Mi pareja y yo alquilamos dos tablas de paddle surf. Durante la actividad, uno de los remos se partió repentinamente en mis manos, dejándome tirado en mitad del mar. Tras un buen rato remando como pude con el trozo de remo roto, conseguimos volver a la playa. Al devolver el material, el dueño inmediatamente nos reclama el pago del remo, pese a que este se rompió durante el uso normal. (en las condiciones del alquiler indica claramente que podrán retener la fianza en caso de MAL USO). Independientemente de esto, muy mala actitud del dueño, que cuando le expusimos nuestro desacuerdo, amenazó con llamar a la policía y parar el proceso (reteniendo el resto de la fianza) hasta que se presentará. Por lo que veo en otros comentarios, esto es una práctica habitual.

We had a great trip up the mountains in Benidorm, with a beautiful view. Andrei, who was our guide during the tour, was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We received training beforehand so that we felt comfortable and safe on the Segway. He was very professional and very inclusive.😊 I really recommend trying this out and definitely ask for Andrei, an incredibly nice guide.

My girlfriend and I booked a Segway tour to the outskirts of central Benidorm and up into the mountains. Andrei, who was our guide, was very skilled and enthusiastic. The tour included historical monuments, the history of Benidorm, and fun facts along the way. With thorough training, beautiful views, and an engaging and fun guide, the tour was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Thursday 27th March 2025 we as a family went on the Segway Mountain Tour. We had an excellent time it was absolutely great our guide Andrew was extremely friendly polite and a great host and taught us all extremely well how to use the Segways before we set off. We had an amazing time. Thankyou to James also who arranged our tour for us he was so friendly and his communication with us was first class. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely book future tours/excursions with. 10/10 lads well done 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely fantastic! Was having issues trying to book a Segway tour as a solo traveler, I messaged these guys and they fitted me in next day and did a tour just for me. Cost me slightly extra but i really wasn’t bothered about that I was extremely happy that they was able to do this for me! I did the mountain tour and I would highly recommend it some brilliant sights and my tour guide was very knowledgeable! Will be using these guys again in the future for anything I way want excursion wise!

Today me and my boyfriend took the 2h paddleboard excursion with K who was absolutely brilliant. He explained very clearly the technique and then took us on the tour around the nearby caves and beaches adding interesting facts. Overall the atmosphere was very friendly, price was great and we can only recommend this place when in Benidorm ☺️

My wife and I had a great 2 hour paddleboarding excursion giving us time to get to grips with the basics and then travel round the headland in Benidorm to visit the next beach and caves.

Two 16 yo girls and myself (60 yo) took the small group paddle boarding lessons with K and he was awesome. He showed us the principles of paddleboarding on land then we practiced paddling by the shore, making sure we were all comfortable , then we went out to see 2 caves and had the opportunity to snorkel My daughter is usually hesitant to do any ocean activities, but the ocean was so clear, she did great. K also provided some historical notes on the cross on the hilltop. Due to my "advanced age", I was getting tired so K towed me back. He was very accommodating and very nice. K also recommended changing the dsy of our tour due to high winds, im glad he was aware and really was attentive to give a good paddleboard experience. The nice young lady at the desk was super friendly as well She made us feel very welcomed. Very memorable tour I would highly recommend to anyone that can swim.

Great service, greater fun

Just finished a Segway tour up the mountain side. Was fab! Had full training on how to use the Segway before you set off. Even if you wasn't too confident (like me) our tour guide, Kai, really looked after us and would pull you along if needed 🤣 the mountain side was beautiful and you learn a bit of the history of Benidorm. We had two kids with us, my son wasn't confident on the Segway so was able to use annelectric scooter inside. Our kids were 13 & 12. Would fully recommend, it's been a great couple of hours and I've seen a side to Benidorm that I never have before!

Highly recommend Benidorm Trips. My husband and two teens had not been on segeways before, and the guide spent the time to explain and give them practice time before they set off. They came back all smiles and informed me this was by far the best part of our holiday so far. They had lots of fun and learnt along the way. We booked a guided paddle board tour, K is the best guide i have ever had in any kind og tour. Told us alot about benidorm and the history of this place, alot of jokes and overall a very funny guy! He also hooked us up with 125cc scooter for a good price. If you want a guide in benidorm, K is the man!

Хозяин прокатного бюро кирильчик показался не очень культурным . Брали сегодня 28 марта на прокат велосипеды , через 10 минут слетела цепь , около часа шли пешком сдать обратно в итоге сказал мы виноваты , не вернул депозит и еще сказал плохие слова в нашу сторону. В итоге испорченное время и негатив . Не советую Если у вас старые не надежные велосипеды - отремонтируйте их или купите новые. Вы должны предоставлять услуги качественные а не сдавать старые поломанные велосипеды

I used these service but did not like the attitude of the owner of the rental office. The equipment is old and in disrepair. In advertising, the ad advertises one price - in fact it is another. The seller said - if you don’t like it then leave here. In a word, disappointed

Rented some Elcetric scooters from here, gave us some great options for a great fair price for 2 hours and even let us stay out a bit longer. Made for a beautiful way to get around Benidorm. Staff there were amazing and helpful and even helped us pick out some of the best places to visit. Also we had forgotten to get our deposit back after and he drove 20 minutes to meet us on the motorway just to give us it back. Honest man !

Although we were not experts the guy who accompanied us on our excursion and was patient and professional, even giving us some wonderful information about the coast. Vuokrasimme perheen, 2 aikuista ja 10 vuotias lapsi, step scootterit. Oli todella mukava ajella päivä ja kierrellä Benidormia. Kypärät olivat hyvät ja kevyet. Loma kannattaa aloittaa tällä! Suosittelen tätä, vaikka voi löytyä halvempikin, mutta esim. Lähellä olevassa halvemmassa paikassa oli painavammat kypärät. Vahva suositus!

Excursión en paddle surf hasta llegar a la Serra Gelada. Muy recomendable. Nuestro monitor, Kyrylo, muy cercano , simpático y accesible...Se preocupó desde el inicio en procurarnos el mejor momento para practicar la actividad, contactándonos cuantas veces hicieron falta (el viento es factor fundamental). Nos descubrio todos los rincones de interés del recorrido. Todo perfecto. Incluso nos hizo unas fotos en plena actividad , que luego compartió con nosotros. Volveremos para practicar alguna otra actividad, seguro. Gracias!!

Segway Tour on 11th May 2023. Booked via Round Town Travel. Opted for a 2 hour tour and this took us to a Fort within the Sierra Gelada mountains. We had stated we wanted to go to Benidorm Cross and it looks like we would need longer to get there. Maybe next time. So we met a young guy outside the Casino who took us to Benidorm Trips, and got our Segways out. Gave us some basic handling training and then set up a simple figure of 8 for us to master. Then a more complicated obstacle course to negotiate. He spoke good English and was very patient and easy to talk to. There was only myself and my best friend Tommy on this Tour, so plenty of time and photo/video taken. Really interesting when we got going on the Tour, I felt the Segways were too small for us, I have been on bigger which were more comfortable to operate. A good day out and very interesting, amazing views and saw a different part of Benidorm we've never seen before, so all good, thanks very much.

Had an excellent hour and a half out with Ky on the Natura park Segway tour. Myself and 3 friends were all new to a Segway but Kai taught us quickly and before we knew it we were off! He then took us round the beach front and up to the Park on the hills, and onto sights. Along the way Kai was full of knowledge and insights, from Geographic facts and Benidorms history. Additionally a few days later we received a video montage of our tour included in the price and it makes a brilliant keepsake. Well worth the €35 we each payed, definitely recommend!

Absolutely incredible! We have done Segway tours before in different countries but this definitely tops them all. We did the mountain tour and the views were absolutely stunning. We were given more than enough time at the beginning to get used to riding them which made us feel a lot more relaxed throughout! The tour guide was amazing, he was Knowledgeable, polite and funny. My partner was very nervous with riding uphill on the segways and the tour guide reassured her numerous times and helped her the majority of the way! Well worth the money and would 100% recommend!

We booked three e-bikes, after 1 hour one was broken (the chain and the electric engine) and we call them and don’t received any assistance. We come back 2 hours on foot back to the shop we asked for money back and they give it back to us 20€ (1 bike that we used for 1 hour) and we have been accused by the owner that we broke the bike and verbally attacked by him on phone call.

K was our guide and he was amazing! We were celebrating a 50th Birthday, it was our 1st time on a segway and to say we were nervous was an understatement! He was a great, he made us all feel confident within minutes. Fuimos a hacer una ruta con los segway por Sierra Helada dos adultos y dos niños durante 1h y fue una experiencia inolvidable, que por cierto tenemos grabada gracias a Kyrylo, el monitor, que tras darnos unas nociones de como usar el Segway, nos estuvo contando la historia de la zona mientras subiamos y lo grababa todo. Fue muy agradable, la zona es preciosa y disfrutamos muchisimo todos. Sin duda volveremos a repetir . Un plan muy recomendable a todas luces para familias, grupos de amigos..... Estuvimos ayer hacuendo una ruta de segway, previo tiempo de aprendizaje y adaptacion. Los segways son legeros, agiles y potentes. Pudieron conmigo cuesta arriba con facilidad y peso mas de 90 kilos. La experiencia fue genial, un 10. Kirilo muy atento y simpatico, nos hizo el paseo mas entretenido aun. Si hubiesemos tenido mas dias, hubiesemos repetido. Lo recomiendo sin dudar. Gracias por todo,, kirilo, incluyendo el video que nos grabaste.

Ha sido una experiencia fantastica. El instrutor muy bueno explicando todo lo que necesitas para la primera vez con tabla padle surf. Muy bonito el recorrido y lo hace tan ameno con explicacion de la historia de Benidorm y baño con mascara para ver el fondo. Se nota que le gusta lo que hace. Si vas a Benidorm, tienes que hacer la ruta a la montaña con los Sebwey. Kyrylo es un magnífico monitor. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si tengo que volver a hacer alguna actividad de este tipo, seguro repetiré con ellos.

Bon endroit pour louer vélos, trottinette, scooter, buggy etc…. Attention pour les trottinettes électriques il est préférable de les prendre pour les courtes distances pour se balader en bordure de mer. Pour les plus longues distances il faudra privilégier le vélo électrique qui a une autonomie largement supérieure. Accueil chaleureux et équipe à l’écoute.

Отдыхали с Бенидорм,арендовали в этой компании сигвеи,самокаты,электрические велосипеды,наши друзья брали доски для сёрфинга,все остались очень довольны.Команда говорит на разных языках,включая испанский,английский,французский.Удобное время работы с 10 утра до 12 ночи.Также ребята устраивают потрясающие водные экскурсии,экскурсии на багге и горных велосипедах.Обязательно рекомендуем!!!Ценовой сегмент нас приятно удивил.Большое спасибо ребятам,в частности Кириллу,за прекрасно организованные туры.

C'était tout simplement génial ! Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes et le Segway était une première pour nous. Le tour guidé était très intéressant avec des panoramas magnifiques (tour dans la montagne). Le guide Kyrylo était parfait, super pro, drôle avec un anglais très accessible pour des français. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous recommandons sans hésitation !! Merci encore à toute l'équipe de Benidorm Trips pour cette super expérience. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ce moment.

Nothing I say can prepare you for this amazing trip! Our guide K was fantastic, I had never used a Segway before but he talked me through everything and as I was still unsure he put me in the front so I set the pace. Our tour was up to the cross and K gave us lots of local information. He was kind enough to take pictures and videos of us all going up and down the hills. If you are looking for a good time then you must go with these guys.

I hired a scooter today for an hour for 10 euros and a 20 euro refundable deposit. The guy I spoke to was really friendly and let me have some practice runs for a few minutes to get used to it then gave a detailed rundown on how it worked and what not to do. The scooter I can safely say got some major speed on it and was easy to control once I got the hang of it and he said that I could be up to 15 minutes late and he wouldn't charge extra. All in all very happy with the equipment and service and thoroughly recommended using

Amazing experience, highly recommend you try this as part of your holiday. We booked two Segway tours with Benidorm trips, the staff are really friendly and take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the machine before you set off. Our first trip was up to the cross, overlooking Benidorm and our guide gave us a very interesting commentary about the history of the area. Stunning views across Benidorm from the cross. Our second trip was the Albir natural park and once again our guide was friendly and very informative, stopping to point out areas of interest and once again stunning views across Albir, Althea, Calpe. The guides keep in contact via walkie talkies, so you don’t struggle to hear information. We are returning in December and will hopefully be able to take another couple of tours. We can’t recommend these guys highly enough, very good value for money.

We done the mountain tour as a family (6 of us (all adults)). It was the first time all of us had tried a segway and found them very easy to use. They showed us how to use them and gave us time to be trained properly and get used to using them before we set off. The tour guide K was fantastic, his knowledge of the area was outstanding. We were also accompanied by another tour guide Andrew who was also very knowledgeable. The tour was fantastic, seeing the sights up the mountain. Both K and Andrew ensured we were all ok throughout the whole tour. They even provided music as we travelled back down the mountain. We found the tour so good we booked another tour for a couple of days later to go to Albir and Altea. When I'm in Benidorm again I will deffo be booking to do another tour. The Segways are great fun to use. The guides are great too. If you are thinking about doing a segway tour, then stop thinking and just do it with K and Andrew. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Nine of us took the tour Wednesday 20th March. Excellent staff and first class tuition. Absolutely loved the experience. Highly recommended. Five stars.

I was very nervous about going on a Segway. We did the tour up the mountain, having to cross streets and avoid pedestrians. At all times I felt that Sergio and Milo were looking after us. At no time did I feel unsafe and I had a great time. If you are looking for an activity to do whilst in Benidorm, this is a must.

Brilliant trip

We did this tour on Tuesday morning on the mountain tour. It was so peaceful and fantastic views. I would go on a Segway but do a different route. 30euros each for about one and a half hours.

7 of us did the Mountain Segway tour. All of us had a fantastic time, the tour guides were great, taking time to ensure we were all comfortable with the Segways before setting off. Whilst on the tour, the guides gave us lots of interesting facts about the area. Would defo recommend!

Took the Albir lighthouse tour and it was a brilliant afternoon. The guys running it were so helpful and the experience was great. Highly recommended.

De Segway tour was geweldig en zeker het geld waard. De instructeur gaf een geweldige tour door Altea. De kennis deling & leuke manier van doen en laten zorgen voor een geweldige ervaring. Kort gezegd een geweldige ervaring & begeleiding. Er werdt een duidelijke uitleg gegeven over hoe om te gaan met de Segway. Ook was hij erg gefocust op onze veiligheid tijdens de tour. Zeer zeker een aanrader! The Segway tour was great and well worth the money. The instructor gave a great tour through Altea. The knowledge sharing & fun way of doing and ensuring a great experience. In short, a great experience & guidance. A clear explanation was given on how to deal with the Segway. He was also very focused on our safety during the tour. One thing is for sure it is a recommended experience.

Absolute excellent experience! From beginning to end the team were wonderful, friendly and most importantly, patient. It was so much fun! The sights were great and the tapas, that we added on for an extra €8.50, were delicious. Would recommend this to anyone and it's a great way to see some of the scenery. We had a great time on the "Green Route". We booked as a group of 6 and were joined by another couple. Everyone in the group was given a shot on the Segway before we went on the tour to make sure everyone was comfortable and knew what they were doing. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and our guide during the tour was very knowledgeable about the area and made the tour interesting and fun. Everyone had a fantastic time including a couple of the group who were apprehensive that they might fall off. Would highly recommend TMR!

This is a fantastic place with friendly helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble. A family of 5, ages between 11 to 43 and he catered for us all. The tour is excellent value for money and we got much more time than we paid for even calling off for the kids to feed the birds. Excellent place and will return. Thank you.

Me and my girlfriend booked to go on one of their segway tours during our stay in benidorm . we chose the mountain tour, the views were exceptional and it was nice and quiet. Our guide was friendly and gave us plenty of time to get used to the segways before we left , although after a minute or two you realize how easy they are to control. All in all it was great and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Durch einen Zufall entdeckten wir die Möglichkeit zu einer Segway Tour. Nach einer Einweisung und einigen Proberunden ging es, mit mulmiges Gefühl, hinauf in die Berge der Sierra Helada. Für mich hatten wir das normale und für meine Frau das neue Sitting Segway. Wir hätten lieber die Runde am Strand gemacht aber dann hätten wir niemals die herrlichen Ausblicke auf die Stadt, das Meer und den Naturpark genießen können. Die Tour ist empfehlenswert für jedes Alter ( Beide 50+) und auch ungeübte so wie wir können diese Tour genießen. Vielen Dank an unseren Guide. 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒

Been on the segway tours a couple of times to different places...i have to say the guide and all the staff are very proffesional and we have had a great time and would highly recommend giving it a try while in Benidorm.
