We used Javea Holidays for a 2 week holiday in August. In Villa was great, however the service from Javea Holidays was fantastic. They were very responsive and we had an issue with some keys being locked inside the apartment out of hours. They resolved this within the hour. Excellent service throughout our stay and their communication, particularly through WhatsApp was brilliant.

El apartamento estaba perfecto,limpio,decorado con gusto...las camas cómodas, la ubicación inmejorable...mi única pega: la falta de ventilación ,demasiado cerrado al exterior y el olor a humedad se hace desagradable..por ese motivo no pongo 5 estrellas...el trato con la agencia excelente en especial la amabilidad de Josheline...volveré a contactar con Jávea Holidays pero el próximo lo cogeré con vista mar,bien ventilado y todo exterior.agradecida por todo

Un estancia muy cómoda y agradable en Casa Iris, casa muy preparada donde no falta un detalle, vista espectaculares y un entorno ideal. La comunicación con las chicas de la oficina fluye y en todo momento te resuelven cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir durante la estancia. Volveremos!

Fantastic apartment. Javea Port is the best place to be in Javea, a great balance of action and calm. The apartment is beautifully located, overlooking the sea and close to everything you would need. There's even a cinema round the corner if the weather is bad. But it won't be! The World Health Organisation says Javea climate is perfect! When we went the apartment had just been renovated and so everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, very chic bathroom. Lounge and kitchen are perfect for 2 people, and the view from the balcony is fantastic. It's about 1 minute to the beach. It's a stony beach, but lovely. They have beach beds for hire, about €25 for 2 and a parasol. We had a great stay, highly recommend it.

Una agencia muy buena, alquilamos un apartamento quince dias a traves de Javea Holidays y la verdad es que todo ha ido muy bien. El apartamento estaba impecable, todo en perfectas condiciones y la atención de la property manager de Javea Holidays perfecta, cualquier pequeña cuestión que surgía la resolvian al momento. Nos ha gustado mucho y ademas nos parece de total confianza.

Acabamos de pasar 15 días en un apartamento reservado a través de Jávea Holidays y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El apartamento está súper bien: muy bien equipado, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la reserva, pero el equipo de Jávea Rentals fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Se nota que se preocupan por que todo salga bien. Durante nuestra estancia vinieron dos veces a cambiarnos toallas y sábanas, algo que no esperábamos y fue un detalle muy de agradecer (no sé si está incluido en todas las reservas, pero en nuestro caso sí fue así). En general, una experiencia muy positiva. Siempre estuvieron disponibles ante cualquier duda o necesidad. Sin duda, repetiremos el año que viene.

We had a great stay at Javea holidays apartment – everything was lovely? clean, comfortable, and just as described. Pool was great. Lovely walk to the beach. The key collection and drop-off process was incredibly easy and straightforward. There were loads of handy little extras in the apartment when we arrived, like tea bags, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, salt, and even packets of olive oil – all very thoughtful touches. We’d definitely recommend it!

Ein super Team, das Büro ist wunderschön eingerichtet und mit dem Navi oder Google ist es leicht zu finden. Bei Fragen oder Problemen konnte ich mich per WhatsApp an Javea Holidays wenden und habe auch hier sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, einmal in der Woche wurden die Betten gemacht & wir bekamen frische Handtücher. Wir sind mit Javea Holidays sehr zufrieden & können es nur Weiterempfehlen.

Our experience with Javea holidays was very good. We had rented a house in Javea for 2 months. A beautiful house, but unfortunately with pretty poor beds. The ladies from Javea Holidays immediately acted upon that (and some other issues). Always fast in response, always correct in actions. We were quite pleased and have already rented a house for next year with the help and advice from Josheline. But her colleagues seem just as helpful and correct. So a great experience (and to be honest: if you want a great and not too touristy Spanish coastal location, Javea is just a fantastic choice).

I truly recommend this agency. We spent three months in their rental, and it was great. The apartments were impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and provided everything needed for a long stay. Matt and his wife were very responsive and professional. When we faced an issue at the house one night, we called them, and they responded almost immediately. They offered us a relocation and even helped us move out. We would like to give special thanks to Josheline for her help and support during our stay. Modern apartment that was very clean and tidy with a south east facing balcony over looking the pool area, the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Unfortunately the internet didn’t work on arrival but the staff responded very quickly to arrange for a technician to attend and repair , they even refunded the cost of a days stay in compensation , absolutely brilliant.

Check In must be done in advance. Handover of keys outside working hours without any problems.Everything was fine. The deposit is returned without delay after departure and inspection.

Superb communication although no follow up. For example leaving keys at the house to make it to your flight on time or arriving at the house an hour earlier to accommodate the baby’s midday sleep. Property kept nice and clean.

Fantastic accommodation. I stay here whenever I visit Javea because it is a beautiful and peaceful space, but also the reservation process is very smooth. The accommodation is well located to experience Javea, and the staff are so friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

My family stayed at a Jávea holiday villa in September’24 and it was wonderful. We were personally handed over the keys upon arrival. If you needed Christine & Mark, they are easily contactable, although we only needed them for directions. Our sat Nav went strange on us. Would highly recommend.

Super mooi appartement gehuurd bij Jávea Holidays in een lekker rustig complex. Al voor de heenreis begonnen was al een paar maal contact gehad met handige informatie. I booked a flat through Javea Holidays/Airbnb, and was pleased to find everything exactly as photographed. The flat was spotless, and tastefully decorated without feeling cluttered. It was a perfect home away from home. The office responded quickly to queries, and were flexible about check in and out arrangements which we needed. Would definitely stay again in the same flat if possible, and use Javea Holidays too!

In 2024 diverse villa’s in Spanje geboekt. Deels via Javea Holidays en deels een andere partij. Met JH uitstekende ervaring vanaf het allereerste contact; het proces van oriëntatie en uiteindelijk de keuze van de villa; het gehele online intake proces, betalingen etc; de incheck in het huis en hetgeen we aantroffen tot en met de support tijdens verblijf. Efficiënt waar handig; persoonlijk en klantgericht in elk detail. Zeer tevreden en dat alles heeft een positief effect gehad op onze zomervakantie.

Bonita ciudad. Bonita costa. Apartamento preparado con todo lo necesario. Zona comunitaria tranquila con una maravillosa piscina. Patio para que tu mascota esté ratos en exterior. Atención muy buena por la empresa que lo gestiona. Única pequeña cosa a si es posible mejorar, es ampliar el alquiler del apartamento con plaza para aparcar en la finca. Al ser zona turística hay falta de espacios para dejar el coche e incluso facilitar la descarga de equipaje cerca del apartamento. Y en la dirección que se indica , corregir que el que aparece como número de la calle no es correcto. El que corresponde es el 9 que no es de bloque sino de calle. Los mapas para llegar no recogen bien la ubicación actual y cuesta llegar a su localización. Repetiré sin dudarlo si vuelvo a esta ciudad.

Der Aufenthalt hatte viele Dämfer. Wir hatten ein Haus gemietet, nicht gerade günstig, und hatten etliche Probleme. Von kleinigkeiten die sich sumiert hatten bis zu Schwarzschimmel im Bad in grossen Mengen und mehr als genug Rost im/um den Pool und im Bad. Durch dies, und die nicht wirklich gut gereinigten Böden, mussten wir mit Entzündungen an den Füssen zum Arzt. Zu den sich sumierenden kleinigkeiten: Einer von drei Liegestühlen waren kapputt. Ebenfalls der Sonnenschirm. Das Poollicht funktionierte in den ersten vier Tagen nicht. Der Grill war noch fettig von den Vorbenutzern. Die beiden Eingangstüren klemmten so fest, dass man sie schon fast mit Gewalt schliessen musste. Fensterrahmen und Mückengittervorrichtungen fielen auseinander. Bett quietschte und wackelte so fest, dass man sich nicht einmal wenden konnte, ohne Angst haben zu müssen, es falle gleich auseinander. Dreckige Hundefussspuhren im Küchenbereich. Mikrowelle hatte so gstunken, als hätte jemand reingeko****. Die Liste ginge noch weiter aber auch so sieht man, was man für sein Geld definitiv nicht bekommt.

This review is truly disappointing for several reasons, the most glaring being that you've chosen to misrepresent the situation in a public forum. It’s unfortunate—though perhaps not surprising—that honesty wasn’t the path you decided to take. Now, while a few of your comments about the property's cleanliness at arrival had some merit, the rest of your claims are, well, quite entertaining in their level of fiction. But, we’ll let the more discerning readers figure out which parts those might be. Upon receiving your initial complaint, we promptly sent a cleaning team the very same day to address your concerns. All areas you flagged were re-cleaned and inspected, a parasol was replaced, and you and your partner seemed quite content, ready to enjoy the holiday. That was, of course, until the word "compensation" was brought up the following day. Funny how priorities shift. It became rather clear that your true goal was compensation, particularly given that one of your party members didn’t show up, leaving you with an inconvenient split of the holiday bill. And let’s not forget that you simply didn’t like the property for reasons known only to you (perhaps it wasn’t your pick?). However, that hardly justifies the relentless barrage of messages demanding compensation. Despite doing everything possible to rectify the situation, it was never enough. Ah, well. Thankfully, encounters like this are few and far between. We do sincerely hope your foot inflammation or fungus issue has cleared up. Rest assured, it was highly unlikely caused by the property, but rather an allergy. Wishing you the best with that!

Vacances agréables dans la Résidences et l’appartement. Un peu éloignés de l’agitation de la plage Arenal, on a pu se reposer tout en profitant des plages alentours. 10 min à pied de l’arsenal. L’appart propose une décoration sobre, moderne et agréable à vivre. Très bien équipé dans la cuisine et propre dans les 2 salles de bain. Literies également agréables. Le rdc permet l’utilisation de la grande terrasse avec plaisir (aux heures les moins chaudes 😉). Prix un peu élevé pour un appart en rdc sans vue. La qualité intérieure est au rdv.

Javea Holidays were excellent to deal with and I would have no problems in recommending their service. We enjoyed a two week stay in Villa Levante. The villa was very good; clean, well maintained, private and well located for the Old Town. The access road to the villa can be a little challenging if you have a large vehicle but only if you meet somebody coming in the opposite direction. All in all a very good experience, dog friendly and worthy of the five star rating

Llevo siete años alquilando en Javea Holidays y ya he reservado para el verano que viene. Son una empresa muy solvente y sus apartamentos (pues ya he estado en varios de Javea en estos años) están muy bien situados y en unas condiciones de calidad-precio que no se puede comparar con el resto de empresas. Lo que más me gusta es que ante cualquier problema acuden automáticamente a solucionarlo y eso es una garantía. El verano pasado se estropeó la nevera del adosado en el que estaba y por la tarde ya tenía una nueva. Este verano la puerta de la terraza no abría bien y al día siguiente vinieron de mantenimiento y lo solucionaron en seguida. Muchas gracias por vuestro trabajo.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, lovely well maintained gardens. Quiet at night (despite being near the main road). The parking space is fantastic. Could do with sun loungers or chairs for the poolside.

Esta agencia permite que algunos inquilinos molesten reiteradamente a los vecinos, como es mi caso, ya que vivo al lado de la casa Pakatoa. En los últimos 5 años, he tenido que recurrir a la policía en 13 ocasiones por fiestas de inquilinos con música alta en medio de la noche. Tengo una casa en Jávea desde hace 51 años (vengo casi todos los fines de semana del año) y es una lástima que existan agencias como esta que en vez de apostar por un turismo de calidad, busquen su beneficio a costa de lo que sea. Evidentemente, no todos los inquilinos son irrespetuosos, hay gente magnífica, pero cada año tenemos que soportar a 2 o 3 maleducados que no nos dejan descansar en una zona residencial. Jávea tiene una oferta de ocio impresionante para pasárselo bien sin perturbar zonas residenciales. Lo triste es que esta agencia, en vez de ayudarnos, se dedica a insultarnos como se ve en sus respuestas. Una pena…

Simplemente se denunciaría a Google por difundir mentiras malintencionadas en un intento de perjudicar al negocio. Es una pena que existan personas así en el mundo, pero por desgracia no nos sorprende. Sin embargo, a Miguel y a su esposa Maria (que escriben desde otra cuenta con 4 minutos de diferencia) les gusta pensar que todo el mundo debería seguir sus reglas cuando visitan Jávea durante unas semanas cada verano. En este caso, en la casa de enfrente a la suya, que gestionamos desde hace años y donde las familias y los niños pequeños disfrutan de sus vacaciones, no se debe hacer ningún ruido alrededor de la piscina, ¡ni risas ni conversaciones de ningún tipo! No estamos hablando de ruido nocturno, ¡estamos hablando de gente de vacaciones disfrutando y haciendo ruido! Afortunadamente, hay mucha más gente en el mundo como nosotros que entiende la diferencia entre el ruido insociable fuera de nuestras horas de trabajo y el ruido alegre de las familias que disfrutan durante el día. También sugerimos a Miguel y María que intenten comprender ellos mismos la diferencia y que sean mejores personas en lugar de acosar y amenazar a empresas locales que trabajan duro y que realmente están aportando algo a la comunidad local.

We had a fantastic time in Javea, thanks in part to the wonderful apartment. It was clean, cool, and very well-equipped, including an iron and ironing board. The beach with its lovely beach bars was just a minute's walk from the apartment. The private pool provided much-needed refreshment, especially in the afternoons. The booking process, check-in, and all communication with Valentina from Javea Holidays were flawless! Highly recommended!

Agencia muy poco profesional. Permiten inquilinos muy dañinos para Jávea que organizan fiestas toda la noche y no hacen nada para evitarlo. Además, son unos maleducados y mienten. We had a wonderful vacation in Javea Holidays. The apartment was amazingly clean, equipped with everything we might need. Great location, close to the beach, and at the same time quiet, which we appreciated much. The personnel was absolutely helpful, responded all our requests quickly.

Genuinely beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished with high quality furniture and appliances. We had a wonderful holiday. It was cool and incredibly quiet in the apartment, which speaks to excellent material and design. The area was peaceful and safe and pleasant, but a short walk from the sea, restaurants, and bars. The location between the two major activity centres of Port and Arenal was ideal. A short walk to be in the midst of activity. Javea Holidays were excellent throughout, from booking to following up after our stay to check that we enjoyed it and were happy with the experience. Their website is pretty easy to use and accurate and well laid out. We had no nasty surprises or unexpected costs. I'm glad I found this location and Javea Holidays. I will be back.

Totally worth trying. I got the spacious two levels apartment in Xabia / Javea from Javea Holidays at the beginning of July this year and spent some 8 or 9 nights there and I felt delighted with what I got. Super spacious, clean and super well equipped apartment with superb indoor and outdoor amenities including amazing large pool. Super located, convenient and nice neighbourhood. The service from Javea Holidays was super smooth, nice and easy. Collecting the keys, check out and even when maintenance service was nice and easy. The only odds I would like to point out that the gym needs immediate upgrade - the equipment has to be changed ASAP and AC should work there especially when there is 30 plus C degrees outside. Anyways 5/5

Javea Holidays, and Valentina in particular, were a pleasure to deal with. However, I wish I'd paid more attention to the warning given about nearby building work at 'Casa de los Sueños' before making our booking - on two days it was much more 'Casa de las Pesadillas', with persistent very loud work taking place just a few feet from the property, with a JCB trying to scrape through hardened concrete. Hopefully that work is done now... Apparently this inconvenience is reflected in the rental price, but that is subjective to say the least. The rest of our two week stay was only mildly affected, but few people will want to go on holiday to the sound of angle grinders, drills and mixers, when quieter villas are very easy to find. The villa itself was exactly as detailed, and very comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Getting there was an entertaining satnav experience, as the road which the villa is on becomes a typically Spanish rock strewn and overgrown goat track halfway along, unsuitable for hardy pedestrians let alone cars, and it would have helped if either Javea Holidays, or our satnav had warned us. If you need help with this, just follow the builder's lorries up the hill - they all go right past the villa.

There is a discount included in the price exactly because of this. We are glad you found the villa as it is described and shown in the photos :) There were some works going on at the main roundabout on the way to Casa de los Sueños, I remember showing you which roads were better to take due to the road works. However, roadworks are really out of our control. We hope you had a nice stay despite this and to see you again next year!

Used a few times, always good. This time was out of hours and clear instructions as to where to collect keys from. Could improve by showing where entrances to properties are (photos), I.e car park entrance. Liked that they got in contact prior the visit. Love Javea and will use again 👍🏼

We were a group of 6 people and were urgently looking for accommodation at very short notice (on the same day). Javea Holidays were extremely helpful and we were able to book "Javea Balcon" for the next day. The whole booking process was straightforward and simple. When we collected the keys from the agency the people were very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at the villa we were speechless. Great accommodation, unique views, very clean, immaculate facilities. We would come back and book through javea holidays in a heartbeat. 10/10 - We had an unforgettable stay in javea. Nosotros reservamos la propiedad Altamar Blue y aunque la casa estaba limpia... la casa deja mucho que desear. Se supone que es una casa con 3 habitaciones, pero una de las habitaciones está en la buhardilla y sube todo el ruido. La presión del agua en la ducha de arriba es ridícula, los colchones de la cama de la buhardilla son una auténtica verguenza, nos levantábamos todos los días con dolor de espalda. La casa prácticamente no tiene cocina y el salón-comedor es ridículo y la cocina prácticamente inexistente. No es una casa para alojar a 6 personas, principalmente por la cocina y el comedor. Por otro lado, la empresa que gestiona la casa te manda mails que dan bastante miedo...,si te dejas más de una bolsa de basura te lo cobramos, que si manchas algo te multamos... Es la cuarta vez que reservo en Javea y desde luego no recomendaría esta casa.

Hemos tenido varios huéspedes en Altamar Blue y nadie se ha quejado de los colchones o la presión del agua, pero vamos a revisarlo, por supuesto. De haberlo sabido, habríamos actuado en el momento, pero no recibimos ningún mensaje de tu parte sobre esto. Con respecto a los correos, siempre pedimos a todos los huéspedes que cuiden las propiedades y las dejen como las encuentran, y es una práctica estándar en la industria de los alquileres turísticos.

We had a fabulous time at Villa Ambolo. It was just perfect for a family celebration. There is plenty of space and the facilities were amazing. A swimming pool, sun terraces, outdoor kitchen and a cinema room. Three separate apartments were all beautifully furnished and the sea views were incredible!

Hi René, we are very disappointed to see your comments/score, and believe them to be unfair and misleading to others, even more disappointing, as this was your second stay with us! Unfortunately, you were charged for a broken parasol, along with a few broken plates/glasses. (€60). When you arrived to the property these items were not broken, when you left they were reported broken. All items in a property are the guests responsibility for the duration of their stay, and any damage or broken items needs to be reported within 24 hours of arrival. Therefore, these items, when discovered on your departure needed to be replaced for the next guests. Nothing sinister or untoward, and very standard practice for rental agencies. You were informed of all this by email a couple of days after leaving, along with the photos of the broken items before any charge was made so we could discuss. We never like to have to charge guests for breakages but at times it is necessary. If you wish to discuss this further, then please do contact us by email and we will be happy to do so. Thank you.

We stayed at the Altamar Cielo apartment in September & it was brilliant. It was modern, clean, comfortable & had all of the essentials required during our stay, as well as a well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool was right outside our apartment & was never busy for us to enjoy a relaxing swim. The staff at Javea Holidays were really welcoming & helpful. We will definitely look to return & either stay here again or look to stay at one of the other great apartments on offer!

Wonderful week in La Kalma apartment in Javea - doing nothing much!! Well appointed beautiful apartment which had all we need - comfortable beds; wonderful showers ; elevated outlook to pool area; great outside seating options;fully equipped kitchen - just about perfect and would book again. The complex was well maintained and clean and pool area uncrowded. Only 2 things to moan about: I know it happens but 8.30am start to renervations in block 2 next to us - if they had been undertaking the work in our block I wouldn't have been able to stand it and no sunbeds provided for the pool area.

Fotos der Villa waren wohl schon etwas älter, alles schien in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Bäder sehr alt und ungepflegt. Für den stolzen Preis, der hier verlangt wird, erwarte ich mir mehr. Zusätzlich war das mit der Sauberkeit auch nicht 100% (Akkusauger war voll mit Staub/Dreck der letzten Urlauber, Poolbereich und Terrasse wurde nicht gereinigt vor unserer Ankunft, hier hatten die Fließen zum Teil noch die Essensreste vom Vormieter unterm Tisch...) Kühlschrank in der Küche wurde einfach 'dazugestellt' geht in die Falsche Richtung auf. Fenster mit Isolierband abgeklebt, etc. Dann besteht die Agentur auf Schlüsselrückgabe im Büro am Abreisetag, auch nicht zuvorkommend. Da gibt es sicher bessere Optionen für die Gegend.

In diesem Fall haben wir zwar zugegeben, dass die Reinigung bei der Ankunft nicht unserem üblichen hohen Standard entsprach, aber wir haben uns entschuldigt und das schnell und innerhalb weniger Stunden behoben. Wenn Sie andere Beanstandungen hatten, sollten Sie dies bei der Ankunft im Haus erwähnen und uns die Möglichkeit geben, diese zu beheben, anstatt zu versuchen, zukünftige Gäste mit einer fiktiven Bewertung davon abzuhalten, ein schönes Haus zu genießen. Das Haus ist in den letzten zwölf Monaten ausgiebig fotografiert worden und wird auf allen Plattformen genau beschrieben. Wir hoffen auf nette und faire Gäste, manchmal haben wir in dieser Hinsicht auch Pech.

We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Casa Alba. It is a beautiful villa, extremely clean with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Both the indoor and outdoor space is great and the pool is amazing. It is a 15 minute walk to Javea Old Town which has some lovely shops and cafes and restaurants and a short drive to the harbour and beach areas. Throughout our stay Javea Holidays acted in a professional manner and responded quickly to any enquiries and were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely book with them again. Javea is a lovely area with lots to explore - we had an amazing day out in Valencia and up in the mountains both just over an hours drive away. We would recommend this area as it had everything you need but still feels like authentic Spain.

Beautiful villa with amazing pool and loads of places to sit outside. Area was very quiet and peaceful and felt safe. Lovely local restaurant in walking distance El Campo and a couple of minutes drive another one Rossini. The main beach area is a short drive as are the supermarkets.

Es una pena que sienta la necesidad de calificar el servicio recibido con "una estrella", debido únicamente a tener que recoger las llaves de la propiedad en nuestra oficina, situada a menos de 1,5 km de la propiedad. Nos alojamos en el apartamento los Olivos y nos gustó mucho. Todo estaba muy limpio y bastante nuevo. Tuvimos algún problema con la luz que se fundió uno de los plomos y con una humedad que tenía la vecina de arriba y tuvo que venir el perito a hacer unas fotos, pero lo solucionaron con mucha rapidez y eficacia. Muy buena atención por su parte, cuando llamábamos por teléfono respondían con rapidez.

We spent a fantastic week at Jardines del Sol apartment in Javea. The apartment is large, with generous living spaces and bedrooms, tastefully decorated throughout with modern comfortable furniture and art work. Everything works brilliantly in the apartment; the air con is super effective, the showers are great, beds comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. The TV and sound system are also very high quality and very importantly, the wifi signal is perfect! We really enjoyed the pool area which is spotlessly clean and calm. The apartment has 2 sun loungers available so you can spend lazy afternoons there quite comfortably. The location of the apartment is ideal. There are so many bars and restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute walk in the buzzy atmosphere of the port area. We particularly liked Tal Cual for tapas and The Curry Palace for an unexpected but excellent curry - (they have air con inside so its really comfortable). There are plenty of supermarkets close by, we used the Mercadona most frequently which is great value and superb quality food. We would strongly recommend Javea Holidays for their excellent communication throughout the booking, ease of check in and of course the superb standard of accommodation. We hope to return!

We booked this apartment last minute because the one we reserved had a broken AC when we arrived. We scrambled to find a new place after two extremely miserable nights (Spain was experiencing a heat wave). As you can imagine it was EXTREMELY difficult to find something last minute in Javea for six people. UNTIL I reached out to Javea Holidays. They just happened to have an amazing flat with a last minute cancellation that was perfect for our group. Matt was amazing to work with and even got us in for an early check-in. Responsive, top notch management company that cares about their guests. Our vacation instantly turned around. And the flat was 5 star all the way. Comfortable beds, AC that worked, close to everything, walkable and very well equipped. I would recommend this flat and company without reservation! Thank you Javea Holiday!

Experiencia fantástica!! Pasamos una semana en Villa Marula y la casa era una maravilla. Todo muy cuidado al detalle, la cocina muy equipada y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Las vistas y la tranquilidad lo mejor. Este fin de semana hemos vuelto a uno de sus apartamentos en la playa del arenal, y la experiencia igual de buena. Hacer mención al trato recibido por parte de Marina y su predisposición. Repetiremos sin duda!!

We enjoyed our stay in The Penthouse very much, we love La Isla, the pool area is like nothing we have ever seen before it is well kept with plenty of space to have privacy. The Penthouse has everything we needed very clean and views from the balconies beautiful. Thank you to the owners who have done a wonderful job on the refurbishment. It would have been nice to have English channels on the TV but even that didn’t deter us from staying, it was a great holiday. Thank you to Javea Holidays who gave us lots of help with booking and transfers, we had a wonderful time.

La experiencia conJAVEA HOLIDAYS ha sido muy buena. Nos facilito toda la informacion sobre la casa y la atencion de Marina ha sido excelente. La Casa en perfecto estado de mobiliario y de limpieza. Es mucho mejor que en las fotos. Es amplia, cómoda en una urbanización muy cuidada y está a un paso de cala Blanca y de un agradable paseo a la playa del arenal.

Jamie & Matt have managed our property in Javea for a number of years. We could not maintain the villa without their assistance. They respond quickly to our requests; the villa is inspected regularly; they oversee remodelling works and keep us up to date. We recommend them most highly.

The team at Javea Holidays make life easy for me as a property owner. They manage all the day-to-day activities with a high degree of professionalism, and manage to look after the guests with the minimum of fuss. When guests stay in our property, they always comment on how well the property has been prepared for them, and if any issues arise, it is so much easier to have someone local to deal with them. We love Toscamar and we love Javeaholidays . Good for holidays whether winter or summer . Long or short stays the folks at Javeaholidays have a good choice of lovely accommodation to suit all, small parties or much larger groups. Xabia is the same place as Javea , depends if you are speaking in local dialect or Spanish . Most folks speak english as well.

Nothing was too much trouble for Matt and the team. Everything went went smoothly and communication during the booking process, arrival and stay was excellent. The apartment was in a great location and beautifully presented and furnished. We unfortunately left a couple of days early due to the lockdown but Matt went out of his way to answer any queries he could. I would book with Javea Holidays again in an instant, a completely open and honest company. Thank you for allowing us to make the most out of our stay and we may see you again next winter!

Our long stay winter holiday at Casa Maya was a lovely experience. The house was well equipped and warm with an open fire for the cold evenings. The WiFi was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the view from the upstairs balcony of the house. The walk to the beachfront and bars was 20 minutes which had a huge selection of fine restaurants. We hope to return again soon.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie. El apartamento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos ni con las condiciones acordadas. El chico que lo gestiona Jaime un prepotente mal educado que nos trató fatal. Les pedimos ayuda porque no estábamos muy a gusto y nos dijeron que ya nos llamarían para darnos contestación,aún los estamos esperando. Resumido, no recomiendo a nadie que gestiones sus vacaciones con esa agencia.
