La verdad es que nos sorprendió para bien desde el primer momento. El recibimiento fue muy cálido y el personal siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, con un trato cercano y amable que hace que te sientas como en casa.||La atención del equipo fue excelente, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa. Eso marca mucho la diferencia en la experiencia.||La comida es otro punto fuerte: variada, bien preparada y con una calidad que se nota. Los desayunos nos encantaron y las cenas fueron muy completas, con un servicio rápido y atento.||Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. La piscina, el gym y el spa estaban impecables, limpios y renovados, transmitiendo esa sensación de relax que uno busca en vacaciones. El ambiente en la zona de la piscina era tranquilo, perfecto para descansar sin agobios.||La habitación resultó muy cómoda, con camas confortables y todo bien cuidado. La limpieza fue impecable y nos permitió disfrutar de un descanso total.||Y qué decir del rooftop… ¡simplemente espectacular! Es un lugar ideal para relajarse al final del día, tomarse algo y disfrutar de unas vistas maravillosas. Sin duda, uno de los rincones que más disfrutamos del hotel.||En resumen, comodidad y confort mires donde mires. Ha sido una experiencia redonda y sin duda lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque un sitio en el que disfrutar y desconectar en Ibiza. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

Schönes Hotel, gepflegt, ruhig

Hotel très bruyant! Pas accueillant! Donnent l impression qu ils n ont pas envie d etre la. Exigent un paiement only cash pour la caution des essuis de piscine ( pas légal). Nous devons chercher nous mêmes nos boissons au bar. Vous devez débarrasser aussi sinon c est 1 euros! Pas de douche privée le jour de votre départ, uniquement wc public dispo! Petit déjeuner bas de gamme. Emplacement bien pour ceux qui aime rester a l hotel. Pas grand chose a moins de 12 min a pieds. Restaurant très cher. Ils n ont pas compris le concept Adult only! Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles!

We had a wonderful vacation in the hotel. The staff was friendly and service was excellent. The hotel appears a bit older but everything is well maintained and intact. This includes the rooms and the spa area. The food (breakfast + dinner buffet) offers a variety of global and local dishes. We do recommend a stay here if you look for a quiet and peaceful stay around friendly people. Note: The hotel is directly at the sea, but there is no beach as part of the hotel. Bring water shoes if you want to enjoy the sea in front of the hotel. The next sand beach (Playa Niu Blau ) is around 10 minutes away.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the food, breakfast and evening meals provided plenty of choice and were fresh and delicious. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were upgraded to a sea view room and given a bottle of sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is fairly close to the bus stop for travelling to Es Canar and Ibiza town, the buses are clean, air conditioned and cheap. The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and cheerful, a credit to the hotel. Special mention to Maria in the restaurant, every hotel should have a Maria! The only slight niggle is breakfast starting at 8 am, we would have much preferred a 7.30 breakfast start to accommodate us going out on an early trip and an early pickup for our flight.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay. We were given a sea view when we checked in which was a lovely surprise and we spent a lot of time on our balcony just looking at the view. Honestly can’t really fault the hotel, the beds are really comfy, room was spotless and spacious and the balcony was also a really good size. The chair was broken on our balcony so we reported at reception and it was repaired the same day. I have to say, the best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming - especially the girl at the pool bar (I think she’s called Marya). ||The only downsides for us were, breakfast wasn’t great. I’m not a big fan of buffets anyway but this one isn’t great. I got beans and they were really cold and the choice wasn’t the best. Also, the hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk to the marina and there isn’t anything nearby, so we found the walk to and from the hotel every evening a bit boring. ||All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

I was told that this hotel was in an area for a quiet holiday and it lived up to this. We had a sea-view room and it was lovely waking up to see the dawn come over the coastline with a peaceful coffee on the balcony. Definitely can recommend as an adult only hotel, with no 'nabbing of early morning sunbed culture' (or else they take the towels off). Food was excellent, so much choice made it difficult not to overkill on. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and the whole atmosphere was relaxing.|Cleanliness was top class throughout The only frustration was that there were no sockets where the tea/coffee tray was, so we were forced to plug it in at the opposite side of the room on the floor. Also we had to ask for extra milk every day, as only two small capsules were left (needed at least two per person). All in all though a very pleasant stay.

What a beautiful hotel. Quiet, clean and very relaxing. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed the food selection. I would definitely return.

Visited grupotel Santa Eulalia for 5 days at the end of August. This was my 4th time staying at this hotel, the last time being 2018. It is great to see many of the same staff still working there and the service is top class. Everyone is so friendly and happy to help with any queries. The breakfast selection was superb and the snack bar reasonably priced. There was never a shortage of sun-beds and we always managed to get a bed on the upper deck. The hotel is so peaceful and relaxing, while being very close to the main town and a large supermarket. I can’t wait to book again for next year.

Zeer goed hotel , goede en rustige ligging , Vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Heerlijk hotel om te relaxen als stel of als groep stellen. Aan de zee als je houdt van een wandeling. Topkamers en een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Kleine wandeling naar het centrum van Eularia.

Tolles Hotel mit äußerst nettem Personal. Vom Pool bis zum Buffet ist alles ausgezeichnet.

Vriendelijk personeel, proper hotel,|Veel keuze bij de maaltijden, leuk zwembad . Gym was leuk, melding gemaakt over een toestel dat onderhoud nodig had en het euvel werd meteen verholpen

ik heb op deze plek mijn 60e verjaardag mogen beleven.. ik heb rugletsel en na een e-mail met de vraag of ik een kamer met douche ipv een bad kon krijgen heeft de receptie ervoor gezorgd dat ik de kamer met douche kreeg!! , Daarvoor heeft deze kamer 1 nacht leeg gestaan speciaal voor mij. betekende dus ook dat toen wij om half 12 in de ochtend het hotel aankwamen onze kamer al klaar was. dat noem ik nog eens service.

Loved our stay. We were given a sea view room on arrival, on the first floor. Room was spacious and clean, maid came to the room each day. English channels on the TV. |Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet, very peaceful other than a couple of singers on a small stage on a couple of the evenings there was no entertainment as such although this suited us down to the ground as we just wanted a peaceful break away, we got taxis to Santa Eulalia and San Antonio to watch the sunset and watched the sunrise next to the hotel on our last morning. The only thing we did say is on one of the days the music from the bar could be heard when sunbathing next to the pool and this was better, we loved this more than the other days when there was no music at all. The food was lovely, so fresh and really nice tasting food, not your usual hotel quality food.|This hotel was the perfect girls break away so much so we have talked about booking again next year.

Super consigliato !

The only problem i faced was regarding the staff and service. The service was not just poor but pathetic equivalent to the levels of a one star hotel. We requested the lady at reception to ask someone to refill the water in our room, in reply she ask us to buy bottled water from their bar. On the day of our check out, we were not allowed to enter the breakfast area 2 mins early to pick a couple of croissants as we were running late to catch our flight. The staff rudely ask us to wait outside as the breakfast time was 8 AM sharp. I understand the rules but as part of service industry its pleasant sometimes to make small modifications for comfort of guests. The staff in general was rude and acting priviledged. The whole experience of visiting Ibiza for the first time was ruined because of their staff.

Echt fantastisch!! Zwembad is goed onderhouden en heel schoon, ruime kamers, handdoeken voor bij het zwembad en elke dag wordt je kamers schoongemaakt. Ook een parking bij het hotel, kortom heel fijn hotel!

Es la cuarta vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y seguiremos repitiendo, ya que el trato del personal siempre ha sido muy cercano y amable hacia nosotros. La comida del buffet es casera (sin pretensiones), pero muy buena. La ubicación es perfecta para quien busque descansar en un lugar tranquilo de la isla. Una vez más, gracias por todo, volveremos a vernos.

Style un peu vieillissant mais chambre confortable et bien équipée. Buffet de petit déjeuner varié. Piscine agréable. Personnel très serviable. Bon emplacement, environ 15 minutes à pied du centre ou de la marina et des restaurants. Plages accessibles à pied également.

Super Hotel zentral liegend ,zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mit sauberen Zimmern und sehr freundlichem Personal. Top Essen. Sehr vielfältige Auswahl. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit dort.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist perfekt für die Arbeit – ruhig, komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Dazu freundliches Personal und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Absolut empfehlenswert!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

hotel només per adults, molt bon servei i bones instalacions!

l'hotel è in un'ottima posizione anche se un po' isolato il centro rimane molto vicino ed a 5 minuti c'è un gran supermercato. Principalmente abbiamo approfittato per visitare l'isola ma in ogni caso posso dire che l'ambiente è gradevole sia per le stanze (molto ben pulite) che per il cibo (alcuni giorni meglio di altri ma pur sempre accettabile). Il personale tutto splendido e sempre con un sorriso pronti a farti sentire a tuo agio. Alicia ci ha fatto il check in ed in quel momento tutto idilliaco, poi a seconda dei giorni e momenti sembrava avere una pessima giornata e non far nulla per nasconderlo, un peccato. La piscina è spettacolare ed offrono servizio telomare, gestito dal bagnino, una persona squisita sempre disponibile e con una pazienza proverbiale: dovrebbero valorare di più chi ha a che fare con la clientela di Agosto!! Se decidessi viaggiare nuovamente all'isola prenderei in considerazione tornare qui. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff ed una serena stagione!

Ontbijt van goede kwaliteit en ruime keuze. Avondeten eerder grootkeuken gevoel. Wel verouderd hotel, helemaal niet hip. Wel heel proper.

Heerlijk rustig Hotel met Airco. Kamers zijn mooi en ruim. Heerlijk zwembad, genoeg bedjes.

Hôtel très tranquille. Personnel très bien qui parlé plusieurs langues. Chambres grandes et bien équipées mais un peu vieillissantes. Belle piscine . Petit déjeuner correct même si ce n’est pas local. Bémol sur le parking trop petit, nous avons été obligé de nous garer le soir à 10 mn à pied. Bémol également sur l’isolation (surtout le matin pendant le ménage des chambres)

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 9 notti ad agosto. |Avevamo a suo tempo prenotato una camera doppia basic ma al check-in, ci hanno assegnato gratuitamente una matrimoniale vista piscina/mare. |La struttura appare ben curata e il servizio di pulizia è eccellente: la camera, la hall e le zone comuni sono sempre super pulite e profumate.|Il personale è molto disponibile ed accogliente: receptionist, donne delle pulizie e personale di sala. |Riferendomi a questi ultimi, il nostro ringraziamento va sopratutto alla cameriera Marí che ha sempre avuto delle parole gentili nei nostri confronti. |Noi abbiamo optato per un trattamento di mezza pensione. |La colazione è varia ma sopratutto orientata sulla parte salata; si possono trovare: salumi, formaggi, uova, bacon, pane, würstel, frutta fresca, yogurt, marmellate, crema alla nocciola, succhi vari, prosecco, pancake cotti al momento, brioches ecc..|A cena le bevande sono escluse e si pagano separatamente al momento del check-out (il nostro disappunto è pagare 2,90€ una piccola bottiglietta d’acqua quando a colazione hai il prosecco gratuito.. per noi è stato un po’ strano). |Come per la colazione, anche a cena si ha la possibilità di scelta tra vari primi, secondi, antipasti, contorni e dolci. Due addetti sono fissi alla piastra e cucinano al momento quello che più ti piace tra carne e pesce disponibili. ||L’hotel è situato nella periferia della città di Santa Euluria del Riu, consigliata se non siete in cerca della movida ma neanche di desolazione. ||All’entrata della struttura potrete trovare un bellissimo gatto bianco-arancio che per noi è diventata la “mascotte”, cerca solo tante coccole e un po’ di pappa! 🐱

Buon hotel vista mare, tranquillo e con buona ristorazione. Dovrebbe essere un quattro stelle ma in realtà è un tre stelle superior. In ogni caso mi sono trovato bene.

En de douche in het bad zorgde steeds voor een natte vloer|Het zou handig zijn om de terrasdeur ook van buiten open en toe (op slot) te kunnen doen. |Aan het zwembad kan je van de bar bestellen. Echter zijn de bestellingen slechts 1/6 keer doorgekomen bij de bar. De rest hebben we opnieuw aan de bar zelf moeten bestellen (niet online). |Zeer mooi ontbijtbuffet. Maar zeer koude zaal. |Parking/garage is een grote meerwaarde

This was our 3rd visit to the Grupotel. It sits one the shore line on the outskirts of Santa Eularia and is a good walk into town. The rooms are large with plenty of storage. Limited toiletries are provided so you'll need to take a shower cap. The rooms have Tea/coffee making facilities but the cups are small. Bar prices are gpod but it's under used by guests so lacks atmosphere. The pool is lovely with plenty of shade on those very hot days. Deposits are required for pool towels. The food in the restaurant is good - too many things to choose from and I often wonder why they offer such a vast array of international cuisine rather than focusing more on Spanish food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well kept and clean.

Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist es ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Gruphotel. Die Zimmer sind jedoch gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage kühlt zuverlässig, auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen, und ist angenehm leise. Zudem gibt es einen Mini-Kühlschrank, der wirklich gut funktioniert. Strandhandtücher kann man sich gegen eine Gebühr von 10 € ausleihen. Frühstück: Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl, inklusive einer Eierstation sowie frisch zubereiteten Crêpes. Spa & Fitness: Leider ist der Fitnessraum in die Jahre gekommen. Die Brustpresse bremst während der Nutzung ab, eines der Laufbänder funktionierte nicht, und es gibt weder kleine Handtücher, noch Wasser oder eine Matte für Übungen. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Auch die Öffnungszeiten (8–10 Uhr) sind recht eingeschränkt. Gerade morgens um 8 Uhr wollten viele Gäste trainieren, doch da der Raum klein ist, sind einige wieder gegangen. Bar & Freizeit: Die Bar bietet zu angemessenen Preisen ein gutes Sortiment an Cocktails. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Bücherecke sowie einen Billardtisch (1 € pro Spiel). Parken: Das Parken ist in der Hochsaison etwas schwierig. Wir haben leider einen Strafzettel über 100 € bekommen. Man sollte unbedingt darauf achten, nur in den markierten Parkbuchten zu stehen, da sonst hohe Kosten drohen – die Polizei kontrolliert hier regelmäßig (bereits drei Wochen zuvor waren sie vor Ort aktiv). Lage: Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Hafen – das war absolut in Ordnung, dort gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und die Altstadt. Ein großer Mercadona-Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Nachtruhe: Was wir als sehr störend empfunden haben, war das laute Knallen der Türen – leider zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Natürlich liegt es auch am Verhalten der Gäste, da man die Türen leise schließen könnte. Bei uns war das jedoch kaum der Fall. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird hier definitiv geweckt.

Peu et doit beaucoup mieux faire pour mériter la qualification d'un hôtel quatre étoiles. C'est plus une résidence de vacances qu'un hôtel. Le restaurant est une cantine. Sur quatre nuits de séjours nos draps n'ont pas été changés..! La salle de bains est vétuste et les meubles des chambres bien abimé par l'usure. L'environnement direct de l'hôtel n'est pas très agréable. Rapport qualité prix à revoir.

Great hotel located in the chic Santa Eulària neighborhood. The staff, rooms and spa facilities make it the ideal place to stay in Ibiza, especially if you want to be away from the club scene. The hotel breakfast was very good and worth the extra money

Muy buen hotel para passar unos dias en Ibiza. Lugar muy acojedor. Sobre totdo nos ha gustado mucho la atencion de Alicia. Con sus recomenaciones hemos hecho un viaje muy completo.

Molt bona opció d'allotjament per veure tota Eivissa! Sobretot remarcar la molt bona atenció de l'Alicia per totes les recomanacions que ens ha fet durant la nostra estada a Eivissa!!

Rustig Hotel , adults only met ruime , goed bemeubelde kamers met ligbad/douche. Mogelijkheid om zicht op zee of zicht op zwembad. |Zwembad is voorzien van ruime hoeveelheid ligzetels en ligt op 100 m van de zee.|Tussen zwembad en zee is een strook met pijnbomen ,waaronder ook ligzetels liggen.|Ontbijtbuffet is steeds zeer gevarieerd ,alsook het diner buffet ,waar steeds de keuze is tussen koude en warme gerechten. |Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk , de meeste spreken ook Engels en er is ook een Nederlandstalige deskmedewerkster aanwezig. |Hotel is zeer goed onderhouden tot in de kleinste details. |Er bevind zich ook een grote lounge/zonneterras op de eerste verdieping aan het zwembad met zonnezetels maar ook lounge hoeken die met gordijnen kunnen worden afgeschermd tegen de zon.|In de kelderverdieping is de grote spa met binnenzwembad en fitnessruimte . Sauna, stoombad, bubbelbaden ,douches zijn allemaal aanwezig in een modern kader. Ook wordt er de gelegenheid gegeven om massages of schoonheidsbehandelingen te boeken. |Stadje is op wandelafstand , stranden ook op wandelafstand. |Tophotel !!

Fui de luna de miel por 6 noches. Es un hotel viejo pero absolutamente todo me pareció impecable. La atención, poder dejar el equipaje, las opciones de comida. Tuvimos una muy grata experiencia que esperamos repetir.

Situated in a calm area. Central situation for trips.

El hotel está bien en cuanto a instalaciones, pero tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable. Alquilamos una moto a través del hotel y el primer día nos dejó tirados sin aceite y con fallo de motor. Por la noche, el personal fue amable aunque no ofreció solución. Al contarlo por la mañana, la recepcionista Alicia nos respondió de forma burlona, con un tono insultante y una actitud totalmente irrespetuosa. No se puede tolerar ese trato al cliente.

Zeer rustig en ruim hotel . De kamers zijn ook ruim en worden dagelijks gepoetst. Handdoekenservice aanwezig ( voor spa en welness zelfs gratis) Welness, finess en spa zijn al vanaf 07.00 u in de ochtend te betreden. Zwembad en omgeving zijn zeer proper en meer dan voldoende ligzetels. Er is een groot zonneterras / loungeterras boven .afstand Hotel , zee is 100 m gescheiden door een bomenpartij waaronder ook ligzetels staan. Personeel is gewoon fantastisch , steeds vriendelijk en bereid om alles te doen om het verblijf aangenaam te maken.

Un 10!! Pasamos dos dias y una noche de ensueño, habitación con vistas al mar! Un servicio de diez, tranquilidad y relax por donde pises, el spa, la piscina , y sobre todo los trabajadores siempre ayudando y con una sonrisa en la cara , repetiremos seguro

Ich habe 3 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Der Check-in war problemlos, die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig mit Balkon. Die Anlage ist sauber, es gibt eine separate Toilette am Pool sowie Duschen am Pool und im Gebäude. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das Sonnendeck, weil hier die Couchen fast alle leer waren. Hier hatten man wirklich seine Ruhe obwohl alle Liegen am Pool belegt waren. Leider werden hier auch Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt und dann stundenlang nicht mehr benutzt. Hier sollte der Bademeister dagegen vorgehen. Der Spa Bereich und das Fitnessstudio sind schön aber nicht groß. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist nicht leicht weil die Felsen sehr scharfkantig sind aber es lohnt sich. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und sehr groß. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Nette klassieke ruime ingerichte kamers. Top ontbijt.|Prachtig zwembad, rustige omgeving.|Avondeten in buffetvorm is van mindere kwaliteit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Das Essen war lecker, von der Auswahl auch ok. Die Säfte sind verbesserungswürdig, beim Frühstück, aber ansonsten war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!|Die Platte um die Eier zu zubereiten war nicht heiß genug, man stand relativ lange, aber man ist ja auch nicht auf der Flucht 😉|Die Einrichtkng würde ich unter "spanischer Stil" einordnen und die 4 Sterne sind verdient!|Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, um die schönen Strände etc. auf der Insel zu besuchen !!!

Adults Only. Heerlijk rustig met een geweldig ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk onthaal.

Old but gold. So in etwa könnte man es beschreiben.. es wirkt „altbacken“ und alt, aber dennoch sauber und gepflegt.. nur eben altmodisch. Das Essen (hatten nur Frühstück) war okay, kein Highlight aber dennoch gut. Das Personal war super freundlich! Selten so freundliches Personal erlebt.. vom Empfang bis zur Reinigungskraft.. besser geht es nicht :) Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestrips genutzt, dafür war es echt gut. Ohne Auto würde ich die Lage allerdings nicht empfehlen.. zu Fuß etwa 15 min nach Santa Eularia (Promenade/Strand). Sehr schickes kleines Örtchen. Für tolle Strände braucht man dann aber doch ein Auto.. Cala Llonga, Cala Nova, Cala Llenya.. alles nicht weit aber ohne Auto schwierig. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Je nachdem wie man seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte kann es eine gute Wahl sein! Partypeople? Dann eher nicht.. entspannter Ibiza Trip mit Auto.. auf jeden Fall :) D‘en Bossa & San Antoni jeweils circa 30min mit dem Auto

Overall experience is good!! Rooms are cleaned everyday. Walking distance to the seaside is less than 5 minutes. Just that there is no beach sand, just rocks. And there are a lot of crabs in the rocks. But if you’re a good swimmer, you can go a bit farther than where the rocks are.

Hotel hermoso, sin duda volvería, personal atento y amable. La comida exquisita tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. La habitación con la Tereza es muy linda y cómoda. Pasamos precioso una semana. Solo decir que El freegobar no enfría.

Ho prenotato questo hotel perché a Ibiza è un po’ difficile trovare una sistemazione che ti dia comfort, pulizia e risparmio economico, quindi nonostante non fosse centralissimo ho preferito questa soluzione ad altre magari più vicine alle zone più in. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa, l’hotel è un po’ datato, ma non pecca in nulla, a partite dall’estrema gentilezza dello staff, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Volevi un ombrellone per la spiaggia? Te lo davano. Noleggiare un auto? Semplicissimo con un addetto presente in hotel, simpaticissimo e con prezzi convenienti, addirittura puoi riconsegnarla in aeroporto anche ad orari improbabili come noi alle 4 del mattino, cosa che molti servizi noleggio non ti permettono di fare. Camera spaziosa, pulita, colazione internazionale con frutta fresca, dolci vari, salato a non finire e anche con la disponibilità di avere pancakes e omelettes fresche cucinati al momento. Santa Eularia molto carina, con negozietti di vestiti tipici e il mare alle spalle dell’hotel. Non siamo riusciti ad approfittare della spa e della piscina dato che siamo stati pochi giorni e Ibiza ha tanto da vedere e mille eventi a cui partecipare ma se dovessimo ritornarci, sicuramente sceglieremo questo hotel. Grazie davvero di tutto!

Los baños de las habitaciones carecen de las necesidades básicas de un hotel de 4 estrellas, solamente hay champú, jabón y un secador sin fuerza alguna. Hoy hemos entrado a cenar al restaurante a las 21:15 y a las 21:40 se había retirado absolutamente toda la comida

El hotel en líneas generales está bastante bien. Las habitaciones amplias, si bien nos tocó una que daba a la salida de la ventilación, vistas horrorosas y por la mañana un ruido de fondo desagradable, primero pensaba que era el aire y resulta que era la salida de la ventilación. Camas cómodas. No me gustó que no cambiaban a diario la toalla de ducha, la de mano sí. La atención del personal excelente, amables, atentos y siempre un buen gesto y dispuestos a ayudarte. La ubicación no es mala, está a unos 15min del centro caminando.

Hi am currently staying at the Grupotel Hotel, a 4-star property in Ibiza. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room is not functioning properly — it does not cool below 20°C. We raised this issue with the hotel staff and requested a room change, but they informed us there are no available rooms at the moment. Last night, we had to manage with a fan, which was extremely uncomfortable. This morning, hotel staff assured us they would provide a new room after 2 PM, once another guest checks out. However, they insisted we check out of our current room by 10 AM and wait in the lobby until then. We requested to be provided with the new room first before checking out of the current one, to avoid being left without a room or comfort for hours. This situation is unacceptable given the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. .

De horeca is magertjes. Vriendelijk doch onkundig personeel. Veel en lang moeten wachten om te bestellen. De hoeveelheid bedjes bij het zwembad staat niet in verhouding tot de hoeveelheid gasten. Dit met het gevolg dat gasten ondanks tegen hotelregels in de ochtend al handdoeken op een bedje neerleggen.

Como española de 45 años que fuí con mi marido, apreciamos que habían muchas personas mayores y sobre todo alemanes. El personal super amable.

Es ist sehr sauber auch die Person die sich um die Reinigung der Zimmer kümmert macht einen super Job. Das Essen im Hotel war gut aber nicht überragend. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt man muss nur früh sein um sich noch eine liege mit Sonnenschirm zu reservieren. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten sich ein Fahrrad und oder Roller zu mieten. Mit dem Fahrrad würden wir aber nicht empfehlen nach Ibiza zu fahren, weil es keine gut definierten Fahrrad Wege gibt.

Outstanding customer service. Friendly, with barstaff reassuringly Spanish in their serving speed. Decor a little tired but so well kept.

Santa Eulalia zelf is gezellig, hotel is schoon, wel gedateerd. Personeel is top. Fijn zwembad. Parkeergarage aanwezig.

Erg schoon, netjes, wel ietwat gedateerd. Het hotel ligt wel een stukje van het centrum, maar het is evt prima te wandelen. Erg uitgebreid ontbijt. Vooral de ‘wat oudere toerist’, maar als je op zoek bent naar een rustiger plekje dan is dit een prima optie.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr sauberes Zimmer, durchweg sehr freundlicher Service. Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Schöne Poolanlage, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da wir verschiedene Strände besucht haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick Richtung Meer und es war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel liegt nahe Sta. Eularia, zu Fuß kann man am Meer entlang oder alternativ durch ein paar Straßen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Prima schoon hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekker en warm eten. Alleen geen Ibiza vibes aangezien het interieur toch wat verouderd maar wel schoon is.

Rustig hotel voor volwassenen. Er logeren voornamelijk oudere koppels. Het meubilair is wat gedateerd, maar alles is heel erg proper. Ruime, stille kamers. Heel behulpzaam personeel. Het buffet is gevarieerd en met gezonde opties. Het kan dienen voor vegetariërs. Er is een gratis ondergrondse parking die 's nachts afgesloten wordt. Aan het zwembad wordt geen muziek gespeeld, wat erg aangenaam is. Je kan ook onder de bomen op een ligbed liggen. Mooie omgeving.

Also wir lieben das Santa Eularia und sind schön öfter dort im Urlaub gewesen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von St. Éularia und ist sehr ruhig. Da es nur für Erwachsene ist, was sehr angenehm ist, war es schön ruhig. Einfach ideal zum Erholen.

Kann ich mit guten Gewissen empfehlen,sehr ruhig gelegen aber ein bißchen weit vom Zentrum, ca.25 min. zu Fuß vom Hotel über eine schöne Strandpromenade entfernt.

Prijs/ kwaliteit een zeer goed hotel . Prachtige ligging, mooi goed onderhouden zwembad met voldoende ligbedden, vriendelijk personeel, ontbijtbuffet prima. Interieur ietwat verouderd maar alles kraaknet. Zeker een aanrader! Wij gaan vast en zeker nog een keertje terug!

Fantastic hotel. Habitacio amplia amb vistes a la piscina o al mar. Tot el personal es molt atent . Nosaltres erem 8 amigues i cada dia al anar a esmorzar ens havien reservat una taula de 8 per que puguessim estar juntes. Una de les meves amigues feia anys estant al hotel i li varen regalar una ampolla de cava. Fan actuacions de qualitat per la nit. Al ser d,adults solament , es molt tranquil.

las habitaciones están bien, el servicio aún mejor y el bufet increíble, tanto desayuno como el de cena, los camareros muy atentos pero mi parte a destacar, los postres!! que delicia 😍 nos encontramos con una reponedora e imaginamos que era cocinera por el gorro enorme que llevaba, era la repostera! mi mujer no puede comer gluten y le encantan los postres, nos indico con mucho gusto cual habia sin gluten y fue muy amable preguntando si nos gustó, muy atenta. en general todo muy bien! 😊

Goede kamer kant zwembad. Goede verzorging van kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Centraal gelegen op Ibiza om uitstapjes te maken.

Uitstekend hotel met alle faciliteiten. Alles prima voor elkaar. Mooie spa met turks stoombad en sauna. Massage mogelijk. Zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en handdoekservice. Wandeling van ongeveer 15/20 minuten naar centrum Santa Eularia. Parkeergarage onder het hotel. Dit is gratis en ook voor het hotel zij plaatsen beschikbaar. Ontbijt is zeer ruim en ik denk voor iedereen prima. Grote bar(ruimte) met zo nu en dan entertainment en dat is heel gezellig. De service van al het personeel is voorbeeldig. Het is netjes en door hen een fijne plek om vakantie te vieren. Geen auto huren op vliegveld, maar dit mogelijk bij het hotel! Ook vooraf regelen wordt geadviseerd.

Una buena experiencia. Las camas muy cómodas y las vistas espectaculares. Tiene parking gratuito. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno y el de la cena aceptable. Lo único a resaltar es que el agua te la cobran en el servicio de cenas.

Location is great if you like a quiet getaway and a beautiful city with calm beaches. Furniture may be outdated but it doesn’t affect your stay at all and the staff are amazing at cleaning and maintaining the room. Amenities are great, good facilities to use like the spa and pools. Could not think of one complaint during my stay here. I got what I paid for.

Colazione e cena super con cibo di ogni genere,per ogni gusto. Tutto fresco e ben cucinato.|Piscina molto bella. Spa e palestra tutto bene anche se qualche accortezza e pulizia in più non guasterebbero.|Posizione su una baia rocciosa stupenda con mare cristallino a 15minuti a piedi dal centro. Da ritornarci!||Unica pecca zero insonorizzazione si sente tutto dalla camera.

Nous venons de quitter l'hôtel que nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit est top, calme et très propre. Avec un personnel à l'écoute et aimable. La chambre avait une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, spacieuse et nettoyer tous les jours. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Vous pouvez garer gratuitement votre voiture au sous-sol ce qui est un plus quand il fait très chaud ! Il y a des transats autour de la piscine pour tous, avec un roof top où vous pouvez vous détendre. Franchement nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

El personal de recepción es amable pero si quieres descansar, no vayas. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se oye absolutamente todo: gente hablando y riendo a las tantas en el pasillo; y portazos insoportables y continuos, tanto por la noche como a las ocho de la mañana. Las puertas son muy pesadas y las dejan cerrar solas con el sistema autonómico, lo cual produce un ruido que es imposible no escucharlo. Pero lo peor de todo es que a las 8:00 de la mañana el servicio de limpieza se pone a trabajar y parece que van a tirar el edificio abajo, tanto sábado como domingo. Es imposible descansar. Y asegúrate de poner el cartelito de 'No' en la puerta porque sino a las 8:30 entrarán en la habitación aunque estés en la cama; obviamente despierto porque es imposible dormir. Me hubiera gustado adjuntar un vídeo del espantoso ruido, pero solo me deja subir fotos. Además de todo esto, el colchón es flojo y, para rematar, al entrar al SPA te obligan a quitarte las chancas, lo cual no entiendo, porque es de todo menos higiénico.

Hôtel correct sans plus, du rafraîchissement serait souhaitable pour les chambres, mini bar vetuste... coffre fort en option... fortes odeurs d'égouts le soir à l'extérieur. Déçu par le spa avec du matériel en panne, jets d'eau dans la piscine, douches à jets vétustes et alors aucun personnel c'est ainsi que selon cette mode débile, des hommes plutôt jeunes, viennent s'y baigner avec le boxer sous le short de bain sans prendre de douche avant biensur ! C'est problématique pour l'hygiène et un standing 4 étoiles ! Peu de sourires à l'accueil, ne pensez pas repartir du petit-déjeuner avec un gâteau ou un fruit sinon crise de certains employés. Es ist verboten ! C'est mesquin et décevant. Obligé de quémander pour du savon, etc. A force de vouloir faire des économies sur tout, l'hôtel en perd son service et son standing. Cela ne correspond plus à du 4 étoiles.

Una estancia muy agradable, tranquila y destacaría el personal amable y de un perfecto servicio. Hotel con una zona nueva y otra más vieja, y por decir algo no tan bueno, la comida podría ser mejorable, aún así la estancia ha sido de nueve

Beim Buchen unseres Aufenthalts war uns nicht bewusst, was für ein schönes Hotel wir uns ausgesucht haben. Wir sind vollends begeistert und sehr zufrieden mit dem Grupotel Santa Eulària & Spa. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Geht man aus dem Gelände raus, kann man die rohe Natur entlang der Klippen bestaunen und dort entlang laufen. Knapp 15-20 Minuten Laufweg ist der Hafen entfernt. Hier gibt es viele leckere Restaurants, die man besuchen kann. Alle Parkmöglichkeiten am/um Hotel sind kostenlos. Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, eine Tiefgarage mit ausreichenden Parkplätzen und an den Straßenrändern (wir haben jedoch nur die Tiefgarage verwendet). Es gibt eine Hotelkatze, die fast jeden Abend vor dem Hotel sitzt, gerne gestreichelt werden kann, sich jedoch nicht aufdrängt. Uns ist in jedem Moment unseres Hotel-Aufenthalts aufgefallen, wie sauber und ordentlich das Hotel gehalten wird. Ob bei der Zimmerreinigung, die des Eingangsbereiches oder im Essenssaal. Sauberkeit steht an oberster Stelle. Bei den beiliegenden Fotos während der Bestellung wird klar, dass hier kein hochmodernes Hotel zu erwarten ist. Wir haben den Charme des alten, aber sehr gepflegten Gebäudes geliebt. An mehreren Abenden in der Woche sorgten Live-Künstler mit unterschiedlichen Genres für Unterhaltung. In der Hotelbar gab es sehr viele Sitzplätze. Drinks konnten vom Platz aus bestellt werden und wurden vom Personal gebracht. Die Getränke waren sehr lecker. Die Barkeeper verstehen diesen Job! Yummy! 🍸 Mein ganz persönliches Highlight des Hotels ist jedoch das kleine Bücherzimmer mit Bücherschrank mit Büchern verschiedener Sprachen und Genres. Zum Personal: Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat uns bei jeder Frage sehr gerne und professionell zur Verfügung gestanden. Das Frühstück, welches wir hinzugefügt haben, war sehr vielseitig und frisch. Zu erwähnen sind 2 Köche, die täglich während des Frühstücks, auf Bestellung vor den Augen aller Omlett (mit Tomaten, Schinken, Zwiebeln, Käse) oder Pancakes braten. Ansonsten konnte man zwischen warmen und kalten Speisen, sowie herzhaft und süß selbst am Buffet wählen. Spa/Wellness/Sport Draußen gibt es einen riesigen Pool. Im Innenbereich befindet sich ein Schwimming-Pool mit Whirlpool mit warmem Wasser, ein Kalt-Wasserbecken und 3 Saunen (eine hiervon ist eine Dampfsauna). An der Rezeption können Massagen für einen angemessenen Preis gebucht werden. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Fitness-Bereich, der über, Laufbänder, Ergometer, einen Crosstrainer, eine Hantelbank mit Kurzhanteln, eine Langhantel und einen Kabelzug verfügt. Die Geräte sind von Technogym, was ich definitiv nicht erwartet hätte. Die Geräte sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zusammenfassend möchte ich mich hiermit für den tollen Urlaub beim gesamten Personal bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Ruhepol für eine Erkundungsreise auf der Insel Fazit Wir sind vollends zufrieden. Wir haben ein Hotel erwartet, welches einen Spa-Bereich hat, in einer ruhigen Lage liegt und von dem aus man alle schönen Ecken der Insel gut erkunden kann. Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen mit einem äußerst freundlichen Service, angenehmen Bar-Abenden mit Live-Musik und reichhaltigem Essen. Personal Das Personal ist ausnahmslos höflich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert, egal mit welchem Anliegen man sie betraut. Hotelbar An mehreren Abenden unserer Reise (insg. 11 Nächte) gab es Live-Musik von wechselnden Künstlern in der Hotelbar. Die Hotelbar ist ausgestattet mit ausreichend Sitzplätzen und man kann für 1 Euro pro Spiel Billard spielen. Die Cocktails sind sehr lecker und das Bier wird in einem Gefrierschrank-kalten Bierglas serviert. Zimmer/Einrichtung Die Einrichtung der Zimmer, der Bar, der Lobby und des Essensraumes hat keinen modernen Look. Das ist aber jedem bei der Buchung klar, da die Einrichtung auf jedem Bild klar sichtbar ist. Entgegen weniger Meinungen ist aber die Einrichtung gleichwohl gepflegt und nicht abgewohnt oder kaputt. Uns störte das Aussehen insgesamt gar nicht. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Matratzen sind eher hart und somit sehr angenehm zum Schlafen. Im Zimmer gibt es genug Steckdosen und eine ausreichende und angenehme indirekte Beleuchtung. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und verfügt über ein BD. Die Terrasse hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer, der einen fesselt. Auch vom Bett aus kann man das Meer sehen - klasse! Auf der Terrasse ist die Einrichtung sehr modern mit einem schlichten Tisch und zwei gemütlichen Stühlen und es gibt einen Wand-Wäschetrockner. Essen Transparenz: Wir haben nur Frühstück gebucht und waren an einem Abend zum Dinner im Hotel. (25,- Euro pro Person) Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielseitig. Es gibt jeden Tag frisches Obst, frisch vor den eigenen Augen zubereitete Eier, Omletts und Pancakes und eine Auswahl an Kaffee/Tee, die jeden Geschmack trifft. Auch herzhafte Speisen finden sich auf dem Buffet, wie z. B. Speck, Baked Beans und gebratenes Gemüse. Das Dinner zeichnete sich durch viel frischen Fisch und frisches Fleisch aus, welches ebenfalls direkt vor den eigenen Augen zubereitet wurde. Insgesamt war die Buffet-Auswahl sehr fischlastig, dies ist landestypisch und sah sehr ansprechend aus, bewerten kann ich es jedoch nicht, da ich eher keinen Fisch mag. Lage Die Lage ist atemberaubend. Kaum verlässt man das Hotel-Gelände, ist man direkt vom Meer umgeben. Man kann entlang den „Klippen“ spazieren gehen oder joggen. In ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg ist man mitten in der Stadt am Hafengebiet, wo es sehr viele Restaurants gibt, die auch außerhalb der Saison geöffnet sind. Ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt und ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist ein riesengroßer Discounter gelegen - der tägliche Bedarf ist gesichert. Das Hotel liegt in Santa Eulària, von wo aus man den wunderschönen Norden der Insel in weit unter 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Die Lage ist perfekt für all diejenigen, die ihren Urlaub auf Ibiza in Ruhe verbringen wollen und keine Party machen wollen. Spa/Wellness/Sport Der Spa-Bereich verfügt über 3 Saunen, einen Schwimming-Pool mit Whirlpool mit warmem Wasser und einem kühlen Becken für‘s Abkühlen nach dem Saunieren. Des Weiteren gibt es einen kleinen aber ausreichenden Fitness-Bereich, der über Cardio- und Kraftgeräte verfügt. Außerdem kann man Wellness-Leistungen, wie z. B. Massagen zu einem angemessenen Preis buchen. Auto/Parken Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es viele Parkplätze, die kostenfrei genutzt werden können. Das Hotel verfügt zudem über eine Tiefgarage, die über sehr viele Parkplätze verfügt - ebenfalls kostenlos. P.S. Für alle Katzen-Fans: Es gibt eine „Hotel-Katze“, die abends vor dem Hotel sitzt, vom Hotel gefüttert wird und auf die nächste Kuscheleinheit wartet - aber nicht aufdringlich ist, sondern von sich aus eher Abstand hält.

Pero valoramos mucho al equipo, todo el personal ha sido encantador: recepción, desayunos, bar, Toni… hasta la cocina, que nos equivocamos al salir del garaje y atravesamos todas sus intimidades , con una gente simpática y súper amable guiándonos. La limpieza buena, el desayuno estupendo… la habitación confortable. El spa está bien aunque al agua le faltaban un par de grados. Y la ubicación idílica en una preciosa zona a pie de mar.

Wenn man anreist glaubt man in einem Stadthotel zu landen. Geht man hinein und am Pool vorbei in den Garten steht man am Meer

Week-end en amoureux superbe ! Énorme buffet déjeuner fruit,céréales croissant, pain, salé,sucré différent jus et même du mousseux !! Nous n avons pas profité des autres buffets car nous étions en vadrouiller la journée... Petit spa (piscine et sauna) top après une bonne journée de visite pour se défendre bémol il ferme à 20h... Superbe hôtel belle piscine Dommage que les chambres soient un peu dépassé mais cela reste des matériaux de qualité donc cela n est pas dérangeant ! Parking extérieur et sous terrain Accès à la mer direct J espere pouvoir revenir que de beaux souvenirs !!merci !

Ein sehr schönes hotel, sehr schön ruhig...werde wieder kommen

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in einer guten Lage am Rande von Santa Eularia. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum, 3 Minuten bis zum Mercadona und 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Servicepersonal ist Mehrsprachig und sehr lieb und Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, war OK, aber nicht außerordentlich gut. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Inventar ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Ungewöhnlich war, dass die Poolhandtücher 10€ Pfand je Stück gekostet haben und das die Benutzung des Safes im Zimmer nur gegen Gebühr möglich ist. Haben wir so noch nirgends erlebt. Trotzdem ist das Hotel im Gesamtfazit empfehlenswert.

Hotel Anlage ist nicht neu aber ok, Service ist kompetent, Gäste sind meher ab 50+ , es ist sehr ruhig, aber da ich 37 Jahre bin werde ich nicht nochmal dorthin kommen es ist zu ruhig.

Wir waren das 1. Mal auf Ibiza. Wir fanden das Hotel sehr angenehm ruhig und entspannend. Das Servicepersonal war stets freundlich und um Problemlösungen bemüht. Wer den ganzen Tag am Pool rumdösen will kann das auch tun, unser Ding ist das nicht. Wir haben lieber mittels Mietauto und/oder Bus die Insel erkundet. Mit dem Bus braucht man allerdings etwas Geduld. Fahrpläne und Buslinien existieren zwar, aber naja. Ein wenig Abenteuerlust gehört eben dazu, das Ziel erreichen wird man aber. Einen Strand (auch sehr ruhig und schön) gibt es in der Nähe genau wie mehrere Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die Damenwelt Alles locker zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur beim Abendbrot im Hotel sollte man nicht zu lange warten. Ist zwar bis 21:30 möglich, aber wir als unternehmenslustiges Pärchen hatten dann teilweise bereits gegen 21:00 und auch davor schon mit abgeräumten Speisen zu kämpfen. Aber der Service will halt auch mal Feierabend machen...Fazit: Zum Abendbrot doch lieber gleich zu Beginn mit der "hungrigen, ungeduldigen" Rentertruppe reinstürmen;-)

No tengo 5 estrellas porque se han saltado algunas precauciones como puede ser: Saludar de parte del personal cuando los huéspedes entran en el hotel, en la recepción de la Spa No siempre había alguien, la ducha en la cama 2051 no funcionaba, además de la calidad de los embutidos y de los quesos en el buffet. Muy bien la ubicación del hotel y todos los servicios que ofrecía.

Kleiderordnung im Speisesaal wird nicht überwacht, kein Frühstück auf der Terrasse, schwimmen vor 10 Uhr nicht möglich, keine Handtücher im fitness und Klima defekt, einzelbetten nicht akzeptabel, Zimmermädchen freundlicher als Direktion, keine Wassergläser auf dem Zimmer. Gebühr für Safe nicht zeitgemäß. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel,fast zu ruhig gerade am Pool,aber dafür gibt es ganz in der Nähe einen tollen Strand.Service und Essen jeden Tag super, für jeden Geschmack was dabei 😉.Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr geachtet und Wünsche werden schnell umgesetzt .

Absolute Empfehlung um zu entspannen + sehr gutes Essen (hatten Halbpension) + absolute Sauberkeit + keine Raucher (kaum) + keine Verkäufer die einen nerven + keine Animateure , einfach nur ausruhen am Pool - altes Interieur , aber vollkommen egal,da nicht abgeranzt und einfach sauber + Nettes Personal + Super Pool + Keine Idioten die Liegen belegen, vernünftige Erwachsene, man findet eigentlich immer zwei freie Liegen + Tolle Gegend zum spazieren + Supermarkt mit allem fußläufig in 5-8 Minuten zu erreichen

Entspannte Atmosphäre, sauberes, ruhiges Hotel, Zimmer sind klimatisiert und ebenfalls sauber. Gäste sind international (Schwerpunkt Niederlande, Deutsch, England), aber auch sehr viele Spanier sind zu Gast im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt ruhig direkt am Meer ( Steilküste mit Zugang zum Meer), traumhaftes Panorama. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist fußläufig in 600-800 Meter über einen Weg oberhalb der Steilküste zu erreichen (Liegen gegen Bezahlung, saubere Toiletten und auch Gastro vorhanden). Der Pool mit Liegen/ Schirmen ist ebenfalls gepflegt und außerhalb gibt es auch liegen in einem kleinen Pinienwald, sehr schön... Der Ort/ Promenade ist fußläufig in 10- 15 Minuten erreichbar, schön, viele Einkaufs und Einkehrmöglichkeiten - und zu jeder Zeit gut was los. Kann das Hotel, sowie den Ort empfehlen.

I just stayed here for 4 nights with a friend. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The staff are really really friendly and helpful. You have some beautiful beaches nearby (Cala Nova is a must) . The hotel is very quiet so if you want more of a party hotel experience this isn't the hotel for you. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Definitely at the top end of 4*

Hotel molto bello e curato, personale gentile e disponibile. La posizione è un po fuori, in un contesto tranquillo, ottimo per chi sceglie la vacanza relax. Unica pecca, con la mezza pensione TUTTE le bevande sono escluse ( e ok) ma addirittura l'acqua!

Ein abgelegenes Hotel in ruhiges Lage mit Meeresnähe. Sehr idyllische Gegend. Nettes Personal. Kritikpunkt: Das laute ständige Türknallen und Stuhlrücken von allen Seiten. Man findet abends und am Tage leider keine Ruhe!

Idéalement placé. Possibilité d'aller dans le centre d'Eibissa à pied.

Good location, bad hotel. Rooms with zero sound proofing, and old furniture. With 300 euros per night they will ask you even extra charge for using the safebox of the room. Poor breakfast and frozen faces in the reception.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area. Very attentive staff. Great food & drinks. Spacious pool area with roof terrace to relax - would definitely visit again! Ps. Upgrade your room to a sea view, it's worth it!

Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Möblierung ist veraltet und teilweise auch schon kaputt. Das Ambiente im Hotel ist altbacken und langweilig. Das Personal leider unfreundlich. Was besonders ärgerlich ist, sind die eingeschränkten Serviceleistungen, die ich so von keinem anderen Hotel bisher kennen gelernt habe. Das man für den Zimmersafe extra bezahlen muss, damit das passende Schloss ausgehändigt wird ist Abzocke. Das Badetücher nur 3x die Woche einen halben Tag lang nur getauscht werden, ist kein Service. Das Frühstück war gut mit breiter Auswahl, leider etwas lieblos präsentiert. Schade. Für uns sicher kein zweites Mal. Der fehlende Strandzugang ist ärgerlich aber noch zu akzeptieren.

A nostros no nos a gustado nada,no tenia ambiente ni eventos ,la cocina cierra a las 15 horas ,los canales de tv en Español solo ivan 3 y estamos en 2024🤦🏻‍♂️,las duchas no tenían mampara y se salía el agua al ducharse. Enorme el salón para no darle uso🤷‍♂️. Spa ,garaje ,personal de limpieza y bufet de 10.

Ein toller Ort um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

Balcony was lovely, beautiful sea view, felt like you were on the ocean. The hotel and room itself is dated, aimed at more older couples, kettle strangely needed to be moved and plugged in yourself to your bedside table, and bath/shower toiletries were poor. The cleaning staff were fantastic and work very hard. The restaurant staff on the other hand watch you like a hawk and this can be particularly off-putting when you are trying to relax and enjoy your meal. Was also stopped, questioned and told off for bringing a small milk jug back to my room as no milk was provided for the tea. This took us aback and was made to feel like a bit of a criminal on our holiday when we have paid a lot of money to stay here. This is a 3/4* hotel. There are lots of other 4* hotels in the region, similarly priced, that I'm sure would offer a more enjoyable stay.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich, jedoch ist das Hotel allgemein in die Jahre gekommen. Könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen. Das Buffet beim Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

The hotel is located close to the city center. By car, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the heart of the city, where you can find restaurants, shopping, and the beach 🏝️. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the dinner was even better – we always loved the food here 😄. The hotel has a pool for swimming 🏊🏻‍♂️, and it’s very quiet, which many people might appreciate. Personally, I would prefer some music during the day 🎶, but I understand that others might enjoy the tranquility more 😅. The gym is extremely small and outdated, so it’s not suitable for a proper workout 🏋️‍♀️❌. The staff was always extremely nice 👍😊. There is free parking available under the hotel, which is a great service. Additionally, a shopping center is just a 3-minute walk away. I can recommend this hotel and the location for a pleasant stay ❤️.

Non ho mai visto tanta maleducazione. Ho chiesto al barista (tale Juan Carlo) due bicchieri con del ghiaccio poiché, visto che il Frigorifero in camera ha una temperatura bassissima e non é dotato di frizer, volevo consumare una coca cola comprata in giornata. Il Barista, Juan Carlo, con una maledizione e una arroganza mi ha detto che non poteva darmi il ghiaccio, addirittura dicendomi che era una richiesta triste. Sconvolto mi sono rivolto alla reception che comunque non ha richiamato lo scostumato barista. Nella mia vita non mi é mai capitata questa situazione. Un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe essere dotato di uno staff gentile e disponibile, considerando anche il prezzo richiesto, certamente considerevole.

Freundliches Personal, schönes Hotel 🏖️

Das Grupotel St. Eulalia besticht durch seine Lage. Ruhig und schön gelegen, Fussläufig in den wunderschönen Ort, tolle Lokale. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr aufmerksam und angenehm! Wer auf Ibiza auch Ruhe braucht ist hier richtig. Raucher müssen sich an zwei Bereiche gewöhnen, wo Rauchen erlaubt ist. Sonst striktes Rauchverbot. Auch auf den Balkonen der Zimmer.

Heerlijk hotel. Mega schone kamers. Leuk zwembad met overdekt terras. Ligging aan de zee, maar je kan er niet de zee in, maar wel mooi langs wandelen. Parkeergarage onder het hotel, voor als je een auto huurt. Heel rustig. Soms te stil aan het zwembad. Komt natuurlijk door het Adults Only concept. Ontbijt in de ochtend was zeer uitgebreid. Ligging is goed, mits je een autootje hebt. Naar de boulevard en haven is wel goed aan te lopen.

Wunderschöne Aussenanlage, besonders Pool und die Loungemöbel auf der Dachterasse. Frühstücks Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber. Erholsam und ruhig. Nette Bar und Sandstrand mit tollem Restaurant sind zu Fuss in 10 min erreichbar, ebenso ein Supermarkt. Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt sind die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmer und Badezimmer, aber für den Sommerurlaub völlig ok. Kommen gerne wieder!☺️

Die Stimmung in diesem Hotel ist familiär. Viele ältere Semester die anscheinend schon viele Jahre hierher kommen. Das Interieur bräuchte eine Auffrischung und ist nicht zeitgemäss. Das Personal in dem Hotel ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Rezeption ist gut besetzt uns mehrsprachig. Die Zimmermädchen machen gute Arbeit, können aber an der veralteten Einrichtung auch nichts ändern. Im Speisesaal ging es nach unserem Empfinden eher hektisch zu und man ist nach Professionalität bemüht, was leider nicht immer gelingt. Tische werden abgeräumt, obwohl man sich gerade etwas zu Essen holt, und der Instantkaffee aus der Kanne ist wirklich ein NoGo. Lieber den Kaffe aus den hinten gelegenen Automaten selber holen. Das Essen ist insgesamt in Ordnung und für 1 Woche O.K. Für 2 Wochen wäre es dann vielleicht doch etwas zu eintönig. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Ruhesuchende wirklich eine Empfehlung und es gibt einen tollen Weg, direkt am Meer entlang, der sich für einen Morgenspaziergang hervorragend eignet. Ein paar Minuten fussläufig entfernt, gibt es einen tollen Strand, der sogar Schatten bietet, was ungewöhnlich ist. Hier kann man prima baden. Einzig der Poolbereich ist wirklich im 4 Sterne Segment anzusiedeln. Er ist immer sauber, gepflegt und jeder, der will kann eine Liege bekommen. Die Wasserqualität ist top. Für den Fall, dass man ein Auto mieten möchte, um sich die Insel anzuschauen, gibt es 5 min. fussläufig eine Autovermietung, die sehr unkompliziert und günstig is (Autosmari). Die 15€ für die Vollkasko sind gut investiert und ersparen einem die vorherige Dokumentation der vorhandenen Schäden und auch die Rückgabe ist unkompliziert. Insgesamt ist das Grupotel ein einfaches, Hotel in dem der Grossteil der Angestellten wirklich bemüht ist, den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu bereiten. Eine Investition in die Einrichtung wäre allerdings zu empfehlen, denn die "nicht Stammgäste" werden so vermutlich nicht wiederkommen. Durchschnittsurlaub zum Durchschnittspreis. Insgesamt O.K aber auch nicht mehr.

Zu abgelegen. Hotel für Gäste die Ruhe suchen. Baustelle wegen Wasserknappheit vor dem Balkon. Die Rezeption fühlte sich nicht zuständig. Sei Sache der Stadt obwohl auf dem Hotelgeländen

Pésimo lugar, mala atención por el personal de mantenimiento Los huésped no podían descansar, porque el tío le gritaba a una chica que no paseara al perro fuera del hotel por la zona de playa “porque es propiedad del hotel “ ( no conocen la ley de costa). Grosero y RACISTA!!

Stayed here 1.6.24 for one week . The hotel is very dated and so isolated you need to rely on public transport to venture anywhere there is life. The staff weren't very friendly and the atmosphere is absolutely silent 🤔. It seems people come on holiday to sit and stare into space oŕ read constantly . During our weeks stay there was only one couple who spoke to us . There was no chat with members of staff at all . The only good thing was the food in the restaurant 😋 there was always something to eat . It's the first time we've been away and can't wait to get home .

Lovely quiet hotel in a beautiful sea front location.

Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption spricht man mehrere Sprachen. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Pool im Außenbereich war schön und sauber und auch das Spa war sehr vielfältig mit Sauna, Dampfbäder und einem warmen Pool. Der Fitnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet.

Friendly greeting from reception even though we arrived late in the evening. Room was nice & spacious with a terrace. Breakfast selection excellent. Can’t comment on entertainment or pool (was too cold to swim in Mid May) but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Sauberes, freundliches Adult Hotel. Das Durchschnittsalter dürfte zumindest im Mai Ü50 liegen. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist ortstypisch aus den 80ern, aber sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Ortskern in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Really chilled atmosphere with good food and a great pool area. We’ve been twice which is the highest complement you can give.

Wir sind sehr mit dem Hotel inkl. aller Leistungen zufrieden gewesen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die gepflegte und ruhige Atmosphäre haben wir sehr geschätzt, nette Anlage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass man auch am Pool mal eine Sonnenliege abbekommen hat. Reservierte Liegen wurden nach 30 Minuten wieder zur Verfügung gestellt.

Hôtel au mobilier assez vieillot mais en bon état. Bon accueil, hôtel calme. Chambre assez grande et confortable. Fenêtre avec voile et rideaux, prévoir un masque de nuit si on est sensible à la lumière. Très bon spa, sauna et Hammam. C’est assez agréable après une bonne journée de visite. La piscine est grande, bonne exposition par rapport au soleil. Possibilité de se mettre sur des transats sous les pins. Buffet petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et bon. Petit plus, coupe de champagne pour bien commencer la journée. A 20 min du centre ville à pied. Facile pour se garer. Le parking annexe de l’hôtel était en travaux mais il était possible le de se garer devant. Sinon possible de se garer dans les rues à côté.

Top Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber eben doch auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv ist definitiv das tolle und große Frühstück. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Am Tisch von TUI kann man perfekt Ausflüge für den Tag buchen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, der Outdoor und Indoorpool ist auch schön. Bisschen schade ist, dass der Indoor Pool nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet hat. Auch ein negativer Punkt ist, dass das Zimmer sich sehr schnell aufheizt und die Klimaanlage entweder defekt oder zu schwach ist. Eine Reklamation konnte hier leider nicht helfen. Das Fazit ist durchaus positiv, wenn aber auch verbesserungsbedürftig. Super ist natürlich der Preis des Zimmers, hier sind andere Hotels deutlich teuerer.

Beautiful coastal location out of St Eularia centre, about a 15 min walk to the centre, lovely coastal walks in both directions. Beautiful facilities, lovely roof terrace of sun loungers/sofas. Lovely spa and outdoor pools. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We had the evening meal one day which is a buffet which was slightly underwhelming compared to breakfast. Staff were very good. Beer served in frozen glasses which made them very refreshing and quaffable. Beds were comfortable, fridge in each room, we had balcony with a sea view. Close to the bus stop for busses to access the airport or the rest of the island. 2 good supermarkets nearby too. Terrential rain while we were there which was unfortunately leaking into some of the communal areas in the hotel. Umbrellas were provided to borrow for walks out the hotel grounds which was a nice touch. A bit of a shame in the spa that either the steam room or the sauna was on (when requested) but seemingly neither both at the same time. Our room was on the side that unfortunately didn't get any sun on the balcony which meant it was quite cold and took a long time to dry our washing. Other than that no complaints really. Other than the fact the balcony lights were left on all night for every balcony, I found that it made it difficult to sleep with the light getting in and would save them money and be more ecologically friendly if they didn't have the lights on. I can only presume it is for security purposes?

Muy bien el desayuno y la limpieza. El spa lo tienen desaprovechado, la ducha de chorros no se puede usar porque te abrasas y la sauna aun estamos esperando que nos lo enciendan.

Muy buena experiencia en el hotel. Las habitaciones limpias y en mí caso con vista al mar. Amplio balcón para comer algo y disfrutar de las vistas. Muchas instalaciones con cosas para hacer y disfrutar de la estadía, con playas cercanas y también cerca del centro de la ciudad. Y a buen precio. Volvería sin dudas!

L'hotel è collocato direttamente sul mare. È pulito, spazioso, tranquillo, immerso nel relax e nel silenzio. Piscina e saloni immensi...puliti e profumatissimi....

Nettes Adults Only Hotel, hatte ein schönes großes Zimmer. Einrichtung an sich hübsch aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Etwas merkwürdig finde ich das Sparen bei Kleinigkeiten wie Shampoo und Duschgel. Die gibt's zwar kostenlos muss sie aber erstmal am der Rezeption holen. Sonst schöne Anlage, nettes Personal. Essen war auch okay. Lage ist am Rand von Santa Eulalia, daher recht ruhig aber ins Städtle läuft man dann halt auch 20 Minuten.

El hotel tiene su encanto... habitación con vistas a la piscina. Ambiente muy tranquilo. Personal amable y servicial. En cuanto al tema de baño escasos utensilios para higiene personal.. algunos ejemplos básicos como....( falta de champú, acondicionador, body milk, gorro para la ducha, cepillo de dientes, dentífrico). En la habitación calienta agua y tazas...pero azúcar, sobres de té o sobres de café.... El spa pequeño aunque muy acogedor. Y también un gimnasio con los aparatos básicos. El desayuno completo

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand von Ellaria gelegen. Der Zugang zum Meer führt seitlich durch einen kleinen Weg hin zur Beach. Der Pool ist sehr geräumig und Rauch großzügig angelegt. Die Zimmer sind optimiert, sehr sauber und sehr zweckmäßig. Das Restaurant erfüllt seinen Zweck mit ausreichend Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Der Service ist hervorragend Die Hotelleitung sowie die Rezeptionistin sind immer lösungsorientiert und stehen ein mit jeder Frage immer zur Verfügung. Zum nah gelegenen Ortskern sind es 3 km. Dieser ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und führt an einer Promenade entlang. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch jederzeit gerne dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Wir waren schon öfters in dieses Hotel. Die Lage der Service das Essen ist wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hier hat man zum Entspannen auf jedenfall seine Ruhe. Die Holz Zimmereinrichtung ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schränke und Schubladen riechen modrig und sehr unangenehm, dies überträgt sich auf Kleidung und Inhalt sowie generell auf das ganze Zimmer. Es wird täglich geputzt und gereinigt, ab und an mit Raumspray gearbeitet, was allerdings nur kurzfristig hilft, aber die Ursache nicht behebt. Der Schrank vom Kühlschrank ist nicht nur modrig, sondern auch faul. Die Rezeption wurde informiert.

Hotel zu weit ab vom Zentrum gelegen. Strand minimal 20 Minuten entfernt, Mietwagen erforderlich. Es sei denn, man möchte nur im Hotel bleiben!

Teníamos una habitación estándar pero no tenían disponibles por estar acabando la temporada y nos dieron una suite la verdad genial lastima no tener más tiempo para disfrutar de las instalaciones, el personal una maravilla en recepción y en el desayuno ,la habitación super limpia y muy cómoda cama con todo detalle ,rosa la que había preparado la habitación la había dejado impecable ,desayuno muy completo y variado, muy buena experiencia

Un hotel estupendo. Ubicado en una zona tranquila que es ideal si uno busca desconectar. Un spa excelente.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine Oase der Ruhe. Das Publikum ist etwas älter, das Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders ist uns der angenehme Geruch aufgefallen, wenn man das Hotel betritt. Sehr schön ist auch der Spa Bereich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und geschmacklich hervorragend. Omeletts und Spiegelei werden frisch zubereitet. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten mit direktem Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Just back from a week staying at this lovely hotel. A spotlessly clean, fantastic place. Excellent food, friendly staff. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Highly recommended, loved it, would definitely go back.

A nice hotel may be a bit dated, and you have to remember this is a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is OK we did not have dinner, so cannot comment on how good it is; €25 for a buffet meal. Pool area is nice, quite a bit of shade from the trees if you want sun all day then go up onto the upper sun deck, some nice comfy areas here too. The location is very quiet and about 20 mins walk into the marina, that was nice for us. Service was friendly in general, though one or two on reception could do with a smile injection. My biggest gripe was the pillows. They were so hard, and the hotel had no other options (I know it is a preference thing), but for me, it made sleep a bit difficult. It's a nice hotel but not amazing.

Really nice seaside hotel on the edge of Santa Eularia with very helpful and pleasant staff. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and nice grounds and pool area. The walk to the village centre take approximately 20 minutes. Adults only however.

Hôtel en bord de mer chaleureux et simple, bien équipé. Tout est impeccable. Personnel très gentil et attentionné. Buffets copieux et variés.

Un lieu juste magique ! La piscine est sublime, les chambres sont bien agacées et bien fournies. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien. Rien à redire !

Das Hotel könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die alten braunen Holzmöbel entsprechen einfach nicht der heutigen Zeit. Ansonsten sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal mit teilweise sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen. Alles sauber, schöner Pool. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kein Zugang zum Meer, das ist echt sehr schade, aber das wussten wir vorher. Zu unserer Reisezeit leider fast nur Senioren, kein einziges Kind. Gäste kamen im September aus Deutschland, England und den Niederlanden. Es ist ein wirklich sehr ruhiges Hotel, aber für Ausflüge ein ganz guter Ausgangspunkt.

No le doy 5 estrellas porque el aire acondicionado en restaurante y zonas comunes estaba excesivamente alto. Los horarios tanto de desayuno como de cena, son mejorables. Desayuno de 8 a 10:30 y cena de 7 a 21:30, pero si llegas a las 21 ya había cosas que no estaban. El servicio de recepción, restaurante y limpieza, muy profesionales. Excelente ubicación

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel

Das Hotel ist anscheinend etwas älter, aber in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand Die Zimmer hatten für uns eine ausreichende Größe, waren ebenfalls sauber, ohne Mängel und hatten genügend Ablageflächen. Die bauliche Qualität entspricht dem normalen spanischen Standard. Positiv hervorzuheben sind: 1. Die große Poolanlage, die jeden morgen gereinigt wird. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zur Bucht mit Liegen. Gebadet haben wir wegen der Felsen und des Wellengangs dort nicht, haben aber Badende gesehen. Der nächste Sandstrand ist 800m entfernt. Mit den Stränden auf Mallorca kann Ibiza unserer Meinung nach aber nicht sorecht mithalten. 2. Das sehr vielfältige Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet, bei dem für wirklich jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. 3. Die aufmerksamen und fast immer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden in allen Bereichen. 4. Das abwechslungsreiche Abendprogramm. Nicht jede Vorstellung hat unseren persönlichen Geschmack getroffen, es waren aber in jedem Fall tolle, niveauvolle Darbietungen dabei. Einige auch sehr gut/sehenswert! Perfekt wäre es für uns gewesen, wenn es unter den Freizeitangeboten noch sportliche Aktivitäten wie z.B. Wassergymnastik, geführte Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren gegeben hätte. Etwas schade fanden wir auch, dass der kleine Fitnessraum ein wenig vernachlässigt wirkt (Geräte sind funktional, aber wenig gepflegt, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht oder nicht ausreichend, nach 5min auf dem Laufband steht man im eigenen Wasser). Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte sich vorab mit Oropax versorgen. Es gibt offensichtlich kein Zimmer, in dem man nicht ein monotones Brummen hört, das nicht von den Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, sondern wahrscheinlich von den Anlagen auf dem Dach kommt. Man sollte auch wissen, dass diese Hotel vorrangig ältere Generationen (ü60) anspricht. Diese Gäste sind auch weitestgehend vertreten. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns hier gut erholt, würden dieses Hotel aber wohl erst wieder wählen, wenn wir ebenfalls Rentner sind.

Wir konnten hier im Grupotel Santa Eulària eine wunderschöne erholsame Ferienwoche verbringen. Wir sind absolut begeistert. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und Kundenfreundlich, alle unsere Wünsche wurden immer erfüllt. Das Buffet Ist phänomenal gut und vielfältig. Wir haben uns hier willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Waren zum ersten Mal auf Ibiza und in diesem Hotel . Es war ein toller Urlaub. Tolles sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Frühstück und Abendessen reichlich und sehr lecker !! Schöne Zimmer, wo man auch Platz hatte. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. TUI - Ansprechpartnern im Hotel " Petra " sehr kompetent, freundlich und liebenswert !!!!! El hotel muy bonito ,la comida espectacular,camareros y recepcion muy amables y atentos..la limpieza de habitacion un poco regular4 estrellas,el spa y gimnasio genial

Tolles Hotel. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Machen jedes Jahr in diesem Hotel Urlaub. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Rustig hotel, bij aankomst kregen we een kamer bij het zwembad met uitzicht op 60 plussers in badkleding, dat was even wennen voor ons als 40'ers. Uiteindelijk tegen meerbetaling kamer met uitzicht op zee genomen. Echter had deze kamer elke avond mini kakkerlakken in de gerenoveerde badkamer. Gelukkig konden we deze makkelijk verwijderen. Ook stonden er campers naast het hotel die drugs dealden, te zien vanaf ons balkon. Auto's kwamen op en af. We hadden er verder geen last van, maar wel opmerkelijk naast een 4 sterrenhotel. Bedden sliepen heerlijk, echter er kwam in de ochtend veel zonlicht door de gordijnen. Kamers worden goed schoongemaakt. Ontbijt prima, aanbod qua vers bruin brood was vaak na 09.30 uur al op. Ook werden we weggekeken door de bediening als je er om 10.20 uur nog zat. Ontbijt is tot 10.30 uur. Ook als je eenmalig aan een 4 pers tafel zit, dit omdat alle 2 pers bezet waren of de 2 pers tafels ongedekt waren, word je hier op aangesproken. Jammer. Personeel receptie is wel vriendelijk en denkt met je mee. Ligging net buiten de stad, beetje saai. Gelukkig konden we gratis voor en onder het hotel parkeren. Al met al gemengd gevoel bij het hotel. We hadden meer luxe en Ibiza sfeer verwacht, uiteindelijk was het van binnen in de lobby gedateerd.

Una estancia perfecta. Mucha tranquilidad. La comida muy buena. Destaca sobretodo la amabilidad del personal.

Zimmer sauber, Essen lecker, Personal freundlich und nah am Strand. Der Spa-Bereich unten war besonders cool. Einfach göttlich.

Net iets buiten het dorpje. Met 15 min lopen ben je er. Gratis parkeerplaats voor het hotel en er is een parkeergarage onder het hotel. Ook gratis. Schone nette kamers. Wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ontbijt is uitgebreid en heerlijk.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel, wer Ruhe sucht wird sie hier finden. Immer freie Liegen am Pool super nettes Personal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Lage des Zimmers, unsere Aussicht war die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage und nicht wirklich schön. Das ganze Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, unsere Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne zum Duschen und Einzel Betten die zusammen geschoben worden. Alles in allem würden wir wieder hinfahren um Ruhe in sauberer Umgebung zu genießen. Ob es noch Zeitgemäß ist abends auf lange Hose bei Herren zu achten sei mal dahin gestellt.ü

Atemberaubendes Hotel! Ich liebe es! Das Buffet morgens und abends war mein Highlight! Vielfältig, frisch und lecker! Definitiv zu empfehlen! Wir hatten das Superior Zimmer, weshalb wir eine kleine Terasse mit Zugang zur Dachterasse bekamen. Alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sauber. Täglich wurden die Handtücher ausgewechselt und Betten gemacht ohne gestört zu werden. Der SPA Bereich ist ruhig und entspannend. Perfekt um sich zu erholen. Der Außenpool ist ebenfalls mit zahlreichen Liegen bestückt und sehr hübsch. Das Personal war immer höflich und zuvorkommend. Bei der Bar konnte man auch seine eigenen Säfte/Cocktails zusammenstellen. Das Hotel hat alles was man sich erträumt. Wunderschöne Aussichten, Essen, Service super, Restaurant, Bar und vieles mehr! Sehr zufrieden!

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel. Personal an der Rezeption, im Speisesaal und auch im Wellnessbereich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Bad gibt es leider keinen höhe verstellbaren Duschkopf. ( Duschen in der Wanne ) die Beilagen beim Abendessen sind noch ausbaufähig. Man findet immer was, es gibt halt jeden Tag Pommes und Reis mit Gemüse. Habe Mallorcinische, bzw Kanarische Kartoffeln vermisst. Sowie Paella und Muscheln. Empfehle es aber trotzdem weiter und würde auch selber wieder hierher kommen.

Schönes Hotel, bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl und eigentlich für jedem etwas dabei. Service war gut, auch eine sehr nette Bedienung. Würde jedem empfehlen, sich ein Auto oder ein Roller zu mieten, um mehr von Ibiza und Umgebung zu sehen. Fußweg nach Santa Eularia ca 15 min. Zimmer waren bei uns sehr hellhörig, sonst aber sehr sauber.

Buenas Instalaciones en un entorno muy bonito. Estaría bien que tuvieran amenities y un secador de pelo que hiciera la función. Por lo demás, correcto.

Struttura molto grande e ben curata, personale gentile ed attento al cliente. Peccato per la spiaggia nelle vicinanze dell hotel che non esiste più, si può solamente scendere in acqua dagli scogli. Piscina pulita e ben attrezzata come anche la spa. Ristorante buono per essere un buffet internazionale

Nettes Hotel nahe der Stadt Santa Eularia (ca. 15min Gehzeit). Gratis Parkgarage, Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel möglich. Das Pool ist etwas zu warm und bietet keine Abkühlung. Der Strand nebenan ist schwer zugänglich und nicht wirklich schön, gehört aber auch nicht zum Hotel. Die Zimmer sind schon eher älter, aber sauber und mit täglichem Zimmerservice. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht individuell regeln. Sehr freundliches Personal. Generell empfehlenswert.

Schönes hotel direkt am Meer. Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber uns hatte das nicht gestört. Buffet war gut und reichhaltig. Pool war recht groß und mit genügend Liegen ausgestattet. Supermärkte sind nur ca 600m entfernt Unbedingt das Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war das knallen der Türen beim zumachen.

Estuvimos comodísimos, ideal para viajar en pareja! La calidad de su restaurante es notable, por encima de la media de otros buenos hoteles. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda!

Muy contento con el hotel y su servicio. Fácil aparcamiento, dispone de un pequeño parking en la entrada principal y uno mas grande en la parte trasera aunque necesitaría mejores indicaciones. El único pero que le pongo es que las habitaciones que les da el sol ppr la mañana se calientan mucho

Super séjour de 6 nuits, personnel attentionné et très sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et avons eu droit à un upgrade pour une vue mer (adorable de leurs part) Malgré le fait qu'une rénovation totale serait la bienvenue (mobiliers et déco vieillot) le rapport qualité prix reste très correct. La piscine est super également. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le buffet pour la demi-pension (beaucoup de choix) La localisation est top également! Merci encore à tous le personnel de l'hôtel, equipe super pro et souriante.

Stunning hotel, great staff, excellent food, only issue is hotel doesn't have its own section of beach, but lovely pool. great location (ten minutes away from town) and plenty to do and visit.

Hôtel vraiment chère pour prétendre à un 4 étoiles. L'hôtel est vraiment à l'ancienne un grosse rénovation est nécessaire afin de le moderniser. La nourriture y est vraiment pas bonne. Petit déjeuner avec du pain surgelés jus en brique non pressé rien d'exceptionnel. Pour le buffet du soir énormément de plat surgelés buffet avec des concombres salades carottes râpées je suis désolé mais faire payer autant un client pour manger des crudités ce n'est pas digne d'un quatre étoiles. Les chambres sont très vieillottes pas terrible. Point positifs personnel très accueillant souriant super. Dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas à la hauteur de son personnel super! Hôtel bien entretenu et propre malgré le faite qu'il soit à l'ancienne.

Szép, kulturált, régimódi hotel. Nyugodt, csendes helyen, kicsit távol a központtól. A strand 15 perc gyalog. A reggeli finom, változatos. A személyzet nagyobbik része kedves. Érdemes autót bérelni, akkor tökéletes a sziget felfedezéséhez. Csak ajánlani tudom, ár érték arányban szuper.

Altes Hotel wo sich die letzten 22 Jahre bis auf den Bau einer Dachterrasse eher alles zum negativen verändert hat. Die Zimmer haben 1 Sterne Level. Durch die mangelhafte Ausstattung der Zimmer (defekte Türen uns Stühle) kommt es leider zu massiven Lärmbelästigungen (extremes krachen und poltern und Türenknallen)den ganzen Tag. Schlafen länger als 8 Uhr oder schlafen ohne Gehörschutz ( Oropax)ist leider nicht möglich. In einem Wellness und Spa Hotel ein absolutes No Go! Pool Area ist 4 Sterne Level.

Fantástico hotel si quieres estar relajado en Ibiza! Habitación amplia con vistas a la piscina, el personal del hotel muy amable y atento en todo momento, todo limpio y cuidado.

Das Tür knallen ist teilweise unerträglich . Reinigungkräfte wirklich nett, aber sehr laut beim reinigen der Zimmer. Kein ausschlafen möglich. Frühstück und Abendbufett seher reichhaltig ung gut nur die Servicekräfte sehr unfreundlich, nicht ht mal ein lächeln im Gesicht zu sehen Poolbereich sehr gut und meistens leise.

Acabamos de finalizar nuestra estancia en el hotel. A destacar la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal que trabaja en este, de verdad, es excelente. Es una pena que teniendo un equipo de trabajo tan profesional haya normas establecidas por el hotel que son completamente inentendibles. Nosotros teníamos contratado el régimen de “Media Pensión” (¡ojo a los futuros huéspedes! En realidad es Desayuno y cena SIN POSIBILIDAD DE MODIFICARLO A (desayuno +) COMIDA ni tan siquiera un solo día). Consultamos si uno de los días podíamos cambiar la cena a comida porque una de las visitas que íbamos a realizar en la isla se prolongaba hasta después de la cena, la respuesta fue que no, que en la zona dónde se daban las comidas no había sitio, que había muchos clientes que lo solicitaban pero que a todos se les decía que no porque se daba en la zona de la terraza y no había sitio para todos (a lo que yo me planteo: si muchos clientes te lo preguntan, señal de que hay una necesidad que no estás satisfaciendo ¿no?). Es la primera vez en mi vida que me niegan el cambio de cena a comida. A tener en cuenta que la cena es de 19:00 a 21:30 oficialmente, pero como vayas más tarde de las 21:00 a ver que cenas, porque sobre esa hora empiezan a retirar todo. En la media pensión (ni tampoco en la completa) no están incluidas las bebidas, es decir, se pagan, TODAS, también se paga el agua (2,60€ la botella de 0,5L). En el desayuno si que se proporciona agua gratis, también hay champán gratis (lo pongo porque me sorprende que el champán no se pague en el desayuno y el agua en la cena si), pero en la cena parece que no es viable, por lo que todo el agua que bebas se abonará al finalizar la estancia (obviamente el agua es embotellada). Antes esto, hicimos la consulta del motivo, nos dijeron que eran normas del hotel. Por lo tanto, nosotros hemos abonado la factura del consumo de agua que hemos tenido que hacer (porque en la cena, hasta que los/las camareros/as no te cogen la nota de lo que vas a beber, tienes ahí la carta de bebidas en medio de la mesa, porque no te la retiran hasta pedir, no te queda otra vaya) pero hemos puesto una hoja de reclamaciones para que subsanen esta “norma del hotel” ya que hay una Ley que establece que todo establecimiento hostelero debe ofrecer agua de grifo a sus clientes, con lo que en este hotel en el desayuno se hace (me imagino que será embotellada por seguridad) pero en la cena no se ofrece. Obviamente nos propusieron abonarnos la factura de lo consumido en agua para no poner la hoja de reclamaciones. Les dijimos que no, que considerábamos que si la hoja de reclamaciones servía para que futuros clientes pudiesen tener un servicio “mejor” (que en realidad no es que sea mejor o no, es que es lo que la Ley de residuos exige que deben hacer) que no nos devolvieran el importe porque queríamos seguir adelante con la hoja de reclamaciones. Repito que el equipo de trabajadoras y trabajadores del hotel es muy profesional y amable, además soy consciente de que los puntos negativos aquí expuestos son decisiones establecidas me imagino que) por el equipo directivo. Creo que lo aquí expuesto es algo que simplemente con una revisión de las normas se puede subsanar fácilmente. En cuanto a las instalaciones están bien, el hotel de apariencia (por dentro sobre todo) está anticuadillo, pero la limpieza es de las mejores que he visto, además para mi la decoración del hotel la verdad que es bastante secundario. Espero que a los futuros clientes os sirva la reseña!!! Disfrutad!!!

Ein ruhiges Hotel etwas abgelegener von der City. Das Ambiente war angenehm. Klare Empfehlung: Zimmer buchen an der Küsten-Seite um morgens vom Wellengang geweckt zu werden! Die Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück war ok, jedoch nichts besonderes. Für die älteren Generationen ist dieses Hotel definitiv geeignet, da man seine Ruhe hat. Fazit: Zum übernachten sehr geeignet - werden wir auch wieder wählen!

Estupendo hotel para desconectar en santa Eulalia, extremadamente limpio....y muy tranquilo, no hay niños!... el buffet del desayuno muy variado y todo buenísimo...todos los trabajadores muy atentos y simpáticos en especial Mari y Ángela que nos recomendó el mejor sitio para comprar una ensaimada,! Nos hemos ido del hotel muy contentos .....volveremos!!

Hemos estado 5 días y desde el primer día hasta el último nos sorprendió la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno muy variado. Pase mi cumpleaños allí y tuvieron el detalle de dejarme una tarjeta de felicitación, me pareció ideal!

This is a lovely adult only hotel lovely place to stay, eat drink and relax, however the promo stated that shampoo conditioner and body wash , tea and coffee where available, this was not in our case , kettle yes , cups yes , had to buy tea and coffee from local spa , and same for shampoo and conditioner

Zimmerausstattung ist o.k und zweckmäßig. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, Restaurant- und Barbedienung schnell und sehr nett. Hotel ist abseits vom Trubel (zu Fuss S.Eularia ca. 15 min), öffentlicher Bus ca. 500 m entfernt (ca. 1,50 € bis Ibiza Stadt oder zum Hippiemarkt Punta arabica). An der Steilküste findet man auch Abstiege zum Baden. Altersschnitt (weil "adults only") ist hoch, was keinen vom "Liegenreservieren" abhält, obwohl im Garten zur Küste unter Pinien oft Liegestühle frei waren. Gern wieder.

Hotel muy tranquilo servicio excelente . La comida está rica . Horario de cena muy europeo de 19H a 21:30 H bajo mi punto de vista es muy limitado , te limita a las salidas por la tarde que hace menos calor . Sería ideal que alargarse hasta las 22:30h

Hotel oké], het is wel nodig aan een renovatie toe. Ouderwets allemaal. Ligging op 20 minuten lopen van Santa Eulalia. Ontbijt goed maar zeker niet prima. Diner is een aanfluiting. Eten is van een slechte kwaliteit! Te weinig bedjes aan het zwembad dus legt iedereen zijn handdoek op een bedje om vervolgens aan het einde van de middag terug te keren. Jammer dat hier niets aan wordt gedaan. Als je dit hotel vergelijkt met Grupotel in Portinatx is Portinatx op elk gebied een heel stuk beter. Voor ons geen Grupotel San Eulalia meer.

Hotel excelente, con vistas al mar. Hermosas piscinas y jardines. Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Parking gratis. El restaurante prepara unos platos deliciosos en la comida. Una gran elección para unas vacaciones tranquilas. Equipo amable y atento.

Rooms were a little dated, as were most of its visitors. ;-) Service was great and also the location of the rooms with sea view was excellent.

Excellent hotel (adults only) and tasty affordable food. Menu offering a good variety of plates, for everyone, burgers and poke bowls are simply delicious.

Super fijn en schoon hotel met gastvrij, vriendelijk personeel. Water zwembad niet verwarmt. Ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet gevarieerd en vonden wij erg lekker. Lokatie wat verder af van het drukke Ibiza.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Hotel. Die Lage etwas außerhalb von Santa Eularia, dafür kein Highlife in der Nacht. Die Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, aber dafür sehr sauber. Im Winter wird das Hotel renoviert. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

An absolute gem! We are still here but couldn’t wait to write a review. They deserve all the 5 stars. The hotel is gorgeous and perfectly located if you wanna explore the island (rent a car!!) and you‘d like a quieter location. The room is large, clean and with a beautiful see view. Breakfast is delicious, staff is always there for you and extremely friendly. A big plus for us: there is a free parking garage for guests! Honestly, if you‘re not sure whether to book or not, this is your sign to go ahead and make a reservation here!

Het hotel is super rustig, adult only is even wennen voor iemand van 42 jaar! Het is voornamelijk wat ouder publiek wat hier komt. Gemiddelde leeftijd ligt wel op 60 jaar. Strand is echt een stuk lopen, zwembad is echt super koud. De ligging is goed om met de auto overal heen te gaan. Op de gang hangen kasten dit is anti mug of insecten, bij ons hing er 1 pal voor de kamer.. dit stink enorm en het komt ook door je deurkier. De kamer is standaard maar prima, wij hadden kamer 2003.. super mooie zeezicht maar wel ligging luidruchtig. Bedden hard, om topper gevraagd, werd niks mee gedaan.. kwamen hier niet op terug! Blaffende hondjes en campers en schreeuwende spanjaarden die tot diep in de nacht schreeuwen. Oordoppen en ooglapje is een must in deze kamer, er hangen geen verduistering gordijnen dus je bent vroeg wakker door de zon op je balkon.

Loved the hotel and everything about it. It is a small walk outside of the main hub for an evening meal but it's a lovely walk. Totally recommend 👍

Mein Mann und ich waren für eine knappe Woche hier im Hotel. Es war sehr schön, wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit dem Ausblick ans Meer. Terrasse großzügig und ruhig. Sowohl Frühstück und Abendessen bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas an. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Würden das Hotel auf alle Fälle empfehlen und wiederkommen!

El SPA y el gimnasio están muy bien. El personal del bar y el de recepción impecables pero hay cosas que podrían mejorar: La conexión WIFI no funcionaba bien, el desayuno era un caos a la hora de tener mesa y sentarse, nos tuvimos que adaptar al horario de cena alemán o inglés estando en España (a las 21 ya recogían), los precios del bar caro no, lo siguiente (3.5 euros por una copa de vino de la casa) pero lo peor de todo es que hubo dos empleadas en el comedor (una señora con el pelo largo y negro y una rubia con gafas) que nos hicieron sentir realmente mal tratándonos sin respeto, mirándonos mal y mas....

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, sehr ruhig am Rande der Stadt gelegen. Der nächste Sandstrand ca 1000 Schritte entfernt, ebenso die Stadt.

Overall a nice place, conveniently placed at the town borders with both the marina and beaches reachable by foot. Ample breakfast buffet (we didn't try dinner), Spa is ok. On the service side we were surprised that they didn't serve proper snacks at the bar (only potato chips and peanuts) - for a 4* hotel there should be at least something more sophisticated. I mean, you don't need several cooks to serve Aioli & bread with the Sangria.

Sehr schön gelegenes, entspanntes Hotel. Bis auf wenige Details, auf die man bei der Preisklasse nicht bestehen kann, alles perfekt.

Hotel general was great. Really good location, nice walks, excellent food, the only I would say in regards to improvements would be to update the rooms but all in all lovely hotel. Definitely recommend. Special mention to the evening entertainment Acoustic grooves who where absolutely brilliant!!

La habitación es amplia, con armarios empotrados, baño grande, TV y balcón frente al mar. En la cama se descansa perfectamente, aunque hay algo de ruido en los pasillos. Al fin y al cabo se trata de Ibiza. Hay un spa y un pequeño gym. El spa es grande y disfrutable. El bufete ok. Lo mejor es la atención amable del personal, muy amable en todo momento.

La localización y el tamaño de la habitación son inmejorables. Pero para ser un 4 estrellas eche en falta un cepillo de dientes y agua en la habitación. Los trabajadores son súper simpáticos

Personnels accueillant, nourriture peu mieux faire moyenne, hôtel en retrait de la ville (1km500 à peu près). Notre chambre avait besoin d'être rénové surtout pour un 4 étoiles. Dommage !

Bis auf den Kaffee und den rohen Fisch von der Plancher ein gutes Hotel. Noch eine Bemerkung zu den zwei Kaffeemaschinen. Die sichtbaren Kaffeebohnenbehälter sind nur Attrappen. Der Kaffee ist der schlechteste den ich bisher getrunken habe.

La gente muy bien. El hotel en si genial es una pena,que el bufet sea hasta 21.30 y a las 21 estén quitando la comida.deberia el director mirar estos detalles.el día que había encuebta de calidad no quitaban la comida hasta la hora que era 21.30.sólo ese día k vergüenza.no todos somos extranjeros

Leuk hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, op 1 persoon na. Eten was afwisselend en lekker. Heel schoon. Toch wat kritiek. Ik sliep op een kamer aan de rechter buitenkant. Veel last gehad van een bijna constant lopende generator. Daarnaast waren er al heel vroeg (vanaf 4 uur) vrachtwagens op en neer aan het rijden. Ophalen van vuilnis en brengen van allerlei goederen, Erg storend voor je nachtrust. Op de kamer was een ligbad waarin je je moest douchen. In het hotel waren veel oudere mensen aanwezig. Zal voor veel mensen best lastig zijn geweest. Bij het uitchecken werd natuurlijk gevraagd hoe ik het verblijf had ervaren. Ik heb de generator en de vrachtwagens ter sprake gebracht. De van nederlands afkomstige baliemedewerkster toonde in eerste instantie geen interesse en toen ze daarop werd aangesproken gaf ze als reactie: ik had een een goedkopere kamer en dan kan dat gebeuren. Ongelooflijk onprofessioneel. Voor de rest van het personeel alleen maar lof.

Saubere Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommend Service im Restaurant und an der Bar, leider bei Beschwerden am Empfang keine Unterstützung Erstes Zimmer war von der Lärmbelästigung nicht zumutbar, nur nach langwierigen Diskussionen neues Zimmer bekommen. Bei weiteren Unannehmlichkeiten wurde alles abgestritten und es erfolgte nicht mal eine Entschuldigung-schade

Het Hotel is echt Super, goede service, netjes personeel + Receptie. Schoonmaak service is top, elke dag schone handdoeken. Het ligt niet echt in het centrum, daar naar toe is +/- 15-20 min lopen. Adults Only , klopt 60% - 55+ en 40% - 25+ Prijzen van versnaperingen vallen ook mee ( voor Ibiza)

Las habitaciones están muy bien, el hotel está muy cuidado aunque sea antiguo. El buffet de desayuno es muy completo. Dispone de spa y algunas máquinas de gym. Los trabajadores son muy amables y correctos.

Had a great 1 week stay here. The food is excellent, the wait staff and the kitchen staff are exceptional. The tables are cleaned immediately, the food is constantly restocked, they earn the 5 star review. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and please keep the Adults-only policy, that makes a vacation so much more enjoyable. Thanks Grupotel Santa Eularia.

Schönes Hotel am Stadtrand. Essen ist Ok, Zimmer sauber. Leider schließt die Hotelbar schon um Mitternacht.

Quiet peaceful hotel with everything you need during vacation. Great location. Nice breakfast, lovely pool. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get everything you want. We have been here twice and would definitely come back!

Ho trascorso 10 giorni di vacanza straordinari Hotel eccezionale, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima colazione, direi x tutti i gusti . Posizione buona , anche se bisogna comunque munirsi di auto .

Estuve el año pasado y me encantó. De hecho queríamos repetir este año pero no había disponibilidad, por lo que hemos buscado otro hotel. Pero desde luego hubiéramos repetido de haber sido posible.

Este hotel está genial pero lo que lo hace increíble es el personal, todxs son maravilla; recepción, mantenimiento, cocina... Y lo sabemos porque nos pasó de todo y todxs con una sonrisa ayudándonos y solucionando nuestros percances. Destacaría a Paco un chico brutal, trabajador y siempre con su sonrisa y alegría. Enhorabuena por ese personal. La comida del buffet muy variada y con opciones saludables que se agradece. Sólo añadiría más animación y variación en las actividades, por el resto un 10.

Siamo stati in questo hotel dal 18 agosto al 26 ..... le stanze e bagno ampie e sempre ben pulite, oltre ad un parcheggio esterno hanno un ampio parcheggio sotterraneo dove noi riponevamo regolarmente lo scooter.... la sala colazione e cena molto ampia e ben rifornita con cibo fresco e ben curato .... tutti i giorni con qualche novità.... dalla reception alle cameriere e le donne delle pulizie tutti cordiali ..... essendo un hotel per soli adulti regna la pace e il silenzio chi ha bisogno di rilassarsi è l hotel ideale .... non abbiamo usufruito della SPA e quindi non posso dare informazioni.... gli ambienti in comune molto puliti e sempre in ordine Non c'è spiaggia difronte all hotel ... si trova a c.a 10/15 min a piedi .... Noi abbiamo girato e la cosa non ci interessava 15 minuti dal centro/porto ricco di ristoranti aperti per lo più alla sera ... pochi negozietti .... una lunga strada pedonale sul lungo mare....

The hotel is much better than looks like in the photo. Only “negative” is that there is not laundry service but very close there is the machine with the coins. The staff: EXCELLENT! Location: perfect!

They only have one Iron în the entiere hotel. If some one else use it, there is no other Iron. This happen în a more then 100 rooms hotel.

Lovely hotel, great pool, food varied but good. No kids 😀.

Bon séjour buffet matin et surtout le soir très varié et bon. Hôtel sympathique loin du bruit du centre mais un peu ex centré. Bon rapport qualité prix. Quelques désagréments avec le personnel de ménage, pour le reste rien à redire.

Muy bien! Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas, limpias y con vistas maravillosas. El desayuno abundante y variado. La piscina genial y muy tranquila. El único inconveniente es que no hay servicio de habitaciones y a las 22:00 horas tampoco existe la posibilidad de tomar nada. La cocina cerrada y no sirven ni un sándwich. Tampoco hay minibar en la habitación con la opción de unos snacks.

Bien en general. Es un lujo tener el spa con total accesibilidad y siempre vacío. El chillout sería excepcional si estuviera en funcionamiento el bar. Punto de mejora: deberían encender el aire acondicionado del bar-salón que hay al lado de la piscina. Es insoportable estar allí.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Traumhafte Lage. Ruhig und entspannt. Das Essen ( Buffet) bietet für jeden etwas. Auch glutenfrei. Vegan ist etwas schwierig aber bestimmt, auf Nachfrage, machbar.
