Zoey made my ibiza eleopment even more incredible by giving us the most amazing & professional service. I was so worried how I was going to get my dress to look perfect & the rest of the bridal wear after a 3 hour flight but when I came across the steamstress i had zero stress! Zoey not only is amazing at her work but is the loveliest woman too! Everything was to perfection and id of been lost without her. I cant recommend the steamstress enough. Zoey steamed my wedding dress for me. She came to my hotel to do it and was soooo lovely! My dress has several layers and looked absolutely perfect once she had finished. Would highly recommend!

I was a total idiot and didn't book Zoey in advance of my wedding. I foolishly thought my dress would survive the journey across to Ibiza and I'd be able to just hang it up in the hotel and let the steam from the shower help any creases drop out. NO big mistake! I came to my senses about 4 weeks before the big day and thankfully Zoey was able to accommodate me. She was so helpful from the minute I contacted her in my panic and she got back in touch super quickly (with really friendly voice notes!) and said she would move things round to help. Honestly it would have been such a disaster without her. My dress had a huge tulle skirt which had be scrunched up during transit and in hindsight I was allowing the cost to dictate my decisions when really, this should have been included in my budget from the get go. Zoey came to my hotel and was so, so thorough with the dress. She had it looking catwalk perfect and I am so grateful to her. Again, I didn't consider hiring a rail as I assumed there would be a place I could hang the dress up in the hotel room. There was nowhere suitable and luckily she was able to arrange rail hire. Please don't be like me and leave these to chance, get her booked in! You can tell Zoey is a perfectionist and wants you to look your best. She left the dress covered with a sheet and instructions not to go near it! She's an absolute gem and a must book for your Ibiza destination wedding. Thank you for being a lifesaver Zoey!

Highly recommend Zoey, my daughter’s dress was very creased travelling to Ibiza but Zoey worked her magic and the dress was perfect, even got a tiny stain out that we hadn’t noticed. Lovely friendly lady, would definitely use her again if the need arises.

She was also very convenient and came to my hotel room, so the process was hassle free! And she was a life saver and was able to do last minute alterations to one of the bridesmaids dresses. Highly reccomend, Zoey is super professional and delicate with your wedding dresses and suits. I had teo weddings dresses and two suits required to be steamed inclueomg a veil. One of my dresses was a silk dress that had got creases on the flight over to ibiza:however you would never know after Zoey worked her magic on it. Zoey comes to your hotel relieving you of any additional stress!

Great service came to our hotel in San Antonio and steamed all dresses and suits. Nothing too much trouble and process was very efficient!

Zoey is one of the kindest and nicest people I have ever met! She provided an expert steaming service the day before our wedding, kept us up to date with communication, arrived on time and delicately steamed and wrapped my wedding dress and pressed all of the men’s suits the day before our wedding day in Ibiza. She even labelled all of the men’s suits with the corresponding names which was a delight - her organisation is second to none, she knows exactly what she is doing. She was so calm and friendly (it felt like I’d known her for years!) which was exactly what a bride needs the day before her wedding day! Honestly made my wedding so much less stressful having Zoey there. Zoe even steamed garments that I didn’t originally plan but that got creased in transit (eg bridemaids robes). She did such an amazing job!!

Zoey’s a firm favourite on the Ibiza wedding scene, clearly leading the way when it comes to steaming precious wedding dresses. She definitely knows her stuff so you’re in very safe hands. From years of experience she knows all the venues, owners and planners really well so liaising with them and finding her way around will be a breeze. As well as weddings we’ve also worked on a lot of photo shoots together. She’s an absolute pro, always working quickly and efficiently to the highest possible standard. I love working with her, she’s an absolute sweetie and a pleasure to be around. Highly recommended.

Zoe is the best seamstress on the island & is always my go to for any alterations I need doing. Zoe also did a fantastic job altering & steaming my bridal dress, she has very good attention to detail & I highly recommended her.

My absolute go-to when I need alterations, fixes or custom fits and bespoke items. Been using Zoe’s services for years. There is nothing she can’t do. I’ve had fur coats, leather skirts, delicate vintage swimsuits all lovingly altered by Zoe, and she’s made one of my favourite pieces of all time that gets compliments and enviable glances whenever I wear it.

So not only did Zoey create my dream wedding dress from scratch but she altered some garments for my wedding and steamed everything to perfection so everyone looked their best on the day! Aside from my wedding I work in Ibiza as a wedding photographer and see Zoey all the time professionally steaming wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, suits and guests outfits and everyone is always so happy with the results and they always look fab on my camera too! An absolute MUST after your precious wedding garments have traveled all the way here to Ibiza!!

We got married in Ibiza in September last year and I heard about Zoey from our wedding planner Leah Lyons. Zoey was incredible from start to finish and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first email Zoey was so professional and I couldn’t believe how reasonable her prices were. She sent me a quote out straight away and the whole booking process was so straightforward. On the day of the wedding she turned up to our villa early and started working on my dress and veil, as well as my 6 bridesmaids dresses (and even my father-in-laws suit which she did for free!!!). The finished products were amazing and the dresses, that had been pretty creased from the travelling, looked absolutely stunning!!
