Hotel Riomar, Ibiza, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We stayed in a standard double with large balcony. The rooms were beautiful, the only thing that we would have appreciated was more storage space for clothing. The hotel is beautiful, always immaculately clean, with very friendly and attentive staff. The sea view and location is perfect, very peaceful and only a few minutes walk to other amenities. The lunch and dinner food was the best we had all week. Highly recommend the Poke Bowl’s.

We had an amazing experience! The food quality exceeded our expectations, fresh and delicious. What made it even better was the easy access to the beach. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy every moment.

Just returned from this amazing hotel. If your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday where you feel spoilt then this is for you. What makes this hotel special is the staff. Nothing is too much for them. They are always polite and cheerful. I would like to name them all personally because to choose just a few would be inaccurate. They are highly trained and a credit to the hotel. Yes the rooms are not huge but clean and modern and have everything you need. The bathroom is also small but very modern with a lovely shower. There was plenty of space for our clothes and we stayed for 11 days. Once unpacked you can leave your cases in a locked room in the reception area but we didn't find it necessary. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There are boat trips to Ibiza town or a bus station nearby. From the moment we were greated at the entrance until the day we left we were made to feel special. Miss all you guys so much and will be back. Diane and Peter.

Maravilhoso, já nos hospedamos 2 anos seguidos no Hotel e segue sendo um dos nossos favoritos em Ibiza. Bonito, reformado, quarto muito bom principalmente de frente para o mar, praia ótima, acesso fácil, bem localizado, atendimento excelente! Concierge, indicações ótimos também. Recomendo!

Well, what can we say that already hasn’t been written about this fantastic Hotel, we have had the most fantastic time at the Riomar hotel, |The hotel is situated right on the beach front ✅|The rooms are modern with all the amenities you would expect ( we had a 4 th floor Mountain View deluxe room 421 ) |Hats off to the cleaning staff , immaculately turned out every day we returned from our day out 10/10 ✅|The breakfast was wonderful everything you could want, with a morning view to die for ✅||Theirs the added bonus of really comfortable free beach loungers to the beach front and pool side ( we didn’t have a problem finding a bed , loads everywhere)✅||But to echo what many have said , The staff at this hotel are just fantastic, every single one of them just can’t do enough for you to make sure you have a great holiday ✅✅||Very small negatives my wife said the hanging space in the open wardrobe was a bit small ( but she does take a lot of clothes with her on holiday 😉🤭)|And I thought the water pressure on our rain shower was poor ||But trust me folks , if your looking for a really good Hotel in Santa Euralia The RIOMAR is the one for you

Just back from a week at this wonderful hotel. We've stayed in Santa Eulalia many times before and this was by far the very best. The staff are very efficient, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Our room was perfectly situated and the views lovely. Six foot bed was great. We'll be back 🧡

Hotel Riomar is a beautiful hotel with tremendous service. From start to finish, my wife and I have had a blast enjoying the hotel grounds and bustling surrounding restaurants and attractions. 10/10 recommend to all travelers looking to enjoy Ibiza!

This hotel was recommended by a friend and It did not disappoint. |Friendly attentive staff, very clean surroundings and a good selection of foods for breakfast. |The pool area was great along with the beach access too. |Rooms were clean and well equipped, although hanging space is limited. |So good we have booked for next year too.

From start to finish the hotel and staff were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly, don't think we met any member of staff that wasn't happy, friendly and happy to help. Hotel is very laid back with plenty beds and free towels, bed are monitored and towels removed if you are away too long which is very good to see.Designated area with drinks and food service on the beach as well as the pool. Think all staff have ear pieces, this clearly works as everything is seamless. Paid extra for a room with a sea view, looking to book for next year but think that because the hotel overall is brilliant it wouldn't bother me where we had a room. Rooms were spotless and cleaned and had fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was great, any other food we had or seen in the hotel was fab. Our departure was before breakfast was open but we got to go in and have it without rushing, very considerate. Resort was beautiful and we are definitely coming back here, don't think we'll stay anywhere else when returning!

Wat een fantastisch hotel! Vanaf het moment dat wij hier binnenstapte werden wij zeer gastvrij ontvangen en voelde wij ons direct thuis. Onze koffers werden in ontvangst genomen en ondanks dat onze reservering niet te vinden was in het systeem, werden wij gerust gesteld en konden wij gelijk aanschuiven voor het ontbijt. Het ontbijt is geweldig! Bij binnenkomst wordt je wederom zeer gastvrij ontvangen door het waanzinnige team en kan je direct alle soorten koffie bestellen die je wilt. Er is ruime keus, van verschillende soorten yoghurt, fruit, toppings, zoetigheden en elke ochtend hebben wij een lekker omeletje laten maken. Zo wil je elke ochtend wel beginnen! De gym is klein, kleiner dan op de foto maar je kan er wel alles doen mits je niet met teveel mensen bent. Het uitzicht is prachtig en dit is het eerste wat je ziet bij binnenkomst. De kamers zijn schoon, praktisch ingericht, het bed ligt heerlijk en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De service bij het strand en zwembad is ook geweldig. Je handdoeken worden aangereikt en er loopt continue iemand in de rondte waar je food & drinks kan bestellen. Super service! Wij hebben meerdere malen gegeten bij het hotel (lunch, lunch op het stand en diner) en ook dit was ontzettend goed! De Sangria met Cava hier is de lekkerste die wij ooit gedronken hebben! Het hotel en de ligging is prachtig maar de mensen die hier werken maken het onvergetelijk! Ontzettend bedankt voor alles en wij komen zeker terug!

Bit of a dissapointment. Instagram VS reallity. Found the beacharea a bit dirty, not luxurious at all. €80 per person for a daypass is not worth it. Parking at the street and area is horrible.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Riomar, Santa Eulalia, and are already planning to return next year.|As someone in hospitality, I really appreciated the genuine warmth and professionalism from the team — it created a truly welcoming atmosphere. |The private beach with complimentary loungers and full food/drink service was a standout, and the pool area with free Balinese beds was equally relaxing.||We stayed on half board, which included a small à la carte dinner menu — every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was excellent too, especially enjoyed with those stunning sea views.|Our room was spotless, great aircon and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping to a high standard. Smart TV options and a mini fridge (partially usable) were nice touches.|The location is perfect — right on the seafront promenade and close to restaurants, a riverside walk, and a handy shop for essentials.||All in all, Hotel Riomar embodies the kind of hospitality that feels intentional, welcoming, and genuinely restorative. Whether you work in the industry or are simply someone who values great service, this hotel gets it right on every level.||Looking forward on returning next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Riomar, Santa Eulalia and will definitely be back again next year. ||From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which set the tone for the whole trip. The hotel’s private beach is a real highlight – complimentary sun loungers with drinks and food service delivered right to your lounger make it incredibly relaxing. The pool area is just as good, with sunbeds usually free, and the Balinese beds are a lovely touch (and cost no extra). ||We went half board (I think only a small amount of tour operators/travel agents provide this) which included a small à la carte menu for dinner – the food was consistently delicious. Breakfast was also delicious - a great selection, especially enjoyed outside with stunning sea views and you also have the option in eat indoors which also has a lovely panoramic sea view. Just such a relaxing atmosphere. ||Our room was spotless, with good air conditioning, a large TV that allowed casting with certain apps (like Netflix), and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Room cleaned / made up every day to a high standard. There is a mini fridge stocked with chargeable drinks but you can just about fit a few small bottles of water in the back if you're very careful! ||The location is excellent – right on the seafront promenade, making it an easy, short walk to bars and restaurants. Just around the corner is a lovely short riverside walk along the only river in the Balearic Islands. There’s also a small shop just up the road for basics like water and snacks, which was very convenient. ||For exploring further, the bus station (group of bus stops) is only a 10–15 minute walk away, with short bus journeys to Es Canar, Ibiza Town, and beyond. We’d also recommend trying the Word of Mouth bar around the corner from the hotel – great mezcal cocktails and tasty food! ||Overall, Hotel Riomar delivers on all fronts: friendly staff, excellent food, superb facilities, and an unbeatable location. Thank you for a wonderful stay Riomar! Already looking forward to our next visit!

My husband and I had our family and friends stay at Hotel Riomar during our wedding weekend in Ibiza. The hotel was absolutely wonderful, had incredible service, and had multiple special surprises that made our wedding weekend feel so magical. I would highly recommend staying here for great service and food, beautiful views, and a highly enjoyable hotel experience.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder am Strand, überall wurden wir herzlich empfangen und bestens betreut.||Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Auch die Zimmer sind makellos und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.||Der Privatstrand ist ein echtes Highlight: super sauber, immer ausreichend freie Liegen vorhanden und der Service dort ist genauso herzlich und aufmerksam wie in der gesamten Hotelanlage.||Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die tollen Live-Events, die fast täglich stattfinden und für eine großartige Stimmung sorgen.|Wir waren nun schon das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel und wollen für das nächste Jahr definitiv wieder buchen – das spricht wohl für sich!||Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Riomar , it was perfect in all areas and |Staff were amazing very friendly couldn't do enough for us felt like friends .|Rooms were lovely ,extremely clean modern and the beds were so so comfy.|Breakfast excellent ,many choices all very fresh .|Hotel is perfect location as it has it's own private sandy beach and the hotel pool area was super clean and the sunbeds were oh so comfy and the life guard was super attentive with moving the umbrellas if you so wished , added bonus was that we were offered mini frozen sorbet drinks at the poolside which was a lovely surprise. |All in all we had the best stay ever and will be returning .|Thank you for a wonderful holiday ,please send a massive thank you to your excellent staff they are a credit to the hotel.

Had a great time at Riomar in what was our 4th visit to this hotel in as many years.|I'm happy to say that standards have remained consistently high, with very few changes.|Most of the staff remain from my previous stays and they were as welcoming as ever, they include Oscar B, Marco and the ever helpful Nieves.||I have reviewed the hotel before so wont say much other than, the beach area with the sun beds has decreased. There was a perimeter probably enforced by the local council, as Beach space is prime space here. In the evening you will see a number of Volleyball matches at the beach, which is a great watch to see people playing.||The issue with the decreased space is that you are a lot closer to other Guests, which is only uncomfortable if they are loud, or in our case, if they're smokers.|Smoking - The public beach declares a No Smoking policy which I fully endorse, there were a number of smokers in the beach area at Riomar, which was often frustrating.||There are other beaches a bus/boat ride away if you wish to explore in Es Canar, and I recommend those for sure.|Had a great time, would definitely revisit.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Bucht von Santa Eulalia. Super Service. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank Ary und Georgi! Zimmer sind etwas klein. Das tolle Frühstück und der Service machen das aber mehr als wett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maravillosa propiedad. Gran descubrimiento. Uno de los mejores hoteles de Ibiza en una zona tranquila fuera del caos turístico de la isla. Tiene playa a pie del hotel con todos los servicios. Un privilegio difícil de encontrar. El equipo humano es fantástico, te mima y cuida del mínimo detalle para garantizar tu bienestar. Un 10. Felicidades a los que lo hacen posible!

Had a decent experience here this week. I had a couple of days work break from Madrid and popped over. Hotel is in a great and quiet location. It’s more family friendly and caters more to a relaxed crowd. Hotel is right on the beach, paid for room w beach views which was amazing. Sun rises directly in that side of the building and it gets very warm in the rooms. The rooms were slightly small. Newly renovated and had all the basics. I would not label this as a “luxury” property but it was cutely done. The beach walk right outside was fabulous. It has a small gym with basics. The breakfast buffet was very cute and had great selection and great views on the water. I found the staff to be inconsistent. Some were super friendly and helpful and others felt bothered to try to be nice or help. They wouldn’t confirm a late check out for me until the morning of my departure- and I have high Marriott status and Amex platinum both of which give late checkouts. All my years of Marriott and this was first time this actually happened to me which makes it difficult to plan for your day. On my first night I arrived 10pm and ordered room service (closes at 11pm). Around 1145 my food still has not arrived so I called and they had forgotten my order. They apologized and comped the meal - but I was so exhausted I didn’t really get to eat much of it. I also tried to mail postcards. Usually you can just drop them at the desk with stamps on them and they send them out with the hotel mail - not at this hotel. They made me go all the way down 10-15 mins to drop them at a mail center which ended up not accepting mail. lol it honestly wasn’t a big deal - but when you travel a lot in general or for work you notice these types of service experiences. Overall it was a fine experience and I’m glad I went.

Pleasant stay we had😍 Everything was great, from the room cleanness, the view, the service, the food at the restaurent to the beach! The staff in every corner were friendly, professional & and helpful. The location was excellent, a 7 min walk to the port.

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Riomar. What a superb hotel! The staff deserve a special mention. Each and everyone were so friendly and attentive. Never had better service - anywhere! The location was fantastic, the cleanliness impeccable. The beach and pool second to none. I have a feeling we will be back!

Perfectly located in Santa Eulària, with direct access to both the beach and the swimming pools. Food and drinks are available on both sides, making it very convenient. Although it’s officially a 4 stars hotel, the service truly feels like 5 stars. Breakfast is excellente, eggs cooked to order, an amazing buffet, and real cappuccinos (with dairy or végétal milk), not those machine-made ones you often get elsewhere. The food is good truffle pasta, tuna tataki, Caesar salad, salmon poke, hamburgers, fresh green salads. But what makes the difference is the impeccable service. From the concierge and front desk to the waiters and housekeeping team, everyone is always smiling, polite, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. I stayed for over 10 days and couldn’t be happier. Truly a great experience. Well done to the whole team.

Hotel tres satisfaisant Plage avec sunbeds Service au top Décoration soignée et sobre. Très facile de bouger dans l'île depuis l hôtel pour découvrir d'autres plages ou restaurants du soir

Very small hotel rooms and very disappointing vs the price of the hotel room in regard to the size and the views. They claim it’s a Mountain View’s and you partially see the mountain and it’s primarily the city and they try to give you a good price on prepayment and then you are locked. The above feedback will remain the same although I know that they can’t do anything with the room size and views at the. Current situation yet I still believe room amenities can be further enhanced to give them an edge and but I have to stay the staff are amazing across all prosperity and super friendly and you feel it’s like a family. Although had a bad experience with one of the staff once I checked in yet honestly she made it up by getting me something out of her way to make me happy and managed my late check-out which I really appreciate it from her side. Her name is Chaira. Rest of the reception , converge Marco and another lady, Bellboy, house keeping and resturant staff and others and beach all wonderful. Best of luck!

Zeker de moeite waard! Hotel netjes, personeel zeer getraind goed ! Ontbijt heerlijk. Zonbedden op het strand en bij de pool pluspunt. Ligging perfect. Enige minpunt maar niet te wijten aan het hotel, is het zeewater, vies, troebel en niet de moeite waard om in te zwemmen. Gewoon even 5 min verderop en het kristalhelder.

Sehr freundlicher Service und Check-in, Hotelzimmer wie beschrieben, Kosmetikartikel (Shampoo, Spülung, Duschzeug und Bodylotion) vorhanden und sehr gut, Premium - Frühstück mit wunderschönen Meerblick, verschiedene Bars vorhanden und toller Service, am Pool und am Strand sind Handtücher vorhanden und Service (Essen und Getränke) und nach 30 Minuten wird der Platz geräumt, sodass keiner Liegen reservieren kann. 3-5 Min fussläufig befinden sich viele Bars und Restaurants mit sehr angenehmen Publikum, eher Familien und sehr ruhig! Insgesamt ein 10/10 Ort und Hotel - absolut empfehlenswert.

Goed hotel op een hele fijne plek aan het strand en aan een leuke boulevard. Verzorgde kamers en goed ontbijt. Het personeel maakt het echte verschil. Heel betrokken en behulpzaam, doen alles om je verblijf tot een feest te maken. Na twee keer, hopen we ook weer een derde keer te komen.

This was our second time at the hotel and we had an unbelievably great time again. First of all, we would like to emphasize the incredibly friendly staff. In my opinion, this is what makes the Riomar so special and it is not a matter of course to have such a great team. We would especially like to thank Nieves for the daily talks at breakfast and the great tips about Ibiza. To Andrea for the warm reunion. To the concierge team around Marta and Marco. Also to all the others (whose names I unfortunately don’t know) such as the breakfast and dinner team. Gracias/Graciès ☺️!

Definitiv 5 von 5 Sternen. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und hervorragend gepflegt. Kein Massenbetrieb. Service und Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und verbreiten gute Laune. Am besten gefallen hat mir die Liebe zum Detail an vielen Stellen, z.B. gekühlte Handtücher und frisches Obst im Fitnessraum oder die sofortige Reinigung auch kleinerer Verunreinigungen. Passt einfach alles.

One of the best hotel in ibiza. Very good services for a 4 star and the price. The staff is super friendly. Good food, nice pool & beach. Baby friendly. Seaview room is a must. Amenities are new, overall the hotel is closer to a 5 star than an average 4s.

Great hotel, friendly staff, a short cab ride away from the clubs. Gorgeously updated resort. Food was great. Loved their breakfast spread and the hotel restaurant’s menu was delicious as well. Would recommend the truffle pasta.

Lovely hotel. The staff were brilliant, the room was relaxing and very comfortable. Great location with nice spacious loungers on the beach. Or main citicism was the price of the drinks/food. It was 9 euros for a beer and this was far greater than anywhere else we visited on holiday. In nearby restaurants beer was usually around 5 euros Although a very lovely and upmarket hotel we felt that with a high nightly rate more consideration of costs for guests should be considered.

Hotel pulito e ben tenuto, servizi comuni buoni, discreta la zona piscina.|Molto rilassante la zona bar e colazione.|Stanze funzionali e moderne.|Quello che fa la differenza con un altro 4 stelle è la gentilezza, la disponibilità’ e il sorriso di tutti in ogni momento.|Buono il cibo, spiaggia godibilissima.|Buon punto tranquillo per visitare l’isola che merita davvero.

Nous avons adoré ce Super hôtel avec un emplacement parfait au bord de mer et une jolie plage privée. Le service est digne d’un cinq étoiles et le personnel a l’écoute et adorable avec les enfants. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais propres et bien entretenues.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt am Meer und nah zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und die Aussicht wunderbar.|Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön. Plätze sind immer genügend vorhanden. Kein Gedränge bei den Liegen! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr gut. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful hotel ! Really enjoyable stay . Pool service and even beach service is available to your lounger . Breakfast each day was great and the staff were really friendly . Only down fall is I booked a street view and these rooms are alot smaller the sea view rooms . I would pay the different for sea view next time. Will definitely be back ☺️

Tuvimos un day pass y fue una experiencia maravillosa. En todo momento estuvimos muy bien atendidos, en especial por sus trabajadores Santiago (en el área de playa) y David. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomendaría.

Estuve con una de mis hijas del 13 al 16 de junio. Una habitación premium vista mar. Una maravilla. El hotel es súper acogedor, la habitación preciosa y muy confortable y práctica, estupenda cama, perfecta iluminación, cuarto de baño estupendo y precioso. Mobiliario precioso y de calidad. Todo cuidadísmo y al detalle (tanto habitaciones como zonas comunes como los exteriores). Amenities del baño buenos y con un olor estupendo. La localización inmejorable (en la misma playa y con piscina preciosa). El Pool Club y el Beach Club con unas hamacas preciosas y maravillosas. El servicio de lujo total, todos simpatiquísimos y ágiles y encantadores. Socorrista en la piscina encantadora. Franco y Sofi (camareros de piscina y playa) son encantadores y super profesionales. Oscar en recepción encantador y Marta (concierge) un amor. Lo recomiendo todo muchísimo. El desayuno buffet estupendo y el servicio de comida en piscina y playa una maravilla. Es caro (una coca-cola 4,50, un agua el mismo precio), una ensalada César o un poke son 24 € y un sandwich Club no sé si eran 18 €... todo a precio de millón para españoles (los extranjeros lo pagan con más gusto que nosotros, creo) pero merece tanto la pena que lo pagaría una y mil veces. Todos eran extranjeros menos nosotras (ingleses, franceses, alemanes). Ambiente muy respetuoso y familiar (nada de la Ibiza de copas ni nocturna). El pueblo es una monada y estupendo salir a cenar por la noche, alguna tiendita mona, supermercados... Lo recomiendo 100%

This hotel is just perfect! We have been to Ibiza a few times and our stay here has been by far the best! Marta at concierge is super helpful and friendly, such a joy to speak to 😊 she took her time guiding us to places we needed to see in the area and beyond. The staff at reception, restaurant, bars and housekeeping are all so friendly given their difficult jobs at all times of the day are always there with a smile on their face. The property is kept clean and presentable at all times. Rooms are a good size and have everything you will need. Breakfast is spot on just what you need after a restful night in or a wild night out, caters to every palate and need. The pool area is wonderful, beach beds also super comfy. You can order food and drinks at both areas The location of the property is perfect, it's a short walk away from the town and all amenities within reach. You don't get the noisy crowd here which is just perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet Will definitely be returning here, can't wait already. Naast de locatie aan de zee, in een leuke stad, is vooral het hotel zelf fantastisch. Alles super verzorgd : netheid van de kamer, verzorgd ontbijt, en vooral de fijne medewerkers! Top, reeds 5x bezocht. In augustus zijn we er weer met het gezin !

El hotel está muy bien decorado y sirve buena comida pero lo mejor de todo y con diferencia es su equipo humano, desde la recepción con Georgi, Paula, Marco o Ary, hasta el servicio de piscina con Sofía o Camila, el servicio de desayuno con Neus y muchos otros nombres que desgraciadamente no recuerdo, son lo mejor del hotel. Volveremos con seguridad ya que nos llevamos una muy agradable sorpresa con todo lo que envuelve este lugar.

Me and my sister’s family spend few days in this amazing place, very well taking care of space, one thing which is very important for me is the energy and atmosphere of the people who’s working here it felt beautiful positive and content to be here I appreciate that so much to be genuine while talking to people. Me and my sister had some time spend the bar and Antonella who was helping us to have what we need made a lot of effort to make our time special which we appreciated and respect very much. They helped us getting a surprise cake for an occasion and eventually they gifted us the cake. Thank you Staff and every who helped to create this experience 🤍✨🌸

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Riomar Ibiza ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at Hotel Riomar Ibiza, and it truly exceeded my expectations. As a solo traveler, I was looking for a peaceful end to a weeklong visit, and the hotel, along with its thoughtful staff, made it a stay I won’t soon forget. Nieves in the restaurant was wonderful. She provided excellent service, always making me feel welcome, and went out of her way to share great local recommendations. Her tips helped me discover some beautiful spots on the island, and her thoughtful, friendly nature made every encounter feel personal and special. Andrea was equally fantastic in the restaurant. Her attentive service and warm demeanor stood out. It was clear she wanted to ensure everything was perfect for me during my time there - including remembering my iced latte with oat milk and vanilla order by the second day 🤍 . The team at the front desk—Georgie, Paula, Pablo, and Maria—were also outstanding. They not only remembered my name, but also my request for a late check-out and made sure I had the best room available. I didn’t have to ask for anything twice. Finally, Freddie provided great service at the restaurant and beach. He always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, offering a laid-back yet attentive touch to my time at the hotel. It’s the small details that make a stay memorable. On a busy island like Ibiza, where travelers are constantly coming and going, good service can sometimes feel like an afterthought. But the personal touch from the team at Hotel Riomar really stood out, and it’s why I felt compelled to take the time to share my experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make my stay so sweet.

Perfect hotel to be in the middle of the island but on the beach. A little away from the craziness but a short (25 min) drive into Ibiza town and everything you would want there. Staff are wonderful and views 10/10

The staff are super friendly during the day, but that doesn’t compensate for their disorganised ineptitude. During the evening and night it only gets worse, with Spain’s fascist history strongly remembered, along with a general disinterest for your well-being. They love to take your money, but God help you should anything go wrong. Great seaside location, lovely but small rooms (any stay more than 3 days not recommended as there’s nowhere to put your clothes) and comfy poolside beds. Could be brilliant, but unfortunately for us it was all a bit rubbish.

This hotel is wonderful! Everything is just perfect! The rooms are comfortable and stylish, the pool beds are the best! Really comfy and the double loungers are great for chilling in the sun. The staff are lovely, the food was great and it's a perfect location not too far from town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle! Loved loved loved it!! Highly recommend.

We loved this Hotel. Everything was just perfect. Super clean and tidy. Fantastic location in a quiet spot with a stones throw from the Beach and Loungers. Breakfast was super healthy and delicious with ample choice and nothing ever ran out! The Staff were so friendly and helpful too. We will definitely be returning v soon!

4-star hotel with 5-star service in a quieter area of the island. All staff is superb (Maria, David, & Franco especially!!), the room is clean/comfortable, we didn’t have our room serviced, but whoever was cleaning our wing was so friendly/helpful when we needed new towels/etc. Lobby vibes are beachy/boho & we spent our first night on the back terrace overlooking the ocean, eating, drinking, & chatting with the staff for hours. The pool and beach area are super chill with cozy sunbeds and calm vibes and there’s a boardwalk along the hotel that’s nice for walking along the ocean & into town. 100% recommend staying here and would stay here again if we’re ever back on Ibiza!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff are incredible, so helpful and cheerful and go above and beyond for you. The hotel itself is modern with a cool Ibiza vibe about it. Everywhere is spotless and immaculate. The rooms have everything you need. The breakfast is great and food offering and drinks at all times always excellent. The pool area is very nice and as its by the beach there are also some sunbeds ( can be a bit of a scrum to get beds even in low season though). The location is great and within a short walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Fab place to stay

We just spent our honeymoon at Riomar and had the best time ever. The staff were so kind and considerate (making us vegan specific breakfasts every morning). It was clean, well maintained, the food was incredible. The breakfast was plentiful and good for everyone with different dietary requirements. It really was fantastic service, we were looked after so well and made good friends with the staff by the end of our trip. Thank you for the best holiday and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Die Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker – ein perfekter Start in den Tag.||Ein besonderes Highlight war jedoch der Empfang durch Georgi an der Rezeption: äusserst hilfsbereit, stets freundlich und professionell. Er spricht fliessend mehrere Sprachen, darunter auch sehr gutes Deutsch, was die Kommunikation besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Man fühlt sich bei ihm wirklich willkommen – ein echter Gewinn für das Hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a bank holiday break. The reason we chose this hotel was due to the positive reviews, beach side location and Marriott Bonvoy membership. Even though the weather was not at its best due to being out of season, the hotel offered us a great stay thanks to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again if an opportunity arises (possibly at a better season). Details on some specifics are as follows: Welcome: We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm after a 20 minute Uber ride from the airport. The staff were very friendly and welcoming during check-in. They offered some spa water, asked what our plans are, mentioned the concierge can help us make plans. They acknowledged our Marriott bonvoy gold status however no room upgrades were offered (still they were kind enough to offer the late checkout to acknowledge the Marriott bonvoy membership). Room: The room was very modern with a huge TV, comfortable large bed and all the latest technology decorations. The room was pristine and clean. The bathroom was equipped with amazing smelling hand washes and shower gels. Anything else we needed was quickly delivered to the room once we asked for it on the Marriott app. The type of room we were in was a bit small and there was limited wardrobe space but it was still manageable. The aircon was a bit difficult to control, making the room too cold even when we set it to 25.5 degrees to warm it up a bit. We had no choice but to try to switch it off completely but even then it was turning on after some time. Restaurant: We used the restaurant for our breakfasts and it was an amazing buffet with lots of high quality options. The staff were also super friendly and attended to you in a personal manner. Service: The pool and beach areas have a nice and calm atmosphere. The loungers are so comfortable and the towels are so soft. Reserving loungers are not permitted with the crew actively removing unattended loungers, making space for people who actually need to use them. This is really really appreciated because we know how bad your experience can get when the hotel doesn't do anything about such behaviour. The staff are also very attentive with your drink and food orders in these areas. Activities: I tried the morning yoga classes offered at the pool side and I were the only person to do the class. So this 1:1 experience turned out to be an extremely positive one with the wind, morning sun and the smells of the flowers surrounding this amazing class. The instructor was also very helpful and friendly and a big shout out to her for still going ahead with the class with only 1 person and making my experience amazing. I also used the gym which had a good range of equipment even though there was only 1 of everything. Unfortunately, we didn't use the spa. Location: The hotel is at a very calm, nice part of Ibiza with nice walks that you can enjoy. You can take the walk by the beach to reach you the town in 5 minutes and you will be spoiled for choice with restaurant and bar options. The hotel is right by the sea with its own loungers put there. The water was crystal clear once you walk over the seaweed mountain that hit the shore (maybe a seasonal thing). It was super cold in May and I'm curious to know how it is in July-August. Overall:We had a pleasant stay and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made it an even better experience than what this hotel could offer alone. If you are in for a comfortable and stress-free stay with great staff and respectful, kind guests, this is your place. We would definitely visit again.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Empfang war äußerst herzlich und professionell. Gesamtes Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten spitze, das Zimmer sauber.|Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum wäre kein Luxus. Das Personal musste für jeden einzelnen Kaffee/Tee zu lange Wege zurücklegen. Bei schönem Wetter ist das Frühstück allerdings auf der traumhaften Terrasse!! Wunderschön! Würde nie HP buchen. Bei schlechtem Wetter muss dann in der Lobby gegessen werden. !! Nicht angenehm. Durchzug, keine schöne Atmosphäre für ein Abendessen! |Aber trotzdem klare Empfehlung für das Hotel in Bezug aufs Personal, Lage, Sauberkeit!!

Un bon petit hôtel au bord de la Mer dans cette petite station balnéaire sympa. La déco est sympa et refaite récemment. La piscine est agréable avec une belle vue mer. Les chambres sont simples et confortables. Choisir une chambre avec vue sur la mer !

Wij verbleven er met ons gezin. (met 2 volwassen kinderen).|Hotel van een hoog niveau, hartelijk personeel van bij de aankomst tot het vertrek een week later.|Kamers perfect in nieuwtoestand, inloopregendouche in de badkamer. Weinig opbergruimte voor kledij. Elke dag 2 flessen water voorzien op de kamer. Opgevulde minibar aanwezig maar overdreven geprijsd. Ook opvallend duur om iets te drinken en/of eten in het hotel zelf. Eetvoorzieningen binnen zeer beperkt. Als je er 's avonds iets wenst te eten en het is minder weer zit je in de lobby. Ontbijtruimte binnen niet gezellig en zeer gehorig met hoge plafonds. Buiten ontbijten/lunchen/dineren is een must en het is er prachtig vertoeven vlak aan zee! Ik vrees enkel overbevolking in het hoogseizoen als het hotel volledig vol zit. Mooi aangenaam zwembad maar net gepast aantal zetels voor het aantal hotelgasten nu aanwezig. Zalige ligzetels met dikke kussens! In het hoogseizoen zullen er wel strandbedjes voorzien zijn volgens de foto's die ik zag...zal een stuk drukte aan het zwembad wegnemen.|Voor ons zeker een hotel om terug te keren! Een aanrader op een mooie locatie in Santa Eularia!

We just returned from our 4-night stay at Riomar. It's the 3rd year we stay at this hotel and we had a great time. The service is top notch. We've seen most of the staff members for a third time now and they know us by name. Andrea and Nieves in the breakfast / Ocean Bar area are incredible and it is such a pleasure to see them every time. But generally speaking a shout out to all the staff members. Location is great and within 10 minute walk from the town center. It takes about 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The pool area is rather small, but as of May there are very comfortable sun lounges on the beach in front. The only downside is that the rooms, albeit beautiful and clean, are rather small. The view is beautiful from the ones facing the sea, while the other ones get the afternoon sun and sunset. We will most probably go back and cannot wait to see Andrea, Nieves and the team again!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Nettes Personal, tolles Essen, wir waren rundum zufrieden. 😊 Die Lage in Santa Eulalia war auch das richtige für uns, eine ruhige, familiäre Gegend ohne die großen Partys. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. 😊

Estuvimos alojados en el hotel y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Pablo, el botones, que fue simplemente impecable. Desde el primer momento nos recibió con una sonrisa, nos ayudó con el equipaje y nos dio recomendaciones súper útiles para movernos por la ciudad. Se nota que le apasiona su trabajo y que se esfuerza por hacer sentir bien a los huéspedes. Un auténtico profesional y una gran persona. ¡Da gusto encontrarse con gente así! Repetiríamos sin duda.

Stayed here 30th - 5 October 2023. Weather - roughly 27 degrees each day. & wall to wall sunshine. the hotel is fantastic, awesome food and drinks with a classy surroundings. we booked via Jet2 and paid for the sea view, and so glad we did, the view from the room was well worth it. the room was big and the AC worked was great. we stay reasonably far north and i like a nice cold room for sleeping so good AC is a must and this place didnt disappoint. the hotel is lovely as to are the staff who we're helpful. i also like how active the hotel is on social media, that shows me they like the fine details and put the effort into making your stay just a touch of class.

We had an incredible stay here. The service was truly top notch. The pool was perfect and the pool chairs were SO comfy, they felt like memory foam mattresses. But most importantly, I had a severe allergic reaction (not from this property) and had to be rushed to the hospital by Fran, one of the hotel staff. Fran may have literally saved my life, and I will forever be grateful!

Prachtig rustig hotel, goede keuken, fantastisch ontbijt en geweldig schone kamers, 416! Top medewerkers. Fantastische massage gehad. 1 heel groot nadeel is er met t roken op de balkons. Als je zelf niet rookt stinkt jouw kamer naar de rook van de buren als je jouw balkondeur "lekker" open hebt staan. Dan heb je zo'n geweldig hotel en dit is echt een mega minpunt! Zonde!!!! Onze kamer en balkon stonk bijna 7 van de 10 x

Wat een enorm lief personeel, van horeca en receptie tot valetboy. We werden volledig in de watten gelegd.|De auto werd voor ons geparkeerd en ook weer voor gereden, we kregen zomaar een upgraden naar een kamer met zeezicht ( en wat een super geweldig zeezicht was dat, echt een plaatje). Martha, de inhuis TripAdvisor, is super enthousiast en neemt je helemaal mee in haar enthousiasme over mooie plekjes. We willen dit hotel dan ook echt aanbevelen. Groetjes van 2 vriendinnen 45 en 48 jaar oud.

Mon avis va être très long je m’en excuse. Mes photos parleront d’elles même...||||Conseil avant de commencer : Appelez les ou Ecrivez leur toujours avant de réserver ! toujours ! Ne vous fiez pas aux avis!!!||||Nos attentes et besoin concernant ces vacances étaient le calme, la mer, dormir parfaitement, avoir un très bon petit déjeuner.||||Au vu de tous les avis positifs lus partout sur internet et de sa place sur tripadvisor nous avons réservé cet hôtel qui semblait cocher nos besoins. Nous avons décidé de payer plus cher que le 5* d’à côté car celui-ci n’avait pas de plage en fin de saison. Nous avons donc payé très cher (550 euros la nuitée en PDJ) pour un hôtel 4* avec un moins bon service une chambre beaucoup moins confortable, un PDJ moins conséquent ….Mais ce calme, cette vue dont tout le monde parlait nous avaient convaincu de mettre le prix. Pour référence, le prix de la chambre correspond à un excellent hôtel à Dubaï entre autre.||||Seulement voilà nous n’avions pas compté sur la présence d’un groupe de 96 femmes à l’hôtel venues pour un stage de fitness pendant nos 4 premiers jours de vacances.||||Ce que j’ai à reprocher :||||- 1.Nous n’avons pas été prévenu lors de la réservation ni lors du check in de la présence de ce groupe.||-||- 2.Le non-respect du contrat vu que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine, la plage, la salle de gym, la salle de petit déjeuner à notre guise, autant que nous l’aurions souhaité, et dans un environnement propice à des vacances.||-||- 3.Le non-respect de la clientèle de la part de la direction. Lors de ma réclamation ils ont cherché toutes les excuses du monde à parfois même aller jusqu’à dire que ça aurait dû être à nous de réagir autrement. (j’y reviendrai plus tard)||-||- 4. Le directeur n’a pas su assumer et prendre ses responsabilités d’avoir accepté ce groupe et décidé de remplir quand même les chambres restantes par des clients classiques sans se préoccuper des préjudices occasionnés. (money is money…)||-||- En détail :||||- Il y avait des nuisances sonores partout et tout le temps. Sur la plage à la piscine au petit déjeuner la nuit dans les couloirs, des portes qui claquent jours et nuits. Certaines buvaient et faisaient la « fête » dans leurs chambres.||- De la musique de leurs cours de fitness à la plage, à la piscine, directement sous le balcon de notre chambre.||- Sur les lits de plage de piscine car celles qui ne participaient parfois pas aux cours écoutaient de la musiques sur haut-parleur personnel ou discutaient très bruyamment en petit groupe.||||- Nous n’avons pas pu profiter ni de de la plage ni de la piscine car tous les lits étaient constamment réservés (leurs affaires genre chaussettes, tapis de fitness…posés sur les lits. J’ai bataillé un jour avec l’aide d’ un employé qui a pu nous trouver une place mais en se faisant agresser verbalement par l’une d’entre elle au passage.||- J’ai moi-même été agressée verbalement lorsque j’ai voulu m’asseoir sur un lit à la piscine.||||N’étant pas des personnes qui nous plaignons pour un cheveu resté après le ménage ou un verre ébréché nous n’avons rien dit le 1er jour. N’ayant eu aucune information sur la situation à notre arrivée nous nous sommes dit que peut être c’était juste 1 ou 2 jour max…||||Nous n’avons rien dit le 2eme jour. Nous avons changé nos plans de vacances qui étaient lire et se reposer au début du séjour et nous nous sommes échappé de ce chaos en allant nous promener dans les alentours. De toute façon que pouvions nous faire. Ce groupe était là et nous aussi le mal était fait !!||||C’est en discutant avec d’autres clients qui étaient venus pour se relaxer, lire sur la plage… et qui n’en pouvaient plus non plus que nous avons appris que le groupe allait encore rester jusqu’au dimanche ! Je suis allée demander à la réception qui m’a confirmé.||Nos 4 premiers jours allaient donc être définitivement gâchés et nous ne pourrions profiter pleinement du calme de la piscine et de la plage tant attendu.||||J’ai fais le choix d’attendre le départ de tout le groupe le dimanche soir pour aller parler au management. Ayant été agressé verbalement par certaines je ne souhaitais pas qu’elles entendent mes réclamations et ainsi encore rentrer dans des discussions interminables et agressives avec de la clientèle mal élevée.||||A partir de là ont commencé plusieurs discussions et négociations avec le management qui m’ont encore fait perdre du temps de vacances ! Car bien sûr l’hôtel s’est transformé le lundi matin. J’étais enfin dans le lieu décrit partout ! Donc oui sur 7 jours nous avons pu profiter pleinement 3 nuits et jours de l’hôtel et ses infrastructures.||Résultat des discussions négociations : on cherche à se dédouaner de ses responsabilités et les renvoyer au client.||-madame il fallait vous adapter aux horaires de présence du groupe : on n’a fait que ça fuir l’hôtel||||-Il aurait fallu nous prévenir tout de suite que vous étiez gêné on aurait trouvé une solution : nous ne sommes pas des râleurs en général. Avons serrés les dents et pensé qu’elles allaient rester 1 ou 2 jours.||Et quelle solution ? ! un check out ? De par mes recherches je ne voyais pas où aller ailleurs pour avoir un hôtel avec la mer et le calme et de bonne qualité et service dans cette partie de l’ile.||On leur aurait dit de faire moins de bruit ! que peut on faire face à des meutes de 30 personnes ! Jamais on aurait eu le calme habituel. Et leurs cours de fitness ils les auraient déplacés à l’autre bout de l’ile ??||J’en oubli||Quand je leur ai dit que le minimum aurait été de prévenir les clients en amont lors de la réservation ils m’ont répondu que pour eux ça aurait été impossible d’écrire tant d’email. (nous étions grosso modo 20-30 clients classiques je n’ai pas compté).||Proposition de 350 euros de remboursement sur un total de 3800 euros(sans consommations).||||Je crois à une blague. Je refuse et demande un rabais de 50% sur les 4 premières nuitées. Pour moi c’est le minimum vu que je n’ai pu qu’utiliser ma chambre pour dormir un peu entre des claquements de portes. Avaler mon petit déjeuner à vitesse grand V pour échapper au brouhaha terrible. Beaucoup d’autres clients d’autres nationalités auraient demandé un remboursement total du séjour au vu des préjudices subis ! … Allez un peu lire les commentaires sur internet !||||La direction refuse ! 350 ou rien.||Je décide d’arrêter là les discussions étant déjà assez fatiguée, ne voulant plu argumenter dans le vent et avoir à écouter des excuses plus ridicules les unes que les autres.||||J’ai décidé de refuser cette compensation financière indécente car pour moi on avait clairement atteint le non-respect de la personne humaine, du client ! Le contrat de réservation n’a pas été honoré. Il ne s’agissait plus seulement d’argent mais de comportement.||||En tant que membre Marriott j’ai décidé de remonter le point au groupe et je vais me mettre en relation avec Marriott HQ. Il en va de leur réputation également.||||Conseil : Appelez toujours avant de réserver. Ce groupe de fitness est présent pour la 2eme fois et la direction a déjà émis sa joie dans des réponses TripAdvisor de les accueillir dans le futur.||Le directeur privilégie des groupes d’influenceuses au détriment des autres clients. Ben oui des groupes de 100 personnes à qui l’ont permet tout, traitées comme des reines ça fait bien monter les notes TripAdvisor et réussi à placer un hôtel en position n°1 alors qu’il ne le mérite pas. Vive les statistiques.||||Il y aura un seul point positif de ce séjour. Ma rencontre avec Nieves, Frederico et Alina. Vos sourires, votre professionnalisme, nos petites discussions, vos conseils sur des sorties … nous ont fait garder le sourire et ne pas verser de larmes. Un grand merci du fond du cœur. J’espère que vous êtes traités et reconnus à votre juste valeur.

Nous avons réservé cet Hôtel par l'intermédiaire de Marriott, comme toujours, localisation sympathique, service qui aurait été sans doute à niveau, petit déjeuner de même. Chambre petite mais rien à redire. |MAIS. L'hôtel à lors de notre séjour accepté un groupe de 100 personnes. Avec tout les désagrément liée au nombre.|Bruit au niveau des étages, places au niveau piscine et plage, petit déjeuner très désagrément avec le nombres. Nous voulions juste des vacances tranquille dans un bel Hôtel... quelle déception. La direction au juste eu à nous informer que ce groupe étais présent et nous aurions décaler nos congé bref totalement déçu. ||

Appelez toujours avant de réserver. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis positifs. Cet hotel n'informe pas sa clientèle des perturbations et prejudices pouvant être causés par la venue d'un groupe occupant la quasi totalité de l'hotel. La direction a décidé de faire du fric coute que coute en louant les quelques chambres restantes et comme précisé avant en ne nous prévenant pas ni lors de la réservation ni même lors du check in. Nous avons payé un séjour où nous n'avons pu profiter pleinement et à notre guise de la piscine, de la plage, de la salle de sport. Pire que ça nous étions dans un brouhaha chaos complet pendant 4 jours entre cours de fitness partout, discussions à haut decibel de groupes de femmes, claquements de portes jours et nuits et j'en passe. Il fallait le vivre pour le comprendre. Apres reclamation on nous propose un rabais de 10% sur un séjour de 4 jours cauchemardesques et 3 calmes qui nous aura couté 3800 euros! Une blague. De la mauvaise foi. Appelez les toujours avant de réserver. Et sachez qu'en cas de soucis on vous trouvera toutes les excuses du monde pour vous dire qu'en fait c'est vous qui auriez dû réagir autrement! Un manque de respect, une honte pour le groupe Marriott!

Hôtel magnifique avec une situation idéale en bord de mer, et en dehors d’Ibiza pour ceux qui veulent éviter le bruit. Belle piscine extérieure avec vue sur la mer, cours de yoga gratuits (excellent professeur merci Valérie !), buffet du petit déjeuner excellent avec possibilité de le prendre en terrasse vu sur la mer. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans les rues alentours sans avoir à payer les 18 euros par jour du parking de l’hôtel (attention à vous garer sur les places avec trottoirs sans couleur). Un accueil chaleureux, disponibilité et personnalisation au top ! Merci d’ailleurs à Natalia et à la conciergerie pour l’attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Choisissez une vue mer ça vaut le coup ! La chambre est très belle (même si ça manquerait un peu d’espace de rangement). |Toujours un bonjour ou bonsoir en vous appelant par votre prénom.|Bref un magnifique séjour et un très bel endroit !!!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet hôtel, et notre expérience a été tout simplement superbe. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil à la réception a été à la fois très professionnel et chaleureux, ce qui a immédiatement donné le ton pour notre séjour. Les serveurs du restaurant sont d’une grande gentillesse et très attentifs aux moindres besoins, rendant chaque repas encore plus agréable. Les chambres, quant à elles, offrent une vue magnifique sur la mer, faisant de ce lieu un véritable bijou à Ibiza. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour inoubliable sur l’île.

Hotel in una posizione stupenda ma la cosa veramente unica di questo posto è il personale sempre solare sorridenti disponibili professionali eh non è facile trovare personale a contatto con il pubblico così disponibile le camere confortevoli eleganti e sempre pulite e tenute in ottime condizioni e per la prima volta ho adorato la colazione a buffet veramente di qualità ogni piccola cosa che ho assaggiato poi tutto servito da una vista stupenda sul mare che dire è stato un vero piacere

Senza dubbio, il mio hotel preferito ad Ibiza. La location è meravigliosa, la qualità del cibo è di altissimo livello e le camere sono confortevoli, moderne e pulite. La vera gemma di questo hotel però è lo staff. Sempre gentile, sorridente ed accogliente. Una menzione speciale a Marco (concierge) e Nieves (ristorante) che con la loro disponibilità e professionalità ti fanno sentire sempre a casa! Tornerò sicuramente.

Una de mis mejores experiencias viajé con mis tres hijas reservamos dos habitaciones suite una tan grande con Living dos balcones y una vista increíble al mar.|Quiero destacar la excelente atención de Natalia en el front desk , una Argentina encantadora , amable servicial, con muy buena memoria porque se acordaba del nombre de mi hija pequeña nos dijo que era porque tenía una linda sonrisa.|También hizo que nuestra estadía fuera inolvidable la Supervisora del comedor la señora Nieves Española con un nivel de profesionalismo que nunca lo había visto .|Servicial atenta con cada detalle de todos los pasajeros , sabía perfectamente los nombres de nosotros, y que solicitábamos tostar el pan sin gluten porque mi hija es celíaca. También deseo destacar al concierge Marco , atento y muy profesional en todo momento además de muy simpático.|Fue tan buena mi experiencia en ese hotel que voy a reservar nuevamente dentro de este año .

Nice clean hotel with a lovely pool area in a decent location, private beach area is also quite nice. What really makes this hotel is the staff. The reception, bar & pool/beach service, cleaners, everyone all so friendly and attentive.

Surprisingly nice Hotel. The service was notably good and the lobby, terrace , pool area in particular were nice. The Beach also is very nice directly in front with great sunbeds. The water isn’t the most beautiful on Ibiza but definitely convenient and quiet for Ibiza.

Das Hotel Rio Mar ist direkt in einem kleinen indischen Ort auf der Insel gelegen. Die liegen am Sandstrand sind nur durch einen kleinen Fußweg vom Hotel Areal getrennt. Da Strände in Spanien grundsätzlich öffentlich sind, ist auch die Stadt für das pflegen des selben verantwortlich. Unser Ankunft lagen Stürme von Seegras auf den ersten Strandmetern und die Ava offensichtlich einmal in der Woche entfernt werden. Das Hotel ist mittelgroß verfügt über einen hoteleigenen Pool, Fitnessstudio und open Air Massagebereich. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren kaum Kinder anwesend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet vom klassischen Continental Breakfast bis hin zu Produkten mit Demeterqualität nahezu alles. Besonders urlaubsfreundlich sind auch die Frühstückszeit bis 11:30 Uhr was auch Nachtvögel zu einem Frühstück kommen lässt. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, ist die ausgesprochene freundliche und hilfsbereite Art des Hotelpersonal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick, der wunderschön war. Die Zimmer sind funktionell mit Minibar Nespresso Maschine eingerichtet. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein, so dass kein Schrankplatz hat und man sich mit einer Garderobe zur Aufbewahrung seiner vielen Urlaub Habseligkeiten begnügen muss. Da kann es dann schon mal zur Diskussion kommen wer jetzt den letzten Hänger bekommt.😄. Auch das Haus Keeping muss man positiv erwähnen! Als wir ein Problem mit einer verstopften Toilette hatten, wurde das ohne viel Aufhebens durch den haustechniker behoben. Alles in allem war es – abgesehen von dem kleinen Zimmer – und für mich persönlich die zu weichen Betten – ein wunderbarer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Un lugar perfecto para las vacaciones, tranquilo y con todo tipo de detalle. Excelente trato del personal.

Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel mit wirklich guten Mitarbeitern- wir kommen gerne wieder. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Arbeit und Freundlichkeit von Sophia, Andrea, Guillermo und Nieve. Es ist keinesfalls auch in Hotels mit 5 Sternen eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass Kinder direkt mit einem Lächeln angesprochen werden- dies ist hier der Fall & überzeugt! Danke für die Familienfreundlichkeit, denn so kann man sich als Familie wohlfühlen. Der Check In verlief unkompliziert und schnell, das Zimmer war zwar leider erst um 15 Uhr fertig, aber bis dahin konnten wir unser Gepäck abstellen und ankommen. Das Zimmer mit dem Meerblick- ein Traum! Ausreichend von der Größe, schön modern eingerichtet. Wenn man früh genug wach wurde, konnte man den rosaroten Traum eines Sonnenaufgangs genießen. Eine Nespresso-Maschine und auch stilles Wasser stehen im Zimmer kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Wir haben immer wieder dieses Wasser (kostenfrei) nachbestellt, da wir viel trinken. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es war immer sauber. Auch die Reinigungsdame war immer freundlich. Im Zimmer steht auch ein Steamer bereit, ebenso ein kleines Reinigungsset fürs Kind und auf Nachfrage auch das Nötigste im Notfall. Beim Frühstück gab es immer eine frische Auswahl und es war immer sehr lecker. Keine langen Warteschlagen wenn man früh dran war. Frisches Obst, leckere Säfte, Gemüsesticks, Kokos-Joghurt, eine Omlettestation uvm. Kaffee konnte man sich bei den Mitarbeitern am Tisch bestellen (von Hafermilch über Iced Latte uvm.). Das Frühstück haben wir immer im Außenbereich zu uns genommen, dieser Ausblick auf die Palmen und das Meer- wunderbar! Nach dem Frühstück hat man es nicht weit zum Beach/Pool. Ich glaube das waren die breitesten und bequemsten Liegen bislang. Super! Der Beach: Ein Sandstrand mit tollem klaren Wasser, nicht zu überlaufen und fernab von dem Massentourismus- perfekt! Auch hier konnte man Essen/Trinken direkt vom Platz bestellen. Vllt könnte man zu einem Kaffee Kekse oÄ oder Knabbereien zu Cocktails hinzureichen, das wäre noch top. Liegen und Schirme sind für Hotelgäste kostenfrei. Das sei wohl nicht bei jedem Hotel der Fall. Am Pool genau das gleiche, eine coole Stimmung, gute Beats aber nicht störend laut, ein großer tiefer Pool und ein kleiner für Kids. Auch der Ruhebereich mit dem Yoga-Angebot war super. Die Yogastunde der Dame war sehr gut! Vielleicht könnte man den Platz nur etwas schattiger gestalten, damit es auch um 10 Uhr sonntags für die Teilnahme nicht zu warm wird. Das Essen zu Mittag oder abends war auch lecker mit einwenig Luft nach oben (zB die Pommes/Trüffelnudeln). Wir danken hier nochmal Nieve für die tollen Ausflugsideen, die wir wahrgenommen haben! Weiter so und hoffentlich bis bald.

Fantastyczne miejsce, ciche i bardzo urocze. W pokoju znajdują się wszystkie szczegóły, dzięki którym poczujesz się jak w domu. Lokalizacja jest bardzo cicha okolica tuż przy plaży. Zdecydowanie chciałbym podkreślić hotelową restaurację, śniadanie jest bardzo dobre, a obsługa doskonała. Wspaniale jest mieć całodobowe SPA Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek na Ibizie i idealne, jeśli masz samochód, do odwiedzenia wszystkich zatoczek na wyspie.

Un day pass maravilloso, si tuviese que elegir un hotel para estar unos días en Ibiza sería seguramente este, muy tranquilo y con un servicio de 10. Desde Andrea (quien nos explicó fenomenal como funcionaba todo y nos acompañó a la piscina) hasta las personas que nos atendieron en nuestra cama balinesa (Diego, Federico y Saba) super atentos y educados. En todo momento a nuestra disposición y con un buen rollo increíble. Los mejores ❤️❤️❤️. La comida estaba buena, eso sí. Un poco excesivo el precio de la lubina (36€) para la porción de comida que era. Por lo demás, todo genial.

DAYPASS Fue una experiencia realmente FABULOSA Desde el momento de entrar al hotel, la predisposición de Andrea quién nos guió e hizo todo lo posible por que nos sintiéramos cómodos durante el tiempo que pasábamos de nuestro Daypass. Hasta la atención de Diego, con la ayuda de Federico, quienes en todo momento hicieron por que no nos faltase de nada en nuestras balinesa. Y al cerrar el día de Saba, quien nos atendió con su gran sonrisa. Como único inconveniente podremos el precio de la lubina, ya que pese ha ser un buen trozo de lubina, no vale los 36€. Este detalle no paró en absoluto nuestra magnífica experiencia. La buenísima comida y la GRAN COMPAÑÍA. Recomendable 100%

Fantastic hotel, perfectly positioned by the beach, so relaxing, elegantly designed and charming people. All you can hear is the sound of waves and yet a 5 minute stroll into town. We only stayed for 3 nights but wish it had been a month.

If only could I give this wonderful place six stars. We stayed here for three days. Our experience started with absolutely welcoming, smiling, and warm staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely nice. No matter where on the premises we were (bar, pool, gym, on the floor) the staff were always superb. As for the property itself, we were impressed by its design, freshness and cleanness. The pool area was always supervised, well staffed, and with plenty of chairs available at any time. Make sure you get the ocean view room! It’s wonderful. It’s on small-ish side, but offers a spectacular view you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffee on the terrace. The room is also well designed with plenty of storage space, nice bathroom, and, most importantly for us, it has sizable night tables with usb-c and mini-usb ports available. The breakfasts were included and they were good! Good selection of morning food, great service, and fantastic view on the lower terrace. For the dinners, the restaurant downstairs offered a top-notched experience. Great menu, again, fantastic service, and tasty food. Overall, we really had a great time in there. I booked this without a plan - but BOY was it worth it. This hotel is lovely - the only thing better is the staff! Room was clean and diligently cleaned daily, I asked for a steamer and had room service here one day- very speedy inside 15 mins it arrived at my door! I ate dinner here two nights, once solo once with friends & the waitress remembered me and my preferences and made excellent recommendations for the menu for each of us. Food arrives in a speedy fashion, drinks were always a little slow. Breakfast is pretty good- list of choice including vegan, dairy free, pescatarian all of it hot and cold options parties fruit and cheeses and meats galore. Personally I had smoked salmon every day! You can eat on the terrace which was delightful. Front of house were great I had an issue with my return flight and everyone was really helpful- even calling the airline for me and helping to sort it especially Marco! I also worked from the hotel for a day & internet was very reliable Facilities are good- the gym is not big but pretty good- pool is also a decent size but busy. Honestly I cannot wait to come back 💕

Me and my family had the most amazing time at Hotel Riomar and would 100% be coming back in the future - we are already looking at coming back in July it was that amazing! Our room was absolutely stunning, so clean, stylish, cosy bed with crisp bedsheet, the most beautiful view and the most beautiful decor. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. It was just perfect! One thing I just couldn't rate high enough were your staff, they were absolutely impeccable so friendly and so helpful and offered excellent service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were looked after incredible well. Nieves, Diego, Andrea and Juan were 10 out of 10, nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay a holiday to remember. Food was absolutely delicious - especially breakfast! The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect with beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The pool was stunning and the beach was just perfect in everywhere - our little girl Navy loved every second. Our stay was just perfect and we cant wait to come back and make more memories.

Hotel Riomar is a beautiful location for a quiet retreat away. My sister and I went there for a getaway and found it so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredible, kind and so helpful including Patrick, Marco, Natalia and others we didn't catch the names of! They made our stay even more precious and assisted us with anything that we needed. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Si vous voulez vous sentir choyé, allez-y ! Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés ! Je suis agent de voyages et j'ai rarement vu un personnel aussi chaleureux, aux petites soins et souriants. Un hôtel idéalement placé avec sa plage privée et juste à côté d'une sympathique promenade où vous y trouverez restaurants et magasins. Un petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts que vous pouvez prendre face à la mer, le pied ! Une femme de chambres qui fait un travail de grand standing, c'était un plaisir de retrouver sa chambre propre et qui sent bon. Merci au concierge pour ses conseils et recommandations de visites sur l'île. Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel pour nous avoir fait passer un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. L’emplacement est top pour visiter le reste de l’île, la piscine et la plage sur place sont un vrai bonheur. This hotel is the gem of Ibiza! We stayed in May 2024, and had a wonderful (too short!) two day stay. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. We did not know much about the area prior to booking but the back of the hotel links up to a great walkway that brings you to everything that Santa Eulalia has to offer including restaurants and shops. The beach and pool amenities were excellent. When we ever return to Ibiza this will absolutely be where we choose to stay. Thank you to the staff, you made our time here so special!

I am currently staying at the Tribute hotel RIOMAR Ibiza part of the Marriott hotel group and Bonvoy programme. A must stay location 20 mins from Airport , private beach, amazing views , beautiful pool all lead by Fabio, Alvaro and a BRILLIANT team. Look out for Nevies the leader in food & beverage her energy and passion is unbelievable an amazing lady. Also Tony & Sofia lovely people. Food great best Caesar salad I’ve had on all our travels. Get it on your travel list now you WILL NOT be disappointed.

One of the best beach hotels I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a LOT (200+ days a year on the road). Plenty of space at the pool and beach. Solid food. Excellent service. Reasonable guests, not too many kids. Very chill vibe. I came Tues-Thurs, so it has been very relaxed and not too hot. Perfect 👍

Absolutely faultless. From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed. The staff at check in, the view across the bay and the sound of the waves from the beach thats within touching distance! We will definitely return as absolutely loved our stay.

Espectacular el Hotel en general. La habitación en la que me alojé tenía vistas al mar y la verdad que era una pasada. Levantarte por la mañana y tener el mar delante de ti, no tiene precio. Prachtig verblijf gehad, prachtige ligging aan een boulevard, aan het strand en ook niet gigantisch druk, stadje met veel leven is vlakbij, zalig veel restaurants en winkels. Het hotel is prachtig gerenoveerd in hedendaagse stijl! Personeel was top, van balie tot poetser en heel attent! Zwembad was heel mooi maar fris wel voor einde seizoen te zijn, zalige banken en zetels met heerlijke matrassen, kleinere plaats naast het zwembad was ook zalig met mooie beplanting. Fitness ruimte is ook perfect met loopband, cross trainer, spinning fiets, gewicht en Fitness toestel, in mooie staat met vers water, fruit en gekoelde handdoeken.

Great stay at Hotel Riomar - definitely the a very good choice with respect to value for money. We had a group booking which was coordinated with the hotel management and worked very smoothly. Rooms were clean and had a nice sea view. Breakfast was extensive and tasty, only the service sometimes was a bit slow, however very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back!

Nous rentrons d'un séjour en amoureux de quelques jours et quel superbe hôtel ! Notre chambre, une suite avec vue mer était juste parfaite : décoration soignée et design, ménage impeccable et cette vue mer juste inoubliable (surtout pour les levers de soleil). Petit plus : s'endormir avec le bruit des vagues. MAGIQUE ! Les équipement dans la chambres sont ceux attendus pour ce standing tout comme les transats de bord de mer et au bord de la piscine. Le service était super, un peu long le matin pour le petit-déjeuner, mais c'est si l'on devait y trouver un petit point négatif. Vraiment un lieu que je recommande et où nous reviendrons passer de belles vacances. Et j'oubliais, l'emplacement est dingue !

Wow, what a spot! In short, Riomar Ibiza felt like a dream. Its location by the coast? Unbeatable. Every morning I’d wake up to the sound of waves crashing. Looking out, all I saw was the sea stretching out to the horizon. And those sunrises... I must've snapped a dozen pictures every day. The food was something else. I don’t know how they do it, but every dish tasted so authentic, so fresh, as if I had just picked the ingredients from a garden myself. It was like stepping back in time to when food had real flavor. And being there at the end of September? Just perfect. There was a lively buzz with just enough people around, but still keeping a chilled atmosphere, without the high-season chaos. Riomar Ibiza isn’t just another beachside hotel. It’s like a little escape, a place where everything seems to move at the right pace. If you're looking for some authenticity, a real taste of the Mediterranean, this is the spot. As for me? I'm already looking at dates for next year.

Stayed recently to celebrate a special occasion. Great hotel, great location but its the staff that really make this place.

This hotel is perfect, the design, the amenities, the staff, the food and drink everything oozes class. The staff are lovely, polite and always on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we heard no noise which combined with a really comfortable bed, gave the perfect nights sleep. The hotel is right on the beach and also has a pool with plenty of sun beds and cabanas, we never struggled to get a space even with the hotel sold out. Plus you get fresh towels for by the pool and beach everyday so no need to bring your own. The hotel has an extensive wine list with whispering angel on offer which is surprisingly hard to come by in most Ibiza bars and restaurants. The breakfast is really good, hot and cold, savoury and sweet with vegan options aplenty. The hotel appears to be geared more towards adults but families with children are welcome. We stayed here a week and we’re so impressed we have booked again for next year. If I really had to pick something it would be that the wardrobe is a bit small but it’s perfectly manageable.

I had an amazing time here. I had a room not facing the ocean but it did not bother me at all I spent only little time in my room and was at the amazing terrace, pool or at the beach on the doorstep of the hotel all my time. The service is good and having breakfast outside viewing the ocean was unbeatable. The little promenade here is lovely to stroll up and down to get ice cream, some shopping, eating out or stopping at one of the small supermarkets. There were free yoga classes every morning, on a nice patio of the hotel. The sun beds at the beach are free for hotel guests and there were always plenty available. At this part of the beach there is a life guard and you can take long swims parallel to the beach. Would love to come back soon.

One of my favorite spots for lunch on the island. Terrasse is so nice, overlooking the sea. Amazing service by well-trained team and really top food for Ibiza with very nice pricing I visited the new breakfast room by pushing a door by chance. Hope they will do something with the veranda to make is more open or transparent

Loved this hotel!! It was updated and bright and fresh. The staff at the front desk was great and very attentive. The only thing was the pool staff— nobody had came up to me for 30 minutes after I sat down so I had to find a waiter to place a drink order and she acted like I was bothering her. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Loved the pool area and the lounges on the beach. The breakfast was also great but the scrambled eggs were very undercooked!

Check-in was quick, because of my ambassador status I get an upgrade 🙏🏽 / the rooms are not very big but extremely cosy / love it! / short way to a nice beach / the pool is very nice - just a little crowded / the breakfast was perfect also the dinner and lunch we had deserve 5* / this was for sure not lt last visit / location by the way is also very nice, with shops and restaurants. it is a hotel that does not meet the expectations that one may have when booking it and that is a shame because we want to believe it. Arrived there, the staff is smiling and efficient, the breakfast, the living spaces are well maintained and clean and the Hando restaurant, known in Paris and in collaboration with the hotel, is just excellent. Unfortunately, you will be extremely disappointed for everything else. For 600 euros per night in high season, you will have the right to a too small room of barely 15 m2, a bathroom with faulty lights suitable for the disabled even if you are not, and has dubious architecture . Indeed, the shower cabin is not separated from the bathroom, you will very quickly flood your room, you will find yourself with water everywhere forcing you to put all the towels on the floor to avoid ending up with your wet suitcases, which must be on the floor for lack of space. Do not expect either to have an answer at the height of a luxurious hotel, because even if they recognize your problem, you will only have the right to 2 appetizers and a word of apology in your room but we will leave you anyway water and towels on the floor (pictures coming with my comments), simple way to ask you to be docile. I will recommend Hando restaurant to change establishment, knowing someone working there. Being a regular in Ibiza and beautiful hotels, I will not return and it's a shame because it could have happened otherwise with a little more understanding. believe me and go your way, there are much better for the same price.

We stayed at this hotel with a family for 5 nights. This was one of the best experiences in a long time. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are on a smaller side but have everything you may wish for. The bed and sheets are excellent. The beach is great, with beach service and very comfortable beach beds. The location could not be beat - it’s about 10-15 minutes walking from the center of town with great restaurants and cute shops. Although the entire staff went above beyond, Marco and Guillo were especially attentive and competent.

This was an amazing hotel with a great location. The staff was undeniably fantastic from the moment we arrived. As a Marriott Titanium member, our room was upgraded to an ocean view. They have a couple of different restaurants to choose from. The morning breakfast has a great assortment of traditional European delights. The Japenese restaurant was OK, but not a lot of variety. They offer poolside drink and food service. Overall, the service was impeccable. There is one lady who is so delightful and just happy to get you whatever you need. (I wish i remembered her name as she should get an award for the friendliest and most helpful server) They were a little short staffed at the Japonese restaurant. The location is in a great location. The hotel sits right on the beach with lounge chairs to use. It's a short distance to walk along the boardwalk to the "downtown" area.

The rooms are tiny, but it is all you need in ibiza really. It is in front of the beach, which is very rare to find. Felt like a cute great value experience.

Well.. where do I start? Check-in process was quick and the man helping us to take suitcases to the room was very helpful and shared good tips regarding free parkings in the area, saving us 15 euro per night. Hotel is located few minutes walk from local town and has easy beach access that's why I leave 2 stars as from the hotel charing more than £430 per night I would expect better service. The worst part of the stay was when I was drying my hair and suddenly the hair dryer exploded in my hand! I quickly managed to pull the cable out of the plug avoiding the worst scenario. You never know what could have happened that evening... I guess I was lucky but the evening was already ruined and my hand was tingly for next few hours. If anything bad would have happened we couldn't call for help as the phone didn't work. My partner went straight away to the from desk to report the incident but I didn't received any apologies or compensation.. When we wanted to switch off the tv but we could'n find the remote control so we tried calling the from desk but the phone didn't seem to work. We end up walking from 3rd floor to the reception desk and were given remote from another room ( I guess another guests will have missing remote control now). No toothpastes in the room but can be requested from the front desk. Easy if your phone works otherwise you have to go downstairs again. Another day we wanted to make a call to the reception but same issue with the phone. We had to go downstairs again. It turned out our phone is broken and they said technician will come next day - he didn't. He came 2 days later when we were sleeping so I asked to came back in 40 minutes - he didn't. So we end up with broken phone and each time we needed something we had to go from 3rd floor downstairs to ask. Room door card key got disactivated during our stay, thanks to cleaner who was around and let me in but again, extra hassle to go downstairs and ask for replacement. They provide 2 bottles of purified water per day but it didn't feel safe and hygienic to drink as the bottles didn't have any protective seal or sticker and bottles neck were filthy. Breakfast staff ( 2 girls : 1 blond and 1 dark hair) too busy chatting and laughing to notice guests are waiting for the cutlery and coffee to start breakfast. Dark hair lady was so amused by her colleague that she burst into loud laugh while picking our plates. No professionalism at all. Door sign for cleaning service or please don't disturb poorly designed as due to strong draft they kept falling down and the cleaners kept coming in even if not requested interrupting our privacy. We travel regularly and stay in 4 or 5 starts hotels and never had to complain but this place was one of the worst we have been to.

Really a tribute hotel on the beach. New renovated hotel. Very fresh looks. We got the beach view room it was breath taking. 4 nights was like home. Good breakfast. Staffs the top most priority for taking care of the guest. Anything you want they are there to help you. The pool was very well maintained. Itswas the best time we spend on the whole trip in Spain. Best of best

Love, love, loved this hotel. The perfect boutique hotel. Good amount of people but not too busy. Food was fantastic, room was great and service incredible. Such a relaxing stay - pool and beach were great. Also lots of nearby options for restaurants and a nice place to wander around. We will definitely be going back.

I lost my flight and had to find a hotel for the night and I quite enjoyed my stay here. It's not a huge hotel so it's not packed which I love. Room was clean and adequate. Bathroom shower area was darkly lit but the bed and pillows where nice to sleep on. Breakfast was good also and had vegan options. I didn't take pix of the room or hotel as that's all available online. So I took more food shots. Calamari was great. The salmon sandwich was a bit salty after the third cut. But food service was super quick!

Great hotel. We loved beach access, pool and lounging sun beds. Never had a problem getting a sun bed at pool or at the beach. Away from the busy area but still close to everything. We had a car, so that made everything very easy, although it is walking distance to street with souvenir shopping and restaurants. Martha and Sylvia were both excellent concierge and gave us great recommendations of what to do during the four days. They booked reservations to activities and top restaurants such as Mymanta, Blue Marlin and La Paloma. These are top Ibiza restaurants and great for date nights. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

Pretty sure this is the best hotel we've ever stayed at.

My family had a great holiday experience when we checked in at the beginning of the season. The hotel was spotless, the staff cheerful and friendly and the location, at the quiet end of the town was very picturesque. The rooms were on the small side with limited storage space but the great service compensated for that. I was particularly impressed by the help given to me by the office staff who helped me to recover a lost item. This is over and above what a visitor would expect and is a credit to them.

Riomar hotel is a wonderful hotel in front of the Sant Eulalia beach. Service is top level. All the staff is very keen to satisfy all the customer needs with great detail and attention. Tomas are modern clean and they have mountain or beach view. The breakfast buffet was very good and with lot of options. I think the staff is the great asset of this structure.

If you're looking for peace, beautiful surroundings and great service, stay here. Two friends and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic time. We originally planned to stay at the W but had to stay here instead, and thankfully the stay did not disappoint. Everything you could want is in the hotel; direct access to the beach, stunning recently renovated rooms (including excellent sea view rooms), restaurant, and is also walking distance from a local town with good shopping and other amazing restaurants. The pool and lounge deck area is fantastic; well decorated and very comfortable. If you like a photo op in aesthetically pleasing places, this area will give you all you need! Staff were friendly, attentive and made accommodations to suit our breakfast requirements, which we truly appreciated. I specialise in accessibility assessments, including creating better accessibility for people with disabilities in buildings. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member but travel frequently with my partner who's a Titanium member, therefore I naturally notice all things accessibility related. During my stay, I noted there was a gentleman in a wheelchair, who was able to use a ramp to get down to the seating area at breakfast, but couldn't use one to get down to the seated area. The staff went above and beyond to provide support and a work around, but it did highlight a few accessibility issues. I spoke with the manager (great guy) who advised they plan to address that particular issue later this year which is wonderful. They do have other accessibility features such as a wheelchair stair lift by the pool area which is wonderful, but other aspects such as lighting and hand rails in some areas could be improved and would make for a more age/disability inclusive experience. If you have any accessibility requirements, I recommend contacting the hotel who will surely be as accommodating as possible. Overall, I highy recommend staying here, it's away from the hotspots but less than 20 mins drive away if that's what you're in Ibiza for, so you can't lose! I will definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the newly renovated breakfast area/new restaurant once it's complete :) The rooms were modern and beds very comfortable. The TV's had Chromecast so you can watch Netflix, Prime Video etc. My only gripe was they didn't have wash cloths which was a first for me, luckily my friend came with back up washing gloves.

We’ve stayed in Santa Eulalia before but never at Hotel Riomar. We are absolutely blown away by the hotel, the setting and the staff. Every thing about the experience has been incredible. We’re so impressed that we have decided to get married here later in the year and can’t wait for all our friends and family to come and stay. The food is absolutely delicious and would recommend a visit even if you aren’t staying at the hotel.

A wonderful hotel around a beautiful set of location, a bit far from mad rush, even through close to all amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was really beautiful. Rooms were spacious and quirky yet elegantly done. Bar and restaurants were great. I would definitely stay again. Only slight negative was that the pool was very cold. I wish they heated the pool so that guests could enjoy!

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Nespresso kapseln und Flaschen Wasser sind kostenlos im Zimmer. Sehr große und moderne TV mit vielen Programmen. Schöne Ausblick aufs Strand und Meer. Bequemer Liegen am Strand und Stühle am Terrasse. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit daß liebe ich an diesem hotel. Besonderes Lob an Frau Nieves, fleißig wie eine biene und super lieb! Hier gibt's nichts zu meckern, eine Lob an daß ganze Team.

Tolles Hotel mit toller Lage und unschlagbar freundliches Personal

Fijn hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is een oud pand dat volledig is opgeknapt in een soort retro stijl. Dit is erg goed gelukt. Dichter op het strand kun je bijna niet zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. Het ontbijt is erg compleet, van full English tot donuts, wafels, pannenkoeken, homemade granola, fruit, alles vers en veel soorten sap, zalm, humus, etc. Je loopt vanuit het hotel zo de boulevard van Santa Eularia op en als je die oversteekt sta je meteen op het strand erachter. Je kunt vanuit het hotel je eigen strandbed reserveren en bestellen op kamer nummer. Handdoeken krijg je daar. Service is snel en goed. Goede menukaart, ook op het strand. De menukaart van het restaurant vonden we wel wat beperkt, kan uitgebreider. En heerlijke cocktails! Het zwembad is erg mooi afgewerkt met zonnebedden zo dik als een flink boxspring bed. Ook zijn er mooie loungeplekken waar je kunt hangen en chillen in hangende tipi’s. De hotelkamers zijn netjes en goed afgewerkt. Moderne schakelaars voor licht, badkamer dimbaar met mooi sfeer licht. De WiFi deed het niet goed maar dit werd snel gerepareerd. Kamer is voldoende groot en had zeezicht met een balkon en airco. De minibar is goed gevuld en je kunt thee en koffie maken in een nespresso apparaat. Je loopt vanuit het hotel zo in Santa Eularia. Leuke boulevard met veel verschillende barretjes, restaurants en winkels.

Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms small but everything needed available, brilliant location, beautiful beach and pool area. Breakfast choices great and plenty to choose from. Sadly a policy had been brought in within the last 2 weeks without any formal warning via email, or text to explain a charge of 50 Euro per night on arrival as security.? In these times some people have the restrictions of having that sort of spare, available money, on top of spending money, and it somewhat set the experience off on a bad note. 3 days home and i'm still waiting on the refund. Prices for food and drink were high which meant we always went out. Fortunately the area is amazing for bars and restaurants. The lady that ran breakfast every morning was absolutely excellent, pleasant, helpful, polite and happy along with other serving crew. Reception attitude depended on staff at time. Some not great on customer service.

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questo splendido hotel, mangiato molto bene ed è davvero molto comodo, perché subito sul mare ed accanto alla passeggiata pedonale che attraversa tutta la località di Sant'Eulalia. L'hotel mette a disposizione le biciclette per una stupenda passeggiata lungo mare. Lettini ed ombrelloni molto confortevoli a disposizione degli ospiti , con servizio bar direttamente sotto l'ombrellone. Ha una magnifica piscina ed il ristorante all'aperto è con la vista sul mare. Unico punto dolente le camere, pur se ben pulite sono davvero molto piccole con pseudo armadi davvero molto piccoli, quasi un'appenderia d'ingresso direi! |Per il resto il servizio rientra perfettamente nella catena Marriott, quindi massima professionalità. Per un breve periodo è un albergo molto comodo e la vista sul mare regale delle albe davvero indimenticabili.

A very charming and quaint hotel on the more somber side of Ibiza. Great restaurant, trendy beach bar, an absolutely exquisite breakfast buffet, and impeccable service. They were quick to, through the chat feature on my Marriott app, set up a sweet surprise for my fiance and I in our room by the time we arrived: our favourite espresso martini and some fruit. I had a very memorable stay here and cant wait to come back.

O hotel fica em frente à praia, tem serviço de praia e piscina e é possível deixar o carro por um custo adicional. Os quartos são arejados e bem decorados e muito limpos. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e o serviço é excelente. O pequeno almoço é variado e de grande qualidade. Recomendo vivamente este hotel.

Service, experience & property perfection! Recognized my Bonvoy Elite status at check-in and gave me a tour of the property and made dinner reservations for me at the W Ibiza. Ricardo kept me refreshed with special request drinks made-to-order from the bartender while I soaked in the sea from the beach. I enjoyed my morning yoga session with Georgia and the relaxing nature area next to the pool. Buffet breakfast was very good with wide selection. Enjoyed the late-night DJ Sunday evening on the patio. Everything was kept up-to-date and exceeded my expectations for quality, service and property maintenance. I loved the small touches like: real cream with the Nespresso maker and bath robes in the room. Excellent air conditioning and fan in the room with spa-like, modern, bathroom and shower. There are not many hotels in the world like this one where the stock photos are true and the service is exceptional. It strikes a balance of prime beach vacation, pool and DJ fun with restorative relaxation retreat in its three separate outdoor living areas. Overall perfection. I definitely will be returning to this property for the perfect island vibe of premium service and tranquil relaxation.

Quando se pensa em Ibiza, logo vêm à mente fuzuê, bêbados e bagunça generalizada; ninguém pensa que a ilha em si é bem mais do que isso e que pode haver um cantinho sossegado e familiar: bem-vindos a Santa Eulalia do Rio e ao Riomar!||Com o rio do mesmo nome da cidade desembocando no mar a menos de 200m de distância, o Hotel Riomar encontrou um canto bem sossegado para receber seus hóspedes com requinte, diante de uma bela praia de água quente e com vista deslumbrante pro nascer do sol!||O prédio é dos anos 70 e já foi reformado algumas vezes, até por isso os quartos são bem pequenos, mais recomendados a casais e amigos com certa intimidade do que a famílias. São apenas 4 as suítes, uma em cada andar, e nem mesmo membros Bonvoy Titânio ou Ambassador conseguem o upgrade pra elas, quase sempre reservadas diretamente.||Os quartos têm vista pro mar ou para a rua, alguns destes com varandas minúsculas e os do 1° andar com terraços enormes e até com espreguiçadeira mas bem em cima das obras do restaurante Ocean, que não terminam este ano. O sol da tarde bate diretamente nos quartos e no verão pode ser escaldante!||Os quartos com vista pro mar tem varanda mais ampla com mesa e cadeiras, TV gigantesca até com Netflix, cama confortável e alguns com sofá também bom pra dormir, jogo de luzes muito bem pensado, cafeteira Nespresso, armário em estilo aberto e amplas gavetas, uma garrafa d'água por hóspede por dia, bancada de trabalho, tomadas e USB, banheiro com luz integrada ao espelho, ducha potente e amenidades de alta qualidade!||A internet funciona muito bem, com um único registro, e o sinal chega até a beira d'água!||Estacionar é um grande problema na ilha como um todo e não seria diferente em Santa Eulália. Há de se ter sorte pra encontrar uma vaga próximo ao hotel e a tolerância é zero pra quem deixa o carro na "faixa amarela". O jeito é pagar os 15 euros/dia que pede o hotel num estacionamento vizinho ou deixar o carro atrás do supermercado a 5min de distância a pé.||O hotel pode ser considerado intimista e romântico, sendo frequente usado para sessão de fotos e recebendo um público mais exclusivo, até pelo seu design convidativo em tons de mármore terracota, um ambiente interno selecionado sem ser pesado.||Sobre o café da manhã, a sensação de paparico é bem agradável, com a sorridente Nieves cuidando de cada hóspede com todo carinho todos os dias. Há sucos e frutas frescos, itens de padaria simplesmente irresistíveis, queijos locais e embutidos, produtos saudáveis e para quem tem restrições alimentares, até mesmo salmão. Dá pra se começar o dia se alimentando bem na parte interna e climatizada ou na varanda aberta com a vista deslumbrante da praia com o calçadão à frente, tudo isso sem qualquer incômodo. O horário de pico é a partir das 10h, já que muitos hóspedes preferem dormir mais um pouco e acabam pulando o almoço ao desjejuarem mais tarde.||O hotel conta com piscina, sala de ginástica 24h, área reservada e bar. À noite em dias específicos há música ao vivo e festas temáticas, nada tão alto em volume que possa atrapalhar o descanso de quem tem quartos com vista-mar.||Ao longo do calçadão há mercadinhos, sorveterias, restaurantes de todos os tipos, sem falar em estar a poucos minutos do centro da cidade e serviços como banco, posto de gasolina, supermercado, farmácia, o centro de compras Art, barbearias e mais - a localização é espetacular! Ah, o ferry pra Formentera e outras partes da ilha de Eivissa fica a 10min a pé, também muito conveniente.||Todos são muito gentis e prestativos, apesar de baterem cabeça com coisas simples e um acabar passando por cima do outro, já que não se sabe claramente qual a função de cada um e nem mesmo seus nomes estão num crachá de identificação.||Fumar é terminantemente proibido nas dependências do hotel, apesar de alguns insistirem em fazê-lo até mesmo dentro dos quartos, acionando o alarme de incêndio. O hotel precisa estar mais bem preparados para eventos como esse, não tão incomuns na ilha, e aparentemente não está.||Escolher o Riomar para alguns dias ou mais de uma semana é optar pelo conforto e descanso completos num ambiente elegante e leve, com atendimento personalizado e de alto nível, nada a ver com a imagem que se tem de Ibiza e seu turismo de baixo nível - no Riomar a qualidade e o requinte imperam!

super nice hotel which has just been renovated last year. Rooms small but clean and modern. the location is perfect, don't forget to choose a sea view room, they are incredible for sunrise at 7:00 in the morning. Swimming pool with comfortable deckchair. meals are a bit expensive for the quantity on the plate but good. the beach is 20 meters ahead. the hotel is 25 euro from the center of Ibiza by taxi and there is a shuttle to go to formenterra. I recommend.

We stayed at the Riomar for 8 nights as part of a wedding group. It was superb in every aspect. Room, view, service, superb breakfast, facilities and close access to the beach and great pool area. Congrats management and team you run a great show.

I feel this hotels pre-refurb reviews give it a lower score than it deserves. The fitout is pretty smart, very tasteful but not trying too hard. Importantly, the staff were wonderful, particularly Angel who made our little 2-yr old feel very welcome. The rooms are smallish but where the rooms lack in size, the communal spaces offer variety and great comfort. Food was delicious and the drinks also. We highly recommend this hotel.

No estado directamente en el Riomar pero vivo en Santa Eularia así q paso constantemente x el hotel y es muy ameno ver salir los clientes a la playa o verlos desayunando o en sus balcones en fin es muy bonito así q les recomiendo q si buscan un buen sitio para hospedaje no lo duden es acogedor y muy bonito

I have been absolutely blown away by my experience at the Riomar, Ibiza. The environment that the staff create is second to none!!! The general service including the car valet, beach and pool teams really make your stay here feel as if you are at home. Aufenthalt für 5 Nächte im Juni 2022, nach der Renovierung/ Übernahme durch Marriott. Sehr freundlicher Service mit allen Möglichkeiten, die man auf diesem Niveau erwartet! Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter*innen war immer super herzlich und zuvorkommend. Design top und für uns sehr ansprechend. Lage und Ausblick super (beim Frühstück, am Pool/ Beach, aus dem Zimmer) Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen super. Zimmergröße wird bei 2 Personen und mehr als Handgepäck eine Herausforderung. Negativ ist hier der fehlende Stauraum. Produktauswahl Frühstück angemessen. Produktqualität Frühstück gut. Getränke-/ Speisenangebot tagsüber am Pool Deck/ Beach/ Hotel mit guter Qualität und ausreichender Vielfalt. Ocean Brasserie & Bar am Abend ok. Hier hätten wir uns mehr kulinarische Kreativität, Authentizität und Handwerk gewünscht. Fazit: ein super Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeiter*innen, in super Lage in einem super Zustand. Preis - Leistung für uns passend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Currently staying in the hotel. My daughter after dinner decided to have two scoops of ice cream which was 9 euros. What was somewhat ridiculous was that the room service for that was 6 euros. It ended being about $17 or so for just two scoops. I won’t be ordering room service again. Aside from that, I was told that the hotel opened less than a month ago. To be fair, the staff is well trained, friendly, and attentive. Jose and Marco were great and there was a couple of other employees which probably are still getting used things. The property is very clean. I had trouble with the safe when checking in and they had Juan Jose, maintenance come in and fix it within 10 mins. He was also very friendly and knew what he was doing. All of the staff seem to go out of their way to make things happen. If they don’t know the answer, they quickly find someone that does. Hotel probably has a little maturing to do, but we’ll on it’s way to being a great property. Only setback was their room service fee. 65-70% seemed excessive.

Service top top! Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal (besonders Michael)! Das Hotel hat eine Kooperation mit einen Mietwagen Anbieter. Wir konnten ganz entspannt den Mietwagen im Hotel erhalten und ihn ebenfalls dort wieder abgeben. Alles wurde für uns organisiert! Sehr angenehm :-) Das Pooldeck ist ein ein Traum. Hier kann man sehr gut entspannen und relaxen. Die Zimmer mit seaview sind jeden Euro mehr wert! Ein echtes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!!!

Absolutely loved staying here. Exactly what we wanted in a hotel. Ignore other reviews saying the rooms are outdated. The rooms are beautifully renovated now, the staff couldn’t be nicer/more accommodating, the food in the restaurant is fantastic, the views from the seaside rooms and the lobby/restaurant/pool area are incredible with super close access to the beach. Would recommend this hotel 100x over.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (24 personnes avec enfants) et c’était vraiment parfait. Les chambres sont modernes et confortables, c’est très kids friendly, le resto est excellent la terrasse qui donne sur la mer est top car on peut manger en regardant les enfants jouer dans le sable, très accueillant, situé sur le front de mer à 5 minutes à pied de Santa Eularia, mon 3 eme séjour à Ibiza et c’est vraiment une destination idéale en famille ! Le coin lounge en extérieur est très agréable ! Je n’ai rien trouvé à redire à part la lenteur des serveurs au bar qui sont un peu léthargiques, mais c est un détail !

We loved our stay at Riomar. Beautifully renovated, with a gorgeous stunning lobby, amazing pool area. And staff, always attentive, very nice, kind, supportive and helpful. Room was big enough, with amazing shower, big tv, nespresso machine etc. Good soundproofing, perfect cleaning. The only thing we struggle with were lights controls, I think it is not necessary to go always for the "high-tech", it took ages to light the lights in bathroom to 100%. But that was just a minor flaw. And maybe, for a breakfast (which was superdelicious!!) I would like to have some waffles or pancakes :). Thank you very much for a beautiful stay. It was really memorable.

Wat een paradijs!! Supermooi hotel met een fijne sfeer en onwijs aardig personeel die je graag van dienst is. Prachtige ligging aan het strand met mooie ligbedden en ook bij het zwembad gave plekken om te relaxen. Ik kom graag nog een keer terug naar deze prachtige plek!

Heel goed hotel. Met rustige sfeer. Zeer nette luxe kamers vooral de badkamer en de douche. Ontbijt uitgebreid. Bedjes bij zwembad liggen erg goed.

Nos dieron una habitación maravillosa con vistas al mar. El hotel súper limpio, la temperatura ideal y el servicio maravilloso. Especial mención a Raquel de recepción que estuvo muy atenta y fue muy amable en todo momento. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Ai primi di settembre ci sono tornato.|Posizione eccezionale davanti al mare.|Hotel completamente ristrutturato con un design da film di James Bond veramente bello.|Camere con design minimalista ma altamente tecnologico. Molto pulite.|Letto meraviglioso.|La terrazza per la colazione è strepitosa.|Lo staff è premuroso e attento. Servizio ineccepibile.|Per me bellissimo.

Wonderful rooms, with sea view, Super comfy beds, with ultra soft sheets and firm bed, just the way I like. Nespresso machine in the room, balcony, lovely finishings, it was just heavenly. Definitely the 'New" best spot in Santa Eularia, and the restaurant is delish! Awesome staff as well. Highly recommended when looking for a stay beachfront and close to town.

We have just had the most amazing stay here- its a beautiful very chic and stylish hotel with excellent sea views and beach access and the service was amazing the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate and covid safe - we think this hotel deserves its accolades and more esp when the restaurant is up and running as if its as good as the fantastic breakfast buffet it will be a great success- thank you team riomar for making our stay amazing 👏 😀

Struttura interna rimasta uguale al precedente hotel 3 stelle, scale ed unico ascensore inquietanti. Camere troppo piccole con problemi d'acqua corrente, un intera serata è mancata totalmente. La lavanderia ha perso degli abiti ma sembrava normale per le persone alla reception.||Piscina vecchio stile senza ricambio sufficiente d'acqua, inutilizzabile considerato il numero di bambini all'interno. Il Concierge è un ragazzo inesperto ed inefficiente, non in grado di risolvere i problemi, non all'altezza della struttura. Camerieri professionali, la system manager eccellente. Buona la terrazza.

I fell in love with the Riomar! The chic marbled lobby offers stunning views over the restaurant terrace, a palm fringed beach and the sea. This is where the generous, fresh and tasty breakfast buffet is served as well as a superb lunch and dinner. The Riomar offers newly refurbished boutique style rooms with a modern, clean vibe and thoughtful touches. Try and get a room with sea view and balcony, it’s well worth it! The staff need a special mention: All are efficient, super personable and impress with their multi- language skills. Watch the sunrise, join a free yoga or bootcamp session in the tribal garden, lounge by the pool, dip into the sea and you won’t even have to leave the hotel!

In der Nähe viele Restaurants Zimmer: sehr stylisch vieleicht etwas klein. Tolle Betten . Kaffee Maschine im Zimmer. Badezimmer erstklassig Frühstück: üblicher 4 sterne standard. Kaffee service etwas langsam. Personal: nett freundlich hilfsbereit mehrsprachig Fazit: Komme wieder

Hotel nuovo rinnovato appena riaperto da luglio 2021 del brand tribute portfolio by Mariott quindi si ha una buona garanzia , camere un po’ piccole ma funzionali , letto comodissimo e stanze silenziose un’uva nota dolente le tende che al mattino lasciano passare la luce ma questa è una nota per i più pignoli . Servizio molto attento e impeccabile atmosfera rilassante e piacevolissima . Direttore sempre presente e attento al cliente , non da poco . Se proprio devo dare una nota negativa lo renderei adults only ma questo e’ un parere personale ovviamente non avendo figli e cercando relax magari questi a volte disturbano un po’ troppo. Area pool fantastica . Bravi !

En el restaurante, buena comida, muy buen servicio y precio vs calidad. En concreto, Angel es un encanto, nos atendió muy bien, cercano y amable. In the restaurant, good food, very good service and price vs quality. In particular, Angel is a charm, he took care of us very well, close and friendly.

Excellent stay, freshly refurbished in current interior design trends. Right on the beach with the sunrise, so can easily spend whole day there without a need to go anywhere. Very friendly and responsive staff, who organized a last minute Sunday covid test for me right at the hotel! Thank you!

Hôtel restaurant parfait personnel très sympa au petit soin je recommande +++

Está muy bien reformado,me alojé una noche con mi pareja,cuando llegué la habitacion no estaba lista,la explicacion que me dieron es que no me la darian hasta que la gobernanta diera el ok,ella estaba en una reunión,me dieron la habitacion a las 5 de la tarde,tuve que esperar en la piscina,y en el rato que estuve allí,me preguntaron 3 personas distintas,camareros,que si estaba alojado en el hotel o me había colado,me dio hasta vergüenza,el resto de la estancia ya sin problemas.

Sólo probamos su restaurante, todo riquísimo y un personal muy atento. No es barato, pero merece la pena.

Mi madre y yo hemos disfrutado de unos días excelentes en RioMar Hotel, todo ha sido fantástico y nada que añadir para mejorar, a pesar de estar en plena apertura, la habitación, la limpieza, los detalles en la misma impecable. El servicio desde los chicos que te reciben con cuidado en la puerta, aparcan tu coche, el equipo de recepción maravilloso trato, el equipo de desayunos, comida y cena amables y serviciales. Nos apuntamos a clase de yoga con Florenci y maravillosa en una zona muy bonita que han creado con arena, tipis, cojines y carpa. También hicimos paddle bike en el mar y lo recomiendo probar a todo el que pueda, muy muy grata experiencia. El desayuno buffet completo y de calidad, zumos naturales variados, pudding de chia con fruta, variedad de panes, huevos, y muchas más cositas ricas. El almuerzo a medio día y la cena recomendado 100% calidad precio perfecto! Agradecer especialmente al director general Marco por su atención y cuidado durante toda la estancia. Se ve que ama lo que hace y cuida de su equipo y clientes.

Lovely hotel, the location right on the beach with a nice pool and nice interior. Good extensive breakfast and a good lunch menu with tasty dishes. The hotel is beautiful and we had a super comfy room with a lovely bed and a sea view which can really recommend the view is lovely and you can still hear the sea at night. I would love to come back here

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It's perfectly located on the beach, beautiful views, delicious food and drinks (highly recommend the White Island Spritz), the rooms were comfy, and the staff were extremely friendly! It was my first time in Ibiza and Hotel Riomar made it perfect. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Superb hotel. So close to the beach. Cannot fault the location. The food here is so good, you never need to eat anything out. Always something different every night. Room was reasonably large and bright with more than enough storage space and plug sockets. The staff are great here, except for a couple of the bar staff who are a bit obnoxious. The only problem is, I believe the hotel has now been sold. This probably means that it's going to go the same way as the Hotel Orchedia which is a couple of hundred metres further up the beach from the Rio Mar. Think young yuppies, booked and paid for sunbeds, veggie meals and mucho mucho money to be extracted from their pockets. Shame really as the Rio Mar ticks all of the boxes for value, cleanliness, food, rooms, staff, location etc, etc. We love Ibiza, been several times, but the thing which strikes me now about it, particularly Santa Eulalia now, is that the normal tourist is now going to be priced out of it as it now looks like its just $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Maybe go sooner rather than later before the Ibiza we know and love disappears up it's own backside in the rush to grab as much of your cash as it can.

Top hotel in Santa eulalia, sea front. Perfect for families and grannies. Lovely sea view

Nice Friendly hotel may only be 2 star but feels more 3 going 4 star, good breakfast plenty of choice.

Seafront location away from the busy part of town. Room is comfortable but bathroom a bit cramped (having a bidet takes some of the room... so there are upsides!!). Seaview rooms or town view rooms available. We are half board. Breakfast and evening meals are buffet style. Good choice of food including local dishes... but chips always present. Hotel guests appear to be a mixture of British, Dutch and German so chefs appear to do a good job for everyone. However, can not get a coffee in the evening in the restaurant so have to go to the bar. Friendly staff, though some times it's difficult getting served on the terrace during the day by the pool!

Basic but clean and staff excellent

Es ist sauber(OK), aber Bad ist Renovierungsbedürftig , für Kühlschrank im Zimmer muss man bezahlen. Wir haben bisschen mehr erwartet für die 3 Sterne die uns versprochen wurden aber nur 2 sind. Personal ist freundlich aber kann nur spanisch und englisch. Wir haben für das gleiche Geld 4 Sterne Hotel gehabt auch in Ibiza und All-In hier nur halb-pension möglich. Aber wir machen das beste draus .

Een prima hotel. Eenvoudig van opzet en uitstraling op een fantastische locatie aan het einde van de boulevard. Het ligt direct aan het strand en kies daarom ook zeezicht bij het boeken. Goede kamer met fijne bedden. Geen koelkast helaas. De badkamer was nodig aan een renovatie toe, dit kan echt niet meer. Vriendelijk personeel en doen onopvallend hun werk. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt in buffetvorm net als het diner. Ruim voldoende keuze, niet exclusief maar gewoon goed. Wij hebben er een fijn verblijf aan gehad.

Goed hotel alleen kunnen de douches wel een upgrade gebruiken

Ein klasse Hotel. Es ist ein zwei Sterne Hotel der superklasse. Gutes Frühstück Abendessen als Buffet. Die Zimmer und die Rezeption sehr zufriedenstellend. Mit Pool direkt am Meer einfach genial. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eines 2 Sterne-Hotels wurde mehr als erfüllt. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen auch mit dem Mietwagen kann man direkt am Hotel parken man muss nur etwas gucken nach dem Parkplatz. In der Region kann man überall gut essen und Trinken für Kinder auch sehr geeignet.

Location of this Hotel was fabulous. The staff are helpful and friendly. Food was fresh and well presented. The rooms are tired and need updating but are super clean. Housekeeping were excellent.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gut organisiert. Der Blick auf das Meer und der unmittelbare Strand und Pool am Hotel ist einfach der Traum. Das Essen, Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend! Grosses Angebot und wechselreich. Wieder super organisiert vom Personal des Restaurants. Und die grosszügigen sehr sauberen, gepflegten Zimmer sind wirklich einmalig! Das einzige, was mir fehlte war, dass die Leute kein Deutsch sprechen, auch fast keine deutschen Gäste im Hotel, aber das ist doch nicht so schlimm, unser einer soll nicht faul sein, spanisch und englisch lernen bewegt unsere grauen Hirnzellen. Und das tut auch gut! Das Hotel Riomar ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir wollen dieses Jahr nochmals kommen, hoffentlich haben wir Glück beim buchen.

A little gem of an hotel. Right on the beach and the hotel is run like a family hotel. All the staff friendly and helpful.

Ideally located, it is run by very friendly staff , clean rooms with excellent views if at the front of hotel.

The rooms were nice , supplied with hairdryers and big viranda for twin room. The food was edible wasn’t a great selection not much for children to eat or do entertainment was slim to nothing. And bar food is overpriced.

I can't say bad things for this hotel. Hotel and room are very clean. Foods are excellent. Everything were delicious what we tasted. Staff is very kind. They can speak english well. Restaurant is very organized, we never waited for the table. I like this system. I had bad experience before (another hotel). Location is perfect. Hotel is on the beach, near the shops and restaurants.

As b&b, was expecting small guest house. Reality was very large hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean with balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Has pool and terrace with waiter service. Wifi right to the beach which is other side of path.

Perfect for my one night stay. The receptionist was so welcoming even though I was a late arrival. He recommended a stroll on the promenade which is immediately accessible through the hotel's rear door (as it's the beautiful beach). The rooms have recently been part refurbished and the furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the artwork bright. There is no fridge and my room had the TV remote missing, neither of these things bothered me in the slightest. The bathrooms have not been refurbished but the shower was powerful and hot, toiletries were provided and the towels were fluffy. Breakfast was wonderful. I'm vegan and there was a wonderful selection of fruit, tomatoes, olives and cucumber and there were slices of lemon to put in water. Apart from this the location of Santa Eulalia is beautiful ... make sure to do the river walk advertised in the hotel's reception, it's a great way to see the town and a little bit more! Hopefully I'll be back!

2* rated hotel with 5* staff, accomadation and food

perfect location practically on the beach.very clean and tidy .staff are very efficient and friendly..food is good and a reasonable variety to choose from.. much better than it's 2 star rating. brilliant views from sea facing rooms. rooms a bit small but adequate and kept spotlessly clean by the hard working staff..all in all great hotel and great staff.

Staff were friendly, especially Lola, she was very nice to everyone. Rooms were pretty small and not much space to walk. Food was well below par, would rather eat rice for a month than try anything there again. Really close to the beach which is great. They also tipped themselves from our card when paying, adding on a 20% tip then baiting us for an extra tip on top of that without telling us, which is disgusting.

Goede airo, goede douche, goed zwembad, aardig personeel, goede ligging, goed ontbijt, avondbuffer echter slecht. Maar er zijn genoeg betaalbare restaurants.

Lovely hotel a bit dated but very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For a 2 star hotel the choice of food was unbelievable. The location was fabulous right on the beach . I'd definitely go back there.

Hotel very clean but slightly dated.rooms cleaned every day. Only draw back in rooms is no kettle to make drink and extra 50 euro if you want fridge. If you want safe its 30 euros. Dining room is cramped and nightmare when getting food as not much room to move. Food luke warm and not very appetising.Most of staff very friendly especially bar staff. Enjoyed our stay but food let it down.

Enjoyed a good stay at the Riomar at end of summer season. Hotel is dated, but very clean and acceptable for it's rating. The food was OK and was able to get something I could make do with each evening, but could be a challenge for really fussy eaters, would recommend considering going bed and breakfast as lots of good places in town. Located right on a beach with rentable sunloungers or there are those beside pool for free. Short walk along front into town and harbour. If eating would suggest venturing a few block back from front as more variety and food is better.

Beautiful place but a little bit basic

On the whole the hotel was good, the only thing that let it down as far as we were concerned was the food. It needed more variety and it quite often was luke warm.

Mooie plaats. Leuke wandelboulevard. Veel terrasjes en winkels. Dicht bij bushalte en haven. Hotel personeel vriendelijk. Kamers zijn goed. Alleen de badkamer gedateerd maar wel schoon. Het eten eigenlijk zoals zoveel hotels Engels gericht. Niet veel variatie.

The hotel itself was lovely as was the staff but the swimming pool was full of bacteria causing 4 of our kids to get various infections by the bacteria in the water confirmed by the doctor at the walk in! There were others also in the hotel who had infections! When asked the hotel for there cleaning records they couldn’t produce- records should be available as they should be done daily! Ibiza tho is a beautiful island:)

A Great holiday at what you would describe as a tradtional hotel. Not ultra modern by any means, but the hotel is very clean and tidy and the hotel staff are incredibly polite and helpful at all times. In fact the rather dated style of the hotel adds to its charm. Perfectly located quietly just off the beach. All in all a fantastic time at Hotel Riomar!!
