Hotel Moon Dreams Coral Beach

En genial el Hotel está muy bien. Las habitaciones muy amplias, buenas instalaciones y buena ubicacion. El desayuno variado y las cenas temáticas (comida mejicana, americana, italiana, española......) lo único malo es que no tiene aparcamiento y en la zona es casi imposible. Puedes aprñarcar en el parking del Hotel Leonardo por 15€ al día.

Deuren van de kamers klappen hard toe als je ze niet zelf tegenhoudt. Bij ALL-IN geen gebakjes in de namiddag, enkel hamburgers, toasts en patatas bravas. Het restaurant is uitsluitend binnen. Jammer dat je niet buiten op een terras kan eten. Wel top ligging en heel leuk dat iedere kamer een balkon heeft. Je hebt kamers met zicht op het zwembad aan de “binnenkant” van het hotel of kamers aan de “buitenkant” van het hotel. Aan de zwembadzijde kan iedereen die aan het zwembad ligt je ook op je balkon zien. Aan de buitenzijde heb je kamers aan de gevel waar ook de hoofdinkom is. Je kijkt hier op groen. Bij de linkerzijde heb je ook een open zicht maar niet aan de rechterzijde. Dan kijk je recht op appartementen. Er stopt een openbare bus (L24) die naar de vlieghaven gaat in 50min. Een beetje verderop ook veel andere mogelijkheden om met de bus ergens naartoe te gaan. Enkel cash betalen en geldafhaling kost €4,95 per keer! De bus (L13/L18) naar Santa Eulària kost €1,55 enkel. De bus (L19) naar San Antoni kost €2,95 enkel. Heel leuke markt op zaterdag in Las Dalias. Te voet 40’ = 3,5km. Je vindt hier veel kleren en juwelen met aandacht voor het lokale en ambachtelijke.

Habitaciones nada insonorizadas, se escucha el ruido del bar como si estuvieras en él. Algo que me ha parecido muy "cutre" es que las habitaciones no tienen nevera, pero puedes disponer de ella por 50€/día (he estado en muchos hoteles y nunca había visto esto) El desayuno y la cena, aunque con variedad de muy mala calidad.

La verdad que el hotel está bastante bien. Quizá la única pega es la insonorización entre habitaciones. El personal del hotel encantador y servicial. La piscina muy bien, muy buen ambiente, y el personal a cargo de ella muy agradables. El buffet para desayunar bastante bien. Así que, muchas gracias por dejarnos disfrutar cómodamente estas vacaciones. Un Saludo 144.

Hotel is spotless as was our room. Staff are friendly and location is great. Few minutes to a beach but a nicer one is 5 min walk away. The food is above average with a good selection offered each day. The eggs at breakfast were not the best, slow to be cooked and there was always a queue. The restaurant was very busy at times, and staff worked hard and were constantly manning the tables and sevice stations. (A microwave should be provided, as quite often food was cold). Drinks were ok, we mostly stuck to beer and wine, and found the coke to be ok. Music round the pool was great for us and entertainment team tried their best to get folks involved in different activities during the day. Entertainment at night was not great, but we always went out for a couple of drinks to end the night. Pool was lovely and 0 sunbed wars! How refreshing! All in all a great week to celebrate where we started 40 years ago!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, get the bus from the airport to just outside the hotel for €4each. Great way to enjoy the sights

Camere e bagno ampio, solo le porte un pò troppo rumorose, ma in generale ambiente tranquillo. Colazione da 10 e lode ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ il pezzo insuperabile dell'hotel; su può scegliere qualsiasi genere di cibo, con cuoco che ininterrottamente prepara uova e omelette. Unica pecca: l'hotel non ha un parcheggio riservato e nel paese parcheggiare è un incubo vero!

Alojan a los huéspedes en habitaciones donde no funciona el aire acondicionado. Recomiendo que el hotel no aloje a nadie en la habitación 142 durante los meses de verano, es un auténtico horno y si intentas ventilarla te comes el aire grasiento de la cocina. Bien por la limpiadora y el personal del comedor.

La habitación y la limpieza general estaba perfecta!! Las vistas desde el balcón espectacular! La única pega que podría poner es del tema del desayuno y que no se explicaron bien sobre cuando había que avisar para el desayuno temprano, así que por ese motivo no pudimos desayunar cuando nos fuimos. También debo añadir que el desayuno era muy malo. Solo se salvaba la máquina del café y la fruta. Todo lo demás parecía muy plastificado y sin sabor

Currently at Moon Dreams Coral Beach for a week B&B.||Breakfast: chaotic, by the time you find a table your food is cold. Staff can't be bothered to help.||Pool: Pool area very 'tired' needs a serious update, beds are old and very uncomfortable pool needs a good clean, more people may use the pool area if the loud obnoxious music was turned down.||Bar/Drinks: Watered down spirits and beer in my opinion, probably to cater for the all inclusive guests.||Room: The room was good, spacious and very comfortable beds, English TV channels don't all work.||Parking: If you hire a car forget this hotel. Absolutely nowhere to park, we drove around for an hour every night looking, book the Caribe .||In summary, even though this hotel is only 3 star it needs a serious upgrade, I would not stay again.

The hotel was OK. That’s about as much as you can say. Basic but ok. Would probably not go back unless it was an absolute bargain. Room was clean apart from the shower curtain which had some very suspicious stains and the whole bathroom needed some attention, mouldy grout and calcium deposits on taps etc. beds were comfy but only a sheet given and it was a little chilly in the night. Pool was ok but no walk in section or easy access for little ones. Kids pool tiny but ok for babies small toddlers. No floats allowed when a certain life guard was on duty 🙄 but the weekend one didn’t mind. Snack bar nice food but same every day nuggets burger hot dog salads. The restaurant was same same same!! I have never been to such a boring All Inc ! No variety! Same stuff every day. Same cheeses same salad same bread same breakfast items same puddings every day for lunch and dinner! Food is Cold very quickly, by day 2 we put a tiny amount of things on our plates to try temp before getting more and stuff isnt replenished enough. We waited 1/2 hr for the paella to be replenished after it was all gone in first 15 mins and it wasn’t replenished and that was the main dish for that meal so we went to snack bar instead. Fried chicken I’m sure was being fried since breakfast it was so tough. Odd combos like Yorkshires on American nt. kids section wasn’t great, pasta, nuggets or very pale uncooked looking hotdog sausages and some sandwiches with dried bread as been out too long, again same most nights and cold chips. |It was the worse food variety I’ve ever come across and I’ve been to many All Inc hotels.

Posizione e Struttura: L'hotel, sebbene necessiti di un rinnovamento, vanta una posizione eccezionale a pochi passi dal mare, anche se il parcheggio rappresenta una sfida. Le camere, pur mostrando i segni del tempo, sono mantenute impeccabilmente pulite e fresche grazie all'ottimo lavoro dello staff di pulizia. L'area piscina è un punto di forza, con una grande vasca principale e una dedicata ai bambini, affiancata da un'area giochi. Servizi e Personale: La cortesia è il tratto distintivo di tutto il personale. La reception è sempre disponibile e attenta, lo staff di sala è cordiale e premuroso verso tutti gli ospiti, in particolare i più piccoli. L'animazione serale è varia e coinvolgente, con spettacoli di magia e musica, mentre quella diurna è quasi inesistente. Cucina: Il ristorante a buffet avrebbe bisogno di maggiore varietà: il menù settimanale tende a ripetersi, con le stesse pietanze proposte per più giorni. Considerazioni Finali: Nonostante i margini di miglioramento, consiglio vivamente questo hotel. L'atmosfera accogliente e la professionalità dello staff, che rende l'esperienza davvero speciale, compensano ampiamente le piccole lacune strutturali. Un sincero ringraziamento a tutto il team. Spero di tornare presto!

Per noi la prima volta ad Ibiza per dissuadere le fatiche di un matrimonio appena avvenuto. Abbiamo scelto un luogo lontano dalla follia del centro dell'Isola ma che ci ha fornito tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. L'hotel è sopra ogni aspettativa, dalla colazione al servizio, passando per la pulizia, personale cordiale prepaprato e sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste di una vera e propria marea di turisti provenienti da tutto il mondo. Le spiagge sono vicinissime a questo Hotel , fornito per altro di tutto ciò che serve per poterci restare senza mai usire :). Piscina, massaggi, spuntini in piscina, bar , il pacchetto compelto per il relax totale. Ibiza centro è vicina, in Taxi sono 20 minuti al csoto di 20\25€ mentre in buso ci si impiega 30 minuti perchè ovviamente ci sono fermate da faare nel metre. L'Hotel , per altro si trova in Coral Beach, una ridente frazione ricca di localini, market, bar e intrattenimento per bimbi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca serenotà e tranquillità sapendo di poter raggiungere la movida a qualsiasi ora del giorno. P.s. anche i servizi oltre isola (Formentera , Menorca e Minorca) sono eccellenti. Grazie mille ci torneremo.

Ik heb nog nooit gezien dat de kamers zo slecht werden schoongemaakt. Ik verbleef 14 dagen in het hotel, en behalve de vloer dweilen en het wisselen van handdoeken werd er niets gedaan. Er was zelfs geen zeep. De ligging is geweldig en het strand is prachtig, het eten in het restaurant is goed.

Second time at the hotel. Stayed in May half term and I would say this hotel still marks good value for money for what you pay. We took a free upgrade to a 'duluxe' room that was offered by our tour company. The advantage of this was slightly more modern decor and a pool view room. Counter-intuitively this is quieter than the the road side room we had last year so might be worth paying for if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom was no different to the one we had last year. Room spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. Toiletries are provided in big wall mounted packs. No fridge. The food is not to everyone's taste and we heard endless complaints. For us there was always something to eat! Breakfast excellent. Always fresh bread, cheese and fruit at every meal. More dessert selection this year. For what you pay they do a good job to produce a selection of choices. The hotel has had a couple of improvements to meet last year's complaints. They no longer charge for a cup. The bars have all had pump action spirits installed which should make service quicker. That said I have not experienced the queues others complained about! All the sunbeds have been replaced. Happily they have kept the ice creams behind the bar! The location of this hotel is really good with the promenade (turn right out of front door, go up and right) and the beach (straight across road, turn right after the hotel) and the town centre within easy walking distance. Good running routes. If the price continued to be right I would go back a third time for a quiet, restful week.

Muy bien la atención del personal excepto el chico de la recepción que me atendió el primer día de resto muy bien el hotel limpio muy agradable la comida pudiera mejorar muchas veces salió comida quemada

Personale gentile, professionale e simpatico. Cibo discreto per noi italiani, ma con una variegata scelta a ogni pasto. Sala ristorazione molto pulita. La piscina ogni singola mattina veniva pulita e pulite con la lancia anche tutte le sdraie e tavolini. Camera ampia, letti molto comodi e grandi. Cuscini ottimi, aria condizionata perfetta Pulizia camera ogni giorno, con un cambio asciugamani durante la settimana. Ho visto pulire anche i vetri esterni del vano scale. Possibilità di noleggiare gli asciugamani da mare a 10€ di cauzione che verranno poi restituiti al reso Ogni sera ci stava un tipo di intrattenimento diverso e molto carina. Massimo relax, piscina non affollata e meravigliosa la piscina per i bambini con annesso parco e animazione. Un bel pino è posizionato vicino la piscina garantendo anche un po' di ombra negli orari di caldo. Ci stava anche un campetto da calcetto a erba sintetica. La struttura non sembra neanche un hotel a 3 stelle ma almeno un 4 Unica grandissima pecca la struttura non ha un suo parcheggio e ne convenzioni esterne. Ci siamo beccati una multa da 100€! Alcune sere abbiamo evitato di uscire in macchina per non stressarvi a girare anche 30 minuti in cerca di parcheggio

Hotel tranquilo y bien situado Zona de piscina limpia le falta un bar justo ahí en la piscina y una neverita en las habitaciones.

The worst hotel experience ever. The staff are really nice, unfortunately the structure has so many problems that are not addressed and they just can't cope. I actually gave up because I saw the hopeless looks on their faces, at one point they actually abandoned the reception because they couldn't take it anymore. It's a shame because people are on holiday and want to relax instead they are met with a crumbling building in desperate need of renovation

Just home from a week at Coral Beach, Moon Dreams Hotel, we went as a family of 5 adults and 2 children. I would say that this is an average, no frills budget hotel, but if you're looking for somewhere that caters well for children and is family friendly I would recommend. Our 5 year old Grandson had a great time.|Rooms were dated, but clean, and having the room key in a chip on your wristband was a bonus.|There was a good variety of food on offer, but not much choice if you are Gluten free, but they did provide warm gluten free rolls at breakfast. Burgers, chips and hot dogs were available at the poolside all day. |The hotel was well located, with a mini market close by, beach a few mins walk and bars and restaurants in close proximity.|The TUI reps were very friendly and Julie sorted us out for a round the Island tour, which I would recommend.|All in all, this was good for a family break, if you're on a budget.

Nel Complesso struttura buona! Riguarderei la pulizia delle camere, soprattutto dei bagni. Buffet ricco.

Room - Nice size with balcony , air con almost non existent had it running all day and it barely cooled the room , both rooms we had were the same and other guests said the same Food - Snack bar was nice but the food in the main restaurant was relatively poor , drinks were all off brands and the "pepsi" didn't taste like a real pepsi Staff- Brilliant mostly always happy to help

Realmente fue muy buena la atención. Es un concepto de all inclusive que no logro entender pero que a la gente le funciona. La calidad de las cosas es racional al precio cobrado. Los cuartos son antiguos

It was a nice place, although the rooms were poor, no kettle and no fridge. Food was appalling some nights and only one pool with enough sunbeds for the population of africa. Everyone was nice there and were helpful, they were very strict about the food times, tea ended at 10 so they decide to shut down the place as if it was fort knox the second it hits 10. The flip side though was the fact that: Beach was 2 mins away Shop for food 1 min away Lots of restaurants nearby Nice veiws I would recommend but don't expect too much...

La atención buena, la habitación regular, las vistas lo peor 😂 adjunto fotos.. aparcamiento 33€/noche descubierto y en un descampado terrizo. Mi pareja y yo hemos pagado 600€ por tres noches... Hay opciones mucho mejores.....

Resaltaré primero lo positivo de este hotel,el buffet incluye bebidas en todas las comidas y tienen un sistema de apertura de habitaciones que es poner una pulsera a cada huésped con un chip,lo cual valoro muy positivamente por qué ni se pierde la llave,ni se desimanta con el móvil y cada uno de las personas que usan la habitación pueden acceder en cualquier momento. Lo negativo ha sido que la comida del buffet deja mucho que desear,además de muy poca variedad,tratándose de un resort,no es posible que sirvan tan poca cantidad de cada cosa,las colas y esperas para que repusieran alimentos eran interminables,se trata de agosto y todos sabemos que hay mucha gente pero eso es totalmente previsible y por lo tanto deberían haberlo teníais en cuenta.Teniamos contratada media pensión y cenamos 2 noches de las 5 que estuvimos,ya que decidimos pagar en otro sitio pero cenar de manera diferente a la que nos ofrecía el hotel.Las habitaciones muy antiguas,estuvimos en la quinta planta y de la ventolera que se formó un día el techo de la habitación(tenía placas metálicas) empezado a levantarse y a cerrarse haciendo mucho ruido durante todo el rato. Llegamos y el aire acondicionado además de estar visiblemente roto por qué le faltaba la rueda de regular temperatura,.no se podía apagar,no funcionaba el interruptor,por lo que de noche que refrescaba y teníamos frío para apagarlo tuvimos que quitar la luz de la habitación y por lo tanto no pudimos ver la tele,si bien es cierto que cuando lo comentamos en recepción al|Día siguiente lo teníamos solucionado.

Una experiencia de 10. Todo absolutamente todo el personal un 1000/10 amables, educados,atentos muy contenta mi experiencia ha sido increíble. El hotel Está cerca de 2 playas y tiene servicios como supermercados, restaurantes cerca. Es un hotel familiar aunque hay pocos niños, no está cerca de Ibiza centro para descansar y desconectar está genial.

Si eres español no recomiendo en exceso este hotel. Está hecho en gran parte para guiris. Lo peor a destacar que me hubiera gustado saber: 1. Es imposible descansar un rato después de comer antes de volver a salir, ya que la musica está A TOPE en la piscina; no es que la tengan un poquito alta, es que la tienen de una manera que es completamente imposible descansar. 2. No hay nevera en la habitación, lo cual es bastante ilógico estando en Ibiza de playas y en pleno agosto. 3. También es complicado dormir por la noche; las paredes y puertas son de papel, se escucha absolutamente TODO, hasta una mosca. Gente hablando en otras habitaciones (incluso hablando bajito), teles, y por no hablar de cada vez que pasa alguien por el pasillo y del hecho que te despertaban hasta las alarmas de otras habitaciones, que sonaban como si estuviesen en la tuya propia. Si quieres dormir hasta más tarde de las 8h no te recomiendo este hotel. 4. Según qué hora es casi imposible aparcar. No hay ningún parking gratis, todo descampados de tierra DE PAGO, que no hacen ofertas semanales y por tanto salen carísimos. Aparcas en las calles de alrededor si tienes suerte que pillas alguien yéndose, sino te toca pagar un pastón porque no te queda otra. A parte es una zona plagada de apartamentos, con lo cual hay millones de coches que quieren aparcar. Por lo demás bastante correcto, pero sin duda todas estas cosas son clave para mí para no haber elegido este alojamiento.

O hotel apresenta preços razoáveis para Ibiza. Muito perto de duas praias Es Canar e Cala Nova. As refeições são razoáveis. O ponto negativo é que o check-in foi feito à noite devido ao voo e não usufruimos das refeições. No dia do check out só tivemos direito ao pequeno almoço. Explicamos a situação de ao menos termos direito ao almoço mas foi negado.

Llevamos años llendo a este hotel y cada vez a ido mejorando,el trato de los trabajadores excelente, las habitaciones limpias,camas cómodas y el restaurantes con mas variedad y calidad según pasan las temporadas,como siempre ,volveremos ,tanto por el trato recibido como por los servicios que ofrece,graciass a todos y en especial a la directora Maria ,siempre atenta y cercana,gracias!!!:)

For what we paid for this holiday....what's not to like?!|Taxi from the airport was 50 Euros and took just under 40 mins.|Check in was smooth and efficient. The room keys are built in to the AI bands so makes it really convenient not having to constantly look for the key.|Room was perfectly fine. 3 nice big beds and an old but serviceable shower plus a bath with is a bonus with kids. Air con was on but could be improved. A fridge would have been ideal but no such luck!|Staff were always very smiley and friendly. Entertainment staff were great with the kids and always encouraging them to join in.|Drinks were as you'd expect from a 3*. Cold beers and lots of other choice.|Ice Lollies & ice creams included too which was a bonus!|Food hall was absolute chaos!! We avoided this at lunchtime and just had something from the snack bar (2 visits a day is enough for anyone!)|The food itself was fine! We are vegetarian and there was always plenty of choice. Desserts were nice too.|We sat by the kids pool everyday and it was so peaceful and gets full sun all day unlike the main pool.||Beach is a few minutes walk with a few small bars. 3 or 4 shops/mini markets within a minute or two. ||They also provide beach towels for a small refundable deposit.||We didn't stay up for the entertainment as it didn't start until 21.30. Also it's inside with no vibe which was disappointing as they have an outdoor stage....why not use it??||All in all I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a no frills cheap week in the sun!

Firstly I would like to say the staff work really hard and are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The food is average for a 3* all inclusive. In my opinion the bedroom and bathrooms need updating. I found it really naughty that your wrist bands are cut off on the last day - I've never heard of this before and it's really unfair. Good location, Overall a nice hotel for a 3*

We stayed here as a family of 8. We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is great very close to the beach, shops and bars. The cleaners were very attentive and cleaned our room everyday and replenished our towels everyday also. The food was what you would expect for a 3* all inclusive hotel. It wasn’t brilliant but it wasn’t terrible. There was always something to eat even on the nights when they ran different theme nights. ( Mexican, Italian, American & Spanish). The entertainment that we saw was good. The entertainment staff work extremely hard especially in the heat!|The magician was absolutely fantastic! Overall I would recommend the hotel and would return in the future.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is in need of a total renovation! It looks like a student dormitory! Plaster is falling on us from the ceiling of our terrace in room 114. In 7 days, they changed our towels once and instead of 3, they left us two bath towels. It's very difficult to say that the room was cleaned. When you take off your shoes barefoot, all kinds of rubbish stick to your feet. The legs of the bed are dirty, there are stains from spilled chocolate and coffee. The toilet bowl is wobbly and everything is cracked and the silicone has dried up. The bathtub is so small - child's size, that you can't stretch your legs. I am disabled and bathe on a bath chair and it was terribly difficult for me to bathe. The socket next to the single bed was pulled out of the wall, which is dangerous because you might get electrocuted. The lamp on the terrace is burnt out and there is no one to replace it. In the evening, they are playing a match on the hotel's field until 1 at night and you can't sleep. This is the first time I've seen such a hotel where they don't use vacuum cleaners, but sweep with a broom. The maids wash the floor with some kind of detergent, the tiles on the floor and when it gets wet it's terribly slippery, I'm on two crutches and I slipped several times and almost fell. The hotel's website says that it is accessible for the disabled, but this is not true. On the last day we had to vacate the room at 11 am and wait until midnight for a bus to the airport, during these 13 hours I had to go to the toilet, next to the children's pool there is only a disabled one. In the lobby of the hotel the toilet is on the ground floor with a lot of stairs and there is no railing on both sides to hold on to. The food is generally terrible, as if they cook for a hospital without any spices and salt - tasteless. The breakfast is absolutely monotonous, the same every morning. There is pancake machine, where you have to wait 30-40 minutes for 5 mini pancakes of 20 grams each. Lunch was even worse than breakfast. French fries, rice and raw meat. The cook at the barbecue can't cope and doesn't cook the meat. Dinner is even worse than lunch, the only good thing was the desserts. There was a variety of creams, cakes and rolls. The soft drinks are quite diluted. They fill your glass with ice and pour you about 0.150 ml of Pepsi. The ice cream they give you at the pool bar is complete garbage. By the time you take it to the table, it has runny, full of water, there are ice crystals in it. But the most offensive thing is that every time you enter the restaurant, there is a woman with lists and looks at you like you are a criminal and doesn't let you into the restaurant until you say which room you are from. On the last day they provide a room for showering for 20 minutes requires three people to shower, which is almost impossible. My son tried to explain to the manager that I am disabled and it is difficult for me to shower in 7 minutes, but she behaved so arrogantly and told us in plain language "You are not welcome here" and "You will play by our rules". I am also very disappointed with the Tui representative Julie, who we had asked to keep our room until 6pm because I am disabled to which she replied "Everyone here is disabled, there is nothing I can do". Do not go to this hotel, I paid 3000 pounds for this terrible holiday and I was looking forward to going home. And if you are up early, you will not be able to drink coffee and tea before the restaurant opens because there is no machine anywhere in the lobby, which has never happened to me in any hotel before. I will never book this hotel again.

The socket next to the single bed was pulled out of the wall, which is dangerous because you might get electrocuted. The lamp on the terrace is burnt out and there is no one to replace it. In the evening, they are playing a match on the hotel's field until 1 at night and you can't sleep. This is the first time I've seen such a hotel where they don't use vacuum cleaners, but sweep with a broom. The maids wash the floor with some kind of detergent, the tiles on the floor and when it gets wet it's terribly slippery, I'm on two crutches and I slipped several times and almost fell. The hotel's website says that it is accessible for the disabled, but this is not true. On the last day we had to vacate the room at 11 am and wait until midnight for a bus to the airport, during these 13 hours I had to go to the toilet, next to the children's pool there is only a disabled one. In the lobby of the hotel the toilet is on the ground floor with a lot of stairs and there is no railing on both sides to hold on to. The food is generally terrible, as if they cook for a hospital without any spices and salt - tasteless. The breakfast is absolutely monotonous, the same every morning. There is pancake machine, where you have to wait 30-40 minutes for 5 mini pancakes of 20 grams each. Lunch was even worse than breakfast. French fries, rice and raw meat. The cook at the barbecue can't cope and doesn't cook the meat. Dinner is even worse than lunch, the only good thing was the desserts. There was a variety of creams, cakes and rolls. The soft drinks are quite diluted. They fill your glass with ice and pour you about 0.150 ml of Pepsi. The ice cream they give you at the pool bar is complete garbage. By the time you take it to the table, it has runny, full of water, there are ice crystals in it. But the most offensive thing is that every time you enter the restaurant, there is a woman with lists and looks at you like you are a criminal and doesn't let you into the restaurant until you say which room you are from. On the last day they provide a room for showering for 20 minutes requires three people to shower, which is almost impossible. My son tried to explain to the manager that I am disabled and it is difficult for me to shower in 7 minutes, but she behaved so arrogantly and told us in plain language "You are not welcome here" and "You will play by our rules". I am also very disappointed with the Tui representative Julia, who we had asked to keep our room until 6pm because I am disabled to which she replied "Everyone here is disabled, there is nothing I can do". Do not go to this hotel, I paid 3000 pounds for this terrible holiday and I was looking forward to going home. And if you are up early, you will not be able to drink coffee and tea before the restaurant opens because there is no machine anywhere in the lobby, which has never happened to me in any hotel before. I will never book this hotel again.

Mi marido y yo venimos todos los años a Ibiza y ya habíamos estado en este hotel hace tres años. En aquel momento nos gustó más que ahora, por eso repetimos pero ya no volvemos. En aquel entonces aparcar era facilísimo: los descampados cercanos eran libres y siempre había hueco. Ahora todos esos espacios son privados y pertenecen a otros hoteles o restaurantes, lo que convierte el simple hecho de dejar el coche en una auténtica odisea. La única opción real es pagar un parking, ya que las plazas gratuitas son muy limitadas para la cantidad de huéspedes que somos. Hemos llegado a estar más de una hora dando vueltas para encontrar sitio. La única alternativa gratuita es un descampado a 10 minutos andando… si tienes suerte y hay hueco. Hay que decir que los trabajadores son muy amables y trabajadores y, al preguntarles, nos confirmaron que la zona es realmente complicada para aparcar, así que no es algo puntual. En cuanto a la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. Tuvimos que reclamar varias veces para que lo revisaran y, aun así, lo dejaron medio arreglado. La comida no está mal y el desayuno es bastante completo, con opciones para todos los gustos. Sin embargo, las bebidas del todo incluido podrían mejorarse, ya que no están a la altura de lo que se espera en este tipo de régimen. El mayor de nuestros enfados es porque el hotel está claramente orientado al turismo extranjero. No solo porque todas las actividades y animaciones se realizan exclusivamente en inglés, olvidándonos del turismo nacional, sino también por el horario de las comidas, que parece adaptado a ellos. En el caso de las cenas, al entrar a cenar a las 21:30 prácticamente no quedaba comida. Al preguntar al personal, nos indicaron que a las 20:00 ya se habían terminado muchas cosas, dando únicamente la oportunidad a tener todas las opciones a aquellos que cenan a las 19h. Además, la plancha donde normalmente preparaban carne o pescado al momento ya estaba cerrada a esa hora, a falta de media hora para cerrar el comedor, lo que limita mucho las opciones si cenas más tarde. En base a la relación calidad-precio, también deja que desear: entendemos que todo ha subido mucho, pero se pagan precios desorbitados por un hotel de 3 estrellas con estas condiciones, lo cual no se corresponde con lo que se ofrece. En definitiva, el personal es atento y la comida correcta, pero la experiencia global queda muy empañada por la falta de facilidades para aparcar, el mantenimiento de las habitaciones (el hotel en general es bastante antiguo), la calidad de las bebidas, el claro enfoque al turismo extranjero, las limitaciones horarias en el servicio y un precio que no se ajusta a lo que realmente recibes. Por lo que no volveremos a este hotel próximos años.

Stayed from 3/08/25-10/08/25, our flight late at night so didn't arrive till around midnight, I took my own travel kettle has I like my own drinks, but told you could hire one, I like milk and so brought long life, has rooms don't have fridges, was told that we'd be able to hire one? But I don't know where they would be able to put one,we paid for late flight bk so I expected 3 x all inclusive on last day but they said it would only be breakfast, I discust this with staff and they sorted it with management and was granted lunch and dinner also, I paid extra for pool view and got a room with a pool view and could also see the sea , I was disappointed no night time entertainment, which surprised has it was the 1st week of August , I also love paella but there was non on our last evening Sunday which was Spanish night ? So don't know what that was all about ? Staff friendly, cleaning service good and if we needed extra,s asked and got so overall pleased for a 3 star, rooms are a little dated, and tea/ coffee making facilities would be a nice idea has if you do arrive late ? Not everyone likes just vending machine water .

We haven't been to this hotel since 2017 and we love es cana so decided to come back as we are familiar with this hotel.| There have been some improvements in the decor, still basic, but better and very clean. |The greatest improvement was the pool area, loads of sunbeds, loads of parasols and no silly queuing for sunbeds, it was very chilled as there were plenty of beds and room.|The pool is a bit deep, no issue for us as our son, aged 10 is competent, but be aware the shallow end isn't very big if your kids can't swim. There is a little baby pool too though.|The cleaners do an excellent job, our room was cleaned every day and we had new towels everyday!! |Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.|Dining room staff were great and worked really hard, friendly enough.|Most of the bar staff were 'ok' but there were a few of the younger bar staff (not all) that were just plain rude and only spoke nicely to young females or other Spanish guests. In my opinion this let's the hotel down a lot and its a real shame, some of them had zero manners and zero customer service skills towards some guests.|The hotel is in a great location near the beach and near to shops and restaurants.|The food was ok, but not great, there was definitely more choice in our previous stays here. The dining room was busiest at breakfast and was slightly chaotic but that is probably more to do with the guests, and no fault of the hotels.|To summarise I would say it offered decent value for money, I would return, but I really think some of the younger bar staff let this place down quite a lot.

Buena experiencia en este hotel el todo incluido muy justito en el tema de bebidas pero con lo que se paga no es para quejarse mucho, por lo demás todo muy bien,todo el personal genial sobre todo los camareros y camareras las habitaciones limpias aunque le haría una neverita y unas reformas sobre todo el baño. Está cerca de cala Nova preciosa cala se puede ir andando desde el hotel. El único inconveniente es el aparcamiento hay que pensarlo antes de mover el coche pero bueno eso no es culpa del hotel. Buena experiencia volvería a repetir. Buenas vistas del amanecer

Sobretodo he de destacar la comida, MUY MUY MALA ,debieron de gustarme 2 cosas en todos los días desayuno y cena. La mayoría de cosas realmente sabían mal, incluso hasta postres o desayunos de chocolate q nunca fallan sabían mal ,sabían rancias. Se agotaba la comida rapidísimo y tardaban muchisimo en volver a reponerlo. Luego las habitaciones mediocres pero bueno lo que más me llamo la atención es q AL llegar me dicen os hemos hecho un upgrade! Upgrade de que? Si era una triple cmo la que había pagado ni más ni mnos incluso menos que faltaba una lámpara y solo había 2 enchufes en toda la habitacion , y muy lejos de la cama... No había nevera! En ibiza con el calor que hace y con el agua cmo pis , que mnos que una nevera... x no comentar la 1ra mañana que me desperté con picaduras muy sospechosas ,no quiero ni oensar ppero tenían toda la pinta de chinche.... Muy muy mediocre,creo que difícilmente repetiré.

Lo que mas me gustó ante todo es la profesionalidad de todos los trabajadores,desde la recepción, pasando por el personal de limpieza, mantenimiento, camareras/os del comedor, del salón, de la piscina, de la plancha....En especial a Margarita de limpieza de habitaciones, Elias camarero del bar y Maki en la plancha, pero repito que todos los demás que no pongo nombres son increibles también, siempre una sonrisa en la cara y super atentos. También tengo que agradecer a la directora del Hotel: Maria, por la rapidez en solucionar los 2 problemas que tuvimos. Me gustó del hotel que no tuvimos largas esperas en las comidas, que la bebida estuviera incluida, que tuvieramos agua para beber a todas horas. No hay mucha variedad en la comida, pero siempre hay algo rico para comer ( hay que recordar que es un 3 estrellas) También está bien conectado por autobus al aeropuerto o a Santa Eulalia. Bien ubicado en zona tranquila y familiar con la playa al lado. En resumidas cuentas muy bien calidad precio viendo los precios de Ibiza. Si podemos el año que viene repetiremos 😊 Por último también decir que es un hotel con varias decadas a su espalda por lo que necesita un restyling, van saliendo ya averias y problemas que los empleados de mantenimiento van solucionando, si poco a poco lo van reformando será un gran hotel calidad/precio😉

En recepción parece que están un poco perdidos, la habitación está bien, la comida incomible, cogimos pensión completa y tuvimos que comer fuera la mayoría de los días ósea que no aconsejó para nada ni el desayuno, la piscina amplia pero bastante abarrotada que es comprensible en temporada alta, aun así podría estar un poco más controlado el hecho de respetar un poco el descanso de los demás ya que te tiran con la pelota las consumiciones si estás en una tumbona, en fin si lo que necesitas es solo ir a dormir está bien, si quieres pasar un poco más de tiempo en el hotel mejor que pases corriendo.

La comida es la peor que he comido en un hotel en toda mi vida. No cojáis la pensión completa....prefiero gastar todos los días 100 euros en comer que comer aqui.

Hoy nos despedimos de Es Canar. Me gustaria opinar sobre este hotel con total sinceridad. Lo mejor sin duda su personal, gente muy cariñosa y trabajadora, mencion especial para Maki ( cocinero ) Elias (camarero ) y Margarita ( que limpia las habitaciones como nadie!) podria nombrar a mucha mas gente... María (directora ) nos soluciono un problema gordo con la habitación rápidamente. La comida buena, no nos podemos quejar en absoluto, carnes bien hechas, arroces y bebida incluida con la comida!!!! De lo que cojea el hotel sin duda alguna es de sus instalaciones, bastante obsoletas, necesita un buen lavado de cara porque es un edificio antiguo. Sin mas, seguro que volveremos! Ya que la ubicación es fantástica (autobuses en la puerta) y la relacion calidad precio con lo que hay en la isla es mas que conpetititva. Asi que desde aqui solo tenemos agradecimientos a todos los que habeis hecho de estás minivacaciones que sean inolvidables....

Très bien pour un 3 étoiles. On y mange bien, on y dort bien. On se baigne bien. Juste le petit déjeuner pas foufou. Et les animations du soir peu attrayantes. Mais à Ibiza il faut sortir donc peu gênant. Personnel très agréable.

Just got back from a 3 night stay. The room was spacious, there is air conditioning but you don't feel it much during the day. It's not the greatest but we were able to sleep comfortably through the night. All the staff were lovely and helpful and they all said hello, even the cleaning staff. We went down for breakfast and our beds had been made with clean sheets and new towels were left in the bathro before we came back upstairs. Lots of food options. We had a view of the sea from our balcony. There is a flat screen TV on the wall. There is an emergency Dr surgery behind the hotel. Very short walk to the beach. We also took the ferry to Ibiza old town to see the historic buildings. That was a lovely day. The ferry takes just over an hour and was €15 each for a single or €14 return. On Wednesdays they have a hippy market which is about a 20 minute walk away but well worth a look. The hotel had evening entertainment every night we were there and a small games area with a couple of arcade games, air hockey, pool table. They had a table tennis table outdoors by the pool. The hotel is on a bus route. If we went back to ibiza we would be happy to stay there again.

Habitaciones, bajo mi entender, necesitan un cambio de mobiliario, las ventanas no aislan casi nada. La comida, tambien podria mejorar bastante. La zona de postres necesita unos cambios de productos, más cosas hechas propias que no de pasteleria industrial. El servicio del comedor son simpaticas y eficientes, a seguir así.

Hotel con precios buenos y equipo espectacular. Destaque a Paula, de la recepción, y al Sergio, camarero. Hay bastante variedad de comida, las habitaciones son grandes. Tuvimos problema con el aire acondicionado y en 10 minutos lo han resuelto. Nada a reclamar. Recomiendo

Estamos alojados desde el domingo día 13 de Julio en este hotel y hoy día 15 estamos cansados de llamar porque nos tienen sin agua caliente,es imposible ducharse . Horrible,no lo recomiendo,solo dan largas que lo están arreglando pero todo una mentira Sin agua caliente y sin arreglarlo No vengáis

We were here for an easyJet cancelled flight, staff is very kind and welcoming, good position if you want to stay away from Ibiza town and parties, far and difficult to reach from Ibiza airport with a taxi fare of at least 45 euros. Rooms were old style but very clean and with air conditioning working, breakfast was ok with a great variety of food.

The hotel was wonderful. The employees there are very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable. I loved my journey there. It has a cool pool and the beach is just 2min away from it. It is very secure.

El autobús te deja en la puerta desde el aeropuerto. Teníamos comidas incluidas y al ser celíaca se portaron súper bien conmigo. El chef Isaac me explicó todo muy bien, algunas cosas me las sacaban de cocina como patatas fritas, pan sin gluten, gofres, galletas sin gluten, pizza y el resto estaba bien indicado los alérgenos. Tienen animación y actuaciones por la noche. El personal muy amable y antes de irnos, cómo nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde nos ofrecieron una ducha de cortesía para poder aprovechar más el día de playa.

La comida es una calidad ínfima, hemos pagado media pensión y preferimos no desayunar ni cenar aquí porque de verdad que es pésima. Me comí por la mañana piña que tenía buena pinta y sabía y olía a axila. Los huevos duros tenían manchas marrones en la clara, no me dio nada de confianza la alimentación. En el comedor hay demasiado ruido y no se está nada a gusto. En las habitaciones se escucha todo absolutamente, los ruidos de arriba y de las habitaciones contiguas. Las limpiadoras muy amables y camareras del comedor atención bien. La caja fuerte no la hemos podido utilizar. Ducha oxidada, no le vendría mal un poco de mantenimiento y mimo a las habitaciones. Pero lo peor sin duda es la comida.

Somos Pili y Boro, los valencianos y esta reseña es para el equipo de empleados que son espectaculares. En recepción cuando llegamos el martes por la tarde nos atendieron muy amablemente. El servicio de limpieza de la segunda planta igual, eficiencia y amabilidad. Hacer hincapié en el comedor, millones de gracias a Rocío, Laura, Darwin ( cocina) y Pablo, sois espectaculares y muy atentos. Muchas gracias por todo.

Las habitaciones no están mal, cambiaron los colchones estando nosotros allí. Tiene piscina, animación en la piscina y actuaciones por la noche. El buffet me gustó mucho, además, tenían muchas cosas sin gluten. De febrero me sacaban pan sin gluten, pizza, patatas fritas, gofres y galletas. A finales de junio, fui a pasar con mi madre una semana aquí y estuve en este hotel y las recepcionistas eran muy atentas y nos recomendaron cosas que hacer en la isla, la piscina muy limpia y muy buen ambiente. la playa muy cerquita del hotel y hasta nos pedían los taxis en recepción para ir a más partes de la isla. lo mejor fue el jueves cuando vinimos de un chill out aburriíisimo en santa eulalia y nos encontramos una banda de rock alucinante! hacían un show muy potente y todos nos pusimos a cantar y a bailar desde la bamba hasta sweet caroline, fue genial!! desde luego repetiremos.

Hotel, situado en la zona norte de la isla, para ver toda esa zona y sus calas es una ubicación perfecta. El Hotel para su categoría está muy bien es cierto que nosotros allí lo único que hicimos fue el desayuno y dormir porque el resto del día estábamos fuera, pero el desayuno bastante completo y el personal siempre pendiente y muy amable El Hotel no salías directamente a la playa, pero casi así que en general un acierto haber estado allí

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en esta cadena,y tengo que decir que para ser un 3 estrellas es maravilloso,ubicación de 10 a una cala super bonita y a la playa,la comida no había mucha cantidad pero todo estaba de 10.(a destacar el estofado de ternera y las salsas para la pasta)Como buena extremeña he hechado de menos el JAMÓN en los desayunos !!!! Es todo muy gringo,pero bueno… Y que decir del personal de servicio Pablo y Maki para nosotros nos han hecho la estacia maravillosa,Pablo en comedor super atento en todo y resolutivo,y maki se ha ganado el corazón de mi hija con las hamburguesas que le preparada,empleados de 10. No repito.Comida mala ,bandejas sin rellenar ,habitación obsoleta ,colchones duros para mi gusto ,el cocinero de snak le vi varias veces hacer feos comentarios por lo bajo y era mal encarado ,le pedían algo y parecía que lo pagaba el del bolsillo ,pasaba lo mismo con dos chicas del servicio de comedor . La piscina pequeña es un hervidero de basura ,palos de helados y comida tirada , tumbonas manchadas . Para aparcar una odisea ,y solo te queda la opción de unos parking que son de pago en los descampados cercanos ,de tierra y al sol ,precio 1’05 la hora de 00:00 a 09:00 y más de 2€ el resto del día .La pena que el Barceló al que habíamos venido 3 años atrás era solo adultos . El gerente del hotel, tuvo un detalle feo que no entró ni en detalle …. No recomiendo y no volvería a ninguno de esta cadena a causa de esta experiencia . Informaré también a la agencia con la que viajamos .

El hotel está muy bien situado cerca de la playa y en una zona tranquila y lejos de ambientes ruidosos. Le hace falta una buena reforma y renovación pero cumple con lo básico para unas vacaciones en las que no buscas mucho lujo ni estar todo el día encerrado en el hotel. El servicio por parte del personal es excelente desde la recepción hasta la restauración. Las instalaciones en general están bastante limpias y las habitaciones también. Pero para ser un tres estrellas llega justito. La mayor pega que tiene es que la semana que estuvimos una de las planchas del buffet no funcionaba y eso hacia ir muy lento el servicio de comidas.

En general muy buena experiencia. Está todo muy limpio, el personal es muy amable y el Buffet está muy logrado; mucho mejor que el de muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas. No es de aquellos buffets que tienen una gran variedad, pero la calidad de la mayoría de sus alimentos es muy buena y están muy bien cocinados. Pudimos comer carne y pescado cada día, fruta, ensalada… Repetiremos!

Most the staff are friendly, but a couple of rude staff. Rooms was ok but ended up with a double room to share with my 16 year old son so that's not good! Air con ws rubbish and mouldy round the edges. Towels were small you needed 2 each after a shower, had to go and ask for another towel as they only left 1 once they changed them. Food was ok, lots to chose from, kids section only had chips, nuggets and hot dogs every day. Pop machine didn't work for a day while we were there. The doors constantly slam shut and the walls are super thin so you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. Close to the beach.

The staff over there are excellent. They are so polite. The rating of 4 stairs is for the staff only.It is not for the service package of the hotel. The room is quite old, and hotels do not change towels daily, but it was not stated when checking in. Food is not good, especially in Mexico night style,US night style.We eat so little. I think it is a piece of bread with butter and melons . Luckily, the surroundings with lots of restaurants provide good and not expensive food. Our plane was late in the evening. All of us are so tired, and we need to queue long to check in, according to only a staff member who worked at the front desk. No water was provided after a long trip and waiting for check-in that I thought was ok when I had my room. Moreover, there was no drinking water and cup in our room too. Due to the return airplane late in the evening too. The weather was burning. We can only stay at the hotel for rest after my lunch from outside. Once you are check-out. You are not allowed to have a cup of water. Of course, you could quietly go to the bar to self-serve for drinking water. But it seems not so good. I feel like stealing that I bought drinking water for 1.5 liter at the vending machine at the price of 3.6€. Can they allow ex guess that waiting for transport to the airport have some drink packages available. Ibiza is a wonderful place. We will be there again but not Hotle Moon Dream.

Stayed here 29/5/25 to 09/6/25 and can say from the minute we checked in it was fantastic. The staff from management (thats you Maria), right down to housekeeping, i have never known a happier, polite team. Every minute of our stay we were made to feel like we were part of a family. Food is basic but there is always something to eat. Bar snacks are cooked to order and very good. Rooms cleaned and beds made daily, if you need clean towels leave them in the bath or on bathroom floor. There were always sun loungers by the pool, so no need to queue for doors to open. Its 2 minutes to the beach with food and drink available. If you want to venture out, there are plenty of bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel, but please make sure there is always a room available for me.

Basic all inclusive hotel. Bar and restaurant staff brilliant, rest of them not so much. Food is ok at best.

The rooms where basic but clean , the beds where comfortable and the air-conditioning was a godsend .. it would have been nice to have had kettles in the room . Everyone i spoke to was friendly and helpful. The location was prefect for us . We did get an uber to the strip on the other side of the island which worked out about £50 each way

La habitación perfecta, el servicio de limpieza muy atento, los trabajadores simpáticos, localización bonita. Para aparcar 15 minutos no tienen parking. El ambiente huele a agua estancada (fuera del hotel, o en la piscina) algún huésped es un sin vergüenza. La comida no tiene culpa el cocinero trabajan con lo que les dan calidad -5 En fin el hotel es para gente que no aprecia nada, los trabajadores son un 10. I was quite leery about choosing this hotel because of some of the reviews but turns out I couldn’t have made a better choice. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were kind and friendly, the room was clean and nice( loved the shower gel and shampoo), the food was good and the atmosphere was blissful. I loved that I had a balcony although I’m afraid of heights- the irony 😆.I really had a spectacular time and would return in a heartbeat. I also liked that the hotel was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We were spoiled for choice for gift shops and dining. And every evening after dinner we went for a walk into the pueblo pequeño.

Just got back 16/6/25 We had a excellent stay the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, there was plenty to choose from in the restaurant as far as we were concerned and we'll presented, the hotel itself was very clean and tidy, even though its a little dated but bedrooms were clean and serviced every day by excellent happy helpful staff we also spoke to the head chef I think his name was Isaaic he came across very passionate about his job and the hotels future, so all in all top marks all round (10 plus )

Acabamos de pasar 10 días en el Hotel Moon Dreams Coral de Ibiza y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable. Desde el primer momento, el trato del personal fue excelente: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, todo limpio y con una decoración acogedora. La comida nos sorprendió gratamente, tanto por la variedad como por la calidad. Cada día había opciones deliciosas y bien presentadas. La ubicación del hotel también es ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la isla. En resumen, un lugar totalmente recomendable para unas vacaciones en Ibiza. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Please don't read any of the reviews before March 2025 as the hotel was taken over by new company. Amazing service, good food and very good drinks for the 3 star hotel! Snacks served between 10 and 18-wow! You can choose from hot dogs, burgers, cheese toasted, ham and cheese, fries -all freshly made to order by a great chef:) I creams served all day and onother wow! What a selections-see the pictures and that's not all what they have on offer. The bedrooms and bathroom need a touch up but they are both super clean! Children pool has such a nice and warm water. Everything was just great. Thank you ❤️😊

All Staff were amazing at the hotel. Shout out to the lovely restaurant staff 😀 Room nice and clean but bit dated. We thought the food was Fab. Hotel muy decente ,bastante limpio ,buffet bastante correcto, personal super atento y simpático,por poner una pega sería lo complicado que es aparcar aunque hay un par de parking de pago en las proximidades

A long queue to check in, with only one person behind the reception. You only receive one door card, even though we had two adults. We wanted to charge our sons tablets ect during the day, but of course it wasn't possible as you had to have a door card in the slot for the electricity to work. The pool was nice, cold at first but eventually got used to it. Pre-warning - you aren't allowed floats in the pool. We bought a float and got told off by the lifeguard. 👎There was also a really foul smell that would sometimes appear. It was also massively shaded by 2 big trees, so at certain points we were cold because the sun was blocked. Food was shocking. I feel like we pointlessly paid for all inclusive! We only went to breakfast because we had to eat. Lunch we ate chips and toasties because the burgers weren't all that nice. And then dinner came around and the selection was awful. The stuff we thought would look nice, tasted bad. We went out for food every night instead! (La Perla down the road has a beautiful spaghetti bolognese) 🍝 The room didn't have a kettle or fridge (I had medication that needed storing, and couldnt) it was a decent sized room, but that's all it really was. At least the water pressure was okay in the bathroom. (Took us about 10 minutes to get any hot water on the first night though) The entertainment wasn't bad! My son enjoyed the magic show on our 3rd night, and myself and partner enjoyed the quiz/bingo night. Beach was pretty close! And loads of shops nearby. If you're looking to buy cigarettes, go somewhere else lol. There weren't many excursion options available, so we ended up not doing any. We even got a €32 taxi into town (26 minutes away) and it was still crap lol but there's a mcdonalds and burger King! 😂 Honestly, I don't think we'll be returning. Not really worth the £2k that we spent! Better off going to lanzarote lol.

Hotel de playa. Buena ubicación

Habitaciones muy limpias, comida muy variada y buena. Ubicación cerca de calas. El trato del personal buenísimo. Destacar el trato del personal del restaurante que han sido muy cercanos y de Maki el cocinero de snacks, que ha sido muy atento con nosotros. Gracias por todo!

Encontramos una super oferta y estuvimos 4 días, limpieza impecable, tiene calas muy bonitas cerca y un paseo marítimo precioso, recomendable llevar coche pero por que es necesario un coche en Ibiza, el personal super atento y agradable, todas las noches tiene alguna actividad para distraer a las huéspedes, la comida muy buena tienen muchas opciones en el bufet, algo te tiene que gustar si o si y las noches son temáticas con comida internacional, sin duda volvería con los ojos cerrados, 100% recomendado.

El personal muy amable, la comida espectacular( por la noche había temática de la comida , muy original) , Los animadores muy alegres y divertidos, Por la noches hacían juegos, show de mágica, música. El personal de limpieza muy atentos y amigable ( el hotel super limpio). Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, teniendo en cuenta los estándares de un 3 estrella. Como sugerencia el colchón que estaba muy viejo. Para unos días es aceptable.

Pasamos una estancia muy buena, reservamos 5 días todo incluido, en recepción nos trataron muy bien y nos dejaron entrar un poco antes ya que llegamos muy temprano ,la comida estuvo a la altura de un hotel tres estrellas. La ubicación está genial , el snack bar está muy bueno y las opciones de bebidas a casi todas horas nos encantó . El único pero que pondría es el colchón de la cama , está un poco viejo y se sienten los muelles , para un par de días aceptable, pero no hace que descanses del todo bien . De resto el hotel estuvo tan bien que eso no me importó mucho ya que me quedaba pocos días . Si cambiaran eso todo sería perfecto !!! Y por último el personal , tanto animadores , cocineros , personal del bufet atentos a todo , personal de limpieza dejaba todo impecable ( desde las instalaciones hasta la habitación) . Lo recomiendo teniendo en cuenta estándares de un tres estrellas .

Muy bien ,Salvo por qué no habia agua caliente y resolvieron el problema el día que nos ibamos. En régimen todo incluido. Los camareros de la piscina muy amables y el detalle de poder picotear entre horas muy acertado.

Had a fab time met some lovely people, restaurant spotless food ok, rooms in summer dread to think with not so good aircon don't think ours worked at all lucky early may. And all inclusive ends at 11am when you leave room so late flight they want £30 per person!!!!! But we fell lucky as no hot water day before so let us keep band would defos go back

Felicitar al personal de recepción por su amabilidad, también felicidades al personal de comedor, destacando a Pablo y Laura por atención. Hemos estado cuatro días en todo incluido y la verdad la comida estaba estupenda y muy variada, hay que destacar que está más indicado al turista británico, pero al haber tanta variedad, se come bien y abundante. En cuanto a las habitaciones muy normalitas para ser un tres estrellas, pero para dormir suficiente. En cuanto a la ubicación está perfecto, el único inconveniente es encontrar sitio para aparcar. Por nosotros volveríamos de nuevo.

Estuve en verano y lo disfruté mucho. El personal es profesional y muy amable. Las habitaciones en buen estado. Instalaciones limpias. La comida variada y rica. Cerca de la playa/cala sin necesidad de coche. Muy recomendable.

For a 3 star hotel it was great 👍🏼 Food was lovely and there was always something even for the fussy eaters. The staff were polite and helpful. My only complaint was our bedding was never changed in thw whole week we were there.

Unfortunately not a great experience, room was on 5th floor very old and dated with a very noisy ceiling ( pipes and old air con) food was cold and tasteless. Would not recommend this hotel

Hotel was clean room was good. But the food let the hotel down. On one occasion no milk for cereals and another occasion no butter for bread. Plus they need to sort out slamming doors.

Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a long cue to check in. When got room the room was clean, with a big walk in shower, the room was always kept clean by the cleaners fantastic job. 👏😁 Down to pool where the sunbeds were a little worn out by the end of the summer. Said no reserving sun beds, but people did, then hardly use them. Couldn't smell chlorine in the pool do felt abit dirty. Always a poo smell from drains around the pool😔 time to time. To get a drink during the day 10am to 6pm was located in pool bar, which was a pain as always a cue. At 6pm the bar inside would open and a cue again, you had to buy plastic cups 1euro to drink from, but did get it returned end of stay. Restaurant Food was rubbish always just warm, disorganised. You had a coffee/tea machine but no milk next to it, the same with bread, butter was next to the salad, so it made us all like little Ant's walking around totally unnecessary. You could tell sausage from the breakfast were then reheated for next morning breakfast and over cooked. The snack bar was burgers, chips, toasties but at least they were cooked fresh and hot to eat. The location was amazing 5 mins walk to beach great for family's. Entertainment was rubbish. Es Canar was so beautiful and locals friendly. They now close for 6 months, resort will be empty. Will return just not that hotel due to food. Tui should of done welcome drinks.

We are currently here. Breakfast is ok, scrsmbled egg dry but rest of food is awful. No snacks for kids . Theme nights were awful. Never before had a chicken tikka masala using only drumsticks and NOT tasting of tikka masala, just a bland sauce with bits in it. Lack of entertainment for kids & adults. In evening, only a cafe with a bar .

The hotel is clean, has daily housekeeping, and friendly staff. The pool is fine, the food is OK, some days are better than others but there is always a variety of freshly cooked meat, stews, fish and salads. The fresh fruit isn't as delicious as expected but at least it's there! Desserts are marginally ok. However, it is in a good position for the beach, local bars and the town centre is a 5 min walk away. You can walk to Calla Nova easily, also the Hippy Market. There can be queues for the bars, so just be aware. Overall, it suited our needs, just don't expect too much and you'll be fine. It was a good base and clean. Also, the bus stops outside and only a few minutes walk from the bus station and taxi rank.

Un estupendo hotel, el personal era muy profesional y muy amable, cualquier duda siempre ha sido resuelta. La comida estaba muy buena, cada día había una temática diferente lo que lo hacía muy divertido. Las habitaciones en buen estado, estuve en verano y lo disfruté mucho, gracias. Tema precios, muy considerados.

This was our second visit to Coral Beach so we knew what to expect. We had an excellent stay and will definitely visit again. We’ve seen bad reviews of food and other aspects, but we ate in every night and never had an issue. Varied food, freshly restocked on a regular basis, and we didn’t go hungry. Always found beds by the pool and with the beach just minutes away, if you fancy a change of scenery you don’t have far to go. Even entertainment was good, and we switched between evenings in the hotel and nights out in the town.

Good hotel 🏨, food is basic, but good 👍, rooms have not got a kettle, or refrigerator. But comfortable. Good pool.

We stayed here for a week in September just gone.. We payed just under 800 for both of us and we were reading the reviews and we don't always judge a book by it's cover... The hotel... Is a little old but the rooms were big enough and kept very well cleaned by the hard working cleaning staff. The room we had over looked the pool and a small of the sea and was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast buffet.... All as any other all-inclusive hotel.. Bacon. Sausages. Beans. Tom's eggs. Pancakes. Cereal. Cakes. Toast. Juice. Coffee. Tea. Etc.. It was a good choice all round. But as you can guess not much change due to it been a buffet style.. The drinks.. Well we had our fair share and to be honest it was not to bad at all.. The drinks we have were good and the coke and soft drinks were good. The pool bar was good for drinks as well and yes you a euro for a plastic glass what they replace with a clean one every drink you have what for us was not any issues.. Snack bar we did not really use as we popped in for a spot of dinner and to be fair good choice of fruit. Cooked meats. And of course frys. And bread rolls. Soups.. The out door intertainment. Was average but did get the people going with games and stuff.. Plenty of sun loungers but I do have to say watching people queuing up to be out out to the pool area to get the best spots make me laugh as the put the towel on and then you don't see them for an hour or so lolol. No need for it but well. Tea had plenty to pick from but to be fair there was a it of stuff well over cooked and at some pints a little cold. Night time was OK. nice bar and not alot of main intertainment on but the same bar staff who work all day still hard at it at night.. We are not harden drinkers so we were fine with an 4 to 6 drinks at night what was strong enough to sleep well.. The hotel in all is a genuine old but nice and the staff are really nice and only react not to happy if you treat them with no respect.. I think the bad points are..... Over cooked food ( dry) with been on trays pre done. .. Cold at times.. its repetitive like most hotels. Lifts are very small but it's a old hotel plus steps do help burn off the food lol.. Good points.....Very clean for the age of hotel. Pool nice. And location was great for a short walk to beach and plenty of small pubs and restaurants and that was well worth the hotel was located. Hard working staff looking after us all week. This hotel is 3 star and what you get is not 5 star so don't expect it to be. Food plenty to make a meal. Drinks good Hotel good Location good Would we stay here again........Yes..... Last thing to say.. Thank you for all the very hard working staff from cleaning. Restaurant. Pool. Bar. Etc who I. This is a great hotel. One or two small issues, but not enough to spoil our holiday. It's so close to the beach, bars and shops. We will be back next year.

Quite nice hotel. Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The noise outside in the mornings annoyed me a little bit though. That's not the hotel's fault, of course, but if your balcony or window looks at the street side better close it at night. Rooms were tidy and clean. Very good pillows. No fridge in my room. All in all it was quite alright. Food was a bit too "British" in my opinion, but still good.

This was a very last minute break for us. Booked just a few days before our holiday. It was what I would call cheap and cheerful. Below is a list of positive and negatives: The hotel is just a five minute walk away from the main part of Ex Canar and there are shops around so it's very easy to buy milk, tea, coffee, whatever you need. Es Canar is a very compact resort. A mere two minute walk from the hotel takes you to the beach which is great for sunbathing and swimming. 18 euros a day gets you two sun beds and a parasol. The hotel itself is basic, no frills. Every area is very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. The pool is a great size albeit freezing but hey ho, just jump in and get it over with. The down side is the food. I am not at all fussy but this is honestly the only holiday I have every returned from having not even gained a quarter of a pound from the food served. The food is served in a big area which is very much like a canteen and the food is below canteen standard. It's all very dry and bland with very little variety througout the whole week. We had gone all inclusive so didn't eat out but just put up with the food thinking that every night it would improve..it didn't! Towels at the hotel are a 10 euro deposit, returnable when you hand back the towel. You have to pay to use the safe, 20 euros for the week as well as a further 10 euro deposit which you get back when you hand the key back. The Tui reps are on site every day and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Beds are are great size, firm but comfortable. My husband is a wheelchair user and we managed to get an adaptable room at very little notice to the hotel. It was on the first floor and could be a bit noisy but we wore ear plugs so it was fine and was very spacious. Again, no frills at all but very clean and the cleaning staff were great. Took the bus to Santa Eularia one day from the bus stop which is just along at the main part of Es Canar and then another day took the bus to Ibiza town. The drivers were extremely helpful as we had to load on a mobility scooter. To sum up, basic hotel, very clean and tidy, rooms cleaned every day, great pool, super staff but pretty awful food. But for a cheap and cheerful holiday it will do fine.

I'm surprised that Tui use this hotel, it's really not worth the money. I was just there for a week and was really not upset about coming home. We had a 45 min queue to check in, that set the scene for the place, people were very miffed in the queue and it wasn't acceptable. The food was the worst I have EVER experienced in an all inclusive, see the photo I have attached of the delicious dessert selection on offer at peak time, it was like that for 15 mins. Nothing is replenished quickly and what is on offer is repetitive and pretty grim, the show cooking was hilarious, slices of tomato one evening, slices of courgette, sliced onions on others. I felt embarrassed for the "chefs" There are large queues because of the lack of replenishment. It was just a dread at mealtimes, everyone was complaining. The only exception being breakfast, nicer things but still stuff runs out and long lines of people waiting for basic things like milk etc. breakfast is only until 9:30 so no chance of a proper lay in if you had a late one. The staff were all really nice and it's very clean, location is great but this very dated and shabby place needs a total refurb. You heard every sound next door was making, doors slamming constantly. There is no way I would go back and really would not recommend it to anyone other than Extremely budget travelers.

Trattasi di albergo molto grande, con clientela per lo più anziana. Situato a Es Canar, a pochi passi dal mare con calette molto belle. L'hotel ha qualche anno, le stanze sono arredate in modo minimal, vasca con doccia (non si possono più vedere ste cose). Personale gentile. Abbiamo provato l'all inclusive e a nostro malgrado abbiamo scoperto una qualità scadente di tutto ciò che riguarda l'abbeveraggio, dal caffè elle bibite al the che anche se disponibili illimitatamente, di base hanno la loro acqua che ha un sapore terribile. Pranzo e cena la gente (tanti anzianj) si ammassa a riempire piatti con cibo che SEMPRE finisce per essere avanzato senza nemmeno toccarlo. Nei momenti di punta è addirittura difficile trovare posto a sedere. Reception cordiale, apprezzabili gli show di intrattenimento serali e l'animazione pomeridiana presso la piscina. (Piscina davvero molto bella). Nota negativa, non c'è parcheggio, a fine settembre, la notte puoi girovagare per ore senza trovare nulla. Snervante, sia dopo una serata che dopo una giornata al mare. Ultima cosa, i muri sono molto sottili e se, come nostro caso, vi capita una anziano che russa nella stanza accanto, rischiate di non prendere sonno. Ps la chiave della cassaforte a pagamento un po' ha dato fastidio.

Well just got back from there and must say great location amazing beaches but it ends there I'm affraid hotel is very dated like going back in time, no fridges no kettles in rooms, food, well below average for an all inclusive, the service poor and the snack bar served grotty burgers and terrible toasties,I'm not at all a fussy eater but we ate out most of 5he holiday, but as I said great location and beaches and decent entertainment in the small town, ud visit the area again for sure but not the hotel unles there was big changes to the rooms and food and service

The hotel is very old but the rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily. We paid £1300 for a last minute deal all inclusive as a couple. The food is not very nice (but it was what I expected) The drinks aren’t very nice either and you have to pay 1 euro for a plastic beaker which is returned when you return the cup. We brought £1000 euros spending money and ate out 5 nights and there is plenty of local restaurants where a meal for 2 with drinks is about 70 euros. I would definitely stay again in this hotel for the money I payed but the food and drinks are not for me. How ever if your on a budget with kids there are snacks ice cream’s that will save you money

Loud slamming doors at 6am but otherwise great

El hotel está bastante bien, los de recepción muy amables pero la comida muy muy suave…nos tocó alguna vez comer fuera y casi todo muy repetitivo, deberían de mejorar ese punto. Aparte de que recogen la comida muy pronto, si te dicen hasta las 14:00 la comida, a esa hora ya no tienes nada…en otros hoteles no es así….ah y otra cosa muy importante el agua que tienes disponibles en las comidas sabe a pura agua de piscina, en mi opinión mejor vendan la botella de agua para no intoxicar personas.

Food terrible, Fill up on breakfast that's the best meal of the day

Calidad precio está bien, en primer lugar el personal es lo mejor del hotel majos y serviciales en todo momento, tuvimos el placer de conocer a Maki el cocinero del snakbar de todo incluido, muy simpático y amable al igual que las comida que realizaba, las hamburguesas estaban buenísimas!! También cabe destacar que el hotel está animado, con billares, futbolines y shows de animación A mejorar el estado de la habitación faltaba un poco limpieza y renovación. Y un poco más variada la comida del bufet ya que estaba orientada a comida extranjera, pero sobretodo hay que MEJORAR EL AGUA, estaba imbebible probamos de todos lados el agua y todas sabían igual de mal, nos tocó comprar agua los 3 días que estuvimos allí, a pesar de estar alojados con todo incluido.

Absolutely perfect location to night life beach and shopping my only issue was the showers in the hotel constantly hot then cold and the smell in the area is not nice and evening meals are a bit bland but other than that the staff are amazing so helpful and polite the rooms cleaned every day very clean place

Great hotel and great facilities. Quiet at night. Our only issue was the shower, it kept going hot and cold but we knew they had problems with their water, so we weren't too bothered.

I booked to stay here around a month for a week starting on the 17th. We had an amazing week, we arrived at around 13.00pm, our room was ready so we were allowed access to the room and also to have lunch. The room was clean and had a balcony with table and chairs. The food in my opinion was lovely, I can be fussy but there was plenty of choice, they did a Mexican and Chinese night, there was fresh fish, chicken, salads, fruit and desserts every lunch and dinner time. Breakfast was good also. They served beer and wine at lunch time in their restaurants which was San Miguel and a decent wine in a glass. There was a snack bar open from 10 - 6 which cooked burgers, chips and toasties. The outside bar was open to serve all drinks and ice creams fully included, the reason you had plastic cups is to prevent glasses being dropped by the pool. The location was amazing, 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach along with shops, boat rides etc. The price we paid was fantastic for everything we got, this is a 3 star and was great, the staff were amazing, polite and very hard working. Great holiday, thank you 🙂.

We got a really good deal on an all-included package. Don't know why anyone would pay the alleged full price, not worth to me, although the location is admittedly amazing.

El servicio del hotel deja que desear. En nuestro caso arribamos a la isla a las 7 de la mañana y el hotel no nos dejo desayunar, ni acceder a las instalaciones antes de las 14 hs. Haciendonos esperar 7 hs. Si bien el horario de checkin es a las 14, esta practica no la hace ningun hotel. Normalmente los hoteles te dejan usar sus instalaciones mientras esperas la habitacion. La verdad que un servicio de muy mala calidad. Hotel no recomendable

I read the reviews and was a bit dubious, but this hotel is lovely. Great food, and plenty of it. Staff friendly, beds a bit too firm for me but i have had a lot worse abroad. 2.20 euros each per day tourist tax which is payable on check in (the government charge this). Also a safe in your room is 3 euros a day with a 10 euro deposit refunded at the end. On check in you will get a green plastic lightweight bracelet fitted, I thought this a bit strange at first but it allows you into the fully inclusive food area, so keep it on until you go home! The plastic glasses are 1 euro at the bar but you get this back when you leave the bar (it stops people leaving them all over the place and not bringing them back). Area is lovely, chilled atmosphere, lot of hippy clothing to buy but beautiful quality, things are expensive though like sweets, eating out (you can pay up to 8 euros for an orange juice) and clothing especially is expensive. Quiet location but within walking distance of shops and restaurants and beach is very near, sunbeds and a parasol on the beach is 18 euros a day (two beds and a parasol) prepare yourself for nudity!. Here is a Tip for the aircon. the Aircon is not hugely powerful, but if you open the balcony door it switches off to save electric as it is linked to a wired sensor fitted to the sliding door. Your key to the room is a card which activates the lights and aircon in the room. Ask for two cards, one for aircon to be left on while you are out (so its cool when you get back) and one to get into the room. Rooms are very clean, water is always hot, shower gel and shampoo is included in a pump dispenser. (Dove). Lifts are very small. Only criticism I have is they could do with trays in the restaurant to carry plates and drinks to your table, save going back and forth to the food and drink areas. If you are tech savy there are options on the TV you can get you tube as it is mostly BBC news. Doc Martin dubbed in Spanish is really funny! Use bottled water to drink or make tea but only because the tap water is slightly salty and yuk. We took out little travel kettle (£5 off FB marketplace) Hotel does charge for one and you do need if you like your tea or coffee (hot chocolate powder sachets are supplied downstairs in the dining area. the little tubs of ice cream next to the jam dispenser are absolutely AMAZING. All in all, very impressed and happy to go again. Enjoy!

At first from the reviews i thought this hotel was very bad i Stayed with My family for a 5 day at this hotel. Overall It was very nice the staff was super super nice fixed all requests for us. Rooms are clean however when it comes to changing towels they don't I had to go and get them myself howver they clean the room very well. The food was nice overall everyday it's a new theme we had Chinese, Indian, and nachos themes etc the food was a veirty every day even though maybe accationaly on a lunch it was not the best good howver there was always something to eat. Provided 3 meals and snacks. Snacks were incredible open from 10am-6pm with burgers chicken nuggest sandwiches fries all made on the spot hot food the chef was amazing loved him so much the politest ever. There was activities at night singing concerts for the kids to have and they brought in a singer aswell it was an amazing vibe. Drinks all available pretty much always. Desserts wete super nice there was soooo much to ahev tirmus, Gelli,mouses and loads of cakes honestly tasted like some amazing cakes. Overall I think this was a good hotel however a minus thing was for Mt parents there air con was working perfectly fine but mine was off called them several times but they tried which was nice to call the tech but he was just not available but it wasn't too bad. Swimming pool is big there's a kids And adult one. I think this hotel is very very good for the good price of it and defo worth it. Don't listen to the comments honestly I thought the food ans service was gona be really bad but everything was top notch. Both beaches very close to the hotel one was a minute walk pretty much and the other was 5min

I stayed here a week ago with my family. Entertainment was very poor, the rooms were very clean but very small. The food was hit and miss but breakfast was good. I know it's a 3 start hotel the I didn't expect much. The staff were friendly and it's only a 5min walk to bars and restaurants. You must visit freddys and julie bar for a nice ice cold pint

Si je pouvais mettre 0. Je le ferais. On a eu un vol annulé par défaut on nous a envoyé dans cette hôtel plus que Minable. La réservation se fait directement par easyjet donc on avait seulement un mail pour prouver qu’on nous envoie ici. Ils nous ont pas laissé faire le checkin car nous l’avion pas version papier…. Un mail c’est pas assez explicatif pour eux… enfin, je vois que mon nom figure dans la liste mais ils ne veulent rien savoir… 1h plus tard il nous ont donné l’accès au checkin sans s’excuser sans nous donner les indications pour le petit dej. A 10:30 on demande où se trouve le petit dej… on nous dit qu on arrive trop tard… ehhhhhh OK… pour parler de la nuit dans ce lit minable aussi je rejoins tout les commentaires sur la literie j’ai jamais aussi mal dormi ! Un enfer cette hotel. J’espère que Easyjet arrêtera son partenariat avec cette hôtel à fermer pour le bien de la société. Aussi la douche l’eau passe du froid au chaud très dangereux vraiment peut être faire un détartrage serait pas de refus. Enfin il n y avait pas de couverture il faisait très froid, il y avait une lourde odeur de moisissure. S’il vous plaît fermer cette établissement. L’accueil j’en parle même pas tellement s’était nul. Pour 100 balle de plus vous avez un hôtel au centre d’Ibiza avec tout ce qu’il faut.

This hotel is a basic family friendly option in the beautiful family location of Es Canar. Positives: Location - minutes walk to beautiful beaches on Es Canar & Cala Nova with other stunning beaches accesible by car, taxi or bus. Rooms - Clean rooms, spacious, albeit dated decor. Negatives: Staff: Reception - very unfriendly on arrival, like it was a bother that we were there. Walked into reception with our cases & no welcome greeting, no help or advice, just staring at computer screens ignoring our presence & this continued throughout the holiday. I asked where we could park the car & the guy looked at me like I was an alien asking to park my spaceship! He didnt know where I could park, very unhelpful. The only friendly receptionist was the German lady with blond hair. The rest were miserable looking unless they were talking to each other, then they were animated. Dining Room: Friendly Hostess greeted you everyday & asked for your room number, waiting staff were half friendly, they managed a smile but no engagement from them, just there doing there job, no interest in engaging with guests to make them feel welcome in the dining room. Bar / Pool Bar: Some managed a smile but minimal engagement with guests, only asked what you wanted, drink or ice cream, no further engagement than that. One bar man on the inside was so moody I said to him that you are meant to be making the customers feel good on their holidays but he clearly didnt want to be there. Animacion: The friendliest looking bunch but again, lots of talking with each other but not with guests. The made announcements outside around the pool on a microphone that was so distorted you cant hear any word they are saying clearly so guests are none the wiser as to what they are announcing. I advised them that no one can hear what comes through the microphone on 3 occassions but they didnt seem to care to fix it, just going through the motions. Childrens Entertainment - I took our 9 year old child to a painting class located in a wooden hut by the kids very shallow splash pool (not a swimming pool). The 3 female animacion team were all sitting there just chatting looking bored with some male guys with walkie talkies (looked like maintenance men), all just chatting, having some down time which we clearly interrupted. The girl jumped to attention to welcome us but the men were more casual about it, took their time to leave the hut, felt lazy & unprofessional. Swimming Pool - The Main pool is a good size but its a very deep pool with a limited shallow end. This being a family hotel, the shallower end was always very congested with all the children & parents squased together in say 30% of the pool area. The hotel would do well to renovate the pool in the Winter to reduce the depth so that the full pool can be used by everyone. Swimming Pool Repair - My partner was leaning against the pool wall nr the fountain and noticed one of the light fittings was broken, had jagged plastic sticking out. We alerted the staff & a maintenance guy & lifeguard came to fix it BUT this was being done while everyone was still in the pool?! For Health & Safety everyone should have been asked to leave the pool for 30 mins while they conducted this repair. Instead they just kept lookout while trying to hold their breath to do this underwater repair with all the children splashing & playing around them, unprofessional, not safe. Food: Everything you would expect from a basic hotel, breakfast pastries, cereals, cheap beans, scrambled egg from a packet, didnt look like real egg, fruits, cheap juices from boxes. Lucnh & Dinner was ok, salads, couple of meat choices, cheese & processed meats, a lot of cheap deep fried foods, just ok. Chef was cooking 1 different meat in the evenings which was nice. Customer Service training desperatly needed here! Feel from the majority of staff is that they are just going through the motions, doing their job for a paycheck, nothing more. This lacklustre energy is felt by the customer. It's the exact opposite of how you want to be treated on your holiday.

Hotel sencillo y básico. Los horarios desayuno de 7,30 a 9,30 se come de 12, 30 a 14,30 horas y se cena de 18,30 a 21 horas. En el desayuno, a las 9 hoy, 6 de agosto, no habia pan, algo tan básico, tras pedirlo, en varias ocasiones, a 9,25 horas han sacado 5 o 6 barras medio crudas, cuando quedaban 5 minutos para terminar de desayunar. A la hora de comer a las 14 horas, no habia pescado ni pimientos, a la plancha, tras protestar un señor español, se han puesto a hacer más pescado a las 14,10 minutos, y con los pimientos más tarde, moraleja los han sacado a 14,26 horas a 14,30 recogen toda la comida, en comedor. Hoy en la cena, 8 de agosto, he pedido un vaso de agua mineral embotellada, la persona que me ha atendido, se ha negado y me la ha puesto de grifo, que aúnque potable es muy agua gorda, teniendo todo incluido. Llego a la plancha, ponía ternera, eran las 8,42 y me ha dicho, el chico de la plancha con barba, que como cierran en 15 minutos, ya no hacía ternera. El problema del hotel, no es la calidad, de la comida, que es muy corriente, sino que hay fallos garrafales, por falta de una supervision y organización, no se debería de permitir que no se repongan los platos porque esta próxima la hora de cierre. Si uno es estricto con los horarios, tiene que tener las cosas preparadas en esos horarios, sino tendran que ser más flexibles. En el comedor no tienen hielo para las bebidas, eso no se hz visto en ningún sitio, el aire acondicionado o brilla por su ausencia, o no se aprecia, puesto que sólo en una mitad hay salidas de aire. El agua gorda, te las dan de grifo, sino la pides de botella que ellos te rellenan el vaso, el resto de las bebidas también son de grifo, en otros hoteles te dan botellas de agua y tienen hielo. Fuera de los horarios del comedor, esta el todo incluido, hay un chico con la plancha, se organiza a las mil maravillas, le piden un montón de cosas y enseguida lo prepara, hamburguesas, perritos, sandwich, nuggets, sólo 1, pero competente 100%. Pongo unas fotos del todo incluido. El personal de recepción perfecto, las chicas/os que recogen el comedor y ponen las mesas, son perfectas la gran mayoría. El bar de la piscina también funciona bien, suelen estar 3 personas. La limpieza también es buena y las chicas majas. El hotel Coral Beach, está situado unos 50 metros de una tranquila playa de Es Canar y a menos de 200 metros de Cala Nova, muy próximo hay bares, tiendas y a unos 4 km esta de Santa Eulalia. Desde el aeropuerto hay un autobús que te lleva a la puerta del hotel, el L24, es un trayecto en bus de 1 hora. Es una pena, el fallo de la comida, el hielo, aire acondicionado y demás, detalles mejorables, que podrían atraer a más clientes

Peor day pass al que he ido. La piscina es bastante grande, único punto a favor. |La comida dejo mucho que desear, el snack bar que podíamos consumir durante todo el día (10:00/18:00) solo ofrecía fritos y 3 opciones contadas y que decir del buffet del almuerzo, más de lo mismo solo fríos o pasta, nada de carnes o pescados. Era un régimen de todo incluido, entiendo que los cócteles quizá sean de licores más económicos, no esperaba marcas premium pero que el AGUA sea del grifo? Se lo comenté a un camarero ya que el agua sabía fatal y riéndose me dijo” Si, agua del grifo”. Entiendo que los turistas beben poca agua si nadie me pone solución, pero yo como residente fui a pasar mi día libre con amigos a relajarme y fue una pésima experiencia, no lo recomendaría ni pienso volver.

Nos alojamos a mitad de julio en este hotel de Ibiza, la habitación era amplia y confortable aire acondicionado, una gran tv, el baño era grande y muy limpio, buenos servicios, personal amable, la comida estaba bastante bien y variada. Fueron unos días de vacaciones relación calidad precio muy bien para los precios que se mueve Ibiza.

Fui con mi pareja y genial para desconectar del estrés de la vida cotidiana. El personal majisimo. Es la tercera vez que repetimos con esta cadena y la verdad que estamos encantados. El check in fue un poco lento pero es temporada alta y llegamos varias reservas a la vez. Un trato cercano y dispuestos para cualquier cosa que necesites. Repetiremos!

Buen hotel para pasar tus vacaciones. El personal nos atendió super bien, felicitarlos a todos. Esta cerca de la playa caminando a 5min tienes chiringuitos y bares.

Mi estancia en Coral Beach fue maravillosa, era nuestra primera vez en Ibiza y la verdad es que repetiría. Ya han solucionado todos los problemas que tenían, pobres...hay que entender que las maquinas también fallan Gracias a todo el equipo por la atención, sin duda volvería

We have just returned from the hotel. The hotel is a little outdated decor wise but do not let this put you off. The rooms have air con, are spotless and comfortable with sheets, towels and room cleaned every day. The pool and sun area are always nice and clean with loungers, parasols and normal seating available. You can eat from 0730 to 2100 and drink from 1000 until 2300 on all inclusive. The food and drink menu will keep the pickiest eater happy. It is a really good selection that is well presented and tasty. The drinks include larger, wine, cocktails and shorts. Soft drinks and milk shakes and all the ice lollys and icecreams you could eat. The staff really are there to help you. They can not do enough and always with a smile. Really friendly and attentive. This is a 3 star hotel but in my opinion deserves higher.....it is probably only the room and pool decor that lets it down. Brilliant location, only a 5 minute walk to the bars, shops and harbour. There are also 3 fabulous beaches within a 5 to 10 minute stroll. Dont listen to the haters.....this is a cracking hotel in gorgeous, family friendly part of Ibiza. 5 stars from us. We will definately be returning.

Let's start with the hotel's advantages. Price, close to the sea, friendly staff, rooms are good for the price. And now to the minuses, the air conditioner does not work all the time (the owner writes here that they have repaired it, it's a lie) I am still resting here, it does not work. The water offered here is impossible to drink, it tastes terrible, they don't give bottled water to the rooms (you can buy bottled water in the lobby for 2.5 euros for half a liter). Ibiza is a wonderful place, this hotel is not so much, fortunately we only spend the night here in the heat without air conditioning. And there is also a lack of a refrigerator in the room. I don't think I will come here again if nothing changes by the end of the vacation

The staff was nice. I missed the fridge in the room. I don't understand how they could leave guests without air conditioning. seven days and she did not go a single day. ibiza is beautiful but not this hotel.😉

No recomiendo alojarse al menos en verano, llevo alojado una semana y de 7 días 4 sin aire acondicionado, algunas noches si hay, llamas a recepción y te dicen que te mandarán un Tecnico a la habitación y si no te dicen que falta una pieza por llegar, nada más que rollos, venir una semana de vacaciones y estar pasando calor mientras descansas… opinen ustedes, el personal de limpieza no es muy fino, la comida deja mucho que desear, el personal es amable

Stay away as AC is not working. Tui not interested and hotel even less. Tui's reps are treating me like I am nuisance. Loads of rooms without AC for three nights now. Can't sleep its that warm. Please don't bring your family to this hotel

Wczoraj wróciliśmy z 7 dniowego urlopu w tym hotelu. Mam mieszane uczucia. Hotel ma swoje plusy i minusy. Może rozpocznę od plusów. Hotel położony blisko dwóch plaż (zdecydowanie polecam plażę Cala Nova - kilka minut pieszo od hotelu). Niestety na plaży leżaki i parasole płatne. Blisko hotelu sklepy i centrum miasteczka. Obsługa przemiła, uśmiechnięta i to jest chyba największy plus tego hotelu. Basen mały ale przyjemny, woda ciepła. Pokoje ładne ale.. brakuje lodówki i czajnika. Łóżka stare, skrzypiące a materace twarde. Ściany to jakby ze styropianu- wszystko słychać co sąsiedzi mówią. Drzwi niestety trzaskają przy zamykaniu co jest denerwujące szczególnie późnym wieczorem kiedy chcesz iść spać a ludzie wracają do swoich pokoi. Do pokoju dostajesz tylko jedną kartę. Jedzenie: jeśli chodzi o jedzenie to w miarę dobre ale.. powtarzalne, praktycznie codziennie to samo poza tematycznymi wyjątkami, na śniadaniu przy jajkach i pancake stoi tylko jedna osoba więc trochę trzeba poczekać. Ciasta dwa rodzaje zazwyczaj czekoladowe i jakieś biszkoptowe, owoce dominuje arbuz, ananas, melon. Miałem wrażenie że wyżywienie jest robione pod Anglików ale nie dziwi mnie to bo 95% turystów w tym hotelu to Anglicy. Kawa z ekspresu nie bardzo mi smakowała a woda w barze przy basenie smakowała ochydnie ( czułem chlor). Na basenie czasem czuć szambem. Animacje kiczowate mimo że animatorzy się starają, przy basenie animacje trwają 15min, nic szczególnego, brakowało mi siatkówki. Raz był wieczorem magik i raz koncert - szczerze nic szczególnego. Nie wszystkie drinki są na all inclusive co było dziwne ale i tak nie żałowali alkoholu, ale aby dostać drinka w kubku (plastikowy) to trzeba było dać depozyt 1 euro, jeśli nie to dostaniesz drinka w papierowym kubku na kawę. Na koniec niestety muszę wspomnieć o przykrym incydencie i jestem w stanie zrozumieć że to niekoniecznie wina hotelu a awarii. Przez 7 dni pobytu przez 3 dni był problem z wodą w całym hotelu. Dwa dni nie było wody przez kilka godzin, niestety dzień przed naszym wylotem wody nie było cały dzień, noc i rano jak wyjeżdżaliśmy więc niestety nie mieliśmy możliwości się umyć czy załatwić. Ludzie byli wkurzeni a ja cieszyłem się że to się stało akurat w ostatni nasz dzień bo gdyby to się wydarzyło na początku to z pewnością wymagałbym od Tui zmiany hotelu. Czy kiedyś twórcę do tego hotelu? Wątpliwe. Gdyby nie ta piękna plaża blisko hotelu to miałbym raczej kiepskie wspomnienia, niestety.

Hola Tenía que estar una Semana de Vacaciones en el Hotel,El Primer Día de Estancia por la Tarde no Había Agua en la Habitación, Entonces Baje en Recepción a Preguntar y me Dicen que Tenían un Problema con el Agua no pudimos ni Ducharnos que Solucionarían el Probema,El Segundo Día por la Mañana resultó que Seguíamos sin Agua y por la Tarde lo Mismo eso en Plena Temporada,Solucion al Día Siguente Tuve Que Salir del Hotel,La Verdad que no Recomiendo el Hotel,Aún estoy Esperando Respuesta por Parte del Hotel,Pero Así se Hacen los Clientes ,Muchas Gracias por Vuestra Amabilidad.

Upon arrival it was sign posted the water would be off from 10am until 4pm which was fine as we had also been messaged via the Tui App, however on Tuesday and Wednesday the water was off until 12pm both days, when asking the reception they said they didn't know when or if it would be back on which meant we had to wait in the room and keep testing the water which meant we wasted the entire morning waiting to have a shower as it was sweaty. Then on Thursday I paid €50 for late checkout and was ensured the water would be working so I could have a shower before my evening flight however yet again speaking to both the reception and Tui rep no one had any idea when it come back on and it didn't by the time we had to check out therefore wasting more time and money. Waiting to speak to the manager we saw people queuing to complain about the issue but just being told its working when it was not. As there was no water on the first day we were given 1 bottle of water as the letter stated the water was 'harmful for skin' for the remaining time we weren't given any more water which meant on my all inclusive holiday I was yet again out of pocket having to buy water as I don't drink fizzy or alcoholic drinks. The lack of communication from the hotel was poor. To be fair to the Tui Reps they can only go off what the hotel is telling them but something needs to be done as I've had a terrible 4 night break away each day there was no running water in the morning and in the afternoon there was not hot water only cold water. The hotel is very poor and the fact that no guests were kept informed about something as simple as running water is ridiculous. Overall the rooms and grounds are dirty, food is average and service is average. Would not recommend at all.

Don't come.. there's no water.. screaming upset guests in the lobby at all hours. Tui don't care and won't help anyone. Cancel your holiday here.

How you can run a hotel with No water since the 15th July and you keep letting people to check in without telling them I arrived this morning and I was told by guest that is no water since Monday, who did my check-in was the managers and she never told us , then she calmed up with all excuses you can think , the pool water isn't been changed for nearly 2 weeks, toilet out of service people can't shower and she aspect us to eat in the hotel this is absolutely disgusting

Worst hotel I’ve ever visited. We arrived today and discovered that there is no running water. No ability to wash your hands, shower or brush your teeth. We’ve had zero communication from the hotel or TUI and we’ve been told by other guests that there’s been no water for the last 4 days. They closed the restaurant due to no way of keeping it sanitary, wash hands, plates etc. and then reopened it, despite there being no update to the water issue. Guests at the hotel are miserable and in a post-pandemic world, I seriously worry for our health too. I have two young children here (5 and 2) and there’s been no support whatsoever. Do not visit this hotel!

Absolutely terrible experience here, most days had no running water couldn't even flush the toilet, uncooked food (chicken was pink and fries where hard) on the buffet it was also very repetitive, despite notices everywhere saying no diving in the pool kids constantly "cannon balling" in the pool for the lifeguard to just sit on his phone texting and not say a word, entertainment was poor, bed were absolutely rock solid on the up side bar snacks were excellent

Got here late last night, no water to any of the rooms, can’t shower or flush a toilet, Tui reps came and all the customers was complaining about the water situation and which had been going on for 5 days by now, all the Tui rep said is we can give you 150 euros compensation and a £75.00 voucher for next holiday with Tui. Absolute disgrace, the hotel should be closed until functioning properly

Terable hotel had no water for 5 days food freezing cold and not filling up when empty never slept for a week because of the pump going off all day and night would never come bk only good thing is the rooms clean and staff lovely other than that worse hotel i have ever stayed in

I give this hotel top marks because I think for what we paid it was very good value.It is 3 star hotel.Check in was fine and rented the kettle,safely deposit box and pool towels.Room was larger than standard.Same as bathroom and was all spotless.Cleaned every day.The food is ok.Breafast not so good if you fancy bacon.The coffee not very nice.Lunch and dinner are quite good.And snack bar is also quite good.my son enjoyed the toasties a few times.Pool area was nice always beds available.Bar staff were quick to serve friendly and nice seating area.The entertainment always friendly and upbeat Good location ,only less than 5 minutes away from beaches and the lovely shops,bars,restaurants of Es Cana.

Typical 3 star Spanish Hotel. Bargain priced and for what you get its good value for money. Roo.s clean and tidy.. not falling apart like many other 3 star ones.... food is varied and is often still a bit warm ( the heat lamps don't seem to have any heat). All in all would I come again.... Yes

Both tui staff and hotel staff were fantastic. Food is ok but same same each night but we ventured out a couple of times to beach bars and had fantastic meals. Towels are on sun beds very early which is a pain. Needs policing by staff. Entertainment was cheesy but fun

Llevamos más de11 años veraneando en Ibiza y varios años haciéndolo en este hotel, destacando la excelente atención de su directora María Peñalba, del subdirector Antonio y de todo el staff de comedor, especialmente Sonia,Rocío, Paqui, que como siempre es de 10. Las habitaciones siempre limpias y amplias, el buffet variado y abundante y muy rico todo. Esperamos poder volver el próximo año.

Well im still here, two more days yet to go!. Don't know why it's 3-Star rated, I may have a few things to say, like food, but there's always something if your too fussy. Staff are brilliant, cannot do enough for you. Especially, restaurant staff awesome., I'd come back fir sure. For prices.

Rooms cleaned daily, food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, family friendly and 5 mins walk from beach, great experience, definitely booking again!!! The food is so important for me and my partner, a good full English in the morning sets me up for the day, and this didn't disappoint, even a chef on hand to cook me an omelette, priceless!! Jan eats anything, she even goes back to the hotel to have lunch, while i stay on the beach, the half roast chicken was just beautiful, so much better than we expected, and the fish Jan enjoys, was not disappointing. The air conditioning was as quiet as a mouse, so a cool bedroom to sleep in each night, we normally have to switch it off, due to the humming. Es Cana quickly becoming a favourite, and this hotel is a great find, shame the local Italian, has changed hands, but plenty of places to eat out, and sample the locals, and Jans favourite, the hippy market once a week, do try, for the price, can't go wrong!!! Thank you, great holiday!!!

All good for a budget hols , don't believe the negative reviews from a lot of people .This place has everything u will need . WiFi is a bit patchy , shower temp varies . All round it was a pleasant stay .

Themed meals for dinner give it a better variety and better than the usual buffet you get. The front of house manager was also very welcoming and always smiling. One of the best 3 star hotels we stayed in. Outside school holidays. Pool was quiet and there was always beds available.

Not usually one to leave reviews on anything but as me and my boyfriend were so weary about staying here from reading some of them it only felt right to share our experience. We stayed here for 7 days and we honestly loved it. The beach was a 2 minute walk from the hotel as were many bars and restaurants. There was plenty to do and see, if you want to book excursions and do activities there’s a lot of options and places to do it through. We went all inclusive and I’m a fussy eater so was worried the food was going to be horrible but I actually enjoyed it most days, some days it wasn’t the best but it’s like that anywhere you go. Only downside is there’s no fridge or kettle anything like that in the rooms, the walls are paper thin you can hear people just talking in the room next door. Other than that our room was lovely we booked a twin room so was expecting two single beds and thought we’d have to just put them together but when we got there we actually had a double bed and also a single bed aswell. Overall we had an amazing time it was definitely worth the money and is definitely somewhere we’d both go again

Food was good, drink was better, nice room but no kettle (had to hire one), great location with some lovely walks nearby. Plenty of gift shops, bars Restaurants in the town, probably the wrong end of Ibiza for clubbing (which suited me).

If you like to eat drink and chill DO NOT CHOOSE this hotel . I can not begin to describe how bad the food and hospitality are at this decidedly SUB PAR hotel. The food . if you are just about to go bankrupt you may produce the low quality food that this obviously " on the edge " establishment presents as 3 star fare. Expect .......... "Surprise" meat and fish Play the "find the butter " game Where you're going to be searching for a while for something to spread on your stale bread . Also your over- baked or just ridiculously hard bread. Or the guess the meat game ... Or guess the maybe fish game . Don’t be put off from the poor reviews!! Me and my partner stayed here June 24. Room was clean and spacious - we did pay for premium room which are reportedly more modern. Check in was quick and easy with no problems. There was plenty of food to choose from for all meals and have no idea why this is complained about so vastly - standard all inclusive food. We ate well for all meals and we have one fussy eater and one with a gluten intolerance - all allergies sign posted. The hotel is a very small walk away from two beaches which are beautiful. Pool area has plenty of sun beds and a deep, spacious pool. Entertainment is what you make of it - the entertainers are great and is fine for both adults and kids. Plenty of drinks on all inclusive and TUI Rep on site everyday. Couldn’t ask for more when booking an all inclusive 3 star stay - wouldn’t have thought any different if it was 4 stars.

Hotel was good. If you want a kettle for your room ask at reception when you arrive. You pay €12.50 deposit but get it refunded when you hand it back. Safety Deposit in room but you get charged €3 a day unrefundable plus €10 on top of that which you do get back. Not impressed by that. Don't go by the food reviews as the food was fine, plenty to choose from. You pay €1 for your plastic tumbler when you arrive at the pool bar and inside bar but when you take your tumbler back you get fresh ones and at end of your stay you get refunded when you hand them back.

The Childrens play area was tiny and too hot to use the grass burnt your feet. Food undercooked the childs pool was over run by older children, which scared a lot of the smaller children, including my granddaughter. All coffee was from a machine which I personally didn't like.

Really nice place, don't believe the bad reviews regarding the food as they are false the food is fine, staff very helpful, rooms are fine and clean overall a decent place to stay

This hotel appears to get mixed reviews. However, we loved it. There is always something to eat from 7.30 till 21.30 ! And the ice creams are great. There is lots of space, rooms and hotel are very clean. My mum used a mobility scooter and got around easily. We would like to thank all the staff, Antonio and Maria for making our stay wonderful. I have stayed in 4/5 star hotels and for the money I will be coming back.

Brilliant location and tui reps, the hotel say they have air conditioning which they do however it hardly works so We’ve been sleeping with the balcony door open. The food here is absolutely appalling in the buffet restaurant, hardly anything to eat other than fries and pasta. As someone who’s autistic and is a fussy eater it was difficult for me to find stuff I liked, so we kept going to the shop for pot noodles or eating out. As an all inclusive hotel you should do better food wise. Last night someone was also urinating on heir balcony and it was dripping down onto our balcony. One thing I would like to add about the food, the salad from the snack bar was a mouldy tomato, dried up cucumber, and lettuce thats browning. There’s nothing good I can actually say about this hotel, it’s definitely been the worst experience I’ve had so far this year. On a positive note the beaches are lovely, there’s a funfair down the road from this hotel although id recommend staying in another hotel than this poor quality one. They don’t supply you with fridges in the room, they are 50 euros and you don’t get any money back. There’s an iron you can rent for 2 hours for 20 euros which you get no money back on. The only thing you can get money back for is the pool towels. Which brings my to my next thing, the pool and pool side, there’s not enough umbrellas and shady areas, the pool is Baltic. If anything I do not recommend this hotel at all. Hotel needs to be shut down!!!

Niet gelogeerd in dit hotel, maar de mensen van de receptie hebben ons opgevangen na mijn hele ongelukkige val waarbij ik een lichte hersenschudding en een gescheurd middenvoetsbeentje opliep. Ze waren heel behulpzaam en bezorgd. Er werd meteen een arts gebeld. Kwamen af en toe vragen hoe het met me ging. Na het arts bezoek belden ze voor ons een taxi die ons naar het ziekenhuis bracht. Mucho gracias voor het receptie personeel die op woensdag middag 15 mei werkten. Het gaat inmiddels een heel stuk beter met mij.

Ich werde zum dritten mal meinen Urlaub im Coral Beach verbringen. Es hat eine sehr gute Lage. Mein Zimmer zur Alleinnutzung war geräumig und hatte einen großen Balkon. Ich bekam sogar wieder mein von mir gewünschtes Zimmer. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant hat ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Speisen. Der Raum ist hell. Ich fühle mich wohl in diesem Hotel. Anmerkung: Es fehlt ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer

Poor entertainment aimed at children not adults. Having to drink out of small plastic cups at the bar. The smell of sewage even in the bar area of an evening is very off putting.

All included hotel with the lowest food quality I've ever tasted. Not to mention about the shameless coffee. It includes paper windows to be comfortably listening (not to the birds) but to the water trucks 7.30am while you sleep in a low quality mattress. Even Though there were plenty of people enjoying it, so I may have missed the point.

The hotel is a 3 star, so bear that in mind. The rooms are clean but tired. The food is ok for all-inclusive. Im a really fussy eater, and I did ok every day! We used to go in at opening to guarantee the selection. We nearly cancelled the holiday after reading some of the reviews. I am glad we didn't, and we would definitely go back. Weve just booked to go again. Breakfast and dinner are better than the evening meal, but all are OK. The location is pretty good and near to the beach and a few shops. Es cana is about a 5 minute walk. It's good here. The main point of my review is that please don't be put off. I nearly was but we had a great time.

It was the food not cooked give a lot of people food poisoning coffee machines only on at breakfast and my wife waiting for pancakes machine fill up 5 minutes before end of breakfast for woman to come turn it off and say breakfast finished the lady looking after the kids in kids clubs was A1 play with kids did what kids want to do even went the extra when seeing child crying went to fix the problem even when child to at kids club

Ik kan niks over de kamers etc vertellen want wij waren hier een paar uur. Ik was nl gestruikeld en mijn voet omgezwikt. Daarna nog buiten bewustzijn geraakt en een hoofdwond erbij. We zijn naar de dichtstbijzijnde openbare gelegenheid en dat was Coral Beach. Ze vroegen meteen heel bezorgd wat er gebeurd was en ik kreeg water. Er werd een arts gebeld. Ondertussen kwam het receptie personeel af en toe vragen hoe het ging. Daarna hebben ze voor ons een taxi gebeld omdat de opgeroepen arts het verstandig vond om een scan en xray te laten maken van hoofd en voet. Although in a great location. It seems to lack any real skill in cooking decent food. Food on offer is actually pretty poor.

Just spent the last 2 weeks here loved every minute of it and so did the kids I would say food was a hit and miss we ate out for 1 of the weeks. The snack bar was brilliant they did burgers , toasties ,chips, chicken nuggets and hot dogs. We did have trouble with the water but the issue was solved quickly. Could not fault the children’s entertainment they was brilliant with my 2 little girls. Elaina was brilliant she was absolutely amazing loved seeing her everyday.

Pretty basic, but very clean. Food was okay not a lot of choice! More for family's with young children, entertainment didn't really do it for Adults.

Would give minus if I could! If you want to see what it’s actually like then watch a series of Benidorm… which I think is still better than that hole!! Close it down and sell it to someone that knows how’s to run a hotel please!

Patricia, la chica del restaurante nos atendió muy bien, queremos mas camareras como ella !!! El hotel muy chulo, la piscina con su minibar y el buffet es lo que mas me gustó. Recomendado 100%

We stayed here last June and had a fabulous time and are going back this June that's how much we liked It. 2 mins walk to a lovely beach. Plenty of shops in walking distance and bars with entertainment. Can't wait to go back. Only down side is didn't have English sausages on the breakfast menu. See u all in a June

Just returned from a week away at Coral Beach Hotel. Weather was gorgeous. The hotel was adequate, staff polite enough, but there were some less than lovely aspects, unfortunately. We travel quite a lot and have stayed in many places, including other 3 star hotels, we're not fussy, and I don't often leave bad reviews. PROS: •Great location, two beaches in easy walking distance (5 mins and 10 mins), and the surrounding area was nicely kept. •Peaceful atmosphere (for the most part) •Wine was better than the other all-inclusive we've had. •Rooms were spacious. •General hotel areas were kept clean and tidy. •Staff are all very polite and always say 'hello, good morning', etc. •The lifeguard on duty was absolutely excellent. •Lifts are quick compared to other places we have stayed. •Ample sunbeds available, so no sunbed race first thing. CONS: •The food. It was absolutely awful, we are not fussy at all, both of us will eat most food but this was just terrible. Dry, stale bread, most of the food was cold. The only food with any real flavour was the boiled pasta with tomato sauce. There was one night of Mexican themed food, a poor attempt, really, but the fajitas were adequate. The rest of the time was repetitive, bland, and boring. There are plenty of chips, but even they're dry and overcooked. Salad is dry as if it's been left out for a while. Most of the food is tasteless, potato salad tasted of nothing as did the meat which was chewy and often labelled as something it wasn't. We had "turkey steak" one night, which was actually veal, still unseasoned and tasteless. No allergen signs at all. If you have any dietary preferences or requirements, I'd avoid this hotel. •You have to pay a 1€ deposit for a plastic cup if you want any drink from the bar. It's not a major issue, but it's annoying when you've just got in from the beach and have to go up and get your room all sandy to get a coin to drink from a plastic beaker. No glasses are available. Soft drinks are available self-serve in paper cups that go soggy. •Cleaners are not especially efficient. We had sand left in the bath on a few occasions, hair stuck to the wall and in the drain. Towels had stains of some kind on them, when we put our shower towels on the floor to be changed as instructed it seemed the cleaners simply picked them up, folded them and put them back "like new" as they had the exact same stains on them. •There were some very loud guests shouting around the pool as well as during the night. One particular group of people arrived and were up shouting, laughing, and singing all night, seemingly unchallenged by hotel staff. Come the morning they hadn't yet gone to bed and were clearly very intoxicated, one of them got into the pool and started to drown, the lifeguard and my partner swiftly resued him, as I said, lifeguard was excellent. They then shouted and swore at hotel staff and were subsequently asked to leave the establishment, but it made for an uncomfortable morning for other guests. •The showers went hot and cold all the time, 6 seconds of nice warm water, then it went icy cold before scolding hot, then back to 6 seconds of warm (we counted to avoid getting burns) Water pressure was low too, so washing hair was a real mission. EDIT: While I appreciate the response, all you have done is belittle our experience and deny many of the things I have pointed out as 'CONS'. I observe that many other reviews have received pleasant replies and apologies, I know that all people have bad days, but the team member assigned to reply to my comment was plainly rude and dismissive. I don't often leave bad reviews (feel free to check my profile review history) but this hotel was poor value for money and this response leaves an even sourer taste in the mouth. We definitely won't be returning.

Este establecimiento estaría bien para un dos estrellas, pero no para un tres estrellas, como las que luce en la fachada. Lo mejor del hotel es la amabilidad de todos los empleados. Lo peor es, sin duda, la comida, claramente deficiente tanto por las materias primas uilizadas como por su elaboración. El bufet del desayuno también deja mucho que desear. Casi todas las habitaciones son con bañera. Pedimos habitación con ducha y nos dieron una de gran tamaño, tanto en la propia habitación como en el cuarto de baño. La limpieza es claramente mejorable. El aire acondicionado funciona correctamente. la terraza es muy amplia.

Was extremely pleased with our stay here, after reading some reviews we were a bit concerned about staying here and lowered our expectations slightly but we were more than happy once we arrived! Room was tidy, staff were nice and the location is great, with ease access via bus to visit Ibiza old town and other towns! Food was fine, drinks were great and even ice cream available from freezers to just help yourself while by the pool for a cool down! Would return here again, first time in Ibiza and I’m sure it won’t be our last.

Todo perfecto desde recepción, comida, camareros, animación, entre y fueron muy amables en todo momento, el personal de animación se desvivio por hacernos la estancia más agradable y lo consiguió, mi mayor sorpresa fue que el último día a pesar de tener que abandonar el hotel como nuestro vuelo no salía hasta la tarde, nos dijeron que tenían un habitación de cortesía en el hotel donde podíamos bañarnos y un servicio de guardamaletas mientras estuviésemos en la isla, mi calificación para el personal y hotel es un 10 sobre 10

Chambres correctes et propres quant à la nourriture une catastrophe… même les desserts… A part deux ou trois employés, le personnel était accueillant et sympathique ! L’emplacement à côté de la plage est parfait mais loin de tout sur l’île.

De Ort Es Canar ist nur bei Engländern und Spaniern beliebt. Es sprach niemand deutsch. Das Hotel war alt aber einigermaßen sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Am Abend jedoch sehr einfaltslos und es wiederholte sich mehrmals in der Woche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Positieve punten: Het eten is warm Matrassen zijn goed Negatieve punten: De muren zijn van karton, je hoort alles van de kamer ernaast. Weinig keuze eten, veel gefrituurd eten. Vies uitziende (versleten) tafellakens Tafels worden veel te laat afgeruimd Sterk verouderde kamers Versleten vloer aan zwembad Ligbedden zijn aan vervanging toe Geen ijskast op superior room, superior room is bijna hetzelfde als een gewone kamer. Het douche water gaat steeds van warm naar heet en terug warm, kans op verbranden is heel groot. Je moet naast de waterstraal gaan staan en je zo wassen. Het toilet staat heel slecht geplaatst, je knie komt tegen een muurtje. Aan het avond terras aan zwembad) hangt wel sfeerverlichting, maar deze is nooit aan. Animator is zeer spaans gezind. Spanjaarden worden voorgetrokken. We zijn in dit hotel terecht gekomen Omdat ons oorspronkelijke hotel reeds gesloten was, op de info staat " goed onderhouden hotel met vriendelijkebediening" dit is verre van waar. We vroegen vanaf dag 1 voor een "late check out" ze zouden dit noteren. Catering bar slecht, puree is poeder, al het eten/dranken zijn synthetisch. Ik begrijp niet dat TUI hier kamers aanbied.Nu anno 11/10/23 spelen ze kerstliedjes op de achtergrond. Te gek voor woorden

Voy a explicar los motivos por los cuales nunca jamás volveré a este hotel. En primer lugar diré que ha sido la experiencia más nefasta de mi vida en cuanto a hoteles se refiere. LIMPIEZA: Bueno, se limpia.Las papeleras aunque se cambie la bolsa se deben de limpiar, es un elemento que acumula suciedad y gérmenes. En nuestro caso papelera sucia y llena de polvo. La habitación está llena de hormigas, hasta el punto de tener que tirar una pizza que dejamos la noche anterior porque se la comieron. Fueron más rápidas que nosotras, todo hay que decirlo. BAÑOS: No entenderé jamás lo de las cortinas de duchas. ¿Cómo limpian estos elementos? Los cuales probablemente se peguen al cuerpo de cualquiera de los usuarios que pasen por la habitación. Ventilación, no existe, hay un patinillo que cuando lo abres te encuentras todas las bajantes del edificio. Los accesorios de los baños, oxidados. La temperatura del agua de la ducha se regula sola, mientras te estás duchando sale fría y ardiendo. ARAMARIOS: Con olor a viejo y humedad, nuestra ropa quedó impregnada de ese olor. INSONORIZACIÓN: Fatal. El señor de al lado roncaba de lo lindo, ya no sabíamos si lo teníamos en la misma habitación o qué. COMIDA/BUFFET: Malo, poca variedad, fritos y mala calidad. Entiendo que no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero no entiendo las tres 3 que tiene. CAMAS: incómodas. HABITACIÓN: Amplia, muy muy antigua y con olor a polvo. Alicatado del baño ambientado en la familia Alcántara de la serie cuéntame. Las señoras de la limpieza entran en la habitación aunque estés dentro. Tienes que gritar, está ocupado, para que no entren. PERSONAL : Del personal no puedo evitar ya que el único contacto que tuvimos fue al hacer el check-in. Hotel enfocado a turismo extranjero, a sus costumbres y sus horarios y sus hábitos alimenticios. Teníamos un todo incluido y solo fuimos a ducharnos y dormir y porque no teníamos alternativa. En fin dos días y nunca más. Es una pena, que te vayas unos días a descansar y te quedes con esta mala experiencia.

Clean. Friendly staff. Don't like the use of plastic glasses and having to pay euro deposit. No fridge in room. Have to pay for pool towels. Food OK for a week stay but would get very samey any longer. All inclusive drink finish at 11pm very early considering the entertainment doesn't start till late.

Location, hotel and room was good ,but the food was appalling very little choice at all, will not visit this hotel again, but the area was nice, we had to eat out which cost us a lot extra.

The room was OK, standard really. Shower was either freezing or boiling so we resulted to baths so we could control the temp. Food was hit or miss tbh... breakfast was not nice at all apart from the croissants and pancakes but they weren't out every morning so we gave up and ate out . Cooked breakfast ermmmm for us not nice. Don't expect British style sausage or bacon. Evening food was hit or miss most meats were freshly cooked and tasted great the Chinese night wasn't great and its a shame it was our last night. Best night was steak and fajitas. Paella was good. Don't expect pints you get a half pint plastic cup you have to keep for the week and pay €1 deposit for. Became a bit tedious. Entertainment ..... hahahahah was terrible and I mean terrible. Cleaning lady was lovely always had a smile and said hello. Reception staff were nice but the bar men were quite rude. I don't feel it was worth the money tbh as we ate out quite a bit. Stayed in better Ai. But if its cheap your after then it meets that mark. Location was great , right next to the beach. But First and last time here for us sorry. I've been ibiza 9 times and there are better options.

Had to eat out after first day food luke warm same day in day out location lovely looking out on to block of flats and carpark not so good and being woken by dust cart at 6 every morning thank god for popeys up the road food amazing may have cost us more which isn't great for all inclusive definitely won't be going back

Great location for walk to village or Cala Nova beach, lovely staff throughout the hotel. Food was generally fine some days, excellent others not so much. This is rated 3*, and that's exactly what it is. The rooms are cleaned everyday, one thing let the room down - in the bathroom the shower riser rail had lots of rust on it, this is so easy to remove with a steel scourer or aluminium foil & water (no chemicals). The hotel is a bit dated, but we loved its location & the friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Won't be back 😞 The food was slightly ok The fruit juice in the morning was disgusting. I even asked for some butter to be told they had ran out of butter. Needed a soup spoon the brought me a small wooden desert spoon. The amount of people I heard complaining was rediculass. Ment to be a three star hotel no it is not . Have been to better three star hotel's. Will never be back

Desde que cambio de azuline a yum la única diferencia que se nota es la comida abran puesto algún jefe de cocina nuevo la verda yo estuve en 2018 y la comida era un caos todos los día al menos ahora se nota en eso la diferencia las camas son las mismas no anrenovado el hotel para nada solo pintar y poco más pero para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas lo único bueno es una camarera que se llama rocío no e visto persona más entregada al trabajo que esa mujer

Het was een fijn hotel en vooral over het recreatieteam en het personeel ben ik zeer goed te spreken! Altijd even vriendelijk en zeker niet te beroerd om je te woord te staan ondanks de druk die ze elke dag ervaren. Kortom dikke prima en een dikke 10 voor het personeel

Het eten viel ons tegen, spul is regelmatig op zoals kipnuggets. Ook weinig variatie in ontbijt. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en aardig. Strand in de buurt is niet veel bijzonders, dan is andere kan van eiland meer te vinden.

We enjoyed our stay here for the first week of September. Very nice hotel. It’s basic but very clean and well maintained. The all inclusive was decent but food on the buffet could have been hotter. something different every evening so there was always something to be had. Also snacks served throughout the afternoon - burgers hotdogs etc - chef serving was very moody! Actually shouting at people at times. He was the only unpleasant staff member we encountered. Rooms again basic but nicely arranged, only issue is the sound proofing - doors slamming etc was quite loud. Nice pool area but as previous reviews mention it can be tricky to get a lounger with beds sat all day with a towel on with no one to be seen. Es Canar is a lovely little town with some nice shops and restaurants all just a short stroll from the hotel.

Estuve hace pocos días con mi pareja y tengo que decir que, en general todo estuvo bien pero sobre todo la comida está espectacular. Se nota que el chef es uno con experiencia. El buffet está todo muy bien colocado, con variedad y siempre lleno de comida. Cabe destacar el trato cordial y amable de los trabajadores sobre todo en el buffet. Volveremos seguro.

Estamos de vacaciones en este hotel, nos gusta mucho, pero como cada hotel tiene sus cosas, la variedad de la comida no es tan variada, la verdad, creemos que es algo que se puede mejorar, por el resto no esta nada mal, creo que hay que darle una oportunidad por eso le doy 5 estrellas, los empleados todos con un trato muy amable 10/10 💖 gracias

Ready to check out after a week. Booked as a last summer getaway The location is good. Great little bay. Food on site is poor to ok. Breakfast is poor but evening meals ok. The shower was terrible. Hot (very hot) one second, then ice cold the next. Drinks selection is rubbish, and you only get a half pint cup, and they don't even fill that. Have to be honest. For an all-inclusive holiday, this is the worst I've been on. You have to pay for so much. It's not like once you are onsite, all is inclusive (like you'd expect). You also have to pay a €1 deposit per cup! Staff are very rude and extremely ignorant. The one member of staff that i personally found nice and friendly was the cleaning lady. Every single morning, she would great you with a very happy smile and good morning. The evening entertainment is terrible. No other words i can use. Same music every day and night. You'd be more entertained watching a broken clock in the dark. Beech is beautiful. 150 metres to the beach. Supermarkets all around. Fantastic bars with cheap booze €2.50! ATMs charge between €2.50 & €8 €18 for two Sun loungers per day. With a parasol. The hotel absolutely stinks of smoke, too. Signs are around the pool area for no smoking. Nobody paid any attention to that. Wouldn't recommend.

Tengo que decir de este hotel que necesita un buen arreglo, en la habitación que yo estuve la tapadera de water estaba rota, no había ni cuadros, el techo del baño y del pasillo de levantaba si a abrías el balcón, un desastre, aparte hay que dar 1e si quieres vaso para tomar algo, el buffet repetitivo y pobre siempre lo mismo y si llegamos una hora antes de cerrar ya no había de nada y no reponían increíble de verdad, pero tengo que decir que el personal un 10, te atendían muy bien y la animación un 10 también se ganan bien el sueldo

This is a perfectly adequate 3* hotel. We found the reception team to be friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very clean, with a lovely balcony and okay air-con. The bar team are friendly and efficient, if there is a queue it usually moved quickly. We thought the drink selection was very good for a 3* hotel, the cup deposit is a great idea. The man working the snack bar does a great job to get food out quickly, I certainly couldn’t do what he does. The pool is nice, despite what reviews say, we came back a number of times in the afternoon and were still able to find available sunbeds. The food in the buffet is okay, it’s perfectly fine if you are willing to give things a try, we definitely never went hungry. The entertainment team do their best with the resources that they have. We were surprised by the ice-creams available all day from the pool bar, they were very nice! The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, very close to 2 lovely beaches. Only a 10 minute walk into Es Canar, where you can catch a bus to Santa Eularia and Ibiza Town.

Me ha encantado el hotel, la habitación amplia éramos 3 chicas, y estuvimos muy cómodas, 3 camas 2 juntas y una separada, televisión con Netflix gran balcón, bonitas vistas El personal amable y simpático, mucha paciencia y con sonrisa, muy agradables la verdad hasta el último día, desde la recepción como la chica de la limpieza, hasta los camareros del buffet como los chicos del snack y bar Los chicos y chicas de la animación también muy animados, aunque los clientes estábamos apagados ellos tenían energía para tod@s nosotros y mas Piscina de adultos y niños, separados que también se agradece a la gente adulta sin peques 😅 Un 10 repetiré y me quedo con el hotel para próximos viajes Sin duda lo recomendaría La zona donde está ubicada aunque no sea la más conocida si es muy tranquila y también estar en ibiza y estar relajado sin aturullo se agradece

Aufgrund unseres überbuchten Fliegers, müssten wir gezwungenermaßen 2 Tage länger auf der Insel bleiben und wurden in dieses Hotel geschickt, bis auf die Taxi Fahrten, wurde uns alles bezahlt, dadurch dass das Hotel soweit weg war vom Flughafen durften wir pro Person knapp 40€ pro Taxi Fahrt hin blättern, was schon eine Frechheit ist, ein näheres Hotel hätte es auch getan.... Naja dann sind wir erstmal total erledigt von dem Tag, im Hotel angekommen. Das Personal an sich war sehr freundlich, schien aber etwas unbeholfen... Das ganze Hotel an sich, war eine Mischung aus alt und neu. Unser Zimmer sah sauber aus, war es aber nicht in allen Ecken, zumindest die Dusche war sehr verkalkt. Die Betten und die Kissen selbst, waren total unbequem. Das Essen war okay, aber nicht empfehlenswert. Wenigstens gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt ums Eck und das Meer war auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Was uns aber wirklich am meisten gestört hat, war der Krach, man hat wirklich alles gehört, vom Aufzug, bis zu den Leuten im Nebenzimmer, den Fernseher der nebenan lief usw. das aller schlimmste waren aber die Putzfrauen, an sich freundlich, aber dennoch sehr sehr laut. Am zweiten Morgen unseres Aufenthaltes haben sie die ganzen Zimmer auseinander genommen, hat sich eher nach Handwerksarbeit angehört, als nach putzen. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert. Schade

Hotel de 10, buenas vistas, zona para aparcar, recepción, habitaciones, piscina con minibar y sobretodo personal encantador ! De lo mejor de Ibiza. Dar gracias a Victor y Camila que se han portado muy bien con nosotros durante toda la estancia, nos han tratado como si estuvieramos en casa, clases de aquagym muy divertidas y el teatro de por la noche esta de lujo, mi preferido fue el de hombres va mujeres, fue espectacular ! También dar gracias a Patricia del servicio de restaurante, fue muy amable y nos atendió bien durante las comidas. Volveremos sin duda !

Spotlessly clean. New towels every day. Perfect location. Sun beds need upgrading as old and people putting towels on beds early morning, then not using them all day really annoying as not enough. Otherwise staff can not do enough for you and food amazing.

Hotel muy completo. Las instalaciones están muy bien y el bufet tiene bastante variedad. Cabe destacar el trabajo y dedicación de Camila y Victor de animación, gracias a ellos la estancia ha mejorado muchísimo. Han animado el ambiente tanto de día como de noche con juegos como el de hombres contra mujeres, muy divertido, muchas gracias!|También destacar la atención de Patri en el comedor. |Repetiremos sin duda!

Boa noite Estou a acabar de jantar, sao 21.30 e estou a meia luz. Este é o serviço que estes senhores prestam, lamentável. Jantar de hoje, sabem o que jantei - presunto com fruta. Hotel sem qualidade nas refeições, tudo industrial, chefe não sei se tem, tem de lhe dar formação. Como crítico de cozinha dou 1 valor. Até nunca mais.

MUY REGULAR Hotel solo para alojarse...destacar bueno la limpieza de las habitaciones...no paguen mas por la premium pues la nor al esta igual de limpia solo mobiliario mas antiguo 1 buffet bastante corto y repetitivo siempre lo mismo0 solo variaban 1 o si al caso 2 tipos de comidas 2 snack bastante variado para su precio y aceptable 3 bebidas del t.i malisimas nefastas nada recomendables 4 El Agua caliente no mantenia la temperatura variaba mucho del caliente y frio fatal vamos En resumen un hotel propio solo para alojarse no esperes gran cosa estuvimos una pareja 5 dias y estuvimos mas fuera del hotel que dentro obviamente fuimos con intencion de visitar la Isla. DESTACAR la Habitacion de Cortesia la verdad es un gran punto a favor y una gran ayuda a los huespedes que tenemos el vuelo tarde.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin hier. Eine gesamte Woche. Folgende vor und Nachteile hat dieses Hotel: Zu den Zimmern kann man sagen, dass sie sehr ordentlich aber auch ziemlich alt sind. Mit einer kleinen Terrasse und Meerblick lässt sich’s leben. Aber an einem etwas windigerem Tag hat die Terrassen Türe und die Decke bei offenem Fenster geklappert. Service und Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen naja… Die Bar hat oft zu und macht keine guten Cocktails, das all-inklusive hat keine große Auswahl und oft ne lange Schlange. Standort für Familien gut, nah zum Strand und nicht weit von der Innenstadt von es Cana aber für die Party Mäuse kostet es nach Ibiza zum ordentlichen Feiern hin und zurück mit dem Taxi etwa 70€…

Very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Food could be improved but I found something each meal and enjoyed. However pineapple every day, and the only melon is watermelon??? Desserts need improving. Entertainment staff work extremely hard, as do the cleaners. Excellent location less than 5 mins to sea front.

The rooms are very basic, they need an update. Ours was embarrassing. The wall decoration was missing. The balcony was directly above the hotel’s kitchen, which had the venting directly to our balcony (disgusting). We were not able to have a good night sleep out of 5 nights because the trash picking was from 5:30am to 7:30am. So, the noise will wake us up every single night. We told the reception but they did nothing, and we have paid an “All Inclusive” fee. The food was very basic, not really on a Spanish schedule even though the Hotel is in Spain. Lunch was from 1pm to 3pm and dinner was from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. The shower also needs an update. The water temperature will change from burning hot to very cold unexpectedly. It was painful to get a nice shower after a beach day. Very disappointing overall. Awful combination for price-quality. Find a different one if you want to really enjoy Ibiza.

Ignore all the bad reviews. We didn't have anything to complain about. Reception staff always happy to help, even after leaving our key in the room twice! Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels left even if we didn't leave them on the floor. We always got a sunbed when we went to the pool. Very close to the beach. Food was like any other Spanish holiday, don't expect 5* food from the cheapest hotel that you can find.

Si buscas descansar y una calidad aceptable en comida/bebida, este NO es tu hotel. No sé ni por donde empezar: - Las habitaciones: La limpieza de la habitación es aceptable, no es que limpien muy a fondo, el baño hay dias que solo te cambian las toallas y gracias. El agua de la ducha/grifo sale caliente y fria por momentos, da igual como la regules La cama es decente, el colchon pasable pero el somir es de madera.... de hace siglos La ventana tiene la misma insonorización que un papel de fumar. cuando pasa un coche, parece que te pasa por tu cama, increible - Personal de limpieza: son muy amables, hace una limpieza básica, y aceptable, eso si, hay veces que el baño solo cambian las toallas y gracias. Pero lo que es un infierno, es que desde las 8 de la mañana empiezan a trabajar y mueven las camas como sino hubiera un mañana para hacerlas, y hacen un ruido increible, es imposible dormir desde esa hora (ni con tapones) - Buffet: es de lo peores que he ido en mi vida, poca variedad ya no solo en ese dia, sino respecto a otros dias. Varia poco y la calidad de la comida es pésima. Fritos malos, cosas a medio hacer...un desastre - Bebida: las peores marcas del mercado son las que te dan, se salva la cerveza. Encima el agua, te la dan en vasos, no hay opcion de botella - Maletero: dejar la maleta en su maletero, es una loteria, entra y sale gente continuamente sin control, la gente se cambia dentro...es un cachondeo - Habitación de cortesía: era detallazo que te dejen ducharte, cuando tu vuelo sale tarde y has hecho el check out antes, pero claro, si te de dan una habitación sucia, con la bañera con pelos, la papelera llena y arena por todas partes, es una vergüenza.. - Personal: lo mejor del hotel, gente amable y eficiente, lo mejor de todo, por eso pongo 1 estrella (menos no me deja) - Piscina: olvidate de te coger una tumbona, o bajas a las 7 de la mañana o nada. Los ingleses cogen todas dejando una camiseta o tolla desde primera hora hasta el cierre. El agua está turbia permanentemente El hotel en general como mucho debería tener 2 estrellas, es para ingleses totalmente, con sus horarios y sus comidas. Pero por el precio que pagas, deberia ser bastante mejor en general No lo recomiendo en absoluto, a mi ya me han visto en este y cualquiera de la cadena

Buena ubicación cabe destacar el increíble trato tanto del personal de comedor (Patri un encanto) como animación y recepción, dispuestos a ayudarte y siempre con una sonrisa.

Pésimo, no volvería a ir a éste hotel, todo incluido pero te da igual por que todo está malísimo y poca variedad, hay pocas fuentes de comida y aun así te ponen lo mismo en un extremo que en el otro, realmente ha sido el peor buffet en el que he estado. Tienen un descontrol con el tema hamacas de la piscina, la gente se levanta a primera hora a poner las toallas , se van y no dejan una libre en todo el día. Se que no es un hotel only adults, pero que corran por los pasillos los niños , pongan musica en las habitaciones a horas de sueño ..no me parece. Lo único bueno a destacar es el personal del hotel, muy majos y atentos.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillos en hotel, en cuanto al servicio de recepción han sido un auténtico 10 y muy atentos, en el comedor igual y muy amables y a nuestra disposición (Patri un encanto y Acoraida igual), los chicos de animación increíbles y muy muy majos (Victor y Adri) en general una maravilla la estancia allí, volveremos!

Actualmente estoy instalada en este hotel.A ver...es un hotel de 3* económico,no se puede pedir mucho más,las habitaciones son correctas,aunque antiguas,las instalaciones a mí personalmente no me han gustado,la piscina no es muy grande y la gente se mete con gafas de sol y camisetas (cosa que es antihigiénica),la playa está muy cerquita(es lo mejor de todo) y el personal es súper agradable(es lo mejor del hotel),respecto al buffet yo no soy muy exigente,pero es cierto q hay poca variedad,pero lo que hay está rico,ayer comí ternera en salsa y estaba súper tierna,el desayuno está muy completito,aunque eché en falta unas tortitas.El snack bar está muy bien pq te hacen todo en en el momento (Sandwich, hamburguesas, nuggets,patatas....y el cocinero es muy gracioso) Tienen servicio de toallas,das 10 € de fianza y luego te lo devuelven,pero si quieres que te las den limpias tienes q pagar 1€ por toalla(no es mucho,pero me sorprendió pq normalmente no cobran). En el comedor,una cosa que no me ha gustado nada,es que limpian todas las mesas con la misma bayeta,sin aclararla,creo que por llevar un vaporizador desinfectante y echarlo no pasaría nada (no es un gasto muy costoso)y estaría todo más desinfectado y limpio.La limpieza en las zonas comunes deja mucho q desear...ascensores muy sucios ,y las mesas de la piscina no he visto todavía a nadie limpiarlas durante el día. A mí personalmente me salió bastante económico el hotel,así que entiendo que quien quiera más calidad hay q pagarlo. He venido 4 días y 3 noches,así q por ese tiempo es aceptable el hotel.

Ignore the Karen’s in the wild 🙄 this is a superb 3 star hotel in a top location. Near to two gorgeous beaches and lots of choices for bars and restaurants in the town. Hippy market on a Wednesday only a 10 minute walk, pedalos and paddle boards to hire. No hassle from anyone on the beaches. The 1€ cups are a brilliant idea and save so much waste and rubbish. The measures were large! And you can take your own reusable cups if you wish. People did queue for the beds but there were plenty, just some in shadier areas than others. A football area for the teenagers and a separate kiddy pool with lots of shade. The food is varied and there are no queues, breakfast was exceptional, great coffee with lots of choice: cereal, fruit, pancakes, pastries, freshly made eggs of all kinds. Bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans & toast. There was an Asian night, meat cooked to order every day, mussels and paella, salads and pasta. Fresh fish and a cute little kids only area with the usual pizza & nuggets etc. The snack bar was manned by one guy (very dry and funny) from 10-6 every day, everything cooked on request so no waste. Toastiest and hotdogs, salad and chips, burgers and nuggets too. Ice creams, slush and cocktails, self service soft drinks, tea coffee and iced coffees too. Seriously as AI goes it was excellent. We hired a car and drove to San Antonio for the evening, again super helpful advice from Daisy, the TUI rep. Without exception, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Antonio on reception & the young men on the bars particularly. Camilla and the entertainment team were brilliant. The cleaning staff were really polite and the rooms spotless every day with fresh towels too. We missed having a fridge but the AC was perfect. Our room for three - including two teenagers - was spacious and quiet. Staff work long days and are tirelessly cheerful - lots of different activities for the youngsters and very interactive but not pushy. Darts and waterpolo, dancing and aerobics. All very good fun. We loved our stay and would definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed in July for a week. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. But we ate out at the local restaurants as the food is very poor. Es cana its self is a very nice place.

Loved it! It was obviously a 3star not a 5 star but with that in mind we couldn't of wished for more. Staff all polite. Plenty of food and drinks. Cocktails included and my fav part of the holiday. Lemon icecream cone. I may come back just for that! Beach and everything very local.

Hotel nice and clean , great location less than 5 mins to the beach , swimming pool not very big and not enough sunbeds pool opens at 9am people lining up from 8.15 to get a bed ! . System for drinks not very good pay 1 euro for a small plastic cup that you exchange each visit to the bar . Food ok

Rooms are rooms, need to update things like fridges and charge €50 and( cash only) food was awful most things looked the same thing just rewarmed and different flavours. Breakfast was good, pool is great lifeguard is a fun spoiler. Could have more area to sit unless you sit in bar or outside there isn't anywhere plus only 1 bar during day so if your in your room you have to walk eight through hotel to other end of pool to get a drink. Entertainment could do more they do stuff during day but at night don't start till 945 Victor, camellia and Adrian were lovely people could also put a back gate so that when you have been to beach you could use the outside shower to clean off.
