You are not impressing anyone with your total lack of disregard for other road users and pedestrians. I will keep writing negative reviews and post them as long as you keep breaking the law. 10/8/20 approx 16:30. One of the Vicens Evoque cars with blonde haired woman tore trough Les Fonts de Benitachell Urbanisation. This Urbanisation is being spoilt by people using it as a cut through and their own personal race track. If you advertise your company on a car you need to be professional in all aspects of your conduct so please either use the CV-740 if you need to go over 40km/h or respect the speed limit within a built up area.

Very professionals, helpful in the matter of spanish urbanistic regulations. My house was advertised one day and sold right away. So pleased to be assisted across spanish burocracy.

Adding this to a post I left around a year ago to say that the aftercare from the team at Vicens Ash has been fantastic. It's been a massive help to us given the current circumstances where travel isn't possible. If they're this good with buyers I imagine they're exceptional with sellers. They'll certainly be our first port of call if we decide to move at any point! Excellent assistance from Steve with viewings, and Lucy and Faye with our property purchase, all of whom were supported with an approachable and knowledgeable team. Very impressed.

We purchased our villa in Javea, El Rafalet through Vicens Ash back in November 2015, so this review is a long time coming!! I have nothing but praise for the team at Vicens Ash. They were fantastic and were always available for any questions or queries we had. We had a few hairy moments sorting out the mortgage through the Spanish bank but throughout the nerve wracking wait Vicens Ash were patient and very helpful. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy their dream home in Spain. The beauty of going to Vicens Ash over other estate agents (and trust me there are many out there and we went to LOTS of them) is their knowledge and professionalism is by far superior to all of the other agents we encountered. Having been established as a family run business for over 20 years now they know their stuff and can also assist with all other aspects of buying in Spain, such as recommending the notary/lawyer, bank for a competitively priced mortgage etc. Even once you have purchased your home they can provide details of recommended builders, pool cleaners or anything else you may need! The Vicens Ash team were very helpful from the word go. After our initial viewings we gradually changed our brief and finished up with something completely different to what we envisaged at the start. None of our changes fazed them at all and we were offered plenty of properties that they considered might fit our bill and were only too happy to show us around so we could find the place that best suited us. The team kept in touch when we were in UK not sure of what we wanted o do and then as we returned to Spain and homed in on the type of property and made our final decision they were always on hand for numerous visits. Once our decision was made, the whole process was kept simple for us, with VA liasing with the other parties involved, giving us advice and keeping us up to date on progress. At the final stages we were handed the full pack with who was doing what regarding connections to services and when we could expect to see our first bills. Vakkundig, vriendelijk, uiterst behulpzaam, goed ingevoerd in de lokale markt, deskundig, snel en vlot reagerend, alle tijd nemend en gevend aan ons als kopers. Ook wij als Nederlanders konden met ons Nederlands prima terecht vanwege de Nederlandse medewerkers. Ook overigens met het Duits, Frans en Engels kan je er (naast uiteraard het Spaans) prima terecht. I have just completed the purchase of a property in Javea using Vicens Ash as my Estate Agent. I chose this company as they came highly recommended; three members of my family having used them over the years for various sales and purchases. I personally had no previous experience in the Spanish property market, so Faye and Lucy of Vicens Ash took lots of time to explain to me, step by step, everything that needed to happen. They offered professional advice about currency trading, and choice of lawyer, plus every tiny detail necessary to close the sale. Debbie was on hand to do the application and running for my NIE number. She also supplied me with insurance and decoration quotes. Between them, they arranged my appointments to open bank accounts, meet with builders to discuss renovation works, and completely smoothed the way. I was accompanied to the Completion meeting where everything was translated for me to create the ultimate feeling of confidence and trust, and subsequently I was presented with a complete file of the purchase detailing utilities and costs, suppliers, and more. Ten days after the sale, I received a follow up call to confirm that they were dealing with the switch over of the utilities and chasing the builders for quotes. I cannot speak more highly of them. They are a professional company of the highest calibre and nothing is too small or insignificant for them. They are thorough in their execution of all matters, and very quickly make one comfortable and at ease with the process. Vicens Ash offers service far beyond expectations. I have the highest regard for their services and level of professionalism and can (and will) fully recommend them in the future.

En effet, ils ne sont pas obligés d'avoir un accès à la profession par un diplôme ou autre examen. J'ai trouvé en Vicens Ash une agence professionnelle jusqu'au bout des ongles. Je leur ai acheté une maison à Javéa en toute confiance et ne regrette rien, bien au contraire. Aussi bien le vendeur (Nicolas), que la propriétaire-patronne (Lucy) furent compétents et agréables. Lucy nous a même accompagné jusque chez le notaire et nous a donné toutes les documents nécessaires et bien compilés. Rien à voir avec d'autres contacts que nous avons en Espagne où, là ! le dilettantisme et le "je m'enfoutisme" étaient bien de mise. Même notre avocat qui venait d'Alicante (1 heure de route) et donc n'avait rien à voir avec cette agence s'est fendu d'un "vous êtes vraiment tombés sur une agence de professionnels !". A recommander très chaudement.

This review should, perhaps, be taken in the context of my former career – that of a Chartered Surveyor in the commercial sector of the profession, who doesn’t tend to have the highest regard for our cousins in the Residential sector! SUMMARY: A professional and friendly estate agent/ realtor that I can highly recommend. BACKGROUND: My wife and I arrived in Javea with a clear idea of what we wanted and what we might afford, having wintered here in previous years. Our finances were in place and we were ready to buy a detached house in a good suburb close to town. We were willing to compromise on size and work required. THE SEARCH: I had seen Vicens Ash’s website and was impressed by its ease of use and clarity. On entering the company’s offices (the day after they re-opened following refurbishment), we were introduced to Sarah Hobbs, who took on the task of seeking our ideal property. Unlike many agents, who show you what they have, Sarah listened, and showed us what we wanted. The next day Sarah obtained agency instructions to sell a property that we had seen elsewhere and decided was a top contender for us. THE NEGOTIATION: Having identified the property that we were interested in placing an offer for, we were passed over to Sarah’s sister, Lucy Hobbs, who handled our negotiations with the vendor. It should be emphasised that Vicens Ash acted for the vendor, and in knowing both the vendor’s expectations and our limit, a compromise was reached that satisfied both parties. This involved a lot of delicate negotiation by Lucy, and not a little difficulty, but she saw it through for us both. Faye (the other sister) followed through with great patience in explaining how all the unfamiliar things at the property worked! THE LEGAL STUFF: As we had no previous experience in the Spanish property market, Vicens Ash took the time – lots of it – to explain to us, step by step, everything that needed to happen. We were guided through the choices of lawyer and currency trader, and every tiny detail (that the lawyers didn’t always explain), Vicens Ash cleared up for us, including obtaining our NIE numbers and setting up a local bank account. AFTERWARDS: The problems don’t stop after buying a property in Spain, so we needed help with a few practicalities, such as getting a gas boiler serviced and a septico unblocked and emptied. Vicens Ash treated every cry for help like the emergency it was, and gave us a peace about it all. CONCLUSION: Vicens Ash is far more than a regular estate agency. Professionally, I have the highest regard for their service, and can fully recommend them – whether buying or selling!
