Il posto dove ho mangiato meglio sull'isola e che ricorderò sempre! Tutto perfetto dall'ambiente semplice nel centro storico di Ibiza ma in una via più defilata, al personale gentile, preparato, attento e molto simpatico, per finire (ma non per importanza) al cibo. Qui si mangia davvero davvero bene! Ho mangiato il miglior ceviche della mia vita, un'esplosione di sapori così coinvolgente che non avrei voluto finisse mai. Ottimo anche il polpo e sublime il dolce Sablon al cioccolato. Prezzo in linea con qualità e quantità. Davvero super consigliato!

Imprescindible en tus noches ibicencas. Encontramos este restaurante por las recomendaciones de internet y realmente se quedan cortas. No teníamos reserva pero intentaron encontrar una mesa para acomodarnos en solo 20 minutos. No solo las vistas de la catedral y el entorno son maravillosos, sino los camareros, con sus recomendaciones y su amabilidad. La terraza es pequeña, quizá podríamos estar 25 personas pero a la gente no le importaba hacer cola para sentarse en sus acogedores mesas, y no me extraña:. La calidad de la comida también fantástica: alcachofas, corvina y solomillo un auténtico acierto. Y los precios nada altos para ser Ibiza, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta lo buenísimos que estaban todos los platos. No pudimos pedir postre porque estábamos llenos 🙂. No os perdáis, Sa Cova. Ha sido un descubrimiento para no olvidar.

What a lovely hidden gem. When I got there before sunset it was a bit hidden and empty. It quickly filled up and as nighttime set in its true charm came out. Food was amazing, recommendations spot on and the fig dessert was over the top. Highly recommend!!

Le 15 août à Ibiza est l’une des journées les plus chargées de l’année : les rues sont pleines de visiteurs et notre restaurant fonctionne à pleine capacité. Dans ces conditions, nos serveurs sont parfois occupés à servir les clients déjà installés, et il arrive que les personnes souhaitant dîner attendent à l’entrée jusqu’à pouvoir demander directement à un membre de l’équipe s’il y a une table disponible. À ce jour, vous n’avez malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de vivre l’expérience complète de notre restaurant puisque vous n’êtes pas entrée ni annoncée à notre personnel. Nous aurions été ravis de vous accueillir si une table s’était libérée. Comme vous pouvez le constater dans nos nombreux avis positifs, nous accordons une grande importance à l’accueil et au service de nos clients. Sa Cova is always on point. Definitely one of the best deals on the island. I mean quality food, great prices, and zero compromise on the experience. Начну с того, что ресторан перенимает бизнес методы индии (если помыть durex в тазике то они новые), только тут они видимо моют так бутылки. Заказали воды, а крышка в каком-то песке (изнутри), заказали фанту, она с осадком и настолько ржавой крышкой, что ржавчина на горлышке, к еде вопросов нет, но переулок работает как печка и блюдом становитесь уже вы (красивыми видами переулок не блещет)

If you are staying in or visiting Ibiza old town make sure you make a reservation here before you go. The outside eating area is very beautiful and unique the staff and owner are very friendly. The food is absolutely top draw, we had a lovely evening at Sa COVA.

Before travelling to Ibiza we had reserved a spot at SA COVA after a recommendation. We had high expectations after looking at other reviews and pictures of the food and let’s just say it did not disappoint! It’s a beautiful quent restaurant situated right in the middle of Old Town Ibiza which is beautiful and is worth a visit in its self. There were five of us and we were seated out the front of the restaurant which really made the vibe that extra bit more special as the sun was setting and the drinks were flowing. The staff were super attentive and friendly and couldn’t wait to tell us all about the menu and the wines. The staff really made sure to make it a special experience for us all. On to the food. The food was exceptional there is no other way to describe it. Everything was extremely fresh and full of flavours and none of us could fault any dish that we had. I will be sure to come back next time I visit Ibiza and anyone who I know that is travelling to Ibiza in the near future I will be sure to make sure this restaurant is the first place I recommend.

After I had a great experience in service, attention, kindness and good food in San Antonio Sa Cova, I wanted to try the Ibiza venue from them. Came here the other night with my daughter to dine. It was about 22.00h (normal dining hours in summer in Ibiza) there was one table free out of maybe 10 or 12 not sure now, it was not set up but okay shouldn’t be a problem. The waiter, if I am not wrong it was one of the owner, explained very extensively the menu and wine card to one of the tables. Fine we wait. There was (if I remember well) one other waiter who ignored us. Then the owner turned around and I asked friendly if we could stay and have dinner, just me and my girl. He was very rude, arrogant and asked me if I reserved? I said “no” pointing to the free unset table and said something like “if we could stay at that table” he watched me, then my daughter and said very unfriendly - it almost felt like he wanted to kick me out - that they don’t have a table they would be fully booked and made me signs to leave. I was very confused after the amazing experience of kindness I have had 2 months ago in San Antonio and reading all the good reviews, I got kicked out like this, treated as an unwanted guest, like I would disturb or be disgusting… it felt very weird. I watched my daughter I did not even have words for the rudeness and we left. I think this was my last time stepping into the Sa Cova restaurant. Offering my well earned money as an all year resident on the island, restaurants need us in the low/winter season. But after this treatment I will bring my money elsewhere. Bretonne , être accueilli avec du pain beurre et beurre salé est un régal surtout a Ibiza ! Un accueil chaleureux, un emplacement agréable et familial, un service rapide et accueillant , et des plats remplis de saveurs et finesse , choix de plats et de qualité !!! Je vous recommande !! Wir haben hier kurz nach Betriebsschluss vorbeigeschaut. Sehr freundliches Personal! Eher ein kleineres Lokal, daher dringend reservieren. Wir waren leider zu spät mit unserer Reservation, daher können wir keine effektive Bewertung abgeben.

Il suffit de voir la cotation pour comprendre que vous êtes au bon endroit,accueil avec gentillesse et simplicité,des plats succulent et des prix abordables.Comme entrée si vous prenez le poulpe grillé piquant celui-ci est extrèmement bon et sur une échelle piquant de 6/10 :-)

Ich war innerhalb einer Woche gleich zweimal da. Dieses Restaurant gehört zweifellos zu den besten kulinarischen Erlebnissen, die ich je hatte. In meinen Augen verdient es ohne Frage ein Michelin-Stern. Jedes Gericht war ein Kunstwerk! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Jakobsmuscheln, die so unglaublich zart und geschmackvoll waren, dass sie mir tatsächlich Tränen der Begeisterung in die Augen trieben. Das Menü ist klein gehalten und wird auf einer charmanten Kreidetafel präsentiert, die direkt an den Tisch gebracht wird. Der Kellner nimmt sich die Zeit, jedes Gericht ausführlich zu erklären. Das Restaurant hat in den verwinkelten Gassen der historischen Altstadt einen romantischen Flair. Ein absolutes Muss für jeden Feinschmecker, der die Insel besucht!

Without a doubt one of the best dining experiences I had in Ibiza. The dishes were all flavorful and the service was impeccable. The wine list was also varied and with great options for a perfect pairing. Highly recommended.

Une véritable pépite au cœur de la vieille ville d’Ibiza ! Le personnel de Sa Cova est d’une chaleur et d’un accueil rares, ce qui rend l’expérience d’autant plus agréable. Mais le vrai choc a été culinaire : le thon rouge était tout simplement exceptionnel, révélant des saveurs inédites que je n’avais plus ressenties depuis longtemps. La pièce de viande, parfaitement cuite, était également un délice. Un vrai coup de cœur, à recommander sans hésiter !

Das Sa Cova Old Town ist ein echtes Juwel! Vom Service bis zum Essen war einfach alles fantastisch. Das Filet war perfekt gegart – genau wie bestellt: Medium Rare – zart, saftig, auf den Punkt. Besonders schön fand ich auch, dass das Team ganz offen erklärt, woher das Fleisch stammt – echte Transparenz und Qualität! Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist einfach idyllisch, mit wunderschöner Atmosphäre und liebevoller Einrichtung. Wer in Ibiza ist und nicht hier gegessen hat, hat wirklich etwas verpasst. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Я нашла этот ресторан по отзывам в Google maps. И он оправдал мои ожидания. Нас посадили сначала за столик, где сильно дул ветер. Я сказала об этом и нас тут же пересадили и принесли пледы. Очень милый, аутентичный ресторан. Официанты супер внимательные. Еда мне очень понравилась. Понравилось все. Артишоки, мясо, замбориньяс, десерт! Мы ушли очень довольные и обязательно заглянем при возможности снова в это уютное местечко!

More accurately a 4.5 (because my standard for a 5 is quite high) Menu is seasonal and features fresh ingredients. For reference we ordered the ceviche, scallops with kimchi, steak tartare and sea bass. Every dish was up to standard, especially the scallop which was slightly spicy but refreshing, and the sea bass which was seared very nicely. The waiters were also very passionate and friendly. We ended with a fluffy french toast and the bill was 126 euros for 3! Pleasant visit; the pacing of the whole dinner was also slow and relaxing :) Worth a visit if you’re near!

Wat een leuk plekje! Een Frans-Mediterraanse bistro verscholen in een klein straatje tegen de stadsmuur van Dalt Vila (prachtig uitzicht). Mooi gedekte tafels, kleine menukaart en goede wijnkaart. Echt heerlijk gegeten: guillardeau oesters en de scheermessen (met pikante mayonaise) waren erg goed. De foie gras was prima en de magret de canard weer erg goed. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Good atmosphere in this city, security is really better than Barcelona. A bit expensive but for short term it’s worth it really. Renting car is a good option and time/cost saver.

Booked this restaurant because it was the best rated in Ibiza town and we were not disappointed. The venue is tucked away in quiet streets and has a lovely ambience when it got busy at about half past eight. We were met by friendly hosts and chose a table with a view of the castle. The food was absolutely incredible. We had prawn and razor clams to start, followed by the filet de boeuf and tarte train to finish. Everything was excellent, very tasty and perfectly cooked. A very pleasant surprise was the bill. €141 for bread, two starters, two mains, a dessert and two glasses of wine. We had eaten very mediocre food elsewhere for similar money and felt Sa Cova was very good value for money by comparison. Highly recommended.

First time : "June 2024" in this restaurant was very pleasant, the owner seemed very sympathetic and we had a nice conversation together. Although we wanted to eat in this restaurant a second time "September 2024" , but we were a bit late with the reservation , so anyway , we went there because we were in the city of Ibiza (Restaurant also located in the city), but when we received a response to our question whether there was table available, the owner turned out to be fairly short and blunt in his response. After arriving at the restaurant where we asked the owner if it was possible to have dinner with 6 people, the owner turned out to be very annoying to us because there was no place available that evening, actually quite unprofessional behavior from his side , we just wanted to come and eat there. Conclusion: The food was very good the first time, but after such rudeness we no longer feel like going here.

Dit adresje gekregen van vrienden van ons die er 2 jaar geleden geweest waren en zeer lovende woorden hadden. Dus ik en mijn vrouw vol enthousiasme een tafel gereserveerd om 20.30 u (een must want anders geraak je er nooit in, gezien het beperkt aantal plaatsen +/- 30). Eerst even de positieve punten vermelden: zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, ze spreken vloeiend Engels en Frans wat al een openbaring is als Belg in Ibiza. Zeer gezellige setting: in een klein steegje nabij de ingang van de Castle in de oude stad. En nu de rest van het verhaal. Twee maal foie gras gekozen als voorgerecht (€ 28/stuk). Dit had eerder iets weg van een plakje crèmepaté van de slager bij ons in de buurt. Een fles rode wijn besteld die ze ons zelfs niet laten proeven hebben en die we gedurende de volledige maaltijd zelf moeten inschenken hebben. Eén volledig uur later onze hoofdgerechten gekregen, die zeer lekker waren maar gedurende de gehele avond niemand meer gezien van het personeel. Onze lege borden werden niet afgeruimd, ook niet toen we reeds 2 keer de rekening hadden gevraagd (om 22.30 u) en dit terwijl de tweede shift gasten stonden te wachten in onze rug om de tafel in te nemen die ze om 22.00 u hadden gereserveerd. Voor ons was dit de eerste en de laatste keer bij Sa Cova.

Sa Cova is a hidden gem in Dalt Vila (Ibiza Old Town). Not only was the food, wine, and atmosphere phenomenal, but Nicola the owner was extremely accommodating to us. We had accidentally showed up 1.5 hours late to our reservation (we mixed up the times and got lost finding the place), but he was able to seat us within 5-10 minutes despite all the tables being booked. He helped us narrow down our food order since our eyes are bigger than our stomachs (we went with the lamb shank for two) and he chose a great rosé wine pairing to go with it. We may have only showed up as patrons, but we left as friends given the open and homey nature that Sa Cova provides. We absolutely will be returning when we visit Ibiza again!

Went for our anniversary, I had oysters to start and beef main, my wife had seafood (see photo) - so good! Rosé wine was good too. Service and food both fantastic. I read some of the previous reviews about the microlocation... 'nearby washing hung out of windows' etc but, for us, it was just 'real' Ibiza, not super manicured. If we wanted shiny and fake we would have gone to Dubai, so we liked the vibe, and would 100% recommend.

A hidden jewel of fine cuisine in Ibiza. Only few tables to feel like home. Service is full of kindness with terrific advices on local wine. Mettiamo 5 stelle perché di più non si può. Ogni volta che torniamo a Ibiza veniamo a mangiare in questo posticino, proprio sotto Dalt villa, riservato, romantico, cibo di ottima qualità, porzioni abbondanti e come si dice qui “todo hecho con amor”. Ci siamo innamorate del loro agnello servito con verdure e patate, la carne si scoglie in bocca. Nico vi accoglierà com cordialità e con amore, vi sentirete subito a casa. Stefy stupenda. Questo ristorante è un motivo in più per tornare a Ibiza!!! Consigliatissimo.

We ordered 2 oysters, ceviche, foie gras, and octopus. We were sitting at our table for over a 1.15 hours with just 1 thing of oysters and ceviche. We had to ask where the food was and they didn't seem to care. Waitress tried to help but with most cold dishes nothing was coming out. I've sat here to finish wine and watched the 2 after us not get any food for the last 15-20 minutes.

La personne qui reçoit les clients est très désagréable. je suis touriste ici et je suis arrivée en retard de 20min car mon bateau a fait un retard de 30min. De plus mon tel est éteint je n’ai pas pu prévenir .. le monsieur ne m’a pas accepté et propose d’attendre 20min sous condition que d’autres clients ne viennent pas. C’est absurde et loin d’être professionnel. En plus il arrêté pas de râler et fâché contre moi!

Sinceramente el peor restaurante donde estuve en Ibiza,La cerveza me la sirvieron en una lata sin copa y a 4€ una cerveza De Lata eso ya sería lamentable , Después vino el encargado tomarnos nota con mala forma y le pedimos una tabla de quesos para empezar y nos dice que si no vamos a pedir más que tiene un segundo turno completo (cuando no había nadie en el restaurante ) Y me dice que el queso que tienen que no está bueno que no lo fabrican allí y yo me lo tome a risa le pedí le cuenta pague la cerveza de lata y me fui 🤣lamentable experiencia les deseo mucha suerte

Le meilleur lieu pour venir manger à San Antonio! Service aux petits soins, carte de choix qui rencontre toutes les attentes et plats plus que délicieux.. le tout avec un rapport qualité/prix très appréciable pour ibiza.. je recommande !

Incredible food, everything was very tasty and the wine recommendation was delicious! Atmosphere is romantic and you get a very typical Ibiza towney feeling just meters away from the busy tourist streets, this feels very comfortable and real. Top top top !!! Du début à la fin un réel plaisir, c’est notre deuxième été à Ibiza et nous sommes venus chaque fois que l’on a pu !! Cuisine fraîche et de qualité ! Comida buenísima, el servicio nefasto. El primer restaurante que "se le ha agotado la cerveza" en el primer turno de cena. Increíble para un restaurante de esa categoría. Camareros ineficientes. El local y la terraza es acogedor, pero hay mal ambiente en la calle por el "trapicheo" y "desfase" de los transeúntes

Food was really good , price was good for the quality that u take at food. Service lets say can do a little bit better . Atmosphere was a disappointment, music mixed with other clubs and coming inside your head like u are at night club (this can be something that the store cant do something ) and for the prices they have, I don't believe that an air freshener can be an impossible investment.

Nourriture de qualité même si très cher.. ( prix similaire à Paris..) par contre gros bémol : LE SERVICE. Serveuse qui manque clairement de professionnalisme et/ou d’éducation. Elle nous a demandé 3x si nous souhaitions donner un pourboire et lorsque nous avons refusé ( au vu de son service), celle ci est devenue agressive et irrespectueuse. Déjà que quand nous lui avions demandé de répéter car nous avions mal compris, celle ci a répondu « je viens de vous le dire » .. pas terrible comme service où les prix sont 2x plus cher que dans les autres restaurants locaux.

Quel dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur de la nourriture ! Des le début, la serveuse est désagréable. Je lui demande ce qui accompagne l’agneau et elle me répond « des légumes, je viens de vous le dire ! ». L’aubergine en entrée était excellente et l’agneau à tomber par terre. Seul bémol, la purée à la truffe qui n’était vraiment pas bonne. Nous l’avons signalé et le patron a gentiment retiré celle-ci de la note. Cependant, surprise en voyant l’addition : on vous charge le pain que l’on vous met sur la table sans vous demander votre avis…on vous propose gentiment de l’eau…chargée, elle aussi, évidemment. Nous étions donc déjà refroidit lorsque nous avons vu ça mais alors le pire est à venir. Au moment de payer, nous divisons l’addition en deux. La serveuse nous demande si nous souhaitons laisser un pourboire pour le service. Étant donné qu’elle n’a pas été très agréable, nous lui répondons que non. Sur ce, elle nous dit à plusieurs reprises, agacée « ah vous ne me laissez rien ??? ». Elle est donc devenue encore plus désagréable. Jamais vu ça, un restaurant où on mendie les pourboires et où on devient presque agressive avec les clients qui refusent !! Quel dommage de gâcher une si bonne cuisine par le service…

The owner was very rude. We booked our table for 5 and when we arrived he did not have our table ready and gave our table away because only had 4 people arrived at the right time and one took 10 minutes more. We told him that it is normal to wait for a person in every restaurant is like that and he said in a bad way that we could go to another restaurant. I asked him where is this written rule that our table when we arrived 4 people and one 10 min late, we could not sit down and he replied that he does what he wants in his restaurant. Afterwards he made the food badly. Not recommended in ibiza there are thousands of better places !!!

My wife and I had a pleasant dinner at this restaurant. Located in ibiza old town it is definitely a place to try on a late night summer evening. The restaurant is French serving a Mediterranean style menu. We enjoyed the food from start to end. The bread with salted butter is delicious. We then had the steak tartare with bone marrow - again amazing. The duck on sweet potato pure - very tasty and so was the octopus (very tender not chewy at all). Service was slightly on the slow side but we were not in a rush so that was ok. Paid 90€ for 1 starter, 2 mains and no alcoholic beverages.

Exzellentes Essen. Das Lokal liegt leicht aus dem Trubel der Altstadt ist aber nur einge Strassen entfernt (2-3 Gehminuten) Absolut Empfehlenswert.

Das liebevoll und schick eingerichtete Restaurant bietet eine einladende Atmosphäre. Das aufmerksame und sympathische Personal sowie die großartigen Gastgeber sorgten dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Das Menü war von höchster Qualität und bot spanische Gerichte mit mediterranen und französischen Einflüssen, kombiniert mit südafrikanischer Raffinesse. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Speisen waren beeindruckend und machten den Abend zu einem kulinarischen Erlebnis.

We came here last minute and didn’t have a reservation but Nico was so accommodating and showed us a lovely bar to have a drink while they prepared our table, he then personally came and collected us and took us to our table. The food was absolutely delicious, we had steak tartare, ceviche and sea bass it was unbelievable. Best sea bass dish I have ever had. Beautiful view of the old town as well, highly recommend.

The restaurant is located in a quiet area far from the nosy streets. Very beautiful view on the castle by night. The menu is perfect, not too long not short. Focusing on quality not in quantity. We took the shrimps, the back Angus and a sea bass. All was perfectly executed by the argentin chef. Good wine selection as well. The waitresses speak French and very friendly! In summary, fully recommended restaurant. We will come back.

I had the worst service in this place. I ordered steak tartar on bone marrow. I asked for more bread. Both servers forgot about my table. The bone marrow became waxy. Still no bread. I reminded them multiple times. They didn’t care. I never finished my meal. The slowest service ever. I was planning to go back with my other group of friends but changed my mind . I won’t give this place my money for the service I received .

Durante nuestra estancia en ibiza , estuvimos en sa cova la primera noche , y dejamos para la última , volver a cenar en este pequeño restaurante en un rincón con encanto de dalt vila. Buena calidad de producto y excelente elaboración , acompañado de un servicio excelente y cordial por parte de los dos propietarios . Recomiendo a cualquier que venga a ibiza , visitar este restaurante , no se arrepentirá. Gracias por vuestra atención.

Tucked away in a busy area with amazing food. The staff was amazing and friendly and all of the food recommendations were great. Lamb, jamon, and sea bass were great and they were able to make just about any drink we could think of. Would go for a date night or a smaller more intimate dinner.

Alors j'ai du mal à expliquer ma note sur la cuisine. C'est bon mais cela reste simple : une planche de jambon 26€, 6 huîtres 29€ au final avec un bouteille de vin et un plat de plus par personne vous êtes à 150€. À 75€/pers c'est cher à mon sens. Après cette année les prix sur l'île sont fous. Après la petite place au coeur des rues gitanes est top, les serveur sont d'une gentillesse exemplaire, l'ambiance reste très familiale et ça c'est top.

Wir waren 8 Personen zum Abendessen dort, es hat alles sehr lange gedauert. Bis das Hauptgericht fertig war, sind über 2,5h vergangen. Als diese nun endlich ankamen, waren leider 2 von 6 Gerichte komplett kalt. Das Steak mit Beilage und die Ente mit Beklagten waren dadurch leider nicht mehr so genießbar.

Parfait rien à dire Un accueil chaleureux sans réservation ils ont réussi à trouver une place. La carte avec des prix légèrement supérieurs à la moyenne de l’île mais on peut largement s attendre à des prix bien plus onéreux après avoir gouté leur plat. Bref entrée plat dessert et même vins tout est délicieux je recommande 100 fois sans hésitation si on le cherche un resto intimiste avec une cuisine faite avec passion. Encore merci !!

Nous avons dîné à Sa Cova avec mon conjoint et ce fut une soirée exceptionnelle. Un lieu romantique, avec un service irréprochable et des plats exquis. Nous avons pris en entrée en ceviche, que je recommande et une souris d’agneau en plat servis avec un vin rouge d’exception. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires des lieux : Cyril et Nicolas qui ont rendu cette expérience inoubliable. En bref, je recommande.

Beautiful little restaurant, hidden in the back streets of Ibiza Old Town. The food was amazing, the best we ate all week. The seafood was fresh, the filet of beef was incredible. Reasonable prices for the food too (around €60 each for 2 courses and drinks). All in all I would highly recommend hunting this place down. I'd also try to book in advance, we were lucky to get a table, but it was fairly early in the evening.

Cenamos ceviche, gambas al ajillo, steak tartar y lubina salvaje, acompañados de una botella de Ribeiro. Al pescado del ceviche le faltaba sal. Las gambas al ajillo fueron 5 gambones fritos sobre una salsa de tomate, nada que ver con una receta clásica de gambas al ajillo. El steak tartar lo sirven sobre un tuétano caliente, algo inexplicable si tenemos en cuenta que es un plato que se come frío. Además el tuétano lo colocan sobre una base de sal gorda a modo de decoración, lo que significa que cuando cae un trozo de comida fuera (algo normal porque el tuétano es irregular) no te lo puedes comer por la sal. La lubina salvaje consiste en un trozo pequeño de lomo de lubina. La piel estaba sin desescamar. A mí me gusta la piel tostada del pescado, pero en este caso no me la pude comer. El restaurante no tiene cubiteras o enfriadores para el vino. El camarero tiene todas las botellas en una champañera grande en la puerta del local y va sirviendo cuando ve la copa vacía. Para mi esto representa un problema, bebes al ritmo que marca el camarero. En mi caso cuando esperé más de la cuenta para que me llenara la copa le dije que dejara la botella en la mesa, con lo que terminamos bebiendo vino tibio. Después de la experiencia con la comida y la bebida decidimos no pedir postre. Los precios son los propios de la zona, pero la relación calidad/precio me parece muy mejorable.

Ravissant emplacement de charme. Personnel et proprio tres pro tres sympas. Delicieux diner . Endroit ideal pr aller en couple ou comme moi avec mon amie. Sommes arrivees en retard car tres loin du parking du port et pas si facile a trouver. Mon conseil:prevoyez du temps pr vs garez. Ca en vaut largement la peine. Et si on arrive en retard...la place est prise! Bcp de charme et de gentillesse. Merci pr la belle soiree. Les deux amies belges de jeudi dernier.

Niché dans la vieille ville, avec jolie vue et au calme. Accueil chaleureux et service sympathique. Belle carte de cuisine méditerranéenne aux accents français comme les propriétaires et produits de qualité. Belle carte de vins. Un endroit délicieux où il fait bon flâner en terrasse !

My new favourite Ibiza restaurant. Food was beautifully presented, and delicious. Service was wonderful, attentive and friendly while giving you the right amount of space to enjoy your meal. They were happy to make an adjustment to the aubergine dish to make it vegetarian for me. Will definitely be back.

Amazing spot nestled in the narrow alleyways of the old town with the castle walls visible in the background. Food was incredible, presented beautifully, fresh local food, small but incredibly varied and unique menu. Waiters were very professional and attentive, very knowledgeable about the menu and discussed everything on the menu in detail presentation-style before we started, in fluent english. Was relatively expensive but absolutely worth it given the level of food and service you receive, and the unique menu options you may not find anywhere else in Ibiza

Cambios en la cocina? Porque de la última visita a ahora algo ha cambiado y por desgracia no a mejor. El sitio es una monería , el rinconcito de la terraza tiene muchísimo encanto. Los camareros/dueños? Son super atentos, educados, elegantes y agradables. Pero en los platos se nota un descenso en la calidad de las elaboraciones, no del producto. Pedimos el ceviche. Insulso, sin esa tensión de la fibras por el ácido del limón y la lima. La leche de tigre muy básica y nada reseñable. Los granos de granada inapreciables y minúsculos. El steak tartar solo sabía a mostaza. Muy descompensado. Cortado a maquina dejando mucha fibra a la vista y haciendo un pseudo pasta desmereciendo el plato. La lubina con el cremoso de coliflor buenísima. Pero con restos de escamas y alguna espina. De la tarta tatin nada que decir pues estaba buenísima dando el cierre dulce.

We visit spontaneously this Restaurant and were very surprised. In a side Street in the near of the Castle de Eivissa you find Sa Cova with a small Menu but enjoyable and always changing. From the starters to the dessert we were convinced of everything. The Restaurant is very cozy with his small terrace. Not only the food is amazing but also the service. The 2 waiters ( propiertors?) were very friendly , attentive and with lot of love for there work.I can only recommend this Restaurant and we are thanking the Sa Cova team for this nice evening.

Comida realmente rica, con una presentación elaborada y platos realmente originales y sabrosos, en un sitio muy agradable ideal para una cena romántica. La atención de sus dos dueños franceses ha sido de 10, muy amables y comunicativos y nos aconsejaron bien en todo momento. El precio nos ha parecido alto (55€/persona sin pedir botella de vino o postre) si bien la experiencia lo ha valido. Volveremos

Posizionato appena dietro le vie più caotiche della Città Vecchia, una sorpresa notevole: cucina franco-peruviana, piatti ben curati e dai sapori incredibili, servizio superlativo, insomma perfetto. Siamo stati davvero bene, spendendo il giusto.

Sa Cova ist bei jedem Ibiza Trip ein Muss für uns. Ein kleines, aber sehr feines Juwel im Gastro-Jungel von Ibiza. Das Essen ist immer von bester Qualität, die Bedienung super freundlich und das Ambiente auf der Terasse mit einem super Ausblick auf die Kathedrale Nuestra Señora de las Nieves runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier top, man erhält wirklich sehr viel für sein Geld.

Super restaurant: joue de porc avec une sauce banane/ et ingrédients péruviens EXCELENT! Viande super tendre: on voit que le restaurateur aime son métier et cela fait plaisir à voir! Petit bémol sur la tarte tatin qui n'as aucun intérêt et qui surtout paraît revisitée :)

Always a highlight for our trip to ibiza. The food is incredible and the waiting staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. The ambience is also very special. The ceviche is the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excesivamente caro para lo que ofrecen Los platos son ridículamente pequeños, creo que no es necesario... La verdad que para tener una cocinera del nivel del cual presumen esperaba más... El producto sí es bueno. El ceviche es exactamente igual que el de Pink Monkey de Madrid y no es tan caro... El solomillo sin más, por su precio espera que al comerlo fuera más estilo mantequilla, pero no es así. La guarnición bastante mejorable. Me gusta mucho ir a restaurantes de comida fusión y fuimos a este por las reseñas y por lo que a priori ofrecían, pero la verdad que muy decepcionada. Lo que sí es verdad que el sitio tiene encanto, la carta es muy curiosa porque te van acercando a una pizarra en una silla y te lo van explicando. Ellos lo hacen con una gracia especial. Destacar en positivo que los dos camareros franceses que nos atendieron, la atención es de 10. Son amables y un encanto. Una atención al cliente para nosotros perfecta.

Un tesoro en el corazón de Ibiza town, cocina de autora de alta calidad y frescura, a los que somos apasionados del buen comer y buscamos sitios que tengan personalidad, es nuestro sitio! Muy bien logrado autentico con un servicio excepcional y simpático. Vistas maravillosas, poesía. Quiero destacar la carta de vinos una selección muy refinada, y correcta para el menú. Las otras con la salsa Nikkei imperdibles, explosión de sabores, navajas gratinadas demasiado bien logradas, y el bacalao me sorprendió en como la chef le dio un toque personal dándole tanta fuerza a un pescado tan noble. Gracias por la experiencia!

I ordered razor class appetizer and turbot fish entree. The clams were a small portion. The turbot is a flat fish.i was given cod the other cheaper fish on there menu. It was all skin and bones. The server dropped it and left and never came back giving me no chance to complain. The fish came with nothing but a small line of spinach. I left starving. The bill should have been 51 e. But he charged 55e. The owner pads the bill. No one ever came back to ask me how dinner was. I believe they write there own reviews

Muy mala experiencia con el servicio de los camareros, muy groseros y arrogantes a pesar de que tú les trates con respeto y educación. Por lo que veo no es un hecho puntual ya que muchas bajas puntuaciones dicen lo mismo. Además no gestionan bien las reservas y te sientan 40 minutos después de la hora que te han dado, los cuales esperamos pacientemente y amablemente por nuestra parte. Nos trataron de una manera tan fea que nos fuimos sin llegar a pedir.

J’avais fêté mon anniversaire avec des amis ici en mai 2019 et c’était très bien, j’avais à l’époque laissé 5*. De retour à Ibiza en juin 2022, j’avais hâte de faire découvrir cet endroit à mes amies. Malheureusement cette fois malgré notre réservation le samedi soir nous avons dû attendre 45 min pour avoir une table. Pas de verre offert, juste une invitation à « aller faire un tour plus loin ». Ça n’aurait pas été très grave si les deux serveurs avaient été agréables. Mais ce soir là, l’un d’eux a été très insultant et nous avons dû partir car nous nous sentions très mal à l’aise. Apparemment ici c’est ok d’avoir des grosses blattes qui se baladent entre et au-dessus des tables et de mal parler à des clients. La terrasse ne fait pas tout. À 30€ le plat vous trouverez beaucoup mieux à Ibiza.

Camareros bordes y arrogantes. Se portaron tan mal que nos tuvimos que ir después de haber esperado 40min por la mesa que habíamos reservado. Se nota que ya no hay Covid y que algunos restaurantes ya no necesitan tratar bien a sus clientes para llenar sus terrazas… Una vergüenza.

J'ai réservé pour un groupe pour dîner un samedi soir, ils étaient RAVIS! Cyril a accueilli l'équipe chaleureusement, la table était joliment dressée avec des fleurs et les plats raffinés. Le lieu avec vue a aussi beaucoup retenu leur attention. C'était leur dernière soirée sur l'île et ils en gardent un merveilleux souvenirs. Restaurante pequeño pero maravilloso, unas vistas alucinantes y un servicio impecable , muy majos los camareros y la cocinera , pedimos un ceviche exquisito, un tataki de buey tremendo, para mi su mejor plato , unas navajas al horno gratinadas con ají amarillo y de postre el coco-coliflor, una mezcla de coliflor, coco y caramelo salado que sorprende. Volveremos sin duda.

Un pequeño bistro en la zona de la muralla de Ibiza. Sus dueños, franceses los dos, son encantadores, te explican la carta plato por plato Cenamos un tatami de buey y anguila, unas navajas al horno con una salsa por encima, y de segundo un bacalao cocinado a baja temperatura con salsa de vino blanco y crema y un solomillo. Espectacular todo. Es un lugar con encanto en pleno centro de la Vila pero alejado del bullicio 100% recomendable. Es una cita ineludible cuando vamos a Ibiza.

The food was awesome from start to finish. My steak was not "on point" as described by me and suggested by the very polite waiter but instead rare. However it was super tasty and of great quality, so I didn't mind. My friend's food was was perfect. What I actually did mind was the fact that after our main course we were basically ignored by the staff. To a point where our "thank you, good bye" was ignored and we had to wonder, if we did something wrong. Which I hope we didn't. As Google stars seem to be off on Ibiza I go for 4* instead of 5. (I normally only give 5* or nothing.)

Une magnifique surprise ! Petit restaurant avec vue sur la citadelle, une cuisine exquise; tellement bien vendue par les deux gérants Cyril et Nico. On a passé un merveilleux moment, on y est retournée deux soir de suite, et c’était une explosion de saveurs à chaque fois. Je ne peux que recommander !

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! We’ve spent the week visiting Ibiza’s most recommended dining venues and this was, for us, the best by far! Fantastic service from the highly passionate owners and the very talented chief. We would particularly recommend the pork cheeks which were creative and phenomenal. My wife and I had an amazing meal here. Everything was perfect. Peruvian-French fusion in a warm bistro setting with lots of character. Perfect fusion of flavors with incredible balance and execution. I highly recommend this restaurant. Service was great too; friendly and relaxed, not stuffy. I’m going back tonight.

Bin immer wieder begeistert von dem Restaurant. Würde sogar fast so weit gehen und sagen, es hat Michelin Charakter. Eigentlich kann man alles empfehlen, doch herausragend schmeckt mir das Filet. Letztes Mal sogar mit Gold Staub serviert bekommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Delicious and super friendly. We discovered this place by chance, and lucky we were, the food is just delicious, the Peruvian chef cooks a mix of french and Peruvian food that is simply amazing. The french owner and his staff are very friendly and the whole place is just charming and romantic for a dinner for two. Definitely recommend this place. Way better than all the bohemian cliché restaurants we were recommended in Ibiza and that are overpriced for the quality your get. Oh yes and the wine is great.

Everything there looks and tastes awesome. We always like to sit beside the kitchen❤️ inside you have the chance to sit beside the chef and watch and the cooking and have a chat with the chef. The Seabass crevice was maybe the best we ever had 🥂

The food was amazing, best we had to this day in Ibiza! And will happily recommend it to friends & family. It is not typical Spanish/Ibizan food, but Peruvian meets French. We were lucky to eat here, since there was a no show. So tip: make a reservation!

Be careful the owner charged me in the wrong currency and overcharged me and refused to give a refund. Make sure to charge your card in euros, or you will overpay. I was overcharged 22 euros, not a lot of money but very petty and common practice here in Ibiza. Owner refused to cancel the transaction.

When we enter the amount of your bill (in euro), after that, the machine offers you the possibility to be charge in your own currency($), or the local currency (€),you did choose to be charge in your own currency($)! The amount of the bill remains the same, the machine is making the actual conversion itself and you did not have to pay more from the actual bill. If you have any doubt please email our office at [email protected] We’ll be more then happy to show you and provide you all the receipt as well as the bill, that will match the local currency. I go for dinner there every time I am on the island. It's one of Ibiza's secrets. Very good food, sophisticated and excellent product quality. It is just a unique place, with a lot of love and very nice staff. The wine list is small, but exciting every year.

The food was great, the dishes were delicious, the combination of flavours and how well each part of the ingredients are cooked and seasoned. The downside was that we ordered a steak cooked “blue” and they served it medium/rare, the chef came to the table unimpressed by our request for the meat to be changed (when our request was very clear from the very beginning). It was disappointing as the experience had been great so far. They served the 2nd time the steak cooked perfectly “blue” as we wanted it. All in all, this is a must come in the old town of Ibiza. We enjoyed every single dish!!

Petit restaurant sur les hauteurs. Repas délicieux et créatif. Joue de porc un délice....service impeccable et serveurs très sympathiques. N hésitez pas a réserver car peu de tables. Manque d éclairage ...un peu plus de luminosité et ce serait parfait.

I had dinner at Sa Cova during my short stay in Ibiza, and it made me regret going back home the next day - I will definitely be returning to this wonderful restaurant where the creativity of the menu (hats off to Begoña) is only rivalled by the kindness of all the staff and their joy at sharing good food and good vibes. Tout simplement exceptionnel. De l'accueil au dessert c'est un sans fautes... Un 21/20 au bac... Une présentation des plats formidable, choisissez votre langue, français, anglais, espagnol, italien, allemand.... Des plats d'une originalité et d'une saveur à tomber (la cheffe est péruvienne), un dessert surprenant au chou-fleur délicieux, comme tout le reste. Certainement une de mes plus belles expériences culinaires depuis longtemps. On n'oublie pas la carte des vins qui va avec tout le reste. Merci pour votre accueil, et on espère vous retrouver lors de notre prochaine venue à Ibiza.

Je ne sais par où commencer : sans doute la meilleure expérience culinaire de toute ma vie ! Des serveurs très compétents et sympathiques, qui prennent le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions et de prendre nos impressions sur chacun des plats. De la nourriture délicieuse, et une cuisine gastronomique et originale, permettant de découvrir des assortiments de saveurs jusqu’alors inconnus (dessert au chou fleur finalement délicieux par exemple). Pour la qualité des mets, le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Je recommande fortement bien sûr

Platos sabrosos y raciones más bien pequeñas. Cocina mezcla peruana y francesa. Tienen una carta limitada y se nota que el producto es fresco. Los camareros súper amables. Las vistas de la terraza decepcionantes, el interior debe ser más bonito, pero en épocas covid, ¿quién se arriesga? Aún así, un buen restaurante.

Best food we have had in the island. We have taken also several different group of friends with us after the first time and they have loved it each time. The place is the perfect balance of intimate, good quality food and great wine. The chef definitely knows what she is doing and the two guys that run it are super accommodating and friendly. I also think it is very well priced considering the produce and the experience. Could not recommend enough!

Mon commentaire est basé sur deux expériences durant mon séjour en couple à Ibiza. Un endroit intimiste dans la vieille ville d’Ibiza. Un service personnalisé et extrêmement sympathique. Le cadre est parfait pour les amoureux de la pierre. La nourriture est exceptionnelle avec une touche donnée par une cheffe péruvienne extraordinaire. Merci! Deuxième fois dans ce restaurant en 5 jours ! Tout était absolument parfait ! Le service est impeccable, les propriétaires adorables, la cuisine mériterait une étoile Michelin tellement les saveurs et les accords sont maîtrisés ! Un vrai régal, mon restaurant préféré de l’île. Je reviendrai à coup sûr lors de mon prochain séjour à Ibiza.

No puede ser que por una "ensalada" de burrata y verduras que era mas que un plato una tapa cobren 15€ y por 6 vieiras a la plancha 25. Me parece bien que en ibiza se alimenten de guiris pero los precios del sitio son desorbitados, mas de estrella Michelin que de un restaurante del casco de Ibiza.

Difícil de encontrar, pero vale mucho la pena, queda en la parte exterior del castillo de Ibiza, por si le sirva a alguien la referencia. Carta muy cuidada y "realizada" con mucho cariño, como la atención y el servicio recibido.

Un sitio estupendo. La carta es pequeña pero más que suficiente. Recomendamos pedir el pato, esta buenísimo!! Los dueños son muy majos y se nota que les gusta su trabajo. Recomendamos ir sin lugar a dudas!!

En un restaurante llamado “Sa Cova” no esperas que el camarero te mire con cara de no-entender-nada cuando le pides mesa en catalán. “Que teniu taula per sopar?” Debería ser una frase comprensible si tienes un restaurante en baleares. Castellano, inglés y francés perfecto, eso sí. La comida está buena.

Probably the best restaurant in Ibiza: the tiradito with a parmesan touch was almost pornographic, the ceviche was a first class flight to Peru and the lubina with the parsnip pure was simply one of the best plates I’ve had so far in Europe

Excelente lugar para comer. Carta muy rica y de buena calidad y excelente atención por parte de sus propietarios. Quizás un poco elevado el precio pero merece la pena por su buena calidad y servicio y justo en el centro de Ibiza junto a las murallas.

INCREDIBLE food. Fresh products perfectly cooked (I highly recommend the ceviche, fish and duck).The perfect spot if you are after a bit of authenticity in Ibiza. The location is great as it offers a romantic view of the citadel. Spanish small town atmosphere. Drinks are great too, wide variety of quality beers, the Sa Cova home made cocktail is a must try.

The food is really good, the setting is nice (a bit hidden from the main streets in Dalt Vila) but what what sets this place apart is the people who run it. Their service is exquisite and they genuinely want to make sure you have an enjoyable evening. For us, who just had some unpleasant experiences with the general attitude in Ibiza to try to rip you off, this was a finally a place where you could relax and enjoy dinner. Why can't more places be like this?

Nice restaurant in a more quiet street in Ibiza town (pretty small so smart to make a reservation). The beef filet is one of the best we had for dinner during our holiday. Super friendly staff!

Local pequeño pero curioso y agradable. El personal mut atento, al cocinero lo ves trabajar mientras comes y eso te da cierta confianza. La carta no es muy extensa pero los platos son sabrosos sin grandes pretensiones y con cantidades mas que razonables. Lo recomiendo.

À quelques pas de l’entrée de la vieille ville, avec une jolie vue sur celle-ci, les propriétaires de Sa cova vous réservent un accueil chaleureux et un excellent service accompagnant des plats frais et délicieusement cuisinés. À ne surtout pas rater si vous passez à Eivissa!!!!

Great place to have amazing or even romantic dinner. Nice stuff which is creating warm atmosphere. They have nice selection of wine and what's the most important delicious food. Pleasure to find that kind of place in overcrowded Ibiza.

Just a splendid experience in the so beautiful Ibiza ! The place is adorable. The dishes were delicious ( specially the « ceviche » and the « mousse au chocolat »). The team is very nice. And what a view on Dalt Villa. To be recommended surely but book your table in advance.

Ein tolles Restaurant! Klasse Atmosphäre, sehr freundliche Bedienung und hervorragendes Essen! Die Karte - eine mit Kreide beschriebene Tafel, die vor dem Tisch aufgebaut wird - ist übersichtlich, was bereits ein Indiz für die hervorragende Qualität des Essens ist. Die Portionen sind zwar nicht riesig, aber man wird satt. Günstig ist es hier nicht unbedingt. Aber die Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Für Kinder ist die Speisekarte vermutlich nicht geeignet. Chicken Nuggets mit Pommes und Ketchup gibt es hier nicht.

Amazing dining experience. Great food and great service and it was all the more perfect as it was a Saturday night and the whole area and the food felt very romantic. Staff where great and just made a great evening all in all. Definitely will return if I find myself back on the island.

Es un pequeño restaurante, a 2 cuadras del puerto, muy bien atendido y con una excelente cocina, todo es muy rico. Recomendación : los boquerones, el pato y la lubina

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen war köstlich und schnell serviert. Der Inhaber gab uns noch einige Tipps bzgl. Bars und weiteren Restaurants. Auf jedem Fall witer zu empfehlen.

Location is excellent - quiet and romantic. Food is amazing!!! The service is friendly and fast. Reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Will be visiting again. Really a hidden gem of Ibiza.

The restaurant is very well located in a super charming little street - you can see the top the old town from the terrace which is nice. The food is delicious and plates are classy. Very much recommended for a nice date or good evening between friends ! A+

Absolute gem. The staff is wonderful and the food is out of this world. French influenced Spanish food. Menu changes daily based on season and produce availability. We will be back!
