Fantastic honest local car hire company. Previously, I’ve always used the larger companies, however, I will be going back to Javea Cars next time. When I collected the car, they told me the website had quoted me incorrectly and the actual price was less. I’ve never experienced honesty like that in a car hire business. The car was clean and in good condition. I had to hand the car back early due to an emergency at home and this was not a problem. The office staff are lovely. All in a great experience.

We originally made this booking as my Dad had used them several times many many years ago and never had an issue, so not sure if the company has changed hands. We arrived after our flight and there were no cars waiting, we had booked 2 cars a whole year in advance. I had emailed to confirm booking 3 times on the lead up and was assured they'd be there. 2 hours later, one car arrives and my husband has to go with someone 15 minutes away to collect the 2nd car. Neither cars were in great condition on the exterior with dings, scrapes etc and one car was particularly bad to drive, it sounded like it had been driven to death by previous people. The car seat I had requested for my 4 year old was old and battered and not fit for purpose! Very rude man on the phone when calling to ask where cars were advising me I had booked for 20:30 which is untrue and I had emails to prove it. We started our holiday stressed, hot, late with no apology. Would never rent a car from them again!

J’ai loué une voiture en ligne chez Javea Cars, car le rapport qualité/prix me paraissait très correct. À mon arrivée tout était prêt et la remise de la voiture n’a pas pris plus d’1/4 d’heure, avec une personne charmante faisant l’effort de parler français. Aucun supplément, le prix initial totalement respecté. Restitution toute aussi rapide et efficace. Je recommande vivement ce loueur.

L’accueil de Marina G. est adorable que ce soit sur place ou par email et nous avons pu faire des changements qui nous ont été très utiles. Tout est facile et rapide que ce soit pour prendre ou rendre la voiture et la voiture était parfaite. L’agence +++ à recommander.

Geweldig verhuur bedrijf. Super aardig stel die aan alle eisen kan voldoen. Goede prijs en perfecte automatische en zuinige auto gekregen. Ze deden niet moeilijk over het inleveren en boden ons zelfs een rit terug naar het huurhuis aan.

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung mit Javea Cars.! Der gesamte Prozess war äußerst unkompliziert und professionell. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um alle meine Fragen zu beantworten. Das Fahrzeug war in einem hervorragenden Zustand, sauber und zuverlässig. Nachdem wir beim Zurücksetzen eine Mauer geschrammt haben, wurde nach Fotos entschieden. Der Schaden war nicht groß, trotzdem haben wir nicht erwartet, dass wir dafür nicht in Regress genommen wurden. Aber genauso war es. Besser geht es nicht. Die Abwicklung bei Abholung und Rückgabe verlief reibungslos und schnell. Ich kann Javea Cars definitiv weiterempfehlen und werde bei Bedarf sicher wieder hier buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und das sichere Gefühl, hier nicht über den Leisten gezogen zu werden.

Car in excelent condition, on-time airport pickup and return, efficient communication and paperwork, kind and helpful staff. Definitely a smarter option compared to international companies, who overcharge and have slow paperwork upon arrival.

Absolutely honest company. They had reminded me that I returned the car early last year and had given me credit. What someone writes about the price and gasoline is absolutely incomprehensible. After all, if someone finds it too expensive, they don’t need to book. Troglodytes everywhere!

Alguile un coche, todo muy bien

They were extremely expensive over the Christmas period, around €60 a day, and still applied the same old trick of "the tank was not full" when it plainly was when the car was returned, and they even checked it at the time, filled up at the nearest station to the airport and obviously full bars. But as we didn't notice they hadn't paid the deposit back until a week later they wouldn't refund the full deposit. What a foolish thing to do for just €35 and a lost customer.

I rented car near chrismas holidays. and got a car in good condition at Valencia Airport at agreed time. On first day, I reported an issue and they immediately came to our place and replaced the car. This new car was also clean and in good condition. I recommend Javea cars for renting car in Valencia - Alicante region over other high-priced renowned car hire companies.

If I could give 10000 stars I would! The team are truly amazing and so helpful. They really do go above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough for their service that they provided me and mum and dad. You deserve all the success in the world and I can’t wait to come back and to use your services again. Might seem a bit much for a car hire review however you will not get a better service and I thank you again so much!!! We would of missed our flight without you!

Communication went very well! We rented the car for a transfer from Jávea to the airport in Alicante. Couple of weeks before our arrival we send all the required documents. At pickup in Jávea everything was in order, we paid by creditcard and left the car at the airport. Definitely will book again if we are lucky to come again to Jávea!

Déjà plusieurs années toujours la même satisfaction

Voor de transfer van Javea naar Alicante Airport hebben we voor één dag een auto gehuurd. De service bij dit bedrijf is uitstekend. Men wilt je nog helpen in plaats van alleen maar dingen (extra verzekeringen of grotere auto) te verkopen. Marina werkt op kantoor en is zeer attent. Maar ook haar baas, want die heeft het kinderstoeltje voor onze baby keurig geinstalleerd in de auto. Het kinderstoeltje kregen we trouwens gratis omdat ze deze toch nog beschikbaar hadden en anders zou er niemand gebruik van maken. Bij het afgeven van onze auto werden we tien minuten later nog gebeld door het kantoor dat we een flesje van de baby vergeten waren en die kwam de medewerker tot aan de vertrekhal naar ons toe naar brengen. Echt top! We namen voorheen vaak de Alsa bus voor een transfer, maar het huren van een transfer auto is velen malen prettiger en nogmaals de service is echt goed.

Have used this company twice a year for many years - probably around 15. Never a problem. Very trustworthy with no hidden terms. Had to use a competitor once, when Javea Cars had run out of available vehicles - never again!

Erg onduidelijk over de voorwaarden. In november zijn wij geweest om te vragen wat de voorwaarden zijn. We kregen te horen 2 jaar je rijbewijs en dat hadden we nog net niet dus ging niet. Nu paar maanden later hebben we dat wel en ook op de site gekeken staat helemaal niks over. Komen daar MET EEN RESERVERING en krijgen te horen dat we 25 moeten zijn. Dit staat NERGENS aangegeven em zelfs het personeel kon ons dat niet vertellen de vorige keer. Erg jammer dat we eerst een reservering kunnen maken en dan later pas te horen krijgen dat het niet kan.

Vriendelijke mensen, hij heeft ons goed geholpen. Anders hadden we geen auto om de vakantie te beleven. Op de luchthaven van Spanje alle huurauto bedrijven moet je met Credit kaart betalen/garantie Ramp!!! en als je ING pas hebt met Maestro accepteren ze ook niet!! Hier accepteren ze alle soorten betalingen.
