Empezamos pidiendo unas jarras de cerveza bien fresquitas para ir abriendo apetito mientras admirábamos el mar y escuchábamos las olas. Pedimos para comer hamburguesa mexicana 8/10 y spageti carbonara 7/10 Atención de 10 y calidad precio de la comida por la cantidad que te ponen está bien.

Such a wonderful restaurant! We started our day here before exploring the city, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The staff was incredibly kind, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The view is stunning, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day. If our accommodation had been here, we would have come every single morning! ☀️🍳

Extremely bad restaurant, very poor service. We waited 20 minutes to be served. At first, a waitress approached us and said her colleague would come shortly to take our order. When the colleague finally arrived, she told us she had to clean the table because it was full and reserved for the next guests. There was no sign anywhere indicating the table was reserved. The table was clearly available and covered in empty glasses from previous guests when we sat down. She should have told us much earlier that it wasn’t available, because we lost valuable time for lunch — and now the Spanish fiesta break is starting. The menu is extremely limited, with nothing special to choose from. Even the food that other guests were served looked unappetizing and the portions were very small. Avoid this place!

We arrived and there was no staff at the entrance to help us find a table, so we seated ourselves at the first available one. We waited around 15 minutes before a waiter acknowledged us. Then, unexpectedly, we were told that the table was reserved and that there were no other available tables – even though several were clearly free, both outside and inside. The staff was disorganized and made us feel very unwelcome. This was by far the worst hospitality experience I’ve had in Spain and I've been many times.

It was probably the best place we've seen during our vacation in this region. It was very tasty - great quality and quantity at a very reasonable price.

On nous a servi la mauvaise commande, de plus on a voulu nous facturer des choses qu’on avait pas commandé. Les burgers sont sans plus et les frites surgelées sont en supplément surprise.

This is our fourth time having lunch here and every time we are so impressed. I recommend the goat cheese salad or fried cheese curds for an appetizer. We both love their schnitzel, but the fish specials are also of note. Great job, love it!

We visited Puur three times and each time we really enjoyed the food, the layout, the service and the attention to detail. I have had a number of abroad English breakfasts and Puur served the best. I highly recommend this place.

We took our family—two adults, two kids—to PUUR and it was a fantastic experience! Villajoyosa has some great restaurants, but this beachfront gem truly stands out. The food was delicious; the kids raved about their burgers, and the chicken special with mushrooms and cheese was a highlight, especially with the sea breeze adding to the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel so welcome. Easily the best service we’ve had here! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend snagging a table by the seafront!

We had to book, a reservation is needed for lunch. Nice fancy restaurant with polite helpful staff. Food looks great but for us a simple calamari dish was not great, the skin/membrane made them chewy. A little expensive too.

Visited here a few times during our 5 day stay in Villajoyosa. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the Aperol Spritz is the best I’ve ever had! My partner and I had tempura prawns and they were amazing. We also had breakfast here during our stay, salmon, poached eggs and avocado on toast was exceptional. Would highly recommend 🌟

El sitio muy bonito pero al sentarnos en la terraza nos han dicho que no se puede fumar en ella aunque no sea terraza tapada. Indican que es por la supuesta ley que va a entrar en vigor cuando ni siquiera está confirmado que así sea ni tampoco tienen señalización en el local. Zona con poco aparcamiento y de pago, finalmente tuvimos que irnos después de habernos desplazado expresamente para desayunar allí.

Nothing is too much trouble at this excellent restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes, reservations are necessary but if you are flexible with your times the staff will do their utmost to find you a table. The menu is varied, the daily special board features fish, chicken and beef dishes which are excellent value and delicious. Desserts are amazing, especially the apple pie which is served with cream and ice cream. The location is superb with a wonderful view of the beach and ocean.

Przez cały wyjazd nie mogliśmy się wstrzelić w żadną restaurację, dopóki nie trafiliśmy tutaj. Rozpoczynając od bardzo miłej obsługi, kończąc na rozsądnym rachunku, zdecydowanie mogę polecić restaurację. Ja miałem przyjemność zjedzenia okonia morskiego w sosie krewetkowym, który był przepyszny. Nic dodać, nic ując, wszystko pięknie podane. Nawet jeśli jesteśmy z dziećmi, to młody wcinał nuggetsy zadowolony, a jest wybredny. Jeżeli kiedyś będę wracał do Alicante, z pewnością wsiąde w auto i odwiedzę te restaurację ponownie!

Incredibly arrogant behaviour from the manager, who made it very clear that we - with child - were not welcome. Instead, we were turned away with the words that all seats were reserved (and she did not offer any alternatives or made any efforts to find some seats, maybe even later that day). At the same time, other people - without children/ without a reservation - were allocated a seat. Fortunately, we ended up somewhere else where everyone is welcome.

Buen restaurante a la orilla de la playa, la comida buena regentado creo por ingleses, pero lo que no me gustó fue que no llevan orden en las comandas, sirvieron mesas antes que ha nosotros,eso hasta puede ser normal,pero lo que es indignante es que el día que fui llegaron tres chicas españolas y les dijeron que la cocina "estaba" ya cerrada lógico no? , pero esto es lo que me molestó,que después llegaron dos parejas, supuestamente inglesesas,y a para ellos sorprendentemente la cocina estaba abierta, luego decimos que somos racistas,mas teníamos que ser, ahí queda eso

Overall - the best lunch place in La Vila! Good variety on the menu. Flawless food and it is not expensive. I have had lunch here since they opened and the quality is superb. Location from the beach is great and the speed for serving is what you want 😀 My recommendation is: Chicken Burger Seabass Chicken breast. Always good food and this is why you have to book a table.

Busy little restaurant, well worth the walk along the shoreline, or even a short drive out from Benidorm. Lots of salads or burgers, but the specials are top-notch We had seared tuna steak in teriyaki sauce, and chicken breast stuffed with bacon, pineapple and gorgonzola. Both absolutely excellent. Chips were freshly cooked, not reheated. Would normally add an extra star for bringing our little dog a bowl of water too! Minor criticism, the chicken was overcooked and dry, but the pineapple was fresh and helped with that. 11/10 would definitely recommend. The one star reviews are all from people who just turned up without booking. You can see when you get there that most tables are pre-booked. Would definitely phone ahead

Espectacular! Local en primera línea de playa, nos sentamos en la terraza y la vista era espectacular, la atención estupenda y la comida de 10!! La cerveza estaba helada, y de comer nos pedimos las albóndigas, los calamares (los cuales eran frescos y no congelados), el camembert frito y todo estaba delicioso!! Es que hasta la ensalada que decoraba los platos estaba buena. Delicioso todo!! Vale 100% la pena.

Stopped here for lunch during a walk along the beachfront. Warm welcome from staff and lucky to get in before it filled up for lunch. Tuna special was very good and overall the experience was top notch. A great setting directly overlooking the beach.

Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, obsługa bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku. Kalmary z przystawek rewelacja. Ryba dnia - miecznik bardzo smaczny i ładnie podany. Nawet nuggetsy dla dzieciaków były uczciwie zrobione z kawałka mięsa, a nie z przemysłowej mielonki z paznokciami ;) Wszystko bardzo smaczne.

The rudest, most obnoxious manageress I’ve encountered in 30 years of dining. We enquired where our sandwiches were after 30 mins (I suspect the order had been lost),. She waved me away and said ‘can’t you see we’re busy, look at the terrace we’re busy’. And walked off to take an order from another table. The other waitresses looked embarrassed and sort of apologized. I paid for the two orange juices and left the sandwiches half made. The excuse given was ‘we only have a small kitchen’. Had it have been a man who spoke to me like that….

We had the baguettes with fries and a nice cold beer. The homemade tiramisu was sinfully delicious. The view was fantastic. Recommend reserving a table as it gets busy.

No puedo dar opinión sobre la calidad del servicio puesto que no me pude ni sentar, de hecho dicen que está todo reservado pero por lo que observé, no es cierto, ya que fueron otros y si les atendieron, casualmente eran extranjeros todos, y he visto algún otro comentario donde dice que no le dejaron entrar que estaba reservado o sea que es una práctica repetitiva.

Very disappointed today went in at 1615 for a salad and a few drinks and told no more food as the kitchen closed at 5 was only 2 other tables in the restaurant who were ordering and they would only serve them had driven 1 hour for food. 45 mins surely enough to make a salad and have 2drinks?

All in all, one of THE best resturants ( if not THE N01) in Vila Joyosa).

Vi har spist på Puur siden de åpnet og har aldri vært skuffet over maten og servicen. Var der idag etter en lang pause. Spiste " Catch og the day", veldig god fisk med en lekker salat med god dressing og pommes frites. Smakte helt nydelig. Og betjeningen er så proffe og serviceinnstilt. I don't normally do many 5 stars but we had such a pleasant lunch at PUUR that it had to be 5 stars. Great menu choice and really friendly staff. The baked camembert, chicken salad and burger we had were delicious and some of the pasta dishes we saw coming out looked really nice too. Will definitely visit again when in Villajoyosa.

The menu is in English, spanish and Dutch. Food and service is good and all at a very reasonable price. I would say this would be my go to for breakfast if I am in the area. Definitely recommended.

Not many places open in February so we were glad to be seated inside. We were just going to have coffee but the menu sounded delicious so we had lunch, a burger and a baguette. Great multi lingual staff, cosy atmosphere and fab views, I'd definitely return 👍👍👍

Een plezier om daar te eten . We worden zo vriendelijk ontvangen door de dame des huizes Esmee , en hebben met heel veel geluk een tafeltje kunnen bemachtigen in de zon , uit de wind . Ik denk dat het toch beter is om te reserveren op voorhand . Er is een zeer uitgebreide kaart , maar ook suggesties. Wij opteren voor de filet van dorade ( lekker ) en voor mij de gegrilde tonijn ook zeer lekker ( mocht voor mij iets minder gebakken zijn ) , beide borden zeer verzorgd en meer dan voldoende . Enkel een dame blanche , met warme chocoladesaus , om te delen kon er nog bij . Ook nog een dikke pluim voor chantal , die ook met de glimlach de klanten bediende. Wij gaan terug .

The food was very good(we had baguette pollo with an egg filling and chicken nuggets)! Great interaction by the staff and very courteous! In spite of reaching there close to their break time, they still accommodated our orders very patiently. Would definitely love to visit again! Other reviews are correct, the breakfast was excellent, big portions, tasted great, breakfast was around 9 euros, I doubt you'd find better round here. Update Visited a week later for lunch, it was busy and people were being turned away so think about booking. I had a burger which was excellent, tasty and succulent with a very generous portion of fries. My wife had the goats cheese salad which was also very good. Other people's food also looked excellent, this may well be the best place to eat at in Vilajoyosa

Tasty burger, very generous portion. I had the "Purr" burger, with delicious toppings (the meat itself standard, nothing to write home about). Taking the chips -- I had big eyes... But they're good. Friendly, English speaking service. And vibe is chilled out. Fair prices: more or less what you'd expect from a beach facing venue. Someday I'll come again to try other things on the menu.

Wir hatten gestern einen wunderbaren Abend im Puur. Das Ambiente ist angenehm, unser Essen war ausgezeichnet. Absolut TOP war unsere Servicekraft Esme. Sehr freundlich, bemüht, aufmerksam. Besser kann man seinen Job nicht machen und es stimmte wirklich alles: exquisites Essen und hervorragender Service.

Caesar-Salat war nicht gut...viel Dressing. Das Entrecot war zäh, was bestimmt am Fleischstück lag, nicht am Koch. Es wurde auch anstandslos ausgetauscht und mit einem Filetsteak aufgewertet, was sehr lecker war. Die weibliche Bedienung war sehr, sehr freundlich.

El sitio no está mal, la comida estaba buena, pero el servicio fue pésimo. Tenían sitio dentro y no nos dejaron entrar (decían que las mesas estaban reservadas pero nuestra comida fue de 14.30 a 16 y allí no entro nadie) y tuvimos que comer fuera al sol en agosto. Vinieron a tomar nota y no lo teníamos decidido así que les pedí un minuto más. Volvieron a venir y todavía no nos habíamos decantado, por lo que la camarera me miró con cara de asco y sin decir nada se largó y se olvidó de nuestra mesa. Vino gente a comer después de que nosotros pidiéramos y les sirvieron primero. Le pido otra botella de agua y otra vez la camarera me mira con cara de malas pulgas y por último se pone a limpiar las mesas de al lado echando spray al aire y nos cayó todo a nosotros en el cuerpo y comida. Horrible, no vuelvo! He de decir que habían dos camareras una rubia y una morena. La que nos ofreció un mal servicio fue la morena.

Leuke zaak, top lokatie. Goed eten en fijne (Nederlandse) bediening. Eenmaal lunch gehad, salade carpaccio en broodje carpaccio, was echt heerlijk. Eenmaal diner, zalm echt uitstekend gebakken! Varkenshaas, had iets meer rose gemogen. De sauzen waren top hollandaise (iets te veel) lekkere rode wijnsaus bij de varkenshaas. Prima huiswijnen. Voor deze locatie goede prijzen.

Nice place to have a short stop for breakfast, lunch or drinks. Good quality of food. Service good be a bit faster. Some things, like for example the Apple pie is quite expensive!

Lekker eten, zowel lunch als diner, goeie cortado en erg sympathieke eigenaren en bediening. We gaan het ontbijt ook nog proberen! Perfecte ligging direct aan het strand. Alle 5 de sterren dubbel en dwars waard!

The food is incredibly good, especially the swordfish. The service was 10/10; mainly because they go the extra mile of having the menu in English and the staff speak some English (admittedly not great that we spoke no Spanish). Location is great as it's right on the beach and 10 min from the apartments we stayed in. Definitely worth it :)

Excellent restaurant! Une très bonne trouvaille. Nous y avons mangé 3 fois, les hamburgers sont un délice, les frites super. Nous avons goûté les nachos aussi, très bon, ainsi que le wrap au poulet. Le service est top, la serveuse toujours souriante, attentionnée. Une vue sur la mer quand on mange en terrasse. Les prix sont plus que corrects étant donné la qualité des produits!!! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, et nous recommandons fortement cet endroit
