Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, wenn man nicht so genau hinschaut. Haben ein Apartment gebucht und wurden ins Leonardo Suites einquartiert. Der Wunsch auf eine Obere Etage wurde mit dem Erdgeschoss abgegessen. Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung und Eigentlich alles was man braucht. Kühlschrank, der leider mit ziehen der Zimmerkarte auch aus ging. Wassrkocher und Toaster vorhanden. Die grösse ist super und ein schöner Balkon/Terrasse. Leider ist das Hotel auch sehr weit entfernt. Mit Mietwagen super zu erreichen, nur vorsicht, Parkplätze gibts so gut wie kaum, da alles extrem voll ist. Oder man zahlt halt extra. Was ich auch sehr schade fand, check out ist 10:30 Uhr und wenn man die Koffer verwahren will, steht die Kofferkammer weit offen und jeder kann sich eigentlich bedienen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Sonnenliegen, die auch recht leer sind, da bestimmt alle im Haupthaus oder am Strand liegen.

Escribo está reseña para informar que este hotel ante una situación complicada de enfermedad y con los documentos acreditativos están negando la devolución del importe pagado por unas vacaciones. Es una situación de fuerza mayor y el hotel responde que esa es su política y que no devuelven el dinero ante un caso así. Una falta de empatía hacia una familia que han pagado un dinero elevado por sus vacaciones y no pueden realizarlas por una enfermedad. Este tipo de situaciones deberían de recurrirse y que alguien hiciera caso porque una situación así no es escogida por nadie. Ya pueden tener muy buenas reseñas por usuarios pero deberían de valorar lo que les puede suceder si por desgracia tienen una situación parecida.

Buen sitio para hospedarse tranquilos con la familia, dispone de un buffet normal, pero con todo lo necesario y la verdad que muy bueno, el chico que hay en la plancha por las noches muy simpático. Pero en cuanto a los apartamentos…. Les hace falta un repaso, ya están un poco usados, y el primer día tuvimos que ir a decir que la cama de las niñas estaba llena de arena cuando fue a acostarse…Solvo ese detalle lo demás bien. Cuidado!!! Te alquilan la sombrilla para ir a la playa a un precio más caro del que valen en la tienda de enfrente y son las mismas!!!

Lo mejor es su ubicación. Es de los pocos hoteles en los que dentro del buffet incluye bebidas, café y tes. El equipo de animación se divide por los clientes y crean un gran ambiente en el hotel. Por contra la piscina las hamacas están siempre llenas. Son muy rígidos en el servicio al cliente no puedes cambiar la media pensión cena por comida o viceversa. Tampoco te preparan picnic si vas a salir de excursión por la isla. El horario de cenas es muy corto, solo hasta las 9:30. Y además te piden el pago por adelantado de toda la estancia en una semana antes.

È la seconda volta che torno con la famiglia in giugno e ci troviamo sempre bene. Si mangia abbastanza bene cucina spagnola e internazionale. Colazione il pasto migliore! Strategico per visitare la zona est dell'isola. La spiaggia di es canar è cala nova sono di facile accesso! Consigliato a famiglie con bambini!

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and we had a brilliant time. The rooms are clean and maybe lack storage for clothes but while we stayed we did see drawers getting delivered to rooms so that is coming! The food was lovely, great selection. The staff in the restaurant staff were so helpful. The kids club & team is outstanding they were all so lovely. The kids disco is fab and the entertainment after was always a great show. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for a great holiday!

Eigentlich ein schön gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Essen. Leider gibt es wohl ein Problem mit Bettwanzen, das durch das Management nicht ernsthaft bekämpft wird. Unmittelbar nach Ankunft stellten wir in dem Zimmer Befall von Bettwanzen fest. Nach unserem Hinweis wurde uns spät abends ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur nach einer Mail gab es eine schriftliche Entschuldigung des Managements. Man nehme den Fall ernst und treffe alle Vorkehrungen. Schwer zu glauben, da das betroffene Zimmer bereits nach 2 Tagen mit neuen Gästen belegt wurde. Beim Check-Out war neben uns eine Frau die völlig von Bettwanzen zerbissen um vorzeitigen Check-Out bat. Lapidare Antwort des Personals war, dass man das Management unterrichten werde... Das Management sollte unverzüglich handeln und professionelle Kammerjäger beauftragen!

La habitación para 2 personas es extremadamente chica: tiene sólo 20 m2. La ventana del baño da al balcón de la habitación de al lado. La habitación para 3 personas tiene una bañera sin (manija) agarradera y con la mampara fija se hace difícil entrar; salir de la misma tampoco es nada fácil porque el inodoro está muy cerca y hay que esquivarlo. Los placares adolescen de estantes y tienen un espacio mayor que no se aprovecha porque es para colgar ropa larga. El servicio de internet vía wi-fi: muy inestable y débil por momentos.

love it. the buffet is so big and delicious. theres a lot of food options. the rooms are really big (we got the apartments) the staff is really nice and ready to help. the location is also perfect but i definitely recommend going to other beaches rather than staying at the hotels beach.

Dans l’ensemble l’hotel est bien malgré la panne d’électricité pendant une nuit le coffre fort qui reste bloqué a l’arrivé on nous demande de payer 36€ de taxe gouvernemental. De plus un supplément au checkout de 30€ si vous voulez vous amusez a ibiza ne venez pas ici il n’y a rien a coté

We have stayed in the Royal Leonardo Suites formerly the Alua Miami apartments) in Es Cana Several times, the last stay was in 2019. The apartments have been updated recently to a very good standard. All apartments except the ground floor have excellent sea views. There is access to a dedicated swimming pool and a rooftop sun terrace. The restaurant serves a good variety of interesting buffet dishes, there is entertainment available in the main hotel and guests have access to all facilities. The apartments are comfortable, clean and well appointed. Francisco on the front desk at the apartments is friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone considering a holiday in Es Cana and hope to be able to return again soon.

Pas satisfait du séjour. On cherchait un endroit agréable/familial pour passer notre week-end (tel écrit dans la description de l’hôtel) cependant il y a beaucoup de bruits le soir (musique trop forte). Attention, les serviettes prêtées à la piscine doivent être gardées tout au long du séjour, si vous voulez changer de serviettes, il faudra payer un supplément. La poignée de la salle de bain n’était pas propre. Et pour couronner le tout, le check in est prévu à 10h30 tout rond. En cas de retard, l’établissement facture 10€/heure supplémentaire. De plus, nous avions été réveillés par l’alarme incendie à 5h du matin pour une « fausse alerte ». Pour un séjour de 4jours, l’alarme a sonné 2 fois le matin !! Séjour qui est tout sauf reposant ! Pour 600€ 3nuits, c’est bien cher.

Muy decepcionante. No responde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. La limpieza muy mal, suelos sucios, cortinas rotas, microondas lleno de salpicaduras, ducha sucia… En 9 días no fregaron el suelo de la habitación ni un solo día. La animación muy justita y prácticamente en su totalidad en inglés. Edificio en mal estado, humedades y cañerías que no funcionan. Una semana quejándome de que el agua no funcionaba (presión, temperatura) y no hicieron nada, hasta que se estropeó totalmente y pasamos un día entero sin agua (ducha, wc… os lo imagináis) Nos hicieron ducharnos en un lavabo de recepción, moho por todas partes, totalmente insalubre, adjunto fotos…

Stayed at the suites in May on an all inclusive basis. Lovely hotel, great big pool but pool very cold 🥶. Hotel has direct access to the beach and is in a brilliant location. The beach and resort of es cana are on your doorstep and the hotel has everything u could need and want. Food was lovely although not much choice for kids, Great drinks. Our suite was a one bedroom apt in the annexe block about 2 mins from reception. The suites do have their own pool but no pool bar or restaurant so if ur all inclusive you have to eat and get ur drinks in the main hotel. We did tend to go to the main pool in hotel anyway as it was easier. We didn't eat any meals out here but there are a few restaurants that people rave about, marvel stags head being a couple. There us a little fun fair just near where resort train stops which is great for kids. Great promenade and a beautiful bay. Hippy Market every Wednesday which u can walk to and central for bus station and water taxi if you fancy exploring further.

En general todo bien, comida buffet variada y buena, limpieza bien, atención del personal muy agradable , el apartamento bien equipado, bonito, grande. La parte negativa y por lo cual nos quejamos fue que los ascensores se estropearon. Cuando llegamos había uno de los dos ascensores sin funcionar, (ya nos pareció mal estando en temporada alta), a los tres días se estropeó el otro, estábamos en un quinto piso, y menos mal fue el día anterior a nuestra vuelta, es verdad que ofrecieron un empleado para ayudar a los clientes a subir y bajar sus cosas, carritos , etc pero eso no es la solución. Aconsejo más planificación por las posibles incidencias que pueda haber con un servicio propio para el mantenimiento del hotel .

Great apartments, we had a ground floor one with direct access to the pool. Would have been too cramped for 4 adults for me especially with no door to the lounge (sleeping) area. Everything kept very clean.

Muy sorprendido con este hotel. Los apartamentos son grandes y espaciosos, están equipados con todo, te arreglan el apartamento todos los días (cosa que de verdad agradeces) y la limpieza es máxima. Las vistas son bastante buenas, o por lo menos la que a mi me tocó. Tiene recepción veinticuatro horas. Las piscinas son enormes y divertidas. La comida del buffet es muy buena y el propio buffet es enorme. Encantado con este hotel, sin ninguna duda volvería.

La ubicación buena y muy tranquila, la atención en recepción buena, el apartamento muy bien pero la limpieza del apartamento fatal, las toallas tienen manchas no son blancas éramos tres personas nos deja van para dos y siempre teníamos que pedir otro juego de toallas, la bañera desde el primer día embozado y se supone que se debe limpiar. Creo que no volveré.

Instalaciones del hotel y ubicación geniales. Nosotros estamos muy descontentos, desde que llegamos hemos tenido problemas, teniendo una reserva no tenían el apartamento listo a las 15h, tuvimos que cambiar de apartamento porque no estaba adaptado para niños (sin bañera, a/a no funciona...) Cambiamos, con lo que perdimos una mañana y ayer cucarachas gigantes en la habitación, avisamos y nos vamos toda la mañana, al regresar aún no han limpiado ni desinfectado. La chica de limpieza no sabía nada y aún no ha venido nadie a desinfectar. Además generalmente en los apartahoteles suelen poner básicos de limpieza (estropajo, bayeta, fregaplatos, una escoba) aquí no esperéis encontrarlo.

Hola Pilar Conde, Lamentamos si la experiencia en nuestro hotel no ha sido de su agrado. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas con la habitación, aunque desde el hotel se intentó solucionar de inmediato. En relación a las cucarachas, debemos matizar que nunca hay insectos ya que desde el hotel se cumple con la normativa para mantener la higiene y la seguridad de los clientes. Lovely apartments very modern with comfy beds. Staff very helpful. Located in a small town, quiet and safe with good selection of restaurants. Nice pools and good entertainment for the kids.

Well here 5 days now and it just gets better and better can not say a bad word about hotel staff food nothing is to much trouble!! Will definitely return highly recommend this hotel the icing on the cake would be if hotel would let us keep our room on Sunday as we have a 4pm transfer.but my guess is if there is any way to do it they definitely will try!!!

stay there in the 90s possible 1995 with the swimming pool having a kinda of flower pot or clay pot like it could have been a water features

Lovely hotel, food is great and varied, good range of all inclusive drinks and ice creams from the bar all day. Had a slight problem with our room but we're upgraded to a suite quickly to resolve the issue. Pool is a good size and split into 3, lots of sunbeds available just a limited amount of space to put them. The splash park and the kids play area is really good, always has a lifeguard on duty and lots for the little ones to do. Only downside is the area not the hotel, we had a pushchair with us and there arnt many places to push the little one out. Lots of narrow pavements, steep kerbs and the same routes every day. Lots of bars to stop off at though with cheap good coffee (so I'm told) and cheap beer.

The Apartment was lovely. Very clean and everything you needed within the apartment for a self catering holiday. The sea view was splendid. I would highly recommended these Apartments for a first class holiday. I shall be returning.

Back for a second holiday here. Brought The family along too. The apartments have been very well refurbished since our visit 2 years ago with great beds and the addition of air con, very nice all round. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The only irritation is the loud outside evening entertainment from the hotel next door but it dose end at 11 pm so not too late. Will be back here again. Barbara.

Nice clean rooms and a good sized balcony. But the real problem here is the noise from the neighbouring azuLine Hotel Coral Beach. This begins at 8 each night and stops some time between 11 and midnight. So only really a problem if you have young kids. However the noise is very loud in the bed room (the room closest to the source), I had to put pillows from the sofa over the widows to muffle the noise so my one year old could sleep. In the living room I was still having trouble hearing a film playing on my laptop over the noise. But it's worth mentioning that other guests I spoke to didn't mind the noise. The pool is nice, the beach is 2 mins away and there are nice bars, restaurants and shops close by. I had to pay extra for the wifi, and could only connect one device at a time, and could only get a connection on the balcony (there were people dragging ether net cables about on the day I left so that might be fixed). So in summary: a nice place but probably not the best if you have children that need to go to sleep early.

Estuvimos alojados en estos apartamentos en este mes de Junio y realmente son para recomendar. Zona tranquila, a pié de playa y con mucho ambiente a unos minutos del apartamento. No hay parking pero no es necesario, ningún problema para aparcar. Están muy cerca de Santa Eulalia. Los apartamentos son muy amplios, la limpieza diaria, las atenciones inmejorables, en fin nada negativo que podamos decir. Los recomendaremos y desde luego, en otro viaje a Ibiza(cosa que ya estamos deseando) nos alojaremos otra vez allí. Nuestro agradecimiento a todo el personal del hotel y de los apartamentos y en especial a la Srta. de Relaciones Públicas que nos sorprendió con la oferta de pasar los dos últimos días en el hotel. Continuamos en el apartamento porque estábamos muy cómodos pero agradecimos su oferta. Buen lugar para hacer centro y desplazarse a cualquier sitio de la isla, incluso para coger el ferry desde la playa a la isla de Formentera. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy relajantes y agradables.Volveremos
