Had a super relaxed dive with Dive School Jávea. We were able to join last minute and everything was arranged very smoothly. The guide was friendly, flexible, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. What I especially liked is that the dive itself never felt rushed, unlike what sometimes happens when diving abroad. Everything was calm, well organized, and truly enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d recommend!!

Javier and Jose were great hosts! Jose explained everything very well and thoroughly and I felt safe throughout the whole experience! The boat and group was small so we had all the attention for us, I really liked that! All in all - highly recommended and I'd definitely choose this company instead of those bigger companies where the groups are too big and no one really cares about you, this was not the case with Javier and Jose. Highly appreciated and grateful to you guys!

Super expérience!!! Javier et son équipe sont très professionnels, et cela des le baptême de plongée. Du coup, cela nous a donné envie d'approfondir et de passer le 1er niveau SSI pour découvrir d'autres sites dans le monde. La formation est sérieuse, dans une petite structure, et c'est rassurant pour ce type d'activité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir plonger sur cette belle Costa bianca, et si possible avec Javier !

Une superbe plongée avec Diving Javea faite ce jour. Un accueil top, Javier répond au message pour l’organisation de notre plongée et nous trouve un créneau rapidement. Le matériel est de qualité, presque neuf et très bien entretenu. Nous sommes parti plonger avec mon frère et José, notre guide pour cette exploration. Il nous a fait découvrir la qualité des reliefs sous marin et la faune de la côte de Javea : Grotte, canyon, mérou, barracuda, poulpe, … sont bien au rendez vous. N’hésitez pas à plongée avec ce club pour une exploration ou une formation. Pour résumer : Sécurité, Qualité du matériel et Bonne humeur. Allez-y les yeux fermés!!

We booked the VIP service with Diving Javea for a group of six. Everything was well organized – clear communication in advance, professional guidance on the day, and a varied program. Two of us are certified divers and enjoyed a beautiful guided dive, while the rest of the group did a Try Dive. We also went snorkeling at two impressive coastal caves. Lunch was reserved at Restaurant Rosita – well arranged. The only downside was that the boat felt a bit small for six guests plus crew, especially with all the dive gear and personal bags. We were guided by Javier and Jorge, who made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a great day and can definitely recommend the VIP service for a personal and well-organized diving experience in Jávea.

We had the personal Try Dive experience as a family where we had exclusive use of the boat and Javier, Jose and Nick guided us throughout the dive. Fantastic with our 12 year old, watched an octopus that Jose found hunting! These guys are fantastic it really is an unforgettable experience you must try!

Hice el bautismo de buceo con una amiga y a las dos nos encantó. Teniamos un monitor para nosotras solas, y eso nos dio muchisima seguridad y confianza en estar en buenas manos, puesto que era la primera vez que lo probabamos y al principio nos imponía un poco. Lo disfrutamos mucho y repetiremos con ellos sin ninguna duda.

Je tenais à remercier toute l’équipe qui nous a reçu pour un moment que je n’oublierais jamais en tant que première expérience. Cela a été pour moi un moyen de me réconcilier avec la mer avec laquelle j’avais acquis dans le temps une certaine crainte dès lors que je n’avais plus pieds. J’ai découvert la douceur des fonds marins ainsi que son bruitage. J’ai eu une confiance totale en mon moniteur. Le spot marin de cette première expérience était parfaite pour me familiariser avec la machine tout en prenant plaisir à l’exploration. Cela m’a donné envie de me surpasser d’avantage et j’espère pouvoir allez plus en profondeur la prochaine fois. J’ai failli abandonner au départ, mais la confiance que j’avais en l’équipe était telle que je n’ai pas lâché.. mon objectif est maintenant de pouvoir explorer sans devoir réfléchir aux gestes de plongées. Merci pour votre patience, votre bienveillance avec nous malgré notre difficulté linguistiques en espagnole. Merci du fond du cœur et à très bientôt 🥰 j’ai déjà envie de replonger

Vraiment au top. Une premiere expérience incroyable avec 3 moniteurs au top. Meme avec la barriere de la langue francaise chacun des instructeurs a eté tres patient afin de tout nous expliquer pour que nous sachions tous les gestes à faire. Pendant notre plongée notre moniteur josé a eté tres attentif et nous à fait prendre confiance pour nous a faire vivre un incroyable moment. We had an unforgettable private diving trip with Javier and Jorge. They are truly exceptional instructors and even better people. It was me, my wife, our two kids, and a couple of friends, and they made the whole experience seamless, safe, and so much fun for everyone. Javier was incredibly patient and encouraging with the kids, while Jorge’s deep knowledge and calm presence gave us all confidence in the water. They tailored the trip to our pace, made sure everyone felt comfortable, and even threw in a few surprise touches that made the day extra special.

Always an amazing experience, been diving with Javi for 10 years and wouldn't go to any other dive instructor in Javea. Very professional, puts everyone at ease before a dive and has extensive knowledge of the local dive sites. Would 100% recommend!

The base offers very nice individual small-group diving trips. We did a large part of our more advanced diving training here - from Sidemount and Advanced Nitrox to Full Cave. Javier is a superb diver and an excellent teacher and trainer. Looking forward to coming back to you this year!

Este sábado hice una inmersión con diving Jávea, me llevaron a unas grutas muy bonitas por la zona. El trato fue estupendo y se portaron genial ayudándome en todo lo que pudieron.

In October I was in the area for vacation and intended to do some diving. I found Javi's Javea diving center to be an excellent center to dive with, twice in two days. I found the water clear and with excellent visibility (see picture) and plenty of fish. The drift diving and the passages under the underwater arches were very exciting. We found Javier at Diving Javea to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. This was my childrens (aged 18 and 21) first dive since being PADI certified last year so I was extremely relieved to see and hear all of the care and time Javier spent making sure they had remembered all of their training. All enjoyed the diving and gained much from the experience, it was also a wonderful added bonus that Javier took some underwater photos for us to see too, Thanks Javier, we will see you next year!

Had an amazing 2 dives this week with Javier he was very relaxed, patient, easy going and a fantastic diving instructor. We were a group of three—two try diving for the first time and one certified diver—and the entire team made us feel welcome and comfortable. Contratamos un bautismo de buceó mi marido y yo,la verdad que yo tenía bastante ansiedad ya que el mar me da mucho respeto pero deseaba hacerlo,José desde el primer momento nos lo explicó todo muy bien,lo hizo todo muy fácil,una vez en el mar estuvo conmigo todo el rato,sobre todo al principio que estaba bastante nerviosa,pero el consiguió que me relajará y viviera la experiencia que desde luego se la recomiendo a todo el mundo y sobre todo con ellos,a sido perfecto y me voy con un gran recuerdo de las maravillas que vi,muchas gracias José y Javi ,habéis echo que haya sido muy especial para mi

Diving Jávea es un centro de buceo estupendo. Los grupos son pequeños y la atención muy personalizada y profesional. Se vela por la seguridad de los participantes y por una experiencia relajada en la que disfrutar de la inmersión es lo más importante. Además, la logística resulta cómoda porque proceden a desalar los equipos en el mismo barco, por lo que no es imprescindible volver al club después de la actividad. Ah, y tienen un par de perros encantadores que te saludan cada mañana :)

Como siempre Javi un gran profesional y una gran persona, el buceo es prácticamente personal ya que en las inmersiones dobles son muy tranquilas sin prisas y muy ordenadas un 10 para todo

Empecé en el mundo del buceo hace unos 10 años con el Junior Open Water Diver, y desde entonces no he dejado de formarme como buceador en este centro, Javier y su equipo tienen muchísima experiencia y sobretodo pasión por lo que hacen y bien que lo saben transmitir. Tanto las inmersiones como los cursos son en grupos reducidos por lo que el instructor puede estar más pendiente de ti dando seguridad. Después de más de 300 inmersiones voy a seguir con ellos en mi formación como buceador técnico y de cuevas sin dudarlo.

Hice un bautismo de buceo en Jávea y fue una experiencia impresionante. El equipo de la escuela mostró un profesionalismo sobresaliente, desde la preparación hasta la inmersión. Los instructores fueron amables y expertos, haciéndome sentir seguro y cómodo. Los fondos marinos eran asombrosos, con una vida submarina vibrante. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta escuela para quienes deseen una introducción memorable al buceo. Espero veros pronto haciendo la certificación! Gracias 🐠❤️

Muy buenos días, un club súper cómodo y súper atentos ..y sobre todo instruyen muy muy muy bien. Lo recomiendo

PROS: Fueron muy agradables y atentos, me encontré mal y pararon el barco para que pudiera encontrarme mejor, se preocuparon bastante por mí. El instructor estuvo todo el tiempo de la mano y muy pendiente del bautismo de mi novio, en ese sentido noté bastante seguridad (a su vez el instructor también iba pendiente de un amigo y yo pese a que éramos certificados, era mi primera inmersión después del open water) CONTRAS: Noté mucha dejadez en el mantenimiento del equipo, no tenían jacket de mi talla (no tengo un cuerpo tan grande para que no me valga ninguna, uso una 44-46) Me sentí un poco incómoda, ya que me apretaba mucho el que llevaba y una talla más me estaba excesivamente grande. Tampoco tenían botas para mi pie del 39, tuve que ponerme 41 (que me sobraba demasiado) No me dejaron revisar el equipo, dijeron que no era necesario que lo hiciera porque lo habían revisado ellos pero yo no vi que lo hicieran y me hubiera quedado más tranquila. También a los dos chicos con los que iban les indicaron usar el regulador secundario y no el principal (desconozco el motivo) ya que el de emergencia es para emergencia y el principal es el principal. Por último sentimos los 3 que íbamos mucha insistencia en que compráramos sus productos, parece que les importa más el dinero que la seguridad o el buceo en sí. En resumen, este comentario es una crítica constructiva sin ánimo de dañar la imagen del centro. Fue una experiencia guay pero tal vez no repetiría por el tema del tallaje.

Ich tauche seit mehr als 30 Jahren (CMAS ***) und habe diverse Tauchbasen in Mexiko, Türkei, Ägypten, Deutschland und auf den Malediven kennengelernt und mit diesen ca. 200 Tauchgänge in Höhlen, Wracks und Tieftauchgänge absolviert. Über genügend Vergleichserfahrung sollte ich also verfügen. Inzwischen habe ich in Javea ein Zweitdomizil und wollte nach 10 Jahren Tauchpause wieder regelmässig mit ein paar erfahrenen und lockeren Tauchern tauchen gehen. Diving Jávea schien mir nach der Beschreibung im Internet und den Rezensionen ein geeigneter Partner zu sein. Also buchte ich zunächst einen Refreshing Kursus, den José wirklich gut und professionell mit mir durchführte. Allerdings ohne Briefing und Debriefing über den Tauchort. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob meine Mittaucher ein ausführliches Briefing erhalten haben. Es gab nirgends Karten und Anschauungsmaterial, wie es normalerweise üblich ist. Es gab auch nur einenTauchgang an diesem Tag - offensichtlich zu wenige Teilnehmer- und von einem schmalen RIB aus ohne jeglichen Komfort. Letztlich war ich auch froh darum, da ich mir im nachhinein die Oberflächenpause auf dem RIB nur schwer erträglich vorstellen konnte. Umgezogen haben wir uns im Tauchshop bzw. auf der Straße. Das Ganze für 150€ Cash (ich brachte meine komplette Ausrüstung inkl. Flasche mit). Ich akzeptierte und bekam auch von José eine tolle Refreshingstunde. Das Taucherlebnis bestand in Übungen und weniger in Underwater-Sight-Seeing. Ich erachtete das für diesen Minimal-Service zwar als teuer, akzeptierte aber. Ich wollte halt sehen, wie sich das entwickelt, denn ich suchte ja eine langfristige Tauchbeziehung. Nervig war dann aber, dass mich Javier, der Basisleiter, mehrfach auf Tauchartikel ansprach, die ich bei ihm kaufen könne. Eine von mir bereits getätigte Bestellung bei Decatlon - ich kannte Diving Jávea zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs noch nicht- könne ich ja wieder zurückgeben. Das Ganze gipfelte dann in seinem Hinweis, dass meine erste Stufe falsch montiert sei, er zertifizierter Apekshändler sei und er das - gegen Bezahlung- richten könne. Meine gesamte Tauchausrüstung war zwei Wochen zuvor in Deutschland professionell gewartet worden, und da war nichts falsch montiert! Hier stand money-making im Vordergrund und nicht die Kundenorientierung. Ich kann die vielen positiven Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Für mich ist Diving Jávea eine zweitklassige Diving Base, der Money-Making im Vordergrund, und nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben, das Taucherlebnis und die Tauch-Gemeinschaft ist. Langfristige Kundenbindung und Serviceorientierung sind Diving Jávea offensichtlich zweitrangig (siehe auch die Bewertung des Flossenkaufs und dessen anschließendem Umgang mit einer Reklamation). Die Tec Diving Bilder stellen offensichtlich eine Ausnahme dar und wurden nur zu Werbezwecken gepostet. Real war davon jedenfalls nichts zu sehen. Vielmehr hebt sich Diving Jávea von anderen, kommerziell geführten Schnuppertauchbasen am Strand nicht ab. Es mag sein, dass ich einen schlechten Tag hatte und von Javiers Geschäftspraktiken genervt war. Aber nach 30 Jahren Taucherfahrung mit unterschiedlichsten Tauchbasen ist mir das so noch nicht passiert. Zumindest hat mich mein Erlebnis mit Diving Jávea so negativ beeindruckt, dass es mich zu einer Relativierung der vielen positiven Rezensionen veranlasst hat. Es gibt nicht nur besser ausgestattete Tauchbasen, sondern auch kundenorientiertere Tauchbasen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Como respuesta a vuestro mensaje ya que no me deja editar el mío, añadiré que en primer lugar considero que en ningún momento fui grosera, todo lo contrario, os estuve todo el tiempo agradecida como bien he indicado en la reseña (el momento grosera supongo que fue cuando indiqué que el capitán del barco me estaba agobiando con tanta insistencia para que me tirase rápido y no dejándome tiempo para hacer mi comprobación y armar mi equipo) En segundo lugar, no no se me ofrecieron diferentes tallas para la bota, se me dio un 38 y un 41 porque “no había más” al igual que con los jacket que solo me pude probar 2 y palabras textuales del equipo del centro “mejor que te esté pequeño a que te baile”. Entiendo que sois un centro súper especializado y profesional entonces hablamos también de que el pago se tuvo que hacer al completo en efectivo sin un recibí o comprobante de pago? Además de que tampoco recibimos un comprobante de que teníamos el seguro de buceo al corriente? Añadiendo que tampoco se nos pidió el DNI, al igual que como no había suficientes impresos para rellenar para los 3 buceadores que fuimos tuvimos que hacer el apaño de rellenar un 2x1. En tercer lugar, pese a mi poca experiencia como indicas creo que hay puntos básicos y lógicos de seguridad que el profesor si tuvo y el capitán del barco no. Cómo cerrarme la botella antes de tirarme del barco. Me parece bien tu explicación de una situación sin aire pero por qué a mí no se me dijo que usara el regulador de emergencia en lugar del principal? Sigo? Si con vuestro comentario pretendéis dejarme en mal lugar, lo siento porque tengáis esa necesidad. No soy yo quien se retrata, al igual que yo he contado los hechos de forma objetiva y sin ánimo de dañar, con lo bueno y lo malo no veo necesidad de sacarle puntilla y querer quedar bien sin asumir errores. Creo que tu esfuerzo en desacreditarme dice más de vuestro centro que de mi. Y una vez más, agradezco el trato pero no la soberbia y la falta de seguridad que sentí y no por mi parte :)

My experience with Diving Javea was first class. Easy orientation of safety and gear. And the dive was awesome. I will be back next year to do a wreck dive.

Diving was a great experience. The facility offers good diving equipment and the faculty is extremely friendly and professional.

My daughters have a taster session with Diving Javea school and both returned with beaming smiles, that's a big deal to come from hard core teenagers. They learnt not only how to be safe at the sea, but also how to look after the sea life. It was first stepping stone on their diving journey and we are glad they took it here in Javea.

Had a great afternoon’s diving experience today with Javi, Jorge and Jose. We had three adults who hadn’t dived for at least a decade and three kids (11-15) who were all diving for the first time. My wife and I went diving with Javier and team this summer. Double dive from the boat. It was an awesome experience. Easy communication with Javier to plan the dive. Went to the store the day before to get equipment ready so we could arrive a bit later in the morning. I would definitely go back! The main constraint for us, to be able to go diving, was to find a place to leave our kids. We were really lucky to find the Dar Social Club and Community Centre, just 15 min driving away from Diving Javea, and we definitely advise it to any parents who want to dive!

Meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen! Ich habe vor einigen Tagen gemeinsam mit meiner Schwester meinen ersten Tauchgang bei Diving Javea machen dürfen und bin begeistert. Zuvor haben wir uns alle Tauchschulen in der Nähe angeschaut und hatten sofort hier das beste Bauchgefühl, welches uns auch nicht enttäuscht hat. Ich kann diese Tauchschule wirklich zu 1000% weiterempfehlen!! Meine Schwester und ich waren auf der Suche nach einer Tauchschule, um gemeinsam tauchen gehen zu können (sie das erste Mal, ich mit Advanced). Wir haben uns mehrere Tauchschulen angeguckt. Diving Javea hat uns mit Abstand am besten gefallen, weshalb wir dann auch dort unseren Tauchgang gebucht haben. Die Atmosphäre ist toll, die Jungs sind unglaublich nett und offen und man spürt direkt den typischen „Taucher-Vibe“. Der Tauchgang war traumhaft und wir konnten in aller Ruhe einen wunderschönen Tauchspot erkunden. Da wir im September wieder in Spanien sind und so begeistert waren, haben wir auch direkt den nächsten Tauchgang gebucht. Tausend Dank an Javier und sein Team und bis zum nächsten Mal!! ❤️🤿

Eerste keer duiken voor mij en wat een topervaring. Vond het best spannend om het water in te vallen, maar binnen een paar minuten helemaal op mijn gemak door de ervaren en geduldige begeleiding. Gedoken op een prachtige plek, veel gezien. Had niet beter gekund!

I'd definitely recommend learning to dive with Diving Javea. My family of 5 (two adults and 3 children aged 13/14/15) did our Open Water training over 4 days at Easter with Javier (the owner of Diving Javea) is a really nice guy and an excellent teacher, he is careful and was committed to helping us learn to dive safely. We had a great holiday and it was a brilliant way to engage with 3 teenagers.

I learnt to dive with my family, at Easter. I would recommend Javea Diving as we were taught thoroughly and we were taught how to dive with upmost safety.

Nice dive sites with great visibility. We did two fun dives with quite a lot of fish and small caverns. Good equipment, friendly staff and very personal with small groups. There are clean toilets with showers for after the dive at the port where the boat is.

Thoroughly enjoyed the lesson from Bastian! With calm expertise he showed me the ropes of diving. The boat trips were well organised, instructions were clear and sights were beautiful. Javier and Bastian introduced me to a new world and facilitated 3 wonderful days on and in the water. Thank you very much and I definitely will be back!

I did a week of diving with Diving Javea and have only positive things to say about them. Very friendly people who instantly made me feel like I’m part of a family. Always helping when needed. Safety was really a priority, for example the owner Javier always made sure to include an exit plan to the briefing so I knew where it would be safe to surface due to boat traffic in case of an emergency. Rental equipment was top-notch and they gave me tips on my own diving gear too. They took me to lovely dive sites like La catedral and L’Escull. Bastien was super helpful with everything at the shop. They also helped me with all kinds of things that weren’t diving related, like where to eat or what to do when not diving. I don’t speak Spanish but we got along in English very well 🤗 I’m definitely coming back and looking forward on getting into tech and cavern training ✌🏻

I Contacted Javier before arriving in Javea this August and we exchange emails and WhatsApp messages as I knew I wanted to do the SSI Open Water course but as it was over 20 years since I dove I was a bit apprehensive. Well there was no need for the apprehension as both Javier and Bastien made me feel at ease immediately, the course was extremely well structured and the SSI App made the theoretical side very easy, I am 52 years old so if I said it was easy trust me it was. With there attention to the details and the correct methodology to the practical training it made the course so easy to follow and my confidence was high but not over inflated (pun intended). As I expressed that I will continue to dive once I return to the UK I ask for there advice on equipment and without hesitation that showed me the different styles and practical implications of the Masks, regulators, BCD,s and dive Computers. I decided on a secondhand fully certificated /services regulator at the medium price level and a mask at the higher end of the price range at no point did either of the Gentleman become salesmen that just wanted something that was going to be useful and practical for me for years to come, and the advice to switch from a standard vest BCD from the first day to a Wing style BCD made so much more difference to me personally, obviously that may not be the right choice for everyone that’s my point they have guided me like true enthusiasts and profesional instructors to aid in my personal development. After completing my Open Water they suggested the Enriched Air Nitrox Course which was a game changer for me, with the expert guidance and the SSI App I passed that course and the practical use EAN32 was incredible it aloud me to stay longer at the certified depth with less physic exertion, please speak to Javier and Bastien if you have never considered Nitrox diving. Sorry for the long post but this is from the heart and is a genuine review, these guys are amazing and you will love the experience, you even get to meet the beautiful Maggie (Javier’s Dog who is part of the crew)

Fantastic dive center! No matter what you are up to and which preconditions you are bringing... experienced diver or beginner, for recreational, tec or cave diving or freediving... Diving Javea is the optimal choice. Highly professional, rental equipment of high quality and well maintained, and really nice staff. I instantly felt comfortable and absolutely well looked after. Their own demands on safety and expertise are outstanding. I went for a scuba double-dive with Javi and Terry and a small group of 4, and some days later for a freedive session with Javi. The scuba dives were among my most beautiful ones and very relaxed. And the freedive session was simply awesome. Thank you so much, Javi! Ayer mi novio me regaló un bautismo de buceo por mi cumpleaños. Contrató con diving javea por recomendación de unos amigos y no se equivocó. Me dieron mucha seguridad (algo muy importante siendo mi primera vez). Nos explicaron fuera del agua como iba a ser la inmersión, hicimos unas pequeñas prácticas a poca profundidad y luego comenzamos la aventura. Muy contenta con todos los instructores, sobre todo con José que me ayudó especialmente. Repetiremos seguro con ellos, fue una experiencia genial.

Kein Urlaub ohne tauchen… und so im diesjährigen auf Empfehlung bei Javier gelandet. Ich hatte insgesamt 4 TG in 4 Tagen an 4 verschiedenen Tauchplätzen, jeder anders und für sich wunderschön. Auch hier hatte ich ohne eigenen Buddy kein Problem Anschluss zu finden, getaucht wurde in kleinen Gruppen mit 1 oder auch mal 2 Guides. Jeder Tauchplatz wurde ausreichend gebrieft und entsprechend des Gruppenlevels betaucht. Ich möchte sehr gerne wiederkommen und vielleicht einen Cavediving Kurs belegen, wenn man schon die Gelegenheit bekommt bei einem der besten zu lernen! Ganz besonderer Dank geht an José für seine Aufmerksamkeit über Wasser und seine Begeisterung unter Wasser! Und einen Extrastern bekommt der entzückende Basishund von mir! DANKESCHÖN für ein weiteres schönes Taucherlebnis 💙

Nach langer Suche nach einem passenden Dive Center/Cave Instructor bin ich bei Diving Javea gelandet um meine IANTD Cavern und Introductory Cave Kurse zu machen. Diese Entscheidung habe ich nicht bereut! Sehr professionel, immer hilfsbereit und sehr fachkundig! Der Unterricht auf englisch ist übrigens kein Problem.

Ich habe den IANTD Cavern und Introductory Cave Course bei Diving Javea gemacht und war absolut begeistert! Ich habe mich jederzeit absolut sicher gefühlt und es wurde sich immer viel Zeit genommen Skills an Land zu üben bevor das neugelernte im Wasser angewendet wurde. Ich freu mich schon aufs nächste mal!

I’ve had my first dive today after my Padi Open Water course in August. It was my first time at Diving Javea but it was an amazing experience. Javier is very kind and professional. We went to Granadella which was beautiful and not crowded yet. I will definitely come back for my next dive and my Advanced course in summer with Javier!

Diving Javea is highly recommended if you are in the area looking to dive. The owner Javier (and his dog) was very welcoming, friendly and will make you as comfortable as possible. The instructor José was also very professional. I would be glad to have a beer with them both! The dive centre offers cave training but they also cater to recreational divers (such as myself). There is a wide variety of dive sites in the area, including reefs, caverns and caves depending on what you want to see. I will definitely be diving with them again when I come back to Javea!

Great dive base/centre for recreational and technical divers. Javi is an experienced diver available to accommodate individuals and groups respectively. He and his team operate 12 months a year, using their own RIBS making diving very convenient.

If you want a great experience and not feel like just a number then Javi and his team are the only place to visit in Javea. They take there time, treat everybody as equal, regardless of experience and you feel that you are in incredibly good hands. I cant recommend them highly enough. Its the only centre in Javea I will ever attend.

I have been using the services of Diving Javea for the last 6 years and in my opinion they are the best diving resource I have come across. After 45 years of diving my back had started to ache a lot after a dive. Javier suggested I convert to side mount configuration. Javier and his team supplied all the kit for the course and I could try out different jackets/configurations during the course. Now as a side mount diver I have no back ache after a dive! Since that first course Javier and his excellent team of instructors have taken me through the Cavern and Cave diver courses. If you want to try a dive, learn to dive or advance your diving skills, Diving Javea is the go to place.

I can't recommend them enough. I moved to the area three months ago and was looking for somewhere to continue my diving training (having clocked up 20 or so dives in the Caribbean previously) and Diving Javea looked like the best to me. I've done half a dozen dives with them so far and am certainly not disappointed. I'm particularly impressed by the way they tailor their approach to the people they're instructing - whether it's someone like me with 25 or so dives or someone with a chunk more experience than me or a total novice - including teenagers. I'm definitely learning and progressing every time I go out. Apart from that, they're just really nice guys! (Strict when they need to be, though - getting technique right and putting safety first is obviously vital.) Oh, and it's quite a novelty taking the lovely dog out on the boat with us sometimes!

Decepcionante... Si ofreces a algo es porque puedes y vas a hacerlo, si no puedes no lo ofrezcas... Fui muy contenta a hacer 5 inmersiones (que al final fueron 4 por un problema de organización que tuvieron) las 2 primeras estuvieron genial, buen tiempo de inmersion, buena profundidad, vimos mucha fauna, etc. Las 2 siguientes fueron regular, muy cortas para mi gusto, pero ese no es el problema. El primer dia despues de las inmersiones, en las cuales el guia habia grabado algunas tomas con la cámara en las que yo salía, me dijo palabras literales "si me traes un pen drive te las paso". Yo estaba de vacaciones y evidentemente no tenía un pendrive pero fui y compré uno solo porque me había ofrecido pasarme esas imágenes, que yo no las pedí en ningún momento ni sabía que iban a grabar. Le di el pen drive y no me los pudo grabar porque habia mucho jaleo. Yo me iba ya para Madrid pero un familiar que se quedaba como 2 semanas mas podía pasarse en cualquier momento. Dimos el telefono y nunca avisaron. Llamamos y no recibiamos respuesta. 2 semanas para cumplir con lo que él se habia ofrecido, pues nada. Mi familiar se tuvo que ir. Ya han pasado casi 2 meses y sigo sin los videos, le pase el correo para que me pasara un wetransfer, el pen drive ya lo doy por perdido. He tardado mucho en escribir esta reseña porque me da rabia, parecéis un club muy majo pero esto me parece vergonzoso y de un pasotismo increíble

Con la ayuda de Diving Jávea hoy he realizado bautismo de buceo, actividad que tenía pendiente desde mis 30 años, y ahora ya cuento con otros 30 más. I did an Open Water Diving Course this week at Diving Javea. Never dived before but after 4 days of thorough and well delivered training from Javier and Bastian, I feel very confident and prepared. Took my son 17 for his first scuba experience here yesterday and we had a brilliant time. Not easy to drag a 17 year old away from his phone, but Volker our guide and coach for the day was excellent. Very engaging, spoke great English and very knowledgeable. Es un centro de buceo técnico. Quiere decir que se centra mucho en tu seguridad y en la técnica que desarrollas al margen de que sólo hayas contratado una inmersión de recreo y no una formación específica. Puedes tener tu momento lúdico pero siempre te llevarás un aprendizaje avanzado. Monitores muy experimentados y profesionales. Un plus en tu bitácora de buceo.

As with the previous 8 years our snorkeling trip with Javi was perfect. All kitted out in the shop prior to the boat trip for our 11 man group ( previously including very young kids). Went to 2 great snorkeling sites prior to the highlight of the day the “Mojito Boat”. Roll on next year for our return visit.

Javier a su s'entourer d'une équipe de professionnels expérimentés. Son but n'est pas juste de gagner de l'argent mais de vendre à ses clients du bonheur subaquatique. L'ambiance est détendue, pas de stress, mais la sécurité n'est jamais négligée. Les sites de plongée sont superbes, beaucoup de rochers, de grottes, une faune riche et variée, eau à 22°C (fin juin), bonne visibilité. Javier and his team were incredible! I came across the shop accidentally and once seeing the reviews and his expertise I knew it was perfect. I’m still a new Open Water diver and Javier was able to provide me with 1:1 session with Frederick who was wonderful and so patient. If you want to learn, gain more experience and really feel safe and have a personal experience go to this shop. I’ll be back in September, promise!

Went on my first dive yesterday with the diving Javea Team. The atmosphere was great and everything was explained in detail to me. Javier and Volker made me feel super safe. During the dive Volker checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and having a great time. I really enjoyed the experience a lot and can fully recommend this diving school. Excellent! We arrived with Javier as beginners with only half a dozen logged dives and he took very good care of us! We did a double dive and he was diving only with the two of us (slightly pre-season where it might get more crowded in summer), adapting the plan to our level, to make sure we felt safe and only went further when he's sure we are comfortable and are good to go. Я не дайвер, а охотник (если забыть про давние прогулки с аквалангом в Белом Море). Поскольку я охочусь в районе Хавии уже лет десять, я пересекался с многими представителями местной дайверской фауны - входим то в воду мы в одних и тех же местах… В таких туристических местах как Хавеа всегда много интересных предложений на любой вкус, также много интересных историй от разных дайвинг центров. Некоторые могу похвастаться потерей своих подопечных в море, другие ковбои тащили в море группу при такой волне, что мама не горюй, и приходилось вызывать спасателей… Но всё это не про этот центр. Я довольно хорошо знаю его владельца: бывший морской подводный охотник (оставивший ружья по этическим соображениям), который прекрасно знает весь берег, поскольку охотился вдоль него всего и вплоть до глубин 30-40 метров… так что гарантированно знает где и когда можно и стоит нырять. И, самое главное, это - человек, ставящий безопасность и качество превыше всего. Я видел его инструктаж и наземные тренировки по технодайвингу в пещерах, которые тут есть и очень известные. Я даже снимал как-то раз такие экзерсисы под водой по просьбе одного знакомого. Все эти тренировки, методы обучения и общий подход к делу вселяют уверенность и спокойствие. Мне то весь этот дайвинг как бы по барабану: я сам не собираюсь лезть в пещеры. Но может быть кому-то будет интересно и полезно...

Hicimos un bautismo de buceo el 9 de octubre toda la familia (niños incluidos). Todo fue muy bien. Muy amables, explicaciones claras, buenos equipos de buceo. Muy bonito. Lo recomendamos! Good place to do a first diving experience. We did it with all the family (teen-agers included) in a beautiful October day. It was really worth it. Very nice people and nice attention. We recommend the place!

Excellent dive with Javi & the team at diving Javea this week. Professional, friendly and experienced individuals who clearly all love what they do. I felt in very safe hands and the whole day was just perfect, can’t recommend this company enough.

We went with Diving Javea this morning. Once we entered the water, I determined I needed additional weight. I was more buoyant because I never dive with a full wet suit. I was out of breath, huffing and puffing trying to grab my additional weight. They pulled me from the water saying it was too dangerous for me to dive. I respect their concern for my safety and I really like the German guy. The reason for the 1 star is that they did not offer a refund or even a partial refund. This would of been my 8th dive this year. I’ve had my advanced open water since 1998. If for some reason you can not dive, be aware, they will not make an effort to refund you.

Les conocí buscando un centro de buceo por la zona para mejorar mis habilidades (pocas) en el buceo y fue una decisión estupenda.¡¡¡¡ Javi estuvo atento al whataspp y a mis necesidades, desde un principio. Eso sí, siempre que no le mojes la tapicería de la furgo (Je je). Además me mejoró la configuración del equipo, tiene de todo. El staff del centro encantador, trato personalizado, sin las prisas, ni el stress de otros centros. Solo falta que acaben la reforma del apartamento ese de al lado, para estar más cerca aún. Diving Javea is by far the best training center around for technical and recreational diving. I have complete my cave diving training with Javier. He is not only an extremely professional and talented cave diver and technical diver, but he is extremely flexible with the schedule and timeline of each of his clients. The quality of the equipment at his store is superb, for both sidemount and backmount configuration , both for buying, renting and use during the training. Access to unique diving spots as El Moraig cave or great free diving spots, is very easy by diving Jávea fast boat. Weather you dive recreational, or in over head extreme environments such as caves, you can only put your life in hands of professionals, and this is what Javier, Miky and the full team at diving Jávea are. All the information is given upfront, so you do not have any unpleasant surprise. I will continue my technical diving training with this team, and I would recommend their service to the community.

Experiencia de bautismo increíble. Javi y su maravilloso equipo son super profesionales y muy atentos. Pendientes en todo momento de nuestra seguridad y de explicar todo correcto. Material de calidad y desinfectado. Lo que no nos hicieron fue un reportaje fotográfico ni fotos volveremos en septiembre a repetir la experiencia. Nos los mejores de Jávea no tan famosos ni tan masificado por ello es personalizado e inmersiones casi privadas con 4 personas y 2 instructores. Repetiremos con ese equipo tan bueno.

Ich war mit einem Kollegen in diesem Shop. Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Flosse von Mares einer Avanti quattro. Nach einem Beratungsgespräch hat uns der Shop Besitzer eine Flosse (XL) aus seinem Occasionsverkauf angeboten. Dieses haben wir angenommen. Mein Kollege hat die Flossen zu Hause mit seinen Tauchschuhen dann an probiert und festgestellt, dass zwei der Schnallen defekt sind. Wir sind nochmals in den Shop gefahren, um mit dem Besitzer über die defekten Teile zu reden. Dieser hat dann auch festgestellt, dass die Schnallen gebrochen sind, aber als er uns diese verkauft hätte waren die noch in Ordnung gewesen und wir hätten diese im Ferienhaus ausgetauscht. Wir haben dem widersprochen. Er hat an seiner Aussage festgehalten und uns somit als Lügner bezeichnet, die ihn über den Tisch ziehen wollten und hat überhaupt nicht mit sich reden lassen. Im Gegenteil wollte er uns sogar zwei Verschlussriemen Sätze verkaufen, respektive uns vom retour Geld abziehen, was für ihn einen Gewinn von mindestens 40 € gemacht hätte. Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass er aus den zwei defekten Schnallen eine Komplette gemacht hätte und nur einen Ersatzriemensatz benötigt hätte, um die Flossen zu reparieren. Aus diesem Grund hätte er uns eigentlich nur 20 € abziehen können. Als wir in einem anderen Shop die Flossen gezeigt haben, hat er uns darauf hingewiesen, dass der eine Verschlussriemen falsch montiert ist und so gar nicht funktionieren könne und die Flosse definitiv für die Schuhgrösse zu gross ist. Wir haben also nicht nur defekte, sondern auch zu grosse Flossen gekauft und dies trotz 20 Jahren Berufserfahrung vom Besitzer. Das ganze hin und her hat mich darin bestätigt,dass der Besitzer uns verarscht und über den Tisch gezogen hat. Die Tauchgänge kann ich nicht beurteilen aber sein Verhalten gegenüber uns war mehr als missbilligend, da er uns als Lügner und Betrüger hingestellt hat. Wir haben alles wieder mitgenommen, da wir davon ausgehen mussten, dass er die Flossen nochmals genau gleich verkaufen würde. Und noch ein ahnungsloser Kunde über den Tisch gezogen würde. Für mich ist dies kein vertrauenswürdiger Shop und ich würde diesen niemals empfehlen.

Top diving center with the best diving instructor, Javier de Miguel! More than three years since my last dive, and for me to dive again, it was important to make a good choice of a good center and a profesional instructor. Well I couldnt have made a better choice, I felt at ease again plus my love for diving came back within seconds of being underwater with him. I can recommend this diving center 100%! And definatley book it with Javier de Miguel if you are thinking of taking up any courses! Top instructor! One of the best! ♥️

Truly one of the best dive centers. I did my cavren+intro to cave courses with javier, it was a plesent experience. Javier is an experienced and highly educated diver but above all he is a well mannered person who truly cares about his students both in terms of knowledge and safety. I would highly recommend this dive center.

Gracias a Javier De Miguel no sólo acabé mi curso de Full Cave de IANTD, sino que con el tiempo y la practica he acabado el curso de Technical Cave Diver de IANTD. El cual incluye las especialidades de sidemount, DPV, multietapa y survey. Para los que somos cueveros este curso te da la confianza para poder conocer una cueva muchísimo más allá de la línea principal o de las navegaciones más concurridas. Aprendes los elementos básicos y los pones en práctica varias veces en una misma inmersión (después de 2h de inmersión realizamos 7 saltos). Para algunos seguro que no es mucho pero para los espelo-turistas, como yo, está muy pero que muy bien. Con Javier aprenderéis lo realmente importante a la hora de sumergirte en una cueva. Mil por mil recomendable.

Llegando por suerte allí, he beneficiado de un trato casi personalizado.Una experiencia única , que al fin me ha traído en la familia Diving Jávea.Multitud de cursos, seriedad de los instructores, y ambiente familial que te ayuda sobrepasar tus emociones y entrar en el agua. He hecho el curso de cavernas con este centro y todo ha sido perfecto. Empezamos configurando mi equipo a la perfección , cosa que es importantísima y que necesita mucha experiencia. Javier y su equipo te dan la confianza necesaria. El curso además es divertidísimo, seguiré toda mi formación técnica con ellos seguro.

Hice una inmersión doble en la isla de Portichol, una experiencia inolvidable gracias a Javier y su equipo. El contacto previo por mail muy rápido e informativo. El buceo sin prisas, muy pendientes de ti, material en perfecto estado y transmiten una gran pasión por el buceo. Con ellos aprendí muchas cosas y me sentí muy cómodo. Muy recomendable.

I picked Javea Diving somewhat at random off Google maps and contacted Javier by email (in English). I received a very helpful response and a commitment from him we'd do something even if there were no others. We agreed a date and I turned up at the centre to be met by Volker, who kitted me out with everything I needed. Although the weather was a little unkind and we couldn't do what we wanted, we had a great time at Tango Bay. J was made to feel like family and this helped me relax and enjoy the diving. I fully intend to return and dive with the guys. Good job to everyone, including Danny. Stay in touch!

I did Sidemount and Cavern with Javier, my first step into tech and cave diving. By far it was the best course I have ever done. Javier is a top notch and well known cave instructor with a great way of teaching, I would go as far to say there are not many better than him! We got along really well and I improved greatly with his help. It was a real pleasure to dive together and learn from him. He helped organize my trip and everything went smoothly, picking me up and dropping me off at the hotel everyday. The shop is comfortable and has top of the line gear. Volker and Bastian are also great guys and impressive instructors. I will %100 be back to continue training with them! Thanks Javier

Having dived all over the world and seen a lot of dive centres I can safely say that Javier's is one of the most professional, helpful and above all safe dive centres that I have come across. There are a lot of dive centres in the area, however, I can thoroughly recommend Diving Javea whether you are a novice who wants to learn to dive or a seasoned pro.

No voy a negar que Javier es un magnifico buceador y aprendes mucho con el' pero al contratar los cursos que os firmen el número de inmersiones a realizar, que luego te intentan quitar alguna y nunca pagues por adelantado todo el curso. Cuando dejéis equipos para revisar o reparar que os den justificante, a mi me perdieron un conjunto regulador

el mejor centro de todo el Levante , con unos profesores estupendos , yo con 5 inmersiones con ellos e aprendido muchísimo, se toman las inmersiones muy tranquilas sin prisas , te enseñan todo de Todo , prácticas todas las técnicas ,TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE , si quieres aprender a bucear , bucea con ellos
