, fiambre, quesos, dulce, ensaladas, carne, pescado, etc) y de muy buena calidad. La ubicación es sensacional pues estás a dos minutos del puerto de santa eulalia y a escasos metros del hotel hay un parking público gratuito donde aparcar el coche. Desde madrid , mandamos un beso muy fuerte a Pati y sus chicas que nos han tratado con sumo cariño todos los días en el comedor : )

Purtroppo a parte il cibo non ho avuto una buona esperienza!!! Problemi con la chiave (tessera) per entrare in camera, e pulizia sotto la media!!! Mi hanno dovuto anche cambiare la camera per condizionatore e frigo bar non funzionanti!!! Prezzi alti per il bere durante la cena !!! Prezzi ancora più alti per qualsiasi cosa presa al di fuori della cena !!! Purtroppo,io , non ci tornerò, neanche qualora mi regalassero una settimana di soggiorno

Great location, close to the beach and all bars and restaurants. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast caters for every taste. Very clean and organised and is served until 10.30 which is helpful when you're just on a chilled holiday. No need to set the alarm. Bar staff attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Pour venir régulièrement à Ibiza et résider dans des hôtels 3 ou 4 étoiles, celui-ci n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles à part sa situation géographique. Pour le reste, accueil laissant à désirer, petit déjeuner avec produits bas de gamme (jus de fruits chimiques, confitures et viennoiseries sans saveur....), chambre vétuste et propreté à revoir (coulures sur portes, tartre noir sur pommeau de douche... Personnel qui refait la chambre tous les 2 jours au mieux !) Hôtel très vieillissant dans son ensemble. En conclusion, à éviter...il y a beaucoup mieux en 4 étoiles sur Santa Eulalia

Prima hotel met schone kamers. Badjassen en sloffen gratis beschikbaar. Bedden worden elke dag verschoond. Balkon aan de zeezijde maar helaas geen uitzicht op zee omdat er nog een hotel staat tussen het Cala hotel en het strand. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en ook 's avonds voor een mooie prijs keuze uit een uitgebreid buffet. Het hotel regelt gratis een parkeervergunning voor de deur voor je huurauto.

Un descontrol absoluto.Cuando hicimos la reserva hace ya dos Meses, la hicimos con cama de matrimonio y cuando nos entregan la habitación tiene dos camas. Y el primer día que nos vamos a la playa al volver no han hecho la habitación y estamos pagando 210€ la noche!!!

Lekker hotel dicht bij het strand en haven. Wij kregen een gratis upgrade van het hotel! Top. Mooie schone kamers. Buitenkant van het hotel doet anders vermoeden. Klein maar prima zwembad. Zeker in het voor en of na seizoen een aanrader. Ps wel veel ouderen hier.

Superbe hôtel situé en plein centre, à proximité du port. Le personnel (surtout Tom) est très attentionné et prêt à vous aider en toute situation. Une magnifique piscine et une chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le restaurant propose une variété de plats délicieux pour tous les goûts, sans oublier les desserts, probablement plus de 20 sortes. Je reviendrai certainement une fois de plus.

This was a nice hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the marina and bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed B&B. The food was nice in the mornings and the food during the day looked good too.

Queridisimos amigos, indicaros que el hotel está correcto, comida buena, habitación normal, para mi gusto un poco molesto el rayo de luz (que te da en toda la cara) debido a que solo hay una cortina y entra demasiada claridad. Tuvimos un pequeño y molesto problema en el restaurante, debido a que teníamos una pulserita que nos entraba la bebida, se me ocurrió pedir una alhambra..una camarera me dijo que si entraba, otra que no.... En fin que no se aclaraban.. Una camarera muy desagradable me dijo que si tenía dudas me acompañaba a hablar con el encargado, me levante de la mesa y la dije que ok, y me respondió que fuera yo sola que ella ya se lo había preguntado...también le comenté que su compañera me había dicho que la Alhambra si entraba (y la misma camarera) me volvió a decir que fuera yo ha hablar con ella..(yo estaba cenando a todo esto sin bebida) Lo suyo hubiera sido que se hubieran acercado a mi mesa y me lo hubieran aclarado. Comentar que no quiero dejar nombres.. Pero me parece de una falta de educacion y trato a los clientes que deberían tenerlo en cuenta. Todavía estoy esperando la disculpa correspondiente.

El hotel está bien ubicado. Pero el servicio de habitaciones muy mal.A las cuatro de la tarde la habitación sin hacer dejándola libre a las ocho de la mañana. El buffet muy malo.Siempre lo mismo para desayunar y cenar.Lo mejor que está cerquita de la playa y es tranquilo.

Este Hotel está muito bem localizado, fica a cerca de 100 metros da Marina de Santa Eulalia. Os quartos são bons. A comida é boa, mas deveria ter mais variedade. Tenho a destacar um ponto desfavorável ,que é as bebidas ao jantar terem que ser pagas.

Tenemos 1 semana de estancia y hemos encontrado la nevera rota desde el primer día y no nos la cambiaron. Estuvimos en el hotel por trabajo no por placer y la nevera era muy necesaria necesaria… solo dan una toalla para secarse. El desayuno lo dan a las 7 si avisas en Recepcion, de lo contrario no te dejan entrar hasta las 8. Desayunos bien. Habitación limpia

We flew in from New York and as soon as we got in the lobby there was something off. Lots of rowdy elderly drunk guests. We went to go check in and after an hour we get out key to the tiniest most cramped 1 bed hotel room I’ve ever seen for the price. 0/10 would NOT recommend. If you go on booking .com I do highly recommend Casa De Luis Apartments. It was an ENTIRE apartment for less than the cost of that tiny little box. Also casa de Luis is right over by Invisa

Jacob, all at the reception area, Tom, Luis, Barabara y Anna - "Thank-you" - to all in The Restaurant Manager ( lovely sun risa) The Ladies Franchesca, Gero, Angie y Aida x - "Thank-you" - I have never seen a Cheese Wheel before in a restaurant, the best Pork Crackling - ever - "crunchy, crunchy", I/we are coming back, same suite 117 - but, but I will never ever fly back into Bristol Airport.

La mejor elección en Ibiza

Goed gelegen hotel met prima ontbijt (enkel de koffie uit de thermoskannen niet lekker). Kamers niet groot maar compleet, wel heel harde bedden (gevraagd om topmatras maar deze was amper 1,5 cm dus nog 2 grote dekens tripel gevouwen onder het laken zelf gestoken). In de buurt veel restaurantjes. Gezellige haven met watertaxi vanaf mei tot oktober. Ook busstation in omgeving dus ideaal voor uitstappen.

Prachtig hotel. Superaardig personeel. Geweldig ontbijtbuffet. We kozen met opzet voor een hotel voor 'volwassenen' (zonder krijsende kinderen). Dat betekende wel, zo bleek, dat de gemiddelde leeftijd vrij hoog is...

El hotel es 3 estrellas, pero yo le daría 5. Está en una cala maravillosa y detrás un bosque frondoso. La habitación limpia y muy tranquilo el lugar. El servicio del restaurante es excelente, la comida variada con plancha de pescado y carne; verduras, frutas, incluso los postres estaban deliciosos. El personal muy amable y el ambiente familiar. Los espectáculos eran entretenidos pero podrían hablar también en español porque todo lo decían en inglés. En resumen me lo pasé muy bien 👍

Buen hotel, magnífica ubicación, buena limpieza. El problema es el almuerzo y la cena, los segundos platos dejan mucho que desear.

Tanto la atención recibida por el equipo de recepción, como del resto de empleados del servicio de habitaciones , del comedor y bar ha sido impecable. Su profesionalidad ha hecho que la estancia haya sido inmejorable. Muy buena ubicación . La habitación ha cumplido en todo momento nuestras expectativas. Sin ruidos

Estuve en este hotel desde el 2/4/23 hasta 9/4/23 y mi estancia en él fue muy buena, destacando la profesionalidad, atención y trato de se equipo humano, desde recepción, comedor, bar, personal limpieza de habitaciones y animador todos ellos atentos y amables a las necesidades de los usuarios, en mi caso me sentí tratado muy bien, muchas gracias a todos. La comida buffet aceptable, las habitaciones amplias y funcionales con todos los servicios necesitados, muy bien situado y a poca distancia de los puntos de interés de Santa Eulalia, en definitiva gracias por la estancia.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena. No tiene buenas vistas pero es tranquilo y se come bien. Sólo mejoraría el café.

Realmente es un hotel de lujo., todo impecable., excelente atención por parte del personal .,cada uno en su lugar de trabajo ., muy buen servicio de comida y muy buena atención en el comedor Pero lo que más me llamó la atención fué el chico que está de animador. Es realmente un encanto y nunca vi a nadie que trabajara de ese modo para entretener a los clientes del hotel. Mil felicitaciones .!!!

El personal de todos los servicios súper atentos, especialmente el de recepción y comedor, a pesar de que éramos muchos clientes del Imserso. Tremenda profesionalidad. Trato excelente del personal de comedor Habitaciones amplias y bien distribuidas. La ubicación del hotel supercentrica, en el centro de Santa Eulalia. Las comidas adecuadas y variadas. Primera vez que viajaba con el Imserso. Estupendo. Muy aconsejable.

El concerge Vicenç molt amable. El menjar ben fet, pero poc variat, molt repetit cada dia.

El hotel necesita reformas urgentes. Necesita que vigilen el parking para evitar el abuso de algunos clientes de gastar 2 plazas para alquilar un coche. El personal de 10, tanto en comedor como en la recepción. La comida muy inadecuada y muy regulin. Podían dar mejor de comer con platos más sencillos

Buen hotel en buena situación, buena y variada comida, dentro de lo que se puede esperar para el IMSERSO, personal eficiente y amable desde recepción a cafetería, mención especial a las mujeres que atienden el comedor, trabajadoras, simpáticas, agradables, rápidas y atentas, siempre con una sonrisa que se agradece mucho en un sitio en que hay muchas personas en un momento y ellas lo saben solucionar, también el servicio de habitaciones es cumplidor y muy eficiente, nos hemos traído un muy buen recuerdo de nuestra estancia en el hotel y de las personas con las que tratamos

Lo único y gran fallo sin calefacción fatal

Hotel bien ubicado, comida buena, trato estupendo y una mención especial para el animador ( Alexandro), es un tipo cercano, entrometido, simpático y todos los calificativos que se le quieran decir. Felicidades. Nos volverenos a ver.

La habitación limpia y amplia. Para mi personalmente la bañera un poco incómoda pues los que vamos por Imserso tenemos alguna dificultad. La comida bien. La animación un 10. Es un buen hotel solamente tengo que comentar un par de cosas que no me han gustado mucho, el ascensor de un lado donde solamente hay uno es muy lento y tarda bastante en cogerse y por otro lado tampoco me han gustado las colas que se forman en el comedor, tanto en desayuno, como almuerzo y cena, aunque el personal hace todo lo posible para que vaya todo más rápido

El hotel está muy bien situado. la habitación está bien, tiene una pequeña terraza y el armario muchas perchas que vienen muy estupendamente. Es una pena que el SPA este cerrado, (mes de febrero).

Limpio, y acogedor pero poco adaptados para clientes de la 3ªedad, meterse en la ducha puede ser un deporte de riesgo, muchas escaleras y ascensor muy lento, claramente insuficiente para una ocupación media. Se desayuna regular si te gusta el dulce. Pero se come genial.

La comida está bien echa, pero muy poca variedad, los postres muy limitados.

Ubicación excelente. Trato del personal muy cordial y atentos todos . Tanto los de recepción como los de limpieza y el comedor . Y el animador Alejandro mejor es imposible . Muy dado con todos. Explica todo muy bien y anima a salir al baile aunque no tengas ganas. Chapo por el .

Me encantó el hotel no lo pensaba, ya que era el primer viaje del inserso y no creía que nos llevarán a buenos hoteles..me encanto la limpieza, las habitaciones y el bufet, el animador ( chocolate) era súper por las noches nos lo pasábamos muy bien con él..

Las habitaciones muy amplias, NO ME GUSTÓ es que si querías descansar después de la comida aún no te habían echo las habitación, se oía mucho ruido de las chicas que estaban limpiando las otras habitaciones y claro cuando te levantabas ya no te hacían la limpieza. Comida muy repetitiva, si sobrava pescado, por la noche te lo ponían en ensalada!!!...

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con todo tipo de servicios, habitaciones con jacuzzi, minibar y secador de pelo, personal muy atento y profesional. En la parte negativa, el buffet, repetitivo y con demasiado reciclaje, y la animación, la mås extraña que he visto en mi vida . El Ayuntamiento proporciona tarjetas de transporte gratis a los turistas. Un puntazo. Y el pueblo es. Precioso y está vivo y con todo tipo de servicios. Visita totalmente aconsejable.

He estado en un viaje del INSERSO. La comida ha sido muy repetitiva aunque la cantidad ha sido abundante.

El hotel en general está bien. Situación, Personal, Instalaciones, Actividades, etc. Pensé en poner 2 estrellas porque la comida tiene muchísimo que mejorar (Elaboraciones, Variedad, Aspecto), pero prima una persona que merece las 5 estrellas. Un beso Franchesca.

Gemoedelijke sfeer, heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Schone en ruime kamer met goed bed. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. De locatie is ook perfect, op loopafstand van de haven, boulevard en strand. Wij parkeerden op een gratis parkeerterrein vlakbij het hotel en konden zo met de auto de rest van het eiland ontdekken. Zwembad hebben we zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt, we zaten elke dag bij een andere baai, maar ook dit zag er goed uit! Wij hadden vanaf het balkon uitzicht op de straat en de haven en zee.

Prima hotel, meedenkend een aardig personeel. Handig is de handdoekenservice, iedere dag een schone handdoek mee naar het strand/zwembad. Locatie is prima, dichtbij het strand en restaurantjes. Genoeg keuze bij het ontbijt en lekkere bedden.

La verdad que está céntrico es amplio tanto comedor salones y habitaciones y el servicio bastante bueno y muy amables y predispuestos. La habitaciones con agua para el viajero y con servicio de ducha y baño. Muy recomendable.

Nice hotel in middle of everything so really good for a break and visiting local restaurants and bars. Room (suite) was very good but limited view from balcony and located close to lift which was a little noisy. Probably could have moved if we had asked as service is excellent but it wasnt too much of a problem so we didnt bother. We had half board and the food was sometimes cold and a bit samey but we used more as an evening snack than a dinner. Pool was in shade for most of day but as this is October it may be better in the summer when the sun is higher in the sky.

Es de los mejores hoteles de Ibiza

Estuvimos una semana y todo estuvo perfecto. Me impactó al entrar al hotel el maravilloso y suave aroma que envolvía los salones, Aires de Ibiza que vuelven conmigo en mi maleta. Continuando por el maravilloso trato de todo el personal de recepción, los del comedor en especial al ser con los que más trato tienes, Chocolate ( el animador), guías, camareras de piso,... El trato inmejorable y siempre con una sonrisa en sus caras. Mi agradecimiento a todos por contribuir a hacer nuestra estancia más agradable

Lovely clean hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. In need of an update in the bathroom' s not good climbing into bath to shower and shower door doesn't move !!!!

Gratamente sorprendente personal atento y amable. Por poner alguna pega es la pica del lavabo por estar prácticamente pegada al water, posibilidad de darte en la cabeza y el mismo water la tapa de apoyarse se movía cuidado con los pellizcos . En la planta 3a estuve. Por lo demás genial buffet al desayunar estupendísimo super variado y con gran variedad de dulce salado panes y bolleria. Ah y como superdato el parking del hotel es en la misma acera suerte tuvimos de aparcar al ladito mismo , aunque algo más.despegado del hotel había parkings gratuitos.

Wonderful

Very good hotel. Clean, friendly people, good beds and service. Breakfast is perfect and extensive. For exploring the island, Eularia is a perfect location but also for a day shopping, beach and diner in the evening. The hotel is very close to the (mid)center of Eularia, harbour, boulevard and beach.
